- 0:00Today's guest turned $700 into over a
- 0:03million simply by trading meme coins.
- 0:05There will never be anything easier to
- 0:07make money online than meme coins. Where
- 0:09are you going to go turn a,000 into
- 0:11100,000 in an hour? At the casino. A
- 0:13former pro Fortnite player, he's built a
- 0:15cult-like following. Known for his
- 0:17ability to predict the markets, spot
- 0:19trends early, and connect with some of
- 0:20the biggest names in crypto. From March
- 0:22to December, you didn't leave your room.
- 0:24I would go out here and then, but the
- 0:26majority of my days were 10:00 a.m. to
- 0:29400 p.m. and then 7:00 p.m. to like 2:00
- 0:31a.m. In this episode, we'll dive into
- 0:32his journey from broke teenager to
- 0:34millionaire investor, expose the hidden
- 0:36players manipulating crypto markets, and
- 0:38unveil his step-by-step blueprint for
- 0:40turning internet trends into
- 0:42generational wealth. I made around 500k
- 0:45in like 10 20 minutes. And how'd you do
- 0:47that? Uh, Warren G, welcome to the Jack
- 0:50Neil podcast. What's up, man? Thanks for
- 0:52having me. Yeah. Um, so guys, a bit of
- 0:54context here. We've been traveling
- 0:56around a bit. Uh, we just came back from
- 0:58Puerto Rico. Uh, did Luke Belmar, then
- 1:00did his brother, and Luke was like, "You
- 1:02have to get this guy orangey on the
- 1:04podcast." And I was like, "Okay, uh, let
- 1:06me look into him." And yeah, it turns
- 1:08out we have a lot of uh, friends in
- 1:10common, and yeah, he has a really sick
- 1:13story, so this should be a great
- 1:15episode. Um, also, we ran into each
- 1:17other at the airport uh, which kind of
- 1:18solidified us having a podcast. So,
- 1:20yeah, I think we're both getting
- 1:22dominoes. Um,
- 1:24so Orangey, ETH is down 60% all-time
- 1:27high. Salana is down 50%. Is this the
- 1:30end of meme coins? No, not at all. I
- 1:32think like the idea of meme coins uh is
- 1:35just getting started. Like the whole
- 1:36idea of like what I personally think is
- 1:39that every narrative from now till like
- 1:40the end of time until like crypto exists
- 1:43is going to get tokenized. Like if Elon
- 1:46Musk gets a dog, that's like forever
- 1:48going to be something that goes on the
- 1:49blockchain. Like the only thing that
- 1:50gets affected is how much volume there
- 1:52is like in the memecoin world. That's
- 1:54it. So how does uh the bigger coins
- 1:57affect meme coins? Like do you believe
- 1:59that if ETH crashes goes to zero, Salana
- 2:03crashes, like will there be meme coins?
- 2:05Will they will there ever be a place for
- 2:06that? Like yeah, people will still make
- 2:08pump funds every day of course. Yeah,
- 2:10that's never going anywhere. Uh is
- 2:11anybody going to buy them? I don't know.
- 2:14Not if everything's at zero because then
- 2:15there's no money to make. Give me the
- 2:17story. uh you turned 700 bucks into $1.1
- 2:20million trading coins. Yeah, that was
- 2:22like the start of my journey back in uh
- 2:25back in March of last year. Uh up until
- 2:27like August is when I think I made that
- 2:29video. Okay. So, give me the process of
- 2:31how you did that exactly.
- 2:34Um process of how I did that. You know,
- 2:37I was uh I was seeing all these like I
- 2:40used to play pro Fortnite for context
- 2:42and I would see all these like Fortnite
- 2:43friends on Twitter post like all their
- 2:46profits and I was really curious on like
- 2:49how they were doing it. I was already a
- 2:50little bit into crypto. Um so I just
- 2:52started reaching out to people like
- 2:54asking for help like yo can anybody like
- 2:56put me on? How do I do this? And just uh
- 2:58me and my Fortnite friends got into it
- 2:59together. Uh we started learning how to
- 3:01like trade I guess on Photon the website
- 3:04was back then. And yeah, from there we
- 3:07just started like grinding it every
- 3:08single day, like you know, 10, 12, 16
- 3:11hour days.
- 3:13Uh, and it was really slow at first
- 3:15until until it wasn't. And what did
- 3:18those days look like? Like where did you
- 3:20start? Uh, what was kind of your process
- 3:22for developing that skill? Because I
- 3:25mean, being a pro Fortnite player, uh,
- 3:27you kind of already have built the skill
- 3:29of I'm going to work at something for a
- 3:30long time, spend every day on it, absorb
- 3:32all the information. But what was that
- 3:34process for meme coins? Kind of like the
- 3:36same, right? Like just get on, wake up,
- 3:40get onto my computer super early, uh
- 3:42stay on all day, go to bed super late,
- 3:44kind of like Fortnite. Um and at first,
- 3:47you know, it was like I was on Photon
- 3:49all day and it was like a list of coins
- 3:51that would come out and I would just
- 3:52like study all these coins and kind of
- 3:55like I don't like look at every factor
- 3:58and decide like what factors imply me
- 4:01buying the coin. um until it got easier.
- 4:03Like eventually this website called Pump
- 4:05Fun came out and like the whole game
- 4:08just got a lot easier. Like you didn't
- 4:09have to like worry about like rugps
- 4:11happening like liquidity like being gone
- 4:13and stuff. So what makes a good meme?
- 4:15What makes a good meme? Um how viral can
- 4:17it go? How much attention can it get?
- 4:19That's Got it. And then how do you kind
- 4:22of uh predict with what you know like
- 4:25how big something can get? Yeah. Yeah. I
- 4:28mean that depends really on like market
- 4:29conditions like how much volume is even
- 4:32like in the memes. Like currently right
- 4:34now like a good meme like for example
- 4:36today I was trading a meme coin and I
- 4:38thought it was really good but like
- 4:40there's not a lot of volume right now.
- 4:41So I had to like you know exit it like a
- 4:43lot earlier than I would have just 3 4
- 4:45months ago. Um and honestly like bro it
- 4:49just like I think about it like
- 4:50attention like how much attention can
- 4:52this coin end up getting? Like how viral
- 4:54can it go? Like it's just like my
- 4:55thought process every time. I don't
- 4:56know. Gotcha. Okay. Um, and then you've
- 5:01kind of spoken a lot about these
- 5:03different processes on Brett
- 5:05Malinowski's podcast. I really enjoyed
- 5:07uh listening to that. But what has
- 5:10changed uh in the past two months on
- 5:13crypto, like just the crypto space in
- 5:15general? Amount of uh volume for sure.
- 5:17Like we had the uh Trump memecoin launch
- 5:20happened that was insane. Um, and then
- 5:23we had like Melania
- 5:25token launch. And then we had like
- 5:28Libra, which is like the uh it was like
- 5:30a fake Argentina token thing that
- 5:32happened and that killed a lot of like
- 5:34the memecoin volume. It gave people like
- 5:35erupt people the wrong way. Um,
- 5:39and ever since then, like you know, we
- 5:40saw Bitcoin soul ETH like kind of
- 5:42plummet. And it's just really been this
- 5:44week that it's kind of been like
- 5:45climbing back up. Like Bitcoin just
- 5:47reclaimed 94K. like we were at like, you
- 5:49know, bottom 80s for a while there. So,
- 5:53Got it. So, do you think uh like when
- 5:56the president of Argentina stole $100
- 5:59million, uh was that like a big memecoin
- 6:03event that kind of crashed everything?
- 6:04Yeah. Well, I mean, that's not what
- 6:05happened, but like that's what like the
- 6:07the headlines say, right? But, uh yeah,
- 6:09like the Libra event itself um did
- 6:12definitely cause a lot of bad sentiment
- 6:14to go into the memecoin space. And then
- 6:16give give me like the ultra specific of
- 6:18that. Like where did they go wrong with
- 6:19that project? Uh because I think from my
- 6:23perspective, I saw how well Trump did.
- 6:25Uh and that kind of established
- 6:27sentiment of how high these things could
- 6:29go, which made people more attuned to
- 6:31hold longer, invest larger amounts. Uh
- 6:33and then you had Melania, which I was
- 6:36shocked how big it got in general. Uh,
- 6:38and then when the president of Argentina
- 6:40did one, people thought it was going to
- 6:42go to similar amounts, but it was kind
- 6:43of rugged in like a day or so. Like, why
- 6:46did that happen? Why? Um, honestly, I I
- 6:49can't tell you the why cuz I don't know.
- 6:50I just know that there was like
- 6:52miscommunications with the internal
- 6:53team. I mean, this is just from what
- 6:54I've seen on Twitter from like the
- 6:56people behind it. Um, I don't know what
- 6:59went wrong. I don't So, but what did
- 7:01they do exactly? like they because I
- 7:04know the way a lot of these people
- 7:06running the projects make money is like
- 7:08uh selling a little bit to the exchanges
- 7:11or selling a little bit to uh just onto
- 7:14the market. But like uh so essentially
- 7:17there's like a green candle which it
- 7:18means it's going up but they kind of
- 7:20dampened the green candles which is kind
- 7:22of how they like extract money from the
- 7:23project without tanking it completely.
- 7:25But what did Libra do? Was it just a
- 7:26straight rug pool or to be honest uh
- 7:28this happened on February 14th
- 7:29Valentine's Day at NFC Paris. Like I was
- 7:32literally like on on a date uh during
- 7:34NFT Paris and like I see everyone like
- 7:37my my phone's going off like my wallet
- 7:38tracker is like everybody's buying this
- 7:40coin. I put like 40k into it and I just
- 7:42like kind of step away for a little bit.
- 7:43Um next thing I know I'm down 40k and
- 7:45like the token's at zero. So like and
- 7:48I'm I go on Twitter like everyone's like
- 7:50just hating on Libra and like what
- 7:52happened. Um that's like my personal
- 7:54story. I don't know exactly what
- 7:55happened. I'm assuming they had a lot of
- 7:57supply and they just sold a lot of it. I
- 7:58haven't seen like the documentaries and
- 8:00[ __ ] cuz at the end of the day it's just
- 8:01like I went to zero like yeah it rugged
- 8:04I guess. GG. Yeah. So what's the
- 8:06difference between like a rug and just
- 8:09uh like typical extraction in these
- 8:11projects?
- 8:13What do you mean? I would say like those
- 8:14are both the same thing. It's it's the
- 8:16same thing. Like that's what people mean
- 8:17by rug cuz it used to be like just
- 8:18straight up liquidity. No well pump kind
- 8:22of changed that. You know a rug is just
- 8:23like how did pump fun change that? Can't
- 8:26you do one? You can't like pull the
- 8:27liquidity pool, but you can still have
- 8:29like 99% of the supply on like all
- 8:31wallets and sell them all at once. Um,
- 8:33but like there's been involvement in the
- 8:35ecosystem and tools that help you like
- 8:38avoid that. On more positive note, uh,
- 8:40what's the most amount of money you've
- 8:42made in the least amount of time? Um, I
- 8:45made around 500k in like 10 20 minutes.
- 8:49Got it. And how'd you do that? Uh, my
- 8:51friend uh accoed me, which means like he
- 8:54sniped a coin for me. Um,
- 8:57and we got first transaction on that
- 8:58coin. What was the name of the coin?
- 9:00Like what was the project? What was the
- 9:02meme or is that uh it was like during
- 9:04like the uh it was like during like the
- 9:06slurf and boom. Do you remember that
- 9:07stuff? What was it? Slurf and boom. Like
- 9:09during that meta it was like pre it was
- 9:10a pre-sale pre-sale meta and then we
- 9:13sniped the CA. Okay. And then what does
- 9:15it mean to like snipe something?
- 9:17Exactly. Yeah. Like basically like there
- 9:18were like certain bots that you would
- 9:19run and we had sniped like hundreds of
- 9:22coins. Um, but this is the first one
- 9:23that like we got like first transaction
- 9:25on. Uh, you're just like running these
- 9:28bots and as soon as the coin drops like
- 9:29it'll like try to buy and when you're
- 9:32the first person to buy, you know, and
- 9:34it's like mooning like you make a lot.
