  1. 0:00I'm 46 years old and I didn't want to go
  2. 0:02through the next 40 45 years of my life
  3. 0:04always worrying about my back. So I
  4. 0:06contacted Herman and what Herman did
  5. 0:08which I really appreciate is you know he
  6. 0:10got my full history and then over the
  7. 0:12next couple weeks we did a few runroughs
  8. 0:14to test my body to see what I was
  9. 0:16capable of and then started slowly. I
  10. 0:18had been a runner before and I had to
  11. 0:20stop that cuz I developed arthritis in
  12. 0:22my knees. He asked me about squatting
  13. 0:24and I was like no no no squatting is not
  14. 0:25something I can do because of my knees
  15. 0:27and my back. you know, over the next
  16. 0:28couple months, he worked me up to the
  17. 0:30point where I could squat. And I was
  18. 0:32stunned like, "Oh, okay. My knees can
  19. 0:34handle this. I can lift weights at this
  20. 0:36point that I honestly never thought I'd
  21. 0:38be able to do again." I'm really, really
  22. 0:40grateful for the work that he's done. I
  23. 0:42have recommended Herman to everybody. My
  24. 0:45wife sees Herman once a week. I've
  25. 0:46recommended him to friends. Anytime
  26. 0:48somebody starts complaining about, "I
  27. 0:50wish I worked out more." I wish I had
  28. 0:52more time, just call this guy. If you're
  29. 0:54worried about starting a new training
  30. 0:56program, if you want to lose weight, if
  31. 0:58you're not sure what your body can
  32. 0:59handle, Herman knows his stuff. It's
  33. 1:01incredible to me that someone as young
  34. 1:03as he is knows so much. If you have any
  35. 1:06desire to get stronger, to get faster,
  36. 1:09to look better, Herman's the guy for
