- 0:00Rank and Rent SEO. It is probably one of
- 0:03the oldest SEO strategies that has ever
- 0:06existed, but yet people still constantly
- 0:09search for it and still want to learn
- 0:11about it. And the main reason is because
- 0:13it is very effective, hyper
- 0:15beginnerfriendly, and honestly has
- 0:17little to no risk. And so in this free
- 0:20rank and rent SEO course, I want to go
- 0:22over everything. I want to go over your
- 0:24keyword research, choosing the right
- 0:25niches, going over how much to charge,
- 0:27how much not to charge, how to do the
- 0:29actual SEO to rank the site on top of
- 0:31Google, and also give you some case
- 0:32studies of when I used to do rank and
- 0:33rent. And quick spoiler, just with this
- 0:35one site in the plastic surgeon niche,
- 0:38we made over $40,000. And so again, I
- 0:40want to go over every single thing so
- 0:42that if you after you watch this video
- 0:44all the way through, you have all the
- 0:45tools you need to succeed in the rank
- 0:48and rent space. In specific, you have
- 0:50all the tools you need to take a new
- 0:52site, rank it on top of Google for
- 0:54multiple keywords, and then rent out
- 0:56that site to local businesses in your
- 0:58area. By renting, I mean either they pay
- 1:00you a monthly fee or you sell them
- 1:02calls. But again, we'll dive into all
- 1:04this in the video. So, with that being
- 1:06said, let me just jump straight into my
- 1:07computer so I can go over all this
- 1:08boring stuff step by step. So, stick
- 1:10around. It's going to be fun. And yeah,
- 1:12let's go. Okay, we're here. We have a
- 1:14lot to cover, so let's just get going.
- 1:16the rank and rent SEO with AI uh the
- 1:20updated course for 2025. Now, first
- 1:22things first is proof because I can yap
- 1:25about all this stuff all the time, but
- 1:27uh how can I teach something if I
- 1:30haven't really made money with it? Well,
- 1:31here's proof that I have. These are like
- 1:33So, I'm from Portugal. I used to do this
- 1:35for Portuguese clients. And here's the
- 1:36whole story. You can just pause the
- 1:37video and read it because I won't read
- 1:38through it all. It's kind of boring. Um
- 1:41I might. Who knows? But uh point being
- 1:43is that uh these are like real like uh
- 1:45revenue receipts I guess we call these
- 1:47uh I don't know how you call them in
- 1:48English uh like pay slips I guess uh
- 1:51€1,000 700 like €500 €200 700 uh €600.
- 1:56So these are all pay slips from these uh
- 1:59plastic surgery clinic which was the
- 2:01client or the niche I started with um by
- 2:04me sending them leads. Now, because you
- 2:05rank and rent, I'll go over what it is
- 2:07in specific and there's ways to do it,
- 2:09but in essence, you are going to rank
- 2:11your and I'll go over this step by step.
- 2:12Don't worry. You're going to rank your
- 2:14site first and then you're either going
- 2:16to sell calls to the business, sell
- 2:18leads, or like rent out your site's
- 2:20pages for a monthly retainer. For this
- 2:23client specific, I just sold them leads.
- 2:25Okay? And as you can imagine with a
- 2:27plastic surgery clinic, right, it's a
- 2:29very high ticket industry, right? Uh, I
- 2:31wouldn't do rank and rent for a florist
- 2:33or for a coffee shop because the ticket
- 2:36the price the average um the AOV the
- 2:39average order value is like I don't know
- 2:4010 $15 maybe with a plastic surgery it's
- 2:43around four five 6K and the good thing
- 2:45about plastic surgery good thing about
- 2:47this niche is that it's a very complex
- 2:50type of service right if I go and do a a
- 2:53nose job right and it goes well well
- 2:56usually and this is told to me by the
- 2:58surgeon people who do cosmetic surgeries
- 3:01They don't just do one-offs, right? They
- 3:03do multiple surgeries all throughout
- 3:04their life. Just like tattoos, right?
- 3:06When you do a tattoo, right? Most likely
- 3:07get more, right? Most people, okay? And
- 3:10so with surgery, right? If I do my nose,
- 3:12I might go and do, I don't know, put
- 3:14some some fake tits, right? Who knows?
- 3:17Uh, and so because I'm sort of addicted
- 3:19to this, right? Well, if I went to this
- 3:22XYZ clinic and it went well, well, why
- 3:24would I find a new clinic? Well, I'll
- 3:25just go to that one because I know it's
- 3:27safe. I like trust the people there. So,
- 3:28I'm going to go there over and over
- 3:29again. The lifetime value for these
- 3:31leads is insane. Not only is the ticket,
- 3:34the AOV, the average order value,
- 3:36insanely high, but the LTD, the lifetime
- 3:38value, right, I is out of this world.
- 3:41It's very high. Um, this lawyers,
- 3:44dentists, right? So, there you go.
- 3:46That's why I chose this niche. And I
- 3:48urge you that when you're choosing a
- 3:49niche, go for high ticket. Okay? I think
- 3:51I made a video on this. If I have, I'll
- 3:52link it down below the description. Um,
- 3:54go for high ticket stuff. Lawyers,
- 3:56health related stuff. Okay? Don't go for
- 3:58coffee shops. Uh don't go for
- 4:00electricians. I used to do plumbers as
- 4:02well, which was quite nice because
- 4:03there's a lot of lead flow, lead volume,
- 4:05right? For plastic surgery, there's not
- 4:06a lot of people doing it every single
- 4:08day for a plumber. But there's a lot of
- 4:10much more much more turnover. So you can
- 4:12make money both ways. Okay. So now with
- 4:15that out of the way and the whole story
- 4:17right here, you can pause the video and
- 4:18you can you can uh screenshot this if
- 4:20you want to learn. I guess I I'll run
- 4:21you through real quick, right? 40k extra
- 4:23revenue in 2019 with SEO alone. rank
- 4:26them first for a bunch of keywords like
- 4:27randoplasty leisbon. Sorry, excuse me,
- 4:28not rank them first. I ranked my own
- 4:30site because that's what what rank and
- 4:32rent is about. You you take your own
- 4:33site, you rank it, right? And then you
- 4:35rent it out. Um because you own the
- 4:37asset. But again, more on that later on.
- 4:39Um rhinoplasty Lisbon, Lisbon
- 4:40rhinoplasty, rhinoplasty pricing,
- 4:42Lisbon, breast augmentation, a bunch of
- 4:43the surgeries names, prices, bunch of
- 4:46keywords, right? And then the location,
- 4:47Lisbon, capital of Portugal. And yeah,
- 4:50there you go, right? And here's the
- 4:51proof of that. Now again, let's dive
- 4:52deep into what is rank and rent.
- 4:54You don't own a business. You do not own
- 4:56a business, right? What you do is you
- 4:57rank your site, right? You own the asset
- 5:00and then rent it out to businesses,
- 5:02right? And they will pay you if you're
- 5:04able to drive traffic to them. It's
- 5:05basically it. So, your goal is to rank
- 5:07the other site higher. Excuse me, your
- 5:08site higher. Keyword your because again,
- 5:10the site is yours higher on Google and
- 5:12get them leads. Here's a visual
- 5:14representation. Let's say your site,
- 5:17let's you you buy the domain, you rank
- 5:19it first, and we'll go over how to do
- 5:20it. Don't worry. Uh you rank your site
- 5:21first on Google. Boom. There you go.
- 5:23Right? So use your site ranking first.
- 5:25And so what you do is you simply
- 5:27overlay, right? This this is this is
- 5:29your client, right? This let's say this
- 5:30a potential client, right? They rank
- 5:3220th. Okay, this is your site. This is
- 5:34their site. What you do is you take
- 5:37their site and overlay it on top of
- 5:39yours, right? So now, right, your site
- 5:42was ranking and your site is still
- 5:43ranking number one because the domain is
- 5:45the same, but you just overlay their
- 5:47site on top of yours. And I'll show you
- 5:50a plugin that does this for WordPress
- 5:52that allows you to do all this. So just
- 5:53a click of a button. Actually, I'll show
- 5:54you right now. Why not? I'm going to
- 5:56play a clip right now on how this works,
- 5:57how plugin works. But in essence, it
- 5:59allows you to do overlay sites on top of
- 6:00yours. So play the clip. Let's say, for
- 6:02example, right here, I go to this my my
- 6:04WordPress site. It's just a test site.
- 6:05Don't worry about it. Right? And let's
- 6:06say, for example, I go here, I search
- 6:08plumber Dallas, and I scroll down to
- 6:10find actually, let me just do um Dallas
- 6:14lawyer Dallas. Okay? And I scroll down
- 6:16to find one down here. that's not
- 6:19getting a lot of clients because they're
- 6:20like ranking very very down. I take my
- 6:23my page right here. Let me just do for
- 6:25example this page. Let me just view what
- 6:26it is. Let's say for example this is my
- 6:28page. Don't worry about what's on here.
