Manifest literally *ANYTHING* overnight using SATs — Transcript

- 0:00When I want to get something overnight,
- 0:02like next day, the day after, this is
- 0:05what I'm going to use. I'm going to use
- 0:08sats. And I'm going to share it with you
- 0:10guys. I know I talk about it a lot, but
- 0:12this time I'm really, really going to
- 0:14share you why I absolutely love this,
- 0:16how to do it, and how to manifest what
- 0:19you truly want overnight using sats. So,
- 0:22if you're interested in that, grab your
- 0:24little drink, grab your little notepad,
- 0:26cuz we're going to be actually sitting
- 0:27down, and I'm going to be sharing with
- 0:28you guys how to manifest anything
- 0:31overnight using sats. Okay? Hello
- 0:34everyone, it's Courtney. Welcome to the
- 0:35channel. I know, I know, I just posted a
- 0:38video, and now I'm posting another one.
- 0:41It's because I'm batch filming. When I'm
- 0:42feeling really, really good, I will film
- 0:45a lot of videos, and because I'm so
- 0:46impatient to post them like on a
- 0:49schedule, I like basically posting one
- 0:52day after the other,
- 0:53and then go like burn out for like a
- 0:56week or so, and then do it again. It's
- 0:58It's just routine. Like, if you're OG's,
- 1:00you guys are always just watching, no
- 1:02matter what my schedule is, and I
- 1:04appreciate that. Okay, but anyways,
- 1:06let's get into the video, sats. Okay?
- 1:09Now, the main
- 1:11um meaning of sats, we first have to get
- 1:13down to the basics, the law of
- 1:15assumption, okay? We want to manifest
- 1:18what we want. We want to manifest a
- 1:19different reality, a different life, a
- 1:21different appearance, more goals, more
- 1:23achievements in our lives, and we want
- 1:25to do it using the law of assumption,
- 1:28okay? So, we want to bring things into
- 1:29our reality using the law of assumption.
- 1:32So, what is the law of assumption? It is
- 1:34your thoughts, your assumptions, your
- 1:37internal state is what
- 1:39conforms and turns into reality, because
- 1:42your reality is a mirror of those
- 1:44thoughts, assumptions, perceptions, and
- 1:47beliefs you have inside. I hope that
- 1:50makes sense. You guys know, if you know,
- 1:52you know what the law of assumption is,
- 1:53okay? Now, um what I like to use is
- 1:57SATS. Now, SATS is a technique, okay? It
- 2:00is not the law of assumption. We are
- 2:01constantly assuming, perceiving from our
- 2:04internal state, all the all of the
- 2:06things we've been through, all of our
- 2:07past experiences, all the things that
- 2:09has made us who we are today, and has
- 2:12made us see the world the way we see it
- 2:14right now. Because you if we take
- 2:16everything away, the world is neutral.
- 2:19It is nothing, but it's us that makes it
- 2:23reality, okay? And it's you through your
- 2:26assumptions, through your experiences,
- 2:29through your beliefs you have about
- 2:30everything, that is what makes you see
- 2:32the world the way you do. And that is
- 2:34what makes things come into your world
- 2:37the way it does. So, that is what the
- 2:39law of assumption is. You're always
- 2:41manifesting things into your life.
- 2:43You're always manifesting new
- 2:44experiences based on past experiences.
- 2:46You're always assuming, okay? You're
- 2:49always perceiving, okay? Now, SATS is
- 2:51just a way for us to control our reality
- 2:54and bring about things we really, really
- 2:57want into it. Now, what is SATS? SATS
- 2:59was a a technique developed by an OG,
- 3:02Neville Goddard, okay? If you know
- 3:04Neville Goddard, he very much
- 3:06popularized the law of assumption with
- 3:08his
- 3:09philosophies and with his propaganda. I
- 3:12wouldn't say propaganda because I would
- 3:14just say it's a set of beliefs. It's a
- 3:16set of things, okay? And a lot of people
- 3:19manifest using the law of assumption and
- 3:21make see so much success from it,
- 3:23including me. Like the place I stay in,
- 3:25the money that I make, the appearances
- 3:27that I have, the things I want in my
- 3:30life. And the best thing I like to use
- 3:32is SATS. Now, what is SATS? State akin
- 3:35to sleep. It's a method of falling
- 3:37asleep with the intention of what you
- 3:40want being done and letting it filter
- 3:44through your subconscious mind, okay?
