  1. 0:00You see, most traders think that the
  2. 0:01biggest problem is strategy. So, they
  3. 0:04spend all their time and effort looking
  4. 0:06for a better setup, a better
  5. 0:07confirmation, a better concept, a better
  6. 0:10trading system.
  7. 0:13But the truth is, you do not trade the
  8. 0:15market. You trade your belief about the
  9. 0:17market.
  10. 0:19Which means that your results are not
  11. 0:20just shaped by your trading strategy.
  12. 0:23They are shaped by your identity, your
  13. 0:26emotions, and the belief that is running
  14. 0:29in the background every single time you
  15. 0:31sit down to trade.
  16. 0:33Because if the belief is broken, the
  17. 0:35execution will always break.
  18. 0:37And that is exactly why in this lesson,
  19. 0:40I want to talk about something deeper.
  20. 0:43How to reprogram your mind and your
  21. 0:46belief for trading.
  22. 0:49Because until you change your inner
  23. 0:51operating system, which is driving your
  24. 0:53actions, you will keep repeating the
  25. 0:55same emotional patterns over and over
  26. 0:58again, the same mistakes over and over
  27. 1:01again, and just get the same results.
  28. 1:04So, with that being said, let's dive
  29. 1:06into the lesson about mindset. What if I
  30. 1:09tell you that we are only perceiving 1%
  31. 1:12of reality?
  32. 1:14You heard that right. Our sensory organs
  33. 1:17are only capable of perceiving 1% of
  34. 1:21reality.
  35. 1:23Right, so
  36. 1:24we cannot right, we don't have the power
  37. 1:27yet to perceive the objective reality.
  38. 1:30We see our own perception of the
  39. 1:33reality, right? We can only see how the
  40. 1:35world works based on our past
  41. 1:37experiences, right? Based on
  42. 1:40the limitations of our organs. Right?
  43. 1:43Our eyes, our ears, our nose, blah blah
  44. 1:45blah, right? And if you look at the
  45. 1:46eyes, there is certain colors that you
  46. 1:49can't see, right? Because once again,
  47. 1:51our eyes is quite limited. We can only
  48. 1:53see
  49. 1:54like one sort of like color on the
  50. 1:58entire color spectrum. And then also our
  51. 2:01mind can only see three dimensions,
  52. 2:03right? Like we we we can't even be in
  53. 2:05the fourth dimension, the fifth
  54. 2:06dimension, the sixth dimension, the
  55. 2:08seventh dimension, because once again,
  56. 2:10we don't have the ability to actually
  57. 2:12perceive those dimensions yet, right?
  58. 2:14So, if you look at it fundamentally,
  59. 2:16this pretty much means that
  60. 2:19the reality that that that you perceive
  61. 2:22is not the same as the reality that I
  62. 2:24perceive.
  63. 2:25And it's the exact same thing with
  64. 2:27trading.
  65. 2:28You don't actually trade the market. You
  66. 2:30trade your belief about the market.
  67. 2:33Which means that you need to train your
  68. 2:34mind to acknowledge the fact that the
  69. 2:37market that you see is just one of 14
  70. 2:40million other versions of the market.
  71. 2:43One version for every trader that is
  72. 2:46actively trading the market itself.
  73. 2:48Right, so we all don't trade the market,
  74. 2:50we trade our belief of about the market.
  75. 2:52Which means that your results are not
  76. 2:53kept by your strategy. They are kept by
  77. 2:56the belief that is running in the
  78. 2:57background.
  79. 2:59This is something that I've talked about
  80. 3:01a lot inside the self-transcendence
  81. 3:03course module. So, I'm pretty sure you
  82. 3:04understand what I'm talking about right
  83. 3:05here. But I want to further like drive
  84. 3:07this point home, because I don't think
  85. 3:09you understand how important the belief
  86. 3:11are. Because belief actually creates
  87. 3:13your emotional defaults. It creates your
  88. 3:15risk behavior, or rather your
  89. 3:17relationship with risk and failure. It
  90. 3:20creates what you think you deserve,
  91. 3:22right? Are you worthy or not? It also
  92. 3:25creates what you do under pressure.
  93. 3:27Which automatically means that if the
  94. 3:28belief is broken, the execution will
  95. 3:31always break.
