- 1:01>> All right.
- 1:02What up, Deuce?
- 1:08All right, we got to
- 1:09we got to lock it. We got to lock in a
- 1:11path this week, dude.
- 1:17We got to lock one in. I got this
- 1:19account.
- 1:23There's a
- 1:26I got to lock in some winning days.
- 1:33Nice. Yeah.
- 1:36Hey, Deuce. By the way, yesterday
- 1:40dude, you're the [Â __Â ] man, bro.
- 1:43I'm over here.
- 1:49Yeah, if you can get up to 4K, that
- 1:51would be nice. I mean, you don't have
- 1:53to.
- 1:54We We talk about it.
- 1:57Um
- 1:58but I was just going to say I was just
- 1:59going to say yesterday
- 2:01when I was being a dummy and I was
- 2:03trying to short it into discount and you
- 2:05said like, "Nah, we're in discount. I'm
- 2:07not going to short it."
- 2:09[Â __Â ] gigachad, dude.
- 2:14That is great. I'm happy that you didn't
- 2:16make a stupid decision like I did.
- 2:22Cuz I was pretty stupid
- 2:24to be completely honest.
- 2:34But yeah, when it comes to um like the
- 2:37buffer you want in your
- 2:41Yeah.
- 2:42If it comes to the the buffer
- 2:45or when it comes to the buffer in the
- 2:46funded account
- 2:50the way that I recommend doing it is it
- 2:52really depends kind of like
- 2:56what the situation is, right? Like if
- 2:59it's First of all, if it's your first
- 3:01payout ever, which I know it's not for
- 3:02you, Deuce, but if it's your first
- 3:04payout ever, like you should
- 3:05realistically just take
- 3:08take the payout. As long as it's like a
- 3:11$2,000 balance and you can take like
- 3:131,000 bucks out I usually recommend just
- 3:16to take the payout.
- 3:18Um
- 3:20but if you've taken payouts before and
- 3:22it's like just another payout, it does
- 3:24kind of matter whether
- 3:26or not you have other funded accounts.
- 3:30And if you've spent any money this month
- 3:35to get those funded accounts. So like if
- 3:38you're bringing in funded accounts from
- 3:40last month, Deuce
- 3:42and you haven't spent I mean, it's the
- 3:43second day. So if second day of the
- 3:45month. So if you haven't spent any money
- 3:47on firms this month, um
- 3:49and you have multiple funded accounts, I
- 3:51would recommend just building the buffer
- 3:53in that account.
- 3:55But if it's like your only
- 3:58if it's your only funded account,
- 4:01um
- 4:03you know, if you can get it up to 3,000
- 4:05to take out a $1,500 payout, that's fine
- 4:07because then you got $1,500
- 4:10to
- 4:12get more funded accounts with. And
- 4:13$1,500 of drawdown is
- 4:16it's okay. Like you can easily make that
- 4:18work.
- 4:24Yeah, that's chill. So
- 4:27I mean, if it's your only funded account
- 4:30you know, maybe 3 to $4,000 balance
- 4:32before you take a payout.
- 4:35Um
- 4:38if you have multiple funded accounts, I
- 4:40would usually wait till like a $4,000
- 4:42balance.
- 4:47But, you know, it's also
- 4:49the the main goal, realistically, is
- 4:52just to get yourself net positive on the
- 4:54month so that you can then begin to
- 4:56manage bank roll
- 4:58and try and get more fundeds.
- 5:00>> [snorts]
- 5:02>> Yeah, okay.
- 5:05Yeah, like I'm on this account right
- 5:06now. It has like a $3,800 balance, I
- 5:09think.
- 5:12I think this is either the second or
- 5:13third day
- 5:14that I traded it.
- 5:17I also finally traded my um
- 5:20my 25K funded yesterday. So, I made 430
- 5:24bucks on the shorts last night.
- 5:27But this one has a consistency rule, and
- 5:29the max payout is a thousand bucks cuz
- 5:31it's a 25K account, so
- 5:33I'm probably just going to um
- 5:37No, I usually don't trade London. I
- 5:39mean, there's times where I do trade
- 5:41London, like
- 5:42if I'm traveling, then yes, I trade
- 5:44London.
- 5:48But,
- 5:50being in California, no, I don't trade
- 5:51London because
- 5:55I'm sleeping.
- 5:58Realistically.
- 6:03But, yeah, so for this account, like I
- 6:04think I only have two trading days on
- 6:06it. So, in 2 days I built it up to like
- 6:08a $3,800 balance.
- 6:10Um max payout is 3K for the first
- 6:14payout. With this account, it goes up
- 6:16after that, but the first one's 3K.
- 6:20So, I'm not necessarily going to try and
- 6:23max it out and get to $6,000 balance.
- 6:27I'll be totally fine if,
- 6:29you know, I get to a $54,000
- 6:32and then I take um
- 6:36I take a $2,000 payout because then I
- 6:38can use that and I'll start buying more
- 6:39accounts again.
- 6:41Um this is
- 6:45Alpha Futures, their premium account.
- 6:49So, I got
- 6:51I got this account and then I also have
- 6:53a Lucid account. What up, Bazooka? I
- 6:55also have a Lucid account that
- 6:56technically has the 5 days, but the
- 6:58balance is like 1,500, so I'm trying to
- 7:01build it up a little bit, which I may
- 7:03actually be focusing on
- 7:05today.
- 7:15Yeah, so with Alpha Futures, the way
- 7:17that it works on their premium accounts
- 7:18is the first payout is 3K max, second
- 7:21payout's 4K max, third payout is 5K max,
- 7:24and then the fifth payout or the fourth
- 7:26payout
- 7:28is like a 6K max.
- 7:35Which is pretty cool cuz then you could
- 7:36build a buffer in it and then like
- 7:37actually
- 7:40take it out.
- 7:42Yeah, it's ended and end of day
- 7:43drawdown. It's very similar to the Lucid
- 7:45account in terms of like it's a little
- 7:48more expensive, but
- 7:51it's very similar in the sense of like
- 7:54uh
- 7:55they wanted $200 minimum winning day.
- 7:57You need 5 days, no consistency.
- 8:02Eval is 50% consistency.
- 8:05End of day drawdown.
- 8:07They're pretty good, honestly. I think
- 8:09these accounts are pretty good. I'll
- 8:11probably get more of them
- 8:12um when I do pull a payout.
- 8:19They're a little pricey, but I do like
- 8:21the
- 8:23They're a little pricey, but I do like
- 8:25them. They're like 150 bucks before any
- 8:28discount, so when they're on a discount
- 8:29it's less than that.
- 8:32Yeah, it's basically identical rules to
- 8:34Topstep and Lucid.
- 8:55So, honestly, I think I should probably
- 8:57trade
- 9:00the Lucid account because
- 9:04it's technically eligible for a payout,
- 9:06but this balance is pretty small.
- 9:12So, I got to build it up a little bit.
- 9:18Very nice. Bazooka.
- 9:36So, today
- 9:40we did make a pretty large move um after
- 9:43we after Asia put in the lows.
- 9:47It's about 250 points to the upside. So,
- 9:50this is all-time high. We do have the
- 9:52call wall sitting basically right around
- 9:54all-time high.
- 9:57So, obviously, you know, we're watching
- 9:58the call wall because in the event that
- 10:00we get acceptance above it, then of
- 10:01course, we're taking all-time high and
- 10:03we're entering back into uh
- 10:06price discovery.
- 10:10And we're just going to be making new
- 10:11highs.
- 10:13Um in the event that we actually come up
- 10:15to 30,660 and we kind of like fail to
- 10:18get above it and we begin to rotate
- 10:20lower, I would be expecting us at that
- 10:22point to actually come all the way down
- 10:23and start attacking the lows. We'd
- 10:25essentially be building a pretty
- 10:28clean
- 10:28>> [music]
- 10:28>> balance here
- 10:30um
- 10:31on the hourly time frame.
