- 0:01videos are in the description below.
- 0:03Thank you.
- 0:04I am Tisha Stout, which is Ganon's
- 0:06stepmother.
- 0:08Uh, you've been a part of the
- 0:11investigation since the very first time.
- 0:12You were the last person to see him. Is
- 0:14that right?
- 0:15Correct.
- 0:16Uh, what what did you see when you last
- 0:18saw him?
- 0:18Well, I'm not allowed to talk about
- 0:20anything with the case. I would more so
- 0:22be willing to talk about how the
- 0:25community needs to have faith and
- 0:26continue to work together and not make
- 0:28these false accusations like the things
- 0:30that have been said that I've
- 0:32disappeared from the community. I
- 0:34haven't been there to help, but there's
- 0:36lots of reasons behind that.
- 0:38Uh reasons like death threats, right?
- 0:40Right. Death threats are one of them. My
- 0:42family is getting lots of death threats.
- 0:43We counted over 20ome death threats
- 0:46already. Um, two, my husband's ex-wife
- 0:50is living in our home. And of course,
- 0:51I'm not coming home to do these things
- 0:53and to help with the family when I was
- 0:55kind of like told I couldn't. Um, and
- 0:58then many other things that happened
- 0:59with the El Paso County Police
- 1:00Department, you know, and in doing
- 1:02investigation, I was told I wasn't
- 1:03complying. And could I elaborate on
- 1:05that,
- 1:06please?
- 1:06Yes. So, I asked for attorney during the
- 1:10interview uh and I was denied that by
- 1:13them. I was held because they were
- 1:15blocking the door. And I was told I
- 1:16couldn't leave. And that if I would have
- 1:18touched them, they would have probably,
- 1:19you know, said I still wasn't complying
- 1:21or said I was, you know, trying to run
- 1:23away or something. But during the
- 1:24interview, I asked several times, could
- 1:26I stop the interview? Could I get an
- 1:27attorney? Could I stop the interview?
- 1:28Could I get a attorney? I was denied. I
- 1:30was told I couldn't get nothing to
- 1:31drink. I couldn't go to the bathroom. I
- 1:33mean, it was continuously that my
- 1:35constitutional rights were violated.
- 1:38[Music]

- 2:03if you appreciate what we're doing here,
- 2:05hit that like button. Let us know that
- 2:06we're moving in the right direction.
- 2:08Okay, enough rambling. Let's get into
- 2:09it. If you are unfamiliar with this
- 2:11case, Leticia Stark was the last person
- 2:13to see her stepson, 11-year-old Ganon
- 2:15Stalk, alive,
- 2:17she reported him as a runaway on January
- 2:1927th, 2020. And after weeks of
- 2:21searching, Ganon's body was eventually
- 2:23found in Pace, Florida, by bridge
- 2:24workers. He was in a suitcase.
- 2:28Leticia made several different reports
- 2:30to authorities regarding the
- 2:31disappearance of Ganon, including a
- 2:32kidnapping, a bike accident, him running
- 2:35away. In this interview, you will hear a
- 2:38few of those stories out of her mouth.
- 2:40This is the second interrogation of
- 2:41Leticia Stal conducted by Agent Jonathan
- 2:44Gruing of the FBI. He traveled all the
- 2:46way to South Carolina to question
- 2:48Leticia on the whereabouts of
- 2:4911-year-old Gamon Stal. Again, you will
- 2:51hear some outlandish stories from
- 2:53Leticia. If you missed the first
- 2:55interrogation, all of the parts are
- 2:57linked below. Before we get started,
- 2:59let's have a moment of silence for the
- 3:00victim in this case.
- 3:11So tell me about the next morning then.
- 3:13So now you're at home, Ganon's at home,
- 3:15right?
- 3:15Elena's at school.
- 3:17Tell me what happens then.
- 3:18Right. So this is where I need help from
- 3:21everybody.
- 3:22Yeah.
- 3:22Um
- 3:23and you can get help. I've like I said,
- 3:26I've had some high level informants that
- 3:28have told me some horrific things and
- 3:31we've had to relocate them. We can get
- 3:32different names, but to do that, to kick
- 3:36that in motion, we need to know the
- 3:37story. We can't just say,
- 3:39right,
- 3:40someone someone's got really important
- 3:42information,
- 3:42right? Well, that's where I would need
- 3:45someone to help guide me through this
- 3:47because I want to help more than
- 3:51anything.
- 3:52That's why I'm here because I'm
- 3:54representing I'm I'm representing Denver
- 3:56FBI and then I have the ability to pull
- 3:59resources from Quantico, which is our
- 4:02behavior analysis unit everything comes
- 4:04out of there
- 4:04right
- 4:05it's called SER which is our incident
- 4:07response group so this was this was a
- 4:10big enough case that the supervisor of
- 4:13the FBI asked me to come down from
- 4:16Denver you know and I get all my
- 4:17training out there so
- 4:19right
- 4:19you you're not going to have better
- 4:21resources in this room right now and I'm
- 4:23not bragging
- 4:24right
- 4:25I've just been doing this stuff for a
- 4:26long time
- 4:27right
- 4:28so if if you tell me what happens and
- 4:32then you need protection. We can do all
- 4:35that stuff. So DEA doesn't have those
- 4:38capabilities. ATF doesn't. No,
- 4:41DEA just investigates drugs and they're
- 4:44very good at it,
- 4:45right?
- 4:46At the FBI, we're now worldwide
- 4:49and we have offices over to Russia to
- 4:53China to wherever.
- 4:54Right. So, and we get a lot more funding
- 4:58because of when September 11th happened,
- 5:01that changed everything for us. We we we
- 5:04were the nation's number one law
- 5:06enforcement agency before then,
- 5:08but they gave us so many more resources
- 5:10since then,
- 5:11right?
- 5:12And so, I am specialized in missing kids
- 5:18um and unusual homicides, including
- 5:21serial killings and other girls. So, I
- 5:23didn't get in right away on your case,
- 5:25but I did I have been working it for the
- 5:27past couple weeks.
- 5:28I was not going to talk to you anyway.
- 5:30Yeah. Well, I'm here now, and whatever
- 5:32you tell me would I mean, the worst
- 5:34thing I can do for people like you is if
- 5:37you have a story that requires your
- 5:38protection for the FBI. It would not be
- 5:41good for me to run out and say, "Oh,
- 5:43told me this." And that's not how it
- 5:45works.
- 5:46Yeah.
- 5:46If this can help us find Gamon, we'll do
- 5:48whatever we can.
- 5:50Okay. I'm not like I'm just I just need
- 5:52like protection for a family and and
- 5:59I swear to you.
- 6:00Okay. Well, you can get that, but we
- 6:02have to know the story first.
- 6:05So, how how am I supposed to get help
- 6:07talk to someone first before we talk to
- 6:09you? Cuz I'm willing to do that.
- 6:12So, here's your deal. If if you need
- 6:14help and and if you want to go through
- 6:16the court process, that's fine. we leave
- 6:20and then you you work through the court
- 6:22process.
- 6:24But then it just becomes the the whole
- 6:26focus of this, Leticia, right now,
- 6:28you're the only one. You're the last
- 6:30one. You're the last adult with him.
- 6:33You're the last adult we know about with
- 6:35him. You have not told anybody anything
- 6:37else to lead us. We have been trying to
- 6:41work with Al to say, "What is she saying
- 6:44now?"
- 6:44Yeah.
- 6:44You know, and the Quincy Brown thing and
- 6:46whatever else. I was mad at him about
- 6:48all that it but a a lot of it was key to
- 6:51help you guys. But it should have just
- 6:54been if I could have just reach like
- 6:56reached out to someone to be like I'm
- 6:59I'm terrified for
- 7:03for myself and for my family
- 7:06and it would have been also what I can
- 7:09help you with can also help you with
- 7:11something else you might be working
- 7:12into.
- 7:13Well, what is that? I'm just saying I
- 7:16Well, Leticia, you've got to give me
- 7:18something here to work to work with. If
- 7:20if you want to go through the court
- 7:21process, like I said on here, the last
- 7:23question, if you want to stop at any
- 7:26time, you are more than welcome to stop
- 7:27and say,
- 7:28but it says it says you can have one
- 7:31present to talk to you.
- 7:34Yep. And that will kick in the court
- 7:37process and then we're done, which is
- 7:38fine. And if that's what you want.
- 7:42Okay. But the whole if you need
- 7:45protection and that sort of thing, I
- 7:47can't get you there without you giving
- 7:48me something.
- 7:50So
- 7:53here's
- 7:56I listen to all the calls with Al
- 8:00and
- 8:02I've seen the crime scene reports.
- 8:05Okay. What happened in the bedroom was
- 8:07not Ganon slinging his blood on the
- 8:10wall.
- 8:12Well, that that's totally like not even
- 8:14to do with anything. That's why I'm so
- 8:17like upset about bedrooms and and and
- 8:20all those things because I understand
- 8:23you're an expert. I know that, but I'm
- 8:25telling you that's
- 8:28I just I'm going to need like
- 8:29protection. That's that's it. It's not
- 8:32me. I'm not the person.
- 8:34So, but if you're not the person, the
- 8:37the charges won't be different.
- 8:40Okay. If you allowed someone else to
- 8:43come in and do the things to Ganon that
- 8:45we know happened to him, you're just as
- 8:46guilty.
- 8:47I didn't allow anyone, and I don't know
- 8:50of anything like you're talking about to
- 8:53be happening to him. I do know that
- 8:56there is something I could tell you that
- 8:57can help you or help me help everyone,
- 9:00but I I do need that help.
- 9:02Well,
- 9:05so let me tell you where I am.
- 9:08Okay. Um, like I said, I've been 23
- 9:11years with the FBI. For the last 20,
- 9:12I've been working violent crime and I've
- 9:15worked some of the worst cases and it's
- 9:17kind of messed me up a little bit to be
- 9:18honest,
- 9:19right?
- 9:20Seeing what I've seen,
- 9:22um, and I worked 20 years of bank
- 9:24robbers.
- 9:26So, for I always thought that you were
- 9:29going to have I'm the FBI, I'm the good
- 9:32guy, bad people go rob banks. And that's
- 9:35not how it is,
- 9:36right? I've had to help arrest other FBI
- 9:39agents, police officers, people from the
- 9:43church, school resource officers. I
- 9:46mean, it doesn't matter what you do.
- 9:47Mhm.
- 9:48And on the other side, some of the bank
- 9:50robbers, one of them came out after
- 9:52serving a 10-year sentence and we hit it
- 9:55off just fine, even though, you know, we
- 9:57were on opposite sides of the fence. The
- 10:00thing that I have seen though throughout
- 10:03is when something very bad happens,
- 10:07people think they can't recover from it.
- 10:09And I do not think you are a bad person.
- 10:12I'm not.
- 10:13That's why I'm here. No, I don't.
- 10:15I've seen I've seen bad things.
- 10:16And I know you told people that to get
- 10:18them to help you, but I'm not.
- 10:20I would not have this approach with you
- 10:22if I thought you were a bad person. I
- 10:25think something bad happened. And I
- 10:28think that what I've seen a lot, it's
- 10:30whether it's you think that you can get
- 10:33out if you do this or this or this.
- 10:36That's where you are now. And you're
- 10:37hoping that one of these things can save
- 10:39you.
- 10:40They're not going to be a
- 10:42What do you mean? What were you talking
- 10:43about? Someone's not going to be able to
- 10:44save me.
- 10:45There's no There was nobody else there.
- 10:48Okay. We We've looked at the alarms.
- 10:50We've looked at the motions. We've
- 10:51looked at the detectors.
- 10:52The alarms were already covered up.
- 10:55The alarms were already covered up. Yes.
- 10:58Okay. But
- 11:00sir, I'm telling you there what you have
- 11:04is not you. I know you say you wouldn't
- 11:06sit here and say this to me if I wasn't
- 11:08whatever. I'm telling you it is true. I
- 11:11would not and did not would not did not.
- 11:16And with you guys having my phone, I
- 11:20would have thought that you would have
- 11:21had some of the apps looked into.
- 11:26And I would have thought that sometimes
- 11:27when I talked to Albert and you might
- 11:29have listened to them all or whatever,
- 11:31it could have been some help and
- 11:32indication on the apps. I really did
- 11:36because I couldn't come at you and just
- 11:37tell you if I
- 11:40you say there's somebody not involved.
- 11:44I could walk you through it and prove it
- 11:46to you and you guys have already had
- 11:48this predetermination. I don't mean you.
- 11:49I haven't first time I spoke to you. You
- 11:52guys have already had this
- 11:53predetermination. That's what's going to
- 11:54happen.
- 11:56It's already in your mindset.
- 11:58Yeah. Because we have no other evidence
- 12:00pointing us elsewhere.
- 12:02So if there was a shred of evidence,
- 12:04Leticia, that pointed us to some other
- 12:06person, we would be all over it. As soon
- 12:09as Quincy Brown came out of your mouth,
- 12:12it doesn't take long.
- 12:13So you know 100% he's in Mexico right
- 12:16now.
- 12:16Yes, we do. Wow.
- 12:18Mhm.
- 12:19All right.
- 12:22Because we did get our leg at we'd have
- 12:24what's called a legal attaches.
- 12:26Mhm. Okay.