- 9:36Do you think there's still a space to
- 9:37make a lot of money in meme coins with
- 9:39sniping or just in general? Just in
- 9:41general. Yeah, for sure. And what kind
- 9:43of new methods have you adopted
- 9:46recently? Is it really just an
- 9:47information game? To be honest, like the
- 9:49sniping uh method or meta died very
- 9:51quick. that was very shortlived through
- 9:52like March and May. Uh it was during
- 9:54those two months that I really took
- 9:55advantage of sniping. Uh I had really
- 9:57good connections, really good friends
- 9:58that were at the top of the sniping
- 9:59game. Um
- 10:02and and like honestly that that was
- 10:03shortlived. Like the whole these bots
- 10:05were called like peppermints. Uh that
- 10:06meta was shortlived. Um from then on
- 10:10like Pump Fun just became like very very
- 10:13wellknown and loved and people were just
- 10:15like
- 10:16I mean bro you can call Pump and make a
- 10:18coin for free. like there were just a
- 10:19coin every single second, you know, just
- 10:23happening. I don't know. Like I think
- 10:24from then on I started trading news like
- 10:26anytime something big would happen IRL
- 10:28like I would trade the pump and coin of
- 10:30it. Um and like that's what I did every
- 10:33single day. And I think like my biggest
- 10:35obviously we had like some a lot of
- 10:36celebrity coins happen um on Pump Fun as
- 10:39well. But like the really really big
- 10:41event for me was uh the day Trump got
- 10:43shot. I found out that news on Pump Fun
- 10:46and I think everybody did and Pump Fun
- 10:49became like the news like like if you
- 10:51wanted to know something you'd go on
- 10:52Pump Fun and see it. Interesting. Um and
- 10:54so that day I I made a few hundred,000
- 10:56that day on coins like Earcoin cuz he
- 10:59got shot in the ear. Uh Survivorcoin
- 11:02um a lot of coins that day based around
- 11:04Trump and this narrative and what
- 11:05happened. So, yeah, it's really
- 11:08interesting because after my podcast
- 11:10with Maritz, uh, who's another memecoin
- 11:12trader that's been fairly successful, I
- 11:15kind of like started looking at the
- 11:17charts and it was like you were able to
- 11:18identify the patterns based on what was
- 11:21being released and what was doing well
- 11:22and that would kind of determine market
- 11:24sentiment. Um, but now that I've haven't
- 11:27looked at it in like a month or so, it's
- 11:29like, oh, I don't understand this
- 11:30anymore. Like do you take days off or is
- 11:32it like if you took three days off would
- 11:34it be hard to understand it or no? Is it
- 11:36a lot? I just took like a few weeks off
- 11:37and I got back into it like uh beginning
- 11:39of this week and I feel like I've I'm
- 11:41already back into it. Um I'm not trading
- 11:43like like Marish or like other people uh
- 11:46like when you think trading I don't know
- 11:47how you think of like I'm not holding
- 11:49for hours like I'm not even holding for
- 11:51minutes. Like I'm honestly holding like
- 11:52for seconds at times. Like I'm just
- 11:54buying the new coins that are made and
- 11:56if it's like something that catches my
- 11:58attention I'll buy it and I'll sell it
- 11:59really quickly. Oh, so you sell like in
- 12:01a couple minutes. Like my average whole
- 12:03time. Yes. My average whole time on like
- 12:05CLO, which is where you can check your
- 12:07thing, it's like 45 seconds. Really?
- 12:09Yeah. Jeez. Um Yeah. Which has it has
- 12:12its like cons for sure. Definitely.
- 12:14Yeah. Because you don't get some of the
- 12:15moon bags. Like do you leave like 20%.
- 12:18You sell all? I sell all and it's like
- 12:20cost me a lot of money for sure. But
- 12:23that is what it is. So always another
- 12:25coin by the way. Like always. And and
- 12:27it's because you're just the fastest.
- 12:29I'm not the fastest. No. Like people
- 12:31like way better than me. I'm just like
- 12:33not the slowest. Yeah. What does it take
- 12:35to be like the fastest? Is that how much
- 12:38you have or? No. I mean that plays like
- 12:40a little bit of parts. But honestly,
- 12:42bro, it's just time. Like I'm friends
- 12:44with the fastest people and like the
- 12:45best like um like new pair, new coin
- 12:49traders and it's just like how much time
- 12:51they put into the game. Like they don't
- 12:52get off, you know. But what are they
- 12:54looking at that maybe you're not looking
- 12:55at? No, we're looking at the same thing,
- 12:57but it's like how much faster can they
- 12:58get into it? And that's the tech they
- 13:00have. It's not the tech, it's just like
- 13:02how quickly they are familiar with the
- 13:05market, right? And that just comes with
- 13:07the amount of time they've put into it.
- 13:08It's like the amount of conviction you
- 13:09have about this thing just based on
- 13:11looking at it instantly. Like I'll be in
- 13:12a call with all my friends and like
- 13:13they'll all buy something and then like
- 13:15my brain will click, oh yeah, like I
- 13:16should probably buy that too instead of
- 13:17like being the first one to buy. You get
- 13:18me? Cuz then they dump on me. But it's
- 13:20okay. Makes sense. Um and then so when
- 13:24are you sell so you're entering
- 13:26positions at like what 10k uh market cap
- 13:2920k market cap? Yeah. Like that that's
- 13:31like the average but like like for
- 13:33example today I entered a coin at 500k
- 13:35market cap. Um because the developer of
- 13:38that coin had like 70%. And I I had a
- 13:41feeling that he was going to like send
- 13:42it over to like a fake Elon Musk wallet.
- 13:44It's like this whole thing that happened
- 13:45today. Um and I bought it at 500k. Went
- 13:48to like 2 mil in 10 seconds. That was
- 13:49like a 4x on my position. This was
- 13:51today. Yeah. This is today. Yeah. So,
- 13:53you just made 1.5 million. No, no, no,
- 13:55no, no. The coin the coin market cap
- 13:56went to Okay. Okay. Okay. So, how much
- 13:58did you put into that? Uh, I put in like
- 14:003K. I made like 8K on it. Okay. So, so
- 14:03you usually keep your trades at 2 to 3K.
- 14:05Have you done any big trades recently?
- 14:08Big meaning like a lot of money. Yeah.
- 14:10Like 30K, 40K. Yeah. I like never do
- 14:12that. Huh. And then I guess we've we've
- 14:15kind of covered this, but how do you
- 14:16remain so profitable? You think? Uh, I
- 14:20think it's just like the amount of time
- 14:21that I've put into it. I was really
- 14:23early. I was one of the first people
- 14:24like trenching like buying these like
- 14:26new coins and um Do you think it'll get
- 14:28easier over time or harder for me? Yeah,
- 14:31I guess so. For me, it'll get easier.
- 14:33Yeah, cuz I'll keep doing it. I I just
- 14:35mean like with it getting more
- 14:36saturated, more people getting access to
- 14:38the tools. I feel like it gets easier
- 14:39for for me cuz like I'm already at like
- 14:42I guess like the top. not the top
- 14:44because there's like people way better
- 14:45than me, but like you know like pretty
- 14:47up there I guess. I don't know. When did
- 14:50you first start trading meme coins and
- 14:51when did you first buy like Bitcoin or
- 14:53ETH or something like that? Started
- 14:55trading meme coins uh 2024 March so just
- 14:59last year. Uh I bought my first ever
- 15:01crypto in September of 2021. So like
- 15:04three four years. And where did you kind
- 15:06of get the money to I used to be a pro
- 15:08Fortnite player. So my Fortnite money I
- 15:11just grew up playing video games. just I
- 15:13loved it. My dad put a controller in my
- 15:14hands when I was like 2 years old and I
- 15:17loved video games growing up. I tried to
- 15:18go pro in every single game you could
- 15:20think of. Got it. So, what were you
- 15:22playing like? Give me the timeline.
- 15:24You're 21 or 22 now? I'm 22 now. You're
- 15:2622. So, when you were, let's say, 16
- 15:30years old, was the game Fortnite? Yeah.
- 15:32Okay. How about when you were like 10?
- 15:33Uh, when I was I'll give you the whole
- 15:35thing. So, like I started like super
- 15:37super early, like probably like 5 years
- 15:39old on the Tom Ky OG games. That's like
- 15:41Rainbow Six Siege. Yeah, like the OG
- 15:43ones. Okay. Um, then I went into like
- 15:46Xbox 360 days, all like the little mini
- 15:48games that they had, the indie games,
- 15:50the Castle Miner, Castle Miner Z. Um,
- 15:53eventually like Minecraft. Um, then from
- 15:55Minecraft, I transitioned to like COD
- 15:57and BL2, BO3, like zombies. That was
- 16:00like my thing. Even multiplayer though.
- 16:03Um, I went Rocket League, uh, Overwatch,
- 16:06and then Fortnite. Rocket League
- 16:08Professional is one of the most
- 16:10interesting things to watch. Oh my god.
- 16:11Just the how the average person plays
- 16:13versus professional Rocket League is
- 16:15like stupid. It's like they're flying
- 16:16the entire time versus like actually
- 16:18driving the car around. Highest skill
- 16:19gap in any game. How about So you said
- 16:21Call of Duty. Were you into like the
- 16:22whole MLG like trickshotting thing or
- 16:24Yeah. Yeah. No, of course. I was a huge
- 16:26Faze fanboy. I still am a Faze fanboy. I
- 16:28just know all those guys now, so it's
- 16:29kind of weird. Um but yeah, of course.
- 16:32Like Faze, Sore, Obey, Red Reserve. Did
- 16:35you try to get into those or were you Of
- 16:36course for I was like a little
- 16:3712-year-old with like my little fake L7
- 16:40era PFP on Twitter. Um like setting up
- 16:44trick shots on like all these doing
- 16:46sooies off maps. Yeah, of course.
- 16:47Sooies. Wow. Hitting uh dingers.
- 16:50Bangers. Um yeah, I used to I used to do
- 16:52that and then uh I tried to I was like I
- 16:55can't do this. I'm going to try to
- 16:56figure out how to edit. Um and that
- 16:58that's like really hard. You know what's
- 17:00funny? Like that was my thing too. I
- 17:02didn't know how to do it. So, I started
- 17:03doing GFX and then I joined like Psycho,
- 17:06you know, Psycho. I haven't heard of
- 17:07that one. They're like a big content as
- 17:08like a graphic designer and that was
- 17:10like kind of where I started getting my
- 17:12connections and stuff. Interesting.
- 17:13Yeah. It's funny how many video editors
- 17:15that are extremely good used to edit
- 17:17trickshotting on BO2. Like a lot of
- 17:20people I've worked with, that's where
- 17:22they started. And then a lot of them
- 17:23today, it seems like they were doing
- 17:25like Andrew Tate, affiliate hustler
- 17:27university, and then they became video
- 17:29editors, which is really interesting how
- 17:31culture works. But um Okay, so you're
- 17:33playing BO2 doing zombies. That was the
- 17:36days. Uh and then when did you get into
- 17:39Fortnite? Just when it launched straight
- 17:40up. Fortnite. Yeah, Fortnite came out in
- 17:42uh I think it was September 2017. And I
- 17:45was playing Pro Rocket League at the
- 17:46time. Um Oh, you were already pro Rocket
- 17:48League. Well, like semi-pro, but yeah,
- 17:50like I was going on to like pro Rocket
- 17:51League. Was that your first like game
- 17:53that you were pro at? It's the first
- 17:55game I ever got paid to play. Yeah.
- 17:56Okay. So, give me that story. Like, why
- 17:58did you decide like have you just always
- 18:00been better than your friends at video
- 18:02games or Yeah, dude. Like, no one at
- 18:03school could keep up any game. Really?
- 18:05Yeah. I was just a I don't know, try
- 18:07hard bro. And then where does that kind
- 18:09of start? Like, is it do you think it's
- 18:12uh somewhat natural talent? Do you think
- 18:14it's just hours put in? I don't know.
- 18:16Well, gaming is definitely like
- 18:19genetics, I would say. Like some people
- 18:21either have it or don't, right? Like
- 18:23it's the same reason you see like all
- 18:24the same pro gamers go to the next game
- 18:26and continue being a pro. And there's
- 18:28people like stuck in bronze in some
- 18:29certain games. You you get me? Yeah.
- 18:31There's people that play like League of
- 18:32Legends for 10 years and are still
- 18:33bronze. That's a crazy skill gap game,
- 18:36too. Um Okay. And then so where are you
- 18:39from originally? I'm Italian. Italian.
- 18:41So you're from like what part of Italy?
- 18:43Rome. Rome. Nice. Interesting, man. Um,
- 18:46and then when did you move to the US?
- 18:48Uh, I was uh like seven around there.
- 18:51Seven. Okay. Gotcha. And grow up growing
- 18:53up in school, you're just grinding video
- 18:55games. Um, and then so how much did you
- 18:58get paid to play Rocket League? Uh, my
- 19:00first ever contract uh was 500 bucks a
- 19:02month. 500 bucks a month. Yeah. It was a
- 19:04lot, bro. And then were you streaming at
- 19:05the time? I was streaming. Yeah. Got it.
