- 0:00There are businesses that rank first on
- 0:02Google Maps and still lose customers
- 0:04every day, and it shows in one single
- 0:06number: 22 reviews. This business might
- 0:08be excellent, but anyone comparing it
- 0:10to those below it will choose the one
- 0:11with hundreds or thousands of reviews.
- 0:13The owner probably doesn't even know
- 0:15what's happening. Today I'll show you
- 0:16the free report you can send to this
- 0:18business, five sentences that turn it
- 0:20into a $ 297/month offer, and how to
- 0:22close it in writing without a single
- 0:24call. It's three steps. Find the
- 0:26business, read the report as the owner
- 0:27would, and send them the price. Let’s
- 0:29start by finding the business. What is
- 0:31the goal of this video? How to get
- 0:33Google review clients without making a
- 0:35single call? I’m going to show you
- 0:37the whole process in three very simple
- 0:38steps and give you messages ready to
- 0:40copy and paste, so you don't even have
- 0:42to think about what to say. You’ll
- 0:43replace the text in brackets with your
- 0:45potential client's data, and I'll teach
- 0:47you how to generate a super specific,
- 0:49spot-on report for the business you're
- 0:50talking to. So, step one will be
- 0:52finding a business and asking for
- 0:54permission. Step two will be reading
- 0:55the report and writing five sentences
- 0:57for that business. And step three will
- 0:59be sending the report plus your price
- 1:00and closing in writing. Why does it
- 1:02work without calls? Because before the
- 1:04owner even replies, you’ve already
- 1:05explained the problem and the solution,
- 1:07and they can verify it directly on
- 1:08Google Maps. The report itself isn't
- 1:10what gets you the client. What gets you
- 1:12the client is being able to look at 22
- 1:13reviews versus 1,686 and explaining in
- 1:15one sentence why that is costing them
- 1:17customers. And well, it works best in
- 1:18industries where no one decides without
- 1:20seeing reviews: an auto shop, a dentist
- 1:22, a locksmith, a restaurant—wherever
- 1:23reviews decide, the report will hit
- 1:25harder. Here it goes. For step one, we
- 1:27have to find a business, right? One
- 1:29that has few reviews compared to those
- 1:30around it in the city or the
- 1:32neighborhood. There are two ways. The
- 1:33first is the manual way. It’s going
- 1:35into Google Maps, just like I just did.
- 1:37I’m in Mexico City, and as you can
- 1:38see, there are tons of businesses with
- 1:401,400 reviews, 1,600 reviews, 7,800
- 1:41reviews. Well, this one is very famous,
- 1:43right? That’s why it’s justified.
- 1:45But if you look closely, the number of
- 1:46reviews is extremely high. And looking
- 1:48a little further down, I found the
- 1:49traditional "Cazuelas de Guisado,"
- 1:51which has five stars but very few
- 1:52reviews, just 22 reviews. It has good
- 1:54reviews, they say it’s a good place
- 1:56to eat, uh, there are photos, you can
- 1:57tell it's a good spot, but it has very
- 1:59few reviews. So, this is our ideal
- 2:01prospect. And another thing we can
- 2:03notice is that no one is responding to
- 2:04the reviews. I mean, we have reviews
- 2:06from customers, but the business isn't
- 2:07responding to them. So, this could even
- 2:09be another service that we can offer.
- 2:11Automatically responding to all Google
- 2:12reviews and being able to interact much
- 2:14more with our customers and encourage
- 2:15the topic of reviews. But anyway, at
- 2:17the end of this video, I'm going to
- 2:18tell you how we can automate the
- 2:19process of generating more reviews. So,
- 2:21it could be a great business, it could
- 2:22be a great business with happy
- 2:23customers, but whoever is comparing
- 2:25when looking for where to eat doesn't
- 2:26see that; they simply see 22 reviews
- 2:27versus 1,600, so I'm going to go with
- 2:29the one with 1,600 reviews. Now here in
- 2:30HighLevel, we also have a tool called
- 2:32prospecting, and this is basically the
- 2:34same thing but much faster, much more
- 2:36automated. Before showing you how it
- 2:38works, I want to tell you that it does
- 2:39cost money. So, here it tells me to
- 2:41unlock premium, and we have a free plan
- 2:43where we get five premium reports per
- 2:44month, 50 basic reports, and the
- 2:46premium plan gives us unlimited premium
- 2:48reports and a bunch of other features.
