Learn to Think in Frequencies, and Reality Will Be Yours (Full Explanation) — Transcript

- 0:00Much of the reality you live in today
- 0:02was created by a frequency you never
- 0:04consciously chose. An old hermetic
- 0:06principle [music] set down in 1908 in
- 0:08the Cabalian explains how this is
- 0:10possible. The all is mind and the
- 0:13[music] universe is mental. If reality
- 0:15begins in mind, then the state you
- 0:16sustain inside is already your part in
- 0:19its creation. [music] Horatio W.
- 0:21Dresser, one of the early voices of new
- 0:23thought, wrote in 1895 that the mind
- 0:25shapes the conduct and draws to itself
- 0:28whatever corresponds to the thought.
- 0:30Most people try to change their reality
- 0:31by fighting their circumstances. This
- 0:34essay follows the opposite path. How
- 0:36your identity forms the frequency you
- 0:37live from, how that frequency meets the
- 0:40possibilities that answer it, and why
- 0:41the new state has to be lived before
- 0:43anything outside confirms it. Which
- 0:45frequency is creating your life right
- 0:47now?
- 1:02The Cabalion was published in 1908 by
- 1:06authors who signed only as the three
- 1:08initiates.
- 1:10The book brings together seven
- 1:12principles attributed to the hermetic
- 1:14tradition, the body of teachings
- 1:16associated with Hermes Tismagistus,
- 1:19a legendary sage regarded as the master
- 1:22of hidden wisdom. The first of these
- 1:25principles is mentalism. Its formulation
- 1:28is short. The all is mind and the
- 1:31universe is mental. To understand it, it
- 1:35helps to begin with the word all. It
- 1:38names the fundamental reality from which
- 1:40each thing receives [music] its
- 1:42existence. What spiritual traditions
- 1:44call God, source or universal mind. The
- 1:49all then is the common origin of
- 1:52everything that exists. And each
- 1:54particular thing, [music] a stone, a
- 1:57tree or a person is an expression of
- 2:00that origin. Consciousness is that in
- 2:03you which perceives, thinks and feels
- 2:07the capacity to know that something
- 2:09[music] is happening. To say that the
- 2:11universe is mental is to say that
- 2:13fundamental reality [music] has this
- 2:15same nature. The nature of a
- 2:17consciousness. The world you see with
- 2:20its shapes, [music] distances, and
- 2:23events exists within this mind.
- 2:26Common habit assumes that matter comes
- 2:28first and that consciousness appears
- 2:30later inside bodies and brains.
- 2:34Mentalism reverses that order.
- 2:36Consciousness comes first and matter
- 2:39appears within it. If everything exists
- 2:41in the universal mind, your individual
- 2:44mind exists in [music] it too. You are a
- 2:47particular expression of this
- 2:48consciousness with a body, a history and
- 2:52thoughts and feelings of your own. And
- 2:54that particularity is real. At the same
- 2:57time, your mind is made of the same
- 3:00substance as the world. This is what
- 3:03spiritual language calls oneness. Each
- 3:05person belongs to the same fundamental
- 3:08reality that sustains everything else.
- 3:11That is why mentalism can speak of
- 3:13participation.
- 3:15Because your mind and the world are made
- 3:17of the same mental substance, what you
- 3:19think and feel is of the same [music]
- 3:21nature as what shapes the events around
- 3:23you. And so it plays a part in them. The
- 3:27reality you perceive is then a
- 3:29projection of the mind with a capital M
- 3:32which is the all and not of your mind
- 3:34alone. Your personal mind alone does not
- 3:38sustain the world.
- 3:39>> [music]
- 3:39>> It is part of the mind that sustains it.
- 3:42And it is because you are part of that
- 3:44mind that you can create. When you
- 3:47think, feel, and imagine, you are using
- 3:50the same nature the whole of reality is
- 3:52made of on a human scale [music] within
- 3:55a particular life. Horatio W. Dresser,
- 3:59one of the early voices of new thought,
- 4:01wrote in the same direction.
- 4:04New thought was an American spiritual
- 4:06movement of the late 19th century that
- 4:09saw the mind as a participant in a
- 4:11person's health and in the circumstances
- 4:14of life. The movement summed up its
- 4:17conviction in one sentence. What we
- 4:20believe that we [music] create. In the
- 4:23power of silence from 1895,
- 4:26Dresser describes the divine life as
- 4:29immen and [music] omnipresent.
- 4:32It does not need to be sought anywhere
- 4:34else because it is already present in
- 4:37the very soul that seeks [music] help
- 4:39and he calls it the indwelling life.
- 4:43Dresser's sentence about the mind that
- 4:45draws to itself whatever corresponds to
- 4:48the thought [music] speaks of this mind
- 4:51a mind rooted in a life greater than the
- 4:54person and for that reason able to take
- 4:57part in what that life produces.
- 5:00If consciousness gives shape to
- 5:02experience, [music]
- 5:03the thoughts and feelings you hold help
- 5:06shape what you live. That is why your
- 5:08inner state, the set of thoughts and
- 5:11feelings you sustain, [music]
- 5:12holds a central place in creation.
- 5:15The world you meet today is an
- 5:18expression of this process. It shows
- 5:20what has already taken shape. For
- 5:23mentalism, what you see in a situation
- 5:26shows what exists now and other
- 5:28possibilities remain available [music]
- 5:30in the same mind that gave it shape.