  96. 3:32If the belief is broken, you will not
  97. 3:34get consistent results,
  98. 3:36because your execution will always be
  99. 3:39inconsistent.
  100. 3:42If you feel unworthy of the profits,
  101. 3:46then guess what? The next time you
  102. 3:48actually make money, you will start to
  103. 3:50self-sabotage, right? By taking trades
  104. 3:52that is not aligned with your trade
  105. 3:53plan, and give back your profits back to
  106. 3:55the market itself. Because
  107. 3:58you didn't believe you were worthy of
  108. 4:00the profits itself.
  109. 4:02And this is the main loop, right? It's
  110. 4:04basically belief leads to an emotion,
  111. 4:06and that leads to an action, and action
  112. 4:09leads to a result, and the result
  113. 4:12reinforces the belief. Okay, so here's
  114. 4:14an example.
  115. 4:15If you believe that I'm not a consistent
  116. 4:17trader, I'm not a consistent trader yet.
  117. 4:20Now, the emotion that you feel is the
  118. 4:22ah, I don't know whether I can do this,
  119. 4:23man. After I am not a consistent trader,
  120. 4:25right? I am not a profitable trader. So,
  121. 4:29hmm, I don't know whether my trade plan
  122. 4:30works or not. Okay, so that breeds
  123. 4:32doubt. And that doubt or the sense of
  124. 4:35urgency, right? You know, I need to make
  125. 4:37money today, because I'm not consistent
  126. 4:39yet. That leads you into taking the
  127. 4:41action of forcing trades, or breaking
  128. 4:44rules, or just not trusting your trade
  129. 4:46plan in general. And when you take these
  130. 4:48actions, which is clearly harmful to
  131. 4:50you, guess what? You get
  132. 4:53the result that you unconsciously were
  133. 4:55seeking in the first place, which is
  134. 4:58messy P&L. You know, sometimes you lose,
  135. 5:00sometimes you win. It's very difficult
  136. 5:02for you to get consistent profits. It's
  137. 5:04very difficult for you to end the month
  138. 5:05consistent uh end the month profitable,
  139. 5:08because
  140. 5:09you know, your execution is all over the
  141. 5:10place.
  142. 5:12And when you get the results
  143. 5:15that is clearly showing you that you
  144. 5:17suck at trading, guess what? This
  145. 5:19reinforces the belief that you are not
  146. 5:22consistent.
  147. 5:24This makes you feel sad, makes you feel
  148. 5:27you are not worthy.
  149. 5:29And once again,
  150. 5:30reinforcing this belief right here, and
  151. 5:32you are stuck in this loop over and over
  152. 5:34again until you decide to change. Okay,
  153. 5:37like majority of the traders,
  154. 5:40they don't change. So, as a result, they
  155. 5:42stuck in this loop over and over again,
  156. 5:43right? Because they forgot to change
  157. 5:44themselves. Like they master all the
  158. 5:46technical analysis, they learn all the
  159. 5:48concepts and strategies in the world,
  160. 5:50but they don't change their inner
  161. 5:51operating system. They don't change
  162. 5:53their belief system. They don't change
  163. 5:54their world view.
  164. 5:56And as a result, they get the same
  165. 5:57results over and over again, and they
  166. 5:59repeat this cycle until they eventually
  167. 6:01lose everything, and until they quit
  168. 6:02trading.
  169. 6:04Right, so reprogram.
  170. 6:08This is why we need to reprogram, right?
  171. 6:10Reprogramming is breaking this loop.
  172. 6:13What does reprogram means? It means
  173. 6:16deleting the old belief and installing
  174. 6:19the new belief. That's what
  175. 6:20reprogramming means, and that's what
  176. 6:23allows you to break this loop.
  177. 6:25So, there's this quote that I really
  178. 6:26love by Joe Dispenza, which he says that
  179. 6:29you cannot change your life from the
  180. 6:31same mindset that created it. You can't
  181. 6:33think the same thoughts, feel the same
  182. 6:35emotions, repeat the same habits, and
  183. 6:37expect a new reality. It just doesn't
  184. 6:39work that way. Change begins the moment
  185. 6:41you think greater than how you feel.
