- 0:00Hey guys, Carl here. Today I will try to
- 0:02break down all talents in the simplest
- 0:04way possible, but first, thanks to Sir
- 0:06Prakas for the idea.
- 0:08At number one, we have Wilderness
- 0:10Blessing [music] that can increase your
- 0:12movement speed in the jungle and river
- 0:13area by 10%.
- 0:17Hitting enemy heroes, turtle, or lord
- 0:19will halve the bonus to 5%, but hitting
- 0:22jungle creeps still grants you the full
- 0:24bonus.
- 0:25>> [music]
- 0:29>> As for the mid lane area, it is still
- 0:31treated as a river, so you can still get
- 0:33the bonus, and hitting minions will not
- 0:36reduce it.
- 0:37>> [music]
- 0:39>> Next, we got Season Hunter that can
- 0:40boost your damage by 15% against lord or
- 0:43turtle or 7.5% against normal jungle
- 0:46creeps.
- 0:47>> [music]
- 0:49>> Please note that it doesn't affect
- 0:51retribution damage, but it still works
- 0:53on true damage from jungling boots,
- 0:55Thunder Belt, and other damaging
- 0:57sources.
- 0:58Moving on to Tenacity. When your [music]
- 1:01HP is below 50%, all incoming damage is
- 1:03reduced by 5%. Well, it's pretty obvious
- 1:06just from the description, but what I
- 1:08want you to know is that damage
- 1:10reduction stats can't be countered
- 1:12[music] by physical or magical
- 1:13penetration or defense reduction,
- 1:15because damage reduction is calculated
- 1:17at the very last step after all damage
- 1:19[music] goes through defense and
- 1:20penetration. So, the only way to bypass
- 1:23it is by using true damage.
- 1:26>> [music]
- 1:26>> Next, we've got Master Assassin. Your
- 1:28damage will be increased by 7% against
- 1:31an enemy hero who is alone, and the
- 1:33[music] enemy is considered alone when
- 1:34they are this far from their ally.
- 1:37Also, [music] keep in mind that this
- 1:38talent has an activation range, which is
- 1:40about this far. So, it's not really that
- 1:43good for range heroes to use this
- 1:44talent.
- 1:46And we also have Bargain Hunter that
- 1:48lets you purchase equipment at 95% of
- 1:51the base price. [music] I don't know who
- 1:53made this sentence, but it basically
- 1:54just means a 5% discount on all items.
- 1:59>> [music]
- 1:59>> Six, we have Festival of Blood. It can
- 2:02grant you 6% spell vamp, and it
- 2:04increases by 0.5% every time you get a
- 2:07kill or assist up to 12 stacks for a
- 2:09total of 12% spell vamp.
- 2:15And then, Pull Yourself Together talent
- 2:17that can reduce the cooldown of battle
- 2:18spell and active equipment by 12% and
- 2:21can be increased by 1% for each kill or
- 2:24assist up to eight times for total of
- 2:2620% cooldown reduction.
- 2:29Please note that this talent can also
- 2:31affect Regen spell.
- 2:33Last one, we have Weapon Master that can
- 2:35increase physical attack and magic power
- 2:37stats by 8% from all sources. So, it is
- 2:40really great if you pair it with items
- 2:42that grant high attack stats like Blade
- 2:44of Despair or Holy Crystal or even
- 2:46heroes like Faramis that can give him
- 2:48magic power stats through his passive or
- 2:50heroes like Bane whose skill cooldown
- 2:52gets reduced the more attack stats he
- 2:54has.
- 2:57Moving on to core talent. First, we have
- 3:00Impure Rage, which lets your skill deal
- 3:02extra damage based on the target's max
- 3:03HP while restoring 2% mana on hit.
- 3:06>> [music]
- 3:07>> This is really good for caster heroes
- 3:09that need mana, and if it's used by
- 3:10heroes without mana, it will heal them
- 3:12for 1% HP instead.
- 3:15Next, we have Quantum Charge. Your next
- 3:18basic attack will heal you and briefly
- 3:19boost your movement speed for 1.5
- 3:21seconds.
- 3:23It's a solid talent for heroes that need
- 3:25to reposition often like most marksman
- 3:27heroes, but heroes like Matilda can make
- 3:30a very good use of it because she needs
- 3:32movement speed to stack her first skill.
- 3:35While heroes like Martis can use it to
- 3:37escape or move even faster since his
- 3:39passive can trigger it.