- 12:30That's where that alone and I get that
- 12:33you're saying you have someone who looks
- 12:34into that and knows that. That's where I
- 12:38know in my heart that I can't trust to
- 12:40get help that very
- 12:43you're saying Quincy Brown.
- 12:45No. That's That's not what I'm saying.
- 12:47But you would have said another word
- 12:49like something in between that that
- 12:51would have gave that off. Like you
- 12:54wouldn't have said he's just in Mexico
- 12:55and you didn't do anything. You would
- 12:57have said, "Oh, did he come back here
- 12:59for a reason?" You you wouldn't have
- 13:01said any of that. You would have known
- 13:02some other things to or maybe you have
- 13:04and you just can't tell me those things.
- 13:06And that's okay.
- 13:08But
- 13:10well, we don't in a case like this. So
- 13:14tips will come in,
- 13:16you know, the public will call in and
- 13:18then of course you and Al are primary
- 13:20interest because you're the parents of
- 13:21the missing kid. And most 90% of the
- 13:24time when a kid goes missing, it has to
- 13:26do with one of the parents.
- 13:28That's it. That we we look we work on
- 13:31probability.
- 13:32Okay.
- 13:32So and especially with you then you're
- 13:36there. You say he went to a neighbor's
- 13:37house. That's that's the very first
- 13:39thing you say and then there's no
- 13:42thought that somebody took him.
- 13:45He said there's no thought.
- 13:47There's no thought for law enforcement.
- 13:49But you don't not understanding what
- 13:51happened leading up to the days before.
- 13:54Nothing to do with Ganon. Nothing to do
- 13:56with me. Okay. In terms of me and Ganon,
- 13:59okay? I love Ganon
- 14:02with all my heart. And so you can sit
- 14:04here and say 90% parents this this this.
- 14:08Okay.
- 14:09I'm not saying you don't love him.
- 14:11I I love him.
- 14:12I'm saying that even I have had times
- 14:14when my son rolled a basketball
- 14:15underneath that I wanted to turn around
- 14:17and
- 14:18do something and then I would have
- 14:19regretted it later.
- 14:20But you're saying what you're saying to
- 14:22me is what you you speak is that I hurt
- 14:26Ganon. Okay.
- 14:27And I don't think it was intentional.
- 14:28Okay. But I didn't hurt Ganon. Okay. And
- 14:31I didn't either intentional or not
- 14:33intentional hurt Ganon. I did not.
- 14:37That's just not what happened. Okay. And
- 14:40I had this conversation with you just to
- 14:42see for a second if I could get help
- 14:45from you,
- 14:46which you can. But you How can you
- 14:48expect me to help you, Leticia, if
- 14:49you're not going to tell me what
- 14:50happened?
- 14:51You can't go. Just so let me tell you,
- 14:55you can unlock the entire resources of
- 14:57the FBI right now. I've told you that.
- 15:00But then you say that you're not willing
- 15:02to do it. Whether you don't trust me or
- 15:04you think that there's these
- 15:05You already told me someone wasn't there
- 15:07based on an alarm.
- 15:10That's from what we can see. Yes.
- 15:12Movement in the basement, right?
- 15:13Movement upstairs.
- 15:14But you've already told me that based on
- 15:16that. Okay. But what you're not
- 15:19realizing is there's two sensors on that
- 15:21home. Okay. Two two that can easily be
- 15:25manipulated. Easily. Okay. And if you
- 15:28even knew anything about prior, you
- 15:32would be thinking a lot differently now.
- 15:34But see, that's why I can't talk to you
- 15:36about these things because you already
- 15:38have predetermined what you did.
- 15:40It doesn't matter what I predetermined.
- 15:41What you said intentionally,
- 15:43unintentionally, and that's not the
- 15:44case.
- 15:45I'm not saying I'm right 100% of the
- 15:47time.
- 15:48It doesn't. You need to just disregard
- 15:51whatever I think or really whatever
- 15:53anybody else thinks. If you have a truth
- 15:56and if you have something that will help
- 15:58us finding really to hell with me and
- 16:01everybody else and what we think, you
- 16:03should just cast that aside. All we all
- 16:06I can follow is the facts are the cases
- 16:08they're told to me.
- 16:09Okay?
- 16:10And so for me to go somewhere else
- 16:12besides the facts, I have to then go
- 16:14back to the facts to check it.
- 16:16So when I say something,
- 16:17I talk to you in private, but you can't
- 16:19tell Albert about anything that led up
- 16:21to it or anyone else. Albert will not
- 16:24I will I understand that but I will but
- 16:28I need your help and I need to know that
- 16:30you tell me those resources you tell me
- 16:32whatever. Okay. I know you're saying you
- 16:35got whatever this and that and all that
- 16:38but I I really am going to need help
- 16:41like
- 16:43a lot.
- 16:45Swear to you
- 16:48don't base it on some alarm reports cuz
- 16:50they can easily manipulate it. But we're
- 16:51not just
- 16:52easy. I know. I'm saying when you're
- 16:54saying no one else
- 16:56was there.
- 16:57So
- 16:57when you say that, don't base it on
- 16:59that, please. I'm begging you cuz that
- 17:02was not even remotely.
- 17:06That's not even it.
- 17:08Not even.
- 17:10So you care about Ganon?
- 17:11I care about Ganon. I have reached out
- 17:14every day offering for people to go with
- 17:16me certain places to get to get even
- 17:19insight to see I every day asked hey can
- 17:22you go do this can can someone meet me
- 17:24here
- 17:24so you've asked someone to go look for
- 17:26him
- 17:27right like I've I've reached out and I
- 17:29asked Albert I said hey can you meet me
- 17:30let me tell you about this and let's go
- 17:32to this location to look I've asked all
- 17:35these
- 17:35what location do you think he's at now
- 17:38no I'm I'm just saying like
- 17:40but I'm asking you
- 17:41in general
- 17:42where Do you think he is right now?
- 17:44I can I don't know exactly.
- 17:47I don't know.
- 17:48Well, where where do you know him to
- 17:50last?
- 17:50I
- 17:52am 99% confident Shannon is alive.
- 17:56Okay, Leticia, where do you know him to
- 17:58last be?
- 18:01I want to help, sir, but I I'm in a room
- 18:05and you've already talking about all
- 18:07this and the corpse and I'm It's me
- 18:10against everybody else.
- 18:12So, here's the deal. Once this thing
- 18:14goes through the courts, you talk about
- 18:16that. You're the only one to be with
- 18:19him. You think you're going to be able
- 18:21to tell a story?
- 18:22A story?
- 18:24It It might be a true story.
- 18:25Gosh, sir. But but listen, I've listened
- 18:28to a lot of your stories and I don't
- 18:30know what else to tell him.
- 18:31Yeah. Okay. That's because I was mad at
- 18:33him. Had nothing I already knew.
- 18:34But I've seen what you told the news
- 18:36reporter. I've seen what I've listened
- 18:37to what you told El Paso about about the
- 18:40sex assault that happened in the house.
- 18:41I already knew that you guys were
- 18:43listening to him.
- 18:45So I said that because I was angry.
- 18:47But but what I think I can offer you
- 18:49today is some help.
- 18:52Okay.
- 18:53Okay. And and I've told
- 18:57people that I've worked with hear this
- 18:59story because you remind me a lot of a
- 19:01case I worked about five years ago and
- 19:03I'm still working a little bit of it
- 19:05today because of the fallout.
- 19:07Um there was a guy from Highlands Ranch,
- 19:10his name's Harold Henthornne.
- 19:12Okay.
- 19:12And he
- 19:14pretended to go to a job every day like
- 19:18he was earning a lot of money. Uh his
- 19:20first wife, she was a social worker in
- 19:22Denver. She ends up getting sick. He's
- 19:25going to have to pay for her medical
- 19:27bills. And because of that, she's going
- 19:30to be sick. She's gonna have medical
- 19:32bills. She's going to find out that
- 19:34Harold doesn't really have a job.
- 19:36Okay?
- 19:37His image was very important to him.
- 19:40And he ended up staging an accident. And
- 19:44I'm not saying you did this to G. I just
- 19:45want you to listen to this story.
- 19:47Uh and the car fell on his wife and
- 19:50killed him. And he got away.
- 19:52Yes. It was down in Sidelia. An entire a
- 19:56jeep. He somehow got her underneath a
- 19:58jeep and the entire jeep came down and
- 20:00crushed her. Um 10 years later, 12 years
- 20:04later, he's married to a second wife.
- 20:06They have a lot more money. They have a
- 20:08family.
- 20:09Harold's a Christian man. He go he went
- 20:11to Cherry Hills Church, which is a big
- 20:13church in Highlands Range.
- 20:15And he did built the walls for Warz. He
- 20:18would go down and do mission work, etc.
- 20:20So, he had a good heart. Mhm.
- 20:23But his second wife, um, she was an eye
- 20:26surgeon in Cherry Creek and she kind of
- 20:29started, her family started figuring out
- 20:31that Harold didn't really have a job.
- 20:33Mhm.
- 20:34And he actually dropped a a beam on her
- 20:37head at a cabin, not trying to kill her.
- 20:40We don't know what that was about, but
- 20:42she stopped the oil checks coming in
- 20:45to Harold because Harold had basically
- 20:48he was collecting the family's oil
- 20:49checks. And then she ends up falling off
- 20:52the cliff in Estes Park.
- 20:56And it's you can't prove the difference
- 20:59between a push and a fall. And I found
- 21:01this out going into it because if it
- 21:03happens in Estes Park, it's a federal
- 21:05crime.
- 21:06Okay.
- 21:06So Harold stood to inherit $6.5 million
- 21:10for her death.
- 21:13And he was just fine coming out there.
- 21:15But Harold told different stories to
- 21:19different people.
- 21:20Like from his church, he would say Tony
- 21:22was Tony was his wife. He said Tony was
- 21:24clumsy. She wasn't paying attention.
- 21:26Tony was looking at turkeys. She just
- 21:29ran off the edge. Tony was this, you
- 21:32know, and that really hurt him in court.
- 21:36Mhm.
- 21:36Because what happens later on is
- 21:38Harold's thinking, "Oh, I was just
- 21:40saying this, you know, because, you
- 21:43know, maybe she was doing that. maybe
- 21:45she wasn't
- 21:46right.
- 21:46Instead of saying this is what happened,
- 21:49right?
- 21:50And he also said, "I didn't see her when
- 21:52she fell off the cliff," he said, "U, I
- 21:56was just looking the other way."
- 21:57Really, you're looking at her the whole
- 21:59time and then the time that
- 22:00right
- 22:01the time that she's off the cliff, you
- 22:03know, and so I I'm looking at your
- 22:05story,
- 22:06uh, the ones that you've told to Al, the
- 22:08ones that you've said in the media of
- 22:10hitting your head. When you hit your
- 22:12head, you didn't see what happened.
- 22:15And then when someone else takes Ganon
- 22:18or when he's riding a bike and he hits
- 22:21his head and stuff like that.
- 22:22No, I didn't. I was just I just told you
- 22:24I was saying that to Albert because I
- 22:26was upset that he wasn't listening to me
- 22:28that I did not hurt Ganon.
- 22:30I don't think you intended to hurt Ganon
- 22:32at all.
- 22:32Sir, there's no in
- 22:34No, I'm not saying you did or he hurt
- 22:36himself. Something bad happened in his
- 22:38room.
- 22:39I have you seen that. Sir,
- 22:43you've helped clean it off the wall. We
- 22:45know that
- 22:45this here what what you're talking about
- 22:48is completely
- 22:50completely irrelevant about the whole
- 22:53thinking mad
- 22:54whatever.
- 22:55Tell me about if if it's irrelevant.
- 22:57Leticia, help me because there's a big
- 22:59blood spool in the corner. There's spray
- 23:01on the wall.
- 23:02Because if I tell you anything about any
- 23:05of that, all you're gonna say to me is,
- 23:09"Hey,
- 23:10if you didn't do it, no, I will be your
- 23:12advocate." Cuz why do we know each
- 23:15other?
- 23:16No, but I
- 23:17Why would I care if you didn't do it and
- 23:20it helps me find Ganon?
- 23:22I didn't do it.
- 23:23Okay. Well, then help me find out who
- 23:25did.
- 23:25Who did what
- 23:26that to Ganon in his room?
- 23:28Don't walk to Don't walk to Ganon in his
- 23:30room. There's a pool of blood in the
- 23:31corner.
- 23:32Okay,
- 23:32that's Ganon's blood.
- 23:34Okay, so you're saying now now this is
- 23:37this is where I have a hard time knowing
- 23:39what to like, okay, trust you or not,
- 23:41right? You're saying there's a pool of
- 23:44blood. Albert said saucer size because
- 23:46I'm sure you had him say all this cuz
- 23:48I'm sure you were there or whatever.
- 23:51Okay, in his room and you said something
- 23:53about what' you say on the wall. Okay.
- 23:58Then if that's your your whatever your
- 24:01expert advice or whatever.
- 24:04Okay.
- 24:05Then
- 24:07where where do you think that I had any
- 24:12involvement with Ganon and where did he
- 24:15go? That's where people That's where it
- 24:18has to click at some point. That
- 24:21and and that's what I listened to you do
- 24:23that to Al to where you're making
- 24:26him guess what happened to Ken.