  186. 6:43When you stop rehearsing the past, and
  187. 6:45you start rehearsing your future.
  188. 6:48Like I said, nothing changes if nothing
  189. 6:49changes.
  190. 6:51If you keep on thinking the same
  191. 6:52thoughts, feeling the same emotions,
  192. 6:55doing the same behavior, you are going
  193. 6:57to get the same reality.
  194. 6:59Whatever got you to where you are right
  195. 7:01now,
  196. 7:03it's not going to get you to where you
  197. 7:04want to go.
  198. 7:05You have to change your identity. You
  199. 7:07have to change your belief. You have to
  200. 7:09break this vicious cycle.
  201. 7:12And I'm going to show you how to do it
  202. 7:13in this particular lesson itself, right?
  203. 7:16There's a few steps. Like I said, if you
  204. 7:18if you just do these five steps, and you
  205. 7:19do them consistently, right? You do them
  206. 7:22no matter
  207. 7:23what you feel, you do that regardless of
  208. 7:26your circumstances, regardless of, you
  209. 7:28know, like your old self trying to pull
  210. 7:30you back. That is how you change. Okay?
  211. 7:34So, the step one is to spot the belief.
  212. 7:36So, you want to find a sentence, right?
  213. 7:38Most beliefs sounds like simple
  214. 7:40sentences that you keep repeating. I
  215. 7:41always mess it up. I can't be patient. I
  216. 7:43need to make money today. If I miss it,
  217. 7:45I will never get another chance. This is
  218. 7:47a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. I
  219. 7:49don't deserve to win.
  220. 7:52So, you want to write down the top three
  221. 7:54sentences that show up when you stress.
  222. 7:56Trust me, every single day when you wake
  223. 7:58up, you go to the market,
  224. 8:00these three sentences are usually the
  225. 8:04things that I just repeat in your head
  226. 8:05over and over again, right? Like this is
  227. 8:07what your subconscious is telling you
  228. 8:09every single day. Okay, it's very
  229. 8:11obvious. For me personally, the the
  230. 8:13three sentences that I hear over and
  231. 8:16over again in my head in my first year
  232. 8:17of trading is, I need to make money
  233. 8:19today.
  234. 8:21I suck at technical analysis. I can't
  235. 8:24control my emotions.
  236. 8:26Right? So, those were like the three
  237. 8:28beliefs that I tend to, you know, tell
  238. 8:29myself over and over again, right? So,
  239. 8:31it was infectious, right? It was simply
  240. 8:33like a disease. It's very harmful, and
  241. 8:35it caused me to actually believe it,
  242. 8:37right?
  243. 8:39So, just write down those three obvious
  244. 8:40sentences that, you know, you keep
  245. 8:42repeating in your head over and over
  246. 8:43again. Okay, just write them down. Next
  247. 8:45thing, find the evidence trail. Where
  248. 8:47did it come from?
  249. 8:50Ask yourself, when did I start believing
  250. 8:52this? Who taught me this? What moment
  251. 8:55made me made this feel true? Because
  252. 8:57most beliefs are old programming, not
  253. 8:59reality.
  254. 9:01And the interesting thing is that like
  255. 9:03believe it or not, but majority of your
  256. 9:05beliefs are formed in your first seven
  257. 9:07years.
  258. 9:08Right? Like from the minute you pop out
  259. 9:10of the womb up until the age of seven,
  260. 9:12this is where you are observing the
  261. 9:14world around you, right? How your
  262. 9:15parents behave, um what your friends are
  263. 9:19doing, what your teachers are telling
  264. 9:21you to do, right? Like these people
  265. 9:23around you, they are installing the
  266. 9:24belief that they are belief onto you,
  267. 9:26right? So, whatever you believe right
  268. 9:28now is most likely
  269. 9:31a belief that you had acquired from the
  270. 9:33society, from your parents, from your
  271. 9:36teachers, from your peers,
  272. 9:39since you were young.
  273. 9:40So, those are not your belief actually.
  274. 9:42It's just that it's the belief that the
  275. 9:44world has imposed onto you. Which also
  276. 9:46means that
  277. 9:48you can break out of them, right? Which
  278. 9:50also means that you can just get rid of
  279. 9:52them, because once again, those are not
  280. 9:53your belief in the first place, right?