- 6:29Let's say this is my page about that
- 6:31ranks for a lawyer in um in Dallas.
- 6:34Right. I go here. I just paste in the
- 6:36URL right here. Right in this my rank
- 6:39and run plugin. I hit publish update.
- 6:43And now if I refresh the page right
- 6:44here, refresh it. their site is going to
- 6:48be overlaid on top. There you go. And
- 6:50it's interactive. I can click stuff,
- 6:52right? I can I can go through the menus,
- 6:53right? The only thing that doesn't
- 6:55change is the URL, right? The URL is
- 6:56mine, but their site is here. People can
- 6:58come in, they can schedule a call, they
- 6:59can they can click anywhere. Like
- 7:00everything works, right? So, what I did
- 7:02is just in a few seconds, literally
- 7:03using this plug-in, in a few seconds,
- 7:05literally just overlaid these guys sites
- 7:07on top of mine, right? I literally just
- 7:09did just did this in a few seconds. So,
- 7:12now I can call them and say, "Hey,
- 7:13listen." Uh, I can say whatever I just
- 7:15said before. I can just say, "Hey,
- 7:16listen guys, do you mind searching for
- 7:18lawyer Dallas on Google and click the
- 7:20first site?" And so that's a a
- 7:22impressive thing you can you can you can
- 7:24hook them on because they can see, oh,
- 7:26oh, we're ranking first. Yeah, you guys
- 7:27are ranking first because I overlaid
- 7:28your site on top of mine, right? And
- 7:30that's like a a conversation starter,
- 7:32right? So, you can go that route, too.
- 7:34There you go. It's pretty cool, right?
- 7:35And then, of course, you can if the site
- 7:37has multiple pages, you can overlay
- 7:39individual other sites in each one of
- 7:41these pages. So if your site has is
- 7:43ranking for multiple pages, so we can
- 7:45overlay different businesses in the same
- 7:47industry. So multiple plumbers but for
- 7:49different locations, different cities,
- 7:50different countries, who knows on these
- 7:53different pages. So this is the call the
- 7:55so-called multilocation rank and rent.
- 7:57But the premise is the same. You own the
- 7:59site, okay? You own the site and then
- 8:00you overlay client side on top of yours.
- 8:03Now, of course, right, let's say again
- 8:05you overlay this guy side on top of
- 8:06yours, right? by overlaying the site,
- 8:08right? You can't really track calls,
- 8:10meaning that people will just call their
- 8:13number right here. And so what you do
- 8:14with this method is you just rented out
- 8:17the page of the whole site for a
- 8:19specific uh monthly retainer. Okay? Now,
- 8:21if you choose not to overlay, right, a
- 8:25client site on top of yours. So yours is
- 8:27like this, add a add a proper team, make
- 8:29it look plumber plumberlike, right?
- 8:31Create create this fake brand and then
- 8:33the phone number you have on the site,
- 8:34right? redirects to the phone number on
- 8:36their side. So then you can record the
- 8:38calls of course with consent and you can
- 8:40track on a Google sheet how many calls
- 8:42the business get boom got these calls
- 8:44this month there these are all answered
- 8:46these weren't answered right so all
- 8:48these calls let's say 100 leads and then
- 8:50you um figure out a number on how much
- 8:52this guy pay per lead okay so these are
- 8:54the two things you can do so in terms of
- 8:55how much money you can make well depends
- 8:57what you do depends if is depends if you
- 8:59rent out the site as a whole depends is
- 9:02if you have multiple location pages and
- 9:04you rent each one of these location
- 9:05pages to a different business okay or
- 9:07depends in if you just don't overlay the
- 9:09side on top of yours, right? And you
- 9:11just have the phone number there and
- 9:13redirect it to the their phone number
- 9:15and then you track the calls in Google
- 9:16Sheets with Zapier. It's pretty easy to
- 9:18do. I mean, I guess you can set up a
- 9:21number with callfire. This what I used
- 9:23callfire.com, right? They give you a
- 9:25phone number, right? They free a
- 9:27tool-free phone number where they can
- 9:28also schedule and track the calls and
- 9:30track how many people call from where,
- 9:31right? Then we're using Zapier, right?
- 9:34put connect callfire with Zapier, right?
- 9:37And so when any call when any person
- 9:39calls your call fire number that's on
- 9:41your site, right? It will automatically
- 9:42go through Zapier, which Zapier allows
- 9:44you to basically connect two apps. You
- 9:46connect CallFire with Google Sheets. So
- 9:48every single time a call gets called
- 9:50from that callire number, right? It's
- 9:52logged into Google Sheets. So now you
- 9:54have these Google Sheets where that you
- 9:56can share with the business, right? So
- 9:58they can see, okay, these this week 100
- 10:01people called, right? pay us how much
- 10:03however much you wanted to pay us for
- 10:04lead. Now the price per lead well you
- 10:06got to speak with them but of course it
- 10:08will vary. For a plumber it's going to
- 10:09be a bit lower than for example for a
- 10:10plastic surgeon because ticket for the
- 10:12plastic surgeon is much higher. Okay
- 10:14that being said plumbers at least here
- 10:15in Portugal are willing to pay I've seen
- 10:18uh values upwards of 200 per lead uh or
- 10:21I'll say 80 to $200 per lead dollar
- 10:25that's the same thing per lead. So they
- 10:26they they'll happily pay because of
- 10:28course they know that there's also a
- 10:30lifetime value, right? When someone
- 10:32calls a plumber and it goes well, well,
- 10:34most likely if they have another issue,
- 10:35they'll call the same one. Okay? So
- 10:37there's lifetime value in in the client.
- 10:39So again, I can't say for sure the
- 10:41number because you have to speak with
- 10:42them and see which one is best. If you
- 10:45don't want to worry about that, just
- 10:46overlay their site on top of yours and
- 10:47just charge them a monthly retainer.
- 10:48It's quite easy. You don't have to track
- 10:49the calls, etc. It's easier like that.
- 10:51You can do both ways. Um now, how much
- 10:53money I made with rank and rate? Well,
- 10:55again, you saw it before. This is the
- 10:57whole story right here. And this is the
- 10:58proof. I don't think they're all here.
- 11:00Honestly, I think there's a lot missing.
- 11:01A lot a lot of them missing, but these
- 11:03are just the pay slips in Portuguese for
- 11:04the tax tax man to to check. Uh this is
- 11:07was a while ago. Um again, I a bit of um
- 11:11important thing here is that uh at least
- 11:13I like to meet my clients. So, when I
- 11:15was doing this, right, I I called up all
- 11:18the clinics and this we'll talk about
- 11:19this right here on how to get clients. I
- 11:21guess we we can start talking about it
- 11:22right now because we've talked about
- 11:24this before the multilocation rank and
- 11:25rent. It's just rank and rent just
- 11:27targeting multiple locations because if
- 11:28you have location pages on your site,
- 11:29you can just rent them out individually
- 11:31to businesses targeting multiple
- 11:32locations. It's pretty straightforward.
- 11:33If you have any questions, just drop
- 11:34them down below in the comments. I I'll
- 11:36get to them. But how do you get rank and
- 11:37earn clients? Well, it's pretty simple.
- 11:39It's hard, but it's simple. Simple, not
- 11:40easy, I guess. So, let's say you have a
- 11:42site, and again, we we'll go over how to
- 11:44do it, but let's assume you have have it
- 11:46all set up, right? Okay. You have a
- 11:48plastic you're in the plastic surgery
- 11:49niche. Well, what you do is just search
- 11:51up all all of your keyword or your main
- 11:53keywords on Google and then make a list
- 11:55of 20 businesses who are ranking below
- 11:58the fifth position. In other ways,
- 12:00they're not getting any leads most
- 12:02likely. Okay? Make a list of them and
- 12:04then call them up. Say, "Hey, my site
- 12:06ranks first for plastic surgery in XYZ.
- 12:10A bunch of these plastic surgery related
- 12:12keywords and I get a ton of traffic and
- 12:14a ton of people calling my phone and
- 12:15emailing me. That said, I don't have a
- 12:17plastic surgery business. So, I'm
- 12:18calling all calling up all the business
- 12:20in the area, seeing who wants to take me
- 12:22up and who wants to take who wants to
- 12:24acquire or sorry, who wants to um get
- 12:26these leads for free because again, I
- 12:28don't have a business, so can I just
- 12:30send these leads over to you? And if you
- 12:32just say this stuff, it's a irrefutable
- 12:34offer. Who who would not want to take
- 12:36any in any leads, right? And this is
- 12:38more or less the script I used to use. I
- 12:40just in Portuguese, I just say, "Hey, I
- 12:41have this ranking first. I get I get a
- 12:42ton of leads, but I have nowhere to send
- 12:44them. Can I can I send them your way?"
- 12:46And it's like they never said no. Okay.
