  1. 0:00So, everybody's talking about AI these
  2. 0:02days, and you might be wondering, how
  3. 0:05can you use AI in trading?
  4. 0:08And here's where a lot of traders get it
  5. 0:10wrong.
  6. 0:11A lot of traders are asking, can AI give
  7. 0:14me signals? Can AI tell me when to buy,
  8. 0:17when to sell? Can AI make trading
  9. 0:19easier? No, buddy. That's not the real
  10. 0:22opportunity. I believe that the real
  11. 0:24opportunity is using AI to think better.
  12. 0:28Think about it. What's the biggest enemy
  13. 0:30in trading? It's yourself. It's your
  14. 0:33emotions. It's your limited perception
  15. 0:35of the market.
  16. 0:37And what AI provide you with is a
  17. 0:39third-party, rational, and logical idea.
  18. 0:44Right? So, it's like it doesn't have the
  19. 0:46same emotions as you do. So, you can use
  20. 0:48that to your advantage. You can use AI
  21. 0:51to actually give you better feedback. To
  22. 0:54actually make you a better trader.
  23. 0:57That's what AI is for. It's not for you
  24. 0:59it to like, you know, you don't rely on
  25. 1:01it to tell you when to buy, when to
  26. 1:03sell, and just give you trade ideas. No,
  27. 1:06you use it as a tool to make you better.
  28. 1:10All right? So, here's what AI is
  29. 1:12actually good for.
  30. 1:15Now, AI is very useful for organizing
  31. 1:18your thinking, challenging emotional
  32. 1:20decisions, and turning mistakes into
  33. 1:22lessons, asking better questions, and
  34. 1:24speeding up feedback loops.
  35. 1:26So, once again, I want to emphasize
  36. 1:28this. AI is not the most powerful when
  37. 1:31it tries to predict the market for you.
  38. 1:33Trust me, I've tried it. A lot of other
  39. 1:35people tried it as well, but it's just
  40. 1:38not that good yet, right? I I I don't
  41. 1:40think they have gotten to that stage
  42. 1:41where it can actually predict the market
  43. 1:43as well as I do. All right? I don't
  44. 1:45think they understand market mechanics
  45. 1:46as well as I do.
  46. 1:48So, as a result, what you want to do is
  47. 1:51to use it to help you get better.
  48. 1:55Fit your data into AI, right? Whatever
  49. 1:59trades that you are taking, tell AI
  50. 2:01about it.
  51. 2:02And I tell them, "Okay, this is the
  52. 2:04mistake that I've made today. What can I
  53. 2:05do to get better?"
  54. 2:07Tell them, "This is the emotion I'm
  55. 2:08facing today. This is the problem that
  56. 2:10I'm facing right now in my trading
  57. 2:12journey. What can I do to get rid of
  58. 2:14these roadblocks?"
  59. 2:16And usually it will give you like a very
  60. 2:17good answer, right? So, it's like you
  61. 2:19got all the tools you need to actually
  62. 2:20become a better become a more profitable
  63. 2:22trader. You just need to ask it the
  64. 2:25right questions. You just need to give
  65. 2:27it a lot of context.
  66. 2:29Once again, this is coming from a guy
  67. 2:31who have literally built a AI trading
  68. 2:33super app, EdgeFlow.
  69. 2:34Right? So, later on I'm going to show
  70. 2:36you Flow AI, which is the AI that I
  71. 2:39personally built with my team, and it's
  72. 2:41trained on all my market mechanics
  73. 2:43concepts, on everything that I've
  74. 2:45learned in trading. Uh it's pretty much
  75. 2:47got my entire brain, right? That's it,
  76. 2:49right? Flow AI is pretty much me. If you
  77. 2:51actually got access to Flow AI, it's
  78. 2:53pretty much like having me by your side
  79. 2:55coaching you.
  80. 2:56Okay? But I'm going to show you that
  81. 2:57later on.
  82. 2:58But once again, I don't want you guys to
  83. 3:00be using AI the wrong way. I don't want
  84. 3:02you guys to be using it as a crutch. I
  85. 3:04want you to use it properly because if
  86. 3:05you do use it properly, it can become
  87. 3:07one of the most powerful tools in your
  88. 3:08trading process. It can give you a huge
  89. 3:11advantage over your peers, over other
  90. 3:13traders out there.
  91. 3:14Because
  92. 3:16like I said, it doesn't replace your
  93. 3:18edge, it doesn't replace your
  94. 3:18decision-making. It helps you think more
  95. 3:21clearly. It helps you review your trades
  96. 3:23faster. It helps you regulate your
  97. 3:25emotions better, and overall just stay
  98. 3:28aligned with your trading system.
  99. 3:31Now, here's what AI should not replace,
  100. 3:34all right? Very important. I know some
  101. 3:36of you guys have already tried to do
  102. 3:38this, all right? So, I'm warning you
  103. 3:39right here.
  104. 3:40AI should not replace your trade plan.
  105. 3:43It should not replace your journaling.
  106. 3:45It should not replace your review
  107. 3:46process. It should not review replace
  108. 3:49your risk management. It should not
  109. 3:50replace your personal responsibility.
  110. 3:53Because if you start using AI as a
  111. 3:55shortcut for certainty, you are using it
  112. 3:57wrong.
  113. 3:58Right? So, what I basically mean by that
  114. 4:01is that
  115. 4:02all of this stuff that you have to do,
  116. 4:04that makes you a better trader, you
  117. 4:05still have to do them manually.
  118. 4:07Even though maybe AI can do it for you.