- 10:34The 4-hour is kind of consolidating
- 10:36sideways right now.
- 10:39We have all of these lows down here.
- 10:42In the event that we do actually kind of
- 10:44like push down or you know, maybe we
- 10:47come up here, sweep these highs and
- 10:48start pushing down,
- 10:50then I am looking for us to first take
- 10:52London lows and then make our way down
- 10:54towards discount of this current range.
- 10:58If we start kind of getting below
- 11:0130,370
- 11:03or the HVL and like pushing past the
- 11:05886, then it of course, at that point,
- 11:08it's pretty likely we actually start
- 11:10attacking these. So,
- 11:12taking out current daily lows, taking
- 11:14out previous daily lows,
- 11:17and then making our way down towards
- 11:2030,250.
- 11:25So, kind of two main areas I'm watching
- 11:27for today, kind of right around here,
- 11:30and then up here.
- 11:33Other than that, we're kind of like in
- 11:34the middle of uh
- 11:36kind of in the middle of this range.
- 11:40And we do have jolts today at 10:00 a.m.
- 11:42Eastern, which could do something, could
- 11:44do nothing. I mean,
- 11:46I don't know. Recently, like red folder
- 11:48news hasn't been doing
- 11:51a crazy amount
- 11:55like it used to.
- 12:00Um the big trade settings?
- 12:04Well, I have it for MNQ.
- 12:08I think right now mine are set for
- 12:14400. I'm actually going to drop this
- 12:17to 300. I put it up to 400 one day
- 12:20because it was like
- 12:22pretty noisy, but I'll put it back to
- 12:24300.
- 12:29Um do I copy trade accounts or one at a
- 12:32time? It depends. Usually, what I'll do
- 12:34is I'll trade them one at a time.
- 12:38Um especially if like my execution has
- 12:40been lacking recently, I'll trade them
- 12:41one at a time.
- 12:43But if I build up a balance on the
- 12:45accounts and then they are the whole the
- 12:48only purpose of those accounts at that
- 12:49point is just to try and extract a
- 12:51payout. I'll usually like copy trade
- 12:52them.
- 12:53Just with really small size trying to
- 12:55just get like uh
- 12:58winning days.
- 13:01But when I'm building the balance in the
- 13:02accounts, I usually just trade them one
- 13:04at a time.
- 13:10>> [snorts]
- 13:20>> So, the goal right now is I do have
- 13:21three funded accounts.
- 13:24And I have some evals, but
- 13:26I haven't really been trading the I'm
- 13:28trying to just focus on the three
- 13:30fundeds right now.
- 13:31One of the balances is pretty chill.
- 13:333,800 bucks is pretty chill for a 50k.
- 13:38This one, this Lucid account that you
- 13:40guys see right here,
- 13:41>> [music]
- 13:41>> um
- 13:43has the 5 days, but it I just
- 13:47I need to build the balance up on it, so
- 13:48I'm probably going to focus on that
- 13:49today.
- 13:53And then the goal is just to pull the
- 13:54payouts, um
- 13:59hopefully I'll build this one up. I
- 14:00mean, realistically, if I get this past
- 14:02$2,000, I'm probably just going to take
- 14:04like a $1,000 payout on it.
- 14:06And then I have, um
- 14:10I have this funded account, which
- 14:14I'll probably take like a $2,000 payout
- 14:16on it, hopefully, if I don't [Â __Â ] it up.
- 14:20And then I'm just going to focus on
- 14:21evals for a little bit cuz I got a
- 14:25I got to build the army back up.
- 14:28I'm build the army back up.
- 14:31Got to get back to having, oh yeah, and
- 14:33then also got to focus on this this
- 14:35funded account.
- 14:38Which
- 14:40on this account, I think I'm only going
- 14:41to I think because of the consistency
- 14:43rule and the max payout is a thousand
- 14:45bucks, I mean, I should
- 14:48really only be getting like $400 a day.
- 14:56And then I'm probably going to buy some
- 14:58more Lucid accounts, buy probably some
- 15:00Topstep accounts.
- 15:04Try and get back to having like
- 15:06at least five funded accounts.
- 15:12Yeah, we had a pretty rough, um
- 15:16pretty rough month last month, so we're
- 15:18trying to turn it around.
- 15:22Trying to turn around now.
- 15:25But we're kind of starting from scratch.
- 15:28Not necessarily.
- 15:30Because we are bringing in accounts but
- 15:33from last month but it is kind of
- 15:35starting from scratch.
- 15:38So we have market open here. We're kind
- 15:40of pushing up a little bit. Um right
- 15:43before the open, we may go up here and
- 15:45take these highs.
- 15:48Uh I don't use TPT but
- 15:50I don't necessarily have anything
- 15:52against them. I just typically
- 15:54I haven't really ever used them before.
- 15:57I was looking at them though.
- 15:59They're definitely on the list when I
- 16:01begin to scale more but
- 16:04I just don't like intraday
- 16:06trailing.
- 16:09So in the event that we just like pop up
- 16:11off the open
- 16:13and we begin to come up here towards
- 16:15all-time high, I I am watching this
- 16:1630,660 area so
- 16:21we will see
- 16:24what we get.
- 16:40That's gross.
- 16:43That's gross.
- 16:45Oh.
- 16:48Oh. All right, we may we may if we're
- 16:50going to come down
- 16:53we may be coming down here to target
- 16:55London lows. In the event that we do
- 16:56that, then I'm going to start watching
- 16:58kind of this area down here for
- 17:01seeing if it's a potential long
- 17:02opportunity.
- 17:04Um
- 17:06or if we're going to drop down further
- 17:07and start taking out, you know,
- 17:10Asia lows, previous daily lows.
- 17:13That's a pretty large sell though. There
- 17:15is
- 17:16if we, you know,
- 17:18continue down, there's a pretty good
- 17:20chance we're going to just
- 17:22start dropping.
- 17:25Like if we accept past this big trade
- 17:26and we don't just snap back up. So, it's
- 17:28kind of important to wait for this
- 17:295-minute candle to close right now.
- 17:32for me.
- 17:37That was pretty nasty, though.
- 17:40It was like freezing for a second and
- 17:41then it just
- 17:44I blinked
- 17:46and then a massive candle appeared.
- 18:00But if we like
- 18:02So, it's important that I watch what
- 18:03happens on this 5-minute candle because
- 18:08if we have all this selling pressure
- 18:09that just came in and then it just like
- 18:10completely flips bullish, well then at
- 18:12that point we're definitely coming
- 18:13towards
- 18:1530,660.
- 18:17But if we have some acceptance, it
- 18:20actually closes
- 18:21lower,
- 18:23we push past this large order,
- 18:26um then we'll probably be making our way
- 18:29down.
- 18:33Although I I'm not really
- 18:35that big of a fan in terms of like
- 18:37trying to short it right here.
- 18:42But it would make sense for us to come
- 18:44back and rebalance some of this uh move
- 18:47from the overnight.
- 19:45>> Yeah, we'll see if I can um
- 19:52Honestly, I think if I just get this
- 19:54balance above 2K today, I'll probably
- 19:55just take the payout.
- 19:58Like at the end of the day.
- 20:05Y M
- 20:10Yo, Dame, are you trading Y M? Whoa.
- 20:15Whoa.
- 20:22The hell is that?
- 20:27Yeah, it's crazy.
- 20:40All right, so I'm going to wait for this
- 20:41candle to close. This is it's looking
- 20:43like it's pretty it's going to close
- 20:44pretty strong.
- 20:52So, I'm anticipating us to actually just
- 20:54continue lower.