  281. 9:55So, just ask yourself, okay, where did I
  282. 9:57learn this? Okay, like what happened in
  283. 10:00this particular scenario that caused me
  284. 10:02to believe in this? Right, maybe
  285. 10:05let's say right now I believe that I
  286. 10:07don't deserve to win. Okay, when did I
  287. 10:09start believing this? Well, maybe
  288. 10:10growing up my parents were always, you
  289. 10:13know, like arguing with each other over
  290. 10:15the importance of money, you know, like
  291. 10:16just pinching pennies and all that stuff
  292. 10:18and they all keep on saying that
  293. 10:21they are not worthy of success, okay,
  294. 10:23and that's
  295. 10:25and since I keep on hearing them say
  296. 10:26that same sentence over and over again,
  297. 10:28now I feel not worthy of success as
  298. 10:30well, right? Because my parents is
  299. 10:32better than me. They are the authority
  300. 10:34figures in my life when I was growing
  301. 10:35up, right? So, if they are saying that
  302. 10:37we are not worthy of success, then yeah,
  303. 10:38I believe that we are not worthy of
  304. 10:40success, right? So, I started believing
  305. 10:42this when I was young, okay, and that
  306. 10:43was taught back to me by my parents and
  307. 10:45then it was probably like reinforced
  308. 10:47when
  309. 10:51we had the opportunity to to like, you
  310. 10:53know, like make money, but like because
  311. 10:55of my parents' lack of belief, they gave
  312. 10:57up the opportunity, right? So, that
  313. 10:59moment made that feel true and that
  314. 11:01moment reinforced that belief that we
  315. 11:03are not unworthy, right? So, now that I
  316. 11:05start trading, I really believe that I'm
  317. 11:07unworthy of profits, I'm unworthy of
  318. 11:09becoming profitable, right? So, this
  319. 11:11was,
  320. 11:12you know, like the origin point of like
  321. 11:13this particular belief itself.
  322. 11:15And like I said, if you, you know, just
  323. 11:17follow the trail, you'll realize that
  324. 11:20once again, the belief is not yours in
  325. 11:22the first place. It's some form of
  326. 11:24authority figure that have installed the
  327. 11:26belief into you or like society has
  328. 11:29convinced you that it's true, okay? So,
  329. 11:32once again, just follow the paper trail.
  330. 11:35The next step is to identify the payoff.
  331. 11:38Why you keep the belief in the first
  332. 11:39place?
  333. 11:40Now, this is the part that people avoid,
  334. 11:42right?
  335. 11:43Because like I said, as humans, we tend
  336. 11:46to repeat
  337. 11:48the actions that we got rewarded for in
  338. 11:51the past.
  339. 11:54And we tend to
  340. 11:56stop doing the stuff that we got
  341. 11:57punished for in the past.
  342. 12:00For example, if when you were 6 year old
  343. 12:03and
  344. 12:05you know, like let's say you went to a
  345. 12:07sushi restaurant with your parents
  346. 12:09and you saw like this green paste thing
  347. 12:12which looks like green tea ice cream,
  348. 12:14right? But your parents know that it's
  349. 12:15wasabi.
  350. 12:17But then you didn't know it, right?
  351. 12:18Because it's your first time looking at
  352. 12:19this green paste thing, right? So, as a
  353. 12:20result, you you eat a like one scoop of
  354. 12:23wasabi, you
  355. 12:24and then you immediately spit it out.
  356. 12:25You're like, "What the hell is this?
  357. 12:27This is not sweet. This is disgusting."
  358. 12:30Okay, so
  359. 12:31now after that moment, you never ever
  360. 12:33eat wasabi again because you know that
  361. 12:35wasabi is not this green tea ice cream,
  362. 12:37right? It's this like horrendous spicy
  363. 12:40tasting thing. Okay, so
  364. 12:44and that belief led you into, you know,
  365. 12:46into adult years. Whenever you see
  366. 12:48wasabi, you just don't even bother eat
  367. 12:50like looking at it. You don't even
  368. 12:51bother like opening a packet of it
  369. 12:53because you know that it sucks.