  119. 4:09For example, in Edge Flow, we have this
  120. 4:11feature which allows you to get weekly
  121. 4:14AI generated reports. Right? So, at the
  122. 4:16end of each week, the AI literally go
  123. 4:18and review all the trades they have been
  124. 4:20taking for the week and give you like a
  125. 4:21report telling you what to do and what
  126. 4:23not to do, and what's what went well,
  127. 4:26what didn't went so well, and what's the
  128. 4:27one action or one step you can take the
  129. 4:29following week to get better.
  130. 4:31Yes, we have that cool feature inside
  131. 4:33Edge Flow.
  132. 4:34Right? But, we still advise our traders
  133. 4:36to review the AI report and then reflect
  134. 4:40themselves.
  135. 4:41Right? So, we still actually encourage
  136. 4:42them to do that manual reflection.
  137. 4:44Because when you actually do your manual
  138. 4:46reflection, then now you are able to
  139. 4:48actually get better because now you
  140. 4:50actually know what you're doing well,
  141. 4:52what you're not doing so well, and you
  142. 4:54can do more of what works and less of
  143. 4:55what doesn't. Right? So, you're just
  144. 4:57able to build that awareness by
  145. 4:59continuing doing your journaling and
  146. 5:01reviewing yourself.
  147. 5:02Right? So,
  148. 5:04yeah, trading is still a probability
  149. 5:05game. It does not remove uncertainty.
  150. 5:08What it can help you do is to navigate
  151. 5:10that uncertainty with better structure.
  152. 5:14I believe that the real edge of AI is
  153. 5:16speed.
  154. 5:17It helps you close the gap faster
  155. 5:19between confusion and clarity,
  156. 5:22emotion and logic, mistake and lesson,
  157. 5:25impulse and discipline.
  158. 5:28A trader who gets faster feedback and
  159. 5:30clearer reflection will usually improve
  160. 5:32faster than a trader who keep repeating
  161. 5:35the same emotional loops again and again
  162. 5:37alone.
  163. 5:39That is why AI matters. It's not here to
  164. 5:42magically make you profitable overnight.
  165. 5:44It's here to to you become more aware.
  166. 5:47It's here to help you become more
  167. 5:48reflective and more process-driven.
  168. 5:52So, that's really the edge when it comes
  169. 5:54to AI.
  170. 5:57Now,
  171. 5:58there are
  172. 5:59a few best times to use AI in trading.
  173. 6:03Before the trading session, you can use
  174. 6:05AI to help you get clear on your trading
  175. 6:07plan.
  176. 6:08You can even use it to remind you that
  177. 6:11you have to review your trade plan.
  178. 6:13During the trading session, this is
  179. 6:15where emotions start rising, right? This
  180. 6:17is where you start feeling that you are
  181. 6:19out of balance and you are
  182. 6:21getting out of control, and you need to
  183. 6:23return back to structure, you can use AI
  184. 6:25here as well, right? You can speak to an
  185. 6:27AI, you can even chat with an AI telling
  186. 6:29it that you're feeling emotional. Once
  187. 6:32again, I'm going to show you how to do
  188. 6:33all of this later on.
  189. 6:34And then,
  190. 6:35after the session, this is where you can
  191. 6:37turn your trading day into actual
  192. 6:39learning instead of just moving on and
  193. 6:42just forgetting about it. By journaling
  194. 6:44your trade and then feeding your trades
  195. 6:46into the AI, asking it what you can do
  196. 6:49better, what went well, what went not so
  197. 6:52well, what can you do better next time,
  198. 6:54how can you prevent yourself from making
  199. 6:56the same mistake again,
  200. 6:58right? So, AI works best if you use it
  201. 7:00as a thinking partner before execution,
  202. 7:03a reset tool during execution, and a
  203. 7:06review assistant after execution.
  204. 7:09The biggest mistake traders will make is
  205. 7:11trying to use AI to avoid thinking.
  206. 7:16I really do not like this, right? That's
  207. 7:18the only thing that I don't like about
  208. 7:20AI. AI is just making everybody more
  209. 7:22lazy. What I basically mean by that is
  210. 7:24that right now, if you have a question,
  211. 7:27you no longer ask Google, you ask
  212. 7:28ChatGPT.
  213. 7:30And then, it usually give you an answer.
  214. 7:32But, let's say
  215. 7:3320 years ago, if you want to find an
  216. 7:35answer to a certain question that you
  217. 7:37have about trading, you would have to go
  218. 7:39to the library, browse through
  219. 7:42tens or perhaps hundreds of books just
  220. 7:44so they can find an answer to your
  221. 7:46trading question.
  222. 7:48Okay, so it's like right now with AI, a
  223. 7:51lot of people are just not using their
  224. 7:52brain anymore.
  225. 7:54And if you don't use your brain, it's
  226. 7:56just going to deteriorate.
  227. 7:58Right? So, whatever that you don't use,
  228. 8:00it ends up like just getting weaker.
  229. 8:03Just like muscle, right? If you don't
  230. 8:04train your muscle every single day,
  231. 8:07just like what you've been doing for the
  232. 8:08past few months, right? Going to the gym
  233. 8:10or the stuff,
  234. 8:11your muscle is eventually going to
  235. 8:13deteriorate and you're going to lose
  236. 8:14your muscle or it's going to turn into
  237. 8:16fat. Same thing with your brain, right?
  238. 8:18So, do not use AI to avoid thinking.
  239. 8:22If you want to become a profitable
  240. 8:24trader, if you're serious about
  241. 8:25mastering this skill set, as much as
  242. 8:27possible, you don't want to depend on AI
  243. 8:29too much.
