Manifest Anything using Helene Hadsell's SPEC Method — Transcript
Full transcript
- 0:00Helene Hadsell had a four-step
- 0:02manifesting system. Select it, project
- 0:04it, expect it, collect it. Step one,
- 0:07select it. Well, that's pretty obvious.
- 0:09What do you want? But make sure it's
- 0:11what you really want. Step two is
- 0:14project it. That means put it out into
- 0:16the universe. Visualize it. Make a
- 0:19vision board. Write a list and look at
- 0:22it every day. Step three, expect it.
- 0:25This is sometimes the hardest part for
- 0:27people because they're not used to
- 0:28living in the end result or trusting
- 0:30that what they've asked for will arrive.
- 0:33Step four is collect it. Now, that seems
- 0:35really easy, but I want you to think how
- 0:38you receive compliments because if you
- 0:40can't even take a compliment, how are
- 0:42you going to accept what you're really
- 0:44asking for? My name's Carolyn and Helene
- 0:47asked me to maintain her legacy. So, if
- 0:49you have any questions about any of her
- 0:51processes, leave it in the comments and
- 0:53I'll answer it in another video.