- 2:49It costs an extra $ 29 a month. I would
- 2:52advise you to obviously use the free
- 2:54plan if you see that sending premium
- 2:55reports works for you and you close
- 2:57clients, you can easily pay the $ 29 a
- 2:59month plan to get more clients. I am
- 3:01happy to pay for what I know will
- 3:02generate more money for me in the
- 3:04future, but first, obviously, try with
- 3:05the free one, then upgrade to the paid
- 3:07one. Now then, how does the prospecting
- 3:09tool within HighLevel work? HighLevel
- 3:10is the software that I use to provide
- 3:12automation services, build websites,
- 3:13and digitize a business as such. I'll
- 3:15tell you a little more about HighLevel
- 3:17later, but here it's basically clicking
- 3:19"add lead," and we're going to search
- 3:20for restaurants, location: Mexico City,
- 3:22and let's say a 20 km radius. We hit
- 3:24search and that's it, it gives me this
- 3:26area, I scroll down, and if you notice,
- 3:28there is a rating next to each business
- 3:30. Basically, the higher the score, the
- 3:32more likely this business will be
- 3:33interested in the services you offer,
- 3:35because the system found more problems
- 3:37with their Google profile, so you have
- 3:39more to fix. It even tells you whether
- 3:41or not they have a website, so we can
- 3:42also offer a website service to this
- 3:44business. But anyway, let's go with one
- 3:46that has 59%, let's say this one,
- 3:48Yellow Monkey. The main mistake most
- 3:49people make is that they click here,
- 3:51fill out all of this, and hit add
- 3:52prospect. Don't save the prospect yet.
- 3:54First you ask for permission, then you
- 3:56generate the report. Why ask for
- 3:57permission first? Because you can
- 3:59generate the report in one to two
- 4:00minutes. And remember that we have five
- 4:01premium reports on the free plan, so we
- 4:03don't want to waste them on someone who
- 4:04isn't even interested. And well, here
- 4:06we can see the report. This is the
- 4:08business score; it's the rating for the
- 4:10owner. The one we saw at 59%is our
- 4:12conversion rate. How likely are we to
- 4:14convert that business depending on the
- 4:16flaws it has that we can correct? Which
- 4:18are two different things. And well,
- 4:19here you can see all the details there
- 4:21are. It says there is a solid
- 4:22foundation with the most room for
- 4:23improvement in tech stack, company
- 4:25details, and ads. What we have right is
- 4:26the local SEO creator maps. The Google
- 4:28Business Profile is very well
- 4:30positioned, and their reputation is
- 4:31also good. Everything that is missing.
- 4:33Chat widget, enabled business phone
- 4:34number, website hosting, review
- 4:36responses. There are also no Google
- 4:37campaigns, no Meta pixel, etcetera,
- 4:39etcetera, etcetera. Everything
- 4:40regarding Google My Business, or the
- 4:42profile on Google Maps, is fine, but as
- 4:43you can see, there is a lot to improve.
- 4:45So, who to write to is what will take
- 4:47up the most of your time. Finding your
- 4:48ideal prospect, telling them you have a
- 4:50report, and I'm going to tell you
- 4:51exactly what you're going to write to
- 4:52them. And as you can see, the report
- 4:54itself is lightning fast and extremely
- 4:56complete. Now, how do we ask that
- 4:58prospect for permission? It's rule
- 4:59number one: we aren't going to sell
- 5:01anything. We only ask for permission to
- 5:02send a free report, and this is the
- 5:04message you are going to send. Hello [
- 5:05Name], good day. I was looking for
- 5:07restaurants in Mexico City and I found
- 5:09yours. It looks like you have happy
- 5:10customers. Something caught my
- 5:12attention. You appear with 22 reviews,
- 5:13while the businesses next to you have
- 5:15many more—thousands of reviews. On
- 5:17Google, people tend to choose the one
- 5:18they see as more backed, even if the
- 5:19other one works just as well or better.
