Make the Stickman Animation & Go Viral In Just 7 Day's — Transcript
Full transcript
- 0:00Do you want to make 10 to 20,000 dollars
- 0:02every single month? Then stop what
- 0:04you're doing. I just found a channel
- 0:05that cracked the YouTube code. 15
- 0:07videos, 145,000
- 0:10subscribers, monetized in 7 days. It's
- 0:13already making between 15,000 dollars
- 0:15and 20,000 dollars every single month.
- 0:18And the entire strategy is 100%
- 0:21free. Crazy, right? This channel posts
- 0:24no face, no camera, no expensive
- 0:26software, just still images stitched
- 0:28together with a voiceover. That's it.
- 0:30And they're sitting at 145,000
- 0:33subscribers with one video alone pulling
- 0:35over 3 million views. I went deep on
- 0:38this channel. I studied every video. I
- 0:40broke down the exact formula they're
- 0:41using. And in this video, I'm going to
- 0:43show you exactly how to copy it step by
- 0:45step so you can build the same thing
- 0:47yourself. Now, the channel we're trying
- 0:49to clone is called Zen. It has grown to
- 0:52over 145,000
- 0:54subscribers with only about 15 videos
- 0:56uploaded, which is pretty impressive.
- 0:58And if you look through the channel,
- 0:59you'll notice that almost every video
- 1:01performs really well. In total, the
- 1:03channel has accumulated around 15
- 1:05million views. And it achieved that in a
- 1:07relatively short period of time. This
- 1:09just goes to show that the format works.
- 1:12And it's not just this channel. Other
- 1:14creators have started jumping on the
- 1:15trend as well and are seeing strong
- 1:17results. Channels like Grand Khalifa,
- 1:19Quata, Quark, and even Hypothetically
- 1:22are all performing incredibly well in
- 1:24this niche. It's clear that there's a
- 1:25strong audience for this type of content
- 1:27and more creators are finding success
- 1:29with it every day. Now, let's get
- 1:31started. Now, for this particular video,
- 1:33we're going to be using a chatbot. And
- 1:35for this tutorial, I'm going to be using
- 1:37chat GPT.
- 1:38Once you open your chatbot, head over to
- 1:40the Google document where I've prepared
- 1:41the prompt we're going to use to clone
- 1:43this channel's style and automate the
- 1:45entire workflow. If you need the prompt,
- 1:48just leave a like and comment Mark AI
- 1:50Guy Prompt and I'll send it to you for
- 1:52free.
- 1:53Now, all you need to do is copy the
- 1:54entire prompt, come back to your
- 1:56chatbot, paste it into the chat, and hit
- 1:58send. Now, after you hit send, the
- 2:00chatbot will take a few seconds to
- 2:01process and then generate 10 different
- 2:03video ideas for you. As you can see, we
- 2:05have ideas like why your brain hides
- 2:07your nose from you, why humans started
- 2:09cooking food, why you feel like someone
- 2:11is watching you, and several other
- 2:13interesting topics. For this tutorial,
- 2:15I'm going to work with idea number six,
- 2:17which is why your skin gets goosebumps.
- 2:19It even gives you the opening hook, so
- 2:21you already have an idea of how the
- 2:22video is going to start. So, I'm just
- 2:24going to type six into the chat and hit
- 2:26send. After a few seconds, it'll ask how
- 2:29long you want your video to be. Since
- 2:31this is just a tutorial, I'm going to
- 2:32choose 5 to 6 minutes, which gives us
- 2:34around 148 images for the full
- 2:36documentary. So, I'll copy that option,
- 2:39paste it into the chat, and hit send.
- 2:46Now, after a little more processing, the
- 2:47chatbot will generate the complete
- 2:49package for your video. First, it'll
- 2:51give you the full voice-over script, and
- 2:53then it'll generate a detailed image
- 2:55prompt for every single scene. As you
- 2:57can see, each image prompt comes with a
- 2:59duration, which tells you exactly how
- 3:01long that image should stay on screen
- 3:02before moving to the next one. It also
- 3:04includes the corresponding voice-over
- 3:06for that scene, so you know exactly what
- 3:08should be playing while that image is
- 3:09being shown. This continues throughout
- 3:11the entire video, with some scenes
- 3:13lasting 2 seconds, some 3 seconds, and
- 3:16others longer depending on the pacing.
- 3:18But that's not all. It also generates a
- 3:19thumbnail prompt, a video title, a video
- 3:22description, and even additional content
- 3:24ideas. Basically, everything you need to
- 3:27create and publish the video is already
- 3:28prepared for you. Once you've gone
- 3:30through everything, go ahead and copy
- 3:32the first image generation prompt. Now,
- 3:34once you've copied it, you're going to
- 3:35head over to Google Flow. Now, Google
- 3:38Flow gives us access to Nano Banana 2
- 3:40for free, which means unlimited image
- 3:42generation. Now, in the settings, you
- 3:44have to make sure image mode is
- 3:45selected. And then your aspect ratio,
- 3:48you leave it at 16:9, since you're
- 3:50creating a long-form content. And then
- 3:52for the image output, leave it at X2.