- 24:28I don't want him to guess.
- 24:30Well, no. Well, you're you're asking me
- 24:32to guess.
- 24:32No, no. I was asking the question, sir.
- 24:34I wasn't trying to get you to guess. I
- 24:35was just saying in general, asking a
- 24:37question. I want help with people
- 24:41understanding. I tried to give any
- 24:44insight, help, clues, anything. But I
- 24:47can't because they know my daughter,
- 24:52everyone, my family, my mom, everyone.
- 24:56And you can think that,
- 24:57but right now, Leticia, I mean, you can
- 25:00go down that road, but it's not going to
- 25:02save you in court
- 25:03because you're the last adult with
- 25:05and nobody else. Just let me let me try
- 25:07to protect you. I'm not trying to hurt
- 25:09you here.
- 25:11This is actually protecting you. If you
- 25:14don't tell us where to go investigate,
- 25:17then nobody's going to investigate for
- 25:19you. You're the last adult with me. You
- 25:21told a lot of lies about all these
- 25:24injuries from
- 25:25not I didn't tell lies to you or to any
- 25:27police officer.
- 25:29Did a sex assault happen in the house?
- 25:31I didn't tell any lies to you or a
- 25:33police officer.
- 25:34Okay. So you don't have we don't have
- 25:38anybody to chase though if we don't
- 25:39chase you. I
- 25:42do you understand?
- 25:43But if you chase me, okay, and you do
- 25:45this to me,
- 25:48people are protected because you guys
- 25:50aren't going to protect everybody else.
- 25:52People are protected. Okay?
- 25:55We can protect people. We can protect
- 25:57you, family, if this is involved. Now,
- 25:59I've worked South American theft groups.
- 26:02I've worked gangsters. I've worked
- 26:04organized crime.
- 26:05Mhm.
- 26:06None of that stuff rings true with what
- 26:08happened here.
- 26:10I mean, how how is how is a very
- 26:12organized gang going to come into a
- 26:14house in Colorado Springs?
- 26:15Who said it a house? Why does it have to
- 26:17be in the house? See, that's where
- 26:19that's where he last was.
- 26:22Are you going to make me guess where he
- 26:23was then?
- 26:24No, I'm I'm telling you, you're not
- 26:27going to listen to me. See, you already
- 26:29just said he last was in the house. But
- 26:31see, you're again, you're going back to
- 26:33You care what I think. You shouldn't
- 26:35care what I think.
- 26:36I do care what you think. You want to
- 26:37know why?
- 26:38Because I care about my h how people
- 26:42think of me because I am not that kind
- 26:44of person.
- 26:45That's why.
- 26:46And if you can point me to a different
- 26:47person, then I can help you.
- 26:49I gave hints before.
- 26:51But don't give me hints.
- 26:52But but but the thing about it is if I
- 26:54gave you hints, you automatically took
- 26:56it in an approach of thinking, "Oh,
- 26:57well, we already looked at the alarm
- 26:59system." No, that's not how it works.
- 27:02So, think about how much we've looked at
- 27:04you over the past month. Okay?
- 27:07You give me a new name
- 27:10or Quincy Brown or whoever you want to
- 27:11throw. We can do that same sort of
- 27:13microscope
- 27:16cuz you know in here I even have what
- 27:17you entered in your phone,
- 27:20the stuff that you've entered and
- 27:21deleted
- 27:24like um blood is spurting from an
- 27:26arterial bleed. Direct pressure not
- 27:29controlling.
- 27:30Do what? I didn't look this up.
- 27:32It's from your phone.
- 27:33Blood is what?
- 27:34Spurting from an arterial bleed.
- 27:37No.
- 27:38Well, somebody did from your phone. I
- 27:40don't like my stepson.
- 27:42No.
- 27:43I don't like my stepson. Should I get a
- 27:44divorce?
- 27:47I'll stalk cheating. I'll stock
- 27:49Instagram. I'll stock cheating in
- 27:51Colorado Springs. Catch I'll stock
- 27:54cheating. How to get blood out of
- 27:56sheets. out of sheets.
- 27:59I want immunity.
- 28:00Oh, the blood out of the blood out of
- 28:02sheets was because we always had like
- 28:04always nosebleleeds. If I ever looked up
- 28:06blood out of sheets, it was nose bleed.
- 28:08And I figured it might be something.
- 28:09I didn't never look up anything about an
- 28:11artery or something unless it went from
- 28:13something else.
- 28:14It's on your phone.
- 28:15And I never looked up anything about my
- 28:17stepson. Unless someone else did it.
- 28:19The reason I brought up gangs is you you
- 28:21uh looked up I want immunity because it
- 28:23was gang related.
- 28:26And this sounds like find me a new
- 28:29husband, find me a rich guy who loves to
- 28:32take care of his kids.
- 28:33The the new husband is just because
- 28:36Albert already knew that was about the
- 28:38lady Debbie Cheryl who had a who wanted
- 28:41to find a new husband at the 35 or
- 28:42something. He picked me about Amazon.
- 28:44Like a lot of these can have nothing to
- 28:46do with this.
- 28:47It doesn't.
- 28:47I get it.
- 28:49Um
- 28:50can I spray Can I spray paint wood?
- 28:53Spray paint wood? Well, we always spray
- 28:55wood. Yeah. I'm doing all the work for
- 28:58my step kids and their mom doesn't help.
- 29:00Oh, that bothered me. Yeah.
- 29:01Yeah. I don't blame them.
- 29:02Oh, yes. Cuz I wanted them to be mine.
- 29:05Like, like me to be their child.
- 29:08Hit and run. You Googled a lot on
- 29:10Leticia and traffic accident. Hit and
- 29:12run.
- 29:13I didn't hit anybody.
- 29:14No. What was that?
- 29:17What? What date was it?
- 29:19It I don't have a date on these. I just
- 29:21I was downloading stuff as I was coming
- 29:23on the plane.
- 29:24Yeah. No, I don't. My husband wants a
- 29:26divorce.
- 29:27My husband wants a baby, but I want an
- 29:29abortion.
- 29:32One day, some people will wish they
- 29:34treated you differently, which I get
- 29:36that parenting should be four people,
- 29:38not one.
- 29:41A suicidal person might say,
- 29:44I mean, these make me very sad when I
- 29:46read them because I can see you're doing
- 29:48all the work at home by yourself,
- 29:50which I wanted to be there. Like I
- 29:52wanted to totally have the kids as my
- 29:55children. That's the point you're not
- 29:57getting. Like I wanted those kids to be
- 30:02saying to me that I'm their mom. Yeah.
- 30:04Like I'm the person who does cares for
- 30:07them, loves them, everything.
- 30:10So you can think that.
- 30:12What about What do you do if you suspect
- 30:14a person's swallow poison? Does somebody
- 30:16actually swallow poison?
- 30:17Poison. I don't know. So, I always click
- 30:20things and read them. No one
- 30:22Did somebody swallow it?
- 30:23No one swallowed any poison.
- 30:25Okay. You will never forgive me and
- 30:28treat me like a princess. You'll never
- 30:30know when it's too late.
- 30:31Oh, yeah. I mean, I always search for
- 30:33things when Albert was gone.
- 30:34What is an Alford plea? Did you figure
- 30:36out what an Alford plea was?
- 30:38Alford plea.
- 30:39Yeah. A L F O R D.
- 30:42I think someone had asked me then. I
- 30:43probably searched it.
- 30:44Do you know what it is?
- 30:46Yeah.
- 30:46Do you remember? What did you remember?
- 30:48I don't remember. I just remember
- 30:49something because someone was writing
- 30:51that online. So I if anyone wrote
- 30:54something online, I looked it up just
- 30:56like the other day someone wrote
- 30:57something about FBI come in or something
- 31:00and I if I see something online, I
- 31:02always Google what someone else says and
- 31:05see what you know like what they're
- 31:07saying is matching what what they're
- 31:09saying online,
- 31:10right?
- 31:10So like I've did that completely. I do
- 31:12that all the time for everything. So, if
- 31:14you're not willing to go with Ganon, can
- 31:18you at least tell me what injuries he
- 31:19suffered? The true ones as far as the
- 31:23cut foot. Was that a legit injury?
- 31:25Yes.
- 31:26And where did that happen?
- 31:28So, he was outside in the garage and
- 31:31when he was outside in the garage, he
- 31:32was running to go help me take the tra
- 31:35take the trash out, come back and help
- 31:36me get stuff out the car and then he
- 31:39stepped on something which I left the
- 31:40blood there.
- 31:42Like I left it like because Albert said
- 31:45don't touch that fine wood or African
- 31:47wood, whatever kind of wood it was.
- 31:49What What did the piece of wood look
- 31:50like?
- 31:51It's just I don't know like a board.
- 31:53Okay. And it's still there in the
- 31:56garage.
- 31:56I I had to drive over them all the time.
- 32:00So like I always had to drive over the
- 32:02pieces of wood.
- 32:03Right. But you didn't take that out of
- 32:05the garage.
- 32:05It's too big you couldn't fit it in
- 32:07anything. You couldn't have fit the
- 32:08pieces. the long boards that were in the
- 32:11garage. You could not fit. I left the
- 32:14Okay, so there was the piece of board
- 32:15that I threw in the back of our truck
- 32:18and then there was the two long boards
- 32:20that were sitting there. So that so the
- 32:23board that was about like this size and
- 32:25the board that was the long boards that
- 32:27were sitting here, I left the long
- 32:29boards because I don't those that was
- 32:31supposed to be the fancy wood and I
- 32:33didn't want to ruin it or trying to get
- 32:34the blood off of it. The other piece of
- 32:37wood was the wood that I threw in the
- 32:39back of our truck.
- 32:40And what was that wood?
- 32:42It was There was a bunch of pieces that
- 32:43were laying around that from that night
- 32:46from us running through there. It was
- 32:48like little pieces. There was a piece
- 32:49about this size. Maybe a couple pieces.
- 32:53But that
- 32:54you threw it in the back of the truck.
- 32:57That that bigger piece.
- 32:58Well, you said bigger like this. It
- 33:00wasn't that big.
- 33:00Okay.
- 33:01Yeah. It was um cheap wood. Like I knew
- 33:04it was not the wood that he would be
- 33:05freaking out over. So from Sunday that's
- 33:10he did hurt his foot from Sunday.
- 33:13And how badly was it bleeding?
- 33:14It wasn't I say Sunday. Saturday. I'm
- 33:16sorry. From Saturday Albert had just
- 33:19left like to drive to the airport. It
- 33:22wasn't even he wasn't even gone long. He
- 33:25had just left to drive to the airport.
- 33:28Okay. So, did it require a band-aid or
- 33:32Gana when he whenever he always does
- 33:34something, he tries to be like he's not
- 33:36like laying over. He's like, "Oh, I need
- 33:38a band-aid or whatever." Gana would
- 33:40literally walk around with toilet paper
- 33:41in the middle of his toe and it will
- 33:43have blood or whatever. And just run
- 33:45everywhere to his room or whatever.
- 33:47So, what did he do on this occasion?
- 33:49We we literally took a paper towel.
- 33:51That's why I just told you about the toe
- 33:53and put in between.
- 33:54So, it was in between his toes is where
- 33:55the injury
- 33:56No, he it was like wrapped here. Okay.
- 33:58And
- 33:58we had it wrapped and I don't remember
- 34:00if we got a band-aid to be honest. This
- 34:03is just what Dannon
- 34:05So that doesn't sound like a big injury
- 34:06though.
- 34:07Well, it wasn't. I mean, he it was
- 34:08blood. There was no big injuries. Um I
- 34:11left it on the wood because I said I'm
- 34:14not going to clean his fine African
- 34:16wood.
- 34:17What did it look like on the wood?
- 34:18Drops, streaks. Well, what I did
- 34:21originally was I was trying to take
- 34:22water to do it. But then I realized if I
- 34:25put cleaner, then that wouldn't do
- 34:27anything but cause the wood to damage
- 34:29cuz I always wanted to build things with
- 34:31all this wood that we bought.
- 34:33And if I use those pieces of wood and
- 34:36all that stuff, then you know.
- 34:39Did you ever use that shop back to clean
- 34:41up anything out there?
- 34:42No, I never used the shop back. The shop
- 34:44back was never I couldn't even like move
- 34:47anything with the shop. Anything that
- 34:49would have been move used with a shop
- 34:50back would have been out other than the
- 34:52times that we brought it would have been
- 34:54weeks ago and we could did spring
- 34:56cleaning or fall cleaning around the
- 34:58house in the corners and that type of
- 35:00thing.
- 35:00Okay.
- 35:01So that would have been the shock back.
- 35:02I never there was nothing I ever did and
- 35:05vacuumed up something with a shop back.
- 35:07That's helps me. I'm just asking
- 35:09like any of that there there was none of
- 35:12that ever happened. So,
- 35:14the burns on the arms weren't that bad.
- 35:17The the cut on the toe or the bottom of
- 35:19the foot wasn't that bad.
- 35:20So, we still were able to go hiking. He
- 35:22was he was able to still go hiking. It
- 35:25was bleeding on the board, but we
- 35:29not after that. Not all over the house,
- 35:30that sort of thing.
- 35:31Well, he had the piece of paper and went
- 35:33down to his room.
