0:06files from this case I requested them
0:08had to pay quite a bit of money for them
0:10too unfortunately some cases you do some
0:13cases you don't have to pay so this one
0:15was expensive but anyway so this is from
0:17January 29th so two days after Gana went
0:21missing they bring Leticia in to talk to
0:24her I know they played this at the trial
0:26but it wasn't that clear because it was
0:29up on a TV and it was crooked and the
0:32view that we had as uh Watchers or
0:35whatever wasn't very good and then you
0:36could kind of try to like zoom in and
0:38get it you know as close as possible but
0:40you lose quality so this will be a clear
0:44version which is kind of neat because
0:46you could you know see facial
0:48expressions and different things okay
0:51here it is it's pretty long so you might
0:53have to watch it in Parts but it's
0:55interesting

12:41want to work as a teacher anymore um

12:44attendant so that's currently what I
12:46started doing with spirit so I had been
12:48going back and forth doing like um
12:50uh like FAA First you have to get like a
12:53study guide
12:54I know you're probably like oh you have
12:56your doctor agree you want to be a
12:57flight attendant you know I just like to
12:59travel but um my goal is to like teach
13:02online too and do the flight attendant
13:03so I could do both sure so I've been
13:05looking over my uh books with spirit and
13:08like things like that so that I could go
13:10training so I was supposed to go to
13:11training if we get like a training date
13:13February March April so in the meantime
13:15I was just doing like seven at the
13:16community at the Fridley College that's
13:18why I told you at the college picking up
13:20sub shifts and stuff like that okay so
13:22you're more of a substitute well I was
13:23just I was just the fifth grade teacher
13:25at French but I teaching has gotten so
13:28difficult in elementary schools it's
13:30it's
13:31I just I don't want to do it anymore
13:32okay yeah so it was kind of like in
13:35between I just finished working with
13:37them and wow
13:39yeah I'm sure kids nowadays are a
13:41handful right it's hard because I did
13:43fish wood for so long because that's
13:45what my doctorates in and then you're
13:46like oh like I try to help so many you
13:49try to help so many people and
13:52this is hard
13:53yeah all right so you're gonna do flight
13:56attendant with with Spirit well have you
13:59been picked up by them yet well I got an
14:01offer letter from Spirit an offer letter
14:03from I just got one yesterday from
14:06Skywest oh okay
14:08um and the reason I like Skywest is
14:10because they have a domicile in Colorado
14:12Springs and in Denver so you can
14:14actually like work there and I could do
14:15both at the college
14:17because I was gonna um I thought it was
14:19Library
14:21um I was gonna do like Pikes Peak and
14:23like I'm sure I would have a problem
14:24because I just finished this past year I
14:27was gonna just do them both and then so
14:28I hadn't decided but now that Skywatch
14:30just had offered it I was like that
14:31would be perfect because it was just
14:33like centrally located you know right
14:35where you could come home all the time
14:37yeah so that was a big problem that we
14:39had is because I was going to take the
14:40spirit job and then I would be based
14:43anywhere they don't have a base anywhere
14:45in our area so like I would have to be
14:47in Las Vegas oh wow so I would never get
14:50to see anybody at home and then you like
14:52stay in these crash pads you already
14:55familiar with it I we were on vacation
14:58with some people who uh the wife used to
15:00be a nurse and she actually transitioned
15:02into being a flight attendant but she
15:04was telling us all about it right yeah
15:06so it's really kind of scary I started
15:08getting earlier I did start getting
15:09scared about it being in Vegas and I was
15:11like man I'll never get to see everybody
15:12at home and like
15:14and I mean I love the travel part so
15:16then I was stuck with traveling but
15:18being alone or traveling with everybody
15:21else but maybe not as much here so but
15:24anyway that was in a nutshell I was kind
15:26of self evaluating
15:29is it okay if I just stop that because
15:31it's like that's fine
15:35but um yeah okay so I was in like a a
15:37self uh evaluation type thing trying to
15:39figure out
15:40and then transitioning for education and
15:43never having like another career was
15:44like gosh and then like worrying about
15:46how people would look at you like oh
15:48you're you have a doctor degree and
15:49you're a flight attendant you know you
15:51like you guys like don't make money
15:52right you know
15:54my uh my niece is actually a flight
15:57attendant so coming for Southwest they
16:01said that's the best one and whenever
16:02they have openings it shuts the website
16:04down oh well that's what I heard that's
16:06pretty awesome I didn't know about that
16:08apparently it's really hard to get into
16:10is this Thursday
16:12they're supposed to like handle
16:14emergencies in the air
16:16yeah and like the training is so you
16:19think people just think we will serve
16:21people
16:22but a training is so I heard it's very
16:24intense you know they like do ditching
16:25exercises they kick people out every day
16:27if you're late for class for one minute
16:29to kick you out oh wow that's good we
16:31need standards like that whenever we
16:33feel like what happened let me just show
16:34you this in case it comes up like
16:35somewhere but
16:37Spirit flew me out to the December 20
16:39something training right
16:41problem is I didn't have anybody to
16:43watch Harley
16:44and Albert was working night shifts and
16:47so it's always hard because it's always
16:48on me to find babysitters for everybody
16:50all the kids it was all it's always on
16:52me so I get out there and he was
16:54supposed to help I know she's 17. we let
16:56her stay by herself whatever
16:58but through the night because he was
17:00working 6 p.m to 6 a.m that kind of
17:03scares me yeah like she just joined the
17:05Air Force so like I know she's gonna
17:07have to learn how to like shoot a gun
17:08protection but
17:10you know like she's not ready yet mature
17:12like she's very mature she's not ready
17:13so I came back you know and I was like
17:16talking to them I just told him I was
17:17like my daughter's at home whatever and
17:18they're like we can move you to the next
17:20class
17:21um like I think after February whatever
17:23um so anyway so just in case you're like
17:25Oh I thought you were but I did fly out
17:27basically they flew you out or whatever
17:29and I came back because I was panicking
17:31about her the dogs everybody to take
17:34care of so who's your baby yeah
17:39so
17:40um
17:41why don't we talk a little bit about
17:43what's going on so start
17:47I understand so initially you didn't
17:49tell me some things because Albert was
17:50there and when we say Albert we're
17:52talking about Eugene he doesn't like
17:53Eugene because his dad is Eugene and he
17:56was a child molester okay so like uh he
17:59like raped his sister so he um freaks
18:03out about the word like if he hears
18:04Eugene but I said maybe that might help
18:06you if you have if you don't have to
18:08call him Eugene it probably would be
18:10okay yeah but so so what I want you to
18:14do is is take me through
18:18um
18:19Sunday into Monday
18:23and and be as detailed as possible as to
18:26what you were doing who was there where
18:28you were at how long you spent etc etc
18:32um because the more detail I have
18:34um it might spark something funny is it
18:36okay if I take my notes out because like
18:37I wrote down yeah absolutely because I
18:41was like I I tried to write in anything
18:42he might
18:44like stay and just in case because I
18:46have like notes from different things or
18:49whatever
18:51um
18:52so we already talked about the beginning
18:53Stephanie reading that man
18:56so I'm my paper is that we got the same
18:58story that you we started with but then
19:00you want me to start with Sunday which
19:02was the day that we went hiking right
19:04yeah okay so we went hiking at Garden of
19:07the Gods um we actually did you see the
19:09picture from garden of God I didn't okay
19:11so we have pictures where we went and
19:12Garden of Gods
19:13um we were going to take the dogs for a
19:15walk but then my daughter got called in
19:16to work because she works at massage
19:18okay so we were like okay we're gonna go
19:21hiking we
19:22the crazy thing is like it's always like
19:24we've got one kid likes to hike a lot
19:26the other one don't so I spent the whole
19:28time like come on let's go we gotta burn
19:29calories
19:31excuse me all those types of things
19:34Gannon he started having a stomach
19:36problem and he pooped in his pants
19:38so it kind of caught our hike a little
19:40bit short but I was like it's okay it
19:42was kind of cold what I say cold for me
19:45but I'm used to like 80 degree weather
19:46so it was kind of getting cold so we
19:48decided to go home okay so we go home I
19:51don't really remember what we did the
19:52rest of the day it was probably just
19:53like random things around the house I
19:55feel like we went to dinner oh no we
19:57didn't get dinner because he wanted to
19:59take he wanted to take a bath so he came
20:01in and he asked me about that's what he
20:03asked me about the whole basketball
20:05thing and
20:07she approved in his pants so I thought
20:10he wanted to
20:12say hey Josh I gave it back on okay
20:14um so going through the night that was
20:16we were just doing like a regular random
20:18I feel like I don't know who he should
20:20be talking to but um you can directly
20:22yeah we should be doing like great
20:23random things around the house it's
20:25Sunday no football on you know I mean I
20:28don't know like specific every little
20:29detail we did but just a normal
20:33um everyday situation other than he was
20:35in a lot of pain because he gets really
20:37bad and it's okay if I like show you
20:39like graphic right not graphic but like
20:40with my hand motions yeah he'll get
20:42where he has to like poop and like I
20:43swear they're like that big it might
20:45take like two to three weeks he has a um
20:48like a GI problem so because he takes
20:51Vyvanse so like he had went the whole
20:53time with that without Vyvanse
20:55um so whenever that happens sometimes
20:57it'll get where his stomach like wants
20:58to work but then you know like can't so
21:00he spends a lot of time in the bathroom
21:02like kind of like hurting and things
21:03like that okay all right so then at this
21:07point the dogs we have two new little
21:09Frenchie and a uh what is he English
21:13bulldog
21:14to really like you know French and
21:16English Bulldogs
21:19um they're really kind of like a
21:22well the Sadie's the French ball she's
21:24kind of like high maintenance but um the
21:27kids always help out a lot with them you
21:28know but again it wasn't feeling too
21:30well and the dogs out you know how they
21:32like know someone's not feeling well so
21:34they are all laying down there and it
21:36was gassy like very very they're bad for
21:39that very very gassy or whatever and you
21:42know life goes on but so Gannon had
21:45started a candle again normal they he's
21:48very like a responsible in terms of like
21:50uh if you give him something and say do
21:53this do this this and this and like a
21:54list to prepare
21:56fine so we let him you know do things
21:58like that like Albert lets him like use
22:01the box cutter to cut the boxes down you
22:03know and like teaching things to be like
22:05a independent growing up adolescent so I
22:09didn't see a problem with him no light
22:11candle whatever whatever
22:13okay well I don't remember the exact
22:16time I'd have to look at uh when the
22:18fire thing went off
22:20um I was tired Albert had Lyft because
22:22we so we spent the whole night up prior
22:24Saturday because he was going to train
22:26in Oklahoma so we stayed up most of the
22:29night because you know just everybody
22:30was going to miss each other wouldn't
22:32see each other for a while whatever it's
22:33always kind of like you know tired I had
22:35dozed off for a little bit
22:37and Lena asked me could she stay up and
22:39still watch
22:40um the rest of her iPad or whatever
22:42usually I'm always like no like straight
22:44like hey you know you can you know
22:46whatever but I did feel kind of bad
22:47because she it was just her birthday and
22:50at the same time being her birthday we
22:52had a lot of stuff going on right so we
22:54made it about her but like I was trying
22:56to give her a little extra because not
22:57everybody got to make it there and we
22:59went all out for Grandma's birthday like
23:00we took him to a Rockies game he we took
23:03friends with him I mean you know like
23:04popcorn hot dogs but we didn't do that
23:07with her but in her defense we bought
23:10her switch so it was kind of like
23:11different but she didn't understand that
23:12so I let her stay up longer than she
23:15supposed to as like a you know promised
23:16her bribery but you know
23:18so she stayed up a little bit later and
23:21uh so she was still kinda
23:23she's very hard sleeper and she's hard
23:25to like
23:26pick up boobs she falls asleep whatever
23:28but she I could tell she was just barely
23:31asleep when I went in there so it starts
23:34beeping like a beep beep beep beep and I
23:36thought that someone was coming in the
23:38house
23:39so I I look and not see anyone in any
23:41doors or hear anything so I was like
23:43it's I thought I was just a sensor so I
23:44hit an r2564 which is our alarm code but
23:48it didn't go off
23:49and I was like what is wrong with this
23:50thing so I'll walk to Lena's room
23:52because the alarm is in her room and I
23:55walk back like through the top part of
23:57the house and you've been in the house
23:58so you know the top part of the house I
23:59haven't been in there okay so there's
24:00the upper level and then there's the
24:02below basement so I like walk back and
24:03forth or whatever I didn't see anything
24:06going on then it started saying fire
24:07fire fire fire fire
24:10like it kept it comes in fire oh wow so
24:13and I and I saw it was the
24:16um you know how lucky so there's like
24:19sensors for your fire alarm and then
24:21there's sensors for your like uh alarm
24:23alarm so I was just going to everything
24:25trying to like fan it while it was going
24:28off because I was thinking kitchen fire
24:30nothing's wrong whatever so I was
24:31putting like towels over some of the
24:33sensors because I thought that was like
24:35monitoring the fire thing whatever and
24:37then I realized it kept going and going
24:39so then I see smoke coming up from the
24:41downstairs so I run downstairs and my
24:45idea of a big fire
24:47is anything that I see on fire pretty
24:50much in their smoke you know just that's
24:52just because I grew up in the country so
24:54you know like I've never bonfires and
24:56like things like that you know so there
24:58was smoke coming up through the basement
24:59so the basement has so if you walk down
25:01the basement there's just so fun stuff
25:03over here it was coming up through the
25:04basement so I like run back up the
25:08stairs
25:09go grab Lane and luckily my Point's
25:11telling you about her being not a rough
25:13sleeper she woke right up so she wrote
25:15back up and I like almost like grabbed
25:17her and I was like get up get up get up
25:18get up that's it I gave her the keys I
25:21said can you go I don't remember the
25:22back order but I said something along
25:23the lines of can you go take the dogs to
25:25Daddy's truck and sit there and wait
25:27right
25:29so I don't remember the order of how we
25:31all ran out of the house but I know that
25:32at that point I did she ran out and I
25:35can't remember if I ran up to make sure
25:36they got the truck or she ran up by
25:37herself I don't remember that part but I
25:39do know that they were I know that they
25:41were had gotten in a truck I came back
25:43inside run back downstairs
25:45and that's when I was trying to get
25:47gained because I couldn't get I didn't
25:49know how to get everybody at once so my
25:51main thing was to get in front people
25:52out you know and then go so then I ran
25:54back downstairs to get gaming and then
25:56the fire was on the floor over here then
25:59on the sofa so I'm pretending this is
26:00the sofa and this is our floor so it was
26:02right here and right here
26:04and I had saw the candle that was over
26:06here so there was covers everywhere
26:08because the kids always get on about
26:10they leave a lot of covers laying around
26:11all the time I mean there's like 10
26:13quotes and LOLs and blankets and all
26:15this so they were all right here so I
26:17take a whole bunch of them and I go and
26:19like like basically Smash down on the
26:22sofa in the
26:24um fire to put it out so I got a burn
26:26and then I was like
26:27get up again and started running at that
26:30point because it wakes him up he's alert
26:31he's realizing that the covers and
26:33everything's on fire the carpet's on
26:35fire and
26:36we all go outside so we get in Albert's
26:40truck and we drive off and I drove off
26:43in panic because I saw that I put the
26:45fire out so I knew that there was no you
26:47know like nothing wrong like it wasn't
26:49gonna keep going I drove off and painted
26:51because I was like oh my gosh what do I
26:53do now like
26:54the carpet you know we've done this with
26:56this Kiana's upset freaking out because
26:58he's scared he's going to get in trouble
27:00and and
27:01you know like the whole talk was going
27:03on so we drove maybe around the block a
27:05little bit and came right back
27:07so we came back in and like developed a
27:09plan for the next day to figure out
27:12honestly we were going to approach the
27:14like fix the carpet and try to like not
27:16say anything and the reason for that is
27:19because
27:21like Albert freaks out about every
27:22little thing if the kids do something
27:25and I'm like it's me and he'll be like
27:28you didn't do this you weren't being a
27:29good stepmom you weren't doing this you
27:31weren't doing that and so we both kind
27:33of were like a little
27:35like worried about it and he gets very
27:37like crazy like if something goes wrong
27:41so that was the plan go to sleep rest he
27:45was gonna stay out of school I'm gonna
27:46get the carpet fixed and then go from
27:49there plus his stomach was hurting so
27:51Lena didn't want to uh sleep in her room
27:53you know everybody was still kind of
27:55like frazzled and I think Lena slept
27:57with me or on the sofa I brought the
27:59dogs up and again he wanted to go in his
28:02room at that point because he was
28:02already sleeping on himself so that's
28:05where
28:06Sunday
28:07uh like pretty much kind of like stopped
28:10and everybody went to bed and yeah and I
28:13think I sent Albert messages because uh
28:15he was sleeping that was on a different
28:17time zone and he didn't see him that