- 3:47Now, there's a lot of nuance that goes
- 3:49into SATS. Not a a of nuance, but let me
- 3:51just explain it a little bit bit Okay.
- 3:53Now,
- 3:54basically, when you go to bed, there's a
- 3:57state or a window in your sleeping time
- 4:01where you go through a state called
- 4:02theta. Okay, research it up on Google.
- 4:05I'm just going to put up a definition
- 4:06somewhere. But basically, your brain
- 4:09goes through a state called theta. Oh my
- 4:12gosh, this cat This cat is killing me.
- 4:14Oh my god. Joey, Joey,
- 4:17please. Please.
- 4:20Oh my gosh, sorry, guys. Okay. So, set
- 4:23is basically there's this window of time
- 4:25in your brain when you're going to bed
- 4:28where your consciousness, okay? There's
- 4:31a conscious and a subconscious mind. The
- 4:33subconscious mind holds all your deep
- 4:35beliefs, the roots, the the things you
- 4:39don't think about. They unconsciously
- 4:41just make you who you are. They
- 4:43unconsciously just make you who you are.
- 4:45That's why when you try to change
- 4:47sometimes your patterns, your behaviors,
- 4:49you can't because unconsciously you are
- 4:52you based on all the things you went
- 4:54through in your past life or whatever
- 4:56the case may be, and all the beliefs you
- 4:58have adopted, and all the things you
- 4:59have placed, all the standards, all the
- 5:02perceptions of who you are and what you
- 5:04are in this world and in this reality,
- 5:06okay? Now, the conscious mind is
- 5:08everything you have in your conscious
- 5:11state right now, what you can think
- 5:13about, what is on your mind right now,
- 5:15what the thoughts you have access to at
- 5:17this moment, okay? You only have access
- 5:20to a certain percentage of that. Now,
- 5:22the consciousness is a very critical,
- 5:24logical
- 5:26mind, okay? So, when you go about your
- 5:28day and you're trying to affirm and
- 5:29assume differently, like, for example,
- 5:31you want a different job and you're
- 5:33trying to affirm I have this job, I have
- 5:35this job, I have this job, um but you
- 5:37are at the a job you don't like or
- 5:39you're at the place you don't want to be
- 5:41at or you're not in a situation where
- 5:42you have the job. Now, your But, um,
- 5:45mind is constantly going to be like, um,
- 5:48"No, you don't have the job. Why you
- 5:49trying to affirm?" It's very much just
- 5:51trying to be sensible. Sensible, okay?
- 5:54Sensible saying like, "This is what it
- 5:56is. This is what reality is." Okay? But
- 5:59now,
- 6:00the subconscious mind doesn't do that.
- 6:03It doesn't actually It just suppresses.
- 6:05It just takes in whatever it needs to
- 6:08take in. So, it doesn't know what is
- 6:10real and what is not, what the
- 6:12difference is and the logic behind
- 6:14because it's not logical. It's more like
- 6:16a memory box of storage making up for
- 6:18who you are. It doesn't really have the
- 6:21thinking behind it. It's the
- 6:23consciousness that we think from. Okay?
