Full transcript
- 0:01Hello, good day everyone. Today is
- 0:04another day for our recorded discussion.
- 0:07So we are now moving to our next topic
- 0:11but today is a little different kasi um
- 0:15we will be discussing three topics at a
- 0:18time. So I will be discussing to you
- 0:21topic 5, 6 and 7. So bakit iisahin natin
- 0:25siya ng discuss? Because these three
- 0:28topics are interrelated to each other.
- 0:31So ito yung mga topics class na um
- 0:35connected silang tatlo so hindi natin
- 0:37siya pwedeng putulin so that continues
- 0:40din yung learnings natin. Okay? So we
- 0:43will start with topic 5 entitled
- 0:47applying life skills across life's
- 0:50domains. So life skills are more than
- 0:53good habits. They are essential tools
- 0:56for navigating challenges, building
- 0:58relationships, and preparing for a
- 1:00meaningful future. From friendships to
- 1:04careers to the digital world, these
- 1:06skills shape who we become.
- 1:10So the main purpose of this subject
- 1:13class life and career skills is for us
- 1:16to acquire no mga life skills and career
- 1:19skills that career skills that we will
- 1:22carry everyday no as we go on with our
- 1:26lives. So meron kasing mga skills class
- 1:29no lalo na iyung mga life skills na
- 1:31dapat ma-acquire natin for us to become
- 1:34better people, for us to become better
- 1:36professionals, no? So that um ma-prepare
- 1:40din natin yung mga sarili natin sa mga
- 1:43gusto natin gawin in the future. And
- 1:46this skills class no um ito iyung mga
- 1:50skills na nagli-lead sa atin ah na
- 1:54magkaroon ng good habits no na gagawin
- 1:58natin everyday
- 2:00which can also influence us no to do
- 2:04good and to do better for our better
- 2:07future. Okay.
- 2:12So we have here um four domains and one
- 2:17set of skills. So itong apat na skills
- 2:20na to class, this are life skills no na
- 2:22dapat ma-acquire natin as we grow old no
- 2:27for us to navigate life and of course
- 2:31trials along the way na alam natin kung
- 2:34paano natin i-manage at i-control or
- 2:37paano natin um hahanapan ng solution
- 2:41yung isang problem by using this skills
- 2:44na maa-acquire natin along the way, no?
- 2:48So we of four. We have number one
- 2:50personal and social number two is
- 2:53academic number three career and
- 2:55vocational and number four digital. So
- 2:59we'll start with personal and social. Um
- 3:02si and social class this focuses more on
- 3:05managing your emotions, um building
- 3:09trust with other people and forming
- 3:12healthy relationship. So since si
- 3:15personal and social it involves yourself
- 3:18and other people. So mostly ang involved
- 3:21diyan class is 'yung pag-manage natin ng
- 3:25emotions natin. Paano ba natin gagamitin
- 3:27'yung emotions natin kapag involve na
- 3:30'yung sarili natin at yung ibang tao sa
- 3:33paligid natin? Especially those people
- 3:35na um attach tayo or those people na we
- 3:40care about. 'no? So paano natin
- 3:43ima-manage 'yung emotions natin when we
- 3:46come to a point na
- 3:49ma ano tawag nito macha-challenge no'no
- 3:53'yung decision making natin lalo na pag
- 3:56na-overpower siya ng emotions natin. So
- 3:59diyan yan siya na skills under. Aside
- 4:03from that si personal and social ah dito
- 4:06din natin natututunan yung pag-build ng
- 4:08trust sa ibang tao. No? So of course um
- 4:14hindi naman agad-agad nakukuha natin
- 4:16yung trust ng ibang people or vice
- 4:19versa. So building trust has to go with
- 4:26the process, no? Kailangan pagdaanan
- 4:28natin yung process step by step.
- 4:32bago natin makuha yung buong trust ng
- 4:35isang tao. Next is forming healthy
- 4:39relationship. So as I have mentioned the
- 4:42people that is involved on their
- 4:45personal and social is yourself and
- 4:47other people. So of course para
- 4:50ma-improve natin yung ating social
- 4:52skills, we have to build relationship
- 4:55with other people, no? Positive
- 4:57relationship with other people. Um
- 5:00especially sa mga tao na malapit or nasa
- 5:03paligid lang natin like our family. Um
- 5:07of course kasal diyan yung parents
- 5:09natin, siblings, no? Any family members
- 5:13tapos yung mga friends, mga classmates,
- 5:16even teachers or kahit sino na na
- 5:20malapit sa'yo or nasa nasa paligid mo.
- 5:24So those are the people that you have to
- 5:26build healthy and positive relationship.
- 5:28Kasi pag nakaka-build tayo ng good and
- 5:31positive relationship with other people,
- 5:33mas nag-i-improve at nagma-mature din
- 5:36yung ating character, yung ating
- 5:39attitude at yung ating behavior. Okay.
- 5:42Next, we have academic. So of course
- 5:45hindi naman pwede class na puro attitude
- 5:49and character lang yung ating binubuo.
- 5:51We also have to develop yung academic
- 5:53skills natin since nga ' ba sabi ko sa
- 5:56inyo yung pinakamataas na face ng life
- 5:59ninyo is yung um school life ninyo. Yung
- 6:03pagiging estudyante ' ba. Imagine from
- 6:06Kinder hanggang college ilang years 'yan
- 6:10na pag-aaral? 2 + 6 + 10 12 + 2 14 + 4
- 6:1618 years of your life mag-aaral lang
- 6:19kayo. So 'yan 'yung pinakamataas na face
- 6:22and challenge ng life ninyo. So that
- 6:24that's why kailangan niyong i-develop
- 6:26yung academic skills ninyo. You have to
- 6:28work smart, no? You have to stay
- 6:31disciplined. Kung ano 'yung
- 6:33pinapa-comply sa inyo, i-comply ninyo.
- 6:36Kung ano yung dapat niyong gawin sa
- 6:38classroom, 'yun yung dapat niyong gawin.
- 6:41Okay? You have to stay disciplined. Isa
- 6:43yan sa mga sa mga characters no na
- 6:48bini-build at minmold na sa inyo lalo na
- 6:52kapag nasa loob kayo ng school. And of
- 6:55course, owning your learning.
- 6:59Um for you to
- 7:01acquire no academic skills, you have to
- 7:04own what you need to learn. Dapat gusto
- 7:08natin, dapat ine-enjoy natin kung ano
- 7:11yung mga natututunan natin. Because
- 7:13class, if you do not enjoy or if we do
- 7:15not like what we are learning, hindi
- 7:19natin yan matututunan talaga. Musulod
- 7:21lang na sa atong dalunggan class tapos
- 7:23sa pikas dalunggan. Kumbaga pa, um we
- 7:27are physically present but we are
- 7:29mentally absent. It's because wala
- 7:31tayong determination, wala tayong
- 7:35motivation or un sa ba wala tay ka ng
- 7:37willingness to learn, no? Next is career
- 7:42and vocational. So of course after um
- 7:46studying syempre you will proceed to
- 7:49your um professional life. So with that
- 7:53you have to build professionalism. So
- 7:56maiintindihan natin yan class agag nasa
- 7:59nasa workforce na tayo. Kapag
- 8:02nagtatrabaho na tayo. We really have to
- 8:04build professionalism. Sa lahat ng bagay
- 8:07na gagawin natin, we have to be
- 8:09professional especially at work, no?