- 35:34Yeah.
- 35:35Like wrapped around his foot. So, I
- 35:37mean, if anything, there was it could
- 35:38have been drops of blood or something,
- 35:39but No. What about the wound to the head
- 35:42that you talked to Al about?
- 35:44So Albert was like trying to get me to
- 35:46say whatever because I'm sure you guys
- 35:47are having do that and I knew that's
- 35:49what he was doing. So Albert was trying
- 35:51to get me to say that like talk about
- 35:53talk to him about you know like wounds
- 35:55or or you know whatever. So, I threw off
- 35:58some stories to Albert because he was
- 35:59making me so upset. Just like
- 36:04everyone not understanding that
- 36:07there's an intervention portion here and
- 36:10there's there's a there's someone
- 36:12intervening in this and that's where
- 36:14people didn't understand or want to say
- 36:15anything. So, I just started rambling
- 36:17stuff to Albert and I even said to you
- 36:19guys, "Hey, I know you're listening."
- 36:21You know, and it was just to
- 36:24to be whatever. But do you know what
- 36:26that sounds like though to a dad who's
- 36:28missing his kid and then you say and a
- 36:31grievous head wound happened to where it
- 36:33was blood running down his face and that
- 36:36sort of thing and it's you know had to
- 36:38bandage it up and
- 36:39Well, I don't remember saying anything
- 36:41about bandage it up.
- 36:42I think you said Quincy Brown tried to
- 36:44bandage it up.
- 36:44Oh, cuz he was making me mad about
- 36:46something. Yeah, I was about to say I
- 36:47don't remember me saying I did that but
- 36:50So he did suffer a head wound though.
- 36:53A head wound?
- 36:53Yes. head or neck.
- 36:55Okay?
- 36:56And that is what caused the blood there.
- 36:59And so if even if you choose not to tell
- 37:02us where Ganon is today because you're
- 37:03too nervous or whatever else, we would
- 37:06like to know where that was on him. So
- 37:08if we find him on our own, if you've
- 37:10given me the clues to go find him, that
- 37:12sort of thing.
- 37:14Where was that wound?
- 37:15Genanon is alive.
- 37:16He's alive. Fine. But where was that
- 37:18wound?
- 37:19Was it his neck or his head?
- 37:21I I don't really think about a neck or
- 37:23head. Well, you had to clean up the
- 37:25wall. You went ahead.
- 37:26That was not that that is not even from
- 37:28what what you're talking about there had
- 37:31nothing to do with anything from
- 37:33Saturday, Sunday, whatever. That had
- 37:37nothing to do with any of it.
- 37:38How could it not? It did not.
- 37:40There was a lot of blood.
- 37:41It did not.
- 37:42You're going to have to explain that,
- 37:43sir. It did not.
- 37:44Well, just tell me how.
- 37:46It did not. I promise you.
- 37:48But you're not going to tell me how. So,
- 37:50where we can help you with
- 37:51You're not going to help me, though. How
- 37:52could I not help you? How are you going
- 37:54to get out, Leticia, on the stand after
- 37:58telling all these stories, which they're
- 38:00going to talk ask you about, and then
- 38:02say, "I can explain all that, and it's
- 38:05some party that I never told law
- 38:07enforcement to go chase." If Ganon is
- 38:10alive, we have an 11-year-old kid
- 38:12somewhere being held against his will,
- 38:15and you're not telling us, you might as
- 38:18well have done this yourself. That's why
- 38:19I'm saying
- 38:21let me get all right here.
- 38:23[Music]
- 38:32Oops.
- 38:45I'm fill it out. I'll just put it in.
- 39:12Hey.
- 39:19What about the blood in the back of the
- 39:21tacorn?
- 39:22Torn?
- 39:23Mhm.
- 39:23The only blood would have been in the
- 39:24back of Torn when we were s we were we
- 39:27opened the car up in the car. We were
- 39:29sitting there to do with what? There's
- 39:32nothing to do with it.
- 39:32There's too much to be told.
- 39:35No. Uh-uh. No. That that No, no, no, no,
- 39:37no, sir. That is absolutely not true.
- 39:40That was where we were sitting on the
- 39:41back of the car. When we were unloading
- 39:44the stuff, we were sitting on the back
- 39:46of the car. There is no Uh-uh. No, sir.
- 39:48Mm-m.
- 39:50There's plenty in the garage, though.
- 39:51But there was nothing in the garage.
- 39:54There was plenty of times that everybody
- 39:56worked in the garage. Had nothing to do
- 39:57with
- 39:58Not everybody. Ganon's not working in
- 39:59the garage and bleeding all over the
- 40:01place.
- 40:01There's Sir, there was nothing about
- 40:03bleeding all over the place in the
- 40:05garage. That had to do with anything.
- 40:07I'm telling you
- 40:09what you're asking me was completely
- 40:11totally different than anything has to
- 40:14do with
- 40:15Do you know what this looks? Say you're
- 40:16telling me the truth. Again, please
- 40:18don't think, please don't care what I
- 40:21think. Say you're telling me the truth
- 40:23right now. That Saturday had nothing to
- 40:26do with him disappearing and being gone
- 40:28for over a month.
- 40:30Do you know what that looks like for
- 40:32you?
- 40:33It looks like I'm in the middle of a
- 40:35situation that I need help getting out
- 40:37of.
- 40:38But but you're not willing to tell me
- 40:39how to help you.
- 40:43So now you're saying that Ganon had a
- 40:45really bad head wound on Saturday.
- 40:47No, no, I didn't say that. That's not
- 40:48what I said.
- 40:49The head thing was Saturday and the
- 40:51amount of blood.
- 40:52No, no, no. That's not what I'm saying.
- 40:53I'm saying what you're talking about
- 40:55completely different than than what
- 40:59you're saying.
- 41:00Yeah. Yeah. But this doesn't look any
- 41:02better for you because now you haven't
- 41:03told Al that he has a head wound. You
- 41:06haven't called the hospital.
- 41:09It wasn't like that. It was not what it
- 41:11was like.
- 41:12Well, then you have to tell me. I mean,
- 41:13you don't have to do anything, but
- 41:14not what it was like, sir. Not had
- 41:17nothing to do with me. Was not what it
- 41:19was like, sir. Okay.
- 41:20So, did someone else injure him on
- 41:22Saturday?
- 41:25Just that's an easy question. You don't
- 41:27even have to tell me a name. Did someone
- 41:29else injure him on Saturday?
- 41:30I
- 41:33wanted to meet friends
- 41:36cuz I didn't have friends. Okay.
- 41:39So, I wanted to meet friends. Okay.
- 41:42After the app, Albert ever told you
- 41:44about any of these apps you had me to go
- 41:46with?
- 41:48See, that's where this is going to be
- 41:51whatever cuz you're going to take you're
- 41:53not you're not going to take my my
- 41:55version and my side of the
- 41:57Leticia, let me stop you. If you help
- 42:00us, I will take whatever version you
- 42:02tell me and I will actually prove it.
- 42:05That's all I do is I don't chase. I am
- 42:09wrong most of the time.
- 42:11Do you have a way to pull up apps? Do
- 42:13you have a way to pull up the stuff on
- 42:14apps? Do you have that?
- 42:16We can do that while you're here. Yes.
- 42:18Okay. Well, no, I'm saying you said you
- 42:20have this.
- 42:20Yes, we have ways to pull up apps.
- 42:22Okay.
- 42:24What app?
- 42:29How do you have ways to pull taps?
- 42:31We have technical people. I'm not a tech
- 42:33person, but we have plenty of tech
- 42:35people that are super smart to do it.
- 42:38If you tell me what to do, we can do
- 42:40that while we're talking. Take a break.
- 42:42You can go to the restroom. Whatever
- 42:44else, we can solve this thing right now.
- 42:48Why come I just can't talk to you
- 42:50without a bunch of people watching me?
- 42:51Then we can talk right now.
- 42:53Yeah, but come on. There's people here.
- 42:55Yeah. What What do you want me to You
- 42:57tell me what you want to do and I will
- 42:59have
- 42:59I want to talk to you to tell you about
- 43:03leading up to anything. I want to talk
- 43:05to you because I want you to find Danon
- 43:07and I believe in all my heart. You will
- 43:09help me. Not lie to me.
- 43:11I will help you.
- 43:11Not try to say, "Oh, you're telling the
- 43:14story and throw me somewhere."
- 43:17Okay.
- 43:17So, is he alive?
- 43:18I Let me finish this and I'm going ask a
- 43:20question.
- 43:21I understand what you're saying about
- 43:22federal versus law local.
- 43:25Okay. So, the first the first thing I'm
- 43:28going to want to talk to you is that I
- 43:30don't want anything said before held
- 43:33against me. If I provide you with a 100%
- 43:36the truth to help you,
- 43:39that'll work. This is the first time
- 43:41we're talking and it's for a reason. You
- 43:42haven't talked to the feds yet,
- 43:44right? So, if I can I don't want to be
- 43:47sitting here with all these people
- 43:49watching because I want you to listen at
- 43:53exactly what happened and go from there.
- 43:58Okay.
- 43:59Okay.
- 44:00And that's not I know you're trained to
- 44:02do this and interrogate people and all
- 44:05this. I want nothing more nothing more
- 44:09than for Gana to be okay. That's all I
- 44:11want. I promise you. That's all I want.
- 44:16That's it.
- 44:18And I will take
- 44:21whatever resources, whatever help you
- 44:23want me to go do. If even if it means
- 44:25take myself in the middle of somewhere
- 44:27where someone wants me to go to get him
- 44:31to make sure he's okay, I would do it
- 44:34because I love Ganon and I love my
- 44:36family and I love the ground that
- 44:39everybody walks on. Albert, Harley,
- 44:41Lena, Ganon, that is my family. Okay.
- 44:47And I I know in the end you might think
- 44:49you got whatever by this and forensics
- 44:52and and whatever. And I'm not arguing
- 44:54any of that. Very smart to know that
- 44:57you're a smart man. You're not stupid.
- 45:00But I need the help, the resources to
- 45:04not be attacked anymore to know that
- 45:09something on the stupid app was a silly
- 45:11mistake. Okay.
- 45:14So, you brought someone in.
- 45:16So, I I'm not I would talk to you.
- 45:18I know. I get it.
- 45:22So,
- 45:26I'm representing law enforcement from
- 45:28Colorado.
- 45:29Thank you.
- 45:29Okay. And if you tell me something, even
- 45:32though you know we started a recording
- 45:35now and whatever else and if you say we
- 45:36won't talk unless we turn off the
- 45:38recording that can happen, but I'm going
- 45:41to pull in all those resources.
- 45:43No, I want you to pull in resources. I'm
- 45:45not denying you to say pull in the
- 45:47resources. I'm looking at you from
- 45:49mother to a father. I have been scared
- 45:54because I don't know what's going to
- 45:55happen. Not with because I did
- 45:57something. I wouldn't have told you that
- 45:59there was people, random people
- 46:01intervention or all these things if
- 46:04there wouldn't have been. Okay? I
- 46:06wouldn't have done that. I wouldn't have
- 46:08done that.
- 46:10Could have easily just been like, "Hey,
- 46:13if if there was truly what you guys had
- 46:16thought about, I don't think you
- 46:17intentionally done it. There was this
- 46:18accident." common sense well enough to
- 46:21know to pick up the phone and say an
- 46:24accident happened. I'm not stupid. Okay?
- 46:27Might be freaking out because I don't
- 46:30know how to get this help, but I'm not
- 46:32stupid. Okay? And that's looking you
- 46:34dead in the eye to tell you I did not
- 46:37hurt again at all. Okay? Swear to you.
- 46:42So, if you're willing to give me the
- 46:45opportunity to talk to you, I don't want
- 46:46to be like watched by people. I don't
- 46:48want to be Oh, what is that?
- 46:50This is a separate recorder. This is
- 46:52mine,
- 46:52right? And so does the Marie Town.
- 46:55Yeah, they do.
- 46:56Right.
- 46:58Right.
- 47:00But I need the help.
- 47:01You'll get the help.
- 47:02Okay.
- 47:04All we're focusing on is finding the
- 47:06kid.
- 47:06Okay. And that's what I want. I don't
- 47:08want to look at like you look at me like
- 47:09I'm just this bad person who doesn't
- 47:11want to find our child.
- 47:14That's not it. I just don't when it's
- 47:16when it came at me as an attack, okay?
- 47:19Because that's what originally happened,
- 47:20okay? And I get it. They have to do
- 47:22their job because guess what? They're
- 47:25probably parents, too, right? So, they
- 47:27have to do their job, right? Okay? I get
- 47:29that part. Okay? You can ask me about
- 47:32any of these, whatever,
- 47:35whatever. I'm sure it was something I
- 47:36saw somewhere and I don't never looked
- 47:38up anything about stepchild. I've looked
- 47:40up how I haven't got help and how I
- 47:43wanted help and how I wanted to be the
- 47:46person that they always were. Why I
- 47:48didn't even want them to go home. I
- 47:50didn't even want them to have to go to
- 47:52their mother at all at all because I had
- 47:55to see the pain and agony I went through
- 47:59worrying.
- 48:00So you're going to take my character
- 48:03based upon
- 48:04No, whatever. That's just part listen.
