14. 0:27to the families of american soldiers
15. 0:29that perhaps these guys could go back
16. 0:31and
17. 0:31kill americans again all right folks
18. 0:34that question was put to uh john kerry
19. 0:36and he called it a bunch of baloney
20. 0:38uh that they would come back and kill
21. 0:39americans again he said even if they
22. 0:40tried to uh we have people watching them
23. 0:42and
24. 0:43it won't be easy for them to do it uh
25. 0:45joining us now is our friend the one the
26. 0:47only

36. 1:03again by the way what we just saw was
37. 1:05john kerry in his
38. 1:06finest moments totally close well the
39. 1:10administration
40. 1:12um is is now saying when they when they
41. 1:13are briefing the congress
42. 1:15privately they're saying forget what
43. 1:17kerry said of course they're a threat to
44. 1:19come back
45. 1:20and they're not only a threat to
46. 1:21americans on the battlefield what they
47. 1:23did in this administration
48. 1:25turning loose these five terrorists who
49. 1:27are the fab five of the taliban
50. 1:30bloody brutal horrendous war criminals
51. 1:33these guys are already on the phone
52. 1:36they're not going to blow themselves up
53. 1:38in a suicide vest
54. 1:39they send young boys off to do that kind
55. 1:41of stuff and that's what they're already
56. 1:43doing and so
57. 1:44they're not just a threat on the
58. 1:45battlefield because of the way they did
59. 1:47this every american traveling overseas
60. 1:50right now is at risk of being kidnapped
61. 1:52and being held for
62. 1:54in exchange of some despicable islamic
63. 1:56radical somewhere in the world we're
64. 1:57also finding out that
65. 1:59the white house is kind of not putting
66. 2:01the blame almost on
67. 2:02on chuck hagel who's going to be
68. 2:03testifying tomorrow saying well hegel
69. 2:06determined that these five weren't as
70. 2:08big a threat
71. 2:08were no threat to national security that
72. 2:11it was okay he signed off on these five
73. 2:13so
74. 2:13that makes it okay well you know i mean
75. 2:16sadly enough chuck hagel signed on to be
76. 2:20the secretary of defense and
77. 2:21administration
78. 2:22that is taking the finest military from
79. 2:25being the most competent capable best
80. 2:27educated
81. 2:28and combat experienced in history right
82. 2:30down the sewer
83. 2:31and and chuck hagel is part of that he's
84. 2:34part of the social radicalization of our
85. 2:36military
86. 2:36he is part of taking us out of the fight
87. 2:39he is par
88. 2:40somebody needs to stand up and say you
89. 2:42know what if you continue this progress
90. 2:44we're not going to be able to get peace
91. 2:46through strength our adversaries are
92. 2:48going to come after us time and time
93. 2:50again
94. 2:51and those adversaries are in places like
95. 2:53vladimir putin's russia
96. 2:55in china north korea and certainly in
97. 2:57iran
98. 2:58yeah absolutely and you know obama's
99. 3:00going to empty gitmo he's basically said
100. 3:02i'm gonna do it and you know try and
101. 3:04stop me steve from the very beginning on
102. 3:06this
103. 3:06on this effort when i was first engaged
104. 3:08in it met with the families i've got
105. 3:10right here in my pocket
106. 3:12the the bracelet that beau bergdahl's
107. 3:14mother gave me
108. 3:15when i met her that's the bracelet right
109. 3:17and i wore it for a number of years
110. 3:19here's what i know i know that beau
111. 3:21bergdahl was never a prisoner of war
112. 3:23i know that he was a hostage he was
113. 3:25never held by the taliban
114. 3:27he was held by the akanes the akanes
115. 3:30wanted
116. 3:30money the counties are the ones who
117. 3:33traded
118. 3:34the ambassador from afghanistan to
119. 3:36pakistan who they kidnapped right
120. 3:37for what money they wanted money in this
121. 3:40case
122. 3:40somewhere along the process the five
123. 3:43taliban
124. 3:45fab five got added to the mix
125. 3:48somebody also had to pay the economies
126. 3:51in other words the separate deal with
127. 3:52the palace the the taliban couldn't tell
128. 3:54the economy what to do right
129. 3:56and so the release of beau bergdahl was
130. 3:59undoubtedly