- 12:49They say, "Uh, sure. This this is
- 12:51interesting. Yeah, sure. Tell me a bit
- 12:52more about it." And then you start the
- 12:53conversation. But the very first hook is
- 12:56a yearable offer, right? Because you're
- 12:57already ranked first. You're already
- 12:58getting all this traffic and um you have
- 13:01all these leads. So, I mean, you just
- 13:03and the fact that you're saying, "Hey,
- 13:04I'm calling up all the businesses in the
- 13:06area to see who wants to take these
- 13:07leads in. They know the competitors
- 13:10exist and they don't want you to call up
- 13:12their competitors and send them the
- 13:14leads. They want to get the leads
- 13:15themselves. So this is a bit of a little
- 13:17thing you can use as well. And that's
- 13:18how you get the foot in the door. That's
- 13:19how you that's how you start
- 13:20conversations. Now I used to then go in
- 13:22and meet them in real life because I
- 13:24think it's important that if you can to
- 13:25go meet the people, sit down with them,
- 13:26explain what you do, how you can like
- 13:28create a partnership. Um that's what I
- 13:30used to do. You don't need to do it. You
- 13:31can just speak over the phone or email.
- 13:33But I used to sit down with them. And um
- 13:35this is the basically it. Don't over
- 13:37complicate this. It's super simple. Just
- 13:39call them up volume. Most of them are
- 13:41not going to pick up. Some of them are
- 13:43going to say no. A lot of them are going
- 13:44to say [ __ ] off. A very few of them are
- 13:46going to say maybe. Some of them are
- 13:47going to say yes and then not do it. And
- 13:51a small minority are going to say yes
- 13:53and then actually do it. Okay? So it's
- 13:54going to take some work. Okay? Because
- 13:56these businesses get blasted every
- 13:58single day with offers. Now the good
- 14:00thing about this is that it is sort of
- 14:01irrefusable offer because your site is
- 14:03already ranking ideally getting leads
- 14:05and calls and so um it's easier for them
- 14:08to take this offer. Now, uh the
- 14:10WordPress plugin, you saw it before I
- 14:12worked, so I won't go over this again.
- 14:13Now, this is basically the intro of what
- 14:15is rank and rent, how much money you can
- 14:17make, how much money I made, how how to
- 14:18get clients. It's pretty
- 14:19straightforward. Don't over complicate
- 14:21this. Don't think you need some weird
- 14:23strategy. Don't get too caught up in the
- 14:25weeds, right? Just just do it. Just go
- 14:26forward with it. Just take some action,
- 14:28right? And if you don't know which path
- 14:30to take, either ask it in the comments
- 14:31or just take one. If you have two paths,
- 14:33okay? Don't just stand right here
- 14:35forever. Just take one. This one doesn't
- 14:36work well, don't go to then go to the
- 14:38other. go back and do go to the other.
- 14:40Okay. And so now the interesting part
- 14:41and you might notice that I'm in a
- 14:43different scenario. It's because I
- 14:44recorded the whole thing and uh yeah,
- 14:46the file got corrupted. So doesn't
- 14:48matter. Let's uh let's just get going.
- 14:49How to do the actual rank and rent in a
- 14:51couple steps. Now the the very first one
- 14:54and it's because rank and rent is mostly
- 14:56associated with uh uh local SEO, right?
- 15:00Is to not neglect Google Maps. Okay? And
- 15:03I have this video right here. I'll leave
- 15:04it in the description. It's a 2hour
- 15:0614-minute local SEO course and this in
- 15:09essence goes over um anything and
- 15:11everything you need to do and know about
- 15:13how to rank um your um site and listing
- 15:17in Google Maps. Okay. Now, the thing is
- 15:19that because you're doing rank and rent,
- 15:21right, your your listing is going to be
- 15:22fake. So, if I go here to for example
- 15:24plumber Dallas, okay, uh again, that
- 15:26course teaches you how to do how to
- 15:28position your um your listing uh right
- 15:31here. Okay? because I mean for local
- 15:32business this is where you're going to
- 15:34get a lot of your leads from this and of
- 15:36course the classic um search but a lot
- 15:39of them will come from the listings okay
- 15:40Google maps right and so it's key right
- 15:43for a proper I mean if you want to get
- 15:45more leads you you can neglect this if
- 15:47you like but to get more leads in you
- 15:49got to do this okay and that video
- 15:51teaches how I'll link it in the
- 15:52description um but uh point being is if
- 15:55you have a rank and rent business it's
- 15:57fake right because then again you you
- 15:59have the site right the site links links
- 16:01to and and sends the leads to a real
- 16:04business, right? But this site is not
- 16:06associated necessarily with business. I
- 16:08mean, if you do the overlay, yes, right?
- 16:11But if you don't do the overlay, right,
- 16:13the site isn't really a business. But
- 16:14regardless if you do the overlay or not,
- 16:16right? If you want to create a a listing
- 16:19right here, a local business listing,
- 16:21right? You have to provide a site. Now,
- 16:22there's not an issue with providing a a
- 16:24a site that doesn't really
- 16:27associate the listing with a real
- 16:29business, right? There's not an issue
- 16:30with that. Uh you still to verify your
- 16:32listing, you're going to have to do a a
- 16:34postcard verification. So Google will
- 16:36send you a physical postcard to your
- 16:38business location, right? To prove that
- 16:40this is a real business location. Now,
- 16:43people have a bunch of black hat uh
- 16:44strategies for this to send postcards to
- 16:47like these fake houses or to send
- 16:49postcards to their grandmother's house,
- 16:52etc. I mean, you can do all this stuff.
- 16:54Um way back when I did this, right? I I
- 16:57associated a my some of my friends or
- 17:00family houses with uh with the business.
- 17:03So the address that was right here,
- 17:04right? The address wasn't really the
- 17:06address of the business, right? It was
- 17:08the address of this random place that
- 17:09had nothing to do with the plastic
- 17:11surgeon or with the clinic or the or the
- 17:13plumber, right? But honestly, people
- 17:15don't really care, right? People don't
- 17:16really go here and see and check, okay,
- 17:18where is this located at? Let me just
- 17:20click this. Is this a real business or
- 17:21like a house? Okay, people don't really
- 17:23see this. People just go here and say,
- 17:24okay, this looks good. Let me read the
- 17:25reviews. go to the side or call up the
- 17:27business. That's all they do. They don't
- 17:28triple check. Now, sometimes like maybe
- 17:31one in a thousand, they will go into the
- 17:32actual place and and like knock on the
- 17:36door, but most people won't do that.
- 17:38Okay? So, all this to say that yes, you
- 17:40need to set up Google Maps and work on
- 17:42your Google Maps SEO, which again, that
- 17:43course teaches you how to do. Uh, but
- 17:45don't be afraid, don't think, oh, don't
- 17:47overthink stuff. As always, don't over
- 17:49don't overthink stuff. Again, it's not
- 17:51ideal. Not ideal that you're going to be
- 17:53creating a fake GMBB, right? Or GBP.
- 17:56It's not ideal, but it's part of the
- 17:58process. Okay? Um, I'll leave it at
- 18:00that. Again, if you have any questions,
- 18:01let me know and I'll I'll answer them in
- 18:02the comments. Okay? But don't neglect
- 18:04Google Maps if you want that those extra
- 18:05leads. Second thing is register an EMD.
- 18:09Okay? ND stands for exact match domain.
- 18:12Here's a couple of examples. You can
- 18:13just do the easiest one is niche
- 18:15pluscity.com. So, plumbernenyc.com or
- 18:17rhinoplasty.com. Now, of course, these
- 18:19are are most likely already already
- 18:21registered because this is a super
- 18:22valuable domain, right? But you can like
- 18:24be a bit creative. Randomly Dallas, for
- 18:26example, or the random Dallas, right?
- 18:28Um, again, if you go for something like
- 18:30this, uh, brothersplumber.co, co uh
- 18:33you're creating a brand, okay, which not
- 18:35necessarily bad, but for rank and rent
- 18:37where the goal is to rank fast, having
- 18:39an exact match domain helps you rank
- 18:41faster because SEO is all about um not
- 18:44all about but some of it is about
- 18:46sprinkling in your keywords in as in as
- 18:48many places as you can. Be it the
- 18:50domain, right? Be it the the meta title,
- 18:54the metad descriptions, right? uh be it
- 18:57the the business name all of these
- 18:59people right here I can assure you that
- 19:00these guys their official business name
- 19:03isn't this right is not doesn't include
- 19:06this it's most likely just this right
- 19:07here though what a lot of people do to
- 19:10like sort of game the system and have
- 19:11yet another place where they sprinkle in
- 19:13their keywords to have it rank higher is
- 19:15to put the business name slashexact
- 19:19match keyword right Dallas emergency
- 19:21plumbers and this is sort of against
- 19:23Google terms of service and it's a risk
- 19:25you take And I again I go over that in
- 19:26the course um because people can report
- 19:29you and all that. Um but yeah, everyone
- 19:32does it. Okay, these guys don't these
- 19:34guys don't really do it. But just know
- 19:36that
- 19:37going back here to the exact match
- 19:39domain, having exact match domain,
- 19:40having your GBP listing where it has the
- 19:42business name dash or the brand name, I
- 19:44guess dash the the exact match keyword.