  244. 8:31With that being said, the best traders,
  245. 8:34they don't use AI to avoid thinking, but
  246. 8:36they use AI to think better.
  247. 8:39So, that's a massive difference right
  248. 8:41there.
  249. 8:41If you use AI to chase certainty, you'll
  250. 8:44probably get weaker.
  251. 8:45If you use AI to sharpen your awareness,
  252. 8:48tighten your decision-making,
  253. 8:50and just reinforce your process, you'll
  254. 8:52probably get better.
  255. 8:54Okay, so yeah, the way I think about AI
  256. 8:57in trading is very simple. It should
  257. 8:58help you return to your process faster.
  258. 9:01It should help you
  259. 9:04ensure that you are grounded in the
  260. 9:06present moment and not affected by your
  261. 9:08emotions.
  262. 9:09But if AI is making you more dependent,
  263. 9:11more confused, more passive, then you
  264. 9:15are probably just using it wrongly.
  265. 9:17If it's making you more grounded, more
  266. 9:20honest, more aware, and more
  267. 9:22disciplined, then you're using it
  268. 9:23correctly.
  269. 9:25Okay, so
  270. 9:26key takeaway, AI should not become your
  271. 9:29trader. You shouldn't be relying on AI
  272. 9:32to trade for you.
  273. 9:33It should become your assistant. It
  274. 9:35should be used as a tool that helps you
  275. 9:37think more clearly, regulate your
  276. 9:39emotions faster, make better decisions
  277. 9:43inside the framework of your own system.
  278. 9:45That is the right way to use AI. In
  279. 9:47fact, that's the only way you should be
  280. 9:48using AI.
  281. 9:51And that brings me to the second part of
  282. 9:52this lesson.
  283. 9:53Because once you understand how AI
  284. 9:56should actually be used in trading, the
  285. 9:58next question you have might have in
  286. 9:59mind is
  287. 10:01what does that look like in practice?
  288. 10:03How does Brett actually use AI on a
  289. 10:05daily basis?
  290. 10:07That's what I'm showing you in the next
  291. 10:09section right here.
  292. 10:10And that is exactly why we built Flow
  293. 10:12AI, right? That's why I spent the past
  294. 10:14few months just feeding Flow AI
  295. 10:16everything that I know about trading.
  296. 10:18Every single market mechanics concepts
  297. 10:20that you guys are learning throughout
  298. 10:21this entire 30-day mentorship series,
  299. 10:24Flow AI knows about it, right? So, if
  300. 10:25you are unsure on anything, you can ask
  301. 10:27Flow AI and it will give you a very good
  302. 10:29answer.
  303. 10:30It can essentially act as the coach that
  304. 10:32is by your side 24/7, helping you before
  305. 10:35you start trading, during your trading,
  306. 10:37and after your trading, like what I'm
  307. 10:38going to show you, right? It's
  308. 10:40essentially going to be a personal
  309. 10:41trading coach if you actually get access
  310. 10:42to it inside Edge Flow.
  311. 10:44So, with that being said, let me show
  312. 10:45you how Flow AI actually works, how I
  313. 10:48use it, and how you can use it properly
  314. 10:50inside Edge Flow. Most traders don't
  315. 10:53need another strategy. They need a coach
  316. 10:55in their pocket. And I'll be real with
  317. 10:58you. The trader who refuse to use AI is
  318. 11:01going to lose to the trader who does.
  319. 11:03Because one person is getting faster
  320. 11:06feedback, clearer thinking, and less
  321. 11:09emotional decision-making.
  322. 11:11And that's what Flow AI is for.
  323. 11:13Now, quick expectation check before we
  324. 11:15start. Flow AI version one is not some
  325. 11:17magic AI that can read your trading
  326. 11:19account, read your trading data, and
  327. 11:21just automatically know how you have
  328. 11:23been trading. It only works as well as
  329. 11:26what you tell it, right? It's kind of
  330. 11:27like ChatGPT. In the future, Flow AI
  331. 11:30will be able to give you personalized
  332. 11:32feedback based on your actual trades and
  333. 11:34your patterns inside Edge Flow. But for
  334. 11:36now, this is the first version and it's
  335. 11:39still insanely useful if you use it the
  336. 11:41right way.
  337. 11:42But the reason why it's so powerful is
  338. 11:44really because of the fact that I've
  339. 11:45trained it to think like me.
  340. 11:47You heard that right. It's literally
  341. 11:50have my consciousness, my brain in it.
  342. 11:53So when you use it properly, it's like
  343. 11:55having a millionaire professional trader
  344. 11:58who's coached thousands of students in
  345. 12:00your own pocket.
  346. 12:01Helping you snap back into clarity,
  347. 12:03helping you regulate your emotions, and
  348. 12:06helping you make better decisions in
  349. 12:08real time.
  350. 12:10Quick note, Flow AI is a plus or pro
  351. 12:12feature, which means that if you're on
  352. 12:14the basic plan, you won't be able to see
  353. 12:16this tab yet.
  354. 12:18Cool, let's dive into it. So what is
  355. 12:20Flow AI?
  356. 12:21So Flow AI is a thinking partner to help
  357. 12:24you spot your blind spots. And it's a
  358. 12:27structure to allow you to ask better
  359. 12:29questions. Like what is the meaning of
  360. 12:31life? No, just kidding. Don't ask Flow
  361. 12:33AI that. Uh uh and it also provide you a
  362. 12:35fast feedback loop when you feel stuck.
