  1. 0:00In 1956, when Lal Bahadur Shastri resigned from ministry following the Ariyalur train accident...
  2. 0:06So, at that time, the country's Prime Minister, Jawaharlal Nehru, said...
  3. 0:09That this resignation was not tendered due to a mistake, but to uphold the sanctity of the Constitution.
  4. 0:13Which will show the way to future generations.
  5. 0:16However, the story behind what happened in Delhi in July 2026 appears to be completely the opposite.
  6. 0:22Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan's resignation
  7. 0:25was not intended to accept judicial or moral responsibility for the paper leak.
  8. 0:28Rather, it was merely intended to cool down the growing public outrage.
  9. 0:33No one seemed to realize their mistake.
  10. 0:36The Jantar Mantar saga should have concluded with Pradhan's resignation, the anti-paper leak bill,
  11. 0:41and the commitment to educational reforms.
  12. 0:44However, the political machinations behind Dharmendra Pradhan's resignation tell a different story.
  13. 0:49Work is happening here on a different level.
  14. 0:52You tell me—just think about it—how did the Modi government, admit its mistake so easily in the first place?
  15. 1:00Not a single minister resigned in 12 years.
  16. 1:03To stand up for their rights, the farmers had to stage a sit-in protest at Delhi's borders for over a year.
  17. 1:09The wrestlers have not received justice to this day. The court has now found Brij Bhushan innocent.
  18. 1:14There is no need to tell what happened to the CAA protesters.
  19. 1:17Many of those who participated in them are still rotting in jail today without any trial.
  20. 1:22Then how did the government give in to the cockroaches so quickly?
  21. 1:26The movement begins and concludes within a span of 50 days.
  22. 1:30Many people are finding it hard to digest this.
  23. 1:33It seems as though the government conceded without putting up a fight.
  24. 1:37Either the genZ has immense power to which the Modi government bowed
  25. 1:42Or perhaps the government simply wanted to put an end to these protests by any means necessary.
  26. 1:47...so that the focus can be placed on essential things
  27. 1:50And what is this essential thing—the game of power and the seats...
  28. 1:56Recall that 24 months ago, despite deploying all its muscle and money and playing the Hindu-Muslim card,
  29. 2:01the BJP came very close to defeat.
  30. 2:05It has not forgotten this
  31. 2:07Over the past two years, the BJP has done a great deal of work to alter election results.
  32. 2:12The result is that the ruling party has won over 33 elected opposition MPs to its side.
  33. 2:17The BJP camp has gained 33 seats without an election.
  34. 2:22The number of NDA MPs in the Lok Sabha has now risen from 293 to 308, addition of 25 seats.
  35. 2:30The number of seats in the Rajya Sabha has increased from 106 to 113—an addition of seven seats.
  36. 2:36If this continues, it seems that the BJP and the NDA could reach a two-thirds majority within just a few months.
  37. 2:44And if this figure is crossed, the BJP will play its real game
  38. 2:50And the masterstroke is that the country's entire map, its entire Constitution,
  39. 2:55and its electoral process can be changed forever.
  40. 3:00I’m not joking, and this isn’t alarmist. Let me explain how.
  41. 3:0317th April 2026 Voting takes place in Parliament on the 131st Constitutional Amendment Bill.
  42. 3:09The government needed 352 votes but secured 298. The Modi government loses by 54 votes.
  43. 3:18But exactly 90 days after this defeat, when the monsoon session begins,
  44. 3:23A political deal was struck behind the scenes—the likes of which, we have never seen or heard in our democratic history.
  45. 3:31Is the BJP government fighting a major battle for women's reservation?
  46. 3:36Or is the game of delimitation being orchestrated under the guise of women's empowerment and reservation?
  47. 3:41Why the Modi government needs this figure of 360 in the Lok Sabha at any cost.
  48. 3:47And how this 360 figure will give the Hindi belt a key to the throne of Delhi
  49. 3:52...which can sideline the rest of the country and establish the rule of a single party there forever.
  50. 3:59That is why, in today's episode of Deshbhakt, let us understand this major game plan of the BJP.
  51. 4:03Is the value of your vote and mine diminishing day by day?