- 19:47And honestly, if you're if you're going
- 19:49to use an EMD, an exact match domain,
- 19:51right, your business name will be your
- 19:53exact match domain name. So, it's a best
- 19:55of both worlds. Again, just a point of
- 19:57making it easier on you when you're
- 19:59getting started to rank faster is by
- 20:01doing this. Exact match domains still
- 20:02work regardless of what people say out
- 20:04there. They don't work. It is easier to
- 20:07rank an exact match domain than a
- 20:08non-exact match domain. Okay. Now, some
- 20:12of the downsides will be that it's kind
- 20:14of tacky. It's kind of weird how like I
- 20:16mean it's hard to convey a lot of trust
- 20:20from an EMD than it is from a like
- 20:22classic business brand name. That said,
- 20:24as I said before, people just don't
- 20:26really read this stuff. They click, they
- 20:27go to the site, the site looks good.
- 20:28They don't even look at the domain,
- 20:30right? They just see site look like site
- 20:31looks good, excuse me, and they just
- 20:33call up the business or send an inquiry.
- 20:35Okay? So, don't worry too much about
- 20:36this. Doesn't really matter. Don't get
- 20:38too stuck in the weeds or those just to
- 20:40rank. Okay? Um that's that's it. Again,
- 20:43two very very important steps. This one
- 20:45very important and this one important as
- 20:46well to um get things in faster. Now,
- 20:50the the third step is um to use the the
- 20:52WordPress plug-in that I showed you
- 20:54before uh to automate the overlay. Okay.
- 20:57Um again, this is um a nice to have in
- 21:00case you want to overlay. You don't
- 21:01necessarily need to overlay. You can
- 21:02just have the the phone number on your
- 21:03site. So, the site looks like your site
- 21:06and has the your phone number there that
- 21:08when people call them, it redirects to
- 21:10the the other guy's phone. So, it's not
- 21:12necessarily, but I do recommend it
- 21:14because I mean I I don't recommend it
- 21:16necessarily. I'd say test it out. Test
- 21:18to see which one has the highest
- 21:19conversion rates. There you go. Okay.
- 21:21Whether that be for converting the
- 21:23people you want to rent your site to or
- 21:27the actual customers going to the site.
- 21:28Okay? Because the overlay plug-in is is
- 21:31a great way is a great sales tactic to
- 21:33sell people or businesses to have to pay
- 21:36you to rent out the pages. Okay? Now,
- 21:38let's get into the meat of it. Um, step
- 21:40four, keyword research. And if you've
- 21:42watched this channel before and if you
- 21:43know anything about SEO, this this right
- 21:45here is key, right? It's in the name,
- 21:47right? Um, before anything else, right,
- 21:50is key research. In fact, I would say
- 21:51there's even a step right here before,
- 21:53which is your um your ICP, right? Your
- 21:55ideal client profile, okay, nailing down
- 21:57who your clients are will allow you to
- 22:00generate the keywords that these clients
- 22:02could potentially be searching for on
- 22:04Google. So, let's keep with the same
- 22:06example of of plastic surgery, right?
- 22:08Let's say we want to focus on a specific
- 22:11subniche within the plastic surgery
- 22:13niche, which is um a mommy makeover. So,
- 22:16let's just do mommy makeover surgery,
- 22:20which is basically what some women do
- 22:22after being um having a child. Um which
- 22:26is I don't tucking up the belly and and
- 22:28putting up the breasts up. Again, if you
- 22:30ask me how I know all this, it's because
- 22:32I I worked in this niche for a long
- 22:33time. Again, it's very popular. Okay?
- 22:35And so the SCP would be of course women
- 22:38I would say um 25 or 30 plus years old,
- 22:44right? And um yeah, this this basically
- 22:47this let's just deal with this. Okay.
- 22:49And so we know that this is RCP women
- 22:52who recently had a baby or two,
- 22:53whatever, and they're between this age
- 22:55or at least this age, right? Um and so
- 22:58okay, now let's put ourselves in their
- 23:00shoes. What could these people be
- 23:02searching for on Google, right? The of
- 23:04course they could be searching for like
- 23:05exact match keyword. So mommy makeover
- 23:08surgery, right? But this is maybe a bit
- 23:10too competitive, right? Um or even too
- 23:13broad because people searching for this
- 23:15might not necessarily want to do the
- 23:16surgery, might just be interested in
- 23:18seeing what it is. Okay, so something
- 23:20else you could be a bit more bottom of
- 23:21the funnel is mommy makeover surgery
- 23:27price. Okay, so most likely someone
- 23:29looking at the price is interested in
- 23:31doing one. Okay. Something else could be
- 23:37plastic surgery clinics for right there.
- 23:42You go. You get the point right here.
- 23:43The point is we we shouldn't necessarily
- 23:46focus on traffic, right? Let's assume
- 23:49these long longtail keyword has 10
- 23:53people a month searching for it, which
- 23:55is not much. Let's say this one has like
- 23:56maybe maybe 50. I don't know, right?
- 23:58Doesn't really matter, right? It might
- 23:59seem small, but the goal isn't to get
- 24:01traffic. Traffic is a vanity metric,
- 24:03right? Just because you have one billion
- 24:05people accessing your site every month
- 24:06doesn't mean, right? There's no
- 24:08correlation between that and making more
- 24:11money, right? It's not about the
- 24:12traffic. It's about the intent of the
- 24:13traffic. It's about going for high
- 24:15buying intent keywords. And I I've
- 24:17talked about this before, but if we draw
- 24:18a matrix where in the y-axis we have the
- 24:22uh buying intent, so the intent behind
- 24:25the purchase of the keyword, right? And
- 24:26the in the x-axis we have traffic which
- 24:29usually for a certain keyword the higher
- 24:31the traffic that keyword has the higher
- 24:32the competition. Okay, buying intent
- 24:35right here. Um again I'll give you an
- 24:37example before I go with this. So let's
- 24:39say I have an iPhone repair shop. Okay I
- 24:42repair iPhones but people before they
- 24:44come into my shop they come into my
- 24:45site. So this is my website right?
- 24:46People come in and they can come in for
- 24:48searching for keywords like how to
- 24:49repair an iPhone. But they can also come
- 24:51in for search from searching for
- 24:52keywords like um uh where to repair an
- 24:54iPhone or how much does it cost to
- 24:56repair an iPhone. Now we could say that
- 24:57the the keyword how has 10,000 searches
- 25:00a month. But the the sum of the volume
- 25:02of these keywords where or how much has
- 25:04only 1,000, right? That being said, if
- 25:07you were just to look at the traffic,
- 25:08we'd go for the wrong keyword because
- 25:10someone searching for how most likely
- 25:12they want to do it themselves, right?
- 25:14While someone searching for where or how
- 25:15much, well, most likely they want to pay
- 25:17someone to do it for them, right? So
- 25:19it's not about the traffic. Traffic can
- 25:20be a vanity metric. It's about the
- 25:22buying intent behind set search query.
- 25:25Okay. Now, of course, it's not to say
- 25:27that you can't convert these people. Of
- 25:28course, you can convert some of the
- 25:30people searching for how. Let's say for
- 25:31example, you rank like this amazing step
- 25:3310step guide on how to fix your iPhone
- 25:36step one with a video with a couple like
- 25:39proper proper amazing guide. And at the
- 25:41end, you say, "Hey, listen. You can do
- 25:42it for you can do it yourself or you can
- 25:44just come into our store and we'll do it
- 25:45for you." Right? Maybe you can convert
- 25:47some of these people because they'll try
- 25:48it and say, "It's too complicated, too
- 25:49dangerous. I don't want to mess it up.
- 25:50I'll just come into your to your store
- 25:52and do it and have you do it for me."
