  1. 0:00Professionals don't improve from taking
  2. 0:01more trades. They improve from getting
  3. 0:04better feedback. You can trade a lot.
  4. 0:06You can back test a lot. You can even
  5. 0:08journal a lot. But, if you don't
  6. 0:09reflect, you don't reflect on the trades
  7. 0:12you have taken, you will not grow.
  8. 0:14To me, I fundamentally believe that
  9. 0:16reflection is the highest leverage
  10. 0:18skill, but yet it's also the most
  11. 0:20underrated skill in trading.
  12. 0:23To me, it's not about doing more. It's
  13. 0:25about reviewing more. It's about
  14. 0:27reflecting more because it's not just
  15. 0:29about putting in more reps. It's about
  16. 0:31having multiple rounds of iterations of
  17. 0:34the trading plan so that you can improve
  18. 0:36your edge. And the only way you can get
  19. 0:38multiple rounds of iteration is by
  20. 0:41reviewing the data that you have
  21. 0:42collected.
  22. 0:44So, that is why I have this process.
  23. 0:46It's called the end of day review,
  24. 0:47right? Which means at the end of each
  25. 0:48day, at the end of each trading session,
  26. 0:51I go and review the trades that I've
  27. 0:53done for the day itself and just think
  28. 0:55about how I could improve tomorrow.
  29. 0:57So, when you do this end of day review,
  30. 0:58what happens is that you are protecting
  31. 1:00tomorrow's performance because it shows
  32. 1:02you, based on data, not based on emotion
  33. 1:05or guesswork, what are the tasks that
  34. 1:07you should repeat tomorrow? What are the
  35. 1:09stuff that you should remove? Okay?
  36. 1:11Like, based on this, I can see, okay,
  37. 1:13this trade tends to work out at this
  38. 1:15timing. This entry model tends to
  39. 1:17perform well within this session. Cool.
  40. 1:20It resulted in a winning trade. Cool.
  41. 1:22That means that I need to do more of
  42. 1:23that tomorrow. If that didn't work out
  43. 1:26so well, then perhaps I shouldn't do it
  44. 1:27anymore tomorrow. That's what end of day
  45. 1:29review does. It gives you the awareness
  46. 1:31on what works and what doesn't work so
  47. 1:33you can do more of what works and less
  48. 1:35of what doesn't. All right. So, yeah,
  49. 1:37let's say in this case, you know, I've
  50. 1:39been trading. Today, I lost about $441.
  51. 1:43And I traded outside of my trading
  52. 1:45window, right? So, maybe I forced a
  53. 1:47trade because I was bored and I want to
  54. 1:50feel some adrenaline, you know, feel
  55. 1:52some fun in my life. And as a result, I
  56. 1:54I pretty much broke one of my guardrail.
  57. 1:56Cool. So, close all my positions, lost
  58. 1:58about $441. Now, this is where I go to
  59. 2:01my trading journal. And this is where I
  60. 2:03going to today, right? So, I open up
  61. 2:04today and this is where I will do like a
  62. 2:06quick little 10 seconds scan on
  63. 2:09everything that's going on here, right?
  64. 2:10Because this just gave me an overview on
  65. 2:13my trading performance today. I look at
  66. 2:15my net P&L rate.
  67. 2:17Okay, cool. Win rate, average R
  68. 2:19multiple, right? Since, you know, I lost
  69. 2:22every single trade, obviously 0%. Uh
  70. 2:24total trades I've taken three, right?
