  2. 0:03this morning feeling happy and healthy.
  3. 0:07Thank you for the cozy bed I slept in
  4. 0:09and the roof over my head.
  5. 0:12Thank you for my mommy and daddy and all
  6. 0:14my loved ones who keep me safe. Today is
  7. 0:17a brand new day full of exciting things
  8. 0:20to see and do. Help me to be kind to my
  9. 0:23friends and family just like you are
  10. 0:25kind to everyone.
  11. 0:28Help me to listen to my mommy and daddy
  12. 0:31and learn lots of new things.
  13. 0:33If I get frustrated or upset today,
  14. 0:37help me to calm down and take deep
  15. 0:39breaths.
  16. 0:40Remind me to share my toys and play
  17. 0:43nicely with others.
  18. 0:45Give me the strength to be brave when
  19. 0:47I'm scared and help me to make good
  20. 0:50choices. Keep me safe from harm as I
  21. 0:52play and explore today. Thank you for