- 19:07So like 20 years. So you switch into
- 19:09Fortnite eventually. I Why Why was the
- 19:12change there? That was a really hard
- 19:13decision to make. Um, I found myself
- 19:16starting to like miss out on like my
- 19:18Rocket League scrims with my teammates.
- 19:20I just want to play Fortnite all the
- 19:21time because it was so fun to play. And
- 19:23then one day, you know, I told my like
- 19:25org owner like, "Yo, bro, thank you for
- 19:27the opportunity, but I know 500 bucks a
- 19:29month is a lot, but like I want to
- 19:30pursue Fortnite and I did." And then how
- 19:34long did it take you to go pro in
- 19:35Fortnite, start making money? Fortnite
- 19:37came out September 2017. Uh, I think the
- 19:40very very early days we had like the um
- 19:43skirmishes going on. Um, and then in
- 19:462018, so like a year after. And what's a
- 19:49skirmish by the way? A skirmish were
- 19:50like the tournaments going on back then,
- 19:52like the winter skirmish, things like
- 19:54that. I think the OG Twitch rival
- 19:56competitions. Um, and then in September
- 19:582018, me and my friends come together,
- 19:59we make a Fortnite clan. Uh, it goes
- 20:01mega viral. It was called Chronic. Um,
- 20:04and then from then I just blew up on
- 20:06Fortnite. And then what was your first
- 20:07like tournament? like where were you
- 20:08ranked? Uh uh the way Fortnite works is
- 20:11like there's a tournament like pretty
- 20:12much every day. So there's nobody really
- 20:13like like ranking like that. Uh every
- 20:15like few months they have like a big
- 20:17tournament and like you'll rank in that.
- 20:18Um but yeah, I was like top 200 players.
- 20:23Top 200. Yeah. Gotcha. In our region I
- 20:26would say. Nice. And then so what's the
- 20:28most amount of money you made on
- 20:29Fortnite? Um in one tournament it was
- 20:31like 25 grand. And then what place did
- 20:33you get to in that tournament? Yeah. It
- 20:35was I think we got sixth or fifth. It
- 20:37was like a Twitch rivals event. So that
- 20:39was squads or duos? It was trios. Trios.
- 20:41Okay. Nice. So what did you do after
- 20:44like Fortnite? When did you kind of give
- 20:45up? I I just I didn't give up. Uh I did
- 20:48Fortnite from like 2018, 19, 20. Yeah.
- 20:51So like 2021, 2020, 2021, uh co came um
- 20:56I gave up like also more context. I grew
- 20:59up in like a basketball family, you
- 21:01know, dad played overseas. Um, I mean,
- 21:03as like every father wants their kid to
- 21:05play a sport, so like basketball is like
- 21:06my thing growing up. Yeah, guys, is like
- 21:08six foot two or six foot three. Uh, by
- 21:10the way, I was like shocked when I saw
- 21:11him in person. I was like, Jesus,
- 21:12something like that. Tall guy. Um, and
- 21:15so co comes and obviously basketball
- 21:18season's over. I go really into
- 21:19Fortnite. I really like make my mark,
- 21:21blow up on YouTube on Fortnite. Um,
- 21:24so 2020 to 2021 just like millions of
- 21:27views, uh, really good placements, lots
- 21:29of like money being earned, lots of
- 21:30sponsorships. I was um on a fat like
- 21:32Facebook deal for streaming back then.
- 21:34Um everything's going well and then 2021
- 21:39September comes around. Uh buddy of mine
- 21:41tells me like NFTs, crypto. That's when
- 21:43I buy my first crypto. I get a little
- 21:45bit into NFTs, make some money um and
- 21:48then lose it all. But by that time, like
- 21:50by the time I lost it all, I was already
- 21:51so deep into crypto and NFTTS that like
- 21:55there was no going back to Fortnite cuz
- 21:56you're getting a taste of like what the
- 21:58real world money kind of felt like. How
- 22:00much money did you have and how much
- 22:01money did you like go did you go to
- 22:03zero? Yeah, I went to like worse than
- 22:05zero. Um, look, I started NFTTS in 2021
- 22:08with like my whole bank account which
- 22:11probably like $6,000 at that time. Um,
- 22:15bought an NFT with it. Uh, that allowed
- 22:17me to get into an event in New York,
- 22:19NFTYC. Oh, nice. I went there, met a lot
- 22:22of people, and from like November to
- 22:26I guess like June, July, um, made a few
- 22:29hundred grand. Um, a few hundred grand
- 22:32with just NFTs. Mhm. Okay. Yeah. Uh, but
- 22:35I mean like I lost it all. It was all
- 22:37like unrealized, bro. It's like all
- 22:38these like board eight profits that I
- 22:39like held on to. Thought they were going
- 22:40to go to like multi7 figs. Yeah. Just
- 22:42like wrote it all the way down. And uh,
- 22:44obviously I had a lot of ETH at like
- 22:464.7K. I got an ETH tattoo at 4,700, by
- 22:50the way. Um, and then I held all that
- 22:53ETH, bro, and it just like went to 800
- 22:55bucks and I was still holding. And at
- 22:57800 bucks, I remember I was sitting in
- 22:58the parking lot at Lifetime. I'm like,
- 22:59"All right, I'm going to sell this
- 23:00shit." And then with like four reverse,
- 23:02I was like, "All right." You sold the
- 23:04bottom at the bottom. Yeah. What would
- 23:05you say was like the most amount of
- 23:07money you had at that time? So, you were
- 23:0818 or 19? I was 18. Um, it was a lot.
- 23:12Like if you sold at the top everything,
- 23:13it was probably like a million or almost
- 23:15like 700, 800K. Yeah. And then that went
- 23:17to zero. Zero. Like worse than zero
- 23:19because uh at that time I like I was 18y
- 23:22old with money, bro. I bought Lambos and
- 23:25do really stupid [ __ ] Um and bro, just
- 23:28lifestyle inflation when you first got
- 23:30money. Couldn't like keep up with it
- 23:31when the bull market like really left.
- 23:34So what were the steps to uh get your
- 23:36money back? To get my money back, bro.
- 23:38Um so I lose all the money. I'm a little
- 23:40bit in debt and I start doing
- 23:41everything. Start watching all the all
- 23:43the courses, all the videos. I uh over
- 23:46here watching YouTube, Iman uh you know
- 23:49everybody Jordan Welch I buy every
- 23:50course with like the last money I had on
- 23:52my credit card on your credit card. So
- 23:54you're going into debt. I uh I bought
- 23:56Iman 1500 uh grow your agency on my AX.
- 24:00I was like a [ __ ] Um
- 24:02and I I made it an agency scaled it to
- 24:05like 20K a month. Um and that that like
- 24:08kept me from going underwater. That was
- 24:10September 2022 until like January 2023.
- 24:14In January 2023, uh, two years ago now,
- 24:17I get a really big break. There's this
- 24:19gaming competition going on. Nobody
- 24:20knows about it. It's a board ape gaming
- 24:23competition called Dookkey Dash. And
- 24:25that bails me out. I get like third
- 24:26place in that, make 600 grand, and I'm
- 24:29back up again. So, um, yeah, I do want
- 24:32to back up. That's a fascinating story
- 24:34that that was such a great clip to
- 24:36watch. uh the video of you winning that
- 24:37tournament and you're like, "Yo, yo,
- 24:39everyone, uh be quiet. Uh wait,
- 24:41everyone, can you guys talk to me for a
- 24:42second?" Yeah. Clear calms. Clear calms.
- 24:44Clear comms. Um and then one guy like
- 24:46did it clear comms and you're like, "And
- 24:47then I died." Yeah. Yeah. You're like,
- 24:49"Oh, I still won. We're good." Imagine
- 24:51if you didn't win, you probably would
- 24:52have been pretty. Um but so your agency,
- 24:56what is what's an agency to you? Because
- 24:59that's just like one of those terms. It
- 25:00can mean everything.
- 25:03Yeah. Service you're providing. And what
- 25:04were you doing for people? Uh we were
- 25:06doing clipping before it became like
- 25:08this whole big thing and just like this
- 25:10is 2022.
- 25:12Okay. So you one of the first people
- 25:13clipping for a lot of gamers. Um so like
- 25:17I went to my you know rich Fortnite
- 25:19friends like hey guys 1,000 bucks a
- 25:21month I'll clip for you and put you on
- 25:22TikTok and bro it worked. It blew up a
- 25:25lot of them. A lot of them you know got
- 25:26millions of views for a lot of like my
- 25:27Valerant friends um Fortnite friends and
- 25:31yeah just got like 10 of those guys. We
- 25:32were clipping for Neon back when Neon
- 25:34was like not this big. Um, where did you
- 25:37uh get the idea for like clipping
- 25:38agency? Ian Gaji. Oh, so he was already
- 25:41talking about that in SMMA. Well, he
- 25:43wasn't talking about like clipping, but
- 25:44he was talking about SMMA. So, that was
- 25:46my SMA. The service I could provide of
- 25:48marketing was like putting Twitch clips
- 25:50onto like other platforms. So, you had
- 25:52to be one of the first people doing
- 25:53clipping. I would say I guess it was
- 25:55like when Musa was starting. I remember
- 25:57because we were like Okay, gotcha. So
- 25:59you did that and then uh tell me about
- 26:01the the gaming 600k that you won. Yeah,
- 26:04man. So, you know, from September to
- 26:06January over here trying every side
- 26:07hustle I can. Literally everything. Um
- 26:10walk me through what you tried. I I want
- 26:11to hear it. Everything. Like I tried
- 26:12YouTube cash cows. I was like um that's
- 26:15just like faceless channels, dude. Yeah.
- 26:16And I was doing like the YouTube shorts.
- 26:18Did you know Mr. Beast? Blah blah blah
- 26:19blah blah. Um were you using your voice?
- 26:22Yeah, I did that. We ran up a channel to
- 26:24100K subs. Um,
- 26:28uh, I tried like Snapchat stuff. I, uh,
- 26:30I think this is like Tik Tok shop. I
- 26:32think Tik Tok shop was around here. Like
- 26:34what did you do with Snapchat? Uh, we
- 26:35tried shows like the Mr. B stuff. Was
- 26:38that through Luke? No, it was not. It
- 26:40was not. I was just I've been friends
- 26:41with Luke and like he was doing it and
- 26:43so I I just tried to do it by myself as
- 26:45well. Did you not make any money from
- 26:47that or? Not really. No, we weren't very
- 26:48successful with it. Probably like a few
- 26:50thousand bucks. Gotcha. Um, that was
- 26:52that was a lot of my big success, but
- 26:54maybe we were just earlier at the time.
- 26:55We were doing news stuff. So, I I assume
- 26:58that that's how you got so good at news
- 27:00because uh like when you do new Snapchat
- 27:02shows, it's all about can you get it out
- 27:03before everyone else and can you like
- 27:05produce the content faster than everyone
- 27:06else? Um, that's interesting. So, a few
- 27:09few thousand from Snapchat and you went
- 27:11to Tik Tok shop. What were you doing
- 27:12with Tik Tok? Tik Tok shop. Uh, dude, I
- 27:14was doing like just just everything you
- 27:16could think of, bro. Just uh trying to
- 27:17sell any product. I remember like
- 27:19faceless content for yourself. Faceless
- 27:20Faceless Faceless content like in my car
- 27:22in my Tesla and like I was just doing
- 27:24this with all my friends and what else
- 27:25were we doing? I think around this time
- 27:27Fortnite maps comes out. No, no,
- 27:30Fortnite maps after. Um, so yeah, Tik
- 27:33Tok shop SMMA 20K a month keeping me
- 27:35alive like not super underwater. I'm
- 27:37able to afford the minimum credit card
- 27:39payment bills and the the rent and the
- 27:41cars. Uh, eventually I sell the cars.
- 27:43Um, this after Dookie Dash though, uh,
- 27:46January 18th, this video game tournament
- 27:49starts. I get hit up to play and from
- 27:51January to March, I play Dookkey Dash,
- 27:54make 600 grand. So, yeah. And what's
- 27:55Dookkey Dash? That's the the video game.