- 8:11Kailangan alam natin paano um ano yung
- 8:16difference ng pagiging professional at
- 8:21pagiging
- 8:22you know line in life. So merong mga
- 8:25times na okay lang na maging casual tayo
- 8:28pag nasa labas tayo ng work. But if you
- 8:31are inside your working environment, we
- 8:35really have to practice professionalism.
- 8:38And napa-practice natin yan
- 8:42by acquiring career and vocational
- 8:45skills and of course adaptability.
- 8:48So since nagtatrabaho na tayo, mas
- 8:52marami na tayong taong uh
- 8:54maso-socialize.
- 8:56So we need to adopt. Kasi as I've
- 8:59mentioned a lot na no sa mga previous
- 9:02topics natin, we cannot please everyone.
- 9:05So hindi din pwedeng ah lagi na lang
- 9:07tayo yung iniintindi ng mga tao sa
- 9:09paligid natin. We also have to adopt. We
- 9:11have to be flexible. So kung bago ka sa
- 9:13isang community or bago ka sa isang um
- 9:16working environment, you have to adopt.
- 9:19Kung yun na yung nakasanayan nila,
- 9:21kailangan mong mag-adopt. Kailangan
- 9:22maging flexible. Dili kay ikaw pa ang
- 9:24adjustan sa mga tao dira na ikaw naman
- 9:27ikaw man ang baguhan 'di ba ganon. And
- 9:30of course you have you need to have a
- 9:32growth mindset. Kapag nagwo-work na tayo
- 9:35class, ito lang dapat 'yung mindset
- 9:37natin, no? Kailangan mag-grow ako sa
- 9:40environment na ito. 'Yun dapat 'yung
- 9:42goal natin. Hindi yung 10 years ka na sa
- 9:45isang environment pero yun ka pa rin.
- 9:47Walang improvement, walang development,
- 9:50stagnant, no? So dapat yun yung mindset
- 9:53natin. Kailangan mag-grow ako. Kailangan
- 9:55meron pa akong mas ma-achieve na mas
- 9:57greater kaysa sa kung ano lang yung
- 9:59meron ako ngayon. Yun dapat yung maging
- 10:01mindset natin if you want to acquire no
- 10:04career and vocational skills.
- 10:06And lastly is the digital
- 10:10skills. So digital skills means acting
- 10:14responsibly
- 10:16no? So ngayon lalo na ngayon class
- 10:20wala ng tao siguro tayong makikita na
- 10:22walang cellphone.
- 10:24Exact of course sa mga babies no yung
- 10:26mga bata pero nga 2 years old as early
- 10:29as one or 2 years old meron na ngang mga
- 10:31cellphone and tablet yyung mga bata
- 10:33natin dito ' ba so everyone is really
- 10:37exposed to the digital world no to
- 10:41technology so we have to act responsibly
- 10:45iyan yung mga almost naririnig natin sa
- 10:48mga sa mga tawag nito mga
- 10:53umst poster mga ganon yung mga think
- 10:56before you click and that's that's right
- 10:59no we have to to act responsibly kapag
- 11:03nags-scrollsroll tayo diyan sa social
- 11:06media natin kailangan um alam natin kung
- 11:10paano i-distinguish no yung fake at yung
- 11:13real na mga informations and of course
- 11:17kailangan responsible din tayo sa mga
- 11:19pinagpo-post natin sa Facebook lalo na
- 11:22ngayon no sa mga social media, any
- 11:24platform. Lalo na ngayon class na ang
- 11:26dami dami dami ng mga cases ng gann no
- 11:30yung mga threats sa mga schools sa mga
- 11:33students sa mga teachers no they are not
- 11:36responsible sa paggamit ng kanilang
- 11:39social media they are creating what fear
- 11:45they are creating chaos
- 11:47sa may makakuha na to ana wala no for
- 11:51the cloud so in using um
- 11:56digital or technology class we have to
- 11:59act responsibly no think critically tama
- 12:03ito ba yung mga dapat kong i-post tama
- 12:05ba itong ginagamit ko na mga words tama
- 12:08ba itong mga pinapanood ko ganon you
- 12:10have to analyze thing you have to think
- 12:13critically kung tama ba yung ginagawa mo
- 12:16or hindi. Or tama ba yung paggamit mo ng
- 12:19technology or hindi. No? Same with you
- 12:22students. Of course, nandiyan naman na
- 12:24talaga yang mga AI no. Gumagamit tayo ng
- 12:28mga chat GPT or ano pa man diyan na mga
- 12:31na mga artificial intelligence. But of
- 12:33course class, you have to know your
- 12:35limitations. Bit man pati ang pagplus 1
- 12:39plus one at pang i-chat GPT no. So dapat
- 12:43um ah gamitin din natin siya ng maayos.
- 12:47dili kay maging dependent na lang ka sa
- 12:48mga AI and sa technology no and of
- 12:52course last but not the least protect
- 12:56your online presence so not everything
- 12:59or not everything that happens in your
- 13:02life is kailangan na to siya i-post
- 13:05no so you also have to preserve your
- 13:08privacy dili tanan ng mahitabo saong
- 13:11life i-post nato bad or good man siya
- 13:14kung bad pagpestahan ng taala sa mga
- 13:16chismosa dili ibig sabihin nga nag-away
- 13:19imong mama papa or nag-away mo sa imong
- 13:21uyab or nag-away mo sa imong ate kuya
- 13:23mag-post k dito sa facebook kay na lang
- 13:25akong ate lagot kaayo bad trip anana man
- 13:28ang naulawan aside sa imong ate ikaw
- 13:32it's because you are in the same family
- 13:35no so you have to protect your online
- 13:39presence hindi lahat pino-post sa social
- 13:41media
- 13:43so choose lang kung ano yung dapat
- 13:45pino-post natin sa social media. Okay?
- 13:51So yun, na-explain ko naman na sa inyo.
- 13:54Personal and social domain. Of course,
- 13:56kasali diyan yung selfawareness,
- 13:59no? Um, it's about recognizing your
- 14:02values and emotional response. Kailangan
- 14:05aware tayo sa mga sarili natin kay mga
- 14:08dagko naman tana naman tayo buot. Of
- 14:10course, alam natin and aware tayo kung
- 14:13ano yung ginagawa natin kung tama ba or
- 14:15hindi. Self-regulation.
- 14:17Managing strong feelings without acting
- 14:19impulsively. Kailangan alam natin paano
- 14:23i-control yung mga sarili natin
- 14:25especially kapag nakaka-feel tayo ng mga
- 14:28strong feelings or emotions. No, hwag
- 14:31tayong magpa-overpower
- 14:33sa mga sa emotions natin. We also have
- 14:36to use our minds kung ano yung tamang
- 14:39gawin, no? Communication and empathy.
- 14:44Kailangan pag nakikipag-usap tayo sa
- 14:46ibang tao, kailangan may respeto.
- 14:51honest,
- 14:53you know, yung pakikipagkapwa tao
- 14:56kumbaga may consideration sa ibang tao.
- 14:59And boundary setting, protecting your
- 15:02wellbeing while staying connected. Sabi
- 15:04ko naman sa inyo class, you can open up
- 15:06to the people around you pero don't
- 15:08forget also your boundaries. Kailangan
- 15:10mag-set ka pa rin ng limitations mo.