- 25:54So, yes, you can convert some of these
- 25:55people, right? But it's much more of a
- 25:58competitive keyword and much more of a a
- 26:01long conversion journey, right? Where
- 26:03these ones because they have le less
- 26:04traffic, right? They're less
- 26:06competitive, meaning easier to rank for,
- 26:08and the conversion journey is much
- 26:10shorter, right? Because they're actively
- 26:12looking to buy something. I mean the
- 26:14highest buying intent keyword is buy
- 26:17chair buy something online of course now
- 26:20going back to this again to the keyword
- 26:21matrix where again buying intent in the
- 26:23y- axis traffic competition in the
- 26:25x-axis when you have all your keywords
- 26:26right a list of your keywords right you
- 26:28just sprinkle them here right just
- 26:30sprinkle them here according to what
- 26:32they their stats I guess and you don't
- 26:34go for keywords here nor here why
- 26:36because these two quadrants mean low
- 26:38buying intent this is the worst one low
- 26:40buying intent high traffic not only is
- 26:41it hard to rank for those keywords but
- 26:42if you rank for them most likely to make
- 26:43$0 off of them, right? You should go for
- 26:45this one and this one. These two
- 26:47quadrants have high buying intent,
- 26:48meaning people searching for it are
- 26:50likely to buy whatever it is you're
- 26:52selling. Okay, so this is the exercise I
- 26:54make um when when going for keywords,
- 26:56it's going for intent in specific buying
- 26:59intent, not necessarily um search
- 27:01traffic. And you can use tools like
- 27:02AdSaf
- 27:05is paid though. Um let's just do for
- 27:07example, mommy makeover surgery. There
- 27:11you go. is set to Portugal to United
- 27:14States. And by the way, I mean, you can
- 27:15do this in in so many languages. I I
- 27:18won't even touch upon uh the
- 27:20international non-English-sp speakaking
- 27:21SEO. I've talked about this many many
- 27:23times. It is insane how untapped the
- 27:25non-English-speaking markets are in
- 27:27terms of SEO, right? Because more people
- 27:29speak more people don't speak English
- 27:31than ones who do speak English. So,
- 27:33there's a lot of untapped markets to
- 27:35capture traffic from non-English
- 27:37speaking customers. It is insane. It is
- 27:38way less competitive and there's a lot
- 27:40of money to be made there. Regardless,
- 27:41we can we can speak that about that
- 27:43another time. I think I made a video on
- 27:44that. I'll link it below in the
- 27:45description because it is just insane.
- 27:47In fact, quick plug right here. I'll
- 27:48even do a quick plug um to a case study
- 27:52of who we use our this is our software
- 27:53by the way, Arvo. He he had a he's a
- 27:56French guy. He owns a a French marketing
- 27:58agency. I think yeah, it's this one
- 27:59right here where he he took right here.
- 28:01He took a bunch of um a bunch of YouTube
- 28:04videos. Okay. He took a bunch of YouTube
- 28:06videos that were in English. Okay. In
- 28:09English. He took them, he converted them
- 28:12into blog posts in French. So he
- 28:16converted the medium of consumption from
- 28:18video to written format and from English
- 28:22to French. And he was able to gather
- 28:24almost 6,000 6,000, excuse me, in
- 28:26monthly organic search traffic just off
- 28:28of this. This is by the way using one of
- 28:30these features uh right here, video to
- 28:32blog post, which converts videos into
- 28:34blog posts. Now, he converted the
- 28:36medium. He converted the video to
- 28:37written. You you didn't even need to
- 28:39convert the medium. Now, I'll I'll go
- 28:41here on YouTube real quick to show you a
- 28:42video that I made a while back that goes
- 28:44over this guy right here. It took from
- 28:48literal zero to excuse me from Norway.
- 28:51100% of his traffic comes from Norway,
- 28:52right? Zero to 4,000 a month in no time.
- 28:56All these are based AI based posts. So,
- 28:59all all the content is AI based. Again,
- 29:01I'll leave a link for this as well in
- 29:02the description. Point being is to show
- 29:03you that if he were to rank for these
- 29:05keywords in the English speaking market,
- 29:06he wouldn't even get close to those 4K,
- 29:093K, right? Again, of course, the English
- 29:11based market has more money, right? But
- 29:13the in terms of um ratio effort or ROI,
- 29:17ROI to effort, it's very high if you
- 29:20target non-English speaking markets. But
- 29:21again, this could be a video in itself.
- 29:23We'll we'll talk about that another
- 29:24time. Going back here, um you can use
- 29:27RGR for keyword research. I mean this is
- 29:28great to find commonly asked questions
- 29:30to produce content for terms how much
- 29:32does it cost uh location again have a
- 29:34great other keyword someone looking for
- 29:36surgery name in location most likely is
- 29:38looking to do one uh let's see here what
- 29:40else we have um I mean you get the point
- 29:43uh near me let's see what else uh is it
- 29:46safe before and afters how long does it
- 29:48does it take again all keywords people
- 29:50searching for most likely want to do one
- 29:52uh but again you can also use uh Google
- 29:54keyword planner Google has this Google
- 29:56keyword planner which is a free tool by
- 29:58from Google to use and find keywords in
- 29:59their volumes or if you just search for
- 30:01something out here you scroll down
- 30:02Google gives you another terms people
- 30:03also search for so there's free ways to
- 30:05do any of this don't need to use paid
- 30:06tools even even arro which is again my
- 30:09software which people use to see all the
- 30:11the case studies you saw before anything
- 30:13this does you can do manually okay this
- 30:15isn't magic arvo is not a magic software
- 30:18anything this does right here a human
- 30:20can do this just saves you a ton of time
- 30:22because it does it all for you
- 30:23automatically which is pretty cool in
- 30:25fact I mean since we're here again you
- 30:26guess you can you can skip this part if
- 30:28you want. Uh here's the best example I
- 30:30can show you of how AI is utilized in in
- 30:32this just to save you a bunch of time.
- 30:34This site optimizer just click here to
- 30:35add your site, right? Add your site, add
- 30:37your language, add how many pages you
- 30:38wanted to crawl. What it does is it
- 30:40analyzes in this case 50 pages on my
- 30:43site, right? And it analyzed my
- 30:45technical SEO. It analyzed my page
- 30:47titles, my meta descriptions, my canonic
- 30:49URLs, my image all text, my internal
- 30:51links, my schema, which we'll talk a
- 30:52bit, right? I think you talked about
- 30:53already. And it basically gives me
- 30:55recommendations. For example, uh it says
- 30:58uh my page style for this right here for
- 31:00let's see for my Shopify page. Let's
- 31:02just open it right here.
- 31:03arvel.com/shopify,
- 31:04which is a simple page, right? Just a
- 31:06page of of the integration. Okay, pretty
- 31:08straightforward. If you mean if you're a
- 31:09local business, this would be like a a
- 31:11service page or a location page. If you
- 31:13were a um e-commerce store, this would
- 31:15be your product page. We're just we're a
- 31:17software. That's why it's this right
- 31:18here. It's a feature page. Uh but it
- 31:20says, "Hey, listen. This is your current
- 31:21page style. We recommend you change it
- 31:23to this and here's why." So it gives you
- 31:25the reasoning as to why it thinks you
- 31:26should change it from this to this. And
- 31:28if you just hit hit apply, right, the AI
- 31:30will jump onto your site, right? Change
- 31:31your meta title just like that without
- 31:33even you having to log in to change it.
- 31:36And it does this. I mean, you can apply
- 31:37or discard certain changes based on what
- 31:38you agree or disagree. And the AI will
- 31:40learn for future recommendations. Same
- 31:42thing for meta descriptions, can URLs,
- 31:43even image all text, which I can assure
- 31:45you, by the way, if you try this now,
- 31:46you'll have a bunch of images with all
- 31:48text. Okay, internal links. It's pretty
- 31:50cool, right? Again, all of this humans
- 31:52can do, but uh let's say you have a
- 31:53bunch of pages on your site, a bunch of
- 31:55them, okay? Your homepage, right? Your
- 31:59blog page one, blog post two, your
- 32:01services page, your your product page,
- 32:04your location page, your about I mean
- 32:06all these page about us page, right? It
- 32:08is very important for SEO purposes that
- 32:09there's a proper internal linking
- 32:11structure between all these pages in a
- 32:14way that makes sense. Now it is very
- 32:16painful to okay let me figure out well
- 32:19what all the pages on my site are let me
- 32:21go through all them and let me see okay
- 32:22which ones should I be interlinking to
- 32:24and then what would be the anchor text
- 32:26that I would need to use the little text
- 32:28you click in to go with a link for each
- 32:30page and then actually logging in into
- 32:32your CMS WordPress Shopify weeks
- 32:35whatever to do all those changes takes a
- 32:37lot of time what this does is it
- 32:39automates the whole process for example
- 32:40right here it's suggesting we link this
- 32:42page to this one using this anchor text
- 32:45And here's why. And then if you hit
- 32:46apply, the JI will jump in, add the
- 32:49link, boom, there you go. So again, all
- 32:51this does you can do manually. It just
- 32:54saves you a bunch of time. Okay, this
- 32:55schema as well, FAQ schema. I mean, if
- 32:57you saw before, um, let me show you a
- 33:00perfect example of schema. Schema is
- 33:01just a little snippet of code you can
- 33:02add to your site that gives you extra
- 33:04things, I guess, in these search engine
- 33:06ranking pages. For example, this right
- 33:07here, these little star rings right
- 33:09here. These are done with schema, schema
- 33:11markup in specific. And these little
- 33:13things, sometimes you have pictures
- 33:14right here. I'm sure you saw like some
- 33:15image right here. This is done with
- 33:16schema. Okay, schema markup. Again, I'll
- 33:19leave a link for a video talks about
- 33:20this uh down below in the description.