- 5:20I prepared a short report, free of
- 5:22charge, with some simple adjustments to
- 5:23close that gap. Can I ask for your
- 5:24permission to send it to you, or may I
- 5:26send it to you? Now, how should you
- 5:27send it? If the Google profile has
- 5:28WhatsApp or a phone number, send a
- 5:29one-on-one WhatsApp message written by
- 5:31you, from a regular or WhatsApp
- 5:32Business account. You can also call
- 5:33them. If there is no number, use the
- 5:34email from their listing or their web
- 5:36form—subject, name, and a quick
- 5:37question. If not, you can also find
- 5:39their SMS or email with the premium
- 5:40plan directly in the High Level
- 5:42prospecting tool, send them a direct
- 5:43WhatsApp, or find them on social media
- 5:45and message them there as well. Be
- 5:47careful with your number; do not send
- 5:48mass messages through the WhatsApp app
- 5:49to people who haven't given you
- 5:50permission. WhatsApp requires prior
- 5:51consent for messages initiated by a
- 5:53business, and it is the fastest way to
- 5:54get your number blocked. So, just a few
- 5:55messages a day. If you can use your
- 5:57personal WhatsApp, go ahead. Later on,
- 5:59if you want to automate this process or
- 6:01do it in bulk, go ahead, but always
- 6:02protect your number and follow all the
- 6:04rules that WhatsApp sets for us. Now,
- 6:06all of this—finding the businesses,
- 6:07automating their reviews, building
- 6:09websites, among other services—I do
- 6:11with High Level, which is a white-label
- 6:12system, so I can put my own name and
- 6:14URL on it. To offer this same service
- 6:16yourself, open your free account. You
- 6:17get 30 days for free with the link I've
- 6:19left below. The link is
- 6:20ghl.nonnlememosystem.com. Let’s move
- 6:23on to how to interpret the report and
- 6:24what you're going to tell your client,
- 6:26because you won't tell them everything
- 6:27I taught you before; you'll tell them
- 6:28exactly the data that will have the
- 6:30most impact so they want to close with
- 6:31you. So, let's open this report for
- 6:33Yellow Monkey, let's look at the report
- 6:34, and the first thing we're going to
- 6:36explain is their overall score. A
- 6:37business owner doesn't ask how they did
- 6:39on SEO; they don't even know what SEO
- 6:40is. They only ask one thing: Is this
- 6:42costing me clients? And the answer is,
- 6:44yes. If your overall score is 49%, it
- 6:46is costing you customers because they
- 6:47are going to a very similar restaurant
- 6:49nearby with a better rating and a
- 6:50better overall score. And we explain
- 6:52that there is a large margin for
- 6:53improvement. Which sections are we
- 6:54going to skip? Specifically, going into
- 6:56too much detail about business data,
- 6:57tech stack, and listings, which remain
- 6:59in the report. Here is the technology
- 7:00stack, Google Business Profile, but we
- 7:02are not going to include them in the
- 7:03sentences we send to the business.
- 7:04Having covered these topics, what are
- 7:06the five sentences we are going to send
- 7:07the business? And I have them ready for
- 7:08you here. First, the Google profile. It
- 7:10is good. Your Google profile is well
- 7:12put together, photos, hours, phone
- 7:13number, and address are complete. I
- 7:14wouldn't change anything there. We
- 7:15build trust, we say what is being done
- 7:17well, we make the other four credible.