- 15:15Okay, we have here class the ruler
- 15:17strategy. Meron tayong ruler strategy
- 15:20and it stands
- 15:22with R as recognized B U understand
- 15:27Label E express and R regulate.
- 15:31Recognize no identify what you feel and
- 15:34notice emotional cues in others.
- 15:37Understand grasp the reasons behind
- 15:39feelings and their effects. Huwag
- 15:41mag-react, no? Intindihin muna kung
- 15:44bakit mo yun nararamdaman. label use
- 15:48precise emotional vocabulary frustration
- 15:50not just bad no minsan kasi class
- 15:53nakakagamit tayo ng ng mga words na
- 15:55parang overp ka na word dili imong
- 15:59na-feel pero kay nindot man siya
- 16:00paminawon and hawod man ang word ma lang
- 16:03gagamit so express share feelings
- 16:06appropriately based on context no so you
- 16:10have to express what you're feeling ayaw
- 16:11itago ayawkom kay magbottle up na
- 16:14siyauto
- 16:16walaang possible na maging outcome and
- 16:20of course regulate no how do we regulate
- 16:23by managing our reactions our emotions
- 16:26controlling no our emotions through
- 16:30breathing exercise or creating journal
- 16:34or kahit kausapin niyo yung sarili ninyo
- 16:37no pwede yun siya class dili man ibig
- 16:39sabihin buang mo na sometimes you also
- 16:41have to to talk no or to discuss with
- 16:46ourselves para mabalan nao kung tama ba
- 16:48atong gibuhat or mali
- 16:53and then academic domain no sabi ko
- 16:55naman sa inyo ito yung pinakamataas na
- 16:58face sa life ninyo. So break it down no
- 17:03yung mga kung mahihirapan kayo na na
- 17:07gawin yung isang task no anuhin niyo
- 17:10i-break ninyo into pieces dahan-dahanin
- 17:12niyo hanggang matapos then you have to
- 17:15set goals para maging motivated kayo.
- 17:20Track deadlines.
- 17:22Dili kay kung moingon ang teacher ng
- 17:24deadline karon karon na pwede niyo
- 17:25buhaton no. So dapat as early as you can
- 17:29i-finish niyo na para pag-abot sa
- 17:30deadline at least wala na ka
- 17:32nag-cramming then stay focused course
- 17:36maalang mo na inyoang responsibility
- 17:38karon class to be a student so you have
- 17:40to stay focus
- 17:44we have here the promodoro pomodoro
- 17:47technique. So it's a technique class in
- 17:50academic no na you can try at home or
- 17:53pwede niyo din siyang i-try na maging
- 17:56habit. So work in focus 25 minutes no 25
- 18:01for straight 25 minutes ano sa ka focus
- 18:05ka saong pag-study or sa pag-sool tapos
- 18:095 minut break after that sometimes pag
- 18:13bombarded at ang brains class dili na to
- 18:16ma-absorb tan ang learnings we also need
- 18:18break kay tao lang man robot no'no we
- 18:21also get tired so we also need break so
- 18:25pwede yun 25 minutes straight focus and
- 18:27then 5 minutes break and interval. So
- 18:31this reduces mental fatigue, it also
- 18:34minimizes destruction and builds
- 18:36consistency over time. So pwedeng um
- 18:40sundin niyo itong technique na to.
- 18:42Number one, choose one task then yun nga
- 18:46gawin niyo siya for 25 minutes. Number
- 18:48two, dapat walang destruction. walay
- 18:51phone, walay tablets, wala kay ka-chism
- 18:54kay dili g mo na mahuman imong task no.
- 18:57It's because
- 18:58um hindi mo alam kung saan ka
- 19:00magfo-focus. Sa imong kaorya ba, sa
- 19:02imong cellphone ba, sa imong tablet ba,
- 19:04sa imong movie ba or dito sa imong task
- 19:07na ginabuhat. So kailangan isang
- 19:09priority lang. And then after that, take
- 19:11a 5 minute break. So you can stand or
- 19:14stretch or drink water to dehydrate or
- 19:17pwede pwede niyong i-check in iyung
- 19:18phone. Then after that, no, after that
- 19:23pwede ng mag-continue ulit. So number
- 19:24four after four cycles of doing 25
- 19:28minute interval um enjoy a 15 to 30
- 19:32minute recharge or break. So then
- 19:35nakapwede mag-break medyo taas-taas like
- 19:37half an hour. Okay. So you can do that
- 19:39pomodoro technique class para mas maging
- 19:42productive kayo and mas mabilis niyong
- 19:45matapos yung mga task ninyo.
- 19:50So career and vocational domain. Alam
- 19:53niyo na yan. diniscuss ko na 'yan sa
- 19:54inyo. And ito yung growth mindset class
- 19:58na sinabi ko kanina na when you are um
- 20:02in a working force na you need to have a
- 20:05growth mindset. No that means um
- 20:08believing intelligence and abilities can
- 20:11be developed through effort and
- 20:13strategy. So failure isn't a dead end.
- 20:16It's a stepping stone. Just remember
- 20:18class na failure no, it teaches us
- 20:22lesson and those lessons yun yung mga
- 20:25magagamit natin para mag-succeed tayo in
- 20:27the next natin na steps no or na
- 20:31gagawin. So we really need to have a
- 20:34growth mindset para dili maging stagnant
- 20:37lang. Dili t mag-stay sa isa lang
- 20:38kaugar. Okay.
- 20:42So ito yun yung digital domain. Think
- 20:44before posting. Set screen limits.
- 20:47Especially now na pabata na pabata na
- 20:50naguba na ang mga mata. No, verify
- 20:53sharing. Distinguish ninyo class kung
- 20:56fake news ba or real ba yung or legit ba
- 21:01yung news na shine-share natin sa
- 21:03Facebook.
- 21:05And of course, use inclusive language,
- 21:08no? Be respectful and mindful sa mga
- 21:11words na ginagamit natin sa lalo na sa
- 21:14social media because sometimes diyan
- 21:16tayo nami-misinterpret and yun din yyung
- 21:18nakaka-cause ng miscommunication. So we
- 21:21have to um use yung mga inclusive
- 21:24languages.
- 21:26Okay.
- 21:30Okay. So that's it for topic 5. So ang
- 21:33laman ni topic 5 class is yung mga life
- 21:37skills including the four domains.
- 21:39Number one, personal and social. Number
- 21:42two, academic skills. Number three,
- 21:45career and vocational. And number four,
- 21:47the digital skills. Oh, 'di ba sobrang
- 21:51konti lang class ng topic kaya pwede
- 21:53natin siyang isunod-sunod. Next is topic
- 21:57six. So, let's proceed to topic six
- 22:00entitled Navigating Social Influence.
- 22:04So, it's about perception and
- 22:06relationship. So still connected pa rin
- 22:09sa topic fiveo. The personal and social
- 22:12skills.
- 22:16So what is social influence? Perception
- 22:19and interaction. Ano ba yung difference
- 22:22nilang tatlo? Let's start with social
- 22:25influence. So it is how people affect
- 22:29each other's thoughts, feelings, and
- 22:33actions through their words, behaviors
- 22:36and present.
