- 0:31day? I'll tell you about my day, morning
- 0:35to
- 0:36night. Listen and see if your day is the
- 0:43same. Talking about daily
- 0:47life. Every day I do many
- 0:51things. In the morning, I wake up at
- 0:537:00.
- 0:56I brush my teeth and wash my
- 0:59face. Then I have
- 1:02breakfast. I usually eat toast and eggs.
- 1:06I drink a cup of
- 1:09coffee. After breakfast, I start
- 1:12work. I work on my computer at
- 1:16home. Sometimes I go outside for a short
- 1:20walk. At 12:00, I eat lunch.
- 1:24I like rice and
- 1:27vegetables. In the afternoon, I read or
- 1:31study. Sometimes I listen to
- 1:34English. In the evening, I cook
- 1:38dinner. After dinner, I watch a video or
- 1:41read a
- 1:42book. At 10:00, I go to bed. This is my
- 1:47day. What about you?
- 1:53Do you want to learn English but feel
- 1:55too
- 1:56busy? Don't worry, you can use your
- 1:59daily life to practice
- 2:01English. I'll show you how I learn
- 2:03English in small, easy ways every
- 2:07day. Let's make English part of your
- 2:12life. Every day I try to learn
- 2:16English. I don't study for many hours. I
- 2:20study a little every
- 2:22day. In the morning, I listen to English
- 2:25while I drink my
- 2:28coffee. I listen to easy English
- 2:31podcasts or
- 2:33videos. This helps me learn new
- 2:37words. In the afternoon, I read
- 2:40something in
- 2:41English. I read short stories or easy
- 2:45news. Just 10 or 15 minutes.
- 2:49At night, I write in my
- 2:52notebook. I write simple sentences in
- 2:56English. For example, today I went to
- 3:00the park. It was sunny. I felt
- 3:04happy. Writing helps me remember new
- 3:07words. I also speak a little English
- 3:10every
- 3:11day. Sometimes I talk to myself in
- 3:14English.
- 3:16I say I am making tea now or I am
- 3:19cleaning my
- 3:21room. It feels funny but it helps me
- 3:24practice. I try to use English in my
- 3:27daily life even just a
- 3:30little. You don't need to study for
- 3:33hours. Just do a little every
- 3:36day. That's the best way to learn.
- 3:42Hey, I want to tell you something
- 3:45important. Learning English is not easy
- 3:49and that's
- 3:51okay. Maybe you feel shy when you

- 4:03mistake?" Don't worry. It's okay to make
- 4:06mistakes.

- 4:13speakers. Maybe you feel sad when you

- 5:47more. Tip number two, speak a little
- 5:50English every
- 5:52day. You can talk to yourself. Yes,
- 5:56really.
- 5:58Say simple things like I am cooking
- 6:00dinner or it's a nice

- 6:38month. These three tips are easy, but