- 7:18You are someone who really took a look,
- 7:20not just a salesperson. Local SEO heat
- 7:22map. When someone searches for the
- 7:23service near you, you already appear
- 7:24among the first. They find you, but
- 7:26they don't choose you. Let's look at
- 7:27that heat map. We can see that your
- 7:29ranking is number three. In fact,
- 7:31Yellow Monkey has 4,000, almost 5,000
- 7:33reviews. So, it is very well positioned
- 7:35. Returning to the sentences, we can
- 7:37tell them, "Your heat map is very good,
- 7:38" explaining that it’s when someone
- 7:40searches for the service near you. We
- 7:41separate two problems that the owner
- 7:43thinks are one: being found and being
- 7:44chosen. Now, the topic of online
- 7:46reputation, and here I messed up
- 7:47because I took another case, let me
- 7:49remind you. I took "Las Tradicionales
- 7:50Cazuelas" which has 22 reviews, but
- 7:52here in the prospecting topic, we took
- 7:53Yellow Monkey which has 5,000 reviews.
- 7:55So, don't make my mistake and choose
- 7:57just one prospect. But let's say we are
- 7:58talking to the cazuelas, let's see if
- 8:00we can find it. And I found it. Here
- 8:02are Las Tradicionales Cazuelas. I
- 8:03simply searched for it just as I found
- 8:05it on Google Maps in Mexico City,
- 8:06within a 5 km radius; it has no website
- 8:08and, in fact, this one is 68%more
- 8:09likely to convert. Remember, this is
- 8:11for us the conversion rate of this
- 8:12prospect. I am going to add it. I'm
- 8:14going to burn through all my reports
- 8:15here because I want to teach you
- 8:16properly how this is done. It says
- 8:17correct, satisfactory. Let's look at
- 8:19that report and we will base ourselves
- 8:20on this report to continue the video.
- 8:22And here we have the report. It's much
- 8:23better because it's much lower, 27%
- 8:25compared to I think 49%that the Yellow
- 8:27Monkey business had, so this would be
- 8:29an even better business to convert.
- 8:30Let's just out of curiosity check the
- 8:32SEO heatmap. Yellow Monkey, if we
- 8:34recall, was at spot number three. This
- 8:36one is in position number seven based
- 8:37on the area. So, it's not that bad. And
- 8:39look, with 22 reviews it is at spot
- 8:41number seven. I honestly don't
- 8:42understand how that works. Let's go
- 8:44back to our phrases. The next one is
- 8:46online reputation. It has 22 Google
- 8:47reviews and those appearing below have
- 8:49well over 10,000. Actually, we see here
- 8:5133,000, 4,300, 7,000, 7,000, 3,500,
- 8:544,000. So it's in the big leagues and
- 8:56rubbing shoulders with them. Uh, next
- 8:57to them you look like the riskier
- 8:59option, even if your work is the same
- 9:00or better. And this is the selling
- 9:01point, you don't tell them they are bad
- 9:03, you tell them how they look. And we
- 9:04have another alternative. If there are
- 9:06unanswered reviews, you have x amount
- 9:07of reviews without a response. Respond
- 9:09to them. It tells Google and the
- 9:10customer who compares that the business
- 9:12is active, and in fact, this one, Las
- 9:13Cazuelas, has 22 unanswered reviews.
- 9:15Phrase number four, website performance
- 9:16if it crashes or is slow or if they
- 9:18don't have one. When I checked your
- 9:19website it didn't load, it took too
- 9:20long, or there is no website, I
- 9:21couldn't see your information, your
- 9:23menu, your hours, etcetera. I suggest
- 9:24you try it from your cell phone and if
- 9:25it's still the same, let whoever made
- 9:26it know. And if they don't have a
- 9:28website, another selling point. Hey,
- 9:29I'll build you a very simple, very nice
- 9:30website, I don't want to charge you
- 9:31anything, I want to show it to you and
- 9:32if you like it, we can talk about
- 9:33prices. And finally, the phrase, the
- 9:35fix. The review thing has a simple fix.