- 48:06When when a kid goes missing, we don't
- 48:10only look at
- 48:11the person. We look at the entire
- 48:13neighborhood. We go through people's
- 48:14closets. We go everybody's lives has
- 48:17turned upside down.
- 48:18And I'll tell you right now, since if
- 48:20any of this is since then, of course,
- 48:22I've looked at what people said. If
- 48:24people said something about the FBI, I
- 48:25Googled FBI.
- 48:27You worry too much about what we think.
- 48:29If you will get us there, we can protect
- 48:31you.
- 48:32Okay. So then I talk to you and I don't
- 48:35talk to Mar Beach Police Department and
- 48:37all these other people. I talk to you
- 48:40and I explain to you.
- 48:42Okay? Because you already saying you are
- 48:46charging me with something.
- 48:47It's already been charged.
- 48:48That's what I'm saying. You're already
- 48:49saying that. Okay?
- 48:52So
- 48:53how do I know that when I get you when I
- 48:56give you this here information?
- 48:57But that's that's what this recording
- 48:59does. protects you because I've already
- 49:00told you we will do this.
- 49:03Well, we used to not record things, but
- 49:06we do now. And the only people sitting
- 49:09in there is the district attorney and
- 49:11some of the El Paso people. Myrtle Beach
- 49:13has nothing to do with this. They helped
- 49:15us find you,
- 49:16right?
- 49:16So, they have to be involved in this.
- 49:18I understand. Nothing against Myrtle
- 49:20Beach.
- 49:20My Myrtle Beach is not in on this.
- 49:24Okay. If someone else took Ganon
- 49:27in here and I just I don't like that. I
- 49:29want to be able to have emotional raw
- 49:32conversation.
- 49:33Let's do it now.
- 49:34I can't.
- 49:35I mean, we can't go anywhere. Where do
- 49:38you want to go?
- 49:38I Because I know people are sitting
- 49:40there.
- 49:40Nobody's sitting there.
- 49:41Okay. Someone's watching from there.
- 49:43They are in the other room. It's the
- 49:44district attorney. Do you want me to
- 49:45tell them they can't watch?
- 49:46No. I want to talk to someone in a raw
- 49:49real conversation that you can see truly
- 49:54in my heart the situation. That's what I
- 49:57want.
- 49:57That's what this is.
- 49:58No, it's not. So,
- 50:01but how can I make
- 50:02So, is it a district attorney from
- 50:03Colorado?
- 50:04Yes.
- 50:04Yeah. See, come on.
- 50:06I can ask him to leave the room.
- 50:08No, it's not about leaving the room.
- 50:10It's about I'm asking for instead of
- 50:13going through all you know this whatever
- 50:16sitting here wasting our time or
- 50:18whatever I'm asking just to talk to you
- 50:21cuz I'm taking your word that you're
- 50:23going to help me and you're going to
- 50:25provide the resources from wherever you
- 50:27said you have been.
- 50:29Before I do though, let me ask you some
- 50:31questions, okay? Because this is our
- 50:33investigation,
- 50:34right? You're taking all these trips up
- 50:37to Palmer Lake, multiple trips,
- 50:40different cars, renting a car.
- 50:42Okay.
- 50:43How are you not involved in this?
- 50:45First off, I didn't never get the drive
- 50:46to rent a car anywhere because
- 50:48immediately once we let me let me go and
- 50:51correct on this now. Once we got the
- 50:53rental car or whatever, the National
- 50:56Guard was there. Everybody was in the
- 50:58house. We went in Albert's truck the
- 51:00whole entire day going to come and go
- 51:03and all these places. So, I never drove
- 51:05the rental car anywhere and it's already
- 51:08been corrected from budget about the
- 51:10rental car situation. I had to get that
- 51:12corrected yesterday. I never even drove
- 51:14it anywhere because I didn't get to. So,
- 51:17what whatever GPS you get from the
- 51:19rental car, it never was driven by me
- 51:21anywhere but literally up the street
- 51:23back. I didn't hardly drive it anywhere.
- 51:25So, there was no rental car driven to
- 51:27any kind of places at all.
- 51:30The only time I went anywhere a car
- 51:32might have been maybe 40, 50 miles. I
- 51:35don't know. No more than a 100 miles
- 51:37counting very bad. And that was just
- 51:38driving it through the day because I
- 51:39didn't have I went back to get my car.
- 51:43But you're the only one at the pet store
- 51:46for what?
- 51:47We can see the video there.
- 51:49Not in a rental car.
- 51:50No, I'm not saying rental car. I'm just
- 51:51sorry. I'm just working through this
- 51:53to say if someone else is involved.
- 51:55Okay.
- 51:56It's only you there. And what the
- 51:58PetSmart has nothing to do with this.
- 52:01This is Monday though.
- 52:03Yeah, but the Pets Smart has nothing to
- 52:04do with this at all
- 52:05with Ganon's disappearance.
- 52:07And that's where the whole entire thing
- 52:08is where that's where I just said I know
- 52:11I'm not going to be able to trust you
- 52:12cuz you just immediately went to the
- 52:13Pets Smart.
- 52:14Well, I went from the rental car. I
- 52:15said, "So what?" But I'm trying the
- 52:17reason why my mind is going there. It's
- 52:19going to where do we have video?
- 52:20Mhm.
- 52:21What What did we miss? Mhm.
- 52:23Is there someone else involved?
- 52:24And did you not see me completely
- 52:28freaking out like at the pet? Did you
- 52:31not see that?
- 52:33Yeah.
- 52:33Did you not see me walking back and
- 52:35forth at the petmart?
- 52:36Mhm.
- 52:36Okay. So,
- 52:38yeah. But we can't interpret your
- 52:40behavior is what if Ganon's hurt in the
- 52:42back of the truck? What if Ganon talks
- 52:44to someone? We don't know why you're
- 52:45freaking out.
- 52:46If Gand was hurt in the back of the
- 52:47truck, you already have the truck, too.
- 52:50Yeah. Do you see what I'm saying?
- 52:53That that's not even remotely even the
- 52:57case at all. It's not even remotely the
- 52:58case at all.
- 52:59But we don't know because there's no
- 53:00Ganon to tell us.
- 53:01Does that make sense?
- 53:02Trust me, I want Ganon to be able to
- 53:05tell you because I know he would walk
- 53:08right in that room and tell you that I
- 53:11would never hurt him and did not.
- 53:13Guaranteed.
- 53:16Doesn't mean I've always been the
- 53:18perfect stepparent. Doesn't mean I
- 53:21haven't fussed with people. Doesn't mean
- 53:23I haven't been stressed or whatever
- 53:26because I never wanted them to leave and
- 53:29go to this place with their mom. That's
- 53:33a fact. Complete fact. I begged and
- 53:37begged and begged for them to take. So
- 53:40until you realize that as my character,
- 53:44you're not going to realize be able to
- 53:45help me. But I've already said from what
- 53:48I can tell you don't have any violence
- 53:50in your background.
- 53:51I'm not violent. I don't hurt people.
- 53:53Yeah. So I'm willing to chase. You have
- 53:56a lot of resources right here.
- 53:58But you just see you just told me though
- 54:00that the Petco there was we've already
- 54:02seen the video. There's no one out
- 54:04there.
- 54:04But we don't again
- 54:07you saw the inside of the video for
- 54:08Petco,
- 54:09right? And we saw the parking lot.
- 54:10Okay.
- 54:11But we can't see inside the truck very
- 54:13well. Okay.
- 54:15Three.
- 54:19You're 100% saying you can't see inside
- 54:22the truck very well. Okay. But you
- 54:24didn't see you you didn't see anything
- 54:26else at Petco Poe or whatever.
- 54:29That's not me.
- 54:30Okay.
- 54:30So, when I say we
- 54:32Well, my job you
- 54:34Yeah. My job is not to look at all the
- 54:36video.
- 54:36Okay.
- 54:37We have everything. In a case like this,
- 54:39I told you a bunch of leads come in,
- 54:40etc. Mhm.
- 54:41And we have someone review Petco and
- 54:43tell us we saw nothing or we saw this or
- 54:45we saw that. I don't have time to do all
- 54:47that stuff.
- 54:48Right.
- 54:49So when I say me or we, I didn't look at
- 54:51the Petco video myself.
- 54:53Okay. But it became a point of
- 54:54contention when it's completely
- 54:56irrelevant.
- 54:58Completely irrelevant.
- 55:01Yeah. But
- 55:04so you're testing my experience.
- 55:06No, no, no. I'm not testing your
- 55:07experience. Absolutely not. I'm actually
- 55:10asking for your help, not testing your
- 55:12experience.
- 55:13And I'm failing your test
- 55:15because everything that I've looked at
- 55:17in this case, when you see the blood
- 55:20spatter on the wall, you see a big pool
- 55:22in the corner.
- 55:23You see your shoes that we've collected
- 55:25with Ganon's blood on the bottom of
- 55:27them.
- 55:28Okay.
- 55:30And then you point to Eduardo,
- 55:33who doesn't exist, or maybe he did
- 55:35exist, and we don't have a last name.
- 55:37Then you point to Quincy Brown and then
- 55:40you say Uncle Matt, these these names
- 55:42and stuff and it's like I've seen it
- 55:45before.
- 55:46And that that was Harold. That was
- 55:48But I'm not Harold.
- 55:49I'm not saying you are, but I'm This is
- 55:52my experience,
- 55:52right? I got you.
- 55:53I'm not saying you are. But it didn't go
- 55:55well for him because
- 55:57his attorney got up. He's one of the
- 55:59best attorneys in Colorado. He cost
- 56:00$600,000.
- 56:02Craig Truman. And he started
- 56:04paid $600,000. Okay. with his dead
- 56:07wife's money.
- 56:09And u Craig got up and said, "Herold is
- 56:13not a murderer, but he is a liar."
- 56:17And that's what I was worried about when
- 56:19I first got the case because they asked
- 56:21me to come in and work that case because
- 56:23I had worked other cases like him.
- 56:25And Harold's just sitting there all
- 56:26confident, whatever else. Please don't
- 56:28say this is you. I'm just saying this is
- 56:29my experience because Harold told all
- 56:30these different stories.
- 56:33But when you start out with your defense
- 56:34attorney saying, "My client is a liar.
- 56:37He's just making up crap."
- 56:39That's to the victim's family on how
- 56:41Tony died. That's to his friends at
- 56:43church. And all of them got up and
- 56:45testified. These are the different ways
- 56:46Tony died.
- 56:47Again, it's not good.
- 56:50But he might be today. You don't know
- 56:52that if someone is willing, if this,
- 56:55whether it's related or not, the head
- 56:56thing, if someone's willing to hold a
- 56:58kid for 30 days, how are they not
- 57:00willing to kill him? Can I ask you
- 57:02something or can I say something?
- 57:04Yes.
- 57:05Even if
- 57:07the scenario would have been me just
- 57:10going to go talk to the lady here and
- 57:13telling them,
- 57:15"Hey, this is what happened. This is who
- 57:18did it. I know that he was hurt by
- 57:23someone." You know what the next
- 57:25question you're going to say to me? Who
- 57:26was this person? And all I'd say to you
- 57:28was, "Oh, well, can you help me figure
- 57:30it out from this app or can you help me
- 57:32figure out from this?" And you know what
- 57:33you would say to me? Oh, yeah. Sure.
- 57:36Right.
- 57:38That's exactly what you would say to me.
- 57:41So, finding the unless I can take you
- 57:46directly to where Ganon is safe and
- 57:49sound, that is the only way that you're
- 57:52going to be like, "Oh, okay. Wait, she
- 57:55was telling the truth about something."
- 57:56So this person is telling you that he's
- 57:58safe.
- 57:59So that's the only thing you would have
- 58:00been like.
- 58:03I've even asked y'all or I say y'all
- 58:06again. I mean you're
- 58:08bad.
- 58:08I get it.
- 58:09Hey, hey, please help. Why isn't there a
- 58:12word? Please, please, please. You're not
- 58:14understanding. Like I begged that. I
- 58:17have begged that completely.
- 58:20Like day in and day out.
- 58:24Begged it.
- 58:26magnet to let me.
- 58:27I don't I still don't understand,
- 58:29Laticia. The thing I don't understand is
- 58:31you're a good person.
- 58:34If you're a good person, why would you
- 58:35not trade your life for Ganon?
- 58:37I I do. I want to trade my life for
- 58:39Ganon. But what you have to also
- 58:40understand is not just my life.
- 58:43If it would be just me trade my life for
- 58:45Ganon, I would be totally okay with
- 58:47that.
- 58:47Now, you're talking about more than an
- 58:48individual.
- 58:49No, I'm talking about my I'm talking
- 58:51about other people in the family. I'm
- 58:53talking about
- 58:53No, I'm talking about Sorry. involved in
- 58:56this. You're talking about more than one
- 58:58person because there's no way one person
- 58:59is going to take out multiple people if
- 59:01they talk.
- 59:02I didn't I never said someone was like
- 59:04multiple people. I never said it was
- 59:06any.
- 59:06But how can you be so afraid of one
- 59:08person?
- 59:09Because
- 59:11it's because it because of any actions
- 59:14that could be taken to lead up to why
- 59:18you may know this person or why you
- 59:21might down. Is he law enforcement or
- 59:24something that has more power than you
- 59:25would think?