  370. 12:56Similarly, right? Maybe when you were
  371. 12:58young, you were good at cooking, you
  372. 13:01know, or rather like No, let's say
  373. 13:03drawing, okay? Let's say you draw you
  374. 13:05you you did some scribbles and then like
  375. 13:07you gave it to your parents and they
  376. 13:08say, "Wow, good job, John. You're going
  377. 13:10to be an artist in the future, right?"
  378. 13:12That drawing looks majestic, right? Very
  379. 13:15very nice.
  380. 13:17Now, guess what? You got rewarded for
  381. 13:19your painting, right? You got rewarded
  382. 13:21for your drawing. So, the next time you
  383. 13:23start drawing, you're going to feel more
  384. 13:24confident to draw again and then the art
  385. 13:28piece is going to look even better than
  386. 13:30the first time round. And now you follow
  387. 13:32into your adult years and now you really
  388. 13:34believe that you are the greatest
  389. 13:35painter in the entire world because like
  390. 13:37your parents say that you you are good
  391. 13:38at
  392. 13:39drawing.
  393. 13:40Right? Once again, you tend to repeat
  394. 13:42the behaviors that you got rewarded for
  395. 13:44in the past.
  396. 13:45Okay, so
  397. 13:47same thing right here. What do I get to
  398. 13:48avoid if I keep this belief?
  399. 13:51If I believe that I'm not consistent, I
  400. 13:53avoid the responsibility of being
  401. 13:54consistent.
  402. 13:56If I believe that the market is against
  403. 13:58me, I avoid accountability. If I believe
  404. 14:00that I need to win today, I avoid
  405. 14:02sitting with discomfort.
  406. 14:05And if you go down to the root cause,
  407. 14:06you realize that every limiting belief
  408. 14:08protects you from something.
  409. 14:11Whether that's pain, whether that's
  410. 14:13uncertainty, it always protect you from
  411. 14:15something.
  412. 14:17And the next step is to replace it.
  413. 14:19Okay, here's the interesting thing. It's
  414. 14:20very difficult for you to get rid of the
  415. 14:22old belief, but it's easier for you to
  416. 14:24replace it.
  417. 14:26Right? It's the same thing with bad
  418. 14:27habits. It's very difficult for you to
  419. 14:28quit smoking, but it's easy for you to
  420. 14:31replace it with vape.
  421. 14:33Right? And then eventually you replace
  422. 14:34the vape with breathing air or something
  423. 14:37like that, right? So, you can see, it's
  424. 14:38difficult to like just completely get
  425. 14:40rid of a belief or a habit, but it's
  426. 14:42easy for you to replace it and replacing
  427. 14:44it, that's the starting point, right?
  428. 14:46When you can replace it, then you can
  429. 14:47start to install the new belief. You can
  430. 14:50start to reinforce the new belief.
  431. 14:52So, here's a bad example of this, right?
  432. 14:56So, right now you believe that you're
  433. 14:58unworthy of profits.
  434. 15:00And now if I tell you to believe that
  435. 15:02you are the best trader alive
  436. 15:04you are not going to believe it, right?
  437. 15:05It's like because once again
  438. 15:08you haven't given yourself sufficient
  439. 15:10evidence
  440. 15:12to support the fact that you are indeed
  441. 15:15the best trader alive, right? So, what
  442. 15:17happens that your nervous system will
  443. 15:18reject it. And once again, this is
  444. 15:20something that is very outcome oriented,
  445. 15:22right? It's very difficult for you to
  446. 15:25believe that you are the best trader
  447. 15:26alive when you don't have the evidence
  448. 15:30to support this belief.
  449. 15:33Good replacement is grounded. It's more
  450. 15:35process oriented, right? So, for
  451. 15:37example, the old belief is I'm not
  452. 15:39consistent at trading. Well, the new
  453. 15:40belief instead of I'm the best trader
  454. 15:42alive, it could be I'm becoming
  455. 15:45consistent by following my rules one
  456. 15:47trade at a time.
  457. 15:50Is this something that's within your
  458. 15:51control? Yes. Is this something that is
  459. 15:53realistic? Yes.
  460. 15:55Is this something that is process
  461. 15:56oriented? Yes, it is.