- 20:57We just took London lows.
- 20:59I'm watching kind of around the EQ or
- 21:02the middle of Asia for us to
- 21:06kind of touch down into potentially
- 21:11or just right around that 30,400 if
- 21:13we're going to if we are going to
- 21:15continue down.
- 21:29But I don't really want to
- 21:33>> [clears throat]
- 21:35>> I don't know. We'll see. If this candle
- 21:36pumps up right now and comes towards
- 21:38this large order and starts dropping
- 21:40back down, I may just try and scalp a
- 21:42continuation.
- 21:47But if it's just going to drop, I'm
- 21:48going to just let it go.
- 21:55What up, Joseph?
- 22:36We do have jolts today, so
- 22:46All right, we're probably
- 22:52probably coming over here.
- 23:00The call wall was sitting up there at
- 23:0230,660. It just dropped.
- 23:0630,415.
- 23:13If we pump back I mean if we go back up
- 23:15it'll probably move back, but it's just
- 23:18something to note that
- 23:21the positioning is changing
- 23:23as we go down.
- 24:01The trading pit? No, I have no idea what
- 24:03that is.
- 24:38And then go to the TJR Island.
- 24:41>> [laughter]
- 24:45>> For what though, dude?
- 24:48I don't care for that.
- 25:10>> Arturo Arturo apparently it's like this
- 25:13uh
- 25:14it's this video he's going to make where
- 25:15he brings like a
- 25:17few traders to like compete.
- 25:21>> [snorts]
- 25:22>> I don't really have time for that
- 25:23though. Dude, I have other stuff I do. I
- 25:26can't just like dip and then like
- 25:30go do random [Â __Â ] for somebody's video.
- 25:44Yeah, that's what I was thinking too.
- 25:45He's probably going to make them do some
- 25:48some weird [Â __Â ]
- 25:52Although I'll watch it. It'll probably
- 25:54be pretty funny, honestly.
- 25:59But you know what? I kind of like waking
- 26:01up, making a coffee, sitting at my desk,
- 26:04and then like trading,
- 26:06and then like doing the other stuff I
- 26:08need to do during the day,
- 26:10rather rather than doing a bunch of
- 26:12jester [Â __Â ]
- 26:14for the internet.
- 26:24I try not be a jester, you know what I
- 26:26mean?
- 26:38Uh Steve, I'm using
- 26:40um
- 26:41ATAS a toss
- 26:43attis.
- 26:51So right right now what I'm doing, if
- 26:53wondering why I'm just sitting here, I
- 26:54think it's coming down towards uh Asia
- 26:58EQ or like right around 30,400.
- 27:02So, I'm kind of just like letting it go.
- 27:04The only thing I was looking at
- 27:05previously was if we were to push up on
- 27:08this candle and then start slamming
- 27:10down, I was going to go short, but
- 27:12if it's going to just kind of slide down
- 27:14right now, I'm just going to let it go.
- 27:17And then I have my eyes set around here.
- 27:19It's kind of a bigger range, it's like
- 27:2160 points.
- 27:22Yeah, like 66 points, this kind of zone.
- 27:26Um
- 27:29I'm watching this area not to
- 27:31necessarily just like blindly take a
- 27:33long.
- 27:34I honestly believe that one of the
- 27:37easiest trades, if it were to happen
- 27:38today or the lowest hanging fruit,
- 27:41is
- 27:42we actually start coming down here, we
- 27:45don't really have any type of buying
- 27:46activity, and we start pushing like
- 27:49towards here.
- 27:50And if a candle opens up, pushes up, and
- 27:53then starts slamming down, you can take
- 27:54like a really easy scalp to just like
- 27:58shoot through this area.
- 28:03But, there may be an opportunity. I
- 28:04mean,
- 28:09we're like creating this like balance,
- 28:11you know what I mean? So,
- 28:13it is kind of also
- 28:17sketchy to short it down there.
- 28:21I am first though watching to see if we
- 28:23push into this area and then looking for
- 28:25potential longs or
- 28:28if we begin to like kind of make our way
- 28:30back up here,
- 28:31then I may be going for a continuation
- 28:33long towards this area or towards
- 28:35all-time high, basically.
- 28:42But, I got to wait for
- 28:52>> set up
- 28:53an actual trade.
- 29:01The imbalances on the footprint
- 29:05like these.
- 29:08It's just an indicator um
- 29:12It's literally called stacked
- 29:13imbalances.
- 29:17I put a 400% ratio and then I need at
- 29:20least three of them.
- 29:22And then it will create these.
- 29:26And I have and I have it where
- 29:29inside the candles in the cluster
- 29:30settings it it will um
- 29:34show it in bold. So, anytime you see
- 29:36these bold numbers,
- 29:38it's basically telling me that it's an
- 29:40imbalance.
- 30:25It's just like not really in good
- 30:27location for me.
- 30:29Yeah.
- 30:31This could be good area for a bounce
- 30:34though, but I would prefer it to have
- 30:36been like a little lower.
- 30:47>> But we have the 15-minute about to open
- 30:49up right now. We'll see what it does,
- 30:51and then we got jolts.
- 30:52See what that does.
- 31:17Dude, I wonder if YM is still doing
- 31:19that, or did it come back? Ooh, it's
- 31:21still going.
- 31:24Might be coming back.
- 31:41So, yeah. I mean, if we start
- 31:43really pushing past
- 31:45all of this,
- 31:47past this,
- 31:49past this,
- 31:51there could be an opportunity to just
- 31:54catch a continuation
- 31:58towards all-time high.
- 32:01I would just rather not try and take a
- 32:03long yet because we didn't really tap
- 32:06into where I wanted us to go.
- 32:10What up, thousand?
- 32:15So, we're going to see
- 32:17We'll wait a little bit.
- 33:00>> Yo thousand, are you still trading
- 33:0320 accounts?
- 33:22Dude, remember that day you made like
- 33:23$200,000
- 33:25on the
- 33:26copy trading the accounts?
- 33:30Legend. This guy's a legend, dude.
- 33:34I know he's going to Yeah, he remembers
- 33:35that.
- 33:41Also, shout out thousand. He gave me a
- 33:43Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich yesterday.
- 33:46Real one.
- 33:47He gifted it to me.
- 33:49All I had to do was just go to
- 33:51Chick-fil-A and redeem it.
- 34:19So, I'm going to see if we can get past
- 34:21this area. Also, I mean, we're watch I'm
- 34:23watching the one hour right now. So, as
- 34:25we approach,
- 34:27you know, closer to jolts, I'm trying to
- 34:29see
- 34:31how the hourly is going to close.
- 34:33If it closed pretty If it closes like
- 34:35this, you know, there is
- 34:38potential opportunity for
- 34:44for that.
- 34:46At least
- 34:48Yeah.
- 34:53But it's important to see how this is
- 34:54going to close cuz I don't know if you
- 34:55guys remember yesterday, but it was kind
- 34:57of looking like this and then in the
- 34:59last like 10 minutes of the hourly
- 35:01candle, it was
- 35:03up here and then it just went all the
- 35:04way down and then closed down here. So,
- 35:06I have to
- 35:08I'd like to see us get above this.
- 35:11No, this is not motive wave. It's uh
- 35:13ATS.
- 35:25Well, Bazooka, just wait a little bit.
- 35:28You know, we just we just got here.
- 35:34You haven't even let the new hourly
- 35:35candle open yet. Hasn't even been 30
- 35:37minutes.
- 35:42But yeah, no, there hasn't been any
- 35:43setups for me yet.
- 35:47Or anything for me to trade.
- 36:02Got in longs at 478.
- 36:04Fire.
- 36:06It's very nice.
- 36:08Very nice, Chewy.