- 27:57It was like an endless runner. Think of
- 27:58like Subway Surfers. But, uh, it was
- 28:01through Board API Club. Like, like they
- 28:03made the video game. So, they made the
- 28:04video game. And why is that like why did
- 28:06they put money into that? Uh, they
- 28:08didn't they uh put NFTts up for the
- 28:10prize. Okay. And so the people
- 28:12speculated on what those NFTs were going
- 28:14to be worth. Did you sell yours
- 28:15immediately? Of course I was selling all
- 28:17of them immediately. Yeah. I learned
- 28:18from my 2021 days, bro. And did that get
- 28:21you some kind of like street credit in
- 28:23the space? Was that like the big moment
- 28:24for you? That was the big moment. That's
- 28:26when I became the number one like web 3
- 28:29gaming guy, but that never took off like
- 28:31the whole crypto gaming. It might one
- 28:33day, but not when I was like trying to
- 28:35get really into it. So you made 600K
- 28:38from a video game uh winning the
- 28:39tournament. What did you do with that
- 28:41money? Uh, funny enough, I didn't learn
- 28:43entirely, right? I, uh, put 250K into
- 28:46that into an NFT collection that I got
- 28:48super bullish on and it went to zero.
- 28:50Um, so I had like 300K left. I pay off
- 28:54all my debts. I
- 28:58just bought a car cash. Um,
- 29:01down payment on the house, uh, and just
- 29:05saved the rest of the money. um stacked
- 29:08it up in soul, stacked it up in ETH. Uh
- 29:12and yeah, the whole market just went up.
- 29:14So that that kind of went up. And what
- 29:16were you working on after that? Right
- 29:17after the tournament, it gave me a lot
- 29:19of street cred, right? So now I'm this
- 29:20web 3 gaming guy. Uh have every game
- 29:22like, yo, you got to try us out. And I
- 29:25was able to scale like the Orangey brand
- 29:27of web 3 gaming up to like 50k a month.
- 29:29So, I was making 50K a month from uh the
- 29:33end of Doogie Dash March 2023 up until
- 29:36started memecoins. And where was that
- 29:38revenue from? Sponsors, bro. Like uh
- 29:41sponsored projects. Cryptos have like a
- 29:43lot of crypto projects have big money.
- 29:45And like all I had to do was play the
- 29:47video game. Like play the video game and
- 29:49stream it, make content on it, record
- 29:50it. Did that go super viral when you won
- 29:53or like why why did you have such street
- 29:55cred from like winning that? It went
- 29:56viral in crypto. Yeah. Okay, got Yeah,
- 29:58cuz like you know I didn't win by the
- 30:01way. I got I got third. Um that clip you
- 30:03saw was like me winning that section
- 30:05though. Um got it. Like first place got
- 30:07$2.2 million. Uh you know [ __ ] No
- 30:10Fortnite player as well. Like the
- 30:12Fortnite boys ran that. Yeah, bro. I got
- 30:14street credit cuz I was the only one
- 30:16streaming it. I was the only one
- 30:16recording it. So like for for all of
- 30:18cryptos like yo can make our gaming like
- 30:21our crypto gaming stuff like pretty
- 30:22mainstream. Um I tried that for a year.
- 30:24It didn't work out, bro. Just crypto
- 30:26games aren't good right now. people
- 30:27think that it'll play a big part in the
- 30:29future and I do too. So, but yeah, from
- 30:31March 2023 until like March 2024, I'm
- 30:34doing that. Uh, right around September
- 30:36of 2023, I start the Fortnite map
- 30:38business. I did that. Um, how did that
- 30:41go, dude? It went pretty well. How much
- 30:42money can you make with Fortnite maps,
- 30:44dude? [ __ ] millions of dollars.
- 30:46Really? Yeah, dude. Like a lot. Like cuz
- 30:49I know I know Luke uh who was doing some
- 30:51crazy numbers on Snapchat shows is like,
- 30:53"This is what I do now, Jack." And I'm
- 30:55like, "Yeah, well, I don't know how to
- 30:56play Fortnite." Uh, so I don't really
- 30:58doubt I know how to do this whole map
- 31:00thing. Uh, he kind of had a competitive
- 31:01edge already being a pro Fortnite
- 31:03player. Um, so like, yeah, you said it
- 31:05makes millions of dollars. There's maps
- 31:07that make like eight figures a month.
- 31:08Yeah. And just for people who have no
- 31:11idea like what a Fortnite map is,
- 31:12haven't played since the game came out,
- 31:14like what is uh it, how do they make
- 31:16money? Yeah. Yeah. So, you make money by
- 31:18having players on your map. Um, a
- 31:21Fortnite map can just be like any
- 31:22experience that you're building within
- 31:24the game. like a like a tycoon, like a
- 31:26box fights, builds fight map, a zone
- 31:29wars. Um, Fortnite is much bigger than
- 31:31like the original battle royale mode
- 31:32now. A multiverse of millions of mini
- 31:35games on their site. And how does
- 31:38Fortnite pay you? Like, do they just
- 31:40have so much money they're just giving
- 31:41it away? Well, it's a good question. I
- 31:43don't know how that monetization model
- 31:45works. If you have a lot of players on
- 31:47your map, I'm guessing you're keeping
- 31:48them on the game, which makes them spend
- 31:51more money. Yeah, I'm not sure how that
- 31:52works. And Fortnite makes money buying
- 31:54skins predominantly. Um, okay. And then
- 31:57what makes a good Fortnite map? Uh, how
- 32:00addicting can you make it to like little
- 32:01kids? But my specialty was uh brands. We
- 32:04uh made Fortnite maps for a lot of
- 32:05brands. So, did you get paid from the
- 32:07brands and from Fortnite? We made a lot
- 32:09more money from the brands than from
- 32:11Fortnite, but both. How'd you get into
- 32:13that, bro? I just started reaching out
- 32:15to Okay. Okay. So, these crypto gaming
- 32:17companies I'm working with, I start
- 32:19pitching them all like, "Yo, you want
- 32:21like to get into gaming, bro? Like, make
- 32:23a Fortnite map. Pay me to make your
- 32:25Fortnite map." Uh, and yeah, we just we
- 32:28just did that. Make some good money with
- 32:29that. Give Give me some numbers. Like,
- 32:31how much would like a brand pay like six
- 32:33figures? Oh, how much would one brand
- 32:35play? Uh, bro, like anywhere from like
- 32:36depending on how time consuming these
- 32:39maps were, which could be a lot, like,
- 32:40you know, anywhere from like 5 to 20 um,
- 32:43okay, for a map. I mean, I know studios
- 32:46that charge 100k for a map. So, and it
- 32:49was just an advertising play for them
- 32:50and then you got paid by Fortnite. I
- 32:53would get paid by the studio. A lot of
- 32:55these maps didn't go anywhere. No one
- 32:57ever played them. It's just like for the
- 32:58brand to say, "Hey, you know, we have a
- 32:59Fortnite map. We have a Fortnite map."
- 33:01And then, did you ever have any ultra
- 33:02successful maps? We had one that was
- 33:05averaging a few thousand players a day,
- 33:07which was making a few hundred bucks an
- 33:08hour. So, a few hundred bucks an hour
- 33:10just on a few thousand players. Yeah,
- 33:12that's a lot of players, by the way. But
- 33:14but yeah. Yeah. It just doesn't like I
- 33:16don't a few thousand players playing a
- 33:19day. Huh. But there's like millions of
- 33:21players on Fortnite, right? Yeah.
- 33:22Fortnite pays out millions of dollars a
- 33:24day. Yeah. Huh. Do you know any of like
- 33:26your friends uh like what kind of their
- 33:29numbers are? You don't have to say any
- 33:30names. I I have a friend who made the uh
- 33:33you know some boxite maps that went very
- 33:35viral and they're doing you know 10 mil
- 33:37a month 10 million a month from Fortnite
- 33:40maps. And how do you get into that? Like
- 33:42uh do you pay who who are you paying to
- 33:45build them? Is it just other people? I
- 33:46was in the trenches myself. Like me and
- 33:47my best friend, we were making these
- 33:49building. We were learning how to code
- 33:51on Verse, which is uh the Fortnite
- 33:53Unreal Studio. Um you have to use coding
- 33:55to build them. It's not just like you
- 33:56you can like just place items. Yeah. But
- 33:59like for like really complex stuff, you
- 34:00have to code. So um there's the before
- 34:03like Chatty as well. And then go from
- 34:05there like how do you uh marketing?
- 34:08Yeah. From there it's like how do you
- 34:09market a Fortnite? Yeah, Tik Tok.
- 34:11Honestly, a lot of clipping stuff in
- 34:13common there as well. Uh, paying a lot
- 34:15of creators, like a lot of Fortnite
- 34:16creators. Um, money per views. Got it.
- 34:20Like, play on my map and I'll pay you
- 34:22500 bucks if you get 10,000 views or
- 34:24something like that, you know. Okay. So,
- 34:25it's like this whole affiliate marketing
- 34:27system with the maps themselves. And
- 34:29then we also had like this um
- 34:33and then people people would also do
- 34:35this thing where like they would market
- 34:36their maps on Tik Tok and YouTube
- 34:38shorts. I never did this. Um, and it'd
- 34:40be like, "Hey, you join this map, you
- 34:42can get a million XP." And then all
- 34:44these little kids are like, "Oh my god,
- 34:46I can like level up 100 levels. Let me
- 34:48go play that map." Yeah. And uh I never
- 34:50did that, but it was very lucrative for
- 34:52those who did. Do you think this is
- 34:54still a good opportunity doing that?
- 34:56Yes. Uh Fortnite maps in general. Yeah.
- 34:58There's a lot of competition though.
- 34:59It's very oversaturated. I was like one
- 35:00of the earliest people to do it, but
- 35:02100%. And then what would like do you
- 35:05have to be a pro Fortnite player to be
- 35:07good at this? You don't need to know how
- 35:08to play. You don't need to know how to
- 35:09play Fortnite. People like quit like
- 35:11their full-time coding jobs to go make
- 35:13Fortnite apps instead, bro. So, are is
- 35:14that the people who's who are working on
- 35:16this? Like people with experience with
- 35:17code. Like if you were going to hire
- 35:18someone like what would be your hires
- 35:20for Fortnite map? I started Fortnite map
- 35:22studio business right now. I would
- 35:24definitely get like some people with uh
- 35:26verse coding experience and knowledge of
- 35:28how to make maps. Now it's so much
- 35:30competition, bro. It's been around for
- 35:31like two to three years. The best maps
- 35:33are doing 100k players like average like
- 35:36right now. M um and then are there like
- 35:39new maps popping up all the time? Every
- 35:40day. Every minute. I'm sure there's a
- 35:41new map. Okay. So, it's kind of like
- 35:43similar to meme coins and that it's
- 35:44news-based. Like you're trying to be the
- 35:46first map market the best. Yeah. Yeah.
- 35:48I'm sure it is also news based. Like I'm
- 35:50sure if like like when when that Trump
- 35:52event happened, I'm sure like somebody
- 35:53did a Trump map. Yeah. Yeah. That's
- 35:57interesting. Trump one v one map.
- 35:59Um Okay. So, you did Fortnite maps. What
- 36:02was the thing after that? Uh meme coins.
- 36:05Okay. So there's millions of dollars in
- 36:08Snapchat to my knowledge, millions of
- 36:10dollars in Tik Tok shop, tens of
- 36:11millions in Fortnite maps. Seems like
- 36:14you've done pretty well at all of these
- 36:16and have a good track record. Why are
- 36:18memecoins like the best opportunity? I
- 36:21think it was very relatable to like
- 36:22playing a video game. So, and I didn't
- 36:25have to
- 36:26do anything but like play the game, you
- 36:30know, like all this building business
- 36:32stuff, you have to like talk to people.
- 36:34you have to actually do the business
- 36:35stuff. And I think at that time in my
- 36:37life, I just wanted to get back into
- 36:39like my roots of like just grinding on
- 36:40my computer 24/7. Yeah. And that's what
- 36:42Memecoins like presented to me to be
- 36:44honest. Like I could just not talk to
- 36:46anybody, just my friends in a call and
- 36:49click buttons and make money. And what
- 36:52was your first big success with a
- 36:53memecoin? Um,
- 36:56two soul into 10 on a coin called Ducker
- 37:00was my first trade ever. And I remember
- 37:02the liquidity got pulled on that coin.
- 37:04So I sold right before they did that. Um
- 37:06back in the day you're in the trenches
- 37:08for real. Um like a lot of meme coins
- 37:12are happening. A lot of new ones are
- 37:13being made. So you're joining like all
- 37:15the the Telegram group chats, the
- 37:16Twitter group chats. Um back in the day
- 37:19you would be on a voice call with the
- 37:20developer of these tokens and they would
- 37:22be like, "I'm not going to rug you guys.
- 37:24Don't worry." And as soon as they say
- 37:25that just they would pull the liquidity.
