- 1:13everything is a mess in your head? Like
- 1:15there's no space left for your own ideas
- 1:17and thoughts? Well, today I'm going to
- 1:19show you a tool that changes all of that
- 1:21by turning chaos into clear, structured
- 1:24mind maps. Introducing Mapify. It
- 1:26literally thinks for you. Once you log
- 1:29into your account, you'll land on the
- 1:31main dashboard. On the left, you'll see
- 1:33all the types of content that Mapify can
- 1:35turn into mind maps. From PDFs and
- 1:38YouTube videos to ebooks and web pages,
- 1:41even emails and audio files. Right in
- 1:44the center, there's the ask anything tab
- 1:46where you can type in a question on any
- 1:48topic and Mapify will instantly build a
- 1:51mind map with the answer. So, let's try
- 1:54creating a map about how to start an AI
- 1:56powered fitness app business in 2025.
- 2:00We'll stick with English, but it
- 2:02supports many other languages, too.
- 2:06You can choose instant mode for fast
- 2:08generation or powerful for deeper, more
- 2:11thoughtful research.
- 2:15There's also an option to view the full
- 2:17map at once or reveal it step by step.
- 2:21In advanced settings, you can set the
- 2:23complexity level and enable
- 2:24autosuggested icons.
- 2:29Let's select a template.
- 2:33The available options include
- 2:35brainstorm, outline structures, plan
- 2:37project, develop or explain, and read
- 2:41notes.
- 2:45I'll choose brainstorm ideas because I
- 2:48finally want to work through an idea I
- 2:50have never had time to explore.
- 2:54Hit mapify and it starts generating the
- 2:56mind map immediately.
- 3:05All the ideas are clearly explained and
- 3:08you can organize the map in different
- 3:10layouts, logic chart, grid or tree chart
- 3:13all with just a few clicks.
- 3:24You can even customize the design or
- 3:26generate an image based on your mind
- 3:28map. And just like that, I've got a
- 3:31visual summary of everything.
- 3:36Now, let's check out another amazing
- 3:38feature, the PDF summarizer. And
- 3:40honestly, this one's really impressive.
- 3:43You can upload a file, for example, a
- 3:45lecture PDF.
- 3:47Choose your language. I'll stick with
- 3:49English. Select the model and
- 3:50complexity. Just like before,
- 3:54you can also add a custom instruction to
- 3:56guide the summary. Mapify gets to work
- 3:58analyzing the content, identifying the
- 4:00key points. And here's where the magic
- 4:03happens. It transforms all of that into
- 4:05a structured mind map that reflects the
- 4:08entire lecture.
- 4:12It's ready to view and you can expand or
- 4:15collapse the nodes to focus on the main
- 4:17ideas. It's like having your own mini
- 4:19study notes.
- 4:21You can even switch chart styles to
- 4:23whatever feels most comfortable to read.
- 4:25And honestly, it's really cool.
- 4:37Now for the third standout feature, the
- 4:39YouTube summarizer.
- 4:42Just paste in a video link. It can be
- 4:44any educational video. I'll use one from
- 4:47my own channel. I want Mapify to extract
- 4:50the key points, structure, and arguments
- 4:52from the video.
- 4:54You can even activate timestamps so
- 4:57every branch of the map is connected to
- 4:59the exact moment in the video when it
- 5:01was mentioned.
- 5:03Let's generate it. It starts analyzing
- 5:05the video
- 5:09and then boom, the results start coming
- 5:12in.
- 5:14You get the full picture, key points,
- 5:16structure of arguments, and clickable
- 5:18timestamps that let you jump straight to
- 5:20that section in the original video.
- 5:23And it doesn't stop there. You can click
- 5:26to edit any branch, change the order,
- 5:28drag and drop elements, or add new ones.
- 5:39There's even a share function. You can
- 5:41share your mind map with others or turn
- 5:43it into a slideshow presentation.
- 5:51You'll see your content organized into
- 5:53slides that follow the structure of your
- 5:55video one after the other.
- 6:02Oh, and one more thing. With the Google
- 6:04Chrome extension, you can use Mapify to
- 6:08instantly turn any article into a mind
- 6:10map.
- 6:11Whether it's a blog post or something
- 6:13from a website, just click the button
- 6:15and Mapify quickly summarizes it and
- 6:18creates a mind map for you.
- 6:22You can then open that map in Mapify and
- 6:25keep working on it.
- 6:29[Music]
- 6:32The same goes for YouTube videos. Using
- 6:36the same Chrome extension, you can
- 6:37summarize a video and get a mind map
- 6:40from it.
- 6:41For example, I can take one of my own
- 6:43videos and turn it into a map.
- 6:51And you can see how fast Mapify builds
- 6:53the map. It takes just a few seconds.
- 6:57[Music]
- 7:02Then you can open it in Mapify and keep
- 7:05editing or organizing it however you
- 7:07want. Mapify isn't just about making
- 7:10maps. It's a whole new way to process,
- 7:13understand, and interact with
- 7:15information.
- 7:16And here is another new feature. Now you
- 7:18can add tags to your maps. It's super
- 7:20convenient for keeping things organized
- 7:22and structured. For example, you can
- 7:25sort your maps by topic, file type, or
- 7:27course. Just click the three dots and
- 7:30add a tag.
- 7:38These tags will show up on the left
- 7:40panel where you can also manage them.
- 7:44You can create your own tags and
- 7:46organize your maps however you like.
- 7:48That means you can make maps wherever
- 7:50you are at home on your laptop or in a
- 7:53cafe on your tablet or phone. And all
- 7:55your changes sync instantly across all
- 7:58your devices.
- 7:59For example, I can edit my map on my
- 8:01phone, then switch to my computer and
- 8:04keep working on the exact same map. It's
- 8:07super easy, super fast. Try it out
- 8:10yourself. Create and organize your
- 8:12thoughts in a simple visual way.
- 8:16Final thoughts. And that's a wrap. In
- 8:19just a few minutes, we turned messy,
- 8:21scattered info into clear visual mind
- 8:24maps using Mapify. No more confusion, no
- 8:28more chaos. If you're a student trying
- 8:30to break down a dense PDF or prep for
- 8:32exams, an office worker summarizing a
- 8:35long meeting, or planning out a report,
- 8:37or even a small business founder mapping
- 8:40out your next big idea. Mapify fits
- 8:42right into your daily routine. It's not
- 8:44just a prettier way to take notes. With
- 8:46features from auto structure and smart
- 8:48editing tools to slide generation and
- 8:51timestamped summaries, it helps you
- 8:53actually think better, not just write
- 8:55stuff down. Looking for a more
- 8:57organized, visual way to learn, plan, or
- 9:00present? Mapify is seriously worth a
- 9:02try. Already tried it or curious to jump
- 9:05in? Drop a comment. I'd love to hear how
- 9:07you're using it or what you'd use it
- 9:09for. Don't forget to hit that like
- 9:11button if you found this video helpful
- 9:13and subscribe for more tutorials. And
- 9:15don't forget, there's a link and a promo