  71. 2:26And how many did I win? How many did I
  72. 2:28lose? And then this is where I review
  73. 2:30the process-oriented metrics. Okay, so,
  74. 2:33remember in trading there is your
  75. 2:35outcome-oriented metrics
  76. 2:38and then there is your process-oriented
  77. 2:39metrics. When you focus on the
  78. 2:41process-oriented metrics, the
  79. 2:43outcome-oriented metrics will take care
  80. 2:46of themselves. Right? So, this is where
  81. 2:48I look at, you know, whether I was
  82. 2:50actually disciplined today, whether I
  83. 2:51actually follow my trading plan. Did I
  84. 2:53follow my plan? Yes or no? Once again,
  85. 2:55this is all tagged based on your your
  86. 2:58trading, right? So, when you're trading,
  87. 3:00if you selected that you follow your
  88. 3:01trade plan, it will show here. If you
  89. 3:02selected you didn't follow your trade
  90. 3:04plan, it will show here as well. And
  91. 3:05then below here this is where you can
  92. 3:06track your God real violations, right?
  93. 3:08So, you can track which God real you
  94. 3:10actually violated if you did violate it
  95. 3:12any, right? So, in this case I traded
  96. 3:13outside of my trading window. And then
  97. 3:16you can also see whether you completed
  98. 3:17your pre-market routine or not, right?
  99. 3:19Because there's probably like a direct
  100. 3:21correlation between whether you
  101. 3:22conducted your pre-market routine and
  102. 3:24whether you actually make money on the
  103. 3:26day itself. Yeah, so this is where I see
  104. 3:27I didn't do my pre-market routine today
  105. 3:30and this is where I can see how many
  106. 3:31trades have I journaled so far. Since I
  107. 3:33just completed the trading day itself,
  108. 3:35right? I never really got the time to
  109. 3:37actually go through the trades I've
  110. 3:39taken to like just go and journal them.
  111. 3:41And that is exactly what I'm going to do
  112. 3:42next, right? But before I go in here and
  113. 3:45journal each trade individually, what
  114. 3:48I'm trying to do when I go through the
  115. 3:50daily overview is to try to answer a few
  116. 3:53questions in my head, right? Just to
  117. 3:55interpret the daily data and this is
  118. 3:58where I'm asking myself, did I follow my
  119. 4:00trading plan, right? Did I trade the
  120. 4:02plan or did I gave into emotions or
  121. 4:05guesswork or my gut feeling? Did I break
  122. 4:08any rules, right? Did I violate any
  123. 4:10guardrails? Was today's execution clean
  124. 4:13or was it messy? Did I do the boring
  125. 4:16work like following my pre-market
  126. 4:17routine and you know, journaling my
  127. 4:19trade or did I skip it? Right? So, these
  128. 4:22are like the four fundamental questions
  129. 4:23you should ask yourself
  130. 4:25in your head, right? When you are
  131. 4:26scanning through the data for today,
  132. 4:29right? Once again, this just allows you
  133. 4:31to know whether you actually follow the
  134. 4:32plan, whether you actually follow the
  135. 4:34process or whether you just anyhow
  136. 4:36trade, right? Inconsistent actions,
  137. 4:38inconsistent results.
  138. 4:40So, once that's done, this is where
  139. 4:42you can go through the trades that you
  140. 4:43have taken individually, right? Like
  141. 4:45literally go and identify the best
  142. 4:47trade, the worst trade and then what
  143. 4:49other trades that you have won, what
  144. 4:50other trades that you have lost and then
  145. 4:52just go and journal them individually.
  146. 4:54Okay, so let's say today
  147. 4:57I come in here and this trade was my
  148. 5:00worst trade, okay? So, this trade is my
  149. 5:02worst trade. This is where I will come
  150. 5:04in here and think about what broke, all
  151. 5:06right? So, this is where I fill out
  152. 5:08everything in here. Once again, I'm I'm
  153. 5:09not going to go through how to do that
  154. 5:10in this video because I did go through
  155. 5:12that on how to do that in the how to
  156. 5:14journal a trade lesson, right? So,
  157. 5:16please go and check that out if you
  158. 5:17haven't done so, but this is where after
  159. 5:19you are done journaling every single
  160. 5:20trade, you should have an awareness on
  161. 5:23like what went wrong, right? On your
  162. 5:24worst trade and what went right on your
  163. 5:26best trade. Okay, so this is where once
  164. 5:29again, it's time to review, okay? After
  165. 5:32you are done journaling the trades, you
  166. 5:33know, you have filled up all of your
  167. 5:34entry criteria, your trade management
  168. 5:36rules, your mistakes. Now is the time to
  169. 5:38review all of this data,
  170. 5:40all of this quantitative data and also
  171. 5:43all of this qualitative data, right? All
  172. 5:45of the feedback when it comes to your um
  173. 5:48trading performance and also all the
  174. 5:50feedback when it comes to whether you
  175. 5:52actually follow your trading process.