- 6:25Now, basically, but the subconscious
- 6:28mind is what's so important because it
- 6:29still makes you who you are and it
- 6:31brings about your reality. Okay? Now,
- 6:33the window in time in the SATs method,
- 6:36the window in time is when you go to bed
- 6:38and your brain is in theta. Okay? Now,
- 6:41your consciousness is starting to fall
- 6:43asleep. You are starting to fall asleep
- 6:45and the consciousness is starting to
- 6:47shut down its gears to get ready for
- 6:50bed. But the subconscious is never
- 6:52sleeping. It's always awake. So, there's
- 6:54a period where you can assume what you
- 6:56want as being done
- 6:58as you're falling asleep because you can
- 7:00reach that window and you can suppress
- 7:02certain images. Have you ever watched
- 7:04something as you were going to bed and
- 7:06then you some All of a sudden dream of
- 7:09it. Like, because that is the last thing
- 7:11you fell asleep to. That is how it works
- 7:14and that's what suppresses. That's what
- 7:15goes down into the
- 7:17um unconscious subconscious mind. That
- 7:19is what goes down there. So, that's why
- 7:21I say never listen to music as you're
- 7:23falling asleep. Never watch something as
- 7:25you're falling asleep because your
- 7:26subconscious is so widely awake and open
- 7:29to learning things while you are
- 7:31sleeping. Okay? Because sleeping is so,
- 7:34um,
- 7:35powerful and important. That's why
- 7:36meditations, overnight meditations, are
- 7:39so important. That's why SATs is such a
- 7:41powerful method for me. Okay, when I
- 7:43want to listen to affirmations as I'm
- 7:45falling asleep, when I want to have a
- 7:47scenario of something being true as I'm
- 7:50falling asleep, it likely comes true. It
- 7:53likely confirms. I had
- 7:55I was in bed the over the weekend, okay?
- 7:59And I was imagining my business like I
- 8:02was falling asleep, but I wasn't like I
- 8:04didn't intentionally do this, but I was
- 8:06just saying like, "Oh, I have a lot of I
- 8:09have a lot of money like Oh my gosh, all
- 8:11these payment notifications, all of my
- 8:13bank statements." You guys know a girl
- 8:16has to love her money, okay? Has to love
- 8:18her wealth because that's just a
- 8:19definition that she loves herself, okay?
- 8:21That is just me in a nutshell. I love to
- 8:24take care of myself, so of course I'm
- 8:26going to love to be a business girl and
- 8:28get my bag and all of those things, of
- 8:30course. So, I was obviously now dreaming
- 8:33falling asleep to that, and when I woke
- 8:35up, I was getting all of these
- 8:37notifications. I kid you not. I was
- 8:39getting all of these notifications
- 8:41because that's how powerful your sleep
- 8:43is, okay? That's how powerful the
- 8:45thoughts, the intentions you have as
- 8:47you're going to bed.
- 8:48Do not scroll for
- 8:51Do not scroll falling asleep, please,
- 8:53guys. My dad does that, and he has
- 8:56Oh my gosh, so many things going on in
- 8:58his life like I'm telling you guys,
- 9:00please do not scroll to bed, okay? I
- 9:04also have a habit of watching YouTube
- 9:05videos as I go to bed, and I try to keep
- 9:07them as positive as I can, but I would
- 9:09highly recommend just listening to
- 9:10affirmations as you fall asleep. I know
- 9:12this hard and it's a habit, that's
- 9:14something you just have to get used to,
- 9:16but I promise you because your sleep is
- 9:18so important. But basically, that is
- 9:20what SATs is. SATs is basically state
- 9:22akin to sleep, a
- 9:25falling asleep with the intention of
- 9:27having what you want being done, okay? I
- 9:30love scenarios at night. I love like I'm
- 9:34such a like visualizing romantic kind of
- 9:37person. I romanticize everything. I
- 9:39romanticize my life, my money, my
- 9:42career, um love, all of these things.
- 9:46Even though I'm going through a breakup
- 9:47right now, I'm literally falling asleep
- 9:49romanticizing
- 9:51my singlehood. Like I I'm excited, okay?
- 9:56And as I'm falling asleep romanticizing
- 9:58my singlehood, I wake up and I'm doing
- 10:01my hair and I'm calling a hair stylist
- 10:03and my nails are being done and it's
- 10:06just like things are happening because I
- 10:08just went to bed imagining being like
- 10:12this single girl in her 20s, in her
- 10:14apartment, doing what you want, having
- 10:17all this freedom, all of this money,
- 10:20doing well in her business, and it just
- 10:22feels like it's confirming and
- 10:23confirming and confirming because I'm
- 10:26romanticizing it as I'm falling asleep.