- 22:37So class, you have to remember na yung
- 22:42mga galaw natin, yung mga salita natin
- 22:45and even yung presence lang natin, it
- 22:48can influence other people, no? It might
- 22:51be in a good way pero it can also be in
- 22:55a bad way. So kailangan mag-iingat
- 22:57talaga tayo. We have to be careful sa
- 23:00mga actions natin because sometimes it
- 23:02can influence other people. Example
- 23:05'yung nangyari sa Tacloban na shooting
- 23:08incident no' because of that behavior
- 23:12because of that presence no the
- 23:18fear na present during that incident
- 23:22naging influensya sa other kabataan na
- 23:26gawin din. So we really have to be
- 23:28careful sa mga ginagawa natin sa mga
- 23:31behavior or actions natin sa mga words
- 23:34na lumalabas sa bunganga natin tanawan
- 23:36ng mga nagapagawas-gawas death threat
- 23:38mga threat sa mga school nga pang
- 23:40pusilon da pamaton ang mga teachers mga
- 23:42bully students tanawa nagdomino effect
- 23:45siya ginasundog na sa ibang mga students
- 23:48even d sa gensan nag-abot na no may
- 23:51dalawang school na na naka-receive ng
- 23:53ganun na mga threats si sped at saka si
- 23:56buayan National High School. Imagine the
- 23:58domino effect. Ganun kabilis ang
- 24:00pag-influence
- 24:03sa ibang tao based lang sa words, sa
- 24:06action, sa behavior or even sa presence
- 24:08lang natin. So that's how we affect
- 24:12other people, no? That is social
- 24:14influence. Next is social perception.
- 24:18So ito naman it is how we interpret
- 24:22others behavior, form impressions and
- 24:25make judgements about the people around
- 24:27us. So kung si influence no ikaw ang
- 24:30ginaimpluwensya or ikaw ang
- 24:32naimpluwensyahan
- 24:34si social perception it's about your
- 24:36judgment sa isang tao kumbaga impresson
- 24:40mo si ba ay kuan man siya
- 24:41kaningagmalditahon man siya ayag
- 24:43brighton ni siya kay sige si ano ey
- 24:45glass ba naman tayana class na mga um
- 24:52tawag ganap sa life no kung pa nakita
- 24:56isang tao ginjob judge na to siya. So
- 24:58that is social perception no it's how we
- 25:02interpret others. Kumbaga gina-judge na
- 25:05to siya dili man siya agag ginaingon na
- 25:07to judge class negative daun. It's not
- 25:09like that. Judgment could be good or bad
- 25:13depende sa imoang perception kung paun
- 25:15sa n mo siya gitanaw or paun sa imong
- 25:17impresson sa iyaha no. Ganun ang social
- 25:20perception. And last is the social
- 25:23interaction.
- 25:25So dito kay social interaction ang
- 25:27kaibahan niya is involve na no yung
- 25:30other people. It's the process of
- 25:32engaging, communicating and building
- 25:35connections with others in our daily
- 25:37lives. When we say interaction,
- 25:39nakikipag-interact
- 25:41ka. May engagement between you and other
- 25:44people, no? Nag-uusap kayo, may
- 25:46communication, verbal communication, may
- 25:49connection na kayong nabi-build, may
- 25:51relationship na kayong nabi-build. That
- 25:53is social interaction.
- 25:57So 'yan po 'yung kaibahan nilang tatlo.
- 26:02Now, how social perception shapes new
- 26:07relationship?
- 26:09So we form impressions quickly based on
- 26:12appearance, behavior and communication
- 26:15style. So kita pinoy
- 26:18class na pinoy are very judgemental
- 26:23nakilala ang tao siya ay basang
- 26:26appearance ayan
- 26:29pangit man siya manot guro ni siyailas
- 26:35ana sa behavior na lang siya ng gamay na
- 26:38behavior ayan na siya maldita man ka na
- 26:41siya nagsulap man iyang mata mo napuling
- 26:44lang to Siya oh communication style
- 26:48medyo arte siya mag-storya na medyo
- 26:50gamay ng slang ay matel artihon ng babae
- 26:55kuan guro ni siya kaang mean girl mga
- 26:59ana yun no we tend to judge other people
- 27:03because of our first impression
- 27:06no so
- 27:10ito yung way class no yung social
- 27:13perception kung bakit
- 27:16dito nagma-matter no kung paano natin
- 27:18nas-shape yung pag-build ng relationship
- 27:21sa ibang tao sa because of our social
- 27:24perception diyan nagma-matter kung yung
- 27:27mabi-build ba natin ng relationship sa
- 27:29ibang tao is good or bad, negative or
- 27:32positive, no? So, social perception
- 27:35affects trust, attraction and
- 27:38willingness to engage with others. Think
- 27:41about the first day of school meeting no
- 27:44school meeting new classmates ba agag
- 27:47syempre pag first day of school makakita
- 27:49ka sa mga classmate kay mga dili ka ila
- 27:52so nana na sa imong utok dagan kayag mga
- 27:54mahunahunaan ng ay si kwan ani siya si
- 27:57an na kay mga gipang judge sa imong mind
- 28:01no pero of course we cannot deny na
- 28:03kipangjudge negatively na kipangjudge
- 28:06positively so how did you decide who to
- 28:10approach
- 28:15of percepan
- 28:21aura
- 28:23soun yung magiging basis mo yung social
- 28:26perception okay
- 28:29so sometimes we also have to reflect
- 28:32think about a time you judge someone
- 28:35quickly how did it affect your
- 28:37relationship so mga
- 28:43friendship
- 28:46siya perfend
- 28:53ba so
- 28:56ang laki ng impact ni social perception
- 28:58sa pag-build ng relationship with other
- 29:01people so you have to remember class no
- 29:04when you judge other people kailangan
- 29:07i-assess po ninyo class kung positive ba
- 29:10or negative ba inyong makita sa ila ha.
- 29:12But ako I suggest tingnan niyo muna
- 29:15'yung mga positive traits ng tao bago
- 29:18yung negative kasi we cannot judge a
- 29:21book by its government ibig sabihin nga
- 29:23yung ato iyahang iyahang pag the way
- 29:26siya magsalita orung ato iyang kilay
- 29:28nagtaas maldita na daun siya. Okay. So
- 29:31bigyan natin ng benefit of the doubt
- 29:34yung tao na mga tao sa paligid natin.
- 29:37Huwag agad natin sila i-judge negatively
- 29:39unless hindi pa natin sila kilala. Okay.
- 29:45So social dynamics, how do we interact?
- 29:48So paano ba tayo nakikipag-interact sa
- 29:51ibang tao? CL
- 29:54first cooperation. No, we have to
- 29:57cooperate. Kung gusto natin na
- 29:59maka-build ng relationship or
- 30:01makipag-communicate sa ibang tao, we
- 30:03have to cooperate. Dili kay ang katong
- 30:06isa ka tao gusto kay maka ikaw dili ka
- 30:09diyan mo maka-build
- 30:11relationship dili mo mag conversation na
- 30:15mahitabo wala communication na mahitabo
- 30:16because there's no cooperation.
- 30:19Kailangan mag-cooperate both sides.