  176. 5:54Okay? So, when you are analyzing your
  177. 5:57best trade, this is where I would highly
  178. 6:00recommend you to ask yourself these
  179. 6:01three questions. What created the win?
  180. 6:04Right? Like, okay, was it because price
  181. 6:06does this? What happened? Right? What
  182. 6:09was the trigger? What allowed you to
  183. 6:11actually make the win itself? What
  184. 6:13allowed you to get that sniper entry?
  185. 6:14How do you manage the trade itself? So,
  186. 6:16all of this is literally answering the
  187. 6:19question, what created the win? And then
  188. 6:21next is, what do you do right that was
  189. 6:23repeatable? Okay? So, if you have made
  190. 6:25this amount of money
  191. 6:27because you executed your trade plan
  192. 6:29flawlessly, then ask yourself, what do
  193. 6:32you do right this time that was
  194. 6:34repeatable? So, in the future you can
  195. 6:36repeat the same win again. And how do
  196. 6:38you repeat this exact execution
  197. 6:40tomorrow? Today, I made $5,000. Cool.
  198. 6:43I've caught one of the best trades.
  199. 6:45Cool. How do I repeat this same win
  200. 6:47tomorrow? Does this mean that I need to
  201. 6:50do the exact same process that I did
  202. 6:51today? If yes, then do it again
  203. 6:53tomorrow. So, that's how you break down
  204. 6:56your best trade. And then when it comes
  205. 6:57to how to break down your worst trade,
  206. 7:00this is where you want to ask yourself
  207. 7:01another three questions. Right? What
  208. 7:03caused the worst trade? You want to be
  209. 7:05very specific. Which rule is it? Which
  210. 7:08movement? Which trigger? What resulted
  211. 7:10in you losing that $5,000? And then was
  212. 7:13it a good loss or a bad loss?
  213. 7:15Once again, we
  214. 7:16covered this concept in the how to
  215. 7:18journal video. Good loss is basically a
  216. 7:20loss that you incur as a result of
  217. 7:21following your trade plan. Bad loss is a
  218. 7:23loss that you incur because you neglect
  219. 7:26your trade plan. Right? So, you deserve
  220. 7:27to have a bad loss if you didn't follow
  221. 7:28the process. So, was it a good loss or a
  222. 7:31bad loss? Because if it's a bad loss,
  223. 7:33then you want to be careful. Right?
  224. 7:35That's like a red flag right there. And
  225. 7:37then what is the one fix for tomorrow?
  226. 7:39Right? What is the one thing you you do
  227. 7:40tomorrow to prevent yourself from
  228. 7:42getting into this situation again, from
  229. 7:45getting into this bad trade again,
  230. 7:47right? What Maybe you need to adjust
  231. 7:49your guard rails, maybe you need to
  232. 7:50change your trading rule inside your
  233. 7:51edge, maybe you need to implement some
  234. 7:54form of no trade condition that you will
  235. 7:57enforce so that, you know, you don't
  236. 7:59enter the market randomly anymore,
  237. 8:01right? So, that's how you reflect on the
  238. 8:03worst trade.
  239. 8:05And another thing that I really like to
  240. 8:06go through is just the guard rail
  241. 8:08violations, right? Because
  242. 8:11sort of feedback in here.