- 36:59>> Oh, on gold?
- 37:01>> Yeah.
- 37:03We may be pushing up here.
- 37:07>> I'm going to
- 37:09wait though.
- 37:15Cuz I don't really want to um
- 37:19enter a position before jolts and hold
- 37:23it during jolts. I just
- 37:26rather not, but there is a
- 37:32I'll be watching for us to come up here.
- 37:35Which is enough room to for a decent
- 37:37trade.
- 37:38You know, you can catch 50 points.
- 37:45Or even up here. Realistically, the the
- 37:47real target if you were to go long would
- 37:49definitely be 660.
- 37:53An all-time high, so
- 37:56there's enough room. I just
- 37:58got to wait for news. In the event that
- 38:00we just kind of like
- 38:03have news open up and then we just
- 38:05immediately run to the to 660. I
- 38:08I'm actually going to have to just not
- 38:09trade today cuz that was kind of my
- 38:12Well, we'll see what happens up here.
- 38:16But the goal right now is to as long as
- 38:18we continue accepting above this area
- 38:21and we don't just like snap all the way
- 38:22back down.
- 38:25I'll probably be looking for a potential
- 38:26long opportunity.
- 39:42Okay, this is good for
- 39:45This is good for Cheesy's position if we
- 39:46continue.
- 39:50But I want to I want to get in on the
- 39:52party
- 39:53if it allows me to.
- 40:06Call wall's back at
- 40:08660.
- 40:10But it might
- 40:11it might kind of flip back and forth
- 40:13from 660 and um
- 40:17415.
- 40:22But that's the
- 40:25That would be the target if we're going
- 40:26to continue higher. First target.
- 40:29Second one being all-time high, but
- 40:30they're basically at the same level. I
- 40:32mean, it's like a
- 40:3530-point difference.
- 40:57The most ideal scenario for longs
- 41:03would be
- 41:06if we wait
- 41:10and we have news come out and we
- 41:13actually attempt to push lower
- 41:16and sellers fail and we begin to curl
- 41:18back up.
- 41:21Would be a much better
- 41:23much better scenario than just trying to
- 41:25chase a straight shot.
- 41:39So, we'll wait the 5 minutes
- 41:41for jolts.
- 42:03But yeah, if we do if we do attempt to
- 42:05come lower and then sellers begin to
- 42:07start getting absorbed
- 42:10and then we start kind of
- 42:12bouncing back up.
- 42:15It could be a pretty good opportunity
- 42:21to try and long it.
- 42:33But again, I got to see
- 42:3815-minute time frames looking pretty
- 42:40gross to be honest.
- 43:12Well, Bazooka, maybe you can get into a
- 43:14trade and jolts will just go in your
- 43:16favor.
- 43:21Just trade the trade the news.
- 43:26Like this is kind of what I wanted to
- 43:28see to an extent, but not really. I kind
- 43:30of want to see it lower.
- 43:34And I don't want it to have I
- 43:35I just I got to wait.
- 43:38Going [clears throat] to wait for news.
- 44:14>> Yo, in the Discord chat, are you guys
- 44:16able to see the the GIFs?
- 44:20Or is it just showing up as like
- 44:24Dude, I don't know why it does that. Is
- 44:26there a way to fix that?
- 44:53Why does it do that?
- 44:58Yo, Eddie, do you know how to fix that?
- 45:05I'll worry about it later. We we got to
- 45:06we got to worry about trading right now.
- 45:09I'll we'll try and fix that later.
- 45:11We're put we're pushing up. I just
- 45:13There's a pretty good chance we're just
- 45:15going to
- 45:17not not give me an entry and just kind
- 45:19of go up here.
- 45:27Which, you know, if that happens, it
- 45:28sucks, but it is what it is. I can't
- 45:30just like chase this just cuz I think
- 45:32it's going to go up here.
- 45:37Uh, that's weird.
- 45:45Try and figure it out later. Yeah,
- 45:46banger trade, Cheesy. You're already up
- 45:48100 points.
- 45:54The hourly's about to close pretty
- 45:55strong, though.
- 45:58It's definitely looking like we're we're
- 45:59going to make an to at the highs.
- 46:03Now, it's just whether or not we can
- 46:04find
- 46:05an entry.
- 46:09Probably
- 46:24I kind of hope jolts pushes it down
- 46:26right now so it gives me a chance.
- 46:33Oh.
- 46:37Oh.
- 46:40Yo.
- 46:49Dude, I'm fighting FOMO right now cuz I
- 46:51kind of want to go long right there but
- 46:53I'm not going to do it.
- 46:56That was nasty.
- 47:01Yeah, my screen lagged.
- 47:06Oh, there's some
- 47:07That's the s- second time it happened.
- 47:10And that's on MNQ, too, which is funny.
- 47:12This is MNQ and then this is NQ.
- 47:22That's crazy.
- 47:27Being in a position on MNQ and then
- 47:30you get one of the MNQ wicks.
- 47:35Look, let's go look at it.
- 47:39Uh
- 47:53Yeah, that's the only thing that sucks
- 47:54about the micro contracts sometimes is
- 47:56you just get those nasty wicks that
- 47:58don't exist on the actual mini
- 48:00contracts.
- 48:06>> [snorts]
- 48:28>> And that's also why by the way that
- 48:31a lot of the times um when you're
- 48:33learning order flow, sometimes it's
- 48:35better to learn on um
- 48:37the mini contracts and then use like
- 48:38cross trading features, but um
- 48:42I'm just so used to MNQ. I've been
- 48:44looking at it for years, so I just stick
- 48:46on it.
- 48:50But it does have noise. Like this is
- 48:51basically noise, right? Like
- 48:56It's the difference of
- 49:0050 points.
- 49:04It's a pretty big difference.
- 49:52Oh no, I'm not looking at gold.
- 49:54If you do, good luck.
- 50:10Well,
- 50:10hopefully we get an opportunity today,
- 50:12or otherwise it's just
- 50:14it's going to be a no trade day.
- 50:18Price action is actually pretty chill.
- 50:22I mean, there's been very little chop.
- 50:23We just moved down, moved straight up.
- 50:26I just didn't have a
- 50:33Five minis, take it or leave it. Sheesh.
- 50:45Let's see if we're going to flip bullish
- 50:47on this candle
- 50:49by the time it closes.
- 51:29So, we had like a bunch of selling
- 51:30pressure step in.
- 51:33Really couldn't do anything.
- 51:36Then, towards the end of this candle, we
- 51:38started getting some uh
- 51:41buying.
- 51:42Little bit, not a not a lot, just a tiny
- 51:44bit of buying.
- 52:44I'm going to take a short. Got to sell
- 52:45some longs.
- 52:52I feel like we're going to continue up
- 52:54here to 660.
- 52:56It's kind of a shitty entry because
- 52:58we're like all the way kind of
- 53:06We're at the top of this. I'm basically
- 53:09I was waiting to see if selling pressure
- 53:11was going to continue.
- 53:13And we are having buyers step in. So, we
- 53:15just need to see the buying activity
- 53:17kind of
- 53:19have follow through. Otherwise, if this
- 53:22basically has a large buy order that
- 53:24steps in and it immediately rejects and
- 53:25starts snapping back down, I'm actually
- 53:27pretty [Â __Â ] on this trade. So, because
- 53:30of that, I'm going to move my stop right
- 53:32below this 5-minute candle.
- 53:34And we'll risk like 200 bucks.
- 53:38Cuz if we're going to have the
- 53:39continuation, I should realistically see
- 53:41it now. Otherwise, it's going to come
- 53:43down and then potentially give another
- 53:45opportunity.
- 53:59Yeah, it's not good.
- 54:01We fell for it. We fell We got trapped.
- 54:06We fell for the FOMO.