28:43I didn't see him in any kind of like
28:46nothing other than the little burnt set

28:57like right here there was a burnt and
28:59and the reason for that was I think
29:00whenever like he was trying to come up

29:07and as far as that I didn't see anything
29:09else like I I didn't know any like other
29:12differences or anything like that all I
29:14saw was that I saw you okay he ran out
29:16the house he was firing at the house
29:18everything was normal

29:23a little bit why he was bleeding but at
29:25that point when you get to the Monday

29:32smoldering on the carpet store kind of
29:34creeping across like a grass fire or is
29:36it like coming up working its way up the
29:38couch like how is it well it's
29:41I really don't know I know that it was
29:43like here centralized on on the floor
29:46but like I could see I think the smoke
29:49might have like kind of intimidated me
29:51more because I spent the whole night
29:52coughing so I think that that kind of
29:55intimidated me so much because I
29:56couldn't the visibility was starting to
29:58be a little bit you know like as if I
30:01had walked into a small little fire now
30:03and I was just afraid that it was gonna
30:06because you know like upholstery for the
30:08couch that was my biggest concern was
30:11the upholstery for the couch so
30:13okay so I would say you know it was like
30:15maybe like in this area like right here
30:17it wasn't like here so the Flint the
30:19Flames were you know two three feet high
30:21you think
30:23how much light did you see coming off of
30:24it through the smoke

31:01of blanket you you'd mentioned there was

31:04which kind of what blanket was he using

31:12all some of them I put them all back in
31:14that bin that was sitting there did you
31:16he said I haven't been in the okay so

31:19furry there is watermelon I don't
31:22remember specifically which one he had I
31:24know that there was blankets in the area
31:26because they always leave makeups around
31:27it was a mermaid went around but the
31:29whole collaboration when I grabbed them
31:31and put it out I grabbed them all and
31:33done it okay yeah all right
31:36were any of them like damaged whenever
31:38that happens oh yeah they are I left
31:40them all there when I showed them that
31:42night that you know like they were
31:44damaged or whatever okay well I haven't
31:46been in the house yet okay I'm sorry

31:59go to school because of his tummy issues

32:07excused him from school but well I had
32:09text Albert and said could he not go to
32:11school for his stomach okay because he
32:13he was hurting with his stomach but also
32:16the whole plan was that we were
32:18going to figure it out so who actually
32:20contacted the school to excuse him it
32:22wasn't me I didn't I don't know okay
32:25um Can someone contact because I didn't
32:26I I would assume that okay somebody
32:28would contact a school or you probably
32:30would get like a phone call I know with
32:32my kid's school if they're not there by
32:338 15 the office then they would call
32:35Albert not me because he would have them
32:39um like the automated system where he's
32:41like your child's gonna think I mean
32:42your child is missing for school today
32:44whatever whatever okay
32:47um
32:49so that's Sunday and you're you're
32:52saying a lot of we and that kind of
32:53thing so so you've mentioned earlier
32:56that Harley had gone to work she got
32:58called into Massage Envy so who went on
33:01the hike
33:02because it was originally going to be
33:03all of us Harley me again Elena
33:08and then Harley got called in she like
33:11she switched this with someone but then
33:13that person like I guess the policy is
33:14that that person agreed to take your
33:16shift but then they'll come you still
33:17have to come or something I don't know
33:19so she just was like I have to go she's
33:21only gonna be working there in like a
33:23few more weeks or whatever so I told her
33:24I was like don't burn any Bridges I know
33:26it sounds crazy that you have to do that
33:28but you got to go in
33:29so she went in to work on Sunday
33:32okay so it ended up being you Anna or
33:36Gannon and Elena that went hiking like
33:39okay and so then let's go through Monday
33:43yep

33:54we wake up on Monday

33:58you know like everybody gets up whatever
34:04he already knows that we are going out
34:07and about today that was the plan
34:10Elena I walked Lena out to me because
34:13usually again I'm locked her outside
34:15so I walked Lena out
34:17to the front door and around to make
34:19sure I seen her around the corner to get
34:21to the bus stop and she did okay all
34:24right come back inside
34:26I don't remember if I laid down a little
34:27bit I probably played on my phone for a
34:29little bit you know wasted a little bit
34:31because she goes outside like 6 50 6 55
34:33you know still early take the dogs out
34:35trying to think of that well
34:38I go down start talking again about hey
34:40like this is the plan might go
34:41downstairs the basement whatever and say
34:43basement but as in like his room is it's
34:45a furnace basement and I realized that
34:48Gannon
34:49he actually had like marks like on his
34:52arm
34:53and they were actually like peeling at
34:55that point at that point and I didn't I
34:57did I swear I did not realize that they
35:00had I I don't know if like they start
35:02like because burns are sitting there I
35:04don't know if they started like peeling
35:05like overnight or like whatever and he
35:08has like really bad anxieties so
35:11whenever things are pilly or like uh I
35:13think that he he bites his own Nails a
35:15lot anyway like anything that's like
35:17loose and things like that ladybug so I
35:19don't know if like as I guess as burned
35:22like you know burned a little bit and
35:23when I do this I don't mean
35:25like I'm giving you a location I'm just
35:27saying like Evan burns like on your skin
35:30um I guess when like you know how they
35:32pull a little bit stretchy or whatever
35:33so like on the arm it kind of gets a
35:35little stretchy and pilly so then I was
35:37like freaked out because I was like I
35:39didn't know
35:41that
35:42that his arms were or like that so I'm
35:46like crying because and and this is
35:49where I have to start telling you you
35:51know like
35:52I'm like very like I was scared because
35:56my thought process was Albert is going
35:58to kill me like because I made a mistake
36:01as a parent and forgot to like really
36:04check him down and he really got a
36:07little bit warpers the same shoes yeah
36:10so I was freaking out because it's like
36:13it's gonna kill me and again it was like
36:15it's okay like it's there was blood and
36:19like he had on his arms and as it was
36:21peeling
36:22I should have called what do they have I
36:25should have called the hospital and just
36:28asked you know I don't know enough about
36:30Burns but I should have called the
36:32hospital and just asked like
36:35I made a mistake I didn't
36:38I swear to y'all I didn't know they were
36:40that bad I did
36:42so I feel horrible so here I am I know
36:44it's not you know about me but as a
36:46person I was feeling horrible that I
36:47didn't
36:49I didn't call Albert to say
36:51you know they're like this so I told him
36:53I said okay listen this is what we're
36:54gonna do we're gonna put some like aloe
36:56on your arms you know and things like
36:57that and I was like it's gonna be okay
36:59we're gonna fix it we're gonna you know
37:01and all I could think about was we're
37:02gonna fix it and I don't know in my mind
37:04how I was going to fix it as far as the
37:06he he wasn't in pain he wasn't saying
37:09like I'm hurting or anything like that
37:11he was more of like peeling it like you
37:13know like it was like almost like it was
37:15like a boy am I saying the right word
37:17boy or like blister like a blister so
37:19I'm gonna say like this pool in a
37:20blister you know okay
37:22um so there was blood and and then so
37:24I'm like holding him and I had blood on
37:26me and I said when I say blood let me
37:28explain to you I don't mean like
37:29dripping out pouring everywhere in blood
37:31so let me not like give you that okay
37:34thought process because sometimes when I
37:35say like if I say blaze to me I'm like
37:37this is a big plan you know
37:40so there was there there was blood
37:43so I was just so like like freaked out
37:46so I was like we'll just clean it up
37:48don't worry about it we'll we'll figure
37:50it out where's the blood at so the blood
37:52was on his arms on his like uh sheet
37:55that he had which we we washed the
37:58sheets
37:59um so it was on his sheet it was on his
38:01arms and he had some on like like his
38:03arm I guess from like sleeping or
38:05whatever he had some on the wall so we
38:07like we cleaned up everything we I put a
38:10new I put like garnish the
38:13like the wrapping so I just put a little
38:16bit of wrapping I was like we'll check
38:18it with the aloe and see if it gets
38:20better because my next thing was I'm
38:23assess the situation in so many hours
38:24and if it looks because I I did look
38:28online and it said like if it turns the
38:30yellow color then it could be infected
38:32or whatever and I was like that was
38:33gonna be my next step so I don't want
38:34you to think that I was like neglecting
38:36the fact that so you realize that he's
38:38got a burn you you do some some
38:40treatment that you think is appropriate
38:42at the time
38:43um and and then you tell yourself you
38:47know I'm gonna do this follow-up with
38:49him okay all right so so then what
38:51happens after after you take care again
38:53okay so he's okay honestly I'm pacing
38:56the house and I know there's two things
38:57I gotta fix you know and when I tell you
39:00that Albert will freak out everything so
39:02I'm just I just want you to know that so
39:05Emma I want you to take a picture of my
39:06mind of how I'm like afraid to be like
39:09okay I gotta fix these situations and I
39:11need to fix them fast with with carpet
39:13and things like that okay so number one
39:16I was like I need to get the car I need
39:18to fix the carpet and number two I need
39:20to figure out you know like
39:22assess like I said does ganna need to go
39:25get like some burnt cream or whatever