131. 4:00money a ransom yeah so who who paid it
132. 4:03how much was it
133. 4:04whose money was it and quite frankly
134. 4:07why did you add the five to this thing
135. 4:09when you didn't have to do it yeah
136. 4:11very interesting questions and the
137. 4:12administration has denied that there was
138. 4:14any ransom
139. 4:15involved but that just might mean that
140. 4:16they themselves didn't pay it they might
141. 4:18have arranged for it to be paid
142. 4:20um that's that's amazing the the
143. 4:22bracelet yeah um
144. 4:23we had five american special ops forces
145. 4:25killed today in a friendly
146. 4:27fire incident i don't know anybody who's
147. 4:29been in the trenches more than you
148. 4:31uh not only in your capacity as a
149. 4:33lieutenant colonel but also
150. 4:34the covering for fox news and doing your
151. 4:36war stories and your reports
152. 4:38how does something tragic like this
153. 4:40happen without being specific to this
154. 4:42and from what we know and all i know is
155. 4:43what we've seen in the news reports you
156. 4:45and i both
157. 4:46seen the same thing apparently it's a
158. 4:47misdirected laser-guided munition
159. 4:50uh it happens terrible mistakes happen
160. 4:52you know i like to
161. 4:53to just remind everybody who's watching
162. 4:55you know that
163. 4:56war is a terrible thing terrible
164. 4:59accidents happen in war
165. 5:01the one great thing about our military
166. 5:02is when something like this happens
167. 5:05these these guys when they say a
168. 5:07friendly fire incident
169. 5:09it's probably a rocket a j dam laser
170. 5:12guided munition that went awry
171. 5:14something failed in the system but we
172. 5:16acknowledge it
173. 5:17i mean we're not going to you know bury
174. 5:19that under the under the rug
175. 5:21some of those kinds of events have
176. 5:23happened i mean everybody remembers what
177. 5:24happened early on in
178. 5:26afghanistan but from my experience over
179. 5:28there covering
180. 5:29soldiers sailors airmen guardsmen
181. 5:31marines now and 57 m beds
182. 5:33this is a very straightforward this is a
183. 5:35terrible accident it's not a green on
184. 5:37blue it's not intentional somebody
185. 5:38didn't shoot somebody else that's a
186. 5:39tragedy
187. 5:40yeah and that does happen i want to get
188. 5:42to the book because i do want to get to
189. 5:43hillary and some other things i don't
190. 5:45want to miss out and
191. 5:46i mean this is very exciting this novel
192. 5:48is is very exciting
193. 5:49and it takes us from a guy who's doing a
194. 5:52job one day
195. 5:52he gets put on another case and all of a
196. 5:54sudden he's dealing with hezbollah
197. 5:56and all these terror groups talk about
198. 5:58it this is the next
199. 6:00grand fiasco from the obama
200. 6:02administration
201. 6:04to it yeah you know counterfeit lies the
202. 6:06obama administration
203. 6:07because what it's about i mean look at
204. 6:09if you got fast and furious
205. 6:11the irs enemies list killing american
206. 6:14citizens with
207. 6:14with so-called drone strikes and not
208. 6:16drones but right forget that
209. 6:18spying on americans threats to reporters
210. 6:20like my good friend james rosen
211. 6:22benghazi threats to israel the funding
212. 6:24of hamas which we're now doing
213. 6:26syria egypt ukraine and the iran
214. 6:28initiative that they take credit for
215. 6:30the snowden treason the va scandal wait
216. 6:32a minute and bergdahl
217. 6:34and so this is number 12. this is the
218. 6:36next big scandal
219. 6:37because here's what the story is about
220. 6:39in short form this is about
221. 6:41how the iranians are going to avoid
222. 6:45evade and get around the international
223. 6:47treaty
224. 6:48that as you and i are meeting right now
225. 6:50steve there's a meeting taking place in
226. 6:52geneva switzerland
227. 6:53with american negotiators and iranians
228. 6:55across the table
229. 6:56in which the americans are telling the
230. 6:58iranians here's what you've got to do on
231. 7:00this agreement
232. 7:01we know you're going to get around it
233. 7:02but you got to do the following or we
234. 7:04can't get the french the
