74. 5:53lunch I watch and listen to that video

77. 6:07then again and again to start listening
78. 6:11for specific words and specific phrases
79. 6:16and I also practice saying these out
80. 6:19loud then while I eat I do the
81. 6:24vocabulary exercises and sentence
82. 6:27building exercises that come with the
83. 6:30video I really like the exercises with
84. 6:33each video because they actually help me
85. 6:38learn the words not just memorize them
86. 6:41they begin with more support then
87. 6:47progressively test your understanding
88. 6:51and your memory and their exercises also
89. 6:55help you with putting sentences together
90. 6:58which is super helpful for me because
91. 7:02making sentences in another language is
92. 7:06super hard so if you're interested in