- 37:28Uh this is like pre- pump on days. Um,
- 37:31but yeah, Ducker was my first play. I
- 37:33think that was like 300 bucks into uh
- 37:35like 1,500. And I, dude, I got so
- 37:37addicted. Like, I loved it. Um, I
- 37:40dropped all my Web3 gaming sponsors cuz
- 37:42I didn't want to talk about crypto
- 37:43gaming anymore. I didn't want to record.
- 37:45It was a waste of time to like go record
- 37:47a video and upload it for like a,000
- 37:49bucks. Obviously, it's a lot, but like I
- 37:51felt like the opportunity cost like I
- 37:53would look at a million coins being made
- 37:55while I'm recording this like crypto
- 37:57gaming stuff, you know? Yeah. Um, so I
- 37:59dropped all those sponsors, bro. I I let
- 38:01go of like 40 50k a month in income. Um,
- 38:04obviously it paid off, but And what time
- 38:07was this? This was end of 2023. This is
- 38:09beginning of like this is March, April
- 38:11of last year. 2024. Got it. 2024. Okay.
- 38:16And then so basically I think I read
- 38:19that from March to December, you didn't
- 38:21leave your room. Yeah. From March until
- 38:23November. I would say that's very
- 38:24accurate. Yeah. November. And then so is
- 38:28that just the advantage with memecoins
- 38:30just being awake all day at your
- 38:31computer? Yeah, that's all. Did you
- 38:34sleep much? Yeah. Yeah, I slept. No, I
- 38:35would sleep a lot. Uh I it would cost me
- 38:37a lot of money sleeping, but yeah, I
- 38:40still slept. I would go out here and
- 38:41then. Um
- 38:43but the majority of my days were like
- 38:4710:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Around 4: I'd
- 38:49take a break, get dinner. I'd walk I was
- 38:51in Burka at the time. Walk downstairs,
- 38:53Kasatua, whatever. and then 7:00 p.m. to
- 38:56like 2 a.m.
- 38:57And what were you doing in those days?
- 39:00You've kind of told me a bit about it,
- 39:01but is it like I think you have like a
- 39:03six monitor setup or something crazy at
- 39:06the time? I didn't um
- 39:09I was just dude just sitting there, bro.
- 39:11Just sitting in front of the computer,
- 39:13three monitors, camera, and I would just
- 39:17um trade meme coins. Were you streaming
- 39:20all this? No, I wasn't streaming. I
- 39:21would trade meme coins and then I would
- 39:22record videos sometimes on teaching
- 39:23people how to do it. Um and then that
- 39:26blew up and then yeah my YouTube blew up
- 39:31that that brought a lot of um like extra
- 39:34attention to me. It blew up on my
- 39:36socials. I created a Discord server to
- 39:38provide like tools for people uh which
- 39:40is what you were talking about um
- 39:42earlier outside the podcast um potion.
- 39:45Uh yeah like everything just kind of
- 39:48went from there. So, why did you decide
- 39:50to launch Potion? Because it seems like
- 39:53you were in your room uh all this time.
- 39:55Like, why do you have to sit there and
- 39:58watch everything? Why can't you set up
- 40:00tools to automatically track stuff?
- 40:01Like, why is it so manual? Like requires
- 40:04you to be there? Cuz I feel like a lot
- 40:05of it is just like uh being in the right
- 40:07head space, right? Like I can get a
- 40:08notification right now like 10 wallets
- 40:11just bought Trump coin, which is really
- 40:13what did happen back in January 18th of
- 40:15this year. Um, I got those
- 40:17notifications, but I wasn't in the right
- 40:18headsp space. I wasn't talking to my
- 40:20boys who have like who are all doing
- 40:22research trying to figure out if it's
- 40:23real. All I get are like these alerts
- 40:25like they're not going to press a buy
- 40:27button for me. You know what I'm saying?
- 40:28So, like being in the game is very
- 40:30important. Um, I decided to make potion
- 40:32though because at the time I was
- 40:35spending like 3 to 5k a month on the
- 40:37tools that I was using and I was like
- 40:40what if I make a Discord server and I
- 40:42put all these tools in them and I charge
- 40:4420 bucks a week and it just gets paid
- 40:46for by people joining it and using the
- 40:48tools for me and it started off as just
- 40:50the tools. Then I made a chat then I
- 40:52made a voice call and those voice calls
- 40:55got got full. Hundreds of people in
- 40:56there every day just chatting, talking
- 40:59about meme coins, uh, trading together
- 41:02and it blew up. And how many members do
- 41:04you have in your discord? 15K. 15K.
- 41:08Gotcha. And then how much would you say
- 41:10potion makes you a month? Obviously like
- 41:13during uh I think one of the things I've
- 41:15realized like building a crypto business
- 41:16like you're going to feel the hits when
- 41:18it comes like when the whole market
- 41:19plummets. But uh at our peak we were
- 41:21doing a mill a month and now we're doing
- 41:24like 300 a month. So you're making a
- 41:27million a month just from we were. Yeah.
- 41:29Yeah. Now we're doing 300 a month. But
- 41:31that's just from the Discord like the
- 41:32tools and everything. So how much does
- 41:34it cost to join? Uh it's 100 bucks a
- 41:36month. 100 bucks a month. And are there
- 41:37like tiers to it? Like you can get more.
- 41:40Okay. So it's 115,000 people and they're
- 41:43all paying $100. No. No. A lot of them
- 41:44are free members as well. Free members.
- 41:46But uh they get access to some tools
- 41:48just not all of them. What tools do
- 41:50people have? The most important ones are
- 41:52like just uh the ability to track
- 41:53people's social media posts in real
- 41:55time. So like Instagram, Truth, Social,
- 41:59um Twitter, Tik Tok. Uh being able to
- 42:02see like those posts come out like this,
- 42:04like the millisecond they're posted is
- 42:06like the biggest advantage anybody can
- 42:07have. How do you avoid uh something that
- 42:10happened to me a few months ago when I
- 42:11was into this uh really heavy was Alon
- 42:14posted uh like a CA and it was like Pump
- 42:17Fun token. Um and that was a hack. Yeah.
- 42:20Yeah, it was a hack. But Alon definitely
- 42:22did not do that. Yeah. Yeah. Um or maybe
- 42:24Pump Fun posted it and then he said this
- 42:26was a hack. Um and how do I avoid not
- 42:29falling for that? Yeah. Yeah. How do you
- 42:30avoid that? So there's where like the
- 42:32experience comes in. Like there's no way
- 42:34Pun was dropping a token like that. So I
- 42:36don't know.
- 42:37It doesn't even bother me. I knew it was
- 42:38a hack. I bought it just cuz like I knew
- 42:40people were going to fall for it. Like I
- 42:41sold like this. Um but what factors do
- 42:44you think about? It's like has this
- 42:45person said they'll never do one before?
- 42:47No. I just feel like I've been in the
- 42:49industry for so long. I knew pump isn't
- 42:51dro like stealth launching a token like
- 42:53that. You know what I'm saying? Like
- 42:54Yeah. I also don't know if they would
- 42:55launch on pump either.
- 42:58That's fair. Like just drop the CA just
- 42:59like that. Like anytime that happens
- 43:00it's like such an obvious like hack most
- 43:02of the time. And then Trump. Did you
- 43:04think Trump was a hack? I did think
- 43:05Trump was a hack and that's why we're
- 43:07not filming this in my Dorado villa
- 43:10right now.
- 43:12Um yeah, bro. I thought I thought Trump
- 43:15was a hack. Um
- 43:17yeah, it hurts to think about that day
- 43:19like a lot cuz it's cuz a lot of my
- 43:21friends are like I said, "Bro, they
- 43:23don't get traded anymore. A lot of my
- 43:24friends are done." Did you buy into it
- 43:26at all? I did buy into it. Yeah. I was
- 43:28uh eating uh I was I bought an hour
- 43:31after I took a nap, woke up, saw it, and
- 43:33I was like, what was it at when you
- 43:34bought it? $7. That's uh it's very late.
- 43:38I bought it at 40 cents, 400 mark. Okay.
- 43:42I buy 30K at dinner and I'm looking
- 43:44through on my phone and I'm getting
- 43:46fudded cuz I'm looking at Twitter and
- 43:47there's like, oh, the domain was just
- 43:48registered. It must be fake. I'm like,
- 43:50all right, [ __ ] this [ __ ] I'm just
- 43:51going to enjoy my dinner. It's probably
- 43:52a hack. I sell. I keep looking at the
- 43:55chart. Boom, boom, boom, boom. And then
- 43:57he tweets it out cuz first it was posted
- 43:59on truth. Um, and that's it, bro. It
- 44:02never goes down. It just like goes up
- 44:04for days. Yeah. I think my friends
- 44:06collectively made over like $100 million
- 44:07on that. So So you bought in at 40 cents
- 44:10and then at what point did you sell? I
- 44:12sold at like 45 cents. I sold like
- 44:13pretty instantly, bro. I'm just
- 44:14scrolling through Twitter really fast,
- 44:16you know, doing my research as fast as
- 44:17possible and I just get fed out. Did you
- 44:19buy into Melania? I did buy into
- 44:21Melania. I was at the gym and I made
- 44:22like 20K on it, but it wasn't the bro.
- 44:24Didn't feel the same. Yeah. And
- 44:26obviously the results weren't the same
- 44:27either. Were those launched by the same
- 44:29people? Do you know? Um, from what I
- 44:32know, uh, they're not launched by the
- 44:34same people. Um, but what I know is just
- 44:37like things I read on Twitter. So yeah,
- 44:39I don't know like anyone behind a team
- 44:40or nothing like that. I'm not no Cabal.
- 44:43Not yet. One day. Nah. Yeah. The cabal.
- 44:46Uh, what is the crypto cabal? Dude,
- 44:49there's like tons of cabal. Cabal are
- 44:50like groups of people that come together
- 44:52and will pump a token. who like who are
- 44:55the different cabals? Like how many are
- 44:57there? Like how many people? Like just
- 44:58to your I have no idea. I mean I'm sure
- 45:00cabal can be like a few people and yeah
- 45:03like I don't know like 10 people maybe.
- 45:04I I have genuinely no idea. Like people
- 45:06will have this misconception that like
- 45:08I'm part of a cabal just cuz I'm like a
- 45:10decent pump trader. But the cabal are
- 45:12like the guys making millions a day, you
- 45:14know, like launching these like billion
- 45:16dollar market cap tokens. And then is
- 45:18that like uh the teams on these
- 45:20exchanges probably? Like is it like
- 45:23there? I don't know, bro. Like like
- 45:24truly like I uh I don't know. All I know
- 45:27is like what I read on Twitter and like
- 45:28what I hear from other people. Um when
- 45:31the Trump thing happened, obviously
- 45:32there was like a lot of talk that like
- 45:34maybe Meteoro was involved. Um like that
- 45:37sort of like group, but all I know is
- 45:40what I read on Twitter. So the people
- 45:43that you get your information, your
- 45:45alpha uh from now, like how did you go
- 45:48about building that up? you talked about
- 45:50originally it was some of your Fortnite
- 45:51friends. Uh like it stayed that way.
- 45:54Like it was it's always been like
- 45:56Fortnite friends. Um there is no one I
- 45:58get like information from because like
- 46:00I'm saying I'm holding these coins for a
- 46:02few seconds. The only information we'll
- 46:04get is like uh coin comes out. Um I'm
- 46:07looking at like a Twitter page. My
- 46:08friend will look at a website the
- 46:10website say all right we sell. Like the
- 46:12only info that we really have. How many
- 46:14meme coins do you buy a day? Hundreds.
- 46:16Hundreds. Yeah. And that's what price is
- 46:20that average like on average it's market
- 46:22cap $3,000 a coin. How much you put in?
- 46:24Uh like my quick buy button right now is
- 46:26set to 3.5 soul. So like 600 bucks will
- 46:28be my quick buy button. So anywhere from
- 46:30600 to 20 soul max which is like four
- 46:34grand right now I think. I don't know.
- 46:36Okay. So about 600 bucks uh for quick
- 46:38buy. And then you're usually buying that
- 46:41at 10k market cap. Yeah I would say it's
- 46:43pretty accurate. And then you wait for
- 46:45it to get onchain migrate. Um, no. I'll
- 46:49sell before migrating all the time. You
- 46:51sell before migrating? Yeah. Okay. And
- 46:53then is there any time that you ever
- 46:54just hold it to like multi-million
- 46:56market cap? Nope.
- 46:59Unless it's like the most obvious play
- 47:01of all time, but like the chances of me
- 47:03getting in that at 10K are pretty rare.