  243. 8:14Usually when you violate any of the
  244. 8:15guard rails or violate any of the
  245. 8:17trading rules, you will realize that you
  246. 8:19tend to lose money. It's a pattern,
  247. 8:22okay? But on those days where you
  248. 8:24violated guard rails and you still make
  249. 8:26money, those are the days that you want
  250. 8:28to be careful, right? Because what
  251. 8:29happens is that you just
  252. 8:31got rewarded for bad behavior.
  253. 8:34And we all tend to repeat the behavior
  254. 8:37in which we got rewarded for in the
  255. 8:38past.
  256. 8:39So, if you make money on a day where you
  257. 8:41violated your guard rails, where you
  258. 8:43violated your trading rules, where you
  259. 8:45neglect your trade plan,
  260. 8:47then you shouldn't be celebrating. You
  261. 8:48should be thinking about, "Okay,
  262. 8:51I was disciplined I was undisciplined
  263. 8:52today and I made money. So, to me, maybe
  264. 8:54I don't count it as a win.
  265. 8:56From tomorrow onwards, I'm just going to
  266. 8:57continue sticking to the plan, right?
  267. 8:59So, that's how you can like catch
  268. 9:01yourself in the moment and just prevent
  269. 9:02you from, you know, being unconscious by
  270. 9:05just neglecting your trade plan just
  271. 9:07because you got rewarded for it."
  272. 9:09But anyway, like like I said, this is
  273. 9:11very important, right? It's just check
  274. 9:12whether there are any guard rail
  275. 9:13violations.
  276. 9:14This is where if you violated
  277. 9:18a guard rail, you want to really just
  278. 9:20take it take a mental note in your mind
  279. 9:22and think about what rule was violated
  280. 9:24and why it happened.
  281. 9:26So, right now in Edge Flow, there's this
  282. 9:27feature which tracks the reason on why
  283. 9:30you violated a guard rail, right? So,
  284. 9:32after the trade button is grayed out
  285. 9:33right here, you can continue trading,
  286. 9:35but we require you to actually input a
  287. 9:37reason. And when you input a reason,
  288. 9:39that reason will show up over here.
  289. 9:41Okay, so this is where you can review
  290. 9:43the rule that it was violated and just
  291. 9:46reflect on why it happened. What was the
  292. 9:48reason you violate the guardrail? And
  293. 9:50then take action on it, right? Improve.
  294. 9:53Decide one change that you can make
  295. 9:54tomorrow to, you know, like prevent you
  296. 9:58from getting into this
  297. 9:59dire situation again, right? Maybe you
  298. 10:01need to implement a tighter rule. Maybe
  299. 10:03you need to adjust a guardrail, right?
  300. 10:05Maybe give you a little bit of breathing
  301. 10:06room. Maybe make it even more tighter.
  302. 10:08Maybe you want to reduce the amount of
  303. 10:10trades that you're taking per day from
  304. 10:11five to three trades only. Maybe you
  305. 10:14want to shorten your trading window
  306. 10:15because you find yourself like trading
  307. 10:18outside of your desired trading window a
  308. 10:20lot because you're bored, right? Because
  309. 10:22you want to get the adrenaline. Right?
  310. 10:25But this is where you can really like
  311. 10:26just think about how you can adjust your
  312. 10:28guardrails so that you can protect
  313. 10:30yourself and you can protect your
  314. 10:31capital.
  315. 10:33If a violation happened, then tomorrow's
  316. 10:36plan must change in some way, okay? So,
  317. 10:38this is my rule.
  318. 10:40If you don't change what you do, you
  319. 10:42will just get the same results. Right?
  320. 10:44So, if you notice that you're violating
  321. 10:45a guardrail over here, this is where you
  322. 10:48want to think about, okay, what am I
  323. 10:50going to do tomorrow to prevent myself
  324. 10:52from committing this same mistake again?