  52. 4:08Why is the BJP's main focus right now not Jantar Mantar or education, but Operation 360?
  53. 4:14To understand the BJP's game, one must first turn to that specific page in the law book..
  54. 4:20Where two laws conflict with each other
  55. 4:22When the 106th Constitutional Amendment was passed in Parliament in 2023,
  56. 4:27celebrations took place across the entire country.
  57. 4:30Politicians appeared on TV and said, We have granted women 33% reservation in the Lok Sabha and Legislative Assemblies.
  58. 4:39However, a small footnote in that law contained a condition
  59. 4:44that the general public had not noticed.
  60. 4:47The condition was that women's reservation would not be implemented until
  61. 4:51Until a new census is conducted in the country...
  62. 4:55And the delimitation process alongside with it
  63. 4:58After that women empowerment
  64. 5:01The Modi government thought they would bowl a googly that no one would be able to handle.
  65. 5:06Government's 131st Constitution Amendment Bill is introduced in 2026.
  66. 5:11It was said that if we have to grant women their rights then increase the number of Lok Sabha seats from 543 to 850.
  67. 5:21At first glance, the government's argument here seems valid, common sensical
  68. 5:26Because when the figure of 543 seats in Parliament was frozen in 1971,
  69. 5:32the country's population was approximately 55 crore.
  70. 5:35Today, we are 140 crore
  71. 5:38Each Member of Parliament represents 25–30 lakh people.
  72. 5:41Whereas, in terms of ideal representation, it is said that there should be 10 lakh people per Member of Parliament.
  73. 5:46Now, if we increase the number of seats to 850, a 33% reservation for women will also be secured.
  74. 5:53And the general public will also get better representation. What could be wrong with that?
  75. 5:58However, when the voting took place on April 17, 2026, the opposition rejected the bill.
  76. 6:02The BJP termed the opposition 'anti-women'. The opposition states that it has no objection to women's reservation.
  77. 6:09Implement it today. Implement it on just these many seats.
  78. 6:12But we wont allow the entire country's political equation to be hijacked by delimitation under the guise of reservation.
  79. 6:20Modi's Chanakya Niti failed against the united opposition.
  80. 6:25The government does not succeed in its plans because this is precisely where the biggest constitutional hurdle arises.
  81. 6:32The government is well aware that it has the 292 votes needed to pass ordinary laws on a daily basis
  82. 6:38and that is quite enough.
  83. 6:40But when it comes to reservation and delimitation, the game changes completely.
  84. 6:45Article 81 of the Constitution determines the number of seats in Parliament.
  85. 6:50Article 82 determines how many seats each state will be allocated based on population.
  86. 6:56If you want to change the country's entire political landscape and electoral system...
  87. 7:02For this, you will have to carry out the entire process under Article 368 of the Constitution.
  88. 7:08For that, you need 360 seats—call it a landslide victory or a two-thirds majority.
  89. 7:14The actual figure is 362
  90. 7:16Political parties call it 360 for the sake of a round figure.
  91. 7:19To put it simply, this is not a law about changing the names of cities.
  92. 7:26For this, a figure of at least 360 votes in the Lok Sabha and 164 in the Rajya Sabha is required.
  93. 7:33The government repeatedly falls short of this figure of 360. The bill gets rejected.
  94. 7:39A silence upon the corridors of the Home Ministry. And this is where the real story begins.
  95. 7:45From that day onwards, a dangerous maneuver, and planning being made behind closed doors in Delhi.
  96. 7:53Seeing which even Chanakya would feel ashamed.
  97. 7:56The Anti-Defection Law was approved in 1985 to curb the horse-trading of MPs.
  98. 8:03However, this law is never a total success.
  99. 8:05But what is happening to the MPs today—we have not seen anything like this in the 40-year history of this bill.
  100. 8:12The conscience of 33 opposition MPs awakens all at once.
  101. 8:16The voice of the soul screams that for the development of the country and to bring good days,
  102. 8:21They should extend their support to the Modi government and the NDA.
  103. 8:25Who visited them in their dreams?
  104. 8:29And why have the souls of so many people begun to call out to them these days, towards BJP?