- 30:21Okay? Willingness kumbaga. Number two,
- 30:24accommodation. So if someone approaches
- 30:28you no that means na need or na nakita
- 30:32sa positive traits you have to
- 30:34accommodate kay ikaw angreach out ikaw
- 30:37pa ang managad no you have to
- 30:40accommodate if you want to interact with
- 30:41other people kay a dialog or a
- 30:44conversation class dili man siya
- 30:47mahitabo kung isa lang ka tao kailangan
- 30:50duha no so kailangan i-accommodate kung
- 30:53man ang nag-reach out sa imuha number
- 30:56three competition so dili tanan bagay
- 31:00class nga na ay mag-approach sa imuha or
- 31:02naay mangutana or na ay mag-correct no
- 31:06um means they want to compete no dili mo
- 31:10siya ana
- 31:12so life is a competition but not all the
- 31:15time man okay and of course conflict so
- 31:19sometimes no sometimes g mahitabo gid
- 31:22ninyo na magkakaroon lang tayo ng
- 31:24interaction it's because na conflict
- 31:27hindi mo siya kaila nabanggaan ka niya
- 31:30no so maistorya g mo siya because of the
- 31:33conflict that happened so na interaction
- 31:36na mahitabo so nakadepende siya class
- 31:38kung ano yung magiging social dynamics
- 31:41mo but of course
- 31:44I hope na doon kayo sa sa cooperation
- 31:47and accommodation mapunta no na
- 31:51maka-build kayo ng relationship with
- 31:53other people na healthy and positive
- 31:55dili tungod lang na ay conflict or
- 31:57issue.
- 32:01Now, ano ba yung kaibahan ni cooperation
- 32:04versus competition?
- 32:07Okay? So, how do these two approaches
- 32:09show up in your daily life? So, dili
- 32:13maiwasan class na binag students mo. So,
- 32:15there will always be competition sa
- 32:17school. But of course, kailangan alam
- 32:20lang natin class kung ano yung dapat
- 32:21natin ilaban at hindi dapat natin
- 32:24nilalaban ba. So there are different
- 32:27ways no in how we interact
- 32:31in school and in life. So from working
- 32:34together on group projects
- 32:37group projects of course you have to
- 32:39cooperate. Kung dili ka
- 32:41makipag-cooperate tanggalon kasi imong
- 32:43kagrupo. That's cooperation
- 32:47not until nag-compete mo sa sports no
- 32:52ka-teammate mo before so you need to
- 32:54cooperate. Pero napoyung mga times nga
- 32:57kalaban pod mo it's because of sports
- 33:00no or games. But that doesn't mean na
- 33:04mag-end pod inyoang friendship. Mag-end
- 33:06pod ong ong relationship na na-build
- 33:10ninyo.
- 33:12Okay? So both dynamics shape how we grow
- 33:15and connect with others. So dili manan
- 33:18competition class bad siya. sometimes
- 33:21naay mga competitions na very healthy
- 33:23and mas mas daglearn and masagan paag
- 33:26makocialize ng mga people and mahitabo
- 33:30class ang kanang naatay mga um critics
- 33:35no mga judgements nga madungog sa other
- 33:38people which will allow us to improve
- 33:41dili kay para ma-down lang naay mga
- 33:44critic na mga judgment ng ang ayusa lang
- 33:48ana kaudluan ka paano magtarong
- 33:51receive sa volleyball or paano magtamang
- 33:54dribble sa basketball paano mag um ba
- 33:59paano maggunit paddle sa pickle ball
- 34:02those are critics and judgements from
- 34:04others pero ang ilahang intention is for
- 34:06you to learn no to teach you to guide
- 34:10you and to assist you so ganun yung mga
- 34:13healthy competitions na dapat natin
- 34:16sinusundan dili mga competition nga
- 34:18mag-inaaway sa facebook kay ah loser
- 34:21maning team ing aning mas maayo man me
- 34:23mga pangit man na sila mga sila kabalo
- 34:25manayaw no so d ana ng competition class
- 34:28ha that's unhealthy okay
- 34:32now what is accommodation and conflict
- 34:35naman so man iyang kaibahan pod no so we
- 34:38have here kaang mga scenarios para mas
- 34:41ma-imagine na to siya ma-visualize na to
- 34:43siya so si accommodation no siblings
- 34:46agreeing on chor
- 34:49argumagree
- 34:52mo sa isa bagay okay sa buntag si ate
- 34:56ang hugas plato sa
- 35:01angod na ang maghugas plato sa gabii ang
- 35:05kuya while wala nagahugas onong ibali
- 35:08sila ang magmop no ano ba may i-agree
- 35:11kayo to accommodate everyone's concern
- 35:15para walay argument walay conflict na
- 35:18mahita tabo. Okay. So conflict naman,
- 35:22kaibahan naman siya kabaliktaran.
- 35:24disagreement between friends over
- 35:27weekend plans. Let's say nagplano mo ng
- 35:31makita mo sa weekend pero dagan kayong
- 35:34mag-disagree kay an daw ana daw busy ani
- 35:38so ang mangyayari there will be conflict
- 35:41maka-create siya conflict kay ah si kwan
- 35:44uy dagan k sige na lang disagree
- 35:47disagree anana so hantod magbig siya
- 35:51mag-turn siya into problem and then
- 35:52mag-create siya
- 35:54conflict or disagreement between you and
- 35:57your friends
- 35:59sa school pwede po siya mahitabo no
- 36:01classmates resolving a group project
- 36:04disagreement so this is accommodation
- 36:08no ginaaccommodate ninyoamo sa inyong
- 36:11mga classmates paano ninyo ma-solve no
- 36:14onong group project disagreements para
- 36:18makakuha mo
- 36:20og
- 36:22best solution para ma-finish ang inyong
- 36:25group project sa family naman or sa
- 36:27balay parents and teens negotiating
- 36:30curfew rules. So kani pwede na siya
- 36:34mag-lead into conflict tama ba no into
- 36:38disagreements kayon inyong parentsuli
- 36:40nag 8 kay delikado kay panahon ikaw
- 36:4510
- 36:50so it can create conflict
- 36:53basta sirado ang minds and
- 36:57disagre then it will lead into conflict
- 37:01Good. Okay.
- 37:05Now, let's proceed to intergenerational
- 37:08relationship. No so relationship, we
- 37:12build relationship class to
- 37:16the people around us. But we we do not
- 37:21just build relationship to people na
- 37:26kaedad. No, we also have friends man. We
- 37:29also have positive relationship man sa
- 37:32mga tao saong palibot ng mas bata sa
- 37:35atua or mas tigulang sa atua. So
- 37:38intergenerational relationship this are
- 37:41relationship between different age group
- 37:45magkaibang edad.
- 37:49mga people class na mas prefer to have
- 37:51friends mas older sa ilaha kaya gusto
- 37:53nila mas mature na ibang people na mas
- 37:56gusto nila mas bata sa ilaha no kay
- 37:59gusto lang nilag fun an no like parents
- 38:02and children grandparents and
- 38:05grandchildren ba iba-iba man na sila
- 38:07generation but still they have a good
- 38:11and positive relationship
- 38:13within each other because this
- 38:17relationship class it shapes us it molds
- 38:21us no
- 38:23to become better persons better
- 38:25individuals in the future.
