  1. 0:00My speech in three two one panels the
  2. 0:03government set of the house has failed
  3. 0:05to prove you whether the mechanism is
  4. 0:06most likely to be happens the only
  5. 0:08relying on worst case scenario which
  6. 0:10also destroying themselves before I
  7. 0:11respond to what they have said several
  8. 0:13set up then to clear this debate first
  9. 0:14talk about the issues in such school
  10. 0:16itself first that not every childrens
  11. 0:18already live in comfortable life meaning
  12. 0:20that they still need money from the
  13. 0:21inheritance from their parents secondly
  14. 0:23then we think that the inheritance may
  15. 0:25not be that really that much because
  16. 0:27this could come from like family that
  17. 0:29low or middle class society not only
  18. 0:31from upper class society. Counter model
  19. 0:33for this debate. One, we're going to
  20. 0:35forbid the government to make a law
  21. 0:36about the limitations of wealth that
  22. 0:38could pass downs or transfer in the
  23. 0:39families. Secondly, then we're going
  24. 0:42over amounts of wealth is organized or
  25. 0:44divided by family itself or using lawyer
  26. 0:46if it needed be. Three, it applies to
  27. 0:48every society classes whether they are
  28. 0:50upper class, middle, low class. So,
  29. 0:52we're going to forbid the limitations of
  30. 0:54the law about cap for amounts of money
  31. 0:55or wealth that could be passed or
  32. 0:57downside of their family. We're going to
  33. 0:58forbid all of that law low and let me
  34. 1:02before I move to my arguments let me
  35. 1:04first respond to what we've already
  36. 1:05heard from government side of the house
  37. 1:06but several issues on government side of
  38. 1:08the house. We think that number ones
  39. 1:10they never explain to us how they're
  40. 1:12going to apply this kind of systems.
  41. 1:14They did explains but they never said is
  42. 1:16is it going to be a law that will be
  43. 1:18there will be new law that will be
  44. 1:19created by the governments and why
  45. 1:21people would want to do this if there's
  46. 1:23no deterrence that we put by the
  47. 1:25government of the house. If it's not
  48. 1:26deter we should follow this kind of
  49. 1:28systems. It means that they never
  50. 1:30explain it which already failed their
  51. 1:33mechanisms. Secondly that they also said
  52. 1:35that they're going to give several
  53. 1:36amounts uh still to the to the families
  54. 1:39but they never explain what happens to
  55. 1:41the rest of the f of the money is it
  56. 1:43goes to governments or what? And beside
  57. 1:46of that what is the connections between
  58. 1:48equality with the rest of money? Are
  59. 1:50they going to use that to improve
  60. 1:52equality or not? They never explain it
  61. 1:54as well. And moving to their arguments,
  62. 1:56first arguments about this destroying
  63. 1:58equality. To rebut on that, we see that
  64. 2:01this actually not true because equality
  65. 2:03still exists because even low and middle
  66. 2:05class get money uh equality still exists
  67. 2:08in our sites because the law and middle
  68. 2:10class get money from the inheritance and
  69. 2:12even better cuz it's not taken like in
  70. 2:14government of the house. They they could
  71. 2:17they take it the money and we know that
  72. 2:19this money could be used to improve this
  73. 2:21low and middle class life. And beside of
  74. 2:24that, we think that there's already
  75. 2:25poverty elevation program that creates
  76. 2:27by government to solve this problems.
  77. 2:29And number two, we think that this
  78. 2:31actually not exclusive because
  79. 2:32inequality would also appear in their
  80. 2:34side of the house cuz cuz they taken
  81. 2:37money from these poor people's probably
  82. 2:39needed more and of course it's going to
  83. 2:42make these people become sovereign and
  84. 2:44how it could it could creates equality
  85. 2:45panels. Secondly that about they argue
  86. 2:48about it also uh this lipo baby will
  87. 2:51probably not no need the money doesn't
  88. 2:53need the money because they already
  89. 2:54successful but we think that this
  90. 2:56actually not true because doesn't mean
  91. 2:57that they are successful it means that
  92. 2:59they don't need the support from the
  93. 3:00family and the right of families with
  94. 3:02wealth goes immediately to the
  95. 3:04government itself because we think that
  96. 3:06they still need the emer for emergency
  97. 3:09situations and because we know that this
  98. 3:11money is not uh the government's money
  99. 3:13it's the parents money so they actually
  100. 3:15have the rights to use that whatever
  101. 3:17they wanted and they also argue about
  102. 3:20people get into work as privilege. We
  103. 3:22think that this also not true because
  104. 3:24people still need hard words because
  105. 3:26there's still merit that apply in every
  106. 3:28company that you want to go to or in
  107. 3:30every field that you want to go to like
  108. 3:32i.e. like experience that you had they
  109. 3:34still need to test like where what
  110. 3:36school that you go and etc. So not
  111. 3:38everyone actually came with goose with
  112. 3:40privilege and even though it's happening
  113. 3:42with it the harms that they claim is
  114. 3:44actually not harms because there's still
  115. 3:46kota for other people for that doesn't
  116. 3:48have privilege for example you see in a
  117. 3:50lot of workplace it's not only dominated
  118. 3:52by persons who is rich or people who
  119. 3:54privilege there's diversity there's
  120. 3:56people that came from poor it proven
  121. 3:58that it's still kota for these people to
  122. 4:00actually compete inside of every fields
  123. 4:03moving on to my first arguments about
  124. 4:06violate the rights We think that the
  125. 4:08money from citizens
  126. 4:10hard words. So why it should be given to
  127. 4:12the government itself. So the reason why
  128. 4:14we think that it will be violates the
  129. 4:16rights of people because one there's the
  130. 4:18concept of family autonomy or family
  131. 4:20rights. We think that because it's the
  132. 4:23wealth of your own families. It meaning
  133. 4:24that the money is come from the hard
  134. 4:26work of your parents or generations and
  135. 4:28generations inside of the families.