  105. 8:34Let’s go through the pages of the Operation 360 file one by one.
  106. 8:39Just a few weeks after the TMC's defeat in the June 2026 Bengal elections, a sensation erupts in Delhi.
  107. 8:46When out of the TMC's 28 Lok Sabha MPs, 20 suddenly turn rebellious against Mamata Banerjee.
  108. 8:53This rebel group is led by Kakoli Ghosh Dastidhar.
  109. 8:57But the 20 MPs do not join the BJP.
  110. 9:00These 20 MPs go to a small party—the Nationalist Citizen Party of India.
  111. 9:06If you haven't heard the name, it doesn't matter; I hadn't heard it either.
  112. 9:09They announced merger with this party.
  113. 9:12Why, you might ask?
  114. 9:13Because paragraph 4 of the anti defection law states
  115. 9:19If two-thirds of the MPs of a party form a separate group,
  116. 9:23In such a situation, the hands of the law are tied, and their position remains secure.
  117. 9:29They had to form a separate group and these people did exactly that.
  118. 9:33They secured the two-thirds majority, then escaped the legal trap and formed a separate faction.
  119. 9:39And then, that entire faction went and surrendered itself directly into the lap of the NDA but didnt join BJP
  120. 9:45The law stood by, watching, as the support reached Delhi.
  121. 9:50But this was just the beginning. The real show is yet to come, my friend.
  122. 9:54Just 48 hours after bringing about the revolution in West Bengal,
  123. 9:57Chartered flights fly from Nanded, Sambhajinagar and Pune
  124. 10:02And the MPs traveling in it go to Jaipur to meet Speaker Om Birla.
  125. 10:06And in Maharashtra, six of the nine Lok Sabha MPs from the Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray)
  126. 10:13They joined Eknath Shinde Shiv Sena.
  127. 10:18Again, two-thirds of nine—meaning six MPs. Piyush-ji keeps saying don't get into maths
  128. 10:24However, the government's arithmetic is very sharp
  129. 10:28The NDA has 148 seats in the Rajya Sabha.
  130. 10:31However, in April, seven of the AAP 10 Rajya Sabha MPs from Punjab turned rebellious and joined BJP.
  131. 10:40Following this, three Rajya Sabha MPs from Bengal resign and won again on BJP ticket
  132. 10:51Just look at the timing—the souls of all these MPs speak with one voice at the very same moment.
  133. 10:57Everyone wakes up in the morning, drink tea, and suddenly remember
  134. 11:01I want to get the delimitation bill passed for 850 seats. Come, let's change the party and change the country.
  135. 11:07But this is where the power of the Constitution comes in—which was written to handle even such situations.
  136. 11:14The BJP deployed all its money, all its power, and the entire ED machinery. Yet, the NDA holds 318 seats in the Lok Sabha.
  137. 11:21If the DMK, upset with the Congress, had supported this delimitation bill with their 22 MPs...
  138. 11:28might not happen, but even then the figure can reach 340 only
  139. 11:33whereas target is 360
  140. 11:36The NDA controls 152 seats in the Rajya Sabha, and the target is 164.
  141. 11:40Where will the remaining MPs come from? And this is where the process of horse-trading begins.
  142. 11:46Another chapter where BJP may or may not succeed— and it depends on you and me as well.
  143. 11:53...whether or not we recognize this game
  144. 11:57Despite their ambitious slogan in the 2024 election, the BJP's tally dropped to 240 seats.
  145. 12:03But why is the Modi government so desperate to change the Constitution?
  146. 12:07Why is it pulling out all the stops—using every tactic and strategy—to reach the 360 mark?
  147. 12:13Does the BJP feel that it stands no chance in 2029 without doing this—without playing this game?
  148. 12:20Listen carefully, and then you will understand the level at which politics is being played in our country.
  149. 12:24Mainstream media keeping you occupied with abuse and apology while the government playing game
  150. 12:31Indira Gandhi in 1976 and Atal Bihari Vajpayee 25 years later in 2001
  151. 12:37kept the Lok Sabha seats at the level of the 1971 census figure - 543 and why?