39:30guys it was like maybe 10 35 or whatever

39:39if I drive to the okay so Morrison Ranch
39:42at the end of Larson Ranch is a bunch of
39:45blue builds like construction things
39:48like that I drive to the new builds
39:52I was going to be like hey look somebody
39:54here knows how to you know fix it
39:56because if I get online and start
39:57calling people then they'll be like make
39:58an appointment I figure I might find
40:00somebody that you know would do like a
40:02little side job and come and help us fix
40:04the when I say carpet I'm talking about
40:06fix the living room
40:08the the spot that I had cut out or
40:10whatever so I did I pulled up
40:13um on the back part there's some new
40:15houses being built and there's some like
40:17Hispanic and I'm not saying that to be
40:19like discriminatory they were Hispanic
40:20people that were out there and I was
40:22like hey do you know where you can get
40:23the car the carpet that is in the Larson
40:25Ranch model home so I told him the model
40:26home which is the same home that we had
40:28I mean I don't know if it's the model
40:29home but I gave them the name because I
40:31asked like I looked online for the
40:33company for the name I said it's in this
40:35he's like everybody has that same carpet
40:37yes
40:38so we got a roll of the car like a roll
40:41of the carpet where'd you get put from
40:43this is I we got it from the guy on the
40:46scene like I saved out a theme but the
40:48construction area so we got the carpet
40:51from the guy in the construction area
40:52well I didn't get it then he said he was
40:54gonna bring it to me so I gave him the
40:56address this is where I messed up I gave
40:58him and this is why I couldn't tell you
40:59this in front of her I gave him our code
41:02to get in because he was gonna go fix it
41:04and I just assumed working in the house
41:08he was gonna be okay you know whatever
41:11and
41:12me again and left I just said hey Jesus
41:15did you give him the garage door code
41:17yeah and what about the alarm
41:20well if you go in through say like
41:22you're walking in through our house
41:24there's no sensor so we always keep it
41:26on on our alarm and you can walk in
41:28through the garage and alarm will never
41:30sit off
41:31and the reason for that is like there's
41:33no door
41:34like there's nothing that tells that
41:36door that is opened you can send so you
41:38don't have a sensor there right right
41:40right so we we would call me and the
41:42kids come in every day in the garage and
41:44never have to like sit you know reset
41:47anything like that okay um so me again I
41:51go on I don't remember exactly where we
41:52went first I know we wrote it a little
41:54bit because I was looking for different
41:55places to buy buy the dog some like
41:58different cute outfits because sometimes
42:00I came at Ross but Petco has some really
42:01good deals going on right now so I was
42:04like I'm gonna go to Petco
42:05um Gana was like at that point it was
42:07like he wanted to lay down because his
42:08stomach was hurting he wasn't
42:10complaining about like any like pay on
42:13his arms or anything like that he just
42:15said you want to lay down because it's
42:16always hurting so we were in Albert's
42:17truck
42:18so we lay down I mean he lays down in
42:21the back of the truck
42:22um so he's just laying down whatever I
42:24win the Petco I can't remember if I went
42:26in the store beside Petco I don't I know
42:27we went some places around town just
42:29different uh local places that you go to
42:31I know I went to Petco I know I went to
42:33a gas station to get gas which Petco did
42:37you go to the one at um is it Nevada in
42:41something
42:42okay
42:44it's a nice area that's that's the area
42:47I basically was in for I wasn't gone
42:49that long for most of the time frame
42:51that was the the area that I was in and
42:54then I made the wrong
42:56when you're coming back and it tells you
42:57go this way this way I made the wrong
42:59exit like I got in the wrong one so I
43:01had I went back I guess that would be I
43:03went back I went North a little bit
43:06before I turned around to come back
43:07because I made their own
43:09um so I get back and let's see I can't
43:11did we go eat at that time
43:14I feel like I didn't get anything to eat
43:15maybe I just got Starbucks I could look
43:17at my credit card or something like that
43:18see if you if you want to look and see
43:20what I fit in that day you know you look
43:22okay and eventually yes okay that would
43:25be helpful okay so
43:27um oh I remember what happened then I
43:30realized I had to go back to Petco
43:32that's why we turned around and came
43:33back because I started off I bought two
43:35outfits maybe one or two and then I came
43:37back in Petco
43:39and I got the rest of the outfits that
43:42were on there because I was like oh I'll
43:43go two more for this price so I did go
43:46back to Petco twice
43:47um so I'm sure you'll see long in
43:50between did you guys did you go
43:52um let's see if we left at 10 something
43:54you know it's like a 30 minute drive
43:55from Lewiston Ranch ish so if I got
43:59there got gas got Starbucks I maybe I
44:03was there 11 ish I don't want to say a
44:05time I'm saying so you go to Petco the
44:07first time and then how long in between
44:09the first visit and the second visit oh

53:00that there was something along the lines
53:02of someone checked uh neighbors two
53:06doors down or something camera footage
53:08and never saw anyone do this or that
53:11like I don't know like specifics but my
53:13point behind telling you that is if if
53:15this is what you guys and I'm not saying
53:18this is what you're basing stuff on if
53:20this is what your base of stuff on is
53:21like in the same day and age timelines
53:23security things like that
53:26you will see on somebody's security
53:29Gannon and I run to the car at 10
53:31something that morning and be returning

53:34so he I remember specifically the truck

55:48didn't think you'd think of it when I
55:49heard the noise and I just started
55:50walking downstairs but I didn't walk
55:51downstairs with like a gun or anything
55:53like that so I started walking
55:54downstairs and then when I walked
55:56downstairs I hear something again
55:58well at that point in time again it was
56:00on the sofa and I saw him and I heard
56:02some again and I walked on around to
56:04where the so gannon's room is here
56:06because then there's a storage closet
56:08here okay and I heard something as I
56:10walked to the storage closet to open the
56:12storage closet and when I do it and he
56:15was standing in there he had on gloves
56:16in the storage closet yes okay he had
56:19one of the guns
56:21two
56:23boys I'm so terrified and then he just
56:26knocked me down and like towards gaining
56:28through and he was like he was hitting
56:30on me and it's like hard like on the
56:32ground
56:33he was trying to like rape me and I I
56:36told her
56:37I said I have to tell you about this
56:39okay and like
56:43I'm from there on was like in a blur
56:45because I was trying so hard because
56:47Gannon had a table in his room and I
56:49like I went back and hit my head on it
56:52like with him Ganon runs inside the room
56:55and like tries to like you know be
56:58helpful do something whatever and from
57:00there it was kind of like a blur
57:02everything else that was going on
57:04because I was just like crying and I was
57:07freaking out and I swear to God I don't
57:09know what happened from there
57:11I really don't know what had happened
57:13from there I don't okay I don't and I'm
57:17just like
57:19in the moment thinking
57:21I had like these memories of like wow
57:24you know like the thing was open he had
57:26the gun I I didn't remember what
57:28happened from there and so I kind of
57:30like blacked out just a little bit and
57:32and and so all these things are going
57:33into your mind as I'm blacked out
57:35I don't know if like I know he was like
57:38when Gana was like trying to get on him
57:40I know he was like moving Ganon and you
57:42know like and it was just all like so
57:45like a cycle to me and so I'm like out
57:48of it for a little bit just for a little
57:51bit
57:51and then
57:53from the from when the time I woke up I
57:55say woke up but like I kind of like that
57:56a little bit and I I immediately like
57:58freaked out I was like
58:00I could I was like I could I couldn't
58:02find Gannon I was like the guy was still
58:04in the House Lena was on the way I
58:06didn't know where Gana was at because I
58:08was calling for Ganon I thought he was
58:10hiding like I I legit thought he was
58:12hiding in like maybe the other closet
58:14that was on the other side the other you
58:17know whatever I thought he was hiding
58:19like I was so scared so I run up the
58:21stairs because I hear that you know I
58:24know it's like all my time for Elena and
58:26I hear that the Ring app has like a like
58:28an alert for someone at the front door
58:30but it could have been just like like
58:32Amazon or something driving by because
58:34there was nobody at the front door and
58:35then I run back downstairs because in my
58:38mind I was like thinking where is Ganon
58:40and I didn't want to leave and like run
58:42outside and scream and you know go crazy
58:45because I did not know where he was at
58:47at the time and everybody says to me you
58:49know like because I told Albert and them
58:52about it and they're like why didn't you
58:54like run go get help and I
58:57I didn't want to leave to go get help
58:59and I did I was terrified because she
59:00was Albert would kill me because Daniel
59:02was still in there so then when I get
59:04downstairs he has he has the gun and
59:07again he has Ganon and I'm sitting there
59:10like freaking out like
59:11okay what do you want to do blah blah
59:13blah blah does make it to the door at
59:16this time and then so I go upstairs
59:18because I I know that he was like don't
59:21say anything because I didn't know if
59:22someone thought like he was a cop or you
59:25know someone heard something or I didn't
59:27know anything so my thought process was
59:29if I say anything getting them down here
59:31you know I I need to just be as cool as
59:34possible at like because we order things
59:36at Amazon like all the time you know
59:38books and things like that so it was
59:40Lena
59:41so the reason I sent Leno away was
59:43because I wanted her to be safe too so I
59:46sent Lena on a mission to go get like
59:48the mail it never gets to know
59:50nothing like that I sent her on a
59:52mission to go get the mail okay and so I
59:55just started making up random things for
59:57Elena to go do and I looked at Lena and
59:59I said she was standing there I was like
1:00:01just stay gone for a little while
1:00:02because I didn't want her coming back
1:00:04and then that's you know like harness in
1:00:07in the situation as we were to so like
1:00:10in my mind I think if I say anything if
1:00:12I do anything I I just didn't know what
1:00:14to do I was in complete Panic so I go
1:00:16back downstairs again and I'm like
1:00:19pleading and like talking and like all
1:00:21these things going on right like just
1:00:23back and forth with him and why are you
1:00:25doing this why why did you hurt us why
1:00:27are you doing these things and then it
1:00:29just started being like a like a hosted
1:00:31wind puzzle like back and forth and I I
1:00:34don't even remember how it kept going
1:00:36for you know like maybe I say five or
1:00:38ten minutes but I don't know if it was
1:00:39that long and then he was like on top of
1:00:41me again
1:00:43because it was hit my head again and
1:00:47then yes and then I was on the table
1:00:48that was inside like in between the red
1:00:51does the red blue tables in there okay
1:00:53they forced me in there again and he was
1:00:54trying to do it again and I was just
1:00:56like losing losing my mind like
1:00:58completely like
1:01:00Albert
1:01:02Albert sister was was raped and so in my
1:01:07mind I kept thinking Albert's gonna be
1:01:09like like I'm nothing and I shouldn't
1:01:12have been thinking about that I should
1:01:13have been but but I was and that was all
1:01:15I could keep thinking about you know
1:01:17like
1:01:18was like Albert was gonna be sit upset
1:01:21again is over here Layton is coming all
1:01:23these emotions are running through there
1:01:24and Cindy was like he asked me to give
1:01:27him a suitcase and I gave him a brown
1:01:30suitcase and then he hit me on the head
1:01:32again like right here
1:01:35you just kept like hitting me right
1:01:37there like that okay and so then you did
1:01:39that and then I wiped out again I was
1:01:42having a panic attack and then I don't
1:01:44know what happened from there I really
1:01:46don't I don't know I just know that
1:01:50I I did lie I did when they came I did
1:01:54say
1:01:55again and live whatever you know that
1:01:57okay
1:02:00but he never did he never left to go
1:02:03players I just didn't know what to do
1:02:04when I painted the moment I didn't want
1:02:07Albert could be like trying to hurt us
1:02:09because
1:02:13yeah and I just want you know that's the
1:02:16only reason that I that I made of the
1:02:18LIE is because I knew that
1:02:21I didn't want to face the consequences
1:02:22of you know trying to explain to him all
1:02:25that was going on because he was saying
1:02:27to me you're trying to make this about

1:02:29you know this is not about you and I
1:02:32knew all those things because I've lived
1:02:33in it and I so I panicked it I just told
1:02:35a story and I was going to try to think
1:02:37of like you know playing I'm sorry that
1:02:40it might have delayed you know like
1:02:42looking for again I do not know where
1:02:44gaming was I I do not know I do not know
1:02:47his his whereabouts from that point on
1:02:50but it was still in the same time frame
1:02:52that I gave you guys so that wasn't
1:02:54there was no contradictory to that same
1:02:57time frame because it still was about
1:02:58four o'clock okay so go over the time
1:03:00frame with me
1:03:01what was the time frame it had to be
1:03:04around like four okay because Harley
1:03:07gets off at 4 30. okay and so Harley had
1:03:10just gotten home or no was on her way
1:03:14home or something and and my phone was
1:03:17like alerting I knew Holly was on her
1:03:19way home and I was gonna tell Harley
1:03:21when she got there I was gonna be like
1:03:23look this is what happened we need to
1:03:25get help we need to call 9-1-1 and all I
1:03:27kept thinking about was I
1:03:29it's going to be my fault because I gave
1:03:32them I gave him
1:03:35the code he brought the carpet
1:03:37he did all that okay and I did he fix it
1:03:40I just said no I had already cut it and
1:03:43he brought the big roll of carpet it's
1:03:45at the house yeah okay and where's that
1:03:49at the house it's in uh the the back
1:03:52storage room
1:03:53okay is that the one that he was hiding
1:03:55in huh is that the storage room that he
1:03:58was in yeah whenever you went down there
1:03:59yes I put I put the carpet back in the
1:04:02storage room the reason I put the carpet
1:04:04back in there because it was laying like
1:04:06in the like
1:04:07so the storage rooms right here it had
1:04:09fallen over at some point when all this
1:04:10was going on so I put and I picked it up
1:04:13and put it back
1:04:14like on the thing I rolled it up oh it
1:04:17wasn't all the way rolled out but it was
1:04:19like somewhat rolled out through the
1:04:20promotion and I wrote it back up and put
1:04:22it oh and inside okay