  136. 4:30meaning that panels the government
  137. 4:31doesn't have the right to take the money
  138. 4:33or wealth which we know it will it earns
  139. 4:36by the parents itself
  140. 4:38because they they already give their
  141. 4:41times and efforts to actually uh get
  142. 4:44paid for their service or they already
  143. 4:46work hard to build their company. They
  144. 4:48already like work overtimes not spending
  145. 4:50time with their children. And they
  146. 4:51already sacrificed that in a way to give
  147. 4:53their children's a good future saving up
  148. 4:55for education for their children's and
  149. 4:58they don't want to see their children to
  150. 5:00suffer and we think that this actual
  151. 5:01natural behaviors the impact if it's
  152. 5:03still teens of course these parents
  153. 5:05would feel that they has waste of their
  154. 5:06times or vert cuz in the end of the day
  155. 5:08they can't give it all to the childrens
  156. 5:10and that's like it's not really that
  157. 5:12much of money this inherited it's not
  158. 5:14really luxurious that say like that only
  159. 5:16like a small house trust funds for
  160. 5:17educations or insurance but there's like
  161. 5:20plus limit ation. So it's not really
  162. 5:22that much plus there will be cut by
  163. 5:24governments. Of course the childrens are
  164. 5:26going to get very very less panels. What
  165. 5:29happens then? Of course they can't
  166. 5:30afford basic necessity for example like
  167. 5:32sanang papan and pangan or to improve
  168. 5:34their life. And let's say that these
  169. 5:37persons has like dozens of money to give
  170. 5:39their childrens. They're not come from
  171. 5:41middle or low. They are rich people. But
  172. 5:44they still get limitation and it ces
  173. 5:46harm to them. Like they can't have
  174. 5:47emergency money. They already have maybe
  175. 5:50they already have comfort life but the
  176. 5:51money that they could use as emergency
  177. 5:53situations i.e to buy house, hospital if
  178. 5:55they are sick to get married is gone and
  179. 5:58because we think that the work that
  180. 6:00parents do is not for government but for
  181. 6:02the children's. So they already have the
  182. 6:04rights to use that whether whatever they
  183. 6:05like it. Comparatively if there's no
  184. 6:08limitations the children can afford all
  185. 6:09of these panels and they could fulfill
  186. 6:12their basic necessity or even having
  187. 6:14emergency money and they're not going to
  188. 6:16suffer because of that and the hard
  189. 6:18words also doesn't seem worthless.
  190. 6:20Therefore, we think that there's if
  191. 6:22there's no limitations, it with the
  192. 6:25limitation, it will violate the rights.
  193. 6:26Moving on to my second arguments about
  194. 6:28punish innocent peoples. We think that
  195. 6:30by it punish innocence peoples because
  196. 6:33it creates inequality. It exists
  197. 6:35inequality exists. If it's if it's uh
  198. 6:38the law appears cuz you limit you limit
  199. 6:40their inheritance, you make them suffer
  200. 6:42even more because the money that they
  201. 6:44could use to improve their life is now
  202. 6:46capp. The impact is that number one
  203. 6:48people are going to sufferings because
  204. 6:50of course they're not going to fulfill
  205. 6:51their basic necessities as I say before.
  206. 6:53Secondly then they're going to hate the
  207. 6:55governments even more and even lead to
  208. 6:57demo because for example like uh in a
  209. 7:00lot of country that already have a messy
  210. 7:02political situations and then they add
  211. 7:04this kind of law of course the uh the
  212. 7:07citizens will be more hating the
  213. 7:09governments even more because they feel
  214. 7:11unsatisfied of their works.
  215. 7:14And then um what are your reasoning then
  216. 7:18that law that exists is not only to not
  217. 7:21apply to this alter age at the end of
  218. 7:23the day it's useless this law are not
  219. 7:25going to be used cuz if the the returns
  220. 7:28that apply is not enough which they
  221. 7:30never explain about deterrence as well
  222. 7:32but even if they explain it we think
  223. 7:33that the deterrence is not enough
  224. 7:35because if it's about if the deterrence
  225. 7:37is fines they are rich enough to pay it
  226. 7:40or if it's persons they just basically
  227. 7:42just don't follow them they use their
  228. 7:44powers to make them to not go theirs or
  229. 7:47like shorten the times of punishments.
  230. 7:49So the impact is that the inequality
  231. 7:51still exists because the law is not
  232. 7:52going to be applied to this rich and
  233. 7:54only affected to those middle and low uh
  234. 7:57low class society and you make the
  235. 8:00societ the minor um people to become
  236. 8:03suffer even more. Therefore, we think
  237. 8:04that the limitations if you put a law
  238. 8:07about limitations of the inheritance
  239. 8:09money that will be transferred to the
  240. 8:10children's is all suffering a lot a lot
  241. 8:12of people's and I'm really glad to
  242. 8:14propose