  363. 12:38Now let's talk about what it's not. It's
  364. 12:40not a signal bot, it's not going to tell
  365. 12:41you where to buy, where to sell, it's
  366. 12:43not going to tell you where gold will be
  367. 12:455 years from now, it's not going to
  368. 12:47predict the next stock market crash,
  369. 12:50it's not a trade copier, right?
  370. 12:52It's not a replacement for your rules,
  371. 12:54journal, or review process. It's not a
  372. 12:57trading robot, it's not an expert
  373. 12:59advisor. You still have to think on your
  374. 13:01own feet, you still have to trade on
  375. 13:03your own. What it is is is a companion,
  376. 13:07is a coach that you have available right
  377. 13:09in your own pocket.
  378. 13:11Now, every time you ask Flow AI for
  379. 13:13help, there's three things you want to
  380. 13:15give it. Number one is to provide it
  381. 13:18context. Okay, what session are you
  382. 13:20trading, what currency pair are you
  383. 13:21trading, what setup are you using?
  384. 13:24Number two is your emotional state. How
  385. 13:27do you feel right now? Whether you are
  386. 13:29feeling angry,
  387. 13:31doubting yourself, fear,
  388. 13:34FOMO, whatever it is, your emotional
  389. 13:36state. Number three is the problem that
  390. 13:38you're facing right now. What's the
  391. 13:40exact decision that you're struggling
  392. 13:42with? Okay, so when you give Flow AI
  393. 13:44these three things, it's able to provide
  394. 13:47you with a much more accurate answer
  395. 13:49that is tailored to your situation,
  396. 13:52right? That's not some generic answer,
  397. 13:53but it's tailored to your situation. So,
  398. 13:56for example,
  399. 13:57this is where I maybe say, "I'm trading
  400. 14:00the London session. I'm trading EUR/USD.
  401. 14:03I'm trading the pullback setup, right?
  402. 14:04I'm anxious right now. I'm not sure
  403. 14:06whether I should actually take the next
  404. 14:08setup after a loss." So, this is where
  405. 14:10you send it to Flow AI, and then based
  406. 14:11on your context, once again, Flow AI
  407. 14:14will give you a answer that is tailored
  408. 14:15to your situation, right? Like, just
  409. 14:17look at how clean this is. It's
  410. 14:19literally asking you, checking you on
  411. 14:21your technical bias, checking you on
  412. 14:23your risk parameters,
  413. 14:25and then based on this, it's also
  414. 14:26checking on you on your emotions, right?
  415. 14:29It's checking through your process,
  416. 14:30checking through your trading system.
  417. 14:32All right. Uh and yeah, it pretty much
  418. 14:34gives you like a very in-depth answer
  419. 14:36that is really based on like
  420. 14:38the prompt that you have given it.
  421. 14:40Okay, technical,
  422. 14:43emotional,
  423. 14:44and also like it just solved your
  424. 14:46problem of you not sure whether you
  425. 14:48should actually take the next setup or
  426. 14:49not, right? So, here's what it say, "I
  427. 14:51hear you that post-loss anxiety is
  428. 14:53normal. Let's ground in structure, not
  429. 14:55emotion."
  430. 14:57Quick reset. What is your bias on the
  431. 14:59higher time frame? Okay, what is the
  432. 15:00location in which price is at, right? Is
  433. 15:02it at the supply and demand zone? Is it
  434. 15:03at the flip zone? Is it at the order
  435. 15:05block?
  436. 15:06Uh and then once you got price
  437. 15:08mitigation, do you have your
  438. 15:10confirmation, right? If you have the
  439. 15:12confirmation, then yes, you can execute
  440. 15:13a trade. Then are you following your
  441. 15:15risk parameters, right?
  442. 15:17Yeah, so you can see it's literally like
  443. 15:19giving you like a quick little sanity
  444. 15:20check. And it's also ensuring that you
  445. 15:22are following your rules, you're
  446. 15:24following your trade plan, you're
  447. 15:25following your system.
  448. 15:27And most importantly, it provide you
  449. 15:29with some form of actionable step that
  450. 15:32you can take right now to prevent
  451. 15:34yourself from letting the anxiety take
  452. 15:36control over you.
  453. 15:38Now, you don't have to follow this exact
  454. 15:40format, but like I said, if you follow
  455. 15:41this exact format, this is where you are
  456. 15:42able to provide more context to the AI.
  457. 15:45And you know how AI works, right? The
  458. 15:47better you prompt it, the better
  459. 15:48questions you ask, the better the answer
  460. 15:50it provide you with.
  461. 15:52But yeah, if you want, you don't have to
  462. 15:54follow this more format. It's just more
  463. 15:56of like a cheat code to make Flow AI
  464. 15:57understand you faster. If you want to
  465. 16:00keep it even simpler, you can just talk
  466. 16:01to it like a human, right? So, for
  467. 16:03example, when you feel emotional, you
  468. 16:05talk to it. I'm feeling emotional right
  469. 16:06now, all right, Flow AI, what should I
  470. 16:08do? When you're unsure about your trade
  471. 16:10idea, talk to it.
  472. 16:12When you feel stuck in your trading
  473. 16:14journey, talk to it, right? So, I want
  474. 16:16you to treat Flow AI like your trading
  475. 16:18companion, like your trading coach, like
  476. 16:20having me right by your side, like your
  477. 16:22new best friend that keeps you grounded
  478. 16:24in the present moment and stops you from
  479. 16:27doing the stupid things when your
  480. 16:28emotions spike.
  481. 16:30Right? So, whatever questions that is
  482. 16:32trading related, you can ask it and it
  483. 16:34will give you a very good answer.
  484. 16:37Now, let's talk about how I personally
  485. 16:38use it on a daily basis.