  325. 10:55Right? Maybe I wanted to to to change my
  326. 10:56trading plan. Maybe I should don't,
  327. 10:58right? Because it could just be I got
  328. 11:00emotional today, right? Maybe I need to
  329. 11:02do some form of meditation before I
  330. 11:03trade tomorrow to become more conscious
  331. 11:05of my emotions, right? So, whatever it
  332. 11:08is, remember nothing changes if nothing
  333. 11:11changes. Okay, when you do this review,
  334. 11:13this is where you break the rule loop.
  335. 11:15This is where you break the cycle.
  336. 11:17Now, once you're done with journaling,
  337. 11:19right? This is where I personally will
  338. 11:22go to sanctuary. All right? So, like I
  339. 11:24said, after you're done trading for the
  340. 11:26day, you know, over here you took a L,
  341. 11:27right? You lose about $441.
  342. 11:31Immediately go to journal. Journal every
  343. 11:33single trade in here. If you don't know
  344. 11:34how to journal, please go and check out
  345. 11:35the lesson where I did on how to journal
  346. 11:37a trade. And then once you're done
  347. 11:39journaling, you want to be reviewing,
  348. 11:41all right? You want to be reviewing the
  349. 11:43daily stats. You want to be reviewing
  350. 11:44the stats on each individual trade. And
  351. 11:46most importantly, you want to be
  352. 11:48reviewing the reflection on that
  353. 11:50particular trade itself. All right? So,
  354. 11:52those are like the the three-point
  355. 11:53check, all right? So, check your daily
  356. 11:56data, check your individual trade data,
  357. 11:58and check your
  358. 12:01qualitative feedback on your trade.
  359. 12:04Yeah, that's it. Once all of that is
  360. 12:06done, then you go to sanctuary, all
  361. 12:08right? So, once again, I'm just going to
  362. 12:09tell you how I personally perform my
  363. 12:11end-of-day review. This is not a sermon.
  364. 12:14This is a documentary. I'm not I'm not
  365. 12:16forcing you to do it, all right? I'm
  366. 12:17just telling you what I personally do to
  367. 12:20ensure that I'm making the best out of
  368. 12:22every single trade I took. I'm actively
  369. 12:24improving every single day.
  370. 12:26So, I fundamentally believe that for
  371. 12:29every hour you spend on chart work, you
  372. 12:30should spend an additional hour on the
  373. 12:32inner work.
  374. 12:34Because, like I always say, the market
  375. 12:36is simply a reflection of you.
  376. 12:38The market is a mirror. The reason why
  377. 12:41it's so difficult to trade on the live
  378. 12:42account is because it exposes your
  379. 12:44greatest weaknesses, your shortcomings,
  380. 12:46and your flaws.
  381. 12:48And all of these are internal. So, if
  382. 12:50you don't fix all of this stuff
  383. 12:51internally, it's going to reflect in
  384. 12:54your trading results.
  385. 12:55Your P&L is simply a reflection of your
  386. 12:59character made visible in numbers.
  387. 13:02All right? So,
  388. 13:03for every 1 hour you spend on chart
  389. 13:05work, you should spend another hour on
  390. 13:06the inner work. And that's what happens
  391. 13:08in the sanctuary. So, after I'm done
  392. 13:10reviewing my trades, I like to go to
  393. 13:12sanctuary to close my day properly, to
  394. 13:13close my trading session properly.
  395. 13:15And if I'm done trading, this is where
  396. 13:17I'll come in here and I'll do like a
  397. 13:1810-minutes meditation.
  398. 13:20Once again, this just allows me to, you
  399. 13:23know, just let go of the past trades,
  400. 13:25all right? Let go of whatever has
  401. 13:27happened today so that I can move on to
  402. 13:30tomorrow with a clear and focused mind.