  462. 15:58Which means that you can do it today.
  463. 16:00And if you do it today
  464. 16:03eventually you're going to get rewarded
  465. 16:04for it and that reward will reinforce
  466. 16:07this new belief.
  467. 16:10Okay, so I want you to use this
  468. 16:11structure.
  469. 16:14I am the type of person who
  470. 16:16I am the type of person who waits for A+
  471. 16:18setups. I am the type of trader who
  472. 16:20respects stops without negotiation. I am
  473. 16:23the type of trader who can be bought and
  474. 16:24still be disciplined.
  475. 16:27Like I said, it's all about shifting
  476. 16:29your identity. The best way to change
  477. 16:31your belief is to change your identity.
  478. 16:34Okay, it's not to focus on the actions,
  479. 16:36but focus on the identity.
  480. 16:39Similarly, if you're trying to quit
  481. 16:40smoking, you cannot be saying stupid
  482. 16:42like
  483. 16:43I will only smoke one stick a day or I
  484. 16:46will cut down to, you know,
  485. 16:49like just maybe smoking when
  486. 16:52I'll finish my work. No, you're going to
  487. 16:55retain that habit. You have to say, "I
  488. 16:57am not a smoker."
  489. 17:00Once you start believing that you're not
  490. 17:01a smoker, you will steer away from
  491. 17:03cigarettes.
  492. 17:04Same thing for if you're alcoholic, same
  493. 17:06thing if you're gambling addict or
  494. 17:08gaming addict, whatever it is, you must
  495. 17:10start off with the identity. I am not a
  496. 17:13consistently I am not a inconsistent
  497. 17:16trader. I am the type of trader who
  498. 17:19execute my trade plan consistently.
  499. 17:22Okay, now you automatically act in
  500. 17:23accordance with your belief, with your
  501. 17:25identity, right? So, yeah, do that. The
  502. 17:28next step is to install the new belief.
  503. 17:31Once again, a belief isn't changed by
  504. 17:33logic. You can't just boom, you know,
  505. 17:35get rid of the old belief and you
  506. 17:37install the new belief like right now
  507. 17:38today. No.
  508. 17:40It needs
  509. 17:41three things: repetition, emotion, and
  510. 17:45proof.
  511. 17:46Repetition, you need to
  512. 17:48consciously
  513. 17:50install the new neurological pathways in
  514. 17:53your brain and you do that by ensuring
  515. 17:56that you repeat the same action over and
  516. 17:58over again
  517. 18:00for an extended period of time. You need
  518. 18:02to feel an emotion, right? Like I said,
  519. 18:04you need to really feel that you are
  520. 18:07actually changing. You need to feel the
  521. 18:09feeling of
  522. 18:11consistency. You need to feel
  523. 18:14the feeling of discipline.
  524. 18:16Right?
  525. 18:17You need to really like shift your
  526. 18:18emotional state because when you do
  527. 18:20this, you are
  528. 18:21changing your vibration. You are
  529. 18:23changing your frequency, your energy.
  530. 18:25And then you also need to get proof to
  531. 18:27further reaffirm this belief. And guess
  532. 18:30what? Proof only comes when you have
  533. 18:32done the thing consistently enough for
  534. 18:35the market to reward you.
  535. 18:37Right? So
  536. 18:38it's really like this
  537. 18:41virtuous cycle, right? Where you do you
  538. 18:44believe this new thing and you do the
  539. 18:46new thing and you get rewarded for the
  540. 18:48doing the new thing and this further
  541. 18:49reaffirms the belief that the
  542. 18:51the new belief actually works. Right?
  543. 18:54And then you just like do this cycle
  544. 18:55this loop over and over again. That's
  545. 18:57how you install the new belief. That's
  546. 18:59how you install the new newer networks
  547. 19:01in your brain. So, for the next 7 days,
  548. 19:03do this, okay? Every morning, read your
  549. 19:06new identity belief out loud. Feel the
  550. 19:09emotion of it being real. Calm,
  551. 19:11certainty, courageous, discipline,
  552. 19:15focus, really like feel the emotion.
  553. 19:18Visualize that one scene where you acted
  554. 19:20out.