  486. 16:41So, the thing is, like I said, I've
  487. 16:44trained it to actually think, act, and
  488. 16:46speak like a professional trader, which
  489. 16:48means that if you're going to have a
  490. 16:49professional trader by your side 24/7,
  491. 16:53you want to make sure that you are
  492. 16:54really like using it every minute, every
  493. 16:57hour of the day, right? You are just
  494. 16:59really picking his brain and just
  495. 17:01ensuring that you are making the right
  496. 17:03decisions.
  497. 17:04And just overall getting guidance from
  498. 17:07like this professional sentient being
  499. 17:09right here. Okay, it's not sentient yet,
  500. 17:12okay? But anyways, this is how I
  501. 17:14personally use it on a day-to-day basis.
  502. 17:16As we all know, that is before you
  503. 17:18trade, when you are trading, and after
  504. 17:20you trade. This is your pre-market
  505. 17:21routine, this is your trading session,
  506. 17:23and then this is your post-market
  507. 17:24routine. So, before I trade, which is
  508. 17:26during my pre-market routine, before I
  509. 17:28execute anything, what I like to do is
  510. 17:30to use Flow AI to get clear and calm.
  511. 17:34I will ask it to help me lock in my bias
  512. 17:36and set my intention, and just remind me
  513. 17:38of the key rules that I need to follow
  514. 17:40today, so I'm in execution mode and I'm
  515. 17:42not in overthinking mode.
  516. 17:44So, prompt that I like I like to send it
  517. 17:46is
  518. 17:47a pre-market check, right? So,
  519. 17:49pre-market check, today I'm trading
  520. 17:50EUR/USD during London session. My bias
  521. 17:53is bullish, my rules are this and this,
  522. 17:56right? Once again, this is just like
  523. 17:57based on my trade plan, based on my
  524. 17:59edge. Give me three reminders to stay
  525. 18:01disciplined and one no trade warning to
  526. 18:03watch out for.
  527. 18:05Right? So, this is what I will send it
  528. 18:07uh when it before I start trading,
  529. 18:08right? So, this is the format that you
  530. 18:09can actually use. Like I said, just give
  531. 18:12it context, tell it your bias,
  532. 18:14explain your rules to it, and then also
  533. 18:16just ask it to give you some reminders
  534. 18:18or ask it to give you a no trade
  535. 18:21situation, right? So, you can see, "Love
  536. 18:23the prep, clean, simple, aligned. So,
  537. 18:25here's three simple discipline
  538. 18:26reminders. Structure first, only trade
  539. 18:29from your point of interest, your risk
  540. 18:30stays mechanical, stick to 0.5% to 1%
  541. 18:33risk per trade." And here's a no trade
  542. 18:35warning to watch out for, right? So, if
  543. 18:38EUR/USD runs without breaking your point
  544. 18:40of interest and you feel fear of missing
  545. 18:42out, do not trade, right? Pass and wait
  546. 18:44for the clear return to the point of
  547. 18:46interest and confirmation. Damn, I'm
  548. 18:48actually very impressed by the answers
  549. 18:49that it's giving me right now because
  550. 18:51like this is exactly how I personally
  551. 18:53will approach the market. And quick
  552. 18:55check before clicking the buy, right? Is
  553. 18:57the higher time frame still bullish? Do
  554. 18:58we take liquidity and get displacement?
  555. 19:00Do we have the confirmation? And so on
  556. 19:03and so forth. You can see, even even a
  557. 19:05psychology tip, right? Trade like the
  558. 19:06person you want to become. Patient,
  559. 19:08selective, rule-based. You've got this.
  560. 19:11So,
  561. 19:12I believe that every single trade you
  562. 19:14take is not wasted. Every single trade
  563. 19:16you take is a vote for the person that
  564. 19:18you want to become, for the trader that
  565. 19:20you want to become. So, if you're taking
  566. 19:21a trade that is in accordance with your
  567. 19:23trade plan, you're literally voting for
  568. 19:25yourself to be a disciplined trader, to
  569. 19:27be a professional trader. And every
  570. 19:29single trade that you take that is
  571. 19:30outside of your trade plan, you're
  572. 19:31voting for yourself to be a
  573. 19:33undisciplined trader, which means you're
  574. 19:35going to get inconsistent results. So,
  575. 19:37that's what I like to do before I start
  576. 19:39trading, right? Just get it to you know,
  577. 19:41ground me in the present moment, just
  578. 19:43remind myself that I need to be sticking
  579. 19:45to the plan, I need to be sticking to my
  580. 19:46trading roots.
  581. 19:48Now, the next thing is the most powerful
  582. 19:49one. And this one is when you are
  583. 19:52trading, okay? Like, when you're
  584. 19:54trading, we all know that the minute
  585. 19:56price starts pulling back or the minute
  586. 19:58price starts going against you, you
  587. 20:00know, the minute price starts going to
  588. 20:01draw down, this is where I start feeling
  589. 20:04some form of emotion. Whether you're
  590. 20:05feeling triggered, whether you're
  591. 20:06feeling rushed, whether you're feeling
  592. 20:08FOMO, or you're feeling this urge to
  593. 20:10make back the money that you have lost,
  594. 20:12come to Flow AI.
  595. 20:14Flow AI will ground you, right? We'll
  596. 20:16ensure that, you know, you pause, right?
  597. 20:19You release all the emotional residue
  598. 20:21that is within you, and just step you
  599. 20:23back into logic before you do something
  600. 20:25stupid.
  601. 20:26So, here's what I like to do like when
  602. 20:28I'm feeling emotion.
