- 0:00Monica Lewinsky has revealed that she became suicidal in 1998 when the FBI
- 0:04questioned her about her interactions with then president Bill Clinton. The former
- 0:07White House intern made the revelation in a preview for A&E's upcoming docuseries
- 0:11'The Clinton Affair' which premieres on Nov. 18 at 9 p.m. In the clip released Tuesday,
- 0:16Lewinsky explains,
- 0:31She tearfully adds:
- 0:37“I know I was still in love with Bill at the time, so I felt really responsible."
- 0:48In another preview, Lewinsky explains why she was attracted to Clinton.
- 1:02"The truth is I think it meant more to me that someone who other people desired,
- 1:07desired me,"
- 1:08She then continues by saying,
- 1:15In a recent article written for 'Vanity Fair' where she serves as a contributing editor,
- 1:19Lewinsky explained her decision to take part in 'The Clinton Affair' in the first place.
- 1:48Lewinsky also revealed that, given the chance, she would apologize to Hillary Clinton
- 1:51for her affair her husband if they were to ever meet in person.
- 2:22For his part, when asked during a June interview with NBC News, Bill Clinton
- 2:26expressed the opinion that Lewinsky does not deserve an apology from him, saying,