- 59:27Sir, I want to help, but I need
- 59:30protection.
- 59:31I told you I will give you protection.
- 59:33And I'm saying this with attorneys
- 59:35listening to me say this. They'd be
- 59:37rushing in the room right now saying you
- 59:39can't promise her that. But I can.
- 59:41Okay. Well, who who can who can promise
- 59:44that?
- 59:44Do you want to talk with the district
- 59:46attorney?
- 59:46Sure.
- 59:47Okay. I'll bring her in. Do you need to
- 59:48go to the restroom?
- 59:49No. Okay.
- 1:00:02Hi.
- 1:00:04I'm Ron. I'm with the district
- 1:00:06attorney's office.
- 1:00:08Just so you know, I looked behind there.
- 1:00:10This this place is under construction.
- 1:00:12There's no one back. I can walk you back
- 1:00:13there if you want to look.
- 1:00:15Oh, no. I believe you. I was talking
- 1:00:16about all these people watching.
- 1:00:18Yeah. And Martin's been watching. Yeah,
- 1:00:21I have.
- 1:00:22Yeah. So, John said you wanted to talk
- 1:00:23to me
- 1:00:24about protection.
- 1:00:25So, I I don't have any trust in anyone.
- 1:00:29And obviously, I know I told him that I
- 1:00:31said things to Albert because I was mad
- 1:00:33and upset, whatever. But how do I know
- 1:00:36that
- 1:00:37I'm going to get help? Like, because I
- 1:00:41didn't hurt you, okay, at all. But I
- 1:00:45need the help to figure out
- 1:00:49how how we're going to get to.
- 1:00:51Let me read you what she wrote. Okay.
- 1:00:53Or I'll I'll just show it to you.
- 1:00:54And I wrote Saturday. I probably should.
- 1:00:56You know,
- 1:00:58I had it was Saturday. I had nothing to
- 1:01:00do with this. Check my phone for an app.
- 1:01:02This will explain.
- 1:01:04So, we do have your phone and we have
- 1:01:06gone through like these are keystrokes.
- 1:01:09Right. Right. I'm talking about like
- 1:01:10it's a download apps. Did you have a
- 1:01:13different phone beside the one that was
- 1:01:15in your van?
- 1:01:16H
- 1:01:17Did you have another phone? Like a
- 1:01:19second phone?
- 1:01:20Yeah.
- 1:01:21No, no, no, no. It's the same phone. The
- 1:01:23same.
- 1:01:24No, not the same phone. You guys have
- 1:01:26the the phone. That was just someone
- 1:01:27else's phone.
- 1:01:28Okay.
- 1:01:29Yeah.
- 1:01:29But at this at this time that
- 1:01:32Yeah, I'm saying that's the same the 843
- 1:01:35is the Wi-Fi number.
- 1:01:36But you didn't have a second one that
- 1:01:37this app might be on.
- 1:01:38No, no, no. I only had this phone.
- 1:01:42So,
- 1:01:44and let me explain, Martha. My
- 1:01:46understanding what Leticia is asking is
- 1:01:48how does she know since I've said if
- 1:01:50there's a bad guy or guys out there that
- 1:01:53did this to Ganon that she can tell us
- 1:01:56where these guys are and she's concerned
- 1:01:59for not only her safety but the safety
- 1:02:01of her family,
- 1:02:03right?
- 1:02:04And how can
- 1:02:05he asked me would I trade my life for
- 1:02:06Gammons? And I said yes, but I said it's
- 1:02:09also other people. Like how do I know
- 1:02:11that everyone else
- 1:02:14is not is not going to be like and how
- 1:02:18do I know that you guys aren't just
- 1:02:20trying to be like whatever if I walk you
- 1:02:23through anything or can help you with
- 1:02:24anything? I don't want to be just thrown
- 1:02:26somewhere like being like, "Okay, well,
- 1:02:29you didn't tell me this and I want to be
- 1:02:31able to help you and work together
- 1:02:33because I'm sure you have kids or
- 1:02:35grandkids or whatever." I do. I don't
- 1:02:37want to sound like I'm cold-hearted and
- 1:02:40I'm just tired of being like the person
- 1:02:42chased instead of being able to have
- 1:02:44someone to actually have compassion to
- 1:02:45help me.
- 1:02:48Well, I I was a little bit confused when
- 1:02:50I was watching it because John talked
- 1:02:51about how they're the FBI and they're
- 1:02:54the premier law enforcement agency that
- 1:02:57could protect you, could protect your
- 1:02:59entire family. Um, and they if Gan's
- 1:03:04alive, they
- 1:03:06Okay.
- 1:03:07I can't make you any promises,
- 1:03:09right?
- 1:03:09Um because obviously there's a lot of
- 1:03:13information that you have that we don't.
- 1:03:15Okay.
- 1:03:16So, there aren't any promises. I can't
- 1:03:17come in here and and promise you
- 1:03:19anything regarding the court case or um
- 1:03:22the the arrest warrant or your
- 1:03:24involvement in it.
- 1:03:26Okay?
- 1:03:26But I can tell you what the number one
- 1:03:28priority is,
- 1:03:29right?
- 1:03:29And it's to find Ganon,
- 1:03:30right? And so if you were talking to
- 1:03:34some small law enforcement agency and
- 1:03:37they said, "Sure, we'll protect you." I
- 1:03:38mean, I can see how you would be
- 1:03:40suspicious of that.
- 1:03:42Well, I just You were the lead agency.
- 1:03:44That's why I was asking.
- 1:03:45Yeah. I mean, they're they're the most
- 1:03:46elite agency there is.
- 1:03:48Oh, okay.
- 1:03:48And so, if there was a time for for you
- 1:03:52to feel like that you could protect um
- 1:03:56that recorder, we can
- 1:03:58cuz I know you have yours. That's what
- 1:03:59I'm saying. as a backup.
- 1:04:02So, um I if you want the recording
- 1:04:05turned off, you need to tell us really
- 1:04:07explicitly that that's your choice
- 1:04:09because the recordings um have been put
- 1:04:12into law so that there's not a debate
- 1:04:14where he says you said one thing and you
- 1:04:16said I didn't. Right. So, it's to
- 1:04:18protect the person being interviewed.
- 1:04:20Right. But if it's something that you
- 1:04:22It's not that I'm I'm trying to I just
- 1:04:24don't It's just I wanted to have like a
- 1:04:26conversation with him just him and try
- 1:04:28to explain to him in complete detail
- 1:04:31about everything because I do want this
- 1:04:35I want to help to the next level to find
- 1:04:37out who he is. I really do. You guys
- 1:04:40have looked, you've went to GPS's and
- 1:04:43all this, but you haven't found the end
- 1:04:45because you're coming after me. And I
- 1:04:48understand you're going to say, "Well,
- 1:04:49this is what we have to go on." And I
- 1:04:52respect that totally. But it was the
- 1:04:54first time I ever get to sit down with
- 1:04:55people to actually to say, "Okay, this
- 1:04:59is what happened. This is what I know.
- 1:05:01Please help me." Because then I feel
- 1:05:03like if I don't, cuz see, I easily would
- 1:05:06be like, "Hey, just give me an attorney
- 1:05:07and call it a day." I really want Do you
- 1:05:10think I want to waste time if I got
- 1:05:12resources when that's all I've asked
- 1:05:14for?
- 1:05:15I don't want to waste time.
- 1:05:17and and if there's a chance he can be
- 1:05:19saved, everybody wants that information.
- 1:05:23But the only people who can save him are
- 1:05:25the FBI.
- 1:05:27Um I don't want you to think that this
- 1:05:29is being broadcast to the whole world,
- 1:05:31right?
- 1:05:32You know, there's another DA with me.
- 1:05:33There's no Catholic county person,
- 1:05:35right?
- 1:05:36Um
- 1:05:39and they're the ones what what the
- 1:05:41reason that we do that also is
- 1:05:44I might miss something and I probably
- 1:05:46do. And so then I can go talk to him and
- 1:05:48say, "What am I missing?" And
- 1:05:50Right.
- 1:05:50And then also it protects you because if
- 1:05:53I make a promise that I can't deliver on
- 1:05:54with the FBI, then Martha gets to hear
- 1:05:56it and then she would knock on the door.
- 1:05:58But as soon as I give you information,
- 1:06:00what's going to happen is someone's
- 1:06:01going to say, "Well, you were involved
- 1:06:03with this person. You were cheating with
- 1:06:06this person. You were doing this. I'm
- 1:06:08just giving you scenarios."
- 1:06:09But that's a lot better situation than
- 1:06:11you're in right now.
- 1:06:12But what if I wasn't? That's my thing.
- 1:06:14And that that's where the burden of
- 1:06:15proof I can't I can't depend my life on
- 1:06:18the burden of proof to be involved with
- 1:06:20just someone thinking that I'm just a
- 1:06:23bad person. I did not hurt you. Okay.
- 1:06:28There aren't any promises I can make you
- 1:06:30about you.
- 1:06:32Um
- 1:06:34I I can tell you that we're looking for
- 1:06:36the truth and it seemed to me from
- 1:06:38listening to it that you had
- 1:06:41information.
- 1:06:43Um, but I can't make you any promises.
- 1:06:45But what I'm saying is if you're saying
- 1:06:47to me, I have information, you're going
- 1:06:49to come and say, "Well, you should have
- 1:06:51given this information when I did
- 1:06:53nothing but attack." That's what I'm
- 1:06:54saying. You see what I'm saying?
- 1:06:56You can't armchair quarterback yourself,
- 1:06:58though.
- 1:06:59Do you know what I'm saying? You You
- 1:07:02can't look into the future and say,
- 1:07:03"Well, we're going to say this because
- 1:07:05you said this." If what Mark and I are
- 1:07:08saying are true and that our only focus
- 1:07:10is gaming, we don't care who leads us
- 1:07:13there. We just need Gaming, then you are
- 1:07:16protecting yourself by telling us this.
- 1:07:18If you never give us this information,
- 1:07:20then you don't protect yourself. And
- 1:07:22then we have one person to prosecute for
- 1:07:24Ganon.
- 1:07:25Well, and our focus is who took him and
- 1:07:28who hurt him, not with when people came
- 1:07:32forward with information.
- 1:07:34How do I know that? because that that's
- 1:07:37my that's my biggest thing. I know
- 1:07:39you're saying that, but like whatever I
- 1:07:41can do to help, I can help you. But I'm
- 1:07:44saying how do I know that if let's just
- 1:07:46say is that whatever I tell you a
- 1:07:49specific person. Okay, let's just say
- 1:07:52that. Okay, then my my thing is what you
- 1:07:56your thing is going to be like, well,
- 1:07:58you held this information for me and I'm
- 1:08:00having to utilize my resources.
- 1:08:03Okay. and do all those things not
- 1:08:05understanding that maybe sometimes there
- 1:08:08are people who are afraid of any other
- 1:08:12things going on.
- 1:08:14Uh every day in my work there are people
- 1:08:17who report things later than some people
- 1:08:21think they should every day. Um and we
- 1:08:24try to focus on the violent crime and we
- 1:08:27certainly try to focus on the kids. Um,
- 1:08:30I know that you want assurances and you
- 1:08:33want me to be able to say, you know, I
- 1:08:37will or won't do this. Um, and I can't
- 1:08:40make you promises because I'm in the
- 1:08:41dark, right? It would be foolish for me
- 1:08:44to make you promises, but I have people
- 1:08:47who late report sex assaults all the
- 1:08:50time. We have people who come forward
- 1:08:52years later.
- 1:08:54Our interest is in the truth about the
- 1:08:56crime.
- 1:09:00This is really all conversations I have.
- 1:09:02Um, and I know that you wanted to have a
- 1:09:05frank conversation with them where you
- 1:09:06could really tell them. So, unless you
- 1:09:08need me on, I'm going to step out.
- 1:09:10Okay. But you're still going back in the
- 1:09:12room.
- 1:09:13Unless it turn. Yes. Yes. We'll turn it
- 1:09:16off.
- 1:09:17Um, how do I know that?
- 1:09:19Not that I don't want you to know
- 1:09:20anything. I want to be able to like
- 1:09:22really talk to him and just know that I
- 1:09:25can sincerely see in your heart you're
- 1:09:26going to help me.
- 1:09:28I can bring you back there and you can
- 1:09:30see us turn it off, but the truth is I
- 1:09:32could just turn it back on again.
- 1:09:33I know.
- 1:09:34I mean, there's a point where no one can
- 1:09:36verify everything you want.
- 1:09:38Well, plus that's her life. She has to
- 1:09:40tell the truth just like I to you when
- 1:09:42you don't want her to listen to you. You
- 1:09:43kind of have to look at logic here.
- 1:09:45Okay.
- 1:09:46I don't think Martha would throw away.
- 1:09:47No, I don't and I don't want you to
- 1:09:48know. I want you to have all the
- 1:09:50information.
- 1:09:51That's it.
- 1:09:51So, are you okay with the recording
- 1:09:53continuing? We just won't be monitoring
- 1:09:55it.
- 1:09:56No, I He said that when
- 1:09:57you want it to turn off.
- 1:09:58He said I could just talk to him.
- 1:10:00Okay. Um, so we're just going to turn
- 1:10:02off the recording and that's your
- 1:10:03choice. That's what you want, right?
