ManipulationX Indicator Best Settings & How To Use — Transcript

- 0:00I believe that I've developed the most
- 0:01accurate lower time frame indicator in
- 0:03all of Trading View. In this video, I
- 0:05want to run through my exact settings
- 0:07that I personally use on my manipulation
- 0:09XLGO as well as what a good setup looks
- 0:12like. I know a lot of you guys are
- 0:13asking, you know, which setup do I take
- 0:15here? Can I blindly follow these
- 0:17signals? And the answer is no. But that
- 0:19being said, it's very, very simple to
- 0:21mitigate these false signals using the
- 0:23step-by-step rules that I teach you guys
- 0:25that are inside the PDF, which I'm going
- 0:26to run through all that in this video.
- 0:28So without further ado, let us jump into
- 0:30it. As always, if you guys want to get
- 0:31access to this indicator, make sure to
- 0:33click the first link in the description
- 0:34below. Like I tell you guys over and
- 0:35over again, you should understand the
- 0:37trading strategy that you are trading
- 0:39with the indicator. You should already
- 0:41know how to use this strategy and how to
- 0:43be profitable with this strategy alone.
- 0:45The indicator is just there to save
- 0:47time, to save headache, uh to give you
- 0:48that final confirmation signal so it's
- 0:50less emotional. You want to actually
- 0:51understand what you are trading. Okay,
- 0:53let's take a look at Ethereum here on
- 0:54the 5minut time frame. So let's jump
- 0:56into the settings here. Again, this
- 0:58indicator can be used across any time
- 1:00frame. So it can be used on a lower time
- 1:01frame for entry. This is what I
- 1:03personally use it for. But again, price
- 1:05is fractal. So if you want to use it on
- 1:06a higher time frame, you can do so as
- 1:08well. The way I teach this indicator is
- 1:10I use higher time frame levels and then
- 1:12use these signals as an entry
- 1:14confirmation. So we're going to jump
- 1:15into the settings here. I pretty much
- 1:16keep everything default except a few
- 1:18things. Number one, when I'm using this
- 1:20indicator, I don't show the live levels.
- 1:22Okay? I know where these buy side and
- 1:25sell side liquidity levels are. I don't
- 1:26need to see those. And number two, I
- 1:28will usually turn on the show recent
- 1:30trades feature. Okay. When you turn on
- 1:31the show recent trades filter, it will
- 1:33just show you the most recent sell
- 1:34signal and the most recent buy signal. I
- 1:36don't need to see all the previous
- 1:38signals. Um I like to keep my charts
- 1:39very clean. I also will usually have
- 1:41this chart open with my other indicator,
- 1:43the easy algo indicator, as well as the
- 1:45oscillator down here. So again, just
- 1:46some minor customizations. You can also
- 1:48show the dashboard in the top right
- 1:51corner. That's also pretty cool. So this
- 1:52is what my chart's going to look like.
- 1:54Now when you are taking these signals,
- 1:55okay, a lot of people are asking me, you
- 1:57know, Matt, how do you actually use this
- 1:59indicator? Can I blindly follow all of
- 2:01these signals? Just for the sake of this
- 2:02video, I'm going to turn off the show
- 2:04recent trades only feature. So I'll show
- 2:06you guys, you know, what this indicator
- 2:07has called. First of all, basic common
- 2:09sense is required. Okay, so for example,
- 2:12at this point here on Ethereum, we were
- 2:14at a higher time frame level. Okay,
- 2:16structure is bullish on a higher time
- 2:17frame. So we are in technically discount
- 2:20zone. structure is bullish filling some
- 2:22imbalances here as well, right? Bullish
- 2:24fair value gap that gets filled right
- 2:25here. Bullish divergences on the
- 2:2715-minute time frame. Our bias is long
- 2:29at this point. We are not looking for
- 2:30shorts. Also, this was a holiday. This
- 2:32was July 4th and it's the weekend. So,
- 2:35this is a low volume weekend, guys. You
- 2:36don't really want to be trading this,
- 2:38okay? Like me, for example, I didn't
- 2:39take any trades this weekend. Even
- 2:40though there were a few good signals
- 2:42using the new indicator, you know, I
- 2:43personally did not do that. But again,
- 2:45if we were to drop down to a 5minut time
- 2:47frame, you can see that the indicator
- 2:48had called a few signals. Again, we're
- 2:50on a low volume weekend. It is a holiday
- 2:52and our bias is long. Even if we got
- 2:55stopped out on this short, if we were
- 2:57just blindly following these signals,
- 2:58you would still probably be profitable,
- 3:00guys. I mean, you know, at least break
- 3:01even to here. Probably a lose on this
- 3:03one, break even on this one, lose on
- 3:04this one, lose on this one, you know,
- 3:06targeting equal high, you know, another
- 3:08plus 4R on this one if you had taken
- 3:09this trade. So, you know, even if you
- 3:11were just blindly following, you
- 3:12probably still would be profitable. But
- 3:14again, there's certain rules that we
- 3:15have to follow. Now, the formation that
- 3:17I look for, okay, and I teach this time
- 3:19and time again, and you will see this on
- 3:21practically every single winning trade,
- 3:23you have a sweep of a very obvious pivot
- 3:25point. For example, very obvious pivot
- 3:27point right here into a higher time
- 3:29frame key level. So, in this case, you
- 3:31know, let's say we're on the 5minut time
- 3:32frame. We can pull up our golden pocket
- 3:34fib, okay? Right into our golden pocket
- 3:36fib and bullish momentum, meaning a
- 3:38bullish divergence on our oscillator.