- 3:45And then, we have War Cry. When you hit
- 3:47an enemy hero with three separate basic
- 3:49attacks or skills, it will increase all
- 3:51of your damage output by 8% for 6
- 3:54seconds.
- 3:56Separate here means one skill will only
- 3:58count as one stack. So, even Helcurt's
- 4:00second skill with five stingers still
- 4:02gives just one stack.
- 4:05So, it's really good for heroes with
- 4:07high attack speed or spammable skills
- 4:09since they can activate it quickly.
- 4:12Also, you can use this talent to check
- 4:14the bush. Just throw a skill, and if
- 4:16this icon appears, that means someone is
- 4:19hiding there.
- 4:21Now, for Temporal Reign. Using your
- 4:23ultimate will speed up your non-ultimate
- 4:25skill cooldowns by 1.5 times for 4
- 4:28seconds.
- 4:29And this also stacks [music] with
- 4:31cooldown reduction from items. So,
- 4:33heroes with spammable skills like
- 4:34Cyclops or Alucard will really benefit
- 4:37from it.
- 4:42And if you manage to get a kill, it will
- 4:44extend the duration by 2 seconds.
- 4:50And if you kill something like bunch of
- 4:52enemies at once right after using your
- 4:54ultimate, then it will extend for a very
- 4:56long duration, which is only possible in
- 4:58practice room.
- 5:08Next one, Concussive Blast. After using
- 5:11basic attack, you will deal AoE magic
- 5:13damage after a brief delay, and this
- 5:15damage scales with your max HP, so it's
- 5:18really good for heroes that have high HP
- 5:20stats like Hylos and Belerick.
- 5:22And it's also a good talent to poke your
- 5:24enemy in the early game or to clear lane
- 5:26minions faster.
- 5:29And then, Killing Spree. Damaging enemy
- 5:31hero below 30% HP will heal you based on
- 5:3415% of your lost HP while also granting
- 5:3720% movement speed.
- 5:40Lost HP means the lower your HP is, the
- 5:43more heal you will get.
- 5:45This talent has a 20-second cooldown and
- 5:47will reset when you kill an enemy hero.
- 5:49So, for heroes that love to kill steal
- 5:51like Martis or Karina, this talent can
- 5:54synergize well with them. Also, Sky
- 5:56Piercer might work as well.
- 6:00Moving on to Lethal Ignition. Dealing
- 6:02damage for at least 7% of enemy's
- 6:04maximum HP three times within 5 seconds
- 6:07will burn the target.
- 6:10It's a really great talent for heroes
- 6:12that can deal multiple burst damage
- 6:14skills like most mages.
- 6:15>> [music]
- 6:16>> And not so great for heroes that can
- 6:18deal burst damage but through multiple
- 6:20instances of hits like Eamon's ultimate,
- 6:22because though it seems they can deal
- 6:24massive burst damage, the burst damage
- 6:26itself comes from many hits, and each
- 6:28hit might not be able to deal enough
- 6:30damage to trigger Lethal Ignition.
- 6:34Next, we have Bravery's Might. Dealing
- 6:36skill damage to enemy hero will restore
- 6:385% of your max HP.
- 6:41This one doesn't really have a complex
- 6:43mechanic, but one trick is you can use
- 6:45it [music] to check bushes as long as
- 6:46your HP is not full.
- 6:51Focusing Mark. When you deal damage to
- 6:53an enemy hero, it will mark them,
- 6:55increasing your allies' damage against
- 6:57that target by 6% while also giving them
- 7:0010% movement speed.
- 7:02Really great for pick-off heroes like
- 7:03Kaja, Franco, Kaelia, and so on.
- 7:09Last one is Weakness Finder. Your basic
- 7:11attack will slow enemy movement and
- 7:13attack speed for 1 second.
- 7:15It has a 10-second cooldown, but each
- 7:17basic attack will reduce it by 1 second
- 7:19down to a minimum of 3 seconds. So, it's
- 7:22really good for heroes like Kimmy,
- 7:24X.Borg, or any other heroes with high
- 7:26attack speed.
- 7:29Now, for emblem, I think the description
- 7:31itself is already pretty clear, but if
- 7:33you are new to this game, adaptive here
- 7:35means the stats will follow the highest
- 7:37stats. So, if you have more physical
- 7:39attack than magic power, then this
- 7:40adaptive stats will become physical
- 7:42attack, while hybrid here means you will
- 7:44get both stats at the same time as shown
- 7:46in this picture.
- 7:50>> [music]
- 7:51>> And I guess that's all for the talents
- 7:53description in this game. Thanks for
- 7:55watching, and see you around.