- 33:22Okay, it's all going to be tagged so you
- 33:23know which videos are that I'm
- 33:24mentioning. Um, this is very important
- 33:27because this not only gives you more
- 33:28pixels, okay, so more chances of eyeball
- 33:30seeing it, but also I mean it is a
- 33:33pretty uh unique thing that that not not
- 33:35most of these results have. So your eyes
- 33:37are drawn to this, even the ones with
- 33:38images, right? This is done with schema
- 33:40start product schema or starting schema
- 33:42image based schema local business
- 33:43schema. There's all these schemas for
- 33:45example um can dogs eat strawberries
- 33:48right this right here which again is a
- 33:50big section the sites will show up here
- 33:53show up here for a reason because they
- 33:55have FAQ schema right on their pages
- 33:58okay most of them. So it's very
- 34:01important as well. But again going back
- 34:03here a bit of a detour. Um going back to
- 34:06keyword research. Uh again you can use
- 34:08paid tools or free tools. Just make sure
- 34:09that you follow this um this thought
- 34:12process. Again my whole goal of this
- 34:13series is to teach you my thought
- 34:14process from the ICP to the keyword
- 34:16finding to why we find certain keywords.
- 34:18Why we don't focus on search volume. We
- 34:20focus on intent. Okay. That's basically
- 34:21it. And um I mean to know and to find
- 34:24keywords. Yeah, you can use tools, but I
- 34:25think the best way is to think of
- 34:27yourself and put yourself in your
- 34:28customer's shoes and think, okay, what
- 34:29what would I be searching for if I had
- 34:31this pain and need what what would I be
- 34:33searching for on Google? And and then
- 34:35you can use tools to validate your your
- 34:36thesis. Now, number five, and actually
- 34:40before number five, let me just go over
- 34:42something which I think is very
- 34:43important because when you talk about
- 34:44SEO, right, we you have to talk about
- 34:47the the the three main pillars of SEO,
- 34:49which are the onpage SEO, right?
- 34:52everything that happens on your site,
- 34:54off-page SEO, which is everything that
- 34:56happens off your site, and then
- 34:58technical SEO, which is the boring
- 35:00stuff. Uh, I guess we'll start with
- 35:02technical SEO, which is what this little
- 35:03thing helps you do, right? The page
- 35:05titles, the meta description, metatitle,
- 35:07because I mean, if we go here to the
- 35:10same example, Alammer, right? It is very
- 35:12important to choose a proper metatitle
- 35:15and a proper metad description for two
- 35:17reasons. First for SEO purpose, excuse
- 35:19me, in the sense that you need to
- 35:20sprinkle your keywords onto your
- 35:22metadata title and onto your metad
- 35:23description and then for CTR purposes,
- 35:25click through rate purposes, okay?
- 35:28Because it has to be a non- boring title
- 35:31and to the point, right? This one is
- 35:33much more um clickable. I would even
- 35:37argue that this one has high ISDR
- 35:39because it's easier to read. There's not
- 35:41enough there's no fluff. It's pretty
- 35:42straightforward. Let me show you. This
- 35:44one is a bad example, right? It is too
- 35:46long. the the medium recommendation is
- 35:48only 60 characters because if you write
- 35:49more well you get this and so anything
- 35:51right after that it's it's pointless
- 35:53doesn't don't no need to and it's just
- 35:55too long right it's too long right this
- 35:57one I don't think it makes makes much
- 35:59sense it's just a waste of time why is
- 36:00the word home written here doesn't make
- 36:02any sense it's not enticing enough this
- 36:04one is great voted the best plumbers in
- 36:06Dallas great one okay amazing right
- 36:09there's even some people who add their
- 36:10phone numbers like at the front which
- 36:13could be even in in and of itself Excuse
- 36:16me. Because if you add your phone number
- 36:17right here, you could argue that people
- 36:19don't have the need to click. They just
- 36:21call up the number so get you get less
- 36:22CTR, so you get ranked a bit down. I
- 36:25mean, yeah, there you go. Right. Um, but
- 36:28point being is that these need to be
- 36:29optimized. This is not a good idea.
- 36:31These need to be optimized both for both
- 36:33for SEO, excuse me. So, sprinkling in
- 36:35your main keywords in the title and the
- 36:36description and so for CTR. Okay. And by
- 36:39the way, something else that helps with
- 36:40CTR is schema, right? The little star
- 36:41ratings, uh, the images that sometimes
- 36:43appear here. There you go. This is
- 36:45sponsored, but you can do this without
- 36:46being sponsored. The images, all this
- 36:48stuff. Okay, it it does help with CTR.
- 36:51Okay, so that second technio, all this
- 36:54this stuff right here, internal linking
- 36:55structures, uh image alt text, all this
- 36:57stuff, all the boring stuff. And also,
- 36:59of course, uh for example, site speed,
- 37:01uh you can be ranking first, but if your
- 37:03site takes like 10 seconds to load,
- 37:04well, people click it and then they're
- 37:06just going to click off because I mean,
- 37:07who want who wants to wait 10 seconds?
- 37:09And this will eventually impact you uh
- 37:12later down the line because Google sees
- 37:14that you're ranking first, right? People
- 37:16are clicking your site, going to it, but
- 37:18then going back, bouncing, right?
- 37:19Eventually, you're going to drop off and
- 37:21these guys are going to outrank you. So,
- 37:22all this is the boring stuff of SEO,
- 37:24technical SEO. Then we have off-page
- 37:26SEO, which is basically building back
- 37:27links. So, link building. And uh I'll
- 37:29leave a link as well for free 100% free
- 37:31course. Um I mean, actually, I'll just
- 37:33show you what video it is. It's quite
- 37:34simple. Just go to my channel, Vasos SEO
- 37:37Tips. Just type in
- 37:40just type in backlinks. Okay, and it's
- 37:44this video right here. Okay, there you
- 37:47go. It's this basically teaches you
- 37:48everything every single thing I know
- 37:50that you need to know about how to build
- 37:52backlinks step by step without hiding a
- 37:54single thing. Off pages is basically
- 37:55that basically building backlinks and
- 37:56that course teaches you how many
- 37:58backlinks to build, which ones to build,
- 38:00what's a good backlink, what's a bad
- 38:01backlink, anchor text rotations, all
- 38:03this all this stuff. Okay. Then finally
- 38:05on on pages here which which is
- 38:07everything that happens on your site,
- 38:09how you write things, how like what you
- 38:12write etc. Everything happens on the
- 38:13site which is related with um step
- 38:16number three or step number five, excuse
- 38:17me, which is now we have done all this
- 38:20stuff preparing for this. We've done the
- 38:22key research. Now it's time to produce
- 38:23content, right? SEO is is content
- 38:25marketing, right? We have to make sure
- 38:27that Google knows, okay, these guys this
- 38:28domain is relevant for these keywords
- 38:30because they pump out content about
- 38:31these keywords. And that's where uh
- 38:33where blog posts um come in. Now, don't
- 38:35think about blog posts as an outpat
- 38:37strategy. A blog post doesn't
- 38:39necessarily need to be the classic
- 38:40boring blog post. Not at all. Right? It
- 38:42can be something that that's of pure
- 38:44value. Okay? And so, and I'll go over
- 38:47that in a bit, right? Uh but we have to
- 38:50produce we have to produce blog posts or
- 38:52content, right, around the niche, right?
- 38:54Our whole goal is for Google to
- 38:56understand that our domain right here is
- 38:58the go-to, is the most relevant source
- 39:00for any info on, for example, plastic
- 39:02surgery in in in Dallas, right? We are
- 39:04the go-to guys for anything and
- 39:06everything related with mommy mommy
- 39:08makeover. Okay? And by the way, if
- 39:10you're doing um for example plastic
- 39:12surgery niche, I recommend you niche
- 39:14down a bit. So don't do plastic surgery
- 39:16Dallas. do um breast augmentation Dallas
- 39:19or do um rhinoplasty dials or do go a
- 39:22level down because it's going to be
- 39:23easier, right? Because the keyword
- 39:26specific keyword has less competition
- 39:28than the main keyword. So go go a level
- 39:30down if you're just getting started. I
- 39:31would advise you to do that because it's
- 39:33going to be easier. Okay? And then it's
- 39:35going to be easier because when you have
- 39:36a domain that's generic like
- 39:37rhinoplasty, you excuse me like a like
- 39:40plastic surgery on that domain you're
- 39:42going to have to cover all these
- 39:43different surgeries, right? So it's
- 39:45going to be harder for Google to put you
- 39:46in a box if you just talk about
- 39:47rhinoplasty, right? Then you are easily
- 39:50it's easier to become the authority in
- 39:52the niche for rhinoplasty than for these
- 39:53guys that talk about rhinoplasty, breast
- 39:56augmentation, mom makeover. So it's
- 39:58going to be easier and faster for you to
- 39:59do it than than if you just started with
- 40:01the higher up higher up niche. Hopefully
- 40:04that made sense. Okay, so now how you do
- 40:06this? Well, again, I mean you can use AI
- 40:08or not. I recommend you use AI because
- 40:10it's just way faster. Um just produce
- 40:12content. Okay, produce content. Again,
- 40:15you can use my software and I'll show
- 40:16you how to use this, how we do it with
- 40:18this, but again, anything this does,
- 40:21again, I'll repeat, anything this does,
- 40:23you can do manually. Okay, everything.
