4. 0:05Jermaine West was never found solicitors
5. 0:07moved forward with the case 7 News
6. 0:10reporter Dave Jordan has that story the
7. 0:12first day of testimony was a mix of
8. 0:14eyewitness accounts cell phone video and
9. 0:16forensic evidence
10. 0:17relatives of Jermaine West the man
11. 0:19believed to have been murdered by Marcus
12. 0:20Todd took the stand now this was video
13. 0:23introduced by solicitors it was
14. 0:25accidentally recorded by West's cousin
15. 0:27as she was trying to call police she
16. 0:29testified that she saw Todd shoot West
17. 0:31and then dragged his body to a black
18. 0:33Tahoe her mother tried to intervene but
19. 0:36ended up retreating after she says Todd
20. 0:38pointed a gun at her this afternoon
21. 0:41investigators testified that the missing
22. 0:43Tahoe Todd was last seen driving was
23. 0:45later found on Drummond Road with blood
24. 0:47inside later in the afternoon there was
25. 0:50even more testimony from another witness
26. 0:52who claims to have seen Todd shoot West
27. 0:54and he also heard Todd cite a possible
28. 0:56motive for the shooting
29. 1:06defense counsel did not pursue an
30. 1:09aggressive line of questioning toward
31. 1:10any of the state's witnesses court
32. 1:12resumes tomorrow morning at 9:30 outside