- 47:06If something is really good, like let's
- 47:08see. Um, today
- 47:11the White House has been posting some
- 47:12memes. They posted one of like a like a
- 47:15deportation meme and ticker to port went
- 47:18to 800K. I got in at like 50k and I sold
- 47:21most of it before 300k. That's cuz the
- 47:24market's different. If it was like a few
- 47:25months ago, maybe I would hold to like
- 47:27multi-mills and um like for example
- 47:30peanut. Yeah. The squirrel. Uh I was in
- 47:32that at 50k and I held a lot of peanut
- 47:34till like 3 mil, but it ended up going
- 47:36to two bill. So I mean it doesn't really
- 47:37matter if I held a 3 mil. Yeah. Yeah. So
- 47:39peanut the squirrel. Do you know the guy
- 47:41behind that? I don't. Um, I thought
- 47:43Peanut was like super organic. I mean,
- 47:45obviously there's like the team who runs
- 47:46the socials and all that, but uh, I have
- 47:48heard that there's like a cabal behind
- 47:49Peanut. Yeah. Yeah. I think it was a
- 47:51community takeover. I'm not really sure
- 47:53what that means. Yeah. Yeah. So, I mean,
- 47:55I know Peanut was like a CTO just like
- 47:57Mang. Um, when I think about Cabal, I
- 48:00don't think about like the guys who are
- 48:01like corning up supply and like CTO a
- 48:03token. When I think Cabal, I'm thinking
- 48:05like the guys who are like launching
- 48:07tokens. Um, I know peanut was not like a
- 48:10cabal launch cuz I was in peanut at 50k.
- 48:13I saw the pump on trench come out. How
- 48:15do you catch the coins though that like
- 48:17when Trump launched for instance or if
- 48:19Kanye launched a coin right now, it
- 48:20wouldn't even be in that pre-migration
- 48:23stage. I'd have to just top blast, which
- 48:25means just buying at the highest price,
- 48:27whatever that price may be. Okay. Like
- 48:28if Kanye tedd a coin right now. Yeah. If
- 48:31I was at my computer, I would see it
- 48:32within a few seconds. So would everybody
- 48:34else trenching meme coins. Um, and we
- 48:36would all just buy on top of each other.
- 48:38And what website are you on? I'm on
- 48:40Nova, which is my own trading bot. Got
- 48:42it. You said you lose more than you win.
- 48:45Yeah. Numbers of times. Yes. I've lost a
- 48:48lot of trades today, but I had one good
- 48:50trade that made up for it for all the
- 48:51losses. So, and that one good trade, was
- 48:54it just you're the earliest? It's like a
- 48:57100x, 10x. It was a 5x. 5x. Okay. Like
- 49:01how much do people make off like making
- 49:04new coins every day? Rug pulling like
- 49:07devs. Um probably a lot more than me.
- 49:09Yeah. Yeah. Like I'd say dubbing coins
- 49:12on Pump Fun is probably one of the best
- 49:13side hustles for you to try right now if
- 49:15you want to make money.
- 49:17Yeah. Um Yeah. I mean I have like mixed
- 49:20emotions about that. Like I don't really
- 49:21see it as like a I mean it depends,
- 49:23right? The way I see it is like if uh
- 49:27Trump got a dog right now and nobody
- 49:28knew, somebody has to make that pun. So
- 49:32the dev making that is kind of fair game
- 49:34in my opinion. Isn't it pretty easy to
- 49:35make it? Yeah, it's free. Just go and
- 49:37pump that fun and create the coin. Put
- 49:39the image and the name and that's it. Is
- 49:40that just feel like morally wrong to you
- 49:42or um for me personally like the the
- 49:45reason like I I wouldn't do it was well
- 49:46obviously like I'm sure the influence I
- 49:48have is would probably um influence the
- 49:51chart. I wouldn't want that to happen.
- 49:53Also, I feel like I have a bigger edge
- 49:55just trading. Like I feel like I can be
- 49:57the first one to buy the coin, just wait
- 49:58for it to come out rather than like
- 50:00waste time to make it. But there's
- 50:02people that have bots, dude. As soon as
- 50:03Trump will tweet like the coin made.
- 50:06Yeah. I'm guessing a lot of people have
- 50:07that with Elon as well. Yes. Oh my god.
- 50:09Elon. Yeah. That's like CT's favorite
- 50:11guy. He tweeted a crypto meme at 4:00
- 50:13a.m. Two nights ago. I was asleep some
- 50:15Poseidon meme and it was like actually
- 50:17let me show you. Can I show you? Yeah.
- 50:19And this went super crazy. So he he
- 50:21tweeted out there's an old saying if a
- 50:23hot girl texts you about crypto block
- 50:25him Poseidon. Yeah. And this went to
- 50:27like 10 mil on Salana. So it was just
- 50:29like dollar sign Poseidon token. Yeah.
- 50:30Hey. Hey. Okay. You get it? Yeah. Yeah.
- 50:33Why did you assume that that was going
- 50:34to be the the ticker? Because that was
- 50:36the face associated with the thing.
- 50:38Yeah. You know, but I'm sure there were
- 50:39ones like uh crypto hot girl. Yeah.
- 50:42Yeah. Exactly. And the profile picture
- 50:45was the Poseidon cropped in or was it
- 50:47the whole meme? It was the Poseidon
- 50:48cropped in. Yeah. Okay, that's
- 50:50interesting. Like you get it like you
- 50:51know. Yeah. No, I I heavily considered I
- 50:53was like I think I could launch these
- 50:54and like have better ones than these
- 50:56people and like make a website quickly.
- 50:57Um because like if they don't have a
- 51:00website, it doesn't go nearly as memes
- 51:02like this doesn't really matter anymore.
- 51:04Um cuz they're short-term pump and dumps
- 51:06anyways. Like every coin on pumping goes
- 51:08to zero. Uh yeah, websites don't matter.
- 51:11I would say like the ticker and the
- 51:12image being clear uh spelled correctly.
- 51:15You'd be surprised how many uh spotting
- 51:17mistakes will happen on these coins that
- 51:19go to like a mill and then the correctly
- 51:21spelled one will go to like 2 mil and
- 51:22vamp the other one which means like kill
- 51:24the other token. Do you think Elon Musk
- 51:26started memecoins
- 51:28to be honest around like really early to
- 51:30the game and I don't know a lot about
- 51:32like what happened back then. I know
- 51:33this isn't memecoin first super cycle. I
- 51:35know there was like a BNB memecoin cycle
- 51:38a while ago. Um so I don't know. But
- 51:41does all this stem from like the Doge
- 51:43thing? I also don't know like that
- 51:45that's like way past my time. I know
- 51:46Elon plays a big influence in our
- 51:48memecoin game today. But you're really
- 51:50big that this is going to last for a
- 51:51while. Do you see yourself doing this
- 51:52for like the next few years or like what
- 51:54would have to happen? I don't know. Um
- 51:57I thought I was done uh at the end of
- 52:00November and I think very recently I've
- 52:03realized that I'm nowhere near done. Um
- 52:08so I'm going to keep grinding this out
- 52:09for for a bit more. And that's because
- 52:11Trump tweeted the whole it's a good time
- 52:13to buy and that's kind of what sparked
- 52:15the markets. No man, it's just like like
- 52:17my personal goals and ambitions. I don't
- 52:19feel like I'm there yet to kind of like
- 52:20call it quits. Um after November, uh
- 52:25made a lot of money. Just kind of went
- 52:27to go travel the world and chill for a
- 52:28bit. Um and I just realized like, bro, I
- 52:31I like trenching. I like being in front
- 52:33of my computer. I like trading and
- 52:34making money. And I still think that
- 52:35there's a lot of opportunity. And I
- 52:37realized like
- 52:39one day like I'm gonna regret not taking
- 52:41full advantage of this because like
- 52:44there will never be anything easier to
- 52:47make money online than memecoins really.
- 52:49I mean where are you going to go turn
- 52:51a,000 into 100,000 in an hour at the
- 52:53casino. That's it. Literally no business
- 52:56ever will be able to do it. U obviously
- 52:58people lose a lot too. I'm not oblivious
- 53:00to that but uh it's my personal favorite
- 53:03side hustle I've done. Where do you keep
- 53:05your uh money after you trade a
- 53:07memecoin? Do you just keep it in? I was
- 53:08a big crypto guy. I was a big uh ledger.
- 53:11I was a big crypto guy. And then people
- 53:13around me started getting robbed and I'm
- 53:15like, you know, what do I want to do? I
- 53:18took all the precautionary steps. Um to
- 53:22be as safe as possible. And now, bro, a
- 53:24lot of my money is just like in banks,
- 53:26high yield savings accounts, real
- 53:28estate. Um or I guess after a trade
- 53:31specifically, like after a trade
- 53:32specifically, too. like I'll keep like
- 53:3550 to 100 so to trade with um more on a
- 53:37vault but bro a lot of my crypto is just
- 53:39like offloaded to exchanges with like
- 53:41really good security or um captain
- 53:44ledgers but a lot of it honestly just
- 53:45bank like a lot of it I been instant
- 53:47profiting out what's a crazy story about
- 53:50someone getting robbed that you've heard
- 53:52God bro I wish I could tell you right
- 53:54now um I have to tell you off camera the
- 53:57craziest one but uh there's crazy public
- 53:59ones too bro someone got like their
- 54:00finger chopped off in Paris to give like
- 54:02a password. You heard of that? No, I
- 54:04don't know about this. Um, lots of crazy
- 54:06[ __ ] happens, dude. It's a very scary
- 54:07world. Yeah. So, have you had anything
- 54:10scary happen to you? Definitely. Yeah.
- 54:12Yeah. Definitely some things happened to
- 54:14me, which is why I had to take like
- 54:15steps in order to make sure that the
- 54:17situation wouldn't continue getting
- 54:19worse. Damn. I'm curious to hear that
- 54:21story. Yeah, I'll tell you when the
- 54:23cameras are off. Do you think Kanye will
- 54:25launch a coin? I think uh Kanye was
- 54:28going to and I think he had a
- 54:29conversation with Anom that was posted.
- 54:32Um, I think Anom, if I was in Ansom
- 54:34shoes, I would have advised him not to
- 54:36do it. So, I don't think Kanye would do
- 54:37it. And who are the big like who has the
- 54:40most emotion in crypto right now?
- 54:41Motion. It changes a lot. Um, the most
- 54:45right now,
- 54:47Elon. No, but like inside of our bubble,
- 54:51the most right now is
- 54:53I think there's space for somebody right
- 54:55now. There's space for someone. I think
- 54:57it went like Anom was the main
- 54:59character. then Marad. I even think I
- 55:01had a little bit of a main character arc
- 55:04and then I think now there's kind of
- 55:05like room for someone to take over that.
- 55:08Do you think that'll be you? [ __ ] no. I
- 55:10don't want it to be me. What's that,
- 55:11dude? Being the main character of um CT
- 55:14like everybody to talk about you. It's
- 55:15uh it's very hard, bro. Like people on
- 55:17crypto Twitter are like, you know,
- 55:19anonymous. Yeah. Hiding behind like some
- 55:21profile picture so people can be
- 55:23ruthless. Yeah. Um I just like chilling
- 55:26in my own lane, working on my own
- 55:28things, bro. Like I've always been an
- 55:29online internet like money kid, you
- 55:30know? So that's what this is to me. And
- 55:32to some other people this is like I
- 55:34don't know like real serious [ __ ] Like
- 55:36bro, I'm just like trying to you know
- 55:38it's my side hustle.
- 55:40Yeah, I know what you mean. It seems
- 55:42like a really toxic community. Oh yeah.
- 55:43Um scary community because there is so
- 55:46much money in it. Um and then these
- 55:48people you're competing against or these
- 55:50people with a lot of motion I guess. Uh
- 55:53like how old are they typically? Like is
- 55:55is this Gen Z that's running this meme
- 55:57coin movement? When you say running um
- 56:01are you asking about the traders or like
- 56:02the influencers? I guess both. Both.
- 56:05Okay. Yeah. The traders are definitely
- 56:07the Fortnite kids. Like uh every
- 56:09Fortnite kid is out here what it feels
- 56:11like making millions of dollars a month.
- 56:13And on the influencer slash like regular
- 56:16side of CT, not memecoin stuff. It's
- 56:18definitely like the older generation.