- 3:55And then after that, go ahead and paste
- 3:56in the image generation prompt you just
- 3:58copied. And then hit send. And just like
- 4:01that, we've started creating our images.
- 4:03After a few seconds, your image would
- 4:05come out looking something like this.
- 4:07Now, the image generation process is
- 4:08really this simple.
- 4:10Once you're happy with the result, head
- 4:11back to your chatbot and copy the second
- 4:13image generation prompt.
- 4:15After that, return to Google Flow, paste
- 4:17the prompt into the chat, and hit
- 4:19generate. A few seconds later, your
- 4:21second image should be ready and come
- 4:23out looking something like this. Now,
- 4:25we're simply going to keep repeating
- 4:26this process until all of our footage is
- 4:28ready. For this particular video, the
- 4:30prompt generates around 140 images, but
- 4:33I'm not going to make you sit through
- 4:34the entire image generation process.
- 4:36Just repeat the same workflow, copy the
- 4:38image prompt, head over to Google Flow,
- 4:40paste it in, and generate the image.
- 4:42Once all your images are finished,
- 4:43download them and save everything into a
- 4:45folder to keep things organized. After
- 4:47that, head back to your chatbot and copy
- 4:49the voice over script. Since this is
- 4:51just a tutorial, I'm only going to copy
- 4:53a small section instead of the full
- 4:54script. Then, head over to 11 Labs,
- 4:57paste in the voice-over script, click
- 4:58generate, and after a few seconds, your
- 5:00voice-over should sound something like
- 5:02this.
- 5:03>> Tonight, your skin will remember the ice
- 5:05age. A cold room touches you. Tiny bumps
- 5:09rise along your arm.
- 5:11They look small.
- 5:12They look harmless.
- 5:13But they are ancient alarms.
- 5:16>> Yeah, and just like that, your
- 5:17voice-over is ready. All you need to do
- 5:19now is download it and save it in the
- 5:20same folder where you saved all your
- 5:22images. For the next step, we're going
- 5:24to move over to our editing software and
- 5:25put everything together. For this
- 5:27tutorial, I'm using CapCut. Once I open
- 5:29CapCut, I'll import all of the images
- 5:31along with the voice-over we just
- 5:32generated and start building the video.
- 5:35Now that you've imported all your images
- 5:36and voice-over, this is where the real
- 5:38editing begins. Drag all the images into
- 5:40the timeline and make sure they're
- 5:42arranged in the correct order. Take a
- 5:43moment to check everything because
- 5:45placing the wrong image in the wrong
- 5:46spot can throw off the entire story.
- 5:58Once all the images are in place, add
- 5:59your voiceover to the timeline. Now it's
- 6:01time to match the image durations. Since
- 6:04the chatbot already provided a duration
- 6:05for every image, all you have to do is
- 6:07follow those instructions. Some scenes
- 6:09may last 1 second, others 2 seconds, 3
- 6:12seconds, or even 5 seconds. Adjust each
- 6:15image until it syncs perfectly with the
- 6:17narration.
- 6:41Once everything is aligned, click export
- 6:44and your documentary is essentially
- 6:45finished. Before uploading, let's create
- 6:47the thumbnail. Go back to the chatbot.
- 6:52Copy the thumbnail prompt, open Google
- 6:54Flow, paste it in, and hit generate. A
- 6:57few seconds later, you'll get a
- 6:58thumbnail that looks something like
- 6:59this. It closely follows the style of
- 7:02the channel we're taking inspiration
- 7:03from, making it fit perfectly with the
- 7:05content. Download the thumbnail, upload
- 7:07your video, and your final result should
- 7:09look something like this.
- 7:10>> Tonight, your skin will remember the ice
- 7:13age. A cold room touches you. Tiny bumps
- 7:17rise along your arm.
- 7:18They look small.
- 7:20They look harmless.
- 7:21But they are ancient alarms.
- 7:24Goosebumps are not really about geese.
- 7:26They are called piloerection. Your hairs
- 7:29stand upright. Your skin tightens around
- 7:32each follicle.
- 7:33>> Yeah, and that's pretty much it. Good
- 7:34luck to everyone who's going to try this
- 7:36out. I'm also planning to start a
- 7:38channel in this niche myself, and I'll
- 7:39keep you guys updated on the progress.
- 7:41If you need the prompt, don't forget to
- 7:43leave a comment saying Mark AI Guy,
- 7:45subscribe to the channel, and join my
- 7:47Telegram community where I'll be sharing
- 7:49free prompts. Link in the description. I
- 7:51share guides and updates for future
- 7:53videos. I'll see you in the next one.
- 7:55Mark AI Guy out.