  555. 19:22Once again, remember, your brain doesn't
  556. 19:24know the difference between your
  557. 19:25imagination and reality,
  558. 19:28which means that when you do this, what
  559. 19:30you're doing is that
  560. 19:31you're actively rehearsing your future.
  561. 19:37Because change begins the moment you
  562. 19:38think greater than how you feel. When
  563. 19:40you stop rehearsing your past and start
  564. 19:42rehearsing your future.
  565. 19:44And subconsciously you are literally
  566. 19:47getting rid of the old you and
  567. 19:48installing the new you.
  568. 19:51And guess what? When you do that, your
  569. 19:53conscious body is going to be taking the
  570. 19:56actions that is in alignment with the
  571. 19:57higher self.
  572. 19:59In alignment with the new belief, the
  573. 20:01new identity that you have installed
  574. 20:02into yourself.
  575. 20:03That's how powerful this is.
  576. 20:05And then every single night, you want to
  577. 20:06write one proof that you have lived it
  578. 20:08today.
  579. 20:09Write one moment you have broke it and
  580. 20:11what triggered it.
  581. 20:12And decide the one adjustment for
  582. 20:14tomorrow.
  583. 20:15The goal for doing this is not to punish
  584. 20:16you. It's just to make you more aware.
  585. 20:19It's just to make you more conscious.
  586. 20:22Because the minute you decide to be more
  587. 20:24conscious of yourself, right? That is
  588. 20:27where
  589. 20:28your unconscious self start losing
  590. 20:30control over you.
  591. 20:32Every single time you get conscious of
  592. 20:34your unconscious patterns,
  593. 20:36the pull that the unconscious self have
  594. 20:38over you starts weakening.
  595. 20:40Which means that you are slowly but
  596. 20:41surely taking back control of your life.
  597. 20:45That's how powerful this is. Okay, this
  598. 20:47is how you build evidence. This is how
  599. 20:49you build confidence. Right? Confidence
  600. 20:51comes from evidence.
  601. 20:55Now,
  602. 20:56here's the belief ladder, right? So this
  603. 20:57is like a trick that I want you to have
  604. 21:00at the back of your pocket, right?
  605. 21:02Whenever it starts getting too hard. If
  606. 21:04a new belief feels too big, right? It
  607. 21:06feels too like audacious, feels too
  608. 21:08difficult to attain or difficult to
  609. 21:11install into your system, you want to
  610. 21:13just break it down by using a ladder.
  611. 21:15Okay, so for example, your belief is
  612. 21:18I can't be disciplined. Okay, that was
  613. 21:20your old limiting belief, which once
  614. 21:22again doesn't serve you.
  615. 21:24Instead of
  616. 21:25having a new belief that say, I can be
  617. 21:27disciplined, I must be disciplined,
  618. 21:29right? Which seems very difficult for
  619. 21:31you to do at the start because you can't
  620. 21:32just go from a guy who doesn't work out
  621. 21:33at all to a guy who's,
  622. 21:35you know, working out consistently 7
  623. 21:37days a week, two training sessions a
  624. 21:39day, right? No,
  625. 21:41you cannot make that 180 switch
  626. 21:42immediately. You need to slowly ease
  627. 21:44into it. Right? Which means that you
  628. 21:46need to break the new belief, which is I
  629. 21:48must be disciplined, into steps that you
  630. 21:51can actually take every single day and
  631. 21:53you can actually measure it. Right? For
  632. 21:54example, I can be disciplined for the
  633. 21:57next 60 minutes.
  634. 22:00For the next 60 minutes, I can just
  635. 22:01review and execute the trades according
  636. 22:04to my trade plan. That's it. I don't
  637. 22:05have to do it for the whole day, just do
  638. 22:06it for the next 60 minutes.
  639. 22:08This is so that I can build momentum.
  640. 22:10Right? This is so that I can build this
  641. 22:11belief into like a habit. I can follow
  642. 22:14my rules for the next trade. Can you do
  643. 22:15that? Yes, you can, right? It's just one
  644. 22:17simple action, which once again further
  645. 22:20reinforces the belief that you are a
  646. 22:22disciplined trader. I can say one day, I
  647. 22:24am disciplined. Right? So you can see,
  648. 22:25it's a ladder where you start from small
  649. 22:28steps, taking baby steps, and then
  650. 22:30eventually take even bigger steps,
  651. 22:33and then eventually, slowly but surely,
  652. 22:35you do it consistently enough,
  653. 22:37you have just built a new belief.