  152. 12:45Two different parties, two different Prime Ministers—and there was no one to stop them
  153. 12:52This was a constitutional mandate. But they did it.
  154. 12:55Because if they had increased the seats, doing so would have been a betrayal to the South Indian states.
  155. 13:00Population control programs were implemented very effectively in the South.
  156. 13:05They had kept their population under control, whereas the Northern states were left unchecked.
  157. 13:11Whether it was UP, Bihar, MP, or Rajasthan, the population kept growing rapidly.
  158. 13:15Vajpayee had said that the number of seats would be frozen until 2026.
  159. 13:20So that states which have curbed population growth—specifically the southern states—do not face any penalty.
  160. 13:25And now, it is 2026's turn.
  161. 13:28Based on the new census and delimitation, the number of Lok Sabha seats would come to 850.
  162. 13:33What will happen next?
  163. 13:36The number of seats in the Hindi belt will increase from 207 to 311.
  164. 13:41A direct jump of 104 seats.
  165. 13:44If you look at the figures for UP and Bihar, they alone cross the 200 mark.
  166. 13:48However, if we look at South India as a whole, their tally would rise from 132 seats to only 198.
  167. 13:53They won't even cross the 200 mark.
  168. 13:55The Hindi belt will gain a direct lead of at least 113 seats over South India.
  169. 14:01If delimitation is done completely, then 311 seats will emerge from the Hindi belt alone
  170. 14:09A majority of 425 or 426 seats would be required in an 850-seat parliament.
  171. 14:15Now, for any national party, if you just secure the Hindi heartland along with Gujarat and Maharashtra
  172. 14:20So, even if not a single seat is won in South India, it will still work out.
  173. 14:25The political importance of South India will become zero at the national level
  174. 14:31The matter does not end with delimitation alone.
  175. 14:34Once the figure of 360 is reached, the government could pass three more important bills.
  176. 14:41The BJP has spoken extensively about One Nation, One Election
  177. 14:45The government will conduct the election across the country at one time
  178. 14:49Everything will be taken care of with a single button. The objective here is clear.
  179. 14:53Cover the entire country through a massive wave, a large-scale campaign, and huge financial resources.
  180. 14:59The existence of regional parties will be wiped out in a single stroke.
  181. 15:04Wiping out regional parties—which reflect the country's federal structure— a masterstroke.
  182. 15:10Next comes the 130th Constitutional Amendment Bill.
  183. 15:13A law in which if there is only an allegation against any PM or CM or Minister
  184. 15:19And if, due to this allegation, they spent 30 days in jail, then will be automatically removed from the post.
  185. 15:26You can imagine those politicians who get caught in false ED and CBI cases.
  186. 15:31If someone spends 30 days in jail without a case being filed or a trial commencing— a common occurrence in our country.
  187. 15:38How many people will lose their thrones and chairs just like that.
  188. 15:42Number three: what will be done with the Rajya Sabha after Lok Sabha seats are 850
  189. 15:48However, there is no system for increasing the number of seats in the Rajya Sabha in our Constitution
  190. 15:53When the joint sitting takes place, the dominance of the Lok Sabha will increase significantly.
  191. 15:58...the power of the Rajya Sabha will be halved.
  192. 16:00Whatever residual significance the Rajya Sabha still holds as a check and balance will be finished
  193. 16:07Our democracy, in the form we know it today, will simply cease to exist
  194. 16:13All the things we are talking about are not imaginary.
  195. 16:17Mainstream media might not talk about it, but the BJP has spoken on these matters; this agenda is public.
  196. 16:22The real question that arises is: where will these remaining few seats come from, to reach from 340 to 360?
  197. 16:29Who will be the next target in the Delhi ? Which prominent leaders will switch sides overnight?
  198. 16:36Or they will undergo eye surgery, their soul will begin to awaken?
  199. 16:40Just look at recent events. At 11:00 pm on July 14th,
  200. 16:44Jayant Patil of the NCP's Sharad Pawar faction and Praful Patel of the Ajit Pawar faction.
  201. 16:49...And Sunil Tatkare meet Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis at his official residence
  202. 16:55Because it seems an offer had come from Delhi.