- 54:10I was fighting FOMO that whole time.
- 54:43Yeah, live tutorial on how to how to be
- 54:46the liquidity.
- 54:48>> [laughter]
- 54:56>> No, it's really important that we
- 54:57actually get past this and start
- 54:59accepting higher.
- 55:15I'm actually going to have to front run
- 55:17660 a little bit.
- 55:28Actually, no, we're not even going to
- 55:29have a TP. We're just going to watch it
- 55:32if it even continues higher.
- 55:38It's not looking too good right now,
- 55:39though.
- 55:42Because we're potentially going to close
- 55:44below this uh um
- 55:46big trade,
- 55:48which is not what I want.
- 55:52It needs to close above it.
- 55:56We got 30 seconds to try and pull it
- 55:57off, and I think we should be chill.
- 57:07We
- 57:08are
- 57:09screwed. Screwed.
- 57:23The reason why I don't want to close the
- 57:25trade, even though I lost all my
- 57:26confidence in it,
- 57:28is because um
- 57:30it's It's a bad habit.
- 57:32You know, I got to I got to just accept
- 57:34that Oh, I took the trade. You know what
- 57:36I mean? So, like
- 57:40Like, you can't just like enter trades
- 57:42and then just like get out of trades and
- 57:44then enter You know what I mean? Like,
- 57:46it's better if you just like
- 57:48If I If I didn't want to take the L on
- 57:50this trade, then you know what? I
- 57:51shouldn't have taken the trade.
- 57:54And also
- 57:56if you build a habit of like getting
- 57:58into a trade and then like getting out
- 58:00of a trade cuz it doesn't look good
- 58:02anymore
- 58:04you're basically just being a [Â __Â ] so
- 58:06you shouldn't have taken the trade in
- 58:08the first place. You know what I mean?
- 58:12Yeah, long-term is just better. I mean,
- 58:14you you place a stop
- 58:17you place a TP
- 58:19and you just let it go. Otherwise, like
- 58:21imagine if you build this habit of
- 58:23anytime you see like
- 58:25any type of
- 58:27pressure activity
- 58:29like away from
- 58:31um
- 58:33your target, you just like get out of
- 58:35your trade
- 58:37you're just going to build this like
- 58:39terrible habit.
- 58:41And you're going to be that guy who's
- 58:43like, "Ah,
- 58:45I should have held it.
- 58:47Duh.
- 58:48If I just held it, it would have been,
- 58:50you know what I mean?
- 58:51Mr. Shoulda Coulda. We can't be Mr.
- 58:53Shoulda Coulda Woulda.
- 58:55And you know what? Imagine Look, imagine
- 58:57if I did get out.
- 58:59You know what? Now we can move Let's
- 59:02Let's move it to the bottom of this
- 59:03candle.
- 59:05Dude, imagine if I got out right here
- 59:07and I was like, "Oh, no, this trade's
- 59:09not going to work out."
- 59:12I mean, I'm not going to lie, we got
- 59:14incredibly lucky, so I'm not saying that
- 59:15that had anything to do with analysis or
- 59:17skill.
- 59:20Yeah, cuz it really didn't. That was
- 59:21100% luck right there.
- 59:24But, the point is just The point is just
- 59:26building the habits, I guess, at the end
- 59:27of the day.
- 59:31>> [clears throat]
- 59:36>> So, I'm watching us
- 59:39approach
- 59:40660, okay? So, this
- 59:44realistically, as we kind of come up
- 59:47here, we do I do need to move my stop to
- 59:50break even at this point.
- 59:54What I think I'm going to do is
- 59:57when we approach the call wall up here,
- 1:00:00um
- 1:00:01at 660, if we stab into it, I'm going to
- 1:00:08start trailing stop pretty aggressively.
- 1:00:10I want to see if I can give it the
- 1:00:12opportunity to actually continue its way
- 1:00:15up to all-time high.
- 1:00:17Um
- 1:00:19cuz I definitely think it's a
- 1:00:20possibility.
- 1:00:25But, that could just be us being greedy.
- 1:00:41Your entry was my stop loss, so you
- 1:00:43never got in or what?
- 1:00:48Yeah, trailing it trailing especially
- 1:00:51and I did the same thing yesterday. As
- 1:00:53we approach, you know, like a major
- 1:00:55gamma level, especially a call wall, I
- 1:00:58usually trail pretty aggressively.
- 1:01:00Um but, the reason why I'm not going to
- 1:01:02trail that aggressively this time, at
- 1:01:05least until we actually get to 660, is
- 1:01:07because this probably is going to be the
- 1:01:09only trade that I take,
- 1:01:11to be completely honest, so.
- 1:01:15I'm really just
- 1:01:17kind of happy or relieved that it didn't
- 1:01:19stop me out. Like, imagine it came down,
- 1:01:22wicked me like that, and then did that.
- 1:01:25I would have had to take a I would I
- 1:01:27would have had to take a couple deep
- 1:01:28breaths.
- 1:01:39Oh, nice. 592.
- 1:01:42Oh, nice.
- 1:01:52How far did this go in profit?
- 1:01:56Oh, we're like 30 points in profit.
- 1:02:01We must hold it.
- 1:02:04Get some follow-through.
- 1:02:15Although, I'm not really giving it any
- 1:02:16room. You know, like this could just
- 1:02:19like come down and then swing back up.
- 1:02:21I'm really not giving it any room to
- 1:02:23breathe.
- 1:02:25Well, actually,
- 1:02:26giving it a little room to breathe.
- 1:02:35All right.
- 1:02:36We'll take our 25 bucks, dude.
- 1:02:40I'm just kind of
- 1:02:42That was
- 1:02:44That was a bad trade, okay?
- 1:02:46That was bad.
- 1:02:48I FOMO'd into that.
- 1:02:51Like, let's be real.
- 1:02:53FOMO'd into that. Got a terrible entry.
- 1:02:56Got extremely lucky.
- 1:02:59Started getting close to the call wall.
- 1:03:07Woof.
- 1:03:08That was a lucky one. Kind of a lucky
- 1:03:10break.
- 1:03:17I'm actually going to sit here for a bit
- 1:03:18and see if there's a an actual trade for
- 1:03:20me to take. But that was pretty stupid,
- 1:03:22slightly embarrassing. My bad.
- 1:04:03Cheesy, are you still
- 1:04:05uh
- 1:04:06Are you still in it?
- 1:04:08And if so,
- 1:04:11where are you trailing Are you trailing
- 1:04:12your stop or are you just keeping it
- 1:04:13break even down there?
- 1:04:16Okay.
- 1:04:25Very nice.
- 1:04:30Dude, that was such a dumb trade, dude.
- 1:04:32I feel like an idiot for taking that.
- 1:05:03Uh damn, got stopped break even. That's
- 1:05:05the entry signal. I don't want to go
- 1:05:06long.
- 1:05:09Uh just joking.
- 1:05:13Just joking.
- 1:05:36I mean I I still believe we're probably
- 1:05:38coming up eventually to uh that
- 1:05:40660 area. It's just um
- 1:05:46There's not like a real entry.
- 1:05:50I tried to force an entry.
- 1:05:56Which was a bad idea.
- 1:06:01Right, exactly from where, right? Cuz it
- 1:06:03could um
- 1:06:07Cuz what was it What was I saying,
- 1:06:08right? What What was I actually do? What
- 1:06:10was the actual plan? Okay, let's talk
- 1:06:12about this for a second.
- 1:06:14The actual plan was for us to actually
- 1:06:16push lower
- 1:06:19and have sellers begin to kind of get
- 1:06:22absorbed, buyers start stepping back in,
- 1:06:24and then on the curl back up to go long.