- 1:10:05Yes.
- 1:10:05Um, and so he controls the turning it
- 1:10:07off from here or are they?
- 1:10:09No, you'll have to ask someone.
- 1:10:11And so it's it's just going to get
- 1:10:13turned off.
- 1:10:14Okay. And then once it's done, then I'll
- 1:10:16come back up and we'll turn it back on
- 1:10:18and it'll it'll be a conversation
- 1:10:20between the two of you and it'll be like
- 1:10:22the way um law enforcement.
- 1:10:24All right. Anything else for me?
- 1:10:25No.
- 1:10:26I'm going to go get them. Turn it off.
- 1:10:29I know that they're not.
- 1:10:31[Music]
- 1:10:32No, it's fine. I just
- 1:10:34It's not that I don't want them to know
- 1:10:36anything. I just don't want it. Like I
- 1:10:38know that people are leaking information
- 1:10:40from
- 1:10:40That's not going to happen. That doesn't
- 1:10:42do us any good from El Paso.
- 1:10:45Mhm.
- 1:10:46The sheriff's office.
- 1:10:47Mhm.
- 1:10:49Yeah. That's why I've had this hard time
- 1:10:51with like trusting anybody. I actually
- 1:10:54was trying to reach out to that uh
- 1:10:56barber lady. You know Barbara?
- 1:10:59Amber?
- 1:10:59No. Who's Barber?
- 1:11:01Who's Barber?
- 1:11:02She was like another like an FBI lady I
- 1:11:04was actually going to talk to today.
- 1:11:06Yes.
- 1:11:07Okay. So apparently this recording runs
- 1:11:1124/7 so it can't be turned off.
- 1:11:13Okay.
- 1:11:14Um but the other FBI agents um also they
- 1:11:18have a a protocol where there has to be
- 1:11:20another person for security. Those are
- 1:11:21the choices we have. But we can move you
- 1:11:24to another room that's not being
- 1:11:25recorded if that's something that you
- 1:11:26want.
- 1:11:27Okay.
- 1:11:28But another FBI agent another agent in
- 1:11:31the room.
- 1:11:31Okay. Is it I mean someone you know
- 1:11:35you don't know.
- 1:11:38Yeah, unless they're from a different
- 1:11:39office and even then I've met most of
- 1:11:41the ones from Middle Beach.
- 1:11:42Okay,
- 1:11:44work. Um, so let me They'll go set up a
- 1:11:47room someplace else. Um, and then we'll
- 1:11:49do it. It'll be the two FBI agents and
- 1:11:51you and the recording speech. Okay.
- 1:11:53Okay.
- 1:11:55Did Did she set up?
- 1:11:58It's pretty incredible.
- 1:12:01It's not that I don't want them to have
- 1:12:02the vision. I want to be able to like
- 1:12:04really get your help and you tell me
- 1:12:06that what what steps can we take or what
- 1:12:09steps can you take I guess cuz you said
- 1:12:11you have an ability to to do resources
- 1:12:14or or whatever.
- 1:12:15We find people all over the world. I'm
- 1:12:17finding a guy right now who changed his
- 1:12:19identity and went to Russia.
- 1:12:21Wow.
- 1:12:22Yeah. I just so you know if you look on
- 1:12:24that paper I did look that up only cuz I
- 1:12:26was just wondering like if you could
- 1:12:28because I wanted to know like if someone
- 1:12:31with whatever how could you tell really
- 1:12:33quickly find them out
- 1:12:35before we do all this stuff I've never
- 1:12:37seen and not to say it hasn't happened
- 1:12:40someone take a kid and not ask for
- 1:12:43ransom
- 1:12:44and the kid be okay.
- 1:12:46No I did I sent into the FBI those
- 1:12:48messages that you guys had on my phone.
- 1:12:52Yes.
- 1:12:53Did you Did you get those?
- 1:12:55I think you sent it to the FBI.
- 1:12:59I Whatever that email address is. I
- 1:13:01think it's that Barbara something. I I
- 1:13:03want to tell you what the name is. I
- 1:13:04think it's Barbara. So like
- 1:13:07Barbara from the FBI.
- 1:13:08Yeah. 720 number and I feel like her
- 1:13:11name's Barbara.
- 1:13:15And my friend Amy has been talking to
- 1:13:17her a lot.
- 1:13:19Are you sure she's from the FBI? Our
- 1:13:22numbers are all 303.
- 1:13:23No, this is a 720 number.
- 1:13:27She's not FBI. Barber.
- 1:13:30Wow. I I can tell you the number. It's
- 1:13:33in the other phone. But yeah, Barber
- 1:13:35something and 720 is the first three
- 1:13:37digits.
- 1:13:39Yeah. Well, she's not working this case
- 1:13:41cuz I would know it.
- 1:13:44I'm the lead FDI agent working.
- 1:13:45Right. I know. This is
- 1:13:47How did you get in touch with Barbara?
- 1:13:49My friend Amy, she called my friend Amy
- 1:13:52and was like asking questions because I
- 1:13:54guess originally people wanted to know
- 1:13:56flight again and it came like with me or
- 1:13:58something and uh my friend Amy gave me
- 1:14:01the information which was this I think
- 1:14:03it was a 720 number and anything I found
- 1:14:07like the Snapchat I sent over to this
- 1:14:10lady like to whatever this number was I
- 1:14:12sent to it.
- 1:14:17They've ever made it to us.
- 1:14:20So you there's no one named Barbara.
- 1:14:22No, we have a we have a Barbara. There's
- 1:14:24Barbara.
- 1:14:25Tell her that she's not she doesn't even
- 1:14:28work these sort of crimes.
- 1:14:30Yeah. No, this is a Barbara and this was
- 1:14:32720 number. And if I had the other
- 1:14:33phone, I can tell you exactly what the
- 1:14:34number was.
- 1:14:35When did you send this to me?
- 1:14:37This would have been like Okay. So then
- 1:14:39this happened three days ago. Um, and
- 1:14:42then it happened February 5th, I think.
- 1:14:47So, what happened was I got all the
- 1:14:49messages when I logged back in for my
- 1:14:51ICO. I got all the messages that were
- 1:14:55like just sitting there. And so, I took
- 1:14:58that message and I forwarded to like I
- 1:15:01sent it to people and I sent it to
- 1:15:03Albert and I said, "Hey," I said, "Can
- 1:15:05you get someone to like look into this?"
- 1:15:07I said it could be just people, you
- 1:15:09know, sending random messages or it
- 1:15:12could be creepers, you know, like people
- 1:15:14whatever being stupid or it could be
- 1:15:16just in general, you know, um the actual
- 1:15:21person and so no one ever said anything
- 1:15:24to me about it. Then I get the Snapchat.
- 1:15:26Okay. So that
- 1:15:27Let me let me interrupt you for a
- 1:15:29second.
- 1:15:32Now you see there's an 11year-old kid
- 1:15:34again. We have to go back there.
- 1:15:3611-year-old kid injuries in the house.
- 1:15:40Now we know that
- 1:15:42taken
- 1:15:44and you don't come to law enforcement
- 1:15:46for 30 years.
- 1:15:47This was this was a law enforcement
- 1:15:48person Barbara. I mean, how did you get
- 1:15:51him from except through your friend? You
- 1:15:53had Amber from the FBI,
- 1:15:55right? But she said that she worked with
- 1:15:57the FBI and she was going to send
- 1:15:59information. She said that she worked
- 1:16:00with Amber. I assure you if you call
- 1:16:03Amy, you could get the number from her
- 1:16:05to find out what what barber who who the
- 1:16:07barber lady was. And she was actually
- 1:16:10emailing her today.
- 1:16:11But but if you told them back then and
- 1:16:14you trusted them with that information,
- 1:16:17this is why I
- 1:16:19Why are you not today? When when I
- 1:16:21because no one has helped. I tried since
- 1:16:23February 5th the 5th. Today's March.
- 1:16:28That's why you see I had such a problem
- 1:16:30with trust is because
- 1:16:32I was there when you were talking to
- 1:16:33Amber though that was your chance to
- 1:16:36Amber.
- 1:16:36Yeah, that's a legit FBI.
- 1:16:38So then is that what happened when I was
- 1:16:40talking to Amber? I got a message back
- 1:16:42from the attorney who said not to talk
- 1:16:44to you guys because you guys a weren't
- 1:16:46lead agency or something like that and
- 1:16:48then b not to say anything else unless
- 1:16:50he was present. That was when I was
- 1:16:53trying to talk to Amber.
- 1:16:54But why wasn't that with Barbara then?
- 1:16:56because I gave it to my friend Amy who
- 1:16:58was had this relationship with Barbara
- 1:17:00like trying to check on her.
- 1:17:02See, and I've again this sounds like a
- 1:17:04lot of your calls
- 1:17:06to where you're you're pointing fingers
- 1:17:07in different directions but never giving
- 1:17:10specific things.
- 1:17:11Right. I did
- 1:17:12right now. I mean, if Ganon is somewhere
- 1:17:15and you can get us there and they he
- 1:17:18sent proof of life or a picture of Ganon
- 1:17:20or whatever else,
- 1:17:22it makes no sense for someone for some
- 1:17:24man to have an 11year-old child
- 1:17:26that it wasn't that. It was because we
- 1:17:29thought it was someone playing games and
- 1:17:31if someone was playing games, we were
- 1:17:33trying to say that that person would
- 1:17:35have been like like obstructing or
- 1:17:38whatever. That was the whole point. Not
- 1:17:40some somebody had him and they were
- 1:17:42like, here, come get. My point was it
- 1:17:44was that we thought it was someone, hey,
- 1:17:46here's someone playing games. Could you
- 1:17:48find out who this person is?
- 1:17:49Yeah. But do you see where that's going?
- 1:17:50And all your talks with Al, those are
- 1:17:52distractions. Those take up time.
- 1:17:55Yeah.
- 1:17:55And Ganon's over here somewhere.
- 1:17:58Yeah.
- 1:17:58And you were misleading law enforcement.
- 1:18:01No, I didn't mislead them.
- 1:18:02No. Well, you're misleading anybody who
- 1:18:04would report to us.
- 1:18:05No, I didn't mislead any of them. Who
- 1:18:08who did I mislead
- 1:18:09with all these other stories?
- 1:18:10That was to Albert. I wasn't misleading
- 1:18:12wrong.
- 1:18:12But you knew we were in the room because
- 1:18:14Yeah. Because And I that's I wouldn't
- 1:18:16have said stuff like that if I was
- 1:18:18trying to mislead. I was just being
- 1:18:19whatever to Albert because he was making
- 1:18:21me upset. That's all.
- 1:18:22The dad of a kid who's can't is not
- 1:18:25finding his son
- 1:18:26because I'm also the stepmother who
- 1:18:30helped him get the kids and he wouldn't
- 1:18:31have gotten them without me. So yes,
- 1:18:34she wouldn't have. You're willing to do
- 1:18:36that to Al, though.
- 1:18:38No, I already had apologized to him and
- 1:18:40said that was awful to say that to him
- 1:18:42out of anger. I had already done that.
- 1:18:44But before we kick this thing in motion
- 1:18:47about all this protection and whatever,
- 1:18:52why haven't you said one thing though
- 1:18:54today? How in the world would he suffer
- 1:18:56a head wound on Saturday that requires
- 1:18:58I didn't say it was a head wound that
- 1:19:00required? I said the head thing you're
- 1:19:01talking about when I said something to
- 1:19:03Albert. So the head thing you're talking
- 1:19:05about,
- 1:19:08that's what I think.
- 1:19:08So the bike accident thing
- 1:19:10you already trying the bike accident.
- 1:19:12No, the head thing talking to Albert.
- 1:19:15Never mind. I'll just I'll just wait
- 1:19:17until you are ready to talk to me with
- 1:19:19from beginning uh to the end cuz I
- 1:19:22already said that that is completely
- 1:19:24irrelevant to anything that what you're
- 1:19:26talking about. Completely relevant.
- 1:19:29I told Albert something else that was
- 1:19:32just stories just to be whatever to him
- 1:19:35and it was wrong and I already had
- 1:19:36apologized.
- 1:19:37So the things that you told Albert were
- 1:19:40that he was peeling these burns. Was
- 1:19:43that happening?
- 1:19:43I'm not going to answer any more
- 1:19:45questions because you're asking me about
- 1:19:47things telling Albert out of being
- 1:19:49upset. There was nothing happening that
- 1:19:52I was telling Albert. Nothing. It was
- 1:19:55literally just saying that to Albert
- 1:19:57because I was upset. for him not
- 1:19:59standing by me and like figuring this
- 1:20:01out. This had nothing to do with me
- 1:20:03wanting to purposely do whatever or tell
- 1:20:06you guys anything. That was not what it
- 1:20:08was.
- 1:20:09It was me being upset with
- 1:20:11Let me go back to
- 1:20:14a kid missing is about as bad as it
- 1:20:17gets.
- 1:20:17Oh yeah.
- 1:20:18I had a bank robbery 15 years ago to
- 1:20:22where a female went in the bank. She
- 1:20:24robbed the bank. She got the money. She
- 1:20:28came back to the car and she drove away.
- 1:20:32She was prosecuted for that. There were
- 1:20:34guys in her car with guns.