1:04:30um so the time frame is that
1:04:34four o'clock is whenever I I don't want

1:04:45what happened after that so did
1:04:48literally come home yeah Lane is still
1:04:50out and about Harley's home
1:04:52uh comes home or whatever I'm pacing the
1:04:55house like trying to think of a plan of
1:04:57like what do I do and I should have like
1:05:00immediately like gotten on the phone did
1:05:03whatever but all I kept thinking about
1:05:05was
1:05:07it's all my fault it's my fault because
1:05:09Albert's gonna say to me
1:05:11you gave some stranger access to our
1:05:14home you know this is all on you and and
1:05:17in my mind I thought I could fix it like
1:05:19in my mind I thought I could fix this I
1:05:22and I don't know why I saw that that was
1:05:24a horrible decision making process but
1:05:26it also was in a very emotional state
1:05:28that in normal situations people can say
1:05:32oh they won't I will call I would do
1:05:33this I would do this but if you're not
1:05:35in a situation everybody handles things
1:05:37differently sure and I was making an
1:05:40irrational decision in a panic situation
1:05:42when I should have immediately been an
1:05:45educator being all these things it
1:05:47should have been one of those things
1:05:48where it was immediate no hot answer and
1:05:50you might think this girl's gonna be
1:05:52want to go flight attending she's got to
1:05:54be able to think fast
1:05:56it was not that easy in the moment
1:05:58because my my mind was in so many
1:06:00directions that I could fix it I sure I
1:06:03literally thought I was going to fix it
1:06:04sure and and that was where it went from
1:06:06there so I was going to tell Harley I
1:06:09didn't tell Harley I please stay safe
1:06:11around the situation and was thinking
1:06:13okay if if I don't have any any kind of
1:06:17like information like if I don't have a
1:06:19plan in my in my brain by a certain time
1:06:21that's what I'm gonna call already okay
1:06:24and so that's how so you had like
1:06:26predetermined a time that you were gonna
1:06:29call if you hadn't figured it well I
1:06:30didn't come up with a specific time but
1:06:32in my brain I kept saying okay I got to
1:06:33do I got to act soon but I knew that you
1:06:37know I'm like thinking by 6 6 30 like I
1:06:42need to make a a great a good decision
1:06:44because
1:06:45what am I going to tell the girls
1:06:46because they're gonna be like
1:06:48you know like where's Gannon like we got
1:06:51we said because we were gonna all go eat
1:06:53sushi so that was where that time frame
1:06:55okay would have been like what do I do
1:06:57go get in the car and be like
1:06:59Jen is not going with us I couldn't keep
1:07:01going on and on with the irrational
1:07:02decision of not calling 9-1-1 okay and
1:07:05and I had to stop the decision so what
1:07:07happened so tell me what what happened
1:07:10as it went on so I called 9-1-1 okay and
1:07:14they said hey sorry you know this is not
1:07:17an emergency you have to call this other
1:07:18line okay so I called the other line and
1:07:20it was a four hour wait for them to get
1:07:22there okay so four hours later they came
1:07:24I was still in a panic set I'm like
1:07:26these people are nothing I say is going
1:07:29to solve this situation so I did say
1:07:31that Daniel was at this time again I
1:07:34admitted it's a very rational decision
1:07:36because it could have been more helpful
1:07:37to be honest and say
1:07:39this is the description here's to be
1:07:41looking for instead of like the
1:07:43situation being like
1:07:45he was gone and that was horrible I
1:07:47should have done that because
1:07:50okay
1:07:51you know and so from then on that's when
1:07:55you you guys came
1:07:57um they came through asked me questions
1:07:59they searched the house
1:08:01um every room flashlights you know
1:08:03whatever whatever they went outside in
1:08:05the garage uh they searched my car blah
1:08:09blah blah blah okay and was Harley there
1:08:11at this time uh when they did the
1:08:13searches uh yes okay yeah yeah because
1:08:16she had this was you it took like four
1:08:17hours uh so it was like later in the
1:08:20night that this had happened okay so
1:08:22when you say they searched your car
1:08:23which car did they search like the car
1:08:25my car like the black car the black car
1:08:27yeah okay yeah okay yeah like so there
1:08:30was a deputy there was like six or seven
1:08:32and then one of those deputies that
1:08:33responded to the scene uh he came around
1:08:36with a flashlight and he like searched
1:08:39like like everything up and down up and
1:08:41down to every room would ask me
1:08:43questions like
1:08:44this Wallet be here would this be here
1:08:46you know like would this be here would
1:08:48this be here
1:08:51and I put everything back in order like
1:08:55like I I told you I moved to carpet you
1:08:57know I I fixed the situation because I
1:09:00was
1:09:01I was being stupid and I I should have I
1:09:04should have told them what had really
1:09:05happened okay and so he went through
1:09:08everything he went through the outside
1:09:09he went through the car he went through
1:09:12the trunk he went through everything
1:09:13like he actually got into the car he he
1:09:15wanted my ID okay and he then he asked
1:09:18me could he said do you mind if I look
1:09:20around in the garage he got he opened my
1:09:23car in fact he left my car to open
1:09:24because the next morning the back door
1:09:26was open
1:09:27oh really yeah so he he went into car
1:09:30dealers I I mean I'm sure you guys have
1:09:32a record of who who was in there but he
1:09:34opened the car opened up this opened up
1:09:36the trunk he looked through the bags and
1:09:38that were in the truck he looked at
1:09:39everything in the garage with the bags
1:09:41whatever were here came back in he did
1:09:43the same thing and you know like in
1:09:45different parts so he's trying to be
1:09:46like really thorough yeah like try to be
1:09:48really really thorough he was going
1:09:50through every part to the house okay and
1:09:52he asked him is anything missing and I
1:09:54it was the truth there was nothing
1:09:55missing because I put I did take the gun
1:09:58that he had I did put the gun back
1:10:01okay

1:10:07um so is was there anything else that
1:10:09happened on Monday like did you talk to
1:10:10Harley about it or
1:10:13about what I told you

1:10:27friend's house right and do you remember

1:10:42on because when I was like upstairs when
1:10:46it all started I had my headphones on so
1:10:48my headphones were still on through the

1:10:56anyone leaving did your alarm go back
1:10:58off I had my headphones I had my
1:11:00headphones still on they were still on
1:11:02my head when you came inside the house

1:11:08like no not coming in house with them
1:11:09but like in the house when I went
1:11:11downstairs I still had my headphones on

1:13:35that he had the guy had left the back
1:13:37door open and then so I was like I'll
1:13:39have a car might not crank and I you
1:13:41know drive out and I drive down the
1:13:43street because I was gonna drive my car
1:13:45blah blah blah to pick it up and I
1:13:48decided to come back and it was too
1:13:49early his flight wasn't coming in until
1:13:508 53. okay and I was going to like
1:13:53honestly just just drive I had to think
1:13:55in my brain
1:13:57you know I was like this is the best
1:13:58thing but I didn't I just drove down the
1:14:00street came back and that was in your
1:14:01black car okay
1:14:03um and then so then you ended up picking
1:14:05him up later yeah and you took your
1:14:07black car to do that no so well yes so
1:14:09what happened is I took my black car but
1:14:12I had already I sent him a message
1:14:13earlier and I said hey can is there
1:14:16people get a rental car okay and he said
1:14:18yes I have a leased vehicle so you can
1:14:20only put like a thousand miles on it and
1:14:22I'm like pretty anal about you know like
1:14:25I don't want to go over and that type of
1:14:26thing so his car is very expensive on
1:14:29gas so I was going to get a little I did
1:14:31get a little economy car and I knew we'd
1:14:33be driving around everywhere because
1:14:35everybody was like searching and in my
1:14:37mind I was like freaking out because I
1:14:39had
1:14:40I'm going to be buying because
1:14:43I want our codes in our home and so I
1:14:45was like I know we're gonna drive every
1:14:46everywhere all day so I was like I'm
1:14:48going to get a rental car okay so I did
1:14:50and so I thought I got my rental car and
1:14:54I left my black car at the airport
1:14:57dealership at the airport right because
1:14:59I had to have a way to
1:15:01like I didn't wall piece of sand yeah so
1:15:03now we're asking where my car was at and
1:15:05I told him it was that French the reason
1:15:07I told him that is because I I Albert I
1:15:09get a lot of posters about this whole
1:15:12working and changing career thing that
1:15:14you guys uh I told you about in the
1:15:16beginning and that was like a personal
1:15:18situation that I just I didn't want to
1:15:20fuss with him about
1:15:21you know like the working and changing
1:15:23you're going to give up your career for
1:15:24this this and this so I just said he
1:15:26knew I used like I had just worked
1:15:28different so he did this I said it was
1:15:30that friend to one of my friends brought
1:15:31me oh sorry for him okay so that's why
1:15:34he thought was that French but it was my
1:15:35way of so he thought that
1:15:37I wanted he knew I had to go get my
1:15:39stuff from French because I stopped
1:15:40working there
1:15:42um so and that's kind of I wanted it to
1:15:44go with the story because I wasn't ready
1:15:46yet to tell him I wasn't returning at
1:15:48all to education and just it just wasn't
1:15:51okay so he doesn't know that yet well he
1:15:55knows that like I've been I'm a
1:15:56beautiful attendant and oh never mind I
1:15:58can't do it because I've been back and
1:15:59forth you're going to go from making
1:16:01almost I made like 60 Grand so I think
1:16:04they make like 18 to 20 an hour and but
1:16:07you could only do so many things like
1:16:08reserve shifts you got my crash pads so
1:16:10I back and forth on something I really
1:16:12want to do and the money so I went back
1:16:15and forth with him on that and that was
1:16:17just one of those things where
1:16:19I just wasn't prepared to be like oh
1:16:21you're gonna you're gonna be a teacher
1:16:22again oh you're gonna do this again oh
1:16:24you're back at the school again blah
1:16:25blah blah you know okay subbing again so
1:16:27so you took your so you drove to the
1:16:30airport in your black car okay what time
1:16:32did you do that
1:16:33his flight landed at eight fifty
1:16:36something so I got there in time to
1:16:39park my car and then I walked up to the
1:16:44um thing and he was coming down the
1:16:46escalator and then I go over to budget
1:16:48and I you know get the
1:16:50um rental car he's sitting on the little
1:16:52corner over here waiting on his bags
1:16:55um and we walk out we get the car we
1:16:56leave okay and so where did you park
1:16:59your car at the airport do you remember
1:17:02um in the short term parking maybe about
1:17:04like a middleweight middle okay there's
1:17:09it's a long like a short term let's say
1:17:11it goes from you got the rental cars the
1:17:13section here section section so it was
1:17:16like the farther section and maybe like
1:17:17over here okay
1:17:20um okay and then
1:17:22but you're in your black card this
1:17:24morning right because I had to turn the
1:17:26rental car back in okay right okay so
1:17:29you picked your car up this morning no
1:17:31so I took the rental car back last night
1:17:33because I needed I didn't know what time
1:17:36situation you know he's upset with me
1:17:40for not telling you guys first so that
1:17:42you know it could have been a quicker
1:17:43search or or whatever the case may be so
1:17:46I didn't know like I thought we were
1:17:48gonna have to stay you know like at a
1:17:49hotel or something
1:17:51um so I parked my car my heart my Harley
1:17:54picked me up because I was going to get
1:17:55a room at a hotel okay and so I I
1:17:58thought you guys do that because it was
1:17:59shares through this morning so
1:18:01well
1:18:02people are working different people and
1:18:04so I just want to make sure that while
1:18:06we're talking that I have all of the
1:18:07information right right so if I if I ask
1:18:09you something that you feel like has
1:18:10already been covered before I'm not
1:18:12trying to be a brat or anything like
1:18:13that I just want to make sure we have
1:18:15everything roll on the same page with
1:18:16everything right okay so
1:18:19um you drove the rental car back last
1:18:21night early this morning
1:18:23it was it was last night it wasn't it

1:18:28yeah and then Harley picked you up and
1:18:32you left your car at the airport still
1:18:34no no okay so I drove my car I mean I
1:18:37drove the rental car back got in my car