  403. 13:32Because remember, your past outcome does
  404. 13:35not determine your future results. Just
  405. 13:37because you lost the last trade doesn't
  406. 13:39mean you will lose
  407. 13:40the next trade. Or it also doesn't
  408. 13:42increase the likelihood that you win the
  409. 13:43next trade because every single trade
  410. 13:45outcome is random, right? So, what
  411. 13:48humans tend to do is that we tend to
  412. 13:50bring the past into the present.
  413. 13:53We tend to think that, "Okay, we have
  414. 13:54just lost five trades in a row. Now I'm
  415. 13:56going to lose the next trade, right? Now
  416. 13:58I suck at trading." But it doesn't
  417. 13:59really work that way. Okay, so this is
  418. 14:01where when you do that meditation, what
  419. 14:03you're doing is that you're doing a
  420. 14:04mental reset. You're really resetting uh
  421. 14:07your your internal state back to a
  422. 14:09mental equilibrium so that you can
  423. 14:11really like just focus and stay grounded
  424. 14:13in the present moment. So, yeah, this is
  425. 14:15where I just come in here. I like to
  426. 14:16just not put any sound when I meditate
  427. 14:19and then put it to 10 minutes meditation
  428. 14:21and then just start just like this.
  429. 14:25Just sit here, meditate for 10 minutes.
  430. 14:27Once done,
  431. 14:29then this is where I will
  432. 14:31just chill out, right? That's
  433. 14:34that's pretty much the entire end of day
  434. 14:35review. Actually, there there's one more
  435. 14:37step, okay? But I'll share with you
  436. 14:39later. But anyways, if you don't want to
  437. 14:40do a meditation, right? There's
  438. 14:42alternative as well, which is our mental
  439. 14:44exercises and psychology tools, right
  440. 14:46here.
  441. 14:47If you feel wired, you know, you still
  442. 14:48feel emotional, right? You still feel
  443. 14:50that emotional residue in your brain,
  444. 14:53you know, from just now. You know, you
  445. 14:55still feel the anger, you still feel the
  446. 14:56the greed, you still feel the fear, you
  447. 14:57still feel the compulsion to continue
  448. 14:59trading, right? You you just can't seem
  449. 15:01to like step away from the laptop, then
  450. 15:03I will highly recommend you to go to
  451. 15:06reboot in the mental toolkit and just do
  452. 15:09a quick breathing exercise, right?
  453. 15:10whether that's the box breathing,
  454. 15:12whether that's the 60-second seconds
  455. 15:13reboot, whether that's the reset, right?
  456. 15:16Just do one of these.
  457. 15:17And if you're fully done for the day and
  458. 15:19you want to recover or you want to learn
  459. 15:21more about trading psychology, learn
  460. 15:23more about how to master your emotions,
  461. 15:26then you can check out either the videos
  462. 15:29that we have in real while or recovery.
  463. 15:32Right, so both of these are very useful.
  464. 15:34Like for example, after you win, you
  465. 15:36might want to check this video out.
  466. 15:38After you lose, you might want to check
  467. 15:39this video out. After
  468. 15:42you you you feel the need to revenge
  469. 15:44trade or after you have already revenge
  470. 15:45traded, you might check this video out.
  471. 15:47Before you sleep, you might want to
  472. 15:48check this video out. Right, so you can
  473. 15:50see we have different sort of mental
  474. 15:52exercises in here to help you downshift,
  475. 15:55to help you reset your nervous system,
  476. 15:57to help you calm down your
  477. 15:58parasympathetic system, and just overall
  478. 16:01help you detach from the P&L, so you
  479. 16:03don't carry today into tomorrow. Right?
  480. 16:05So yeah, that's for the meditation,
  481. 16:07right? That's for the inner work itself.
  482. 16:09Like I said, it's very important that
  483. 16:11you do your inner work.