- 9:37I'll take care of it, I'll keep your
- 9:38profile up to date, automatically
- 9:39respond to new reviews, and set up a
- 9:41system that asks every client for
- 9:42reviews via WhatsApp so that anyone who
- 9:43compares you no longer has a reason to
- 9:45move on. So, we convert the problems
- 9:46into a monthly service. We now move on
- 9:48to the third step, which is sending the
- 9:50report and closing your prospect by
- 9:51script. So, what you are going to tell
- 9:52them is, here is your report. Your
- 9:54Google profile came out at 39%, 57%,
- 9:55whatever it came out as. This is what I
- 9:57found. You give them the five phrases.
- 9:59If you want me to handle it, it’s $
- 10:01297 a month or the equivalent amount in
- 10:02pesos. And if at the end of the first
- 10:04month you don’t have more reviews,
- 10:05you won’t pay me. No contract, you
- 10:06can cancel whenever you want; review it
- 10:08calmly and if you’re interested,
- 10:09reply to me right here. I’ll send you
- 10:10the payment link and two steps so you
- 10:12can give me admin access to the profile
- 10:13. Now, what are you going to send them?
- 10:14The report. I say PDF here, but I think
- 10:16it’s better to send it as a link. So,
- 10:18here I am in my prospecting window, I
- 10:19have my prospects. I’ll choose this
- 10:21one from the traditional ones, view
- 10:22report, and it will take me here, right
- 10:23? I’m here in the report and "share
- 10:24report" pops up. I click on "share
- 10:26report." It asks me for the language,
- 10:28in Spanish. And we simply copy the link
- 10:29. That’s what we’re going to send
- 10:31the client and they’ll be able to see
- 10:32this. If you have the premium plan—I
- 10:33have this premium report—your company
- 10:35name, your website, and your info
- 10:36appear; they can contact you directly
- 10:38and see the entire full report. Now we
- 10:40offer a fixed monthly fee, no packages,
- 10:41and no setup fees. When there is only
- 10:43one option, there is nothing to compare
- 10:44, it’s easy. It costs this much and
- 10:46I’m going to do this, yes or no? Yes,
- 10:47potentially. If they say yes, you tell
- 10:49them perfect, I’ll send you the
- 10:50payment link and the instructions to
- 10:51give me admin access to your Google
- 10:52profile. When you’re ready, I’ll
- 10:53start with the adjustments and send you
- 10:55the before and after. There are some
- 10:56who might want to have a video call
- 10:57with you. You send them a link to
- 10:58schedule on your calendar and you have
- 10:59the video call, guiding them through
- 11:01the steps to make you an administrator
- 11:02of their account, opening their High
- 11:03Level account—although they don’t
- 11:04need to see you opening their account,
- 11:06just say: I already have an account
- 11:07opened for you to automate this whole
- 11:08process. When they tell you "I’ll
- 11:09think about it," you say, "Sure, take
- 11:11your time." While you think about it,
- 11:12will you let me send a review request
- 11:13to your last 10 clients? It takes me
- 11:15about 20 minutes and it doesn’t cost
- 11:16you anything, it’s free. If a few
- 11:17arrive, they will see them on their
- 11:19profile before deciding anything. So,
- 11:20we are already taking action even
- 11:21before they pay and they can see
- 11:23results even before they pay. And that
- 11:24will help us close that prospect. You
- 11:26know, it works because the owner has to
- 11:27give their contacts and no one hands
- 11:28over their list to someone they don’t
- 11:29trust at least a little bit. Once the
- 11:31reviews start coming in, they stop
- 11:32thinking and start seeing that it works
- 11:33. If they say no, you still win because
- 11:35a real business with new reviews is
- 11:36your first before-and-after. And if
- 11:37they don't respond, follow up once or
- 11:38twice during the week and move on to
- 11:40the next one. It’s not the only
- 11:41business in your city. Now, a Google