1:18:43anywhere to go because they're fussing
1:18:45at me and people are not you know
1:18:47everything's going on in the searches
1:18:49and things like that so I just
1:18:51basically I didn't really have anywhere
1:18:53to go and I myself some of myself was at
1:18:55home so I didn't have a card to get gas

1:19:11the truth and I that's when I started
1:19:12messaging her that Heywood I'm gonna
1:19:14come home and I'm sorry I'll tell you
1:19:16exactly what happened it's all my fault
1:19:19because I should have let everyone know
1:19:22that I gave someone the code and I tried
1:19:24to replace the content so
1:19:27um so at that point I leave my car at
1:19:29the hotel which was near Harley's work
1:19:31and she Albert was like you guys coming
1:19:34and I said yes
1:19:36we're on our way I leave my car at the
1:19:38hotel the entire night and leaving
1:19:40Holly's car we stay home tonight last
1:19:44night and then I come back with Harley
1:19:46and she came to work this morning and I
1:19:48get I walk over to the hotel okay so
1:19:50have you gone and gotten a hotel room
1:19:52and then changed your mind and decided
1:19:53no stay home no charge your car no I
1:19:55parked my car because I was gonna get a
1:19:57hotel okay my thought process was if we
1:19:59got in Harley's car and went home and I
1:20:02didn't want people like
1:20:04like his Xbox is there you know I didn't
1:20:06want people like
1:20:08no there's not a domestic type
1:20:10situations like going on you know with
1:20:13me myself against you know like her
1:20:15family and that type of thing so my plan
1:20:18was we'll just come back here and stay
1:20:19at the hotel sure if we have to sure so
1:20:22that was the whole point of me leaving
1:20:23my car there okay okay do you remember
1:20:26which hotel it was yes it's the uh IHG
1:20:28the Holiday Inn that was right there
1:20:30Holiday Inn yeah and again that's where
1:20:32the police were at all morning where my
1:20:34car was at
1:20:36we were yeah okay I mean it could have
1:20:39been something separate but I just
1:20:41assumed because I mean when I got in my
1:20:43car to pick it up at the one at um
1:20:46Center Point center point so over by
1:20:49like the movie theater and stuff like
1:20:50that
1:20:52like them okay and it was
1:20:54sheriff's cars or cspd cars uh wait El
1:20:58Paso whatever white and maybe green
1:21:00maybe white and something

1:21:04I just assumed they were there because
1:21:07you guys need my car was there but I
1:21:09parked it there because we first of all
1:21:11only drove one car in case it came back
1:21:12we had to stay at the hotel so okay so

1:21:17picked it back up this morning so we
1:21:18picked it back up this morning yeah and

1:21:21anywhere first no I I was just driving
1:21:23around because I was on the phone trying
1:21:25to figure out situations for like my mom
1:21:28was getting like I told you he was
1:21:29getting all those messages so I wanted
1:21:30to like talk to them because they were
1:21:32freaking out in Manhattan been able to
1:21:34talk to them in the last 24 hours so at
1:21:36that point my mom was was like really
1:21:38worried that I hadn't told her why are
1:21:40these people
1:21:41you know send her that starts you know
1:21:44and so at that point in time I had to
1:21:46make that decision to focus on making
1:21:49sure my mom knew like Hey listen don't
1:21:52respond to you know anything people say
1:21:54you know and that type of thing
1:21:57um so I did have one question I know
1:21:59like um
1:22:00and it was probably really frustrating I
1:22:03know your husband was upset and stuff
1:22:04like that too like we had we took a long
1:22:06time to get out there for
1:22:08um I guess we were under the impression
1:22:11that it was a runaway or whatever right
1:22:12so it took longer to get out there to
1:22:15you guys
1:22:16um but in the meantime like when we did
1:22:19get out there there was like all these
1:22:20people out in the neighborhood and like
1:22:22stuff going on in Facebook and stuff
1:22:24like that how did that happen like
1:22:28um Albert had had someone else
1:22:31um start talking on Facebook uh okay one
1:22:34of the kids moms
1:22:35okay so she like initiated something on
1:22:38Facebook and then of course
1:22:41there's the community Pages they're
1:22:43quite active page four okay I didn't

1:28:24like waking up being like

1:28:40figure out how to get this carpet fixed
1:28:42and you said that you had already you
1:28:45you cut the carpet I cut the carpet okay

1:28:52are like wood working tools like chisels
1:28:55and and I don't know the specific name
1:28:58of the one but they're like a little
1:28:59salty it and I just like took the carpet

1:29:06it but I just kind of was like they're
1:29:08very sharp tools he has a lot of
1:29:10woodworking tools and stuff in the in
1:29:12the garage so I just took one of those
1:29:14things except like I handle and what
1:29:16color you know like he used for that
1:29:18because I tried with the box cutter but
1:29:20I couldn't like it wasn't like deep
1:29:22enough to like really cool whatever okay

1:29:26because I tried a couple times in a box
1:29:28cutter until I get kind of like started
1:29:29the process but then
1:29:32I had to get like a stronger object or

1:32:34mind that this was just some
1:32:36like this was somebody who was like he
1:32:39looked like he was a like a legit worker
1:32:42there was people you know like on the
1:32:44houses uh there was people working in
1:32:46different areas so I didn't think it was
1:32:48any sure that he was a legit not
1:32:51necessarily contractor but someone that
1:32:53was going to be able to become a
1:32:55knowledgeable yeah right and I didn't
1:32:57and I didn't explain to him what had
1:32:59happened like I didn't say okay this
1:33:01happened I said we need a piece of
1:33:03carpet do you have the carpet that for
1:33:06this model home okay and what did he say
1:33:09he said yes and I like I was like do you
1:33:12have the carpet and I gave him like a
1:33:14hand reference of like the size that I
1:33:17would need and he said yes we have a
1:33:19rule for that they have the
1:33:20the only appreciate they had that all
1:33:22all of them have the same in those model
1:33:24homes or the same code he was said
1:33:26something in a long I don't really know
1:33:28the the definition of that but some
1:33:30certain homes have the same exact thing
1:33:32and everything okay you know what I mean
1:33:34like you might have the same floor in
1:33:36one the same because a lot of dogs are
1:33:38the same every five houses or whatever
1:33:40right so like they have like three or
1:33:41four houses that they build over and
1:33:43over and over again right right okay and
1:33:45they put the same finishings in them
1:33:47that was my uh assumption that I had
1:33:50taken from that okay and so he said that
1:33:53that you that they had it and then what
1:33:55what what happened next as far as like
1:33:58him having it
1:34:05so he said he was going to bring the
1:34:07carpet and fix it and I gave him the
1:34:09code to get into the garage okay
1:34:12um and so and you had mentioned that you
1:34:16thought maybe you would find somebody
1:34:17that would want to do like a side job or
1:34:18whatever else like did like how much did
1:34:21he say he was going to charge you for
1:34:22doing this and for the carpet and stuff
1:34:24like that right so we never had made
1:34:26that like uh just like just like that
1:34:29conversation I just said hey and I'll
1:34:31give you a small donation so what I did
1:34:34was I said
1:34:35okay I think my ex-husband Harley's dad
1:34:39he used to like work in
1:34:41um sheetrock and stuff like that so my
1:34:43mind I'm thinking little jobs like this
1:34:45back home would have been like ten
1:34:46dollars an hour here it's probably a
1:34:48little more like 15 you know 15 20 an
1:34:51hour whatever and I said I'll give you a
1:34:53small donation you didn't ask me earlier
1:34:55about this part so sorry that's okay and
1:34:57I said I'll give you a small donation
1:34:58and then in my mind a donation was gonna
1:35:00be fifty dollars so that's exactly I had
1:35:03cash and that's exactly what I had with
1:35:05the fifty dollars like on the counter
1:35:06and I explained that to him that it
1:35:08would be on the counter thank you for
1:35:09you know doing it make sure the garage
1:35:11is closed and like I said you didn't ask
1:35:13me all that but I did go through a
1:35:14conversation I just didn't like hey
1:35:15bring the carpet
1:35:23make sure you closed the garage back we
1:35:26have a security system I told him we had
1:35:28cameras you know like I talked it up
1:35:31through the conversation okay to you
1:35:33know let him know that these are this is
1:35:35the steps and you know the processes and
1:35:37stuff like that to follow it okay so
1:35:40let's let's talk about that conversation
1:35:41a little bit just because we didn't and
1:35:43that's why we should go back right get
1:35:45you know more information and everything
1:35:46else like that so
1:35:48um he says he has the carpet and then
1:35:51um did you ask him like okay can I just
1:35:54have the carpet or did you ask him like
1:35:55can you do fix it for me or did he
1:35:59volunteer to fix it for you let me just
1:36:01have it because like did you ask him if
1:36:03he would just give you the carpet or
1:36:04like I was going to be like a package
1:36:06deal I was assuming because it's just
1:36:09like I wasn't asking for like the carpet
1:36:11for the size room I gave him like the
1:36:13okay like the size so my in my mind is
1:36:16she's bringing a scrap like like rolls
1:36:19or scraps or whatever that's already
1:36:21some extra from a job okay so you didn't
1:36:23ask him to just like bring you carpet so
1:36:25you could fix it you asked him to come
1:36:27and fix it for you yeah yeah okay yeah I
1:36:30I mean I
1:36:31I've had in my mind to fix it then I was
1:36:35like you have to measure and then like
1:36:37because I changed tools like one side
1:36:40was going to be like this length so if
1:36:41you cut it different on that side and it
1:36:43just was a little
1:36:44out of my well that thought process so
1:36:47that I could okay yeah have you like if
1:36:49you've never done carpet before I would
1:36:50imagine that like trying to patch
1:36:51something would be kind of hard
1:36:52especially if you had to use different
1:36:55stuff to cut it okay
1:36:57um okay so he agrees to
1:37:01yeah come to your house to fix it so you
1:37:04give them the address yes I always do
1:37:06the wholesale here's where it's at like
1:37:09his money how much you know when you get
1:37:11back home I mean it was probably like a
1:37:14good two three minute conversation okay
1:37:17of the specifics that needed to be done
1:37:21and I did that out of panic because I
1:37:24needed to get it fixed I didn't want to
1:37:26put it on Craigslist because people said
1:37:28he called me or this and they up charge
1:37:30and oh we need to replace the whole
1:37:32section and things and did he tell you
1:37:35like what he would charge you or did you
1:37:37just say this is how much I'm going to
1:37:38do no I just immediately said that I was
1:37:41going to give a donation like in the
1:37:43terms of like I like I didn't really
1:37:45have a lot to give you but can you like
1:37:47hook me up but I kind of was like can
1:37:49you like cook me up like that you know
1:37:50being more of like a please do this for
1:37:53me I really need it type I don't have a
1:37:54lot of money like a favor yeah like a
1:37:56like I mean because if he's on the job
1:37:58working and he makes so much an hour and
1:38:00can make an extra 50 bucks that day that
1:38:02was 150 might turn into 200. gotcha you
1:38:05know so and my mind of thinking of doing
1:38:07that was back to the times that Harleys
1:38:09that would do the same thing you know he
1:38:10would be like don't go don't go pay a
1:38:13subcontractor just go get someone who
1:38:15wants to work after hours you know or
1:38:17whatever and so that was my that was my
1:38:21thought process that'd be cheaper faster
1:38:23similar to come do it right away and
1:38:25then we're done with the situation okay
1:38:27so
1:38:28um what did you tell them as far as like
1:38:30how to get into the house and stuff like
1:38:31that what do you mean how to get I just
1:38:33gave him the garage code okay and I
1:38:35explained where the carpet needed to be
1:38:37replaced that I mean okay there's no
1:38:40like when you enter in a home and
1:38:41there's no light specifics you just
1:38:43Upstairs Downstairs
1:38:45okay so you told him it was downstairs
1:38:48and kind of the area that it was in or
1:38:52you could you walked downstairs you
1:38:54would have saw it okay like it wouldn't
1:38:55have been like you need to go search for
1:38:56it I mean that's common sense okay yes
1:39:00I'm saying to the person that comments
1:39:03like oh that's carpet you know because
1:39:05see I had to
1:39:07put the rug right here with the clip I
1:39:09showed the police when I came I had took
1:39:11the rugs and put like a piece of carpet
1:39:14that was on it but the problem with the
1:39:17piece of carpet that was on it was that
1:39:19was a piece of carpet that was
1:39:25right right and that didn't I mean sure
1:39:27they could have you know use the same
1:39:29carpet but
1:39:31I I needed a carpet to fit a specific
1:39:33size so if someone had extra carpet then
1:39:36why not go ahead and fix the whole thing
1:39:37you know and we could have a little
1:39:38extra roll for hopefully there's ever
1:39:41any emergencies or anything like that
1:39:43okay so yeah okay
1:39:46um because I thought that there would
1:39:47have been some somewhere
1:39:49like in your house right okay because
1:39:51you know like sometimes you know like I
1:39:53knew like when we had our home we coded
1:39:55we left our
1:39:58Square what are they called the hallway
1:40:00floors we left like maybe like 10 little
1:40:02sheets and things like that so like I
1:40:04thought you know but
1:40:06in my mind like okay no I'm just gonna
1:40:07go I hadn't seen anything so I had to
1:40:10you know go find it yeah okay and you
1:40:13act so much differently when you're
1:40:15trying to
1:40:16be impulsive and make hurry up and get
1:40:18it done quick quick decision when I
1:40:20probably could have just been like hey
1:40:22um you know let's look at something that
1:40:24we have maybe in the back corner we
1:40:26could have cut a piece out or something
1:40:27like that but I didn't want to go
1:40:28messing up another lady house
1:40:30and Oliva another lady's house but it's
1:40:32her house like the renter like the owner
1:40:35we rent from them okay so you're right
1:40:36okay I thought you guys owned another
1:40:38one my bad okay so um
1:40:43um so you left so you went there you
1:40:46said that he was
1:40:48about five eight yeah okay what color