  484. 16:13And next is Flow AI. Right, so the last
  485. 16:16step is available for people who are on
  486. 16:19the plus or the pro plan. Right, so if
  487. 16:21you're on a higher tier, this is where
  488. 16:23you get access to Flow AI, which is our
  489. 16:25trading companion. Right, and I've built
  490. 16:27it in a way where it literally sounds
  491. 16:29just like me. I've trained it to be
  492. 16:31pretty much me. And also like my trading
  493. 16:33coaches inside the 1% Club. This way it
  494. 16:36feels like I'm just by your side at any
  495. 16:39point of time, 24/7. Right, but anyways,
  496. 16:42this is Flow AI. This is the first
  497. 16:44version of Flow AI. In the future, we
  498. 16:46will have a much more advanced, much
  499. 16:48more powerful version of Flow AI. So for
  500. 16:50the first version, it doesn't
  501. 16:51automatically see your trading data yet.
  502. 16:53Right, it doesn't know the trades that
  503. 16:55you've taken for today, which means that
  504. 16:57you need to provide it with a quick
  505. 16:58summary. You need to provide it with
  506. 17:00some context. Right, but like I said, in
  507. 17:02the future, Flow AI will have access to
  508. 17:04your Edge Flow trading data, so it can
  509. 17:06coach you automatically without you
  510. 17:08typing anything. But for now, this is
  511. 17:09the first version of it. So what you
  512. 17:12want to do when it comes to Flow AI is
  513. 17:14that you want to like just tell it about
  514. 17:16anything that you have encountered so
  515. 17:18far. Right? Any problems that you have
  516. 17:20encountered today, right? Maybe
  517. 17:22I
  518. 17:23revenge traded today. Okay, simple
  519. 17:26things like this, right? Or I felt a
  520. 17:29compulsion to trade even though I lost
  521. 17:32money.
  522. 17:33Now, after I lost money. Right? So,
  523. 17:36something just like this. You can
  524. 17:37literally talk to him about anything,
  525. 17:38right? So, treat it as your trading
  526. 17:40coach just right by your side. Whatever
  527. 17:42mistake that you have made today and you
  528. 17:43don't know how to fix it, right? You can
  529. 17:45just ask it and then it can present a
  530. 17:46solution for you.
  531. 17:48But, what I like to do is to
  532. 17:51use this format right here. Okay? Today,
  533. 17:55I made
  534. 17:58$500 on trades on trading GPUSD.
  535. 18:03The biggest mistake that I made today
  536. 18:05was, you know, I did not follow my plan.
  537. 18:09I felt
  538. 18:10angry.
  539. 18:12I felt disappointed.
  540. 18:15What should I focus on tomorrow? Give me
  541. 18:16one fix. Right? So, this is the template
  542. 18:18that I like to use when it comes to
  543. 18:19end-of-day review. Right? So, this is
  544. 18:21where I will send this to Flo AI. And
  545. 18:24then based on this, it will give me an
  546. 18:25answer. Right? It will literally tell
  547. 18:27me, "Da da da da da." You can see, this
  548. 18:30is very important, right? Right here.
  549. 18:32What you want to do is to get the fix
  550. 18:34for tomorrow. What you want to do is to
  551. 18:36get the actionable step that you can
  552. 18:37take tomorrow to improve. And you can
  553. 18:40even ask follow-up questions like, "What
  554. 18:42was my biggest leak today and what most
  555. 18:45likely caused it?"
  556. 18:47Right? Or yeah.
  557. 18:49And then since it did give you the one
  558. 18:50adjustment for today, maybe you could
  559. 18:52say like, "What's one adjustment I
  560. 18:53should focus on
  561. 18:55next week?"
  562. 18:57Right? And you can see, it keep on
  563. 18:59giving you solutions. It tells you,
  564. 19:00"Okay, based on your diagnosis, right?
  565. 19:02You didn't comply with your trading plan
  566. 19:04and as a result, right? Maybe it's
  567. 19:06because like emotions over structural
  568. 19:08and as a result, you feel disappointed."