- 11:42rule is to send the same message and
- 11:44the same link to everyone, never just
- 11:45to those you think are happy. That is
- 11:46review gating, and Google forbids it
- 11:48and punishes it quite severely. So, use
- 11:50only the customer contacts that the
- 11:51owner gives you. Now, how is the
- 11:53service delivered? You enter as a
- 11:54profile admin, complete photos,
- 11:55description, and answer old reviews,
- 11:57which is just scratching the surface;
- 11:58that's not improving their Google, they
- 12:00already have that. The magic happens
- 12:01when we automate the process of asking
- 12:03for reviews. So, it says here, "Answer
- 12:05new reviews and keep the profile up to
- 12:07date." But we do exactly this
- 12:08automatically with HighLevel using
- 12:10workflows. I won't explain it in this
- 12:12video, but I’ll leave the video here
- 12:13and linked at the end where I do
- 12:14explain how to build these workflows so
- 12:16everything runs on autopilot. And if
- 12:18you use my link below to start your
- 12:19free trial of GoHighLevel, I’ll gift
- 12:20you this Google Reviews snapshot so you
- 12:22can simply copy and paste it into your
- 12:24account and do the same for all your
- 12:25clients. Copy and paste into your
- 12:26account. Copy and paste into your
- 12:28account. You just change the business
- 12:29name and the messages, but I’ve
- 12:31already done the workflows and they are
- 12:32my gift to you. Or you can watch my
- 12:33video so you can build it yourself by
- 12:35following along. You already know that
- 12:36the prospecting tool is free to start
- 12:38and the premium one costs $ 29 a month.
- 12:39I recommend you start with the free one
- 12:41and pay for the premium when you see
- 12:42it’s necessary. And you also have the
- 12:44cost of your HighLevel plan, which
- 12:45starts at $ 97 a month. I recommend the
- 12:47next one up, which is $ 297 a month,
- 12:49because it’s the agency plan. You can
- 12:51have unlimited accounts on this plan.
- 12:52So your cost remains $ 297, but you
- 12:54could have 100 clients paying you $ 100
- 12:56each. Three warnings before we finish.
- 12:58Promise the work, not the ranking. You
- 12:59control completing the profile,
- 13:00installing the system, answering
- 13:01reviews, and reporting numbers. But
- 13:03Google controls the ranking, and the
- 13:04customer decides whether to leave a
- 13:05review or not. That you cannot control.
- 13:07Number two, you don't need 10 clients.
- 13:09One is enough: a workshop, your dentist
- 13:10, a store, a restaurant; you make the
- 13:12adjustment, activate the system, and
- 13:13save screenshots from before and a
- 13:15month later. That before and after is
- 13:16what you show the next client, and this
- 13:18process of getting clients becomes much
- 13:19easier. And number three, do not expose
- 13:21the businesses. What you show is public
- 13:22information from Google, and the
- 13:23message is always: their business could
- 13:25be excellent, it’s just not
- 13:26noticeable. So, everything we are
- 13:27showing, including what I showed in
- 13:28this video, is public on Google;
- 13:29everyone can see it. To finish up,
- 13:30I’ll just remind you to start your
- 13:32free trial of High Level with my link:
- 13:34gh.nonnomsystem.com. I’ll leave the
- 13:35link down below. In addition to the 30
- 13:37free days, I give you biweekly calls
- 13:38and one-on-one calls with my technical
- 13:39team to help you install everything you
- 13:40need in your account and get started. I
- 13:42give you access to my community called
- 13:43highwoodbrotherhood.com. There I have
- 13:45the training from 0 to 100 so you can
- 13:47master High Level, know how to sell it,
- 13:48and how to configure workflows and the
- 13:50services we provide. And also, when you
- 13:51are an active affiliate—meaning
- 13:53you're paying—you get a ton of
- 13:54snapshots, websites, and benefits,
- 13:56including the Google Reviews snapshot.