  603. 20:30What I'd like to do is come to Flow AI
  604. 20:32and just tell the emotion I'm facing.
  605. 20:33And just like literally try to explain
  606. 20:36what's going on in my head. Like, what
  607. 20:38am I feeling right now? What I'm about
  608. 20:39to do? Uh and just ask Flow AI to talk
  609. 20:42me out of doing that that something
  610. 20:43stupid, right? So, this is where I say
  611. 20:45something like, I feel angry, I feel
  612. 20:47tilted, I just took a loss, I'm about to
  613. 20:49take the next setup immediately to make
  614. 20:50it back. Once again, you want to
  615. 20:52rationalize it, right? You want to
  616. 20:54verbalize it. You want to verbalize your
  617. 20:55emotions. Because when you do this, this
  618. 20:57is once again the first step to becoming
  619. 20:59more conscious, the first step to
  620. 21:00becoming more aware. And when you're
  621. 21:02more aware of the solution, now when
  622. 21:04you're more aware of the problem, right?
  623. 21:05You're more aware of the emotion, then
  624. 21:07this is where you can send it to Flow AI
  625. 21:09and then Flow AI will give you a
  626. 21:10solution, right? To prevent you from
  627. 21:12letting the emotion cloud your judgment,
  628. 21:14to prevent you from making stupid
  629. 21:15decisions, right? So, yeah, I'm about to
  630. 21:17take the next step set up right now,
  631. 21:19man, to like make it back. Talk me out
  632. 21:20of doing something stupid in three steps
  633. 21:22and tell me what to do right now. Once
  634. 21:24again, like this is just like an example
  635. 21:26prompt, right? You can probably have
  636. 21:27your own prompt, but you kind of just
  637. 21:30understand like the structure around it,
  638. 21:31which is you tell it the emotion, you
  639. 21:33tell it what you're going to do, and
  640. 21:34then you tell it to talk you out of
  641. 21:36doing that stupid mistake.
  642. 21:39Right? So, you're in tilt, that's the
  643. 21:40most dangerous moment to click. We'll
  644. 21:42reset you fast, we'll bring you back to
  645. 21:43roots. Stop and breathe, okay?
  646. 21:46Stop and breathe, cool. Okay, cool.
  647. 21:48Reset structure, reestablish rules gate,
  648. 21:50only consider a new trade if all of
  649. 21:52these are true, right? And here's what
  650. 21:54you should do right now. Step away from
  651. 21:55the screen for 3 minutes, timer on.
  652. 21:57Write a three-line post-loss review.
  653. 22:00Open sanctuary, right? Reassess your
  654. 22:02bias, identity check. Perfect. Mhm,
  655. 22:06chef's kiss, right? Perfect textbook
  656. 22:08answer. And by the way, like when I was
  657. 22:10training Flow AI, it wasn't just me
  658. 22:13teaching Flow AI everything I know about
  659. 22:15trading, all the trading experience and
  660. 22:17knowledge that I've accumulated for the
  661. 22:18past 7 years. No, I also trained it on
  662. 22:21how a professional trader would behave,
  663. 22:23right? I literally trained it on like
  664. 22:25all the materials that is available out
  665. 22:26there on the internet on how to think,
  666. 22:29act, feel, trade like a professional,
  667. 22:31right? So, that is why you see all of
  668. 22:32these answers is like very well thought
  669. 22:34out, it's really because of the fact
  670. 22:35that like we have trained it to become
  671. 22:37the the trading coach, that ideal of
  672. 22:40like the most disciplined and
  673. 22:42professional trader ever.
  674. 22:44Okay, so, once that's done, right? So,
  675. 22:47let's say I close my trade and I'm done
  676. 22:48trading for the day itself. Now, this is
  677. 22:51where I can also come to Flow AI, right?
  678. 22:52I can ask it to convert the day into a
  679. 22:55lesson, right? So, if I lose this amount
  680. 22:57of money today, I took this amount of
  681. 22:59trades, this This where I can provide
  682. 23:01Flow AI with the context and then based
  683. 23:02on that flow AI can tell me and help me
  684. 23:05identify what is the one pattern, what
  685. 23:07is the one mistake, what is the one rule
  686. 23:09that I can adjust tomorrow so that I can
  687. 23:12get better, right? This way every single
  688. 23:14day you are making progress. You're not
  689. 23:16just taking more trades, right? You're
  690. 23:17not just busy, you're actually
  691. 23:19productive, right? You are actually
  692. 23:21improving every single day.
  693. 23:23So this is where I can send something
  694. 23:24like, "Yo flow AI, here's a post session
  695. 23:26review. Today I took three trades. I
  696. 23:28made about 1.2 R. Best movement, I
  697. 23:30waited for my point of interest and
  698. 23:32executed clean. The worst mistake is I
  699. 23:35cut a winner early out of fear. Give me
  700. 23:37one pattern that you see, one lesson,
  701. 23:39and one rule for tomorrow." Okay, so
  702. 23:41once again, this is just an example
  703. 23:43prompt. Let's see what it says.