1:41:08the skin complexion was a lot darker

1:41:14thing but I would say like
1:41:17middle to tannish okay color

1:41:28texture to it was it straight was it
1:41:29curly well he had a thing on his head so
1:41:31it was like a little I don't know like a
1:41:34little hat piece or something and it was
1:41:36just I can't tell you like a hairstyle
1:41:38because he had like a little brown like
1:41:40sharp thing around it but it was just
1:41:42like like almost like jet black hair
1:41:44okay but it wasn't like long okay
1:41:49and then
1:41:51um
1:41:52what was the face shape like
1:41:59a beer than mine
1:42:01like more rounded
1:42:07was there anything
1:42:09um about his face that like stands out
1:42:11that would help us be able to find him
1:42:13like that would we be able to be like
1:42:15that's the guy right there like did he
1:42:17have well I would notice there was like
1:42:21a little bit
1:42:24a craters or like there's a little hole
1:42:28I don't say holes no look you know how
1:42:30you can see some people and it's got
1:42:31like a little like holy like skin from
1:42:33the acne like acne yeah yeah like scars
1:42:35okay yeah that's really good stuff yeah
1:42:38like acne like scars were kind of like
1:42:40present just a little bit there okay and
1:42:42not bad though not like you know super
1:42:45bad it could have been like even more
1:42:47like recalls or like whatever but it's
1:42:48just a little section of like right here

1:43:44anything like that but it wasn't like a
1:43:45military cut or anything like that yeah

1:43:49anything at all okay so kind of like
1:43:50medium length
1:43:53um
1:43:55and then how old do you think he was I
1:43:58would say
1:43:59easily late 30s early 40s okay but and
1:44:04based upon me thinking that too about
1:44:06the face
1:44:08facial structure you know how you go get
1:44:09some people's skin in the uh the Lac is
1:44:12elasticity or whatever it is different
1:44:14like those little you could tell that
1:44:15I've been there for a while
1:44:17almost like it was like a sunburn almost
1:44:20like you could just tell something had
1:44:21been
1:44:23that's the very unique feature I just
1:44:26wanted you to have because that wasn't
1:44:28something that you know like hey did the
1:44:30person have lipsticks this was you know
1:44:32on their first set so it'll be permanent
1:44:33sure do you remember seeing any tattoos
1:44:36or any other legs I just remember the
1:44:40best I didn't see any tattoos
1:44:43he had a shirt under the vest and a
1:44:46shirt or jacket okay I mean like I think
1:44:49under this but like you know how you
1:44:50have the vest over and people wear the
1:44:52shirt yet that's like a Colorado game
1:44:54stuff kind of what color was the jacket
1:44:56do you remember I just remember the red
1:44:58part because remember I told you I was
1:45:00like I think it's red but I was talking
1:45:02about this top layer yep yeah that's the
1:45:04best was right yeah yeah
1:45:07no if you remembered what color the
1:45:09shirt was that was I know okay I know
1:45:12and then you said he had boots on yeah
1:45:14he had on like the like

1:45:58was like more rounded kind of like
1:46:00courageous type thing sure
1:46:03um and then so
1:46:05and you went through the fact that
1:46:08so you guys left there and you went to
1:46:10Petco
1:46:11well we already talked about I don't
1:46:13know
1:46:13if I got gas beforehand or not but I
1:46:16told you guys I would be more than
1:46:17willing to give you the
1:46:19information from an exact travel
1:46:22um for the route but we immediately left
1:46:26the Washington Ranch area I thought the
1:46:28track okay yeah
1:46:29um
1:46:31so what was you had said you were going
1:46:33to leave him the cash on the bar did you
1:46:35go back and put that there or were you
1:46:37gonna like or had you left that there
1:46:39whenever you left no so we have uh I
1:46:43always have like everything that was in
1:46:45the with all the notes and everything
1:46:48like that that was in the drawer that
1:46:49sits on the side of the kitchen or
1:46:51whatever okay and I had cash put in
1:46:53there because I had gotten I was playing
1:46:55the lottery so I got cash back from the
1:46:58lottery and I had already laid it out on
1:47:00the counter my mindset was the reason I
1:47:02related iconic was not because I had it
1:47:03predetermined I was going to leave it
1:47:04out for a specific person I already had
1:47:07it laid out of the counter because I was
1:47:08gonna give that money to Harley and so
1:47:10hard because Harley has been paying on
1:47:12the dogs because Chance refinanced him
1:47:14okay she's paying him back or whatever
1:47:17and we always give her a portion of
1:47:18chance and a portion of her car payment
1:47:20so I was going to give that back to her
1:47:22anyways okay and so in that moment I
1:47:26don't even remember when I came in that
1:47:27I checked to see that there the whole
1:47:30month I didn't I left her a hundred
1:47:32dollars but okay I didn't check in the
1:47:33moment if that hundred dollars like when
1:47:35I walked in I didn't say hater was only
1:47:3820 there and my mind wasn't thinking
1:47:41about you know like it was gone so I
1:47:43thought you know okay but in my
1:47:46conversation with him here's here's how
1:47:49much you want to do donation blah blah
1:47:51blah so when I come in I didn't think to
1:47:52go look to see if he left the remainder
1:47:54of the hundred dollars like that just
1:47:55wasn't in my mindset because you know
1:47:57because it was already there on the
1:47:58counter or whatever you had left right
1:48:00and that was just because when Harley
1:48:02got in I was going to tell her that that
1:48:03was usually like I either ideally her
1:48:05money or you know like whatever we pay
1:48:07you what zilly oh I haven't heard of
1:48:09that one yeah everyone else did zelly
1:48:11like so it's kind of like Apple pay or
1:48:12whatever so usually like I I really her
1:48:15money or things like that but Albert
1:48:16knows this I haven't had my
1:48:19um USAA credit card in such a while so I
1:48:22didn't have a way to you know to go get
1:48:24it or whatever so I have lottery ticket
1:48:26money okay so I was like I'll just use
1:48:28it while you're taking money that I've
1:48:29been stashing to go buy new lawyers
1:48:30tickets okay and do you remember was
1:48:32that like when you put it out there was
1:48:33it like 20s yes it was all yeah it's
1:48:35always pins and the reason it's always
1:48:37pins is because I tell myself I'm not
1:48:39playing anything like above the the like
1:48:42the 10 amount okay and I go to the um
1:48:45save weight all the time and put it in
1:48:46that machine so if you put more than ten
1:48:48dollars in that machine they're going to
1:48:50keep it you have to oh okay you have to
1:48:52ask like you know oh I put a 20 in there
1:48:55you had to spend 20 and lottery tickets
1:48:56okay so you had
1:48:58ten dollars or a hundred dollars and ten
1:49:00dollar bills yeah on the counter when
1:49:01you left yes okay
1:49:03um so you weren't worried you didn't
1:49:04have to go back to like put that back
1:49:06out for him before you went out yeah no
1:49:08and I didn't intentionally like leave it
1:49:10out and say you know whatever I in my
1:49:12mind when I left because I didn't know
1:49:13like hey what time I didn't have a
1:49:15specific time I knew I need to be back
1:49:16before letting you know but usually
1:49:18Holly gets off at 3 15. so I was
1:49:20assuming she might beat me back home
1:49:22okay but she worked whenever I told you
1:49:24like they were having
1:49:25people have to take the shifts and all
1:49:27that so she ended up working till later
1:49:28in the day sure okay
1:49:31um all right so and then you come home
1:49:34let's talk about what happens when you
1:49:36come home okay and I know that um
1:49:40that it can be difficult to talk about
1:49:43um so and I did want to talk about that
1:49:45part without
1:49:47I just I'm one of those people that
1:49:49tries to
1:49:52tries to like not think that mental
1:49:54health is always a you know
1:50:00I was afraid of the whole like always
1:50:03causes no health problems you know like
1:50:05that type of thing so sure you're
1:50:06talking about it I'm trying to like
1:50:08don't think if I'm like emotions I'm
1:50:11trying to be the blocker to think so I'm
1:50:12not going to let that be a stigma that I
1:50:14have to I'm going to have mental health
1:50:15problems because of this so that's no
1:50:18and and what I was going to say is
1:50:20because
1:50:21um you know I've been a Special Victims
1:50:23Unit detective and so I've had to
1:50:25investigate different types of assaults
1:50:28and sex assaults and stuff like that
1:50:30with adults and children and so I just
1:50:32kind of want to let you know
1:50:34um
1:50:35and this is you know tip
1:50:37I would let anybody that I was going to
1:50:40have this conversation now
1:50:42um that that's what I've experienced
1:50:44with and that it can be a hard thing to
1:50:47talk about and that I understand that
1:50:50um and so and that
1:50:52it can be kind of a sensitive subject
1:50:54and like people don't always want to say
1:50:57specifics but for us like to be able to
1:51:01document everything and be able to to
1:51:04really pursue it we have to get into the
1:51:06specifics and I just want to apologize
1:51:08up front for that because I know it can
1:51:09be uncomfortable