- 56:19Yeah. Older generation. Okay. And then
- 56:22who has we talked about who had motion
- 56:24but like who are the influencers that
- 56:27have like credibility like who are the
- 56:29people in the space like who would you
- 56:30recommend your first five follows on
- 56:31Twitter trying to get their meme coins
- 56:33right? Wow. Oh to memecoins. Okay. Um
- 56:35credibility is a strong word. I would
- 56:37say nobody because uh anybody could do
- 56:40something bad at any point. Um I guess
- 56:43it depends what you want to learn about
- 56:44to be honest. I would just uh I would
- 56:46rather recommend that you follow
- 56:50thousands of people. Yeah. Make your own
- 56:52opinion. Yeah. Yeah. There's no one I
- 56:55would say like you have to follow. Um
- 56:57cuz like even my opinion may be skewed,
- 57:00you know. Even my opinion may be like uh
- 57:03influenced by some of my holdings, you
- 57:05know, like I'm super bullish on like
- 57:06this one coin uh Pangu. Uh, so my
- 57:09opinions on Pangu may be very, you know,
- 57:12how do you know if someone's shilling
- 57:13versus uh, like actually obvious to me
- 57:17now because I've been in the game for a
- 57:18long time. Yeah. Um, cuz with Pingu,
- 57:20like for context, that's a multi-billion
- 57:23dollar market cap. It might be Oh, it
- 57:24was when I bought, I'll tell you that.
- 57:26Yeah, same. Um,
- 57:28uh, I'm sure that airdrop was nice
- 57:30though. Um, that airdrop was nice if you
- 57:32sold. Yeah, I uh, I held on my airdrop.
- 57:34I've bought seven figures into that
- 57:35coin. It is now worth under six figures.
- 57:38Wow. Um, but bro, like generally, bro, I
- 57:40think they have a great team and I think
- 57:43it'll go back up. There you go. Like my
- 57:45opinion is biased because I'm down so
- 57:46bad. All it can do is go up. But how do
- 57:49you know if someone's shilling? Like
- 57:52what are the signs? Time, bro. Time in
- 57:54the market, time in the uh crypto
- 57:56Twitter community. Is it the way they
- 57:58write their tweets about it? Dude, it's
- 57:59just like knowing the people. Just
- 58:01knowing them. How have you been able to
- 58:03network with people like Adam Ross, Faze
- 58:06Banks? um provide value. Like that's
- 58:08that's always been number one to me.
- 58:10It's funny you asked that. So remember I
- 58:12was telling you back in the call days I
- 58:14wasn't good enough to like be a
- 58:15trickshotter. So I would go in graphic
- 58:17design. Um I always found like a way to
- 58:19provide value to those guys, right? Cuz
- 58:21everybody needs [ __ ] done and like even
- 58:24nowadays, bro, like people like edit
- 58:26videos for free for me and that's like
- 58:27what I noticed, you know? So a lot of it
- 58:29started started off as like making free
- 58:31thumbnails, free edits.
- 58:34even back in my clipping agency like
- 58:36offering those services for free for the
- 58:37bigger guys. So, okay, what are some of
- 58:39the scams going on in crypto right now
- 58:41that people don't realize scams? Um,
- 58:44such as like like me, what do you mean?
- 58:47I guess if you are someone who started
- 58:49trading meme coins last year, how to not
- 58:51get drained thing? Yeah. All right, I'll
- 58:54tell you the most famous one right now
- 58:55that uh is very successful. People will
- 58:57go on pom pun, they will make a fake
- 59:00porn site um like live girl uh live
- 59:04naked girl on kick. You click the link,
- 59:06it's a fake kick.com link. It makes you
- 59:09click a verification by cloud for button
- 59:11that will like download like a trojan to
- 59:13your computer and wipe you out. Takes
- 59:15your money. Takes your money.
- 59:19Yeah. And then so don't click on the
- 59:21porn sites on
- 59:23it. It says there's like a girl live.
- 59:25Okay. Uh what like other things have you
- 59:27seen like that in the past few months?
- 59:29Like what have been some crazy scams? So
- 59:30on Deck Screener, which is like a big
- 59:32website people use to uh check
- 59:33information about tokens, people will
- 59:36pay to like hijack over the information
- 59:39that's um showcased on this token. And
- 59:42put like websites that are scams. Yeah.
- 59:46Drainers. And then the marketing of
- 59:48these tokens, do you think it's I mean I
- 59:50guess you're just doing newsbased stuff.
- 59:52Uh, is there anything that you hold
- 59:54that's like above 100 million market
- 59:56cap? Penu, like just Pingu. Just Pangu
- 59:59right now. I have a little bit of Brett.
- 1:00:00Why do you believe Pingu is going to be
- 1:00:02so big? So I think about like us
- 1:00:03internet money kids and Luca Nets is one
- 1:00:06of those guys that stand out a lot.
- 1:00:07Founder of Pudgy Penguins. So like Luca
- 1:00:09is like one of like the OG internet
- 1:00:11money kids, right? I just choose to have
- 1:00:15like my eggs in that basket. What's the
- 1:00:17story of Luke? Uh Luca Annette. Luca.
- 1:00:20Yeah. uh you know ecom into
- 1:00:24NFTs, crypto. Gotcha. And then he has a
- 1:00:27big Twitter presence. Big marketing. Big
- 1:00:29Twitter. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. And then
- 1:00:30Pudgy Penguin's just like from a project
- 1:00:32perspective, like what are they doing?
- 1:00:34Well, like how are they marketing it?
- 1:00:36Like what do you look at? I think
- 1:00:37they're just like really mainstream.
- 1:00:38They got toys, Target, Walmart, CVS,
- 1:00:41Walgreens, um partnerships, all times.
- 1:00:44And their GIF, like people know the
- 1:00:47Penguin outside of like crypto. You get
- 1:00:49what I'm saying? like that little pudgy
- 1:00:50penguin is everywhere. Have you ever
- 1:00:51thought about launching a crypto
- 1:00:53project? Definitely thought about it.
- 1:00:54Yeah, I feel like I thought about it a
- 1:00:56few months ago with potion. Like I was
- 1:00:57like maybe I can make like some like uh
- 1:01:00NFTs or some crypto stuff for potion but
- 1:01:02feel like it's not worth the hassle.
- 1:01:04Yeah, it's a lot of effort. Do you think
- 1:01:05NFTs are dead? Um no, I think that tech
- 1:01:08is still really good. I think just what
- 1:01:09people consider NFTs to be right now
- 1:01:12like that meta might be dead but like my
- 1:01:14Pudgy Penguin is still worth like 20k.
- 1:01:16So it's not like completely dead. is are
- 1:01:18just memecoins more easily accessible,
- 1:01:20easily understandable, you think? Like
- 1:01:22why aren't we seeing we see the
- 1:01:23tokenization of memes, but we don't see
- 1:01:26like the NFT version? No, meme coins are
- 1:01:29just super easy. Pom pun made it super
- 1:01:30easy to make one. You can buy them super
- 1:01:32easily. Um I think NFTts go deeper than
- 1:01:37that and it's like a whole another use
- 1:01:39case for tech. Like I think uh like I'm
- 1:01:42using NFTs to get into this event at
- 1:01:44token 249 to buy this week, you know? Uh
- 1:01:47NFTs will be big in like crypto gaming
- 1:01:48whenever that comes. Um the cycles
- 1:01:51gambling was memecoins, not NFTs. That's
- 1:01:53all it is. And you think crypto gaming
- 1:01:55will come back? I think crypto gaming
- 1:01:57never had its like uprise. Why is that?
- 1:01:59The games aren't evolved yet. The
- 1:02:01studios aren't here yet. Like there has
- 1:02:03to be a big game to take that first step
- 1:02:06into really utilizing crypto into the
- 1:02:08video game. And you think that'll likely
- 1:02:09be GTA? It's funny you say the bank
- 1:02:11clip. Um, no. I don't think DJ will do
- 1:02:14it. But, uh, I do know that the company
- 1:02:18that owns Rockstar owns this other
- 1:02:20company who is making NFT games. I I
- 1:02:23know cuz I used to work for them. So,
- 1:02:24they're like in the process of building
- 1:02:26them, or they've already No, it's
- 1:02:27already launched. It's called Sugar
- 1:02:28Town. Take Two. It's called Take 2
- 1:02:30Interactive. Uh, they own Zingga, which
- 1:02:32made Sugar Town, and they also own
- 1:02:35Rockstar that made GTA. So, yeah. You
- 1:02:37used to work with Zinga. Yeah. Yes. Yes.
- 1:02:39I used to work at Zingga. I used to do
- 1:02:40marketing for I think they had a poker
- 1:02:42game. Yeah, Sugar Town. Yeah. What's
- 1:02:45Sugar Town? Is that the Sugar Town is
- 1:02:47their NFT collection and they have a
- 1:02:49poker game. Got it. Yeah, there was like
- 1:02:51Zinga Poker on the phone. That's what I
- 1:02:53used for like downloads for that game.
- 1:02:55So now that game has been turned into
- 1:02:56like like a version of that game. It's
- 1:02:58not like Sugar Poker, I believe. So
- 1:03:00damn. So we marketed like the same [ __ ]
- 1:03:01That's funny. Uh what did you do for
- 1:03:03that company exactly? Uh Crypto Gaming
- 1:03:05Consulting. And so like you just helped
- 1:03:07make it a good game. Like what did you I
- 1:03:09don't know what I did.
- 1:03:12Corporate, right? I don't know what I
- 1:03:13did. Yeah. Why is everyone in crypto
- 1:03:15either euphoric or clinically depressed?
- 1:03:17Well, I tweeted that out back when uh
- 1:03:19the Trump token launched. So, that was
- 1:03:21like specific to like that moment.
- 1:03:23Everybody had either made a million
- 1:03:24dollars or everybody had either missed
- 1:03:26out on the opportunity to make a million
- 1:03:28dollars. Do you have any friends that
- 1:03:29made a lot of money? Yeah, I uh yeah,
- 1:03:32collectively like my personal group of
- 1:03:33friends made like around $100 million.
- 1:03:36$100 million. And did they retire? Some
- 1:03:38of them did. Some of them are still on
- 1:03:40every day. What event would have to
- 1:03:41happen for you to leave crypto? It's a
- 1:03:43lot of money, I guess. And what's that
- 1:03:45number? I know. Like 100 mil? Yeah. If
- 1:03:49you gave me 100 million, I would stop
- 1:03:50trading. Yes. Really? Yes. Okay. Trading
- 1:03:53meme trading meme coins. Yeah. Yeah. I
- 1:03:55would stop trading meme coins. But you
- 1:03:57would keep it all in crypto. So, no. Not
- 1:03:58all of it. You're the first person I've
- 1:04:00spoke to that like has money in the bank
- 1:04:02uh that's big into crypto. You know,
- 1:04:03these guys usually like all have it in
- 1:04:05Bitcoin, ETH. I mean, are you just not a
- 1:04:08part of that whole like uh we need the
- 1:04:10decentralized currency? Like you're more
- 1:04:12on just the wave of coins are a good
- 1:04:14side hustle and I'm good at it. Uh a
- 1:04:16little bit of both. Like I I kind of see
- 1:04:17the flaws in like regular banking
- 1:04:19because I will try to make like a wire
- 1:04:21or something and I'll get denied. Um but
- 1:04:24I also see that as like extra protection
- 1:04:26security that doesn't come in crypto. So
- 1:04:28there's pros and cons to both, but yeah.
- 1:04:30No, I'm not like a huge like
- 1:04:31decentralized banking type of guy. I
- 1:04:32think the tech is good. That's it. If
- 1:04:34you couldn't make money in crypto, what
- 1:04:36would you do right now? Clipping. I
- 1:04:38would go all in on my clipping agency.
- 1:04:39You still run your clipping agency? I
- 1:04:41have a new one that I just started a few
- 1:04:42weeks ago. And how much is that doing a
- 1:04:44month? Like 5k a month right now. But
- 1:04:46it's not about like um it's not about
- 1:04:48getting the clients on retainer. It's
- 1:04:50about I want to get billions of views
- 1:04:52and then I can go to like brands and
- 1:04:54artists and get their clipping
- 1:04:55exclusively on us. You get what I'm
- 1:04:56saying? Okay. Yeah. Yeah. Tell me about
- 1:04:59that. Why? Like how would you go about
- 1:05:00that? Like currently we are like Okay. I
- 1:05:03was paying out like 50k I paid out 50k
- 1:05:05to my clippers for the first half of
- 1:05:062025 or whatever and I just want to run
- 1:05:09it through my own clipping agency um
- 1:05:11using [ __ ] and then I want to be able to
- 1:05:14go to like Drake and be like yo Drake I
- 1:05:16got like 10 billion views for our
- 1:05:17creators this month like let's run your
- 1:05:19next albums clipping campaign on here
- 1:05:21because I think clipping is like the
- 1:05:22next big big big thing I mean look at
- 1:05:25like Paul American right the new show of
- 1:05:27Logan and Jake Paul they are utilizing
- 1:05:29clipping when I look at this new wave of
- 1:05:31advertisement
- 1:05:33It's like for the CPM you can get on
- 1:05:35clipping is like a no-brainer for every
- 1:05:37company to want to do it. Every TV show,
- 1:05:39every movie. Do you know how many movies
- 1:05:41I've gone and watched because of like
- 1:05:42some Tik Tok brain rot that I saw? A lot
- 1:05:45of [ __ ] movies. Like some crazy edit,
- 1:05:47right? Imagine like you like dude, you
- 1:05:49know how many social network edits I've
- 1:05:50seen on Tik Tok or Wolf of Wall Street?