  654. 22:39And a new belief have just overpowered
  655. 22:41the old belief.
  656. 22:42And this is how you, you know, release
  657. 22:44the old you and
  658. 22:47integrate or walk into the new you.
  659. 22:51So here's some examples, right? When it
  660. 22:53comes to trading.
  661. 22:55Scarcity belief, I need to make money
  662. 22:57today.
  663. 22:58Your new belief is my job is execution,
  664. 23:01the money is a byproduct. Urgency
  665. 23:03belief, if I miss this opportunity, I'm
  666. 23:05done. I'm cooked.
  667. 23:07There will always be another setup,
  668. 23:08right? The next bus is coming in the
  669. 23:10next 5 minutes.
  670. 23:12Worthiness belief, I don't deserve to
  671. 23:14win. I don't deserve to make money.
  672. 23:15I deserve the outcome of my process.
  673. 23:19Once again, realize that I didn't put I
  674. 23:21deserve to win. No, you don't deserve
  675. 23:23right? The market doesn't owe you
  676. 23:25You deserve
  677. 23:27to be rewarded if you execute your
  678. 23:29process
  679. 23:31consistently.
  680. 23:33If you actually done the preparation,
  681. 23:35the research, the analysis, you deserve
  682. 23:36it. But if you don't, you're not
  683. 23:38entitled to anything.
  684. 23:40Okay, so I deserve the outcome of my
  685. 23:42process. Control belief, I must predict
  686. 23:44to win. No, you don't have to predict
  687. 23:46the future in order to make money in the
  688. 23:48market. That's not how this game works.
  689. 23:50Here Here's our upgrade.
  690. 23:52Trading is a game of probabilities, not
  691. 23:55a game of certainty. Which means that if
  692. 23:57I can manage my risk,
  693. 23:59I can play the odds, I will win in the
  694. 24:01end. Right? So that's once again a new
  695. 24:03belief.
  696. 24:05So old belief, new belief, old belief,
  697. 24:07new belief, that's how you can slowly
  698. 24:09but surely rehearse the new you. And
  699. 24:11when you rehearse it long enough, you
  700. 24:13start to believe in it. And when you
  701. 24:14start to believe in it, you start to act
  702. 24:16in accordance with it. And suddenly, you
  703. 24:18are no longer the unprofitable trader
  704. 24:21who's inconsistent with his actions,
  705. 24:23who's giving back the profits back to
  706. 24:24the market, who's self-sabotaging all
  707. 24:25the time. And suddenly, you're just a
  708. 24:28new person who just doesn't do those
  709. 24:30behavior anymore. Right?
  710. 24:32It's like you don't even remember that
  711. 24:34old unprofitable self because now you
  712. 24:36have ascended.
  713. 24:38Now, this entire thing works because you
  714. 24:41stop trying to force discipline with
  715. 24:43your power, right? Notice how I didn't
  716. 24:45ask you to, oh, just be disciplined,
  717. 24:46just do the hard things, especially when
  718. 24:48you don't feel like it, you know, come
  719. 24:49hell or high water, just work, you know?
  720. 24:51No, that's useless.
  721. 24:54Right? Because that's still me trying to
  722. 24:56change your actions.
  723. 24:58But I understand that I cannot change
  724. 25:00your action. Or rather, it's pointless
  725. 25:02to change your action, because if I
  726. 25:03change your action or I convince you to
  727. 25:05do so, the next day
  728. 25:07or the next week, you're going to get
  729. 25:09back to doing the same old actions which
  730. 25:10didn't serve you. So I'd much rather
  731. 25:12change the belief. I'd much rather
  732. 25:15change your identity.
  733. 25:18You change the identity driving the
  734. 25:20behavior. And when beliefs change, your
  735. 25:22default actions change. And when your
  736. 25:24default actions change, your results
  737. 25:27change.
  738. 25:28Right? So I hope you have really like
  739. 25:29understood how important this is.