- 1:06:28We had news snap down, push back up,
- 1:06:31saw a little bit of buying pressure, we
- 1:06:33closed bullish, this candle retraced to
- 1:06:34the POC, and we started flipping
- 1:06:36bullish, and I just FOMO'd into it.
- 1:06:39So,
- 1:06:41that was not the plan.
- 1:06:47That was That was a caveman trade. That
- 1:06:49was
- 1:06:50bad.
- 1:06:55We got lucky, though. We didn't take the
- 1:06:56$200 L.
- 1:06:58We're just going to
- 1:07:00watch Dame get uh wicked out of his
- 1:07:02position, and then have it go to his TP.
- 1:07:10>> Yeah, but I I can't I can't long it this
- 1:07:13close to the call wall though. It would
- 1:07:15just It would actually be a terrible
- 1:07:16decision like anywhere
- 1:07:20Realistically, anywhere up here
- 1:07:22is just kind of a terrible area to go
- 1:07:25long.
- 1:07:31We need a little bit of this
- 1:07:34or a little bit of that.
- 1:07:41Right. Just buying super deep into
- 1:07:44premium.
- 1:08:06If anyone ended up trying to copy trade
- 1:08:08me on that trade, I hope you moved your
- 1:08:10stop to break even or I hope you got out
- 1:08:12for like 100 ticks or something.
- 1:08:21I would feel so bad if anyone took that
- 1:08:23trade that
- 1:08:24that I took and
- 1:08:28took a loss cuz of it.
- 1:08:31[Â __Â ]
- 1:08:37Uh vehicle enthusiast
- 1:08:39enthusiastic. Yes, I took a long right
- 1:08:42here like a dummy.
- 1:08:45Or no, right here.
- 1:08:47Like a dummy.
- 1:08:48It went like uh 30 points in the profit
- 1:08:50and then I just I moved to break even.
- 1:09:01But we'll see if we can actually get it
- 1:09:02a decent retracement
- 1:09:05or an attempt lower right now.
- 1:09:10And then failure.
- 1:09:15Although we are kind of getting closer
- 1:09:18and closer to the time I'm I'm right now
- 1:09:20I'm paying close attention to volume
- 1:09:22because if volume begins to taper off
- 1:09:23then I I'm just going to
- 1:09:26stop.
- 1:09:32Yeah, but that's the thing AR that trade
- 1:09:34had nothing to do with how I how I
- 1:09:35normally trade.
- 1:09:37That's why it was bad.
- 1:09:40It honestly would have been pretty bad
- 1:09:43if I uh
- 1:09:45It really didn't matter if it won or
- 1:09:47lost. It was kind of just a stupid trade
- 1:09:49in general.
- 1:09:51It just didn't follow
- 1:09:54what I usually do.
- 1:09:56Now in the event that we push down
- 1:10:00we begin to stall, we begin to get
- 1:10:01absorbed, and then buying pressure steps
- 1:10:03back in, and we go long then doesn't
- 1:10:06matter if that wins or loses cuz that
- 1:10:07was kind of the original plan.
- 1:10:14As long as a proper uh
- 1:10:18proper entry model comes.
- 1:10:30>> [snorts]
- 1:10:36>> But it's important we still keep
- 1:10:37participation cuz if we begin to taper
- 1:10:39off in volume then
- 1:10:43the day is over for me.
- 1:11:17>> Uh, Bazooka, no, I didn't.
- 1:11:20My
- 1:11:21I didn't take TP. I hit break even.
- 1:12:09Yeah, they're different because
- 1:12:12Well, for a couple reasons.
- 1:12:14Um
- 1:12:17For one, they have different settings
- 1:12:19and
- 1:12:21This is lagging. So, this is what the
- 1:12:25levels are currently.
- 1:12:27And it updates like every minute.
- 1:12:31But, um
- 1:12:33They have all of those all of the
- 1:12:36um
- 1:12:40GEX level providers, they have different
- 1:12:42model calculations, which result in
- 1:12:44slightly different levels. And today's
- 1:12:46profile is kind of
- 1:12:49So, like if you look at this, right? You
- 1:12:52You see this area where it says net gex
- 1:12:54and then
- 1:12:55we're like sitting in between this area
- 1:12:57that has like
- 1:13:00like the distribution of it. Here, let
- 1:13:02me show you.
- 1:13:04The distribution of this is like really
- 1:13:08thin and small.
- 1:13:11So, you're going to have
- 1:13:13because this is like
- 1:13:16you're just going to have different
- 1:13:17model calculations like Menthor Q, Spot
- 1:13:19Gamma, Vol Signals to Tanuki, they're
- 1:13:21all going to be slightly different.
- 1:13:27And then also when it comes to
- 1:13:32Menthor Q, Menthor Q,
- 1:13:35um
- 1:13:36they have like settings for their
- 1:13:37indicator where it's either end of day
- 1:13:40or intraday.
- 1:13:46Which that's obviously going to cause a
- 1:13:49pretty big difference.
- 1:14:04But, yeah. I mean realistically though,
- 1:14:05like there's no
- 1:14:07um
- 1:14:10because they all have like their own I
- 1:14:11mean they're all using
- 1:14:13exchange options like the exchange data
- 1:14:16for the options
- 1:14:18chain.
- 1:14:19But, they just have their own gamma
- 1:14:21models, so
- 1:14:23but just remember, none of them
- 1:14:26literally none of them can actually see
- 1:14:28the dealer book, so
- 1:14:30there isn't like
- 1:14:33an objective necessarily truth.
- 1:14:45I just like the interface Tanuki and
- 1:14:47also
- 1:14:49um
- 1:14:54their levels work out pretty good for me
- 1:14:55in the way that I trade, so
- 1:14:59I use them.
- 1:15:01And also full transparency, I now like
- 1:15:03kind of work with them, so
- 1:15:06take that as you want.
- 1:15:15Well, one of the one of the biggest
- 1:15:16reasons why I like Tanuki
- 1:15:20and I I swear this has nothing to do
- 1:15:22with the fact that I affiliate for them,
- 1:15:24but like
- 1:15:26one of because I was using this platform
- 1:15:28before I started talking to Tanuki, but
- 1:15:30one of the biggest things that I
- 1:15:32actually like about Tanuki over the
- 1:15:33other ones is the additional options
- 1:15:36data, so I like seeing
- 1:15:38like these things, right? Like the
- 1:15:40largest positive delta exposure, the
- 1:15:42open interest for calls or puts.
- 1:15:45And then call volume and then put
- 1:15:46volume.
- 1:15:48And then it stacks at the levels and
- 1:15:49then I really like their interface.
- 1:15:51Um
- 1:15:53it's pretty cool.
- 1:15:55And then hopefully pretty soon they're
- 1:15:56going to have this um
- 1:15:59they're going to have like a replay
- 1:16:00mode, which would be pretty dope.
- 1:16:03Uh but yeah, so
- 1:16:07I know a lot of futures traders use
- 1:16:09Mentour Q though. And Mentour Q
- 1:16:13is pretty good, too.
- 1:16:16And they have cool stuff for Mentour Q
- 1:16:17as well. Like they have their AI.
- 1:16:23And I think they're I think he they're
- 1:16:25working on
- 1:16:27better intraday updates for their
- 1:16:30levels, which would probably be pretty
- 1:16:31helpful. Um
- 1:16:34I do think it's pretty important that if
- 1:16:37we're looking at zero DT option
- 1:16:40gex
- 1:16:43yeah, they do have one day max and one
- 1:16:45day min. Um
- 1:16:48Tanuki has something very similar to it.
- 1:16:51It's based off of volatility.
- 1:16:54But, um
- 1:16:56I What I was going to say is I do think
- 1:16:57it's pretty important that
- 1:17:01you pay attention to how dealer
- 1:17:03positioning changes throughout the day
- 1:17:04because we're dealing with options data.