- 3:40Now, by waiting for all these
- 3:41confirmations, we mitigate pretty much
- 3:43every single false signal. For example,
- 3:45this signal right here, we did not have
- 3:47a sweep of a very obvious pivot. There's
- 3:49no momentum confluence. Again, we can
- 3:50see right here, sweep of an external
- 3:52pivot. Not the greatest signal. Again,
- 3:54our bias was bullish, but this had the
- 3:56bearish momentum confluence, right? That
- 3:57was a winning trade here. Example,
- 3:59bullish divergence on our oscillator.
- 4:00Sweep of an obvious pivot into our
- 4:02golden pocket fib. We had two sweeps of
- 4:04liquidity here. Very obvious buy signal.
- 4:06This is the formation that you want to
- 4:08look for. Okay? Nine times out of 10,
- 4:10winning trades will look exactly like
- 4:12this. And I'm going to draw it out for
- 4:13you guys just so you can study this
- 4:15formation. Okay, you have an external
- 4:17low right here. Okay, an external pivot
- 4:19point. You have one low coming down into
- 4:21this level. A very obvious sweep of that
- 4:24low with that V-shaped reversal.
- 4:26Something like this, reclaiming that
- 4:27pivot point low into a very obvious
- 4:30bearish fair value gap that you
- 4:31immediately inverse with that buy signal
- 4:33with a bullish divergence on our
- 4:34oscillator. This is the formation that
- 4:36you will see nine times out of 10 on
- 4:38every single winning trade. This is what
- 4:40we've done with this indicator to
- 4:41completely remove the guesswork. So, all
- 4:43you have to do guys is set an alert,
- 4:44wait for price to come to your level or
- 4:46even set an alert for one of these
- 4:47signals, guys, and just wait for this
- 4:49formation right here. Study this
- 4:51formation. Again, we have another
- 4:52example right here. Very obvious sweep
- 4:54of external liquidity into a very
- 4:56obvious bearish fair value gap that we
- 4:58eventually inverse. And again, bullish
- 5:00momentum right here with a bullish
- 5:02divergence. So, the oscillator is going
- 5:03to do a really good job at helping you
- 5:05guys spot these bullish divergences as
- 5:07well as plotting them on our new
- 5:08indicator. Again, this would not be a
- 5:10good signal right here. We did not have
- 5:11an obvious sweep of a pivot point. Buy
- 5:13signal right here would not be valid,
- 5:14right? We want to see that very obvious
- 5:15sweep of a pivot point. V-shaped
- 5:17reversal up. This would have been a
- 5:18really good buy entry right here.
- 5:20Ideally, we want to target external
- 5:21highs, which would be in this case all
- 5:23the way up here and nine risk-to-reward
- 5:25ratio. So, even if you had blindly
- 5:26followed all the previous signals, you
- 5:28would still be up around 4 to 5R,
- 5:29probably more uh just by blindly
- 5:31following the indicator. But again, we
- 5:33don't want to do that. We don't want to
- 5:34blindly follow. We want to wait for
- 5:35those very obvious bullish momentum,
- 5:38sweep of liquidity, inverse fair for
- 5:39value gap. These formations right here
- 5:41are the ones that you really want to
- 5:44study, guys. So, when you get access to
- 5:46the indicator, guys, we have a full PDF
- 5:48on exactly how to use and what a good
- 5:50signal looks like versus a bad signal.
- 5:52We also get into, you know, what is a
- 5:54fair value gap. Hopefully, you guys
- 5:55already know uh, you know, these basic
- 5:57terms. Again, we have inverse fair value
- 5:59gap here as well. This is what the
- 6:00indicator actually looks for for that
- 6:02final confirmation. We also get into
- 6:04what a liquidity sweep is. So I want you
- 6:06guys to actually learn uh all of these.
- 6:08And then also, you know, we have where
- 6:09do you actually look for these, right?
- 6:11Where do you look for these signals?
- 6:12Again, you want to see a sweep at a key
- 6:14level, right? At a golden pocket fib, a
- 6:16sweep of a previous day higher low,
- 6:17previous session higher low, higher time
- 6:19frame, key level, right? We don't take
- 6:21random inversions, right? We want to see
- 6:22that sweep and IFG with bullish momentum
- 6:25at a key level. Of course, we have our
- 6:27volume divergences as well, which we
- 6:29have coded into this algorithm. So, make
- 6:31sure to go through this guide, right?