  569. 19:10And this disappointed This
  570. 19:11disappointment suggests internal
  571. 19:12conflict, right? Because you made money
  572. 19:15but you didn't follow your trading plan,
  573. 19:16right? So, that might be a win that you
  574. 19:19are not proud of, right? Because you
  575. 19:20actually bend your rules. So, here's a
  576. 19:22solution for today. No entry until every
  577. 19:25single checklist is green and you want
  578. 19:27to maybe place your edge on the screen,
  579. 19:29right? And just follow the trading plan,
  580. 19:31get a confirmation before you press the
  581. 19:33buy and sell button so and so forth.
  582. 19:34Yeah, so you can see this is something
  583. 19:35that you can play with, right? Very,
  584. 19:37very cool feature that we have inside
  585. 19:39EdgeFlow.
  586. 19:40And then based on this you can have like
  587. 19:41a final one key takeaway and just write
  588. 19:44it as your focus for tomorrow, right?
  589. 19:46Just write it in one simple sentence.
  590. 19:48Tomorrow, I'm going to be following my
  591. 19:51trade plan. I'm going to be reviewing my
  592. 19:52trade plan before I trade. I'm going to
  593. 19:54make my trade plan visible and binding
  594. 19:56during execution. When you do this
  595. 19:58end-of-day review, this is where
  596. 20:00you will be able to find the most amount
  597. 20:02of data points. This is where you will
  598. 20:04be able to find the feedback that you
  599. 20:06truly need to improve your edge, to
  600. 20:08improve yourself. This is where you
  601. 20:10actually get better. Because like I
  602. 20:13always say, trading is the easy part,
  603. 20:14right? Like it's easy to press the buy
  604. 20:16and sell button, it's easy to make money
  605. 20:18here and there. But reflecting, that's
  606. 20:20the hard part that most people avoid.
  607. 20:23And that is also why most people stay
  608. 20:24stuck, right? They don't want to review
  609. 20:26their trades, they don't bother to do so
  610. 20:28and as a result, they do the same
  611. 20:31actions, they get the same results,
  612. 20:33which give them the same emotions, which
  613. 20:36further reinforce this loop of
  614. 20:38unprofitability. Like I said, until you
  615. 20:40break off the matrix, until you break
  616. 20:42off the loop, until you break off the
  617. 20:43vicious cycle,
  618. 20:45you will keep on getting the same thing
  619. 20:46over and over again. The market will
  620. 20:48just keep on teaching you the same
  621. 20:49lesson over and over again until you
  622. 20:52have learned it. This is a method that
  623. 20:54you can use to actually learn the
  624. 20:55trading lesson once and for all, move
  625. 20:58on, move on to the next lesson that the
  626. 20:59market has to offer you.
  627. 21:01Right? So, at the end of the day,
  628. 21:04close your session, review your best
  629. 21:06trade, review your worst trade, review
  630. 21:08your daily stats, learn the lesson that
  631. 21:11the market is trying to teach you right
  632. 21:13now, reset your nervous system in
  633. 21:15sanctuary, right? And if you're on the
  634. 21:17plus plan or the pro plan, use Flow AI
  635. 21:19to brush up that's what to focus on
  636. 21:20tomorrow. What is the one thing you can
  637. 21:22do tomorrow to get better? And if you
  638. 21:24just keep on doing this, keep on
  639. 21:26striving to get 1% better every single
  640. 21:29day, over time these 1% gains compound.
  641. 21:321 year from now you're going to be a
  642. 21:34completely different person. You're
  643. 21:36going to be on a completely different
  644. 21:37trajectory. You know, you might even be
  645. 21:39profitable by then, right? Maybe even in
  646. 21:416 months if you just do this every
  647. 21:42single day. All right, so yeah, do this
  648. 21:44daily, watch your performance compound
  649. 21:46because remember, nothing changes if
  650. 21:49nothing changes.