- 1:17:06So, then you have
- 1:17:09positioning changing closer to
- 1:17:10expiration.
- 1:17:13And if we're doing zero DTE, then the
- 1:17:15further we get into the day, the closer
- 1:17:17we are to expiration, and then dealer
- 1:17:19positioning begins to change.
- 1:17:27Yeah, I have a buddy of mine who, um
- 1:17:30uses the one day max and one day minimum
- 1:17:33levels
- 1:17:36a lot.
- 1:17:44SMTs
- 1:17:46Well, I wouldn't know. I don't really
- 1:17:47use those.
- 1:18:25Hey, if anyone has Mentour Q, what's the
- 1:18:26one day max at?
- 1:18:30What what price level?
- 1:18:50>> 30,955
- 1:19:17What about one day one day men?
- 1:19:21Where's that at?
- 1:19:4030,177
- 1:19:57Interesting.
- 1:19:59Well, thanks for telling me.
- 1:20:17Wait Marcus, why is yours different than
- 1:20:19what what this guy is saying?
- 1:20:2230,964
- 1:20:25is the max and 30,971
- 1:20:30or 30,168.
- 1:20:32Oh, it's kind of the same, though.
- 1:20:43What I'm trying to see is like
- 1:20:46because they base it off of volatility
- 1:20:48in option.
- 1:20:51Oh, you're using end of day.
- 1:20:56So, like I have this indicator I made,
- 1:20:58right?
- 1:21:02And it bases it off of historical data
- 1:21:04in terms of volatility. It's not using
- 1:21:06options data, it's just using historical
- 1:21:08futures data
- 1:21:09in terms of like deviations above and
- 1:21:11below
- 1:21:12um Asia session.
- 1:21:14And it's a rolling calculation. And so,
- 1:21:16I was just
- 1:21:18it's relatively same idea.
- 1:21:21Um just a different way of calculating
- 1:21:23it.
- 1:21:24But, the goal of what it's trying to do
- 1:21:25is kind of the same.
- 1:21:27So, I was just wondering where they are
- 1:21:29in relation. So, like your guys's levels
- 1:21:31basically sitting
- 1:21:33your minimum level is sitting in this
- 1:21:35area.
- 1:21:36And then, your max is like way up here.
- 1:21:42But, my max is like right here.
- 1:21:48So, I was just wondering
- 1:21:49how it kind of
- 1:21:52compares.
- 1:21:59Yeah, thanks, Marcus. I um
- 1:22:02I took like
- 1:22:04Well, I downloaded like
- 1:22:08I think it was like 18 years of open
- 1:22:09high low close data, but I only used
- 1:22:11like the past nine.
- 1:22:13And then, I calculated I created like a
- 1:22:16If you guys know what EdgeFull is, it's
- 1:22:18basically where you can like create
- 1:22:19reports. Well, I coded my own like
- 1:22:22report. I used I vibe coded it.
- 1:22:25Um and then, I just ran like a bunch of
- 1:22:28reports to determine what the mean and
- 1:22:30uh
- 1:22:31what the mean
- 1:22:33and median
- 1:22:35and average
- 1:22:37was
- 1:22:40in terms of how far above Asia high and
- 1:22:42how far below Asia low. And it's not
- 1:22:45symmetric, it's asymmetric, meaning that
- 1:22:48when we deviate below Asia low, we
- 1:22:50typically deviate further than we do
- 1:22:51when we deviate above Asia high.
- 1:22:54So, it's different than just drawing
- 1:22:55static fib levels off of Asia's Asia's
- 1:22:57range.
- 1:23:01But, it's trying to basically locate
- 1:23:03like the
- 1:23:05statistical volatility, right?
- 1:23:08On how far a daily candle will typically
- 1:23:11expand.
- 1:23:17But, what um Mentour Q's doing is they
- 1:23:20use options data, probably open
- 1:23:23interest, and um
- 1:23:29however else they're doing it to
- 1:23:31determine
- 1:23:33basically what's how far will is it
- 1:23:35likely to expand, which is kind of
- 1:23:37same thing. But, they're probably
- 1:23:42a more sophisticated and obviously
- 1:23:43better than the way that I did it, but I
- 1:23:45was just wondering how they lined up.
- 1:23:50Even though their calculation methods
- 1:23:51are completely different.
- 1:23:59So, we're kind of not really doing much,
- 1:24:01to be honest, today. Like, we had some
- 1:24:02clean price action. Um
- 1:24:06There really wasn't much of an
- 1:24:07opportunity.
- 1:24:10So, that's why I've just been kind of
- 1:24:11sitting here yapping.
- 1:24:18I tried to force a trade right here.
- 1:24:20We're We're watching us potentially make
- 1:24:22this leg up.
- 1:24:24Um
- 1:24:26I know I said that I was looking for us
- 1:24:28to
- 1:24:30push down, sellers fail, and then
- 1:24:34push up, but I don't like how that
- 1:24:36actually looks.
- 1:24:38I'm not necessarily convinced in that,
- 1:24:40so
- 1:24:42just kind of sitting here.
- 1:24:45Volume is still okay, though. We're
- 1:24:46still above what my minimum threshold
- 1:24:49is.
- 1:24:50It's the only reason why I'm still
- 1:24:51sitting here, but it is kind of slower.
- 1:24:59But, there may
- 1:25:01honestly be pretty good chance that I
- 1:25:02just I really don't take another trade
- 1:25:04today.
- 1:25:06Just save it for tomorrow. What type of
- 1:25:08news do we have? We have news all week,
- 1:25:09huh?
- 1:25:14Let me go look.
- 1:25:30Okay, we have some news tomorrow.
- 1:25:34We have a
- 1:25:35unemployment claims,
- 1:25:37and then NFP on Friday, all right? Yep.
- 1:25:44Well,
- 1:25:51hopefully we get some nice moves on,
- 1:25:53and we don't have to waste our capital
- 1:25:55trading this, right? Uh
- 1:26:00Unless we see something.
- 1:26:07But, we're kind of seeing nothing.
- 1:26:33>> Oh, you said you're using they're using
- 1:26:34open interest weights with volume. Yeah,
- 1:26:36that makes sense.
- 1:26:38On how they're calculating it.
- 1:26:43That's cool though. That's cool.
- 1:27:09Mhm.
- 1:28:01To ES.
- 1:28:02What happened to ES?
- 1:28:05Yo.
- 1:28:07Dude, imagine getting hit with that
- 1:28:08wick.
- 1:28:10Yo.
- 1:28:12That's
- 1:28:13Dude, that's got to be a tr-
- 1:28:16No, [laughter] dude, that's got to be
- 1:28:18like a TradingView glitch. If this is
- 1:28:20legit
- 1:28:22No, there's no way.
- 1:28:30Yo, there's no way that's legit, dude.
- 1:28:37Here, let me actually let me let me
- 1:28:38look.
- 1:28:41Let me let me look at my data.
- 1:28:54No, yeah. No.
- 1:28:58You guys here.
- 1:29:01Uh
- 1:29:03Look over here.
- 1:29:04Is it that's that's not real.
- 1:29:07That's not real.
- 1:29:09Dude, that would be crazy.
- 1:29:13>> [laughter]
- 1:29:16>> No, that would like be [Â __Â ]
- 1:29:22That's just a TradingView thing.
- 1:29:27So, we're having we're
- 1:29:29we're watching sellers try and push
- 1:29:31lower and they're failing, but
- 1:29:35and this could potentially be
- 1:29:37the beginning of that push to three to
- 1:29:3930,660.
- 1:29:53Yeah, if you're hold if you were swing
- 1:29:54trading a position, imagine.