- 38:28So although although this relationships
- 38:32involve different values, communication
- 38:35styles and life experiences naaman mga
- 38:38times nga naapod siya conflict it's
- 38:41because you have different generation
- 38:44gani so you have different values lah
- 38:46inyong belief sa life lahilahi po inyo
- 38:48ang communication styles na kunyari
- 38:51inyong mga lola syempre mga malumanay
- 38:53man na sila mga magagalang ang karon ng
- 38:55mga generation kayag mga genggeng kaay
- 38:58so dili sila mag magkatugma na uban ng
- 39:02iba-iba po experienceing lasaang
- 39:05panahoning
- 39:08panahon
- 39:10so there will be conflicts but at the
- 39:13end of the day kana ng mga relationship
- 39:15class those are relationships ng
- 39:17nag-mold sa atu nag-shape sa atu to
- 39:19become better individuals it's because
- 39:22kana ng mga relationship they teach us
- 39:24lessons no they teach us life lessons
- 39:30life as individuals na kung mga
- 39:33challenges and mga situations
- 39:38okay
- 39:44so we've been talking about relationship
- 39:47ba class.
- 39:49The question is why healthy
- 39:52relationships matter ngan gud importante
- 39:55gkain ng relationship ma'am no it's
- 39:58because
- 40:01yun yung ano class yung mga relationship
- 40:04natin na nabi-build with other people
- 40:06those are the things that
- 40:09allows us to live no yan yung mga tao
- 40:14yun yung mga memories yun yung mga uh
- 40:18relationship
- 40:19na
- 40:21tumutulong sa atin to go through with
- 40:24life. So healthy relationships
- 40:26contribute to emotional wellbeing,
- 40:30strong support networks and career
- 40:32success.
- 40:34As I have said before no man is an
- 40:37island
- 40:41tao kayang mag-isaan
- 40:46ni Lord si Adan Eva maong naay mama papa
- 40:51naay ate kuya naay lolo lola naay babae
- 40:55lalaki it's because no one can alone tan
- 41:00ay partner tanan na ay kauban
- 41:03life and that's why relationship matter
- 41:07kay useless ng mga tao kung makabuild
- 41:13good positive relationship with them
- 41:15kung wala relationship with other people
- 41:18magquire
- 41:21mga skills ginapangistoryahan
- 41:24no research shows that people with
- 41:28strong social connections are 50% more
- 41:32likely to live longer. Imagine 50%
- 41:39na mas mas taas ang percentage nga taas
- 41:44imong life if you have strong social
- 41:47connection with other people.
- 41:50Healthy relationships aren't just nice
- 41:52to have. They are essential.
- 41:56No, when we say essential they are
- 41:58important for your wellbeing and future
- 42:01success.
- 42:03Kapag naamang relationship with other
- 42:05people class we can build social skills
- 42:08personal skills no we can also build
- 42:10connections
- 42:12we can build linkages with other people
- 42:16kunyari kailangan
- 42:19nabuild friendship relationship with
- 42:21other people kay matawag kay family na
- 42:25lang mamatay kung ka boring ang life no
- 42:30so that's whyation
- 42:33But you have to remember that
- 42:36relationship should be healthy
- 42:39relationship pero toxic man unhealthy
- 42:42manya bad influence man so uselesson
- 42:46so you have to build healthy and
- 42:49positive relationship.
- 42:54So what are the characteristics of a
- 42:56healthy relationship? Number one, it
- 42:59should have trust and honesty in all
- 43:02interaction.
- 43:04Okay. Next, it should have respect and
- 43:07empathy for each other's feelings.
- 43:10Kailangan ginespeto na to sila.
- 43:13Irespeto nila of course empathy na atay
- 43:16consideration naay sensitive sa ilang
- 43:19ma-feel no. Dili na to sila gina-offend,
- 43:23gina-choose nato atong words nga
- 43:25ginaingon sa ilaha no because we
- 43:27consider their feelings and last it
- 43:31should have open communication and
- 43:33mutual support dapat open no open ang
- 43:38communication manical
- 43:43magpretend
- 43:46so it should have open communication and
- 43:48mutual
- 43:49Okay.
- 43:52So that's it. That's it for the topic 6,
- 43:57no? So to continue about relationships,
- 44:00let us proceed to topic 7
- 44:03which talks about healthy versus
- 44:07unhealthy relationships.
- 44:10O ' ba ana ko sa inyo class related siya
- 44:13sa isa't isa. Maong topic is about
- 44:16relationship. kay relate sila sa isa't
- 44:19isa. Tama ba? No. So last topic na tayo
- 44:23class. We have to understand the
- 44:25difference. Ano ba yung healthy and
- 44:27unhealthy relationship?
- 44:34So when we say healthy relationship it
- 44:38is built on trust. Syempre dapat naadud
- 44:42kay tiwala no. Dili man siguro ka
- 44:44makipag-friend. Hindi man siguro ka
- 44:46makig-build
- 44:47relationship sa isa ka tao kung wala kay
- 44:49tiwala sa iyaha. It should have respect.
- 44:53Pinakaimportante dapat naagid respeto sa
- 44:55isa't isa and open communication dili
- 44:58mangatick dili mag-pretend dili
- 45:01magkanang
- 45:03um basta honest dapat no honest pag
- 45:08unhealthy naman class na relationship no
- 45:11mostly it is marked by control wala kay
- 45:16freedom no wala kay peace of mind it's
- 45:19because all of your actions all of your
- 45:21words Even ang imoang ang imuhang dapat
- 45:24na suuton or personality is being
- 45:27controlled no walay respeto disrespect
- 45:31and manipulation gina-manipulate ka sa
- 45:35imong dapat dili dapat buhaton so that
- 45:37is purely unhealthy relationship
- 45:41so you have to think class what makes a
- 45:44relationship feel healthy or unhealthy
- 45:48to you so ang tinatawag nila class no ka
- 45:51ng mgaon ng genzy na mga terms ka ng red
- 45:54flag o green flag. Ah pag green flag
- 45:57healthy. Pag red flag unhealthy na siya.
- 46:01Okay so dapat mag-start na magpangita o
- 46:04green flag.
- 46:09Next, what are the qualities of a
- 46:12supportive social circle? So yun nga
- 46:15class sabi ko we are talking about
- 46:18relationship and dili lang siya about
- 46:20romantic relationship class ha. It's a
- 46:22relationship between relationships. So
- 46:25pwedeng sa friends ana para sa an social
- 46:28circle sa family mo no um sa school
- 46:33romantic relationship. Okay. So
- 46:37focus tayo kay social circle because yan
- 46:41yung meron kayo ngayon talaga no as mga
- 46:44dalaga at binata alam ko meron kayong
- 46:46mga kanya-kanya ninyong circles, quad,
- 46:49homies o sa paang ginatawag ninyo ana
- 46:51inyong mga friends. So these are the
- 46:53qualities ng maingon ninyo na supportive
- 46:56or naamo sa isa ka supportive ng social
- 46:59circle. Number one, trustworthiness and
- 47:02honesty. Kanang maingon ninyo na
- 47:04ginapagkatiwalaan ninyo sila na maskin
- 47:07wala mo sa tapok dili mo ginalbak. Okay
- 47:10no? Honestyang
- 47:13pangutana sa ilaha or unsa wala pangatik
- 47:16sa isa't isa no wala ginatago na mga
- 47:19secrets. Number two, encouragement and
- 47:22positivity.