- 40:25This is not a magic tool at all. Just
- 40:28saves you a ton of time. So, I'll show
- 40:29you how we do it in this, but you can
- 40:30take this and do it manually. Okay, two
- 40:33things. First is the the content and
- 40:35then I want to talk about uh how you
- 40:38produce it and why you produce it. So
- 40:39it's basically looking at what the
- 40:41competition is doing and doing the same.
- 40:43Okay. So for example, this is all done
- 40:44with AI. Again, you can do this is you
- 40:46can do this. Anyone can do this, right?
- 40:48This is for a dealership in tax for
- 40:50example. And the this is the if you're
- 40:53doing this uh blog post. I want you to
- 40:55follow this structure. Quick intro, key
- 40:57takeaways, and then you start the
- 40:58content. In the content, make sure you
- 41:00have of course your keywords need to be
- 41:01sprinkled in in the in the titles, the
- 41:03H2, right? Audrey textes, right? And the
- 41:06content itself. Okay. Then add in
- 41:08article images. Add internal links,
- 41:10links to other pages on your site. Add
- 41:12external links, linking out to external
- 41:14authority sources like Wikipedia. For
- 41:15example, if you're writing an article
- 41:17about finance, link out to Investopedia,
- 41:19um Bloomberg, Techrunch, all these
- 41:21authorative publication in Google's eyes
- 41:24for finance related topics. Okay? Add um
- 41:27bullets, tables, quotes, add in article
- 41:29videos that add relevancy to your video.
- 41:30Again, this is all done with the AI knew
- 41:32what the article was about and all the
- 41:33images and even the videos, right, are
- 41:35relevant for for this topic in specific.
- 41:37Okay, add videos, right? And then I have
- 41:39an FAQ section down at the bottom. Okay,
- 41:42this is the classic uh blog post
- 41:44structure which if you use Arvo and you
- 41:46do it with this um the output's going to
- 41:48be this the classic the standard
- 41:50standardized blog post which is this
- 41:52because it's the best for both rankings
- 41:55and user experience. Here's why. When I
- 41:57go into an article, let's say I don't
- 41:59have any of this, right? It is a pain in
- 42:01the butt to have to go through it and
- 42:04find where does this article actually
- 42:06talk about what I want to know. Does it
- 42:08not? Having a simple intro and a key to
- 42:10ex key takeaway section, excuse me,
- 42:12tells me right off the bat. And by the
- 42:13way, a table of contents as well, which
- 42:14you can have at the left hand side or
- 42:16the top gives the user the ability and
- 42:19improves their user experience because
- 42:20they know, okay, do they talk about the
- 42:22okay, they do, okay, let's go, right?
- 42:23It's much more friendly for the user.
- 42:26Also, by the way, add a featured image.
- 42:27Don't forget about this, okay? And if
- 42:29you're using this, by the way, and
- 42:30there's anything you don't like, you can
- 42:31just speak with it back and forth and
- 42:32say, "Uh, I don't like the intro. It's
- 42:36too beginner friendly.
- 42:39Write it more tailored for existing Audi
- 42:43owners, right? And you can just as if
- 42:45you're using Chach, right? You can speak
- 42:47back and forth with this and change
- 42:48things around. You can say add an image
- 42:51of a dog or add a a link to Wikipedia on
- 42:57the third paragraph." I mean, you can do
- 42:58anything you want. Add a table comparing
- 43:00these two brands. I mean, literally
- 43:02anything you want, you can do. You can
- 43:03speak back and forth with it. Um, which
- 43:06I don't think you can do with GPT. Maybe
- 43:08you can. Not too sure. Again, I'm just
- 43:09showing you this. Just showing you this.
- 43:10Excuse me. Because if you're using AI
- 43:12regardless if it's this or another one,
- 43:14right? You have the ability to speak
- 43:15back and forth and you can in this case
- 43:17except for the client to the article and
- 43:19change things around. Or you can just
- 43:20select things and say uh add links, add
- 43:22keywords. So, another way to sprinkle in
- 43:23more of your keywords here, rewrite
- 43:25things, make it simple, make it longer,
- 43:26make it short. custom AI prompts. Point
- 43:28being that if you're using AI,
- 43:29regardless if it's this one or another
- 43:31one, right? Don't just take the output
- 43:33of the AI as default, right? Read
- 43:34through it, see if it's good, and then
- 43:36iterate and change some things. Maybe
- 43:37it's a good way to add more keywords
- 43:39because it hasn't sprinkled in all the
- 43:41right keywords in. Maybe it's a good way
- 43:43to add a custom prompt. Maybe it's a
- 43:44good way to add the table, make it even
- 43:45more user friendly. Maybe add an image.
- 43:47So, don't just take the default AI
- 43:49prompt. Again, could be the default AI
- 43:51prompt from GPT, Grock, Perplexi,
- 43:54Orville, doesn't matter. whichever you
- 43:56use, if you want to pay me or the other
- 43:58big corporations, doesn't really matter
- 44:00or do it yourself, right? Revise what
- 44:02the output is, okay? Don't just blindly
- 44:04post uh AI basic. I mean, you can, it
- 44:06does work and even works better for non-
- 44:09English speaking niches. Uh it's the
- 44:10it's insane the amount of results we see
- 44:13with this. And by the way, they're all
- 44:14on the Arles website right here in the
- 44:15case studies um tab. But yeah, um again
- 44:19going back here, um the the second thing
- 44:22is to uh okay, how do I know what the
- 44:25type of content I should be producing?
- 44:27Well, the easiest way to know this is to
- 44:29Google it. So, let's just say for
- 44:31example, mommy makeover surgery uh
- 44:34taxes, right? We have to see, okay, what
- 44:37type of content is Google ranking for
- 44:39these keywords? Okay, because this tells
- 44:42me, okay, Google is wants to serve
- 44:45customers, right? this type of content,
- 44:48right? Google thinks that these guys
- 44:50have the the content that's on these
- 44:53sites satisfy the user search intent the
- 44:55best for this keyword in specific. And
- 44:57so we look at this. Okay, H1 right here.
- 45:00I'm guessing this is an H1. Let me see
- 45:02here. H1. Okay, this is an H2. So
- 45:04there's no H1 on this page, which is
- 45:06interesting. Okay, they should have an
- 45:07H1. Maybe I'm missing it, but I don't
- 45:09see it right here, which is weird.
- 45:10Should be an H1. This is ranking first,
- 45:12by the way. And then, excuse me. What
- 45:14content do we have here? Okay. Be a
- 45:16paragraph. What keywords does it
- 45:17include? Okay. Talks about the doctor.
- 45:19Okay. Has a before and after right here.
- 45:21Um, is it for me? Request consultation,
- 45:24real patient, etc. What it is, right? A
- 45:27bunch of FAQs right here. A couple of
- 45:30links to other internal links to other
- 45:31surgery.
- 45:39What is Google valuing for this keyword
- 45:42in specific? What does Google think it's
- 45:44the most relevant search result for
- 45:46people searching for this keyword? Well,
- 45:49it is this. And so when I'm producing
- 45:51content, right, whether I'm using Arvo
- 45:53or not, I want to emulate I want to take
- 45:55this and make it better. Even by the
- 45:58way, again, sorry to promote Arvo over
- 46:01and over again. But you can just go
- 46:02here. I think this is free by the way,
- 46:04still. So you can just go here and say
- 46:06editor, uh, start from a link. Boom.
- 46:08Boom. And you can create a draft based
- 46:10off of an existing competitor's uh
- 46:13content and then you can edit it if you
- 46:15want. You can add images. You can again
- 46:16speak with the assistant to say hey uh
- 46:19mention my brand. You put your brand
- 46:22remove all mentions from the brand and
- 46:26just copy this for the brand. Boom.
- 46:29Right here. Okay. Uh etc. You get the
- 46:32point. You can speak back and forth with
- 46:33it. I mean you can say ask it to add
- 46:35more tables, add more images. Point
- 46:36being is you can take their existing
- 46:37content as a draft because we are basing
- 46:39our content off of what Google is
- 46:41already valuing as the content it
- 46:43satisfies the user search intent the
- 46:45best. Hopefully all that made sense.
- 46:47Again this is all what is cover etc blah
- 46:50blah this hasn't got my okay has a
- 46:52couple of content you get the point
- 46:53right? So look at what's ranking and try
- 46:55to emulate the content to make sure that
- 46:57we can provide and satisfy the search
- 47:00intent the best. Okay that's in essence
- 47:04that that's basically it. And again,
- 47:05don't don't overthink stuff, okay? Just
- 47:08start doing it. I know you have a bunch
- 47:10of questions in your mind most likely.
