- 0:00alright Colleen I need to be really
- 0:03honest with you right now I'm feeling
- 0:05very uncomfortable and I think we need
- 0:08to set some ground rules in order for me
- 0:09to help you because I want to help you
- 0:12but I can't if you keep making this a
- 0:14personal relationship or trying to as
- 0:17opposed to a professional one you know
- 0:19this is the doctor's office and I'm a
- 0:22doctor and in order for me to help you
- 0:25you can't be you know crossing that line
- 0:30do you understand that yes I'm I'm sorry
- 0:34I I just said something terrible I know
- 0:37I know it's fine and it's something we
- 0:40need to explore because I think that's
- 0:42part of the problem right now but if you
- 0:46find that you you know you can't stop
- 0:49yourself from crossing that line then
- 0:51there's a couple of things we can do
- 0:52first I could bring the nurse in and we
- 0:55could have her in the room or I could
- 0:59have you see another doctor maybe a
- 1:00female doctor or or maybe I could just
- 1:03leave the room and give you five minutes
- 1:05and then come back and we can try again
- 1:07how does that sound to you I rather you
- 1:10see me I don't want to be seen by
- 1:12anybody else okay I'm willing to talk to
- 1:15you as long as we're on the same page
- 1:17here all right okay sure okay so you
- 1:20understand what I'm saying
- 1:22yes do you understand what I'm asking
- 1:25absolutely I'm very very sorry okay it's
- 1:29okay you don't have to know but I just
- 1:31feel like you know why I did it again oh
- 1:36this is something you've done before
- 1:38mm-hmm okay
- 1:41so you see this is the type of behavior
- 1:43we need to discuss in order for me to
- 1:46help you is that okay with you okay
- 1:50good so let's get back to what we were
- 1:53discussing
