4. 0:11actually molar endodonic access and
5. 0:14specifically this drawing is going we're
6. 0:15going to talk about an easy way to look
7. 0:17for the MB2 canal. Um probably the most
8. 0:21the easiest way is to get a microscope.
9. 0:24Uh apart from doing that which uh most
10. 0:26general dentists and folks a little too
11. 0:29expensive at this time the other way is
12. 0:32to use this simple little uh trick. So
13. 0:35if you have let me orient you to this
14. 0:36tooth maximary mer distal this is your
15. 0:40MB1 canal distal buckle canal and paddle
16. 0:43canal. So what you do imagine in your
17. 0:46imagination when you're uh doing your in
18. 0:48anodonic axis is take draw a line from
19. 0:50the MB1 to the paddle canal and from
20. 0:54that the distal buckle draw a line
21. 0:56that's perpendicular to the uh the first
22. 0:59line the pal MB1 canal line and you're
23. 1:03going to you know start scouting around
24. 1:05in this region here
25. 1:12say somewhere about there I mean it's
26. 1:14going going to vary. Every situation is
27. 1:15different. You may find a trough that's
28. 1:17going to go down into it may be just a
29. 1:19fin. It may actually be uh nothing. But
30. 1:24if you do take a look, this should help
31. 1:26you. So, it's a line. Let's review that
32. 1:28again. It's a line. Draw a line from the
33. 1:30MB1 to the pal canal in your mind while
34. 1:33you're doing your access. And then take
35. 1:35another line, draw it perpendicular to
36. 1:37that from the distbuckle canal and start
37. 1:40searching right here. And normally what
38. 1:42you can do is or the anodonist when he
39. 1:45comes and busts my chops, he'll take a
40. 1:4710 file or an eight file and go ding.
41. 1:49There it is. And it looks like nothing.
42. 1:51And you'll see that in the video. So,