  704. 23:46All right, your discipline at entries,
  705. 23:48you know, you have waited for the point
  706. 23:49of interest. You're managing winners
  707. 23:51emotionally. You have early cut due to
  708. 23:53fear. Reason, fear spikes after entry
  709. 23:56lead to protecting unrealized P&L
  710. 23:57instead of following structure-based
  711. 23:59management. Good, right? So the pattern
  712. 24:01here is you had a strong selection and
  713. 24:04timing at point of interest, but you
  714. 24:06exited early, right? When price pulls
  715. 24:08back to the target, right? Exactly what
  716. 24:10I mentioned right there. The lesson here
  717. 24:12is certainty comes from rules, not
  718. 24:14emotions. Manage the trade by structure,
  719. 24:16not by the P&L fluctuating. Facts,
  720. 24:18facts, yo, word. Uh then rule for
  721. 24:21tomorrow, right? Move to break even or
  722. 24:23take first partial only, right? No early
  723. 24:25exit unless invalidation is tagged or
  724. 24:27structure flips against you. And here's
  725. 24:29a optional prep cue for tomorrow.
  726. 24:32Great progress, right? So yeah, man.
  727. 24:34We got an AI validating you, right? So
  728. 24:36even if you feel like you can
  729. 24:38always come to flow AI and it will
  730. 24:39validate you. No matter what you say, it
  731. 24:41will love you.
  732. 24:42So yeah, that's pretty much what I
  733. 24:44personally would do, right? How I would
  734. 24:46use flow AI on a day-to-day basis,
  735. 24:48pre-market, during trading, and
  736. 24:50post-market. Obviously, you don't want
  737. 24:52to abuse it, right? You don't want to
  738. 24:54rely on it too much. You don't want to
  739. 24:55be deep too dependent on it. Some
  740. 24:58sometimes the time you need to think on
  741. 24:59your own feet, right? You need to think
  742. 25:00independently right because after all
  743. 25:02your goal is to be a independently
  744. 25:05consistently profitable trader, not
  745. 25:07someone who relies on a crutch, right?
  746. 25:09So, yeah. From time to time you can use
  747. 25:11it to like assist you, but you still
  748. 25:13need to do your own trading, you still
  749. 25:14need to do your own reviewing, you still
  750. 25:16need to do your own journaling, you
  751. 25:17still need to do your own reflecting,
  752. 25:20right? Like there is no outsourcing of
  753. 25:22all of those tasks to Flow AI,
  754. 25:23unfortunately. Okay? So, what we what it
  755. 25:26can help you is to help you get better.
  756. 25:27Help you spot the patterns, help you
  757. 25:30give you the the the lessons that you
  758. 25:31need,
  759. 25:32and just overall give you more feedback
  760. 25:35from a rational standpoint, from a more
  761. 25:37objective standpoint, so you can
  762. 25:39actively get better.
  763. 25:42Now, here's a few prompts that you can
  764. 25:44use, right? I'm just going to list all
  765. 25:46of them out on the screen right now.
  766. 25:50Right? So,
  767. 25:52number one will probably be like help me
  768. 25:53get into execution mode, right? So,
  769. 25:55here's my plan today. This is the
  770. 25:57sentence, right? This is the sentence of
  771. 25:59your trade plan, right? So, maybe you
  772. 26:00want to actually trade your fair value
  773. 26:02gap plan, and then explain the plan to
  774. 26:04Flow AI, and then here's my biggest risk
  775. 26:06today, one sentence, okay? Like what
  776. 26:08could potentially go wrong while trading
  777. 26:10this plan? Give me three reminders
  778. 26:12before I trade.
  779. 26:14And then here's another prompt that you
  780. 26:15can use here as well, which is you're
  781. 26:17feeling emotional, right? When you're
  782. 26:18feeling emotional, like I said, just
  783. 26:19talk to Flow AI, you know, I just had a
  784. 26:22loss, I feel anger, I feel fear, I feel
  785. 26:24FOMO. Talk me out of, you know, making a
  786. 26:26stupid decision.
  787. 26:28And then next could be make this
  788. 26:30decision binary, right? Should I take
  789. 26:32this setup or should I skip it? And then
  790. 26:34you give it context, and then based on
  791. 26:36this, once again, Flow AI will provide
  792. 26:38you with the best course of action.
  793. 26:41And then next is to find the pattern,
  794. 26:43not the story, right? Like I said, if
  795. 26:45you keep on repeating the same mistake
  796. 26:47over and over again, and you can't seem
  797. 26:50to stop it, right? You want to, once
  798. 26:52again provide context with Flo AI. Your
  799. 26:54Flo AI is like I've been, you know, like
  800. 26:56taking a bunch of losses. I find myself
  801. 26:58always doing the same mistake over and
  802. 26:59over again. Based on what I'm telling
  803. 27:01you, what's the pattern that I'm
  804. 27:02repeating? And how can I break out of
  805. 27:04the pattern? Right? How can I start
  806. 27:06becoming more conscious?
  807. 27:08And then, last but not least, you can
  808. 27:11tell your mistake, right? And then give
  809. 27:14me what you want if then rule to prevent
  810. 27:16it tomorrow, right? So, maybe my mistake
  811. 27:19today is
  812. 27:20I actually did not wait for a liquidity
  813. 27:22sweep before I actually enter for the
  814. 27:23trade. Now, give me one if then rule to
  815. 27:25prevent it tomorrow. And then it will do
  816. 27:27so, right? So, yeah, these are some
  817. 27:29example prompts that you can use, right?
  818. 27:30These are five prompts. Like I said, you
  819. 27:32can really just speak to it honestly,
  820. 27:34right? You don't have to follow these
  821. 27:35prompts at all. You should like really
  822. 27:37just treat it like having a trading
  823. 27:39mentor right by your side.
  824. 27:42Okay?
  825. 27:43Uh so, here's what to do when it starts
  826. 27:45giving you generic advice, right?
  827. 27:46Because
  828. 27:47we all know how AI is. Sometimes it
  829. 27:49might give you advice tailored into your
  830. 27:51situation,
  831. 27:52right? Tell advice that is not
  832. 27:55personalized.
