  1. 0:00He's like, "It's starting to finally hit
  2. 0:01me that I lost a hundred million dollars
  3. 0:04due to leverage. We're losing some of
  4. 0:07the gains right now, but overall, we
  5. 0:08only had a plus 75 million yesterday.
  6. 0:11You would figure we would have like a
  7. 0:12plus 500 million yesterday, a plus
  8. 0:15billion yesterday, right? All
  9. 0:16enthusiasm, but not really."
  10. 0:20And ETH did finally have a reversal. I
  11. 0:23mean, look at how much red there has
  12. 0:25been over the last few weeks. Did have a
  13. 0:27good reversal. Soul didn't have
  14. 0:29anything. XRP didn't have anything. I
  15. 0:32don't know. They just balanced out or no
  16. 0:35numbers. But yeah, yesterday should have
  17. 0:37been a better day. Should have been a
  18. 0:39better day. Um, one thing that I did
  19. 0:42predict before and now it's coming true
  20. 0:45is a lot of the miners that left Rayi
  21. 0:47because
  22. 0:49it looked greener at the time. It looked
  23. 0:51like a smarter idea.
  24. 0:54Now they're all coming back. [laughter]
  25. 0:59because now that AI is a little bit
  26. 1:01weaker, okay, and all this anti-data
  27. 1:04center stuff, they're they're probably
  28. 1:06not as profitable as they once were. And
  29. 1:08now Bitcoin mining has become more
  30. 1:11profitable. So, a lot of them are
  31. 1:12probably going to come back. And I've
  32. 1:14said that, too. And Bitcoin, you know,
  33. 1:16the whole thing about the difficulty, it
  34. 1:18adjusts every two weeks. So, if a whole
  35. 1:20bunch of miners leave, then the
  36. 1:22difficulty drops tremendously and the
  37. 1:24profitability goes up tremendously. So,
  38. 1:26those that actually stood in, just like
  39. 1:28long-term holders, are the ones that
  40. 1:30benefited the most, not the ones that
  41. 1:33tried to flip-flop. And you're going to
  42. 1:35see a lot of them are going to announce
  43. 1:37that they're coming back to Bitcoin or
  44. 1:40fully into Bitcoin because now it's not
  45. 1:42that profitable for them anymore to be
  46. 1:44an AI.
  47. 1:46You're going to see a lot of that. But
  48. 1:47this says, yeah, in October, you know,
  49. 1:50there there were just too many miners
  50. 1:52selling out and converting. They're go
  51. 1:54they're gonna come back. They're gonna
  52. 1:56come back. Now,
  53. 1:59uh yesterday it was also reported that
  54. 2:01Trump media moved
  55. 2:04342 million in Bitcoin to Crypto.com.
  56. 2:09I can't really think of a good reason
  57. 2:12why they would do that
  58. 2:15other than
  59. 2:17to sell it
  60. 2:19right now. Why would they be doing that?
  61. 2:22Why would it be selling now?
  62. 2:27I don't know. Maybe
  63. 2:29Trump and family are afraid that they're
  64. 2:32going to get attacked over this because
  65. 2:35Trump and family have made like a
  66. 2:38billion dollars in the last year uh in
  67. 2:41terms of crypto gains and crypto profit,
  68. 2:45right? all the way down the whole family
  69. 2:47chain like from Melania to Don Jr. to
  70. 2:53Eric to Baron
  71. 2:56like every single family member above
  72. 2:58like 13 years old. Um I don't know if
  73. 3:02there's any I don't know if Trump has
  74. 3:04any younger kids. I think Baron is his
  75. 3:06youngest kid. No, I I think he has a
  76. 3:07younger kid. Um but anyways, this may be
  77. 3:10related to that, right? like maybe
  78. 3:13they're trying to get rid of and not
  79. 3:15only that, you know, you you got still
  80. 3:18everything that that was made from
  81. 3:21Trumpcoin, Melaniacoin, and then, you
  82. 3:24know, don't forget they also have
  83. 3:26American Bitcoin, which is a mining
  84. 3:28company, and they also have World
  85. 3:31Financial, which is in a nasty lawsuit
  86. 3:33with Justin Sun right now of Tron, and
  87. 3:36he's making it very public,
  88. 3:39right? So all these entities
  89. 3:42that's related to Trump and family are
  90. 3:45going to be heavily looked at and
  91. 3:47scrutinized going forward. I know that.