1:53:18has already come inside what's the first
1:53:20thing you remember seeing whenever you
1:53:21come inside I used to always go in to
1:53:23think about you know hey I need to let
1:53:28the dogs out hey I need to do this you
1:53:30know like that is my mentality is to go
1:53:32in to do that and the alarm could tell
1:53:36if no it won't because I had put those
1:53:38things on there see that's sort of the
1:53:39hard part is because I can't give you
1:53:41exact time
1:53:43um because
1:53:46yeah
1:53:48it might some of the sensors there I
1:53:51told you I had the things going on with
1:53:53me I put the little towel things on them
1:53:54or whatever some of the sensors we're
1:53:56picking up but some of them were so I
1:53:58can't give you this like exact time if I
1:54:00went in I could tell you if I went in
1:54:01and went upstairs and went downstairs
1:54:03first by the motion but the motion was
1:54:05all off because I had put uh put towels
1:54:08right right you hadn't pulled those down
1:54:09from the night before yeah like I in my
1:54:12mind that was not like sure some of them
1:54:15like like the one in the corner like
1:54:17hangs up the side so it might have
1:54:18picked it up or it might have not so if
1:54:20it wasn't for that I could tell you uh
1:54:22by that did I go straight in and go
1:54:25straight to the basement or because it
1:54:26would say like well so upstairs I wanna
1:54:29I want to so with with this kind of
1:54:33conversation it's really all about what
1:54:35you remember and what your perspective
1:54:36is okay so I remember it was just
1:54:38basically being you know like normal
1:54:40because I'm excited we got you know new
1:54:43clothes for the pets and I'm coming in
1:54:45we're coming in the door yada yada okay
1:54:48the day's halfway through
1:54:51I had I knew I had specific
1:54:52responsibilities to continue out the
1:54:54rest of the night my brain Hatton said
1:54:57hey you need to go check or anything
1:54:59with the money yet because
1:55:00it I I just wasn't on that you know that
1:55:03direction yet sure I was on the
1:55:04direction I wanted to work out I wanted
1:55:06to listen to my music I wanted to like
1:55:08relax that was my it was my mindset so
1:55:11it wasn't the video this year this year
1:55:13that type of thing sure it should have
1:55:15been because I gave someone the code to
1:55:18get into our house but
1:55:20in my experience in Larson Ranch has
1:55:23been that you know most everyone has uh
1:55:27people they give people their codes and
1:55:28little command to fix things and you
1:55:30know like you can do the Amazon packages
1:55:32and have them delivered inside the door
1:55:34so I wasn't thinking you know like I
1:55:36need to run in a check make sure it's
1:55:38okay if I felt that
1:55:39I was doing a harmful situation that
1:55:41would have been my first time I wouldn't
1:55:43have done it but second off I would have
1:55:44went in immediately and been like did he
1:55:46fix what he's supposed to do with
1:55:47anything different in the hall that
1:55:49would have been my initial thing so it
1:55:50was a normal I want to listen to music I
1:55:52want to work out I don't know I might
1:55:53have got something to drink I don't up
1:55:55and down dogs that type of thing that
1:55:57would have been my you know mentality
1:55:58but what I didn't hear anything until I
1:56:01had my headphones on and I thought like
1:56:03it's one of those things where you
1:56:04thought you heard something because like
1:56:05the downstairs if anybody makes any kind
1:56:09of noise like a bling it's like it
1:56:10echoes really loud oh really like it has
1:56:12like a like a lot of echo through the
1:56:15vents okay so even sometimes whether
1:56:17you're asking about noise counseling or
1:56:18not even like having things on or not
1:56:21sometimes it's just the way that you
1:56:23know they're sitting on there you'll
1:56:24hear something you know and that was
1:56:26like you know almost like an echo noise
1:56:29okay and that was and and below my room
1:56:32would be that storage room okay so so
1:56:36you were in your room when you heard
1:56:37that
1:56:38so when I heard that I don't remember if
1:56:39I was I know I had the headphones on
1:56:41okay if I was in the room or walking
1:56:43back and forth because I had a big
1:56:45speaker box over here and then either
1:56:47either I play the big speaker or play
1:56:48the headphones or however on the big
1:56:50speaker back and forth so I don't know
1:56:52if I was like here there again I wish I
1:56:54could give you the uh motion thing
1:56:56because that will give you a better time
1:56:57like a 254 or whatever two five here
1:56:59here like that but when I heard it
1:57:02that's when I was just kind of like oh I
1:57:04hear something remember I even told you
1:57:06earlier I had a couple times before I he
1:57:09even thought that that would be of a
1:57:11concern so when you thought you heard
1:57:12something what happened next so I I
1:57:15don't remember if it was one or two
1:57:16times or whatever that I kind of was
1:57:17like doing this here like back and forth
1:57:20and that's when I told you that I you
1:57:22know started to walk down the stairs and
1:57:24I told you that piano was on to the
1:57:27right of the area okay like when you
1:57:28walk down the stairs he was on the right
1:57:30of the area okay
1:57:35okay and was he just was the guy just
1:57:37out or no the the noise was probably
1:57:40because of like moving around I guess or
1:57:43whatever and
1:57:45the door was like almost not not
1:57:47necessarily like a semi-crack well maybe
1:57:49a little semi car I don't know if he was
1:57:51looking out like like peeking out or
1:57:56anything like that and so I noticed that
1:57:58someone was right there and that's when
1:58:00immediately it was just there was no it
1:58:03wasn't like hey how are you and it was
1:58:06someone's in your home they're not there
1:58:08to
1:58:09when they're not supposed to be doing
1:58:10whatever they're not there to be like
1:58:12talk to you it was immediate from then
1:58:14on that it went to that again it came in
1:58:16okay try to get on so let's let's float
1:58:19let's slow all that part down okay okay
1:58:21so you go downstairs you notice
1:58:23somebody's there what's the what's the
1:58:25next thing that happens so I noticed
1:58:27that he was there and he had I told you
1:58:30when I went to my room earlier I one of
1:58:33the things that I remembered triggered
1:58:34nothing triggered what I thought was odd
1:58:36but I have my shades and I remember I
1:58:37told you my doors were open to the
1:58:40cabinet in the room okay so I noticed um
1:58:43that they were open so that kind of mine
1:58:46was like did I leave that open but that
1:58:49also set off the fact of
1:58:51when your brain runs rapidly and you're
1:58:52looking like oh gosh that's why that
1:58:55door was open
1:58:56like you put it together right right you
1:58:59put I put it together very very quickly
1:59:00and so that part room back in my mind
1:59:03and so immediately when he saw that he
1:59:05like he saw me I don't know if if the
1:59:09intentions was to
1:59:11us to come in that soon I don't know the
1:59:13intentions if it was to
1:59:16do anything because I don't think the
1:59:18intentions was going to be
1:59:23he already had him gloves he already had
1:59:25the had had obtained a gun from our home
1:59:30like had already you know done those
1:59:32things and immediately it was in attack
1:59:34mode for me okay and from there and oh I
1:59:37didn't mention to you I did go in the um
1:59:40cabinet because I take a Lorazepam for
1:59:43uh anxiety and I was like already super
1:59:47anxiety from
1:59:49having all this you know like going on
1:59:52and stuff about like fire and stuff like
1:59:54that so I took two harassment so so I
1:59:57did go in take two two lorazepams and
1:59:59that was in the cabinet
2:00:02or was that somewhere else
2:00:04like in the kitchen
2:00:06no you said that you went in so where
2:00:08was oh I'm sorry I'm sorry like in the
2:00:10kitchen we have a kitchen cabinet I
2:00:11should say that to you okay the cabinet
2:00:13that I'm talking about the doors was a
2:00:14bedroom
2:00:15um cabinet let's say cabinet it's like a
2:00:17arm wire like a like a smaller one has
2:00:19doors that open so that's I should
2:00:22specify cabinet cabinet sitting or
2:00:24something right the bedroom one the the
2:00:26kitchen one would be where the
2:00:28medication right right so I did take
2:00:30that's why I said I think I might have
2:00:32got something to drink or something but
2:00:32I did take two of those I said that I
2:00:35did do that and then I did yeah
2:00:37so just so we're clear
2:00:40the kitchen cabinet was where your
2:00:42medication was describe for me the
2:00:44armoire in the bedroom whereas the
2:00:46shades and your gun so you want to like
2:00:48what's in it or like what what does it
2:00:50look like what color is it sorry so it's
2:00:52uh steelberg uh like a almost like a
2:00:55chromos color with like glass okay and
2:00:58um
2:00:59it does have handles like little knobs
2:01:02that you can pull on or what like pull
2:01:05open and then of course if you have like
2:01:07I keep my important documents in there
2:01:09like a passport or does it have drawers
2:01:12or anything that no drawers okay it has
2:01:14the
2:01:16insert like shelf yeah the Shelf okay
2:01:19perfect and where is where's that fit in
2:01:21your bedroom
2:01:22if you walk in the room like say I'm
2:01:24like opening the door walking in the
2:01:26room it's exactly right here okay and is
2:01:29it like does it fit on something or does
2:01:30it have its own feet how much is it on

2:01:36own feet yeah and like if I had to do

2:02:19doing something because you wouldn't
2:02:21have just walked in and known hey
2:02:22there's something here you've had to go
2:02:24in and most people would probably book
2:02:26their drawers and things like that I
2:02:27don't know I'm not making that
2:02:28assumption that's what he did I'm just
2:02:29saying he had already obtained one so I
2:02:32kind of okay I don't I can't speak for
2:02:33what you know like what went on here
2:02:37okay what um can you describe the gun
2:02:39for me
2:02:40um so it was our black gun Black Gun I I

2:07:23and they're done by uh forensic nurses
2:07:26okay at the hospital okay so it's like
2:07:29in an actual people wouldn't know that's
2:07:31what you're here for no and so I mean
2:07:33well obviously the nurses would but not
2:07:35like just whoever else is in the
2:07:37hospital no and so
2:07:40um because it is like a
2:07:42um
2:07:43because it's a forensic thing and
2:07:45because it's part of a criminal case you
2:07:47know obviously this person who assaulted
2:07:49you you know so that we could gather
2:07:51evidence to to make sure that you know
2:07:54when we find them that we can prosecute
2:07:57them and stuff like that we would want
2:07:59to take you over there to the hospital
2:08:01and
2:08:03we get the forensic nurse to come and
2:08:04talk to you okay and then
2:08:07um
2:08:08they have paperwork to go over with you
2:08:10just like any other kind of like
2:08:12bureaucracy or anything else like that
2:08:13right
2:08:15um and they get your permission to
2:08:16gather that evidence from you and to do
2:08:18an exam okay and then and they're all
2:08:21females all the nurses
2:08:24um and you know they have their process
2:08:26that they go through and they collect
2:08:28all that evidence and then that's turned
2:08:30over to us okay
2:08:31so it's not too late at all
2:08:34so that was my
2:08:36but we need to know what happened
2:08:39because just like if
2:08:42you know like and this is just like a
2:08:44totally Off the Wall example but like if
2:08:49your kid comes in and tells you yeah hey
2:08:52Mommy I'm I'm hurt because yeah I fell
2:08:55down well you need to know
2:08:58where they fell and how they fell and
2:09:00what not so you can help us but that's
2:09:03the easy uh right easy thing but when
2:09:06you're doing several different things in
2:09:09your brain and not to mention or being
2:09:10violated physically it's hard to give
2:09:13that specific you know details I
2:09:17remember is all pushing me in the room I
2:09:19remember having my head hit I remember
2:09:22those things sure and and what I'd like
2:09:24I remember my clothes getting taken off
2:09:27okay okay but I don't want to be telling
2:09:30you just start taking out I don't want
2:09:31to be on that and that's not what it is
2:09:34I would tell that to like a nurse you
2:09:36know in the specifics so that that could
2:09:39assist in the process but I maybe I
2:09:42would I say I would but I don't know

2:40:39way to have control of the situation

2:40:43before you got it
2:40:45in like in our storage room okay yeah
2:40:48and is that where the suitcase was as
2:40:50well or yeah I got the suitcase and the
2:40:53box and I was saying things because I
2:40:57did think he was going to rob us like I
2:40:59say like take all of ourselves and I
2:41:01started out with
2:41:03being
2:41:04a bit about being robbed and then it was
2:41:06like taking anything too long
2:41:08because it sounds really scary yeah it
2:41:11definitely is because in my mind I'm
2:41:13like but but I knew if I'm giving into
2:41:16the situation
2:41:19then
2:41:21I can get what you know like what I
2:41:23would expect the result out of it which
2:41:25would have been uh every everybody would
2:41:28have been safe and he's gonna get what
2:41:30he wants and
2:41:33experience
2:41:35you saw someone that he wanted to take
2:41:37advantage of
2:41:39him so you give him the stuff
2:41:41there's another altercation
2:41:42and you said he couldn't and you kind of
2:41:45trailed off yeah like he couldn't
2:41:48he couldn't at that point in time like
2:41:50like take my pants back off like the
2:41:53first time okay because it was because I
2:41:56was more of in a like
2:41:59I'm like lackadaisical uh being at that
2:42:02point because once we were like when I
2:42:04hit my head this the next time on the
2:42:06thing I think that hit some sort of spot
2:42:09that I just I don't really remember
2:42:11after that like where was Ganon I don't
2:42:14think I remembered after that
2:42:17that's what that's where it kind of was
2:42:20a everything from then was a blur and so
2:42:23it was me telling you that was like what
2:42:27do you mean you don't know what happened
2:42:28after that and no one's going to you
2:42:31know understand that unless they're
2:42:33there in that moment that I don't
2:42:35remember that's not what I'm saying at
2:42:36all I have to ask the questions right
2:42:38because if I don't ask the questions
2:42:39then somebody later is going to be like
2:42:41well what happened what happened next
2:42:44where was he and I can't say well I
2:42:47didn't ask right like I have to ask the
2:42:49question yeah I'm sorry I wasn't yeah I
2:42:51was just saying yeah like in jail
2:42:53right so if I ask what I'm not trying to
2:42:56like
2:42:57make you feel bad or anything else like
2:42:59that I'm just trying to understand and
2:43:00make sure that we cover everything right