- 1:05:52A lot. Like imagine that was like the
- 1:05:55actual marketing for that movie. And how
- 1:05:58do you go about clipping? Do you go
- 1:05:59about the method of super high quality
- 1:06:02clips on like 10 pages or let's just
- 1:06:04post as much? I don't I don't personally
- 1:06:06do like the clipping now. Uh we just
- 1:06:08have clippers under my agency or I I
- 1:06:11guess what approach like would you take
- 1:06:14theoretically? Would it like highest
- 1:06:15quality as possible? Less or like just
- 1:06:17mass? If I was like the clipper myself,
- 1:06:19I would spam out uh quantity. Okay, got
- 1:06:22it. just because I'm sure you know like
- 1:06:24some accounts guys like Shadowbanned or
- 1:06:25whatever or with your clippers
- 1:06:27specifically like what method like do
- 1:06:29you look at any of the clips they're
- 1:06:30doing have any ideas for I mean I don't
- 1:06:32have time to like manage any of that I
- 1:06:33just so how much you paid 50k how much
- 1:06:35how many views did that generate 50 mil
- 1:06:3750 million yeah a dollar per thousand I
- 1:06:40think that would be like 500k if you
- 1:06:43were doing it like meta ad spend yeah
- 1:06:45it's ridiculous like you look at like
- 1:06:46all these creators like bre scales like
- 1:06:48that guy's getting millions of views on
- 1:06:49Tik Tok for for cheap bro you guys work
- 1:06:52other uh recently. We're good. We're
- 1:06:54good friends. Um you look like Mr.
- 1:06:55Beast, like his show, he was paying out
- 1:06:5730 cents per thousand views. Like I
- 1:06:59watched Mr. Beast show cuz of Tik Tok
- 1:07:01clipping, you know. That Brez guy, how
- 1:07:03did he blow up so fast? Um I don't know.
- 1:07:07I think uh once he got like his cool
- 1:07:08cars, he started blowing up a lot and
- 1:07:10then he moved to Miami. Typical Miami
- 1:07:12entrepreneur. What have you learned
- 1:07:14about content that would be useful to
- 1:07:16other people? I would say the only
- 1:07:18vertical I don't understand that you do
- 1:07:20is Twitter. Like Twitter growth. Like
- 1:07:21what's the key to uh getting a lot of
- 1:07:23followers on Twitter? Niche. It's like
- 1:07:25super niche, right? Uh that's what I've
- 1:07:28learned about Twitter specifically. Um
- 1:07:30there is no growing on Twitter as a
- 1:07:32whole platform. There's only growing in
- 1:07:33niches. So pick a big niche and you can
- 1:07:35grow on that. I know because I've done
- 1:07:36it on Rocky. I've done it on Overwatch.
- 1:07:38I've done it on Fortnite. I did it in
- 1:07:40NFTs. I did it in memecoins.
- 1:07:43And now I'm like on like the tech side,
- 1:07:45like the unicorn startups side of
- 1:07:48Twitter. Um, so you pick a niche and
- 1:07:50then what do you do? Interact with the
- 1:07:52people in it and be the best at what you
- 1:07:54do and you'll just grow organically. Got
- 1:07:57it. Like be the best at like the things
- 1:07:58you're writing or be the best. No, no.
- 1:08:00Be the best at within that niche and the
- 1:08:02followers will come regardless of you
- 1:08:03tweeting or not.
- 1:08:05Tweeting good results. Yeah. If you're
- 1:08:07like a basketball player, you're going
- 1:08:08to get like like LeBron gets Twitter
- 1:08:09followers without tweeting. Yeah. Huh.
- 1:08:11So it's less about trying to like game
- 1:08:13the algorithm with that. It's more about
- 1:08:15just posting what you're doing. Yeah.
- 1:08:17for Twitter at least what's the
- 1:08:19difference between you and uh pro
- 1:08:21Fortnite players that were better you
- 1:08:23think content
- 1:08:26content
- 1:08:27explain putting out content and I think
- 1:08:30the love for it too because I wasn't the
- 1:08:33best Fortnite player but I got millions
- 1:08:35of views cuz I was making content um
- 1:08:38which ended up putting me in this
- 1:08:39position I am in today like content is
- 1:08:42king it's a new [ __ ]
- 1:08:44wave to make it right or I guess like
- 1:08:46the ones that or like that would beat
- 1:08:48you in tournaments. Like what set me
- 1:08:50aside as far as what? Like what uh set
- 1:08:53them aside from you? Yeah. Yeah. Skill
- 1:08:55gap. I mean, bro, like uh Fortnite cuz I
- 1:08:58can't imagine you weren't grinding every
- 1:09:00hour of every single day. Okay. Well,
- 1:09:02I'm just going to sound so dumb, but
- 1:09:03like where you live is like a big
- 1:09:04factor. I was in Miami getting 30 ping,
- 1:09:06you know? I wasn't in New York getting
- 1:09:08zero ping. Um teammates, connections,
- 1:09:11like that that that [ __ ] matters. There
- 1:09:13were players infinitely worse than me
- 1:09:14that just had better teammates, that had
- 1:09:16zero ping, that had uh good coaches. Um,
- 1:09:20ping matters that much. Oh, dude, ping
- 1:09:22matters a lot. Yeah. How do you get zero
- 1:09:24ping? You move to Dallas right now is
- 1:09:27where they're at. Dallas. Dallas. So, do
- 1:09:29Fortnite players like move around the
- 1:09:31country just based on where the
- 1:09:32internet's the best? Of course. People
- 1:09:34gone from Virginia to New York to
- 1:09:36Dallas. Huh. So funny. I I used to live
- 1:09:39in like small town Kentucky and I didn't
- 1:09:41have They get good ping. Kentucky gets
- 1:09:43good ping on West Coast I think. Oh, not
- 1:09:46where I'm at. It's like uh like there's
- 1:09:48like farmland. Um we maybe had 10
- 1:09:50download speed on the internet. Oh yeah,
- 1:09:52that's tough. Oh, no, no, no, not 10.
- 1:09:55One or two um download speed and like
- 1:09:580.5 upload. And that was a big reason I
- 1:10:00started making social media videos was
- 1:10:02because I couldn't play video games
- 1:10:03online with my friends anymore. Like it
- 1:10:05was just too like unbearable. Uh, so I
- 1:10:08just made videos and then I would upload
- 1:10:10them outside of my house just like
- 1:10:11holding my phone in the air like trying
- 1:10:13to get internet. Oh my god. Um, take
- 1:10:14like 10 minutes to upload a Tik Tok. But
- 1:10:17who do you think is Satoshi Nakamato?
- 1:10:19Oh, that's a good one. Um, I think he
- 1:10:22may have passed away to be honest. I
- 1:10:24don't know who it is, but I think they
- 1:10:26are no longer probably here. Why? Cuz if
- 1:10:29I had that much money in crypto, I would
- 1:10:30have would have been taking that [ __ ]
- 1:10:32already. And he hasn't sold anything?
- 1:10:35No, I think that wallet's like inactive.
- 1:10:36Like do you have any idea who it could
- 1:10:38be? Any compelling theories you've seen?
- 1:10:40Uh the founder of Twitter, Jack. Yeah.
- 1:10:44Conspiracy theory. That one did look
- 1:10:47pretty interesting to me. Um I've heard
- 1:10:49some crazy things like Russian
- 1:10:51oligarchs. Uh the feds. Uh oh, the feds.
- 1:10:55Yeah, maybe. Yeah, I think one guest on
- 1:10:57the podcast said that the code for
- 1:11:00encrypting on the NSA is the same as the
- 1:11:03code written to encrypt Bitcoin. Um, and
- 1:11:06he's like, "But that's just a theory. I
- 1:11:08don't know." Um, and he was like one of
- 1:11:10those OG Silk Road guys that was using
- 1:11:12Bitcoin. Um, and then our friend
- 1:11:14mentioned it was the Feds. He's like, "I
- 1:11:16don't want to talk about that." So, uh,
- 1:11:18what's the most useful purchase you've
- 1:11:20ever made? The The highest like life
- 1:11:23quality upgrade thing I've done is like
- 1:11:25hire a driver, I guess. Um, feel like in
- 1:11:28a city with a lot of traffic, uh,
- 1:11:30especially in my niche of work, which is
- 1:11:31like trading. Yeah, that's like my, you
- 1:11:33know, that's been like my best life
- 1:11:35upgrade is having a driver. Do you sell
- 1:11:37your cars? Um, I still have I mean, no,
- 1:11:41I still have a few of them, but Yeah.
- 1:11:44Yeah. I'm sure it's like annoying
- 1:11:46driving. It's like you're trading memes
- 1:11:47and driving. Yeah. Uh, when Trump came
- 1:11:50out, I told myself I was getting a
- 1:11:51full-time driver so that it would never
- 1:11:53happen to me again. Yeah. Interesting.
- 1:11:56What predictions do you have for crypto
- 1:11:582025?
- 1:12:00Um, none. because like I don't care
- 1:12:02about that to be honest. I'll just in my
- 1:12:04niche I can just keep trading the way I
- 1:12:06have been uh no matter the price of
- 1:12:08crypto. Obviously I hope higher for
- 1:12:11everything. But uh no predictions bro.
- 1:12:14Yeah I I guess it doesn't matter for you
- 1:12:15because you're really selling at 100k
- 1:12:17market cap. So it's like that'll
- 1:12:19probably exist for the next few years at
- 1:12:21least. I'll ask you this. Uh what's the
- 1:12:23best piece of advice you've ever
- 1:12:25received?
- 1:12:27Ever received? Um
- 1:12:33I don't think anything in particular
- 1:12:34just because uh a lot of the the way I
- 1:12:38have been has just been watching YouTube
- 1:12:40like selftaught. So just advice. Um what
- 1:12:45would you tell yourself if you were 16
- 1:12:47years old?
- 1:12:49If I was 16 years old I would tell
- 1:12:51myself to keep doing what I'm doing and
- 1:12:54go even harder at it. Um don't get
- 1:12:56distracted.
- 1:12:59Definitely don't date girls. That was
- 1:13:02like a big waste of time I did back in
- 1:13:03the day. I mean, I guess it like, you
- 1:13:05know,
- 1:13:08um made me like more social, but uh
- 1:13:11yeah, just keep doing what you're doing.
- 1:13:13Feel like I was always like on a really
- 1:13:14good path to be honest. Yeah. Buy
- 1:13:17Bitcoin. Buy Bitcoin. Who's the most
- 1:13:20impressive person you've ever met?
- 1:13:23Impressive person I've ever met? Um,
- 1:13:28I met the founder of Chatterbait.
- 1:13:31Chatterbait, that guy has made a lot of
- 1:13:32[ __ ] money. Uh, yeah, I guess.
- 1:13:37Where was that at? Um, he actually ran
- 1:13:39NFT collection a few years ago and, uh,
- 1:13:42he took me around and
- 1:13:45like just I don't know, we became
- 1:13:46friends and stuff and it was like the
- 1:13:48first introduction I had to like big
- 1:13:50money in the world. Uh, he kind of
- 1:13:52showed me like what it could really mean
- 1:13:53to like have money. Yeah. Um,
- 1:13:56yeah, that was like the the best. Wow.
- 1:13:59Like, is that a billionaire? Yeah. Huh.
- 1:14:02Yeah. Well, everyone, uh, this has been
- 1:14:04your guest, Gabriel Leva Orangey. Uh,
- 1:14:07where can people find you? Orange on
- 1:14:09Twitter. Uh, orangegy on YouTube. That's
- 1:14:12it. Awesome. Appreciate you coming on,
- 1:14:14man. Of course, bro. Yeah. Thank you,
- 1:14:15brother. Thanks.