235. 7:06germans and the rest of these guys
236. 7:07aboard on it right it's the first time
237. 7:09we've met privately with these guys with
238. 7:11nobody else that we know of
239. 7:13and what's happening is right here in
240. 7:14this book this is how the iranians
241. 7:17are going to continue to build nuclear
242. 7:19weapons and avoid the sanctions
243. 7:22fixes once again this administration
244. 7:25so wedded to an idea that they're
245. 7:27willing to sacrifice american security
246. 7:29and our closest ally
247. 7:31israel i got this a couple of days ago
248. 7:33i'm not finished with it yet but it's
249. 7:34very exciting so anybody who picks it up
250. 7:37you're gonna love it if you love what
251. 7:38we're talking about you're gonna you're
252. 7:39gonna love this book
253. 7:40counterfeit lives by ali north now um
254. 7:43how do you feel about what obama's doing
255. 7:45opening military bases now three the
256. 7:47third base
257. 7:48and dumping illegal children into these
258. 7:52bases setting up
259. 7:53what what what one person said to me
260. 7:55yesterday
261. 7:56they believe it's going to be it's like
262. 7:58palestinian refugee camps almost in the
263. 8:00united states for these kids
264. 8:02look at one of the big problems in this
265. 8:04book is what's happening along a very
266. 8:06poor
267. 8:06southern border and what obama has done
268. 8:09is essentially say i'm not going to
269. 8:11enforce the law
270. 8:12of the land you know part of his oath as
271. 8:16president united states
272. 8:17is to support and defend the
273. 8:19constitution and carry out the law
274. 8:22of america you know i i look at this and
275. 8:25i say to myself
276. 8:26why hasn't someone raised the issue some
277. 8:29think of this
278. 8:30a a democrat who raised his right hand
279. 8:33to support and defend the constitution
280. 8:35united states against all enemies
281. 8:36foreign domestic
282. 8:37actually suggests the idea that
283. 8:39impeachable offenses are occurring in
284. 8:41this administration
285. 8:43for which there are no consequences why
286. 8:46we've got the first attorney general in
287. 8:48history
288. 8:48to be held in contempt of congress you
289. 8:51have the president who brags about his
290. 8:53executive
291. 8:54authority and abuses executive orders it
292. 8:56was republicans who went to nixon and
293. 8:58said it's over
294. 8:59exactly where the democrats are willing
295. 9:01to do that for this president and say
296. 9:03this has got to stop or we're going to
297. 9:05oust you from your job
298. 9:06i want you to hear very quickly let's
299. 9:08play hillary number 44.
300. 9:10listen to hillary i'm shocked that
301. 9:11policy and politics are at work in
302. 9:13washington but that's not what was going
303. 9:15on
304. 9:16what was going on was trying in the
305. 9:18midst of what
306. 9:19frankly was the fog of war to figure out
307. 9:22what had happened
308. 9:23you famously said whether it was a
309. 9:24protest or a group of guys walking out
310. 9:26and deciding to kill some americans
311. 9:29what difference at this point does it
312. 9:31make it
313. 9:32that's right does it make a difference
314. 9:34in the moment
315. 9:35it did not in the moment what we had to
316. 9:37be focused on was saving
317. 9:39american lives does it make a difference
318. 9:41now do you want to change that do you
319. 9:43want to no
320. 9:44no i don't she doesn't want to change it
321. 9:47well
322. 9:47i'd like to change it because it does
323. 9:49make a difference and the reality of it
324. 9:51is this
325. 9:52secretary of state who's now got her
326. 9:54book out in the street who's bragging
327. 9:56about her accomplishments
328. 9:57did one thing that no secretary of state
329. 10:00has ever done before
330. 10:01she not only burned up more jet fuel
331. 10:03than any previously
332. 10:05right she is the only american secretary
333. 10:07of state to ever visit
334. 10:09togo that's her only accomplishment as
335. 10:12secretary
336. 10:13are you surprised she wouldn't take it
337. 10:14back run on that campaign that's what
338. 10:16i said the same thing please run on that