- 6:32Again, V-shaped reversal. This is a high
- 6:34probability setup. This is not a high
- 6:36probability setup. You want to see that
- 6:38V-shaped reversal within a few candles.
- 6:40Putting them all together, we have
- 6:41liquidity sweep, IFG or inverse for a
- 6:43value gap, volume divergence, V-shaped
- 6:45reversal. That is how to use
- 6:47manipulation X. The best sweep of a key
- 6:49pivot point, bullish divergence, inverse
- 6:51for value gap within a few candles, A+
- 6:53setup. Okay, another one, A+ setup.
- 6:55Another one, A+ setup. Okay, short
- 6:57example, A+ setup. So, again, just
- 6:58taking a look at the ETH here on the
- 7:0015-minute time frame. Uh just going to
- 7:02go back. I'm not going to do a full back
- 7:03testing session this video. Uh but I
- 7:05just want to show you guys what a good
- 7:06setup looks like. Okay, we just covered
- 7:08this most recent one on the 5minute.
- 7:10Again, 15-minute gives us a really nice
- 7:12view here as well, right? Sweep of that
- 7:14low. Very obvious bearish for value gap
- 7:16in versus that within a few candles. We
- 7:18also have this very nice equal high
- 7:20target right here to move our stops to
- 7:22break even. So obviously that was a good
- 7:24trade right there. Again, taking a look
- 7:26over here. Not a good trade right here.
- 7:28Even though we had that sweep of an
- 7:29internal liquidity point, we had already
- 7:31taken out this high right here. There's
- 7:33not really a good target. You know, this
- 7:34is a bearish formation. So, most likely
- 7:36we're not going to take this trade. This
- 7:37short position was also valid. Okay,
- 7:39because we were at a higher time frame
- 7:41resistance level. Stop loss above that
- 7:43inverse fair value gap. Moving to break
- 7:45even right here. Okay, targeting some
- 7:47lows all the way down here as your
- 7:49takerit right here. We have a really
- 7:50good setup sweep of liquidity. We do
- 7:52have this target right here as our
- 7:54take-profit. So, that is going to be a
- 7:56good entry. Taking a look right here,
- 7:57another really good setup with this
- 7:58equal high as the target. If you guys
- 8:00don't know what equal highs and equal
- 8:02lows are, that's also inside of the PDF,
- 8:04but this is a really good long position
- 8:05here. Sweep of internal liquidity. Very
- 8:07obvious V-shaped reversal to the upside
- 8:09targeting that equal high. 1 to five
- 8:11risk-to-reward. Another good trade right
- 8:13here. This would have been a stopout
- 8:15trade. Again, you see how the
- 8:16risk-to-reward is massive, guys. You
- 8:18know, this would have been your long
- 8:19trigger. Unfortunately, this would have
- 8:20been stopped out. Uh but again, we still
- 8:22caught that one right there. So again,
- 8:23not every single trade is going to be
- 8:24winning, but I'm trying to show you
- 8:26guys, you know, what a good V-shaped
- 8:27reversal looks like. Again, A+ setup
- 8:29right here, guys. Bullish momentum,
- 8:31bullish divergence on our oscillator.
- 8:33V-shaped reversal within three candles
- 8:35sweeps this low. This is an A+ setup
- 8:38right here. So, I'm talking about A+
- 8:39setup. This is exactly what I am talking
- 8:41about. We did not hit that takerit, but
- 8:43you'd probably get stopped out at around
- 8:45a 1.5 uh to 2 R in this case. But very
- 8:48obvious uh clean bullish setup here into
- 8:50that V-shaped reversal back down again
- 8:53guys. V-shaped reversal right here. We
- 8:54didn't really see a sweep of liquidity.
- 8:56This would probably still be valid. Stop
- 8:58loss to break even right here. Targeting
- 8:59here another 1.2.5 RR. I'm just showing
- 9:02you guys, you know, what a good setup
- 9:04looks like, you know, using the
- 9:05strategy, using this method. These are
- 9:07the kinds of setups that you guys want
- 9:08to be looking for. Very obvious sweeper
- 9:10liquidity into that inverse for value
- 9:12gap within a few candles with your
- 9:14bullish div. That is a good setup, guys.
- 9:16Again, if you guys want to get access to
- 9:17this indicator for yourself, as well as
- 9:19our PDF so you guys can read more into
- 9:20the strategy and how it works, make sure
- 9:22to click the first link in the
- 9:23description below. I'm still going to be
- 9:24doing analysis on this channel, but over
- 9:26the next few days, I'll probably be
- 9:27doing some back testing sessions using
- 9:29this indicator just so you guys are
- 9:30fully in the know on how to use this
- 9:31indicator to the best of its
- 9:33capabilities and you guys can start
- 9:34making some profits. That's going to be
- 9:35it for me in this video. Make sure to
- 9:36leave a like, subscribe to the channel
- 9:38for more trading content. Leave a
- 9:39comment down in the comment section
- 9:40below if this video helped you guys out
- 9:42and how you guys are liking the new
- 9:43indicator. I'll see you guys next video.