- 1:29:58Swing trading a position on ES and then
- 1:30:00it just comes down and wicks you like
- 1:30:01that.
- 1:30:04Dude, the crypto market did that one
- 1:30:06time
- 1:30:08uh certain brokers
- 1:30:10where people got their positions
- 1:30:12liquidated with a nasty wick like that
- 1:30:15for Bitcoin futures.
- 1:30:29Yeah, this is a pretty good sign for us.
- 1:30:31This is we just totally rejected this
- 1:30:33order and this pressure pushing on the
- 1:30:35downside.
- 1:30:4440K Bitcoin, dude. I've been holding
- 1:30:48I need crypto to go up, dude.
- 1:30:51I've been holding my crypto
- 1:30:53with [Â __Â ] diamond hands, dude, for
- 1:30:56like
- 1:30:586 years.
- 1:31:01I'd have been better off in the S&P 500.
- 1:31:07It's painful. I just watch it go up. I
- 1:31:09actually don't really look at it much
- 1:31:10anymore.
- 1:31:11I haven't been since like 2022.
- 1:31:15But I just watch it go up and go down
- 1:31:17and go up and go down.
- 1:31:20Go up and go down.
- 1:31:22I don't hold any Bitcoin though, but
- 1:31:28But yeah.
- 1:31:29All right.
- 1:31:31This is going to be an opportunity to go
- 1:31:33long.
- 1:31:46If we pull back a little deeper without
- 1:31:47making a wick above, I actually might
- 1:31:49take that.
- 1:31:56It's the new 15-minute.
- 1:31:59I would like it to pull back further
- 1:32:02without a wick.
- 1:32:07Cuz there is no wick. We just opened up
- 1:32:09and
- 1:32:12All right, never mind.
- 1:33:38All right, so we're seeing them put try
- 1:33:39and push again.
- 1:34:02>> The 15 minutes kind of
- 1:34:06The POC of the previous 15-minute candle
- 1:34:08is sitting right at like 595.
- 1:34:32So what what when we kind of tap back
- 1:34:34into this area, I'm going to see what we
- 1:34:36do.
- 1:35:19We had selling pressure step in here and
- 1:35:20fell. We're having a little tiny bit of
- 1:35:22selling pressure.
- 1:35:25Not a tiny bit, but
- 1:35:30I don't know. I think if we see failure,
- 1:35:32we're probably coming up to make another
- 1:35:34high.
- 1:35:58>> Well, here's the problem now. The
- 1:36:00problem is that we're basically below my
- 1:36:03minimum threshold for volume. So, oh.
- 1:36:07We're at it.
- 1:36:09We're literally at it. If it's below
- 1:36:1120,000, I usually just stop.
- 1:36:15We are pretty close to the um
- 1:36:18new hourly open.
- 1:36:40Dude, why does it do that?
- 1:36:56The hourly.
- 1:37:44I'm like kind of tempted to try and long
- 1:37:46it, but I don't think that I should.
- 1:37:49I feel like the volume is too low right
- 1:37:51now.
- 1:38:02Thanks, AR.
- 1:38:04I try.
- 1:38:07Ah, dude, I'm so tempted to long it.
- 1:38:08We're strugg- like sellers are just
- 1:38:10absolutely struggling to push lower.
- 1:38:13And I still believe we're going to 660.
- 1:39:12What do you guys think? You guys think
- 1:39:13we should just stop?
- 1:39:18I think this is going to 660 right now.
- 1:39:21I'm just hesitating on actually trying
- 1:39:22to take it because it's not a real entry
- 1:39:24model for me.
- 1:39:28Um
- 1:39:33Nah.
- 1:39:34We're going to We're going to practice
- 1:39:36some
- 1:39:37We're going to practice some good
- 1:39:38behavior and just let it go.
- 1:39:44Cuz I'm literally watching okay.
- 1:39:47The whole whole time, right?
- 1:39:50I said
- 1:39:51looking for us to come to 660
- 1:39:52realistically
- 1:39:55the best potential scenario is we roll
- 1:39:57back, we have sellers fail and then we
- 1:39:59start making our leg up.
- 1:40:02Now down here it's not as clean.
- 1:40:06And so we're just sitting here, right?
- 1:40:09Then we begin to see selling pressure
- 1:40:11step in. It it just totally fails,
- 1:40:14right?
- 1:40:15Pop up. Selling pressure steps in again,
- 1:40:18we're stalling stalling the entire 5
- 1:40:19minutes basically down here fails.
- 1:40:22And
- 1:40:26um
- 1:40:28but it's just like low volume, low
- 1:40:30participation. So it's better if you
- 1:40:32know, just honestly for me to
- 1:40:35already happened, yeah. Now it's yeah,
- 1:40:37now it's going up but
- 1:40:44we would just be like and then also the
- 1:40:46other thing I'm looking at is
- 1:40:50we would just be longing it like right
- 1:40:52into the level
- 1:40:54that I'm
- 1:40:55the risk to reward would be dog [Â __Â ]
- 1:40:57okay?
- 1:41:00It would just be terrible.
- 1:41:03I was getting FOMO there for a second.
- 1:41:08But it's probably a good idea
- 1:41:11to not mess up
- 1:41:14this account and encourage people to
- 1:41:16chase
- 1:41:18a long at the highs.
- 1:41:27Realistically like we had some pretty
- 1:41:29good um
- 1:41:32We had some pretty decent price action
- 1:41:33today to be completely honest.
- 1:41:37It was a little slower
- 1:41:38once we kind of came around this area,
- 1:41:40but for the most part
- 1:41:44very minimal chop. You know, like I know
- 1:41:46the 15-minute looks kind of nasty. I
- 1:41:48mean, this looks pretty nasty, but
- 1:41:51I mean, this is pretty clean.
- 1:41:56You know what I mean? Like you can't
- 1:41:57really
- 1:41:59can't really ask for much better than
- 1:42:01that. Compared to what we've been really
- 1:42:03getting recently,
- 1:42:05the chop off the opens which is which is
- 1:42:07just been brutal.
- 1:42:11Really not that bad today. Just didn't
- 1:42:13really offer a uh
- 1:42:15proper setup for me.
- 1:42:18And we so we ended up trying to force
- 1:42:19one like an idiot.
- 1:42:21Got lucky and hit break even.
- 1:42:28But yeah, so I usually I have a hard
- 1:42:30cutoff time at 8:00 a.m. because uh when
- 1:42:33I collect data on my trades,
- 1:42:35it usually shows that typically past
- 1:42:378:00 a.m. I know it's been changing a
- 1:42:39little bit because we've been having uh
- 1:42:41cleaner moves after
- 1:42:44the AM session.
- 1:42:46>> [music]
- 1:42:46>> Um but just in the past, like anytime I
- 1:42:48trade after 8:00 a.m., my
- 1:42:53my win rate, my expectancy, and my
- 1:42:55profit factor actually begin to drop.
- 1:42:57So,
- 1:43:00we're just going to call it a day.
- 1:43:02Bit of a slower session for me. Didn't
- 1:43:05really take a trade other than the one
- 1:43:07that we got lucky on.
- 1:43:09We'll just come back tomorrow.
- 1:43:11You know, today's not going to be the
- 1:43:12last day we can ever trade, so
- 1:43:15we'll wait for better price action
- 1:43:16tomorrow.
- 1:43:17And I'll catch you guys
- 1:43:20tomorrow.
- 1:43:21So, if you're going to continue to
- 1:43:23trade, just be careful. We have uh
- 1:43:24volume tapering off.
- 1:43:26We It might pick up as we go to take the
- 1:43:28take the highs.
- 1:43:30Um
- 1:43:31but participation's dropping. And we're
- 1:43:33also getting closer to lunch hour, so.
- 1:43:36All right, peace.