- 1:20:37Okay. But what did she could have gone
- 1:20:39into the bank said, "Lock those doors.
- 1:20:41Those guys are making me do this."
- 1:20:43Right.
- 1:20:44Yeah. Yours is now we have 30ome days of
- 1:20:48canon missing. And you haven't talked to
- 1:20:50one law enforcement officer to say, "I
- 1:20:53know where he is and he's safe." I never
- 1:20:55I never did not try to talk to you guys.
- 1:20:58I never did not. No one ever when I felt
- 1:21:02like I was be getting like completely
- 1:21:04like bam bam bam bombarded by the El
- 1:21:07Paso. That's no one ever reached out to
- 1:21:10me from FBI to like have a conversation
- 1:21:12like you did. No one. No one never did.
- 1:21:15And you don't feel comfortable talking
- 1:21:16to El Paso? Why?
- 1:21:19It's not that I don't feel comfortable
- 1:21:20talking to them. I just feel like from
- 1:21:23point A to point B they have taken this
- 1:21:27approach and like you made even a
- 1:21:28comment about something about Palmer
- 1:21:30Lake and all the about this
- 1:21:33right
- 1:21:33because that's that's the approach that
- 1:21:35they taken as if it's just a person who
- 1:21:38is not alive and that bothers me because
- 1:21:41I don't want
- 1:21:43well we we're actually the ones we're
- 1:21:45the ones that told them that and that's
- 1:21:47statistically true. what you
- 1:21:49statistically tell him what
- 1:21:51from Ganon's age
- 1:21:53and from the amount of time that he's
- 1:21:55been missing he is most likely dead
- 1:21:57but what I'm saying is as a parent is
- 1:22:00that maybe because you're like used to
- 1:22:04saying that or something but is that
- 1:22:06something like as a parent you would
- 1:22:08want to hear
- 1:22:09no but would you rather hear a lie would
- 1:22:12you rather hear statistically he's
- 1:22:14probably alive when it's about a I would
- 1:22:17say it's less than a 1% chance at this
- 1:22:19point.
- 1:22:20But why
- 1:22:20him being 11,
- 1:22:22they would have asked for something if
- 1:22:23But why
- 1:22:24kidnappings don't happen without a
- 1:22:26demand or without it being a parental
- 1:22:29deal?
- 1:22:30Parental deal or a demand?
- 1:22:32So you're saying that nothing else,
- 1:22:34nobody intervenes ever,
- 1:22:36ever.
- 1:22:36I've seen one other time, and again,
- 1:22:38I've worked violent crime in Denver for
- 1:22:4020 years, a little over,
- 1:22:42and I saw one kid wander down the
- 1:22:44street. He had autism,
- 1:22:45and this was up in Brighton. and a guy
- 1:22:48took him in the house. He had him for a
- 1:22:51day. The guy was mentally disabled as
- 1:22:53well. So, we had two things happening at
- 1:22:55once. We had a kid with autism who just
- 1:22:58started wandering. And then we had a
- 1:23:00developmentally delayed adult who was
- 1:23:02just playing video games with him for 24
- 1:23:04hours.
- 1:23:06But we ended up the public said there
- 1:23:09and I remember knocking on the door. He
- 1:23:10had made little blankets for the kid in
- 1:23:12there. The kid was playing video games
- 1:23:14and nothing bad had happened.
- 1:23:16That's the exception.
- 1:23:17I've been to where kids have been
- 1:23:19dismembered. 10 year olds.
- 1:23:20That's awful.
- 1:23:22And from the blood in the house. That's
- 1:23:24what I'm thinking happened. I'm not
- 1:23:25saying he just got dismembered in the
- 1:23:27house,
- 1:23:28but there's enough blood in there
- 1:23:29that we don't think he survived.
- 1:23:33How could you have like possibly
- 1:23:38say that when you clearly began walking
- 1:23:43leaving on Monday?
- 1:23:46That's see that's
- 1:23:48leaving on Monday at 10. Yes.
- 1:23:50Right.
- 1:23:51Correct.
- 1:23:52Right.
- 1:23:54Walking. Okay.
- 1:23:56But he comes back
- 1:23:57walking.
- 1:23:58Correct.
- 1:23:59Okay. Walking.
- 1:24:00Not walking. Well,
- 1:24:01totally fine. Still the current walk
- 1:24:04with like this. Yes. Okay.
- 1:24:07Yeah. But he's back at two.
- 1:24:09Back at two.
- 1:24:10Mhm.
- 1:24:12Okay.
- 1:24:15Okay. If that's if that's what you say,
- 1:24:18then I'm just then this whole thing is
- 1:24:20like even pointless to even say anything
- 1:24:23because if you're saying it back at two,
- 1:24:26but then you're also saying something
- 1:24:28about going legs and here and there and
- 1:24:31whatever and it's like none of it is
- 1:24:33even making sense. It doesn't even make
- 1:24:35sense. So between the two two Petco
- 1:24:38trips is when he disappeared then to
- 1:24:41it doesn't make sense to me
- 1:24:44to say
- 1:24:45so let me tell you
- 1:24:49I've been working for 14 years with a
- 1:24:52guy named Scott Kimble. He's our
- 1:24:53informant that went around killing the
- 1:24:55girls. You remember me telling you about
- 1:24:56him before?
- 1:24:58Oh yeah.
- 1:24:58When we first started.
- 1:24:59Yeah.
- 1:25:00Not our best day because I have dads out
- 1:25:02there who still wonder if their
- 1:25:04daughters are alive.
- 1:25:04Mhm. Scott taught me one thing very
- 1:25:07well. There's only two people that can
- 1:25:09tell a story when someone either goes
- 1:25:11missing because one of one of these
- 1:25:13girls, Jennifer,
- 1:25:15she's still missing. Like I said, we
- 1:25:16we're pretty sure she's dead because
- 1:25:18it's been 14 years since anybody's seen
- 1:25:20her.
- 1:25:21But Scott told me, John, only two guys,
- 1:25:25only two people can testify to what me
- 1:25:27happened between me and Jennifer. And
- 1:25:29that's me and that's Jennifer. And
- 1:25:32you're never going to find her. He said
- 1:25:34that to you.
- 1:25:35He did.
- 1:25:35Wow.
- 1:25:37So, I've got to answer to his dad for
- 1:25:40the rest of my life. And I'll probably
- 1:25:41be answering to his dad after I retire
- 1:25:44because dad has my cell phone. Dad calls
- 1:25:47me on her birthday on the day she went
- 1:25:49missing on Father's Day.
- 1:25:50How was he able to say that to you? I
- 1:25:53guess
- 1:25:53because he's like there's no other
- 1:25:55witnesses. So when when I take a guess
- 1:25:58and that's a guess that he came back
- 1:26:00home,
- 1:26:01that's because people that looked on the
- 1:26:02video said he probably did or you know
- 1:26:05I don't have the information you have.
- 1:26:07And I hear you do that to Al.
- 1:26:09Mhm.
- 1:26:10By saying, "Oh, so that's what you
- 1:26:11think." Well, none of us know. You know,
- 1:26:14because I have to be that way. If I
- 1:26:16don't be that way, then no one's going
- 1:26:18to help me. If I don't I didn't hurt
- 1:26:21Ganon. I didn't
- 1:26:22That's fine. But right now, you're the
- 1:26:23only one that was with me. But I didn't
- 1:26:25hurt Ganon.
- 1:26:26But how are you going to get past these
- 1:26:29charges without help?
- 1:26:32How does that work when
- 1:26:33without help?
- 1:26:34Without you telling me. Like again, it'd
- 1:26:38be like someone I told you the story
- 1:26:39about Jennifer. If somebody knew where
- 1:26:41Jennifer was.
- 1:26:42Uhhuh.
- 1:26:42And they're not telling me or Bob
- 1:26:44Markhamm that
- 1:26:44I didn't say I knew where Danny was.
- 1:26:47You said you know he's okay.
- 1:26:49No. I said, "As a parent, I'm never
- 1:26:51going to sit here and say look at you
- 1:26:53and say he's not okay. That's not what
- 1:26:56I'm going to do because I didn't do
- 1:26:58this." So why would I look at you and
- 1:27:01say that like I'm dead looking at you in
- 1:27:03the eye saying I would never as a parent
- 1:27:06say that. No way could I ever say that
- 1:27:10because I love Ganon.
- 1:27:12I did not hurt Ganon. Okay,
- 1:27:15I told you where most of these happen.
- 1:27:17They happen in the house with parents
- 1:27:19who love their parents.
- 1:27:19I get what you're saying. Okay. I
- 1:27:22understand. I appreciate what you're
- 1:27:24saying. I appreciate all the work and
- 1:27:27time and dedication you put into all of
- 1:27:29these things to have those statistics,
- 1:27:32but I am not the one.
- 1:27:34But then if you're not the one,
- 1:27:35not the one,
- 1:27:36you're you're going So, do you know what
- 1:27:38happens from here?
- 1:27:39What?
- 1:27:39You go to a local holding cell. Okay.
- 1:27:41They hold you for 24 hours up to 2 weeks
- 1:27:45until you get extradited back to
- 1:27:46Colorado.
- 1:27:47Okay.
- 1:27:48You're in jail, Leticia.
- 1:27:51And unless you tell me that somebody
- 1:27:53else did this, you're the only one that
- 1:27:55did.
- 1:27:55No, I didn't do it.
- 1:27:57But I'm telling you,
- 1:27:58but I didn't.
- 1:27:59But that's what would be horrible is if
- 1:28:01someone else did this and you're going
- 1:28:03to let them skate because you're scared.
- 1:28:05You're not letting someone skate if
- 1:28:07What could you possibly be scared of at
- 1:28:09this point? I'm not letting Do you think
- 1:28:11I would sit here and let someone skate
- 1:28:12if I could take you directly to the
- 1:28:14person right now? Why do you think I
- 1:28:16would need resources?
- 1:28:18You don't need resource right now. What
- 1:28:20you need is
- 1:28:22if someone took my son.
- 1:28:24Yeah.
- 1:28:25And I know who it is. Am I going to go
- 1:28:29to jail for the rest of my life because
- 1:28:30someone else took my son?
- 1:28:32No. Absolutely not.
- 1:28:32No. Then would I be afraid of my own
- 1:28:35protection going to jail when I could be
- 1:28:38free and that person could go to jail?
- 1:28:40That doesn't
- 1:28:41she just sit there, even if I walked you
- 1:28:43to the person, she just sat there and
- 1:28:44said, "Oh, I can't make any promises.
- 1:28:47I can't make promises. Which is better?
- 1:28:49To go to jail for the rest of your life
- 1:28:51and and hope that we find the person or
- 1:28:53to point us to a person? If I'm in your
- 1:28:56position, it makes no sense,
- 1:28:57right?
- 1:28:59Well, what could you be scared of at
- 1:29:01this point? reprisals.
- 1:29:03No. Uh the fact that I'm you don't have
- 1:29:08apparently you would have found some of
- 1:29:09this already if you would have had the
- 1:29:11resources. That's what scares me.
- 1:29:14Found some of what?
- 1:29:15Anything that would have led you to
- 1:29:17think whatever.
- 1:29:18No, that doesn't make sense. Again,
- 1:29:21sir, it does. Or why' you say James?
- 1:29:24John.
- 1:29:24John. John starts with a J. That's fine.
- 1:29:26I'm not offended.
- 1:29:28Leticia, your story makes no sense. And
- 1:29:30what it goes back to now Okay.
- 1:29:31Is that you can't take responsibility
- 1:29:33for what happened to Ganon?
- 1:29:35I didn't do anything to gain, sir.
- 1:29:36You can't insert someone else in here
- 1:29:38unless you're going to tell me who it
- 1:29:39is.
- 1:29:39Hey, I didn't do anything to Ganon, sir.
- 1:29:42That's fine.
- 1:29:44But then you would tell me who it is if
- 1:29:45you give it to someone else.
- 1:29:46Did you do anything to Ganon, sir?
- 1:29:48Did he do it to himself?
- 1:29:49Okay.
- 1:29:50I didn't do anything.
- 1:29:51I'm not asking you if you did. I'm
- 1:29:53asking you to did Ganon do it to
- 1:29:55himself.
- 1:29:57Do what to himself? the head injury, the
- 1:29:59neck injury, whatever that was that
- 1:30:01caused that pool of blood down by the
- 1:30:03bottom of its bed. You know that the
- 1:30:06sheets and all that stuff, the blood
- 1:30:07seeps down in
- 1:30:09and what now?
- 1:30:10The blood seeps down that through that
- 1:30:12corner
- 1:30:14sheets
- 1:30:14through the sheets into the mattress.
- 1:30:18I have no idea what you're even talking
- 1:30:19about.
- 1:30:20You cleaned it up off the wall.
- 1:30:22So, wait, wait, wait.
- 1:30:24There's Do you know where the head of
- 1:30:26his bed was? I don't I don't know
- 1:30:27anything about blood and sheets. Okay. I
- 1:30:30did not take any sheets and clean up.
- 1:30:32You told out on the phone you cleaned up
- 1:30:34the wall.
- 1:30:37The room is ready.
- 1:30:40Okay.
- 1:30:48Thank you for watching. The next part of
- 1:30:50this series should be right here for you
- 1:30:51and we will see you in the next one.