- 47:13Don't don't just just do it, okay? And
- 47:15because as you do it, you're going to
- 47:16find a lot of your questions are going
- 47:18to be like, "Oh, okay. That question
- 47:20really didn't really make much sense."
- 47:23So, but regardless, if you have any
- 47:24questions, just drop them down below and
- 47:25I I'll I'll answer them. Excuse me. Even
- 47:27if this video was posted like a year
- 47:28ago, I I'll still answer them. So, don't
- 47:30don't be shy. Ask ask anything you want.
- 47:32Uh, again, I'm here to help because
- 47:33being full transparent, the whole goal
- 47:35why I publish this stuff is to teach you
- 47:37every single thing I know about SEO so
- 47:39that eventually you you'll pay me to do
- 47:41it for you or use my software. It's
- 47:43basically it. So, I have no interest in
- 47:44hiding anything from you or not
- 47:45answering your questions. Okay. Now, by
- 47:48the way, quick tangent right here. uh
- 47:50when I say can be info no issue is
- 47:53because nowadays with LLMs right when
- 47:55you search for example for what is a
- 47:57mommy makeover surgery right most likely
- 48:01Google AI overviews are going to answer
- 48:03this or Google AI mode or I can just
- 48:05drop this into chatbt or let's super
- 48:07plexi for now and it's going to answer
- 48:09me real quick I don't need to like open
- 48:11up a blog post I mean I can because
- 48:14maybe it's bit more convenient has a
- 48:16video has images right but I can just
- 48:18right here just takes it from here. Now,
- 48:21when I say there's no issue is because
- 48:24this mode or the AI overviews, this is
- 48:27not this is not the AI mode. It's the AI
- 48:28overview. The AI mode is something new
- 48:30that's only rolled out in the US, in
- 48:31India, I think. Uh AI mode is like
- 48:33basically Google's version of chatb.
- 48:35It's basically chat embedded on Google.
- 48:37It's a little tab that shows up right
- 48:38here. And if you're in the US, you've
- 48:40you already used it. uh regardless right
- 48:42when I say there's no issue in producing
- 48:44info based content for generic keywords
- 48:45and I know I talked about producing
- 48:47content for um bottom of the funnel
- 48:48which is very important but there's not
- 48:50a ne there's not necessarily an issue
- 48:52about producing top of the funnel ones
- 48:54information based ones because these are
- 48:56always going to link out to the sources
- 48:58always and then some people right are
- 49:01not even going to click it but one could
- 49:03argue that the people that click it
- 49:04click it excuse me are the people who
- 49:06want to know more and are the people
- 49:08actually going to buy the product or
- 49:09service. Okay, right here, for example,
- 49:11these are all coming from well-known
- 49:13sources where people can go in and read
- 49:15more. And this could be your site. This
- 49:17could be your practice. So, it only you
- 49:19only show up here in the AI search if
- 49:21you produce content. And I urge you to
- 49:23again going back here on YouTube to
- 49:25watch this video right here, which goes
- 49:26over how to do LM SEO, which basically
- 49:29tells you in a in a long long manner
- 49:33that, and I'll link it in the
- 49:35description. It's this one right here.
- 49:36tells you okay to show up on these LMS
- 49:38CHP perplexity rock et doesn't matter
- 49:41you have to be producing content because
- 49:43these none of this is made up this is
- 49:46all taken from multiple sources same
- 49:47thing with chd same thing with
- 49:48perplexity and then they link out to the
- 49:51sources so to show up here you have to
- 49:53produce content to be cited that's it
- 49:55okay if again I recommend you watch this
- 49:57right here uh it boils down in this one
- 49:59as well how to do uh LM SEO uh which is
- 50:02which is key nowadays okay but by the
- 50:05way if you're already doing the classic
- 50:06SEO, you'll be doing LM SEO by default.
- 50:09Okay. Now, uh number six, and I guess
- 50:12before number six, uh maybe you have
- 50:14this question in mind. Uh your your
- 50:16structure should look something like
- 50:17this, right? You you have your your
- 50:19homepage. Okay. Boom. Your homepage.
- 50:21Okay. Then you're going to have your uh
- 50:23your your service page, services. You're
- 50:26going to have your blog pages, which
- 50:28you're going to have your your basic
- 50:30content. There are a bunch of blog
- 50:31pages, a bunch of blog posts. Okay.
- 50:33You're going to have your your contacts
- 50:35page, okay? You're going to have your uh
- 50:37your about us page. Again, it's going to
- 50:38be sort of a fake business, so doesn't
- 50:40really matter too much. Just make it
- 50:42look real. Um and just follow the
- 50:46structure of a competitor you're trying
- 50:49to beat. Don't overthink this, okay?
- 50:51Look at the site in the same niche as
- 50:52you, right? See what pages they have and
- 50:55create the same pages, okay? The same
- 50:57structure of the site, if that makes
- 50:58sense. Maybe a a before and after
- 51:00section. Okay? This, of course, if you
- 51:03overlay someone else's site on top of
- 51:04yours, you won't necessarily necessarily
- 51:07need to do pages like this because a
- 51:09before and after page section is more
- 51:12for customer experience than Google
- 51:14rankings. Okay? Uh you still need the
- 51:17bot page regardless and a contact page
- 51:19because even with the overlay, right? If
- 51:21you do an overlay, all this stuff will
- 51:23be hidden for people, not for Google.
- 51:25Okay? So, you still need this stuff. But
- 51:27again, in terms of site structure, just
- 51:29copy what's working for other businesses
- 51:31in the similar niche as you. Okay?
- 51:34Again, I'm trying to cover as many edge
- 51:35cases and questions you could possibly
- 51:37have. Still, if you have some, just
- 51:38please comment down below. I'll answer
- 51:40any questions. Even if it's like 10
- 51:42years later that I posted this video,
- 51:43I'll still be here. Okay. Now, uh number
- 51:46six, and actually number six as well as
- 51:49number seven and number eight. Okay.
- 51:52I've uh went through these three because
- 51:54this is a almost an hourong uh subject.
- 51:57I went through these three in uh in this
- 51:59video right here which again I'll link
- 52:01below is 50 minutes. It goes over all
- 52:03these uh in depth. Now it is applied to
- 52:06um to software but the principles are
- 52:09all the same. Okay? And please please go
- 52:12watch this. Okay? Again this is applied
- 52:13to software. So again this is applied to
- 52:16an SEO strategy for a software company
- 52:18in specific Arvo. Okay? this right here.
- 52:21That being said, the exact same
- 52:24principles will apply to local SEO.
- 52:27Okay? So, go watch that. Okay? And then
- 52:30and then come here just to like see the
- 52:33small nuances. For example, in this
- 52:35case, the comparison pages would be for
- 52:37town and city. And if you have if you
- 52:39need ideas for comparison comparison
- 52:41pages, ask GBT for ideas. Okay? And um
- 52:45this is a great one. I I even think that
- 52:47in this video right here, I do give a
- 52:49local SEO example for this one. Again,
- 52:52what I'm saying right now probably isn't
- 52:53making much sense in your mind. So,
- 52:55please go watch that and then please
- 52:56come here and watch these three. Again,
- 52:57key key three key steps that honestly
- 53:00will uh will make you much more
- 53:02successful in this uh rank and rent uh
- 53:05endeavor. Okay, so that's uh almost all
- 53:08of it uh from start to finish. Please do
- 53:10check all the resources in the
- 53:11description. This one, there's going to
- 53:12be a bunch more. check them all because
- 53:14this is a holistic strategy. It's it's
- 53:17part of it to watch multiple resources,
- 53:19but more importantly than watching is to
- 53:21take action. As cliche as cringey as
- 53:23that sounds, um the most important thing
- 53:26is to take action, okay? Just go out and
- 53:27do it. And I'll just to finish off um I
- 53:29I'll leave a link for for my free
- 53:31training uh that teaches you how to rank
- 53:33on Google and being on rank on LM. um
- 53:36the do on page SEO, building back links,
- 53:38technical SEO, much more a lot of
- 53:40in-depth learning about this stuff, but
- 53:41more in depth. Uh and also gives you 12
- 53:44months access to Arvo right here. You
- 53:45get 12 months full access to Arro, all
- 53:47the features, which I didn't went over
- 53:49all them right here, but there's a bunch
- 53:50of cool stuff, which by the way, again,
- 53:52not try to flex on you, right? Uh it has
- 53:55gotten a bunch of of insane result,
- 53:57which I'll I'll update here the case
- 53:59studies tab when we have we do have a
- 54:01couple of more. I need to actually write
- 54:02them down. There you go. So there's
- 54:04there's a bunch of them here. Um, and
- 54:06even the AI editor, which which is
- 54:08insane, that you saw, which not only
- 54:10allows you to write the content, but