- 47:24If you are in a supportive social circle
- 47:27wala kay ma-feel nga competition wala
- 47:30kay ma-feel ng jealousy no walay crab
- 47:33mentality naay maka-achieve greater
- 47:36things lipay ang tanan magclap ang tanan
- 47:40for you vice versa pod of course number
- 47:44three respect for boundaries and
- 47:46individuality so maagod ni ang naagid no
- 47:50sa isa ka circle kapag feeling mo na to
- 47:53close na kay na to bff na kayong isa ka
- 47:55tao dapat kabalo na tatanan no dapat
- 47:58kabalo ko tanan sa imong secret kay bff
- 48:00ganito ' ba dapat ing aning ana so ian
- 48:03yung isang um mistake sa mga friends
- 48:08dapat maskin friends mo mas in close na
- 48:11kaayo mo you still have to respect
- 48:12boundaries na aay mga secrets class na
- 48:15dili dapat gina-share naay mga you know
- 48:18sabi ko nga kanina you have to preserve
- 48:21your privacy dili tanan kailangan
- 48:24i-share because of your individuality
- 48:27kailangan i-preserve mo ang imoang
- 48:29pagiging sa imong you know self no your
- 48:33individuality dili tanan kailangan
- 48:36i-share kay kung i-share na tanan
- 48:39wala na uniqueness sa ima kay kabalo
- 48:41naman tananong friends number four
- 48:44reliability and consistency dapat
- 48:46reliable sila imong friends kung naaka
- 48:49sa isa ka supportive ng circle no let's
- 48:52say for Example absent ka unya na
- 48:54attendance wa nagbantay si ma'am ilista
- 48:56ka ana nila maskin absent ka k present
- 48:59ka
- 49:00reliable maskin mangtas no okay
- 49:04consistent of course consistent should
- 49:06be dapat naa sila through ups and most
- 49:11specially through downs consistent dapat
- 49:14ang relationship na na-build ninyo and
- 49:17ang presence ninyo sa isa't isa and last
- 49:20but not the least willing
- 49:30na squad ang grabe angjudge mga plastic
- 49:35that's why you have to assess kung
- 49:37naabid mo sa isa ka supportive social
- 49:39circle because
- 49:42a healthy no a healthy social or a
- 49:45healthy circle should be willing to
- 49:47listen na dili ka gina-judge maskinag
- 49:51medyo tanga na imong desisyon mali imong
- 49:54nabuhat pero maminaw sila dili ka nila
- 49:57i-judge but they will give you advice no
- 50:01tagaan ka nilag advice bahalag masakitan
- 50:04ka but at least you will learn okay but
- 50:08purely without judgment okay
- 50:14next what are the common stress soures
- 50:17and their impact on health so may
- 50:20connection sa stress kas class sa
- 50:21relationship sometimes kasi class it can
- 50:24hinder us to build relationship with
- 50:27other people because of our stress no
- 50:30atong mindset kay na lang ko
- 50:32makipag-friends uy or makipag-uban sa
- 50:34ila ha kay masig madamay sila sa akong
- 50:36mga problema sa life ana ba anaong
- 50:39mindset saong parents na lang ko maingon
- 50:41uy kay madugang akong problema sa akong
- 50:44mama magpapa okay so malaking impact yun
- 50:47class sa health ninyo
- 50:50lang physically but also mentally,
- 50:54financially,
- 50:55spiritually and of course in building
- 50:58relationship with other people. So 60%
- 51:01of teens report stress affecting their
- 51:05sleep.
- 51:06Number one, school pressure and academic
- 51:09demands. So mawala class no pressure sa
- 51:13school it's because naay competition no
- 51:17competition with other with your
- 51:19classmates. a competition between you
- 51:21and yourself kay you have to compete
- 51:24manud kung mupasa ba ka or dili maminaw
- 51:26ba ka or dili mag-study ba ka or dili
- 51:29'di ba dili lang siya about competition
- 51:32sa sulod sa classroom kay tungod gusto
- 51:33na n mo ma-honor it's a competition
- 51:35between you and yourself kung paun ka
- 51:38maging good student
- 51:41next family issues and conflicts at
- 51:44home.
- 51:45ang pinaka-main
- 51:47source sa atong stress class kanang naay
- 51:50mga conflicts naay mga issue sa family
- 51:52kay syempre we love them we love our
- 51:55family moang affected kaayuta moang
- 51:58ma-stress
- 51:59next is peer conflict and social drama
- 52:03atura masunodong mga friends naay
- 52:06conflict sa onong mga friends kunyari
- 52:07nag-agawanay og uyab or nag-agawanay
- 52:10friends tapos mag-postpost dayon sa
- 52:13facebook o social drama mai-stress man
- 52:15gano kay dagan man ang makabasa so dagan
- 52:17ang mag-chase me sa inyong life 'di ba
- 52:21and last but not the least health
- 52:23impacts ang mga maging health impacts ng
- 52:25ma-feel ninyo physically headache per
- 52:29sakit ulo syemeuna
- 52:33fatig you always feel tiredo
- 52:37gusto kay ginamad kaot
- 52:41energy levels
- 52:43anxiety no overthink
- 52:48over what if
- 52:53sleep problems
- 52:57napadpaduna
- 52:59magkaroon problem
- 53:03because of anxiety and overthinking so
- 53:06those are the common stressource naact
- 53:12and of course sa pag-build relationship
- 53:14with other people.
- 53:17Now, understanding your stress.
- 53:20Na-discuss na natin ito last time class
- 53:23ba sabi ko hindi naman lahat ng stress
- 53:26ay negative. There are stress na
- 53:29positive ang impact niya sa atin
- 53:33ba. So paano ba natin iintindihin yung
- 53:37stress natin class? So take a moment to
- 53:39reflect.
- 53:41Isipin niyo what stressers affect you
- 53:43most ang stressers ng pinakamakaapekto
- 53:46sa ha let's say family issues no how do
- 53:51you how do they make you feel physically
- 53:54and emotionally so ako kung ako class na
- 53:56family issue maexhaust kaayo ko
- 54:01gana buhaton ang mga task wala ko'y
- 54:04kaang motivation
- 54:06ing ana ma akong ma-feel physically
- 54:08kapoy ko emotionally walay mga wal
- 54:12ideaswas
- 54:13no wala sa mood emotionally no use this
- 54:19space to journal your thoughts or share
- 54:22with a partner
- 54:24so naulod class ang relationship with
- 54:28other people because dili sa tanan
- 54:32panahon class kailangan nao mapag-isa
- 54:34sometimes ang things nga makapalma sa
- 54:39ato ah makapistress
- 54:41sa at is to talk with someone no pwede
- 54:46ka mag-journal kung gusto ka storya or
- 54:49pwede ka mag-share sa imong friends no
- 54:52sa imang supportive social circle even
- 54:55sa imong parents pwede kaayo paraan ang
- 54:59imang paminaw
- 55:02recognizing your stress is the first
- 55:05step toward managing itid
- 55:09identify imong stress class dili n mo
- 55:11siya ma-resolve dili n mo siya mabuhatan
- 55:14paraan paano n mo siya i-control kung
- 55:16sige kag denay sige kag pa-blind blind
- 55:19ah wala wala ipasagdii lang na siya
- 55:21hantod sa hantod ma-experience mo ng
- 55:25stress na na it's because wala n mo siya
- 55:27gina-recognize kailangan n mo siya
- 55:28ma-notice kumbaga no kailangan ma-notice
- 55:31n mo 'tong stress na 'to so that alam mo
- 55:34kung ano 'yung step na gagawin mo para
- 55:36ma-manage nin mo siya ma-resolve nin mo
- 55:38Siya. Okay.