  203. 16:58It is said that both Sharad Pawar and Sunetra Pawar—representing the two factions—were approached.
  204. 17:02Join forces. Come into the NDA, and in return, you could get a seat in the Union Cabinet.
  205. 17:07Can you see to what extent can the government apply its calculations? But they tell us dont get into maths
  206. 17:12Look at the 37 Samajwadi Party MPs in UP and the JMM MPs in Jharkhand.
  207. 17:20The pressure from the ED and central agencies is mounting day by day.
  208. 17:23If this continues, BJP will permanently wipe out the vote bank associated with 200–250 seats held by regional parties.
  209. 17:30Just consider this: it is the regional parties that raise the voice of the states before Delhi.
  210. 17:35and it will stop completely
  211. 17:37In today's episode, some things might upset you, there are certainly some bitter truths.
  212. 17:42But if I've misrepresented the facts, please let us know. I'm not taking responsibility for any emotional damage.
  213. 17:47The fact is that everyone in politics employs tactics.. All parties do it.
  214. 17:53When the government needs to get a bill passed, arm-twisting takes place.
  215. 17:56The party that has to end the protest, whether it's the BJP or the Congress, baton charges happen
  216. 18:00But here, the fundamental architecture of a democratic country is being altered. Without public support.
  217. 18:07The question then becomes, who is the one taking life out of democracy?
  218. 18:11In 2024 elections, people of the country gave a clear mandate. They stopped the BJP at 240 seats—not 400, and not even 300.
  219. 18:20They were like, You can run the government—run it as a coalition—but we are not giving you total power.
  220. 18:25We want you to manage the country within the framework of the Constitution.
  221. 18:29That is why remember, the NDA came to power; the BJP did not come to power.
  222. 18:33But now, look at what is happening. The election results are being bypassed.
  223. 18:38The two-thirds merger loophole being weaponized.
  224. 18:41An artificial majority is being created by overturning the mandate given by the general public
  225. 18:50The BJP isn't just passing one bill today. It's using fear, pressure, manipulation, and putting price
  226. 18:56A mockery is being made of a mandate that will prove very costly for the citizens of this country.
  227. 19:03The BJP is breaking the democratic contract that is renewed every five years.
  228. 19:10And the courts are not interested in stopping it either.
  229. 19:13The media will sing the praises of such Chanakya Niti, while no one is willing to listen to the voice of the opposition.
  230. 19:19On one hand, the BJP wants to take credit for women's reservation.
  231. 19:22And on the other hand, it seeks to tear the country's entire federal structure to shreds through the back door.
  232. 19:28One can wear only one mask... On one hand, you beat your chest claiming to be the Mother of Democracy
  233. 19:36On the other hand, you are poking at the soul of the Constitution just to reach the figure of 360
  234. 19:42This simply wont do
  235. 19:44You'll be shown resignation. You'll be handed statements.
  236. 19:49If abuses are hurled, you will be shown the hurt caused,
  237. 19:53A conspiracy will be hatched behind the scenes to suppress the voices of your states forever.
  238. 20:00But remember, when public mandate is traded, the loss is borne more by the ordinary citizens than by any political party.
  239. 20:08Because there is no counter-balance left. There is no one left to ask questions.
  240. 20:13That is why we see students on the streets. As for the government, it has backed down from Jantar Mantar.
  241. 20:18This is a strategic withdrawal. Modi ji has even forgiven the students. How magnanimous he has become.
  242. 20:24...become so liberal. But the real game is playing out on a completely different level.
  243. 20:29The point is whether you and I are recognizing this and sharing it with people?
  244. 20:33...or simply looking at the apology currently circulating in the media?
  245. 20:37The first thing we have to do to stop this is
  246. 20:42The lies being spread in the media—and the fact that this is not being discussed—must change.
  247. 20:48I would like you to support independent media as much as possible.
  248. 20:53Support any independent media outlet (if not The Deshbhakt) that talks for the nation, not bootlicking Govt,
  249. 20:59Situation is going to get worse and if Govt reaches 360 figure
  250. 21:04Then there will be no one left to speak.
  251. 21:08If you like this episode, please do subscribe and support on patreon.com/thedeshbhakt