  833. 27:56So, when you encounter scenarios just
  834. 27:58like this, you want to tighten the
  835. 28:00question, right? Maybe you want tell it,
  836. 28:02"Yo, just give me one answer only,
  837. 28:04right? Don't give me all of these five
  838. 28:06different answers. Don't beat around the
  839. 28:07bush. Just give me one answer only."
  840. 28:10And then you might also want to add
  841. 28:11constraints, right? Send like a
  842. 28:12follow-up message saying that only use
  843. 28:15my rules,
  844. 28:17right? Only take into account the
  845. 28:20context of provided you with, not
  846. 28:23general trading advice.
  847. 28:26Okay? Like I said, the quality of the
  848. 28:27answers the is heavily dependent on the
  849. 28:30quality of your prompts. It's dependent
  850. 28:33on the quality of your questions. So, if
  851. 28:35you ask the right questions, you provide
  852. 28:36sufficient amount of context, it's going
  853. 28:38to give you a banger of answer just like
  854. 28:39this.
  855. 28:41And also, what you can potentially do is
  856. 28:43ask for questions instead of answers,
  857. 28:45right? So, if it give you like a generic
  858. 28:47advice, say
  859. 28:48"Okay, meditate." Then, now you're like,
  860. 28:50"Okay, that's not helpful for my
  861. 28:52situation." So, maybe ask me what you
  862. 28:55need to know.
  863. 28:58Ask me what you need to know in order
  864. 29:00for you to give me a personalized
  865. 29:03advice, right? Maybe something just like
  866. 29:05this, right? Just follow up with Flow
  867. 29:07AI.
  868. 29:09So, yeah. That's pretty much everything
  869. 29:11for Flow AI that I wanted to share
  870. 29:12today, right? I know it's very, very
  871. 29:13cool. I really like it as well. I think
  872. 29:15it's a very useful tool because we are
  873. 29:17living in the age of
  874. 29:19AI, and if you don't leverage it, you
  875. 29:21are going to lose to the trader who
  876. 29:22does. By the end of the day, just
  877. 29:24understand that Flow AI is here to help
  878. 29:26you think. Once again, like I said, it
  879. 29:28doesn't replace doing. You still have to
  880. 29:30be the one that is executing the trades.
  881. 29:32You still have to be the one that is
  882. 29:33doing your own processes, executing your
  883. 29:36own trading system.
  884. 29:38And when you're chatting with Flow AI,
  885. 29:39please make sure that you just
  886. 29:42like have one conversation at any given
  887. 29:45moment instead of like, you know, like
  888. 29:47spiraling out and start asking stuff
  889. 29:49like, "Yo, Flow AI, what's for lunch?
  890. 29:51What's for dinner? You know, today I'm
  891. 29:53actually about to watch this Netflix
  892. 29:54show. What's the best Netflix show to
  893. 29:56watch?" No, just use Flow AI for trading
  894. 29:59stuff, please. Right? Like if you're
  895. 30:00going to ask about all the general
  896. 30:01stuff, it's probably not going to give
  897. 30:03you the best answer, right? You can
  898. 30:05probably rely on ChatGPT on that.
  899. 30:07Actually, in fact, let me try this out.
  900. 30:09Uh what's the best Netflix show right
  901. 30:11now? Just to like, you know, maybe show
  902. 30:14you that.
  903. 30:15Whether I'm here Yeah, you can see. It's
  904. 30:17probably not going to give you the best
  905. 30:18answer, you know?
  906. 30:20Uh if you ask like a general question
  907. 30:22that is not related to trading. So, for
  908. 30:24all those general questions, highly
  909. 30:26recommend you to stick to ChatGPT,
  910. 30:28right? You can ask it whatever you want.
  911. 30:30Uh for for Flow AI, keep it strictly for
  912. 30:32trading, okay? Use it to return to your
  913. 30:35process, not to find certainty in the
  914. 30:37market. So, that's Flow AI. That's first
  915. 30:40version of Flow AI. Like I said, the
  916. 30:42future versions is going to be much more
  917. 30:44powerful. It's going to be much more
  918. 30:47um like context-driven. It's going to be
  919. 30:50much more smarter as well. And as time
  920. 30:53passes,
  921. 30:54just know that we will keep on improving
  922. 30:56Flow AI so that the feedback becomes
  923. 30:58much more personalized, and it becomes
  924. 31:00much more automatic as well, because now
  925. 31:02it's actually integrating into your
  926. 31:04trading data in the future. Right? Uh
  927. 31:07for now, just know that the quality of
  928. 31:09the answers is heavily dependent on the
  929. 31:11quality of your prompts. So, if a prompt
  930. 31:13is not good, right like this, then
  931. 31:15you're going to get a low-quality
  932. 31:17answer. Right? So, if you ever think
  933. 31:19about oh, Flow Flow AI is not doing a
  934. 31:21good job, then you might want to ask
  935. 31:23yourself whether you are doing a good
  936. 31:25job prompting it, right? Whether you are
  937. 31:27giving it a good question.
  938. 31:29And last but not least, just remember
  939. 31:31that if you use Flow AI for as like a
  940. 31:33therapist for your trading decisions, it
  941. 31:36will really like just save you from your
  942. 31:38worst habits. It will save you from
  943. 31:40yourself.
  944. 31:41And like that's the the whole game right
  945. 31:42here, right? Is ask better questions,
  946. 31:45get better feedback, and trade with less
  947. 31:47emotion.
  948. 31:48And you do that with the help of Flow
  949. 31:49AI.