- 55:43Now, formulating your personalized
- 55:46selfcare plan. Ito yun class. Ito yung
- 55:50isang example sa ginawa ninyo yung
- 55:52wellness plan ' ba. So pwede mo
- 55:55mag-create selfcare plan ninyo para
- 55:59mabawasan ang inyong stress. Okay?
- 56:02Likeong activity na wellness plan. Okay.
- 56:05Pwede kayong maglagay ng physical
- 56:07activity, mindfulness activity like
- 56:11healthy eating, um quality sleep,
- 56:15magchoose ng mga hobbies that you enjoy
- 56:18the most, no? And of course, relaxation
- 56:21ong mindfulness activities na to
- 56:23practice breathing or kanang mga
- 56:27meditation, mga anak class. Okay? Dako
- 56:30na si help.
- 56:34Next is recognizing conflict styles and
- 56:37real life. So naman class na we are very
- 56:42denial makita ang problema saong
- 56:44atubangan pero siya. So sometimes ma
- 56:48siya ang mga reason ngako ang problema.
- 56:51It's because wala na to siya
- 56:52gina-notice, wala na to siya
- 56:53gine-recognize. So we have to recognize
- 56:56conflicts, issues, problems, challenges
- 57:00no in real life so that we know how to
- 57:03resolve it. We know how to fight it.
- 57:05Kumbaga pa no kabaluta siya paglaban kay
- 57:08kabal kinalabanan k nagsagon laban pero
- 57:12kabaloong problema ba ba it's very you
- 57:16know
- 57:20now this are the kanang real life
- 57:24situations or like sa school competing
- 57:27styles and group project disagreements
- 57:29[sumisingasing] kaang
- 57:32mag naamoy mga disagreement sa inyong
- 57:33grupo o that's already a conflict dapat
- 57:36i-recognize mo na siya k para ma-resolve
- 57:38ninyo ang problem sa family katong
- 57:42accommodating versus collaborating on
- 57:44chores no
- 57:47matanaw moa kung conflict ba nga
- 57:50nagsabot-sabot akong mga soon k ang
- 57:52manglimpyo mang hugas or asa ba ang mas
- 57:55conflict ditto katung magistoryahan
- 57:57bahala na lang k maghugas diha ba so you
- 58:01have to recognize sa mga real life
- 58:03situations kung conflict ba ni or dili.
- 58:07Okay? So that you know how to manage it.
- 58:12Building and maintaining healthy
- 58:14relationships.
- 58:15So kanina pa natin to pinag-uusapan
- 58:17class no? So kung paano tayo
- 58:19makaka-build ng stronger connection with
- 58:21other people. Number one, trust and
- 58:24honesty form the foundation of every
- 58:26healthy relationship. As long as na
- 58:29trust tapos honest and naapoy respect
- 58:32maid na ang maka-build positive healthy
- 58:35relationship. Number two, open
- 58:38communication helps you express needs
- 58:40and understand others. So dapat dili
- 58:44magsig pangatik, dili magsig pretend,
- 58:46dili magsig tago-tago. Secret, kailangan
- 58:49open mo sa isa't isa para masabtan po
- 58:51ninyo ang isa't isa. Okay? Respect for
- 58:54boundaries shows you value each person's
- 58:58individuality. So again not everything
- 59:01should be posted or should be shared no
- 59:05preserve your privacy no butangi
- 59:09boundary ibig sabihin ng bff or close
- 59:12kaay naag magigson kailangan kabalo na
- 59:15saata ng secrets nao pati sa akong
- 59:17family so you still love to preserve
- 59:20your privacy and last teamwork selfcare
- 59:24and conflict resolution skills
- 59:27strengthen bonds
- 59:29So dagan mahitabo na mga conflict na mga
- 59:33arguments, disagreements mahitabo sa
- 59:35inyong squad or sa inyong circle but
- 59:37those are
- 59:39um experiences no na makapa-strengthen
- 59:42sa inyong bonding na may mga lessons
- 59:45ma-learn as long as masangibabawi
- 59:48ang understanding sa inyo ha. Okay.
- 59:54So
- 59:56last but not the least class is you have
- 59:58to identify your support network. gitong
- 1:00:03mga people nga makapa-lift up sa imuha
- 1:00:07no kaya ong mga people nga makapakalma
- 1:00:09sa imuha makahatag sa ima
- 1:00:12kaang peace of mind ana identify the
- 1:00:16people who lift you up no who are the
- 1:00:18people in your life that support you
- 1:00:21let's say ang ato ang friends family no
- 1:00:24teachers classmates isa pa mandira
- 1:00:27girlfriend or boyfriend kung naatay
- 1:00:29romantic relationship
- 1:00:31no or ment
- 1:00:33who encourages you. So how can you
- 1:00:35strengthen this connections and show
- 1:00:38appreciation for your social circle? You
- 1:00:40have to give back no kung ilang
- 1:00:43ginahatag sa kung ginarespeto ka nila,
- 1:00:46mo sila. Kung gina-love ka nila i-love
- 1:00:49po mo sila. Kung ginaalagaan ka nila,
- 1:00:51ginaalagaan po dapat mo sila. No. So
- 1:00:54it's a give and take relationship. Dapat
- 1:00:57dili pwede nga magsigil ang tagdawat ng
- 1:00:59dawat wala tayong ginahatag kay
- 1:01:03also have to show our appreciation sa
- 1:01:06atuang sa mga tao sa ato ang palibot.
- 1:01:09Okay.
- 1:01:12So that's end of our discussion. I know
- 1:01:16class na medyo taas-taasong discussion
- 1:01:18today but at least no continuous ang
- 1:01:21atuang learning and marami tayong
- 1:01:23napag-usapan class na maka maka ano g
- 1:01:27maka-reflect ay tama knowing an so i
- 1:01:30hope marami kayong natutunan sa
- 1:01:32discussion natin class and sana ma-apply
- 1:01:35niyo rin ito class sa real life ninyo na
- 1:01:38mga challenges or mga trials na
- 1:01:40ma-encounter along the way and if you
- 1:01:42need kausap or if you need advice Guys,
- 1:01:45Ma'am Gen is just a chat away lang
- 1:01:48naman. Okay? So yun naman yung purpose
- 1:01:51ng pagturo ko ng subject na ito.
- 1:01:53Anyways, I am praying na sana may
- 1:01:57natutunan kayo sa discussion na ito and
- 1:01:59I hope umabot kayo sa last slide ng
- 1:02:02video na ito, no? Thank you, thank you,
- 1:02:05thank you so much everyone. Um, please,

- 1:02:18course, sana ma-apply niyo ito sa life
- 1:02:20ninyo as you grow older to become better
- 1:02:24person and better individuals. Thank you
- 1:02:27so much and that's the end of our
- 1:02:29discussion. Thank you and God bless
- 1:02:31everyone till our next record