- 10:29That's one thing. So, it's basically
- 10:30having scenarios as you fall asleep. It
- 10:33can be having affirmations as you fall
- 10:35asleep. It could be listening to um a
- 10:38audio track as you fall asleep. A lot of
- 10:40people talk about subliminals, which is
- 10:42the next video I'm going to be making,
- 10:44guys, so stay tuned for that one as
- 10:46well. But basically, subliminals I
- 10:48recommend subliminals for during the day
- 10:51because subliminals is the opposite of
- 10:54SATs. I'm going to explain subliminals
- 10:56again, but trust me on this. Just trust
- 10:58me. Not subliminals while you're falling
- 11:01asleep. We don't want to be listening to
- 11:03music. We just want to be listening to
- 11:05raw affirmation audios or we are going
- 11:07to be um visualizing ourselves or
- 11:10affirming until we fall asleep. No
- 11:12noise, nothing like that while you're
- 11:14falling asleep. Subliminals are best for
- 11:16during the day. So, what I want you to
- 11:18do is really just record yourself your
- 11:20audio of you saying this is what I have,
- 11:23this I'm doing this, I'm having this,
- 11:25whatever it is that you want for
- 11:26yourself or your appearance or um the
- 11:29money you want, the career you want,
- 11:31whatever it is that you want. You're
- 11:33basically going to do
- 11:35all your affirmations. And then what
- 11:36you're going to be doing, um, is you're
- 11:39going to be just listening to it as you
- 11:41fall asleep or um, if you are like a
- 11:44romantical, just fall asleep visualizing
- 11:48anything you could possibly want in the
- 11:50most romantic,
- 11:52um, way possible, the most uh, dopamine
- 11:55relieving way possible as you're falling
- 11:57asleep. Cuz I promise you, it comes
- 11:59true. Like it literally does. And if you
- 12:01if you don't get it right the first
- 12:03night, do it the second night, do it the
- 12:04third night, keep doing it. But you do
- 12:07get better at it and it just becomes
- 12:09part of what you do when you fall
- 12:10asleep. I love going to bed because when
- 12:12I wake up, the day is amazing and
- 12:14everything is exactly as I want when I
- 12:17visualize and when I see things so
- 12:19positive, uh, from a positive
- 12:21perspective as I'm falling asleep. So
- 12:23treat your falling asleep as one of your
- 12:25main things you need to prioritize when
- 12:27you're trying to manifest something into
- 12:29your life. Okay? So basically, uh, that
- 12:32is that. I hope I gave you my best
- 12:34definition on it and how you can
- 12:35manifest literally anything overnight.
- 12:38Okay? Okay? Okay? Now also, if you are
- 12:41looking to manifest your dream desired
- 12:43appearance in the next 30 days, okay,
- 12:46for my appearance change girlies, you
- 12:48guys know that I just released the 30
- 12:50days to appearance change. The results
- 12:52are all there. You can see. Thank you.
- 12:55Shout out to those who always, um, give
- 12:57me um, say for my results or give me
- 12:59compliments on my results. Thank you so
- 13:01much because yes, I do believe in it.
- 13:03You guys know I'm a whimsical girl and
- 13:06I'm delusional and I get whatever it is
- 13:09that I want, including my appearances.
- 13:12So I'd highly recommend you guys go and
- 13:13check that out if you're interested in
- 13:14manifesting your dream desired
- 13:15appearance. Other than that, I hope
- 13:17you're having a good day, a good night.
- 13:20I hope you're enjoying your life right
- 13:22now and if you are not, start affirming
- 13:23that you are, start visualizing that you
- 13:25are because you deserve nothing than an
- 13:29absolutely amazing life. Okay? Okay? And
- 13:32I'll see you guys very soon in another
- 13:35one. Actually, the very next video we I
- 13:37will be talking about subliminals.
