  1. 0:00in this video we will be covering the
  2. 0:02daily use of agent crm's opportunity or
  3. 0:06pipeline feature this is one of the two
  4. 0:10main ways you can choose from to engage
  5. 0:12with tracking and dispositioning leads
  6. 0:16the other is the disposition system that
  7. 0:18we'll cover in another
  8. 0:21video under
  9. 0:23opportunities every branding bundle will
  10. 0:25come with a new
  11. 0:28lead and an onboard for clients
  12. 0:33pipeline if you've set up the
  13. 0:38automations in the bundles themselves
  14. 0:40and have put leads into the system in
  15. 0:43the setup stage you may already notice
  16. 0:46leads populated in your
  17. 0:52pipelines many of the actions happen
  18. 0:55automatically if Joe lead is in the
  19. 0:57nurture stage Joe will be receiving
  20. 1:00Communications from me and I can see
  21. 1:02that he has not moved on to the
  22. 1:03appointment set
  23. 1:05stage I can also see that I have not
  24. 1:08made a contact attempt to him
  25. 1:11yet but if Joe receives that email and
  26. 1:14Joe clicks on the link and books an
  27. 1:16appointment Joe's card will
  28. 1:19automatically move to the appointment
  29. 1:20set allowing me to see an overview of
  30. 1:24where every lead is at broken down by
  31. 1:28stages but notice as well that I had the
  32. 1:31opportunity to drag Joe's
  33. 1:34card while he may move automatically
  34. 1:37there are some actions that you will
  35. 1:39need to take to ensure the right
  36. 1:41communication goes out to each
  37. 1:44lead for example if I made a call to Joe
  38. 1:48and I could not get through I can drag
  39. 1:50him to no contact and that would send an
  40. 1:52email and a text saying Hey Joe I tried
  41. 1:56to reach you let's connect
  42. 2:00if Joe books an appointment and he shows
  43. 2:02up
  44. 2:03here and when I sit down and set aside
  45. 2:06time for Joe and he does not show up I
  46. 2:09want to drag Joe to the Nosh show stage
  47. 2:12and that will send an email that says
  48. 2:15Joe let's plan another appointment I'm
  49. 2:18sorry we missed
  50. 2:20you or if the appointment was complete
  51. 2:23but we did not close the sale we can
  52. 2:26drag Joe to the appointment complete
  53. 2:28column
  54. 2:30emails that are relevant to each stage
  55. 2:32are going to be sent out by the act of
  56. 2:35me dragging Joe to that column if it was
  57. 2:38not a good fit he was not interested in
  58. 2:41the policy dragging to abandoned will
  59. 2:44tell him hey if you change your mind you
  60. 2:47know who to talk
  61. 2:49to or if a sale was made drag to a sale
  62. 2:56made each column has different actions
  63. 2:59that are triggered as a result of
  64. 3:01dragging to that
  65. 3:03stage once Joe goes to sale made he will
  66. 3:06change over to the onboarding client
  67. 3:09Pipeline and his card will start to move
  68. 3:12through here
  69. 3:13automatically as time
  70. 3:16progresses but you can also continue to
  71. 3:18drag him along to move him to the next
  72. 3:20stage a little bit more
  73. 3:23quickly if you have any questions about
  74. 3:25what happens in each stage notice that
  75. 3:28the numbering and coloring aligns with
  76. 3:31the
  77. 3:33automations going to the automations
  78. 3:35section finding your branding bundle and
  79. 3:38finding the corresponding color and
  80. 3:40number will let you know what is
  81. 3:42happening inside of those
  82. 3:45actions if you want to know the emails
  83. 3:47and
  84. 3:48messages notice here that the test
  85. 3:51contact is now enrolled in the possible
  86. 3:53sale
  87. 3:57campaign this is the email that sent in
  88. 4:00alignment with that pipeline Sage
  89. 4:11step returning to the opportunities Tab
  90. 4:15and going back to New Leads we can see
  91. 4:17how this view is a very visual-based way
  92. 4:21to engage with leads and have a
  93. 4:22breakdown of each stage and where your
  94. 4:25contacts are at Additionally you can
  95. 4:28collapse
  96. 4:30each stage to find the ones that are
  97. 4:31more important to you to focus
  98. 4:34on you may find from time to time that
  99. 4:37some of your columns have a lot of
  100. 4:38contacts in
  101. 4:40them for example if 3.1 yellow noow was
  102. 4:44filled with contacts you may choose as
  103. 4:47you start your day to highlight that
  104. 4:49column and make some outbound calls to
  105. 4:51try to move people to the next
  106. 4:54stage from left to right notice that
  107. 4:57there's a natural progression so the
  108. 4:59goal of using this tool the
  109. 5:02opportunities or pipeline tool is to
  110. 5:05move people from left to right all the
  111. 5:08way to salade getting people to the next
  112. 5:11stage in their relationship with you is
  113. 5:13going to be the goal of using this
  114. 5:18pipeline take some time and put yourself
  115. 5:21in as a
  116. 5:23contact test yourself out and see how
  117. 5:26this feature Works additionally review