2:43:06you kind of don't know what happened

2:43:20like in my mind like I could hear

2:43:27like loud banging you know but I I don't
2:43:31remember I couldn't see
2:43:34you know like what was going on or
2:43:38anything like that I just
2:43:40it's almost like I could hear a little
2:43:42bit of a struggle but I don't I don't
2:43:45know what was going on
2:43:46okay and that for me is hard because
2:43:52I need to know I
2:43:56like dreams I'm like maybe I'll dream
2:43:58and remember what was going on or maybe
2:44:00I'll have like a regulation regulation
2:44:02my collection later well yeah I remember
2:44:05this but I clearly have been
2:44:08calendar my my brain to to put it give
2:44:12it to you about like exactly what was
2:44:14happening sure and that sure at that
2:44:17point in time what what's the first
2:44:19thing you remember
2:44:20after this incident after the attack the
2:44:24second attack
2:44:29just remember being like where's Gina
2:44:32and I was freaking out because I get
2:44:35away with that
2:44:39I didn't see anything that would have
2:44:43told me
2:44:44and
2:44:46and I thought I was hiding
2:44:50because I I thought maybe he was
2:44:53in the closet or you know somewhere
2:44:55hiding
2:44:56so that he knew
2:45:00you know like he would be okay like away
2:45:03or whatever I thought he was hiding okay
2:45:06what do you what was the first thing you
2:45:07did after this happened see I was
2:45:10calling his name because I did think he
2:45:12was hiding okay
2:45:13and at that point in time once I
2:45:16realized that
2:45:19he wasn't hiding I went into that
2:45:24mode of like okay I'm gonna fix this how
2:45:26did help me understand how you
2:45:29understood that he wasn't hiding well
2:45:31because if I am saying to him
2:45:34that everything that I assumed that
2:45:36everything was I didn't see the guy in
2:45:39my like site I'm assuming that he was
2:45:43hiding you know like
2:45:45in my mind so I didn't see the guy so
2:45:48I'm assuming he's hiding so then I'm
2:45:49asking him
2:45:52he's hiding because then I'm asking him
2:45:55you know again where are you getting him
2:45:57I thought maybe he was
2:45:59in the closet or you know somewhere
2:46:01hiding
2:46:02so that he knew
2:46:06you know like he would be okay like away
2:46:09or whatever I thought he was hiding okay
2:46:11what do you what was the first thing you
2:46:13did after this happened see I was
2:46:16calling his name because I did think he
2:46:18was hiding okay and at that point in
2:46:21time once I realized that
2:46:25he wasn't hiding I went into that
2:46:29motive like okay I'm gonna fix this
2:46:33help me understand how you understood
2:46:35that he wasn't hiding well because if I
2:46:38am saying to him
2:46:40that everything that I assumed that
2:46:42everything was I didn't see it's a guy
2:46:45in my like site I'm assuming that he was
2:46:49hiding you know like
2:46:51in my mind so I didn't see the guy so
2:46:54I'm assuming he's hiding so then I'm
2:46:55asking him
2:46:57you know again where are you again where
2:46:59are you okay so then when I realized
2:47:00scanner would come out
2:47:02or again I can't say we do different
2:47:05things in different times but if Gannon
2:47:07was thought it would be safe he'd come
2:47:08out so then in my mind to be honest with
2:47:12you when I said I'm gonna fix this I
2:47:14thought Gina was still hiding so when
2:47:16the detectives
2:47:18like
2:47:19um search the home I really was hoping
2:47:22that that was
2:47:24that's what was going to happen and he
2:47:26had been scared to come out because he
2:47:27didn't know if it was safe or maybe if
2:47:30he was like you know had hit his head or
2:47:33or something after I what I don't
2:47:35remember but he could have been you know
2:47:38somewhere hiding and maybe he got I
2:47:40don't know I don't make Assumption of
2:47:42how he could have maybe not been a work
2:47:43aware or alert my thing my thought
2:47:46process was
2:47:50like we'd find him that's when it really
2:47:52set in that
2:47:55but I didn't know her game was at has
2:47:57Deanna ever hid in the house before
2:48:00um not that I'm aware of I mean they
2:48:01played a little like back and forth of
2:48:03like you know like high behind the sofa
2:48:06or like boo but it's only like you know
2:48:09a little bit of time
2:48:11um
2:48:12but in a certain but we don't have
2:48:15hike
2:48:18a violence of you know him seeing
2:48:22another
2:48:23another man hurting someone so I I I
2:48:26would think in that moment he would have
2:48:28been hiding okay but he wasn't you know
2:48:31prone to be like I'm gonna hide out but
2:48:33his personality is very
2:48:37um like mellow and
2:48:40like actually
2:48:42getting along with people and you know
2:48:45that type of thing so yeah anything that
2:48:48um somebody who talked to the school and
2:48:49like they had said that that he was
2:48:50pretty laid back and right so quiet
2:48:53right and that would have been you know
2:48:55my thought again again it wasn't on his
2:48:57medicine
2:48:58so he has a different
2:49:01um
2:49:03his the way he acts is differently than
2:49:06when he is on his medicine sure so he
2:49:08would be a little more hyper you know so
2:49:11that's why I was expected
2:49:13you know that he would have he doesn't
2:49:15come right out but they because on his
2:49:18medicine he's a bit more like zoned out
2:49:20knew how to make decisions
2:49:24um correctly because he would have been
2:49:26he's just like that when he takes it and
2:49:28give it to him he can't do any school
2:49:30work unless he has the best okay like
2:49:32every reading off everywhere so my mind
2:49:34was thinking he didn't take his medicine
2:49:35you know so
2:49:38what's his behavior like when he doesn't
2:49:39take his medicine
2:49:41um it's not bad like it used to be where
2:49:43you couldn't get him to focus on
2:49:45anything like if you went to church you
2:49:47could not sit in church without
2:49:49electronics again none of that might
2:49:51have been a little bit woeful but
2:49:54um
2:49:56it was he needed something to have that
2:49:58attention because ADHD he is something
2:50:01to have that on
2:50:02um so without his medicine he could
2:50:05like on the hike he might
2:50:08run way up there and then we'd catch up
2:50:11with them you know because like that
2:50:12much energy
2:50:13and is that what it was like on Sunday
2:50:15meet me at the hike yeah
2:50:18it was like he had the burst of energy
2:50:21but then his stomach was
2:50:23when somebody started hurt and he did
2:50:25his pants that's when he took more of
2:50:27the he was able to control it because he
2:50:30was focusing on his obsessions on
2:50:32cleaning his body okay because I mean
2:50:34imagine like walking around sure that
2:50:37would be uncomfortable for him right
2:50:39pretty much anybody I think
2:50:40okay um
2:50:42what happened to the gun so okay so
2:50:46vegan this is how I knew I didn't know
2:50:48in the time that the villain died I
2:50:51didn't know I didn't know the time about
2:50:52that I just assumed because it was black
2:50:55colors that it was you know so remember
2:50:59I said that I put the stuff back in the
2:51:02closet I put everything back the way
2:51:04it was because obviously at that time I
2:51:08hadn't told them what had happened
2:51:10because I was in that mentality if I'm
2:51:12going to fix it so I put everything back
2:51:15in the in the position that it was and
2:51:17he did not take the gun or
2:51:22he he couldn't have because the gun was
2:51:25the gun when I left it would have been
2:51:28upstairs but I didn't bring it
2:51:30downstairs but that was our gun so
2:51:32that's how I knew for a fact that
2:51:34he had to have our gun or otherwise he
2:51:36had it in the process of stealing it and
2:51:38somehow it fell and he maybe had another
2:51:40gun I'm not sure about that part but I
2:51:43do know that I took I put it back in it
2:51:45so where did you find your gun correct
2:51:47where's my gun after it was over and you
2:51:50said you were putting everything back
2:51:51where it belonged yes where was it
2:51:53whenever you found it to put it away so
2:51:55on like at the carpet because the carpet
2:51:57roll piece had like fallen off so it was
2:52:00at the carpet okay and that was
2:52:02and you said the carpet was kind of
2:52:06like leaned against them leans in but
2:52:08kind of had fell over coming out of that
2:52:10storage area right right because it was
2:52:12like I want to say it was in like pieces
2:52:14but
2:52:16I want to sit with the carpet or the gun
2:52:17no no I want to say that the carpet
2:52:19headlight not necessarily multiple
2:52:20pieces but I remember like maybe maybe
2:52:22different directions I don't remember
2:52:24but I feel like I saw different
2:52:25directions okay but yeah I had felt it
2:52:27had fallen over but the gun was there I
2:52:30didn't see where Ganon was at that's why
2:52:32I assumed in the situation that he was
2:52:34hiding okay I didn't think that there
2:52:37was a concern
2:52:38you know at the time that you know
2:52:43okay
2:52:44um
2:52:46describe for me what ganon's room looks
2:52:48like after this happened
2:52:50I just remember putting it putting
2:52:52things back together like essay back
2:52:54together but like
2:52:57I remember we had I like
2:52:59I had already like um
2:53:02like straighten out his room
2:53:05from before because when he had the like
2:53:08Burns and stuff and I do remember again
2:53:11it was I oh I I do remember again and
2:53:14was bleeding
2:53:15and I think from the hassle could have
2:53:18been something with his arms okay but I
2:53:20do remember he was
2:53:23like he did have like blood and stuff
2:53:25like that I do remember at some point
2:53:27that he was bleeding and I just
2:53:32I want to say I remember he was on not
2:53:34necessarily on me I feel like at some
2:53:37point this in in that scanometer when
2:53:40the first time he might have like landed
2:53:41on me or or somehow I was like
2:53:45holding not necessarily holding him but
2:53:47could feel like he was there okay
2:53:51okay so I had that like uh like knew he
2:53:55was here but yet I was still

2:54:05so it was but so yeah back to what
2:54:07you're saying about the room so I put
2:54:09like everything

2:54:23to been
2:54:24until fourth because Harley would have
2:54:27gotten off at 4 30. it might have even

2:54:32little bit longer that I remember being
2:54:34out of it and the reason why is because
2:54:36just the time frame

2:54:43um this all happened on Monday right

2:54:57you put this stuff back together you
2:54:59found the gun
2:55:00on the floor next to the carpet that had
2:55:03fallen over
2:55:04where did you put the gun I took
2:55:06everything and put it back because
2:55:08when I had to tell like Albert that was
2:55:11the first question that he asked was
2:55:13like uh where are all the guns are they
2:55:14all here
2:55:16um that type thing so I I put them all
2:55:18back together okay and I don't live in
2:55:21your house so I don't know where all
2:55:23back together is so where are the guns
2:55:25typically stored
2:55:26um either in that shelf that I was
2:55:28telling you about the silver one right
2:55:30or in the closet okay and so I put the
2:55:35the the other guns were never like had
2:55:39never been touched until you got a
2:55:41question
2:55:42I have attention well your department
2:55:44okay
2:55:45um so they were already in the closet
2:55:49but the handguns usually are in a
2:55:51different sections which would be
2:55:52accessible in case of emergency we don't
2:55:55need the shotguns to be that you know
2:55:57that accessible so I put the
2:55:59the my handgun was already in its place
2:56:03you're killing my yeah my my handgun was
2:56:06already like like in its place
2:56:08completely I mean I don't know if it was
2:56:10in the exact same location but my handle
2:56:12was was present okay where was it at
2:56:17yeah so everything was
2:56:20already there I just put I say gun let

2:56:24guns back into place there wasn't
2:56:25multiple out in different places I just
2:56:28want to make sure you know that it was

2:57:36about like I'll grab a knife and he is
2:57:39not true I do not do that like like I've
2:57:42never done anything like that entire
2:57:44life never have seen any kind of
2:57:47counseling for anything
2:57:51uh prior to
2:57:53anything I got disturbing yeah

2:59:05he was not feeling well and because you
2:59:08guys wanted to get the carpet fixed
2:59:09right you went to the new build area and
2:59:13you met Eduardo and
2:59:16um and you arranged for him to come over
2:59:18to your house
2:59:19while you were gone to work on
2:59:23replacing that piece of carpet for you
2:59:26you should come over to my house while I
2:59:28was going to work on replacing that
2:59:30carpet yeah you gave him the like the
2:59:32garage code and stuff so he could come
2:59:34in and and when she said I was gone when
2:59:36replacing the car oh he I was going
2:59:38shopping while he was gonna do this okay
2:59:40I thought I thought you said it I was
2:59:43making sure that you hadn't Twisted the
2:59:45way I said it and that's exactly right I
2:59:47want to make sure that nothing's Twisted
2:59:49yeah okay so you're gonna go to Petco do
2:59:53some running sound to go pick us out to
2:59:55go shopping to get dogs some new yeah
2:59:57just have baby pick up yep so you we're
2:59:59gonna go do some shopping and he was
3:00:01gonna go fix the carpet okay you left
3:00:04the house around 10 30 ish 10 10 30ish
3:00:07and then you go there's at some point
3:00:10you got gas you went to Petco twice and
3:00:13I told you Starbucks earlier but it was
3:00:15actually Dunkin Donuts okay yeah got
3:00:17coffee yeah Dunkin Donuts maybe okay
3:00:21um and then you get home about 2 30 2 30
3:00:27mm-hmm you come in
3:00:29and you said you wanted to listen to
3:00:33your music and work out yeah within the
3:00:35kind of like donut mode not into
3:00:37remembering oh my gosh it's gonna fix
3:00:39something
3:00:40and then
3:00:43um sometime between that 2 30
3:00:46or after you got home at that 2 30 time
3:00:48frame you're getting your headphones
3:00:50putting your headphones on music zone
3:00:52out whatever else you thought you heard
3:00:53something you went downstairs and that
3:00:56was when this attack happened
3:00:58and then
3:00:59um
3:01:01what time does Lena come home from the
3:01:03school bus
3:01:06participants they changed the school
3:01:07hours it could be anywhere between 3 15
3:01:09and and 3 30. okay depending on
3:01:14so 3 15 330 is the typical time Selena
3:01:17comes home you send you don't want her
3:01:19to be in danger so you send her out to
3:01:21go ride her bike and check the mail
3:01:24and wait you go back down another
3:01:28altercation happens
3:01:30and whenever the next thing you remember
3:01:33is that you kind of come to and Gannon
3:01:36is missing right okay so and that that
3:01:39was probably like around four o'clock
3:01:41rough estimate well
3:01:43yeah because it would have been or it
3:01:46could have been 4 30 but it could but it
3:01:48wouldn't have been after 4 45 5 because
3:01:53heartlessly Hollywood took 30 minutes
3:01:55to get home
3:01:58so she hadn't
3:02:00got home Lena was still
3:02:03riding her bike or out and about
3:02:12yeah it had to be four-ish
3:02:14okay 4 15. no later like I said than 4
3:02:1845 because that would have been probably
3:02:20would have been already
3:02:21okay like on her way home okay