  92. 3:50So I don't know if this is the first
  93. 3:53move and it's not a good one because
  94. 3:56selling 342 million Bitcoin right now
  95. 3:59it's going to affect obviously our
  96. 4:00recovery. But um
  97. 4:04maybe maybe all tied together because
  98. 4:06they're they know that they're going to
  99. 4:08get looked at, right? It was just like
  100. 4:10it was too prevalent. I mean I said I
  101. 4:12made this point yesterday. All of us in
  102. 4:14crypto we we appreciate and understand
  103. 4:17all the great things that are happening
  104. 4:19and all the new framework and how the
  105. 4:21CFTC and SEC operates, right? Allowing
  106. 4:24innovation and allowing companies,
  107. 4:26American companies to prosper with
  108. 4:28Bitcoin and crypto. And it's still
  109. 4:30moving forward. None of that has
  110. 4:31changed. But it was pretty obvious what
  111. 4:34was going on. all the corruption, all
  112. 4:36the things that were let go, things that
  113. 4:39most people just turned a blind eye to
  114. 4:40and said, "Ah, okay, whatever. They can
  115. 4:42get away with it. They're the Trump
  116. 4:44family. No one's going to go after
  117. 4:46them." That's kind of changed if you
  118. 4:49think about it now.
  119. 4:51Um, so
  120. 4:53yeah, the whole family's
  121. 4:56they got to they got to watch out. They
  122. 4:58got to watch out what they're doing. But
  123. 4:59you know, the good thing is they could
  124. 5:01always get pardoned. Every single one
  125. 5:02could get pardoned. So, I guess they
  126. 5:04don't really have to worry, but they're
  127. 5:07all get pardoned for sure.
  128. 5:09Um, unless it's a state thing. That's
  129. 5:12the thing. You can't pardon state
  130. 5:13crimes. You can only pardon federal
  131. 5:15crimes.
  132. 5:19Something interesting to think about.
  133. 5:21Uh, outside of that, we had oh, close to
  134. 5:25another billion liquidation from both
  135. 5:28sides, shorts and long side.
  136. 5:32Um, you know, obviously we had a big
  137. 5:34rally. I saw a tweet yesterday, someone
  138. 5:37that said over the last three years or
  139. 5:39two years,
  140. 5:41uh, he made, what is it, $380,000
  141. 5:45with leverage,
  142. 5:47like he basically shorted a market and,
  143. 5:50you know, he made a whole bunch of money
  144. 5:51just holding it. And he said that he,
  145. 5:54you know, he thought that
  146. 5:57he was going to, uh, make more after
  147. 6:00elections. He thought things were going
  148. 6:02to go down and then we had a sudden
  149. 6:04$5,000 gain on Bitcoin and he got
  150. 6:07liquidated all overnight. He didn't have
  151. 6:09a set stop gap, nothing like that. He
  152. 6:13just lost it all. He said he was looking
  153. 6:15at getting a new Porsche and that's not
  154. 6:17a case anymore. So within one night, he
  155. 6:21lost what he made in like a few
  156. 6:25it was a few months or a few years or
  157. 6:26something like that. I I don't know what
  158. 6:28it is, but it just goes to show you that
  159. 6:31that's that's how dangerous leverage is,
  160. 6:33right? When things are going good,
  161. 6:36everyone feels like they're a genius,
  162. 6:40right? With leverage, because you're
  163. 6:42multiplying your gains by 3x, 5x, 10x,
  164. 6:4620x, 100x, right? I just saw something
  165. 6:48that James Win just posted. He's like,
  166. 6:51"It's starting to finally hit me that I
  167. 6:53lost $100 million due to leverage.
  168. 6:59>> [gasps]
  169. 6:59>> the guy somehow I still don't believe
  170. 7:01it. I I feel like he's a plant for
  171. 7:04Hyperlid. Uh the guy put on some crazy
  172. 7:08longs back in the day and supposedly he
  173. 7:12turned, you know, whatever amount into
  174. 7:17$100 million, nine figures
  175. 7:21and he got liquidated during the last
  176. 7:24few months. He never cashed out, never
  177. 7:27let it go. Again, I I feel like it's I
  178. 7:29feel it's fake. I I don't believe anyone
  179. 7:32that made a hundred million,
  180. 7:34didn't pull some of it out,
  181. 7:37[clears throat] or didn't set a stop
  182. 7:38loss or didn't do anything, just wrote
  183. 7:40it all the way down to zero.
  184. 7:43I have a hard time believing that.
  185. 7:44That's just I I just don't believe it. I
  186. 7:47feel like that's all fake or given money
  187. 7:50or account that Hyperlquid gave it to
  188. 7:52him and and he was the biggest
  189. 7:54spokesperson and you know that's how
  190. 7:56Hyperlid got big is everyone start going
  191. 7:58on and following his trades and stuff. I
  192. 8:01don't know. I just I have a hard time
  193. 8:03belieing. But you know, my point is
  194. 8:05liquidations
  195. 8:08uh they wreck people. They wreck the
  196. 8:10whole space.
  197. 8:12So just be careful. It's a drug. Once
  198. 8:15you get started, you really don't ever
  199. 8:18leave. You just kind of want to always
  200. 8:21do it because you want to recover what
  201. 8:22you have lost, but then it just pulls
  202. 8:24you in.