- 5:33Because other possibilities remain
- 5:35available, you can conceive of what you
- 5:37want to achieve before you find it
- 5:39already made. First, you imagine a
- 5:42possibility. Then, you experience the
- 5:45state it awakens, the confidence and
- 5:47calm that would belong to someone
- 5:50already living it. Next, you look for
- 5:53ways to return to that state throughout
- 5:55your days. Imagination brings your
- 5:57consciousness closer to a possibility
- 5:59that exists in the universal mind and
- 6:02has not yet taken form in the visible
- 6:05world. Spiritual practice brings you
- 6:07even closer to that possibility [music]
- 6:10because it strengthens your trust in
- 6:12your connection with the origin of life,
- 6:14which is the same origin as what you
- 6:16desire. Thinking in frequencies begins
- 6:19with this relationship between
- 6:21consciousness and creation.
- 6:23Frequency is the inner state from which
- 6:26you help create reality [music] and draw
- 6:28closer to the possibilities it holds. By
- 6:31caring for that state, you are already
- 6:34creating because your mind belongs to
- 6:36the same origin that gives shape to the
- 6:38world. Transformation can begin within
- 6:41before it depends on any outer change.
- 6:44What remains is to understand how an
- 6:46inner state relates to [music] what
- 6:48comes to you. And that relationship is
- 6:50called resonance.
- 6:55In physics, frequency is the number of
- 6:57times an oscillation repeats in a given
- 7:00interval of time. A guitar string that
- 7:03vibrates more times per second [music]
- 7:05produces a higher note. And the unit
- 7:08that measures those cycles is called the
- 7:10hertz. What matters here is the idea of
- 7:13repetition. A frequency is a pattern
- 7:16that holds and it is precisely because
- 7:18it holds that it can be recognized. A
- 7:22single vibration passes. A vibration
- 7:25that repeats defines a sound. [music] In
- 7:27the inner life, the word describes
- 7:30something similar. Your frequency is the
- 7:32pattern of thoughts and emotions you
- 7:34sustain over time. A passing emotion
- 7:37changes your state for a few moments,
- 7:40like a stray note in the middle of a
- 7:41song. Habitual convictions and feelings
- 7:45form something else. A disposition that
- 7:47goes with you into your mornings, your
- 7:50decisions, and your reactions, [music]
- 7:52and that is still there when the moment
- 7:54of enthusiasm has passed. It is through
- 7:57this lasting disposition that you take
- 7:59part in creation. The word resonance
- 8:02also comes from physics. When one guitar
- 8:05string is plucked, another string nearby
- 8:08tuned to the same note [music] begins to
- 8:10vibrate on its own because it receives a
- 8:13vibration equal to its own between you
- 8:16and the world. Resonance works in a
- 8:19similar way. An inner state comes into
- 8:21tune with experiences compatible with
- 8:24it. That state does two things. It
- 8:27guides what you do and it also attracts.
- 8:30Between what you hold inside and what
- 8:32comes toward you from outside, [music]
- 8:34there is an affinity. This affinity
- 8:37shows clearly in encounters between
- 8:39people. Some conversations flow from the
- 8:42very first minute as if an understanding
- 8:44existed [music] before the words. This
- 8:47happens because the two people are
- 8:49vibrating at similar frequencies [music]
- 8:52and their states come into resonance.
- 8:55The same logic holds beyond people. The
- 8:58frequency you are tuned into determines
- 9:01which opportunities, [music]
- 9:03meaningful coincidences, people, and
- 9:06experiences are able to find you. The
- 9:10people and events you meet are other
- 9:12expressions [music] of the same
- 9:13universal life that dwells in you, and
- 9:16you draw closer to those that match the
- 9:18state [music] you hold.
- 9:20Think of someone who longs for
- 9:22prosperity and remains convinced that
- 9:24lack will always rule their life. The
- 9:27desire points toward a possibility. The
- 9:30conviction keeps that person in another
- 9:33emotional state made of alertness, of
- 9:36caution about hope, and of an
- 9:38expectation of loss. The desire appears
- 9:42now and then in moments of enthusiasm
- 9:45while the conviction is present every
- 9:47day in small choices and in the way each
- 9:50piece of news is received.
- 9:53This person's frequency is set by the
- 9:55state that remains not by the one that
- 9:58appears now and then. That is why
- 10:00cultivating prosperity asks for more
- 10:03than desiring it. It asks that this
- 10:06person begin to think, feel, and act
- 10:09with more trust in life. Human
- 10:12dispositions range from states such as
- 10:14shame, guilt, and fear up to courage,
- 10:18love, joy, and peace. And recognizing
- 10:22the difference between them helps you
- 10:24understand your own frequency. With
- 10:27courage, a person becomes able to move
- 10:30forward. Love and joy go together with
- 10:33openness and receptivity.
- 10:35In fear and scarcity, a person comes to
- 10:38live focused on protecting themselves
- 10:41and on what is missing. These
- 10:43dispositions can be in order or in
- 10:46conflict. [music] And that is what the
- 10:48word coherence describes. In the body,
- 10:51coherence is order, harmony, and
- 10:54stability in the rhythms of a living
- 10:57organism. With positive emotions, the
- 11:00heart's rhythm tends to become more
- 11:02ordered and regular. While anger,
- 11:05anxiety, and frustration go with a
- 11:08disordered rhythm. That is a coherence
- 11:11of the body. There is a second
- 11:13coherence, an inner one that brings
- 11:16thought, feeling, and action into the
- 11:19same direction. And resonance relates
- 11:22that direction to the possibilities of
- 11:24life. The three meanings are connected
- 11:27and each helps you understand a
- 11:29different part of what you live.
- 11:31Spiritual language also has a name for
- 11:34what happens when many dispositions
- 11:36meet. Egregor, the collective field of
- 11:39thoughts and feelings that forms in a
- 11:41group. A family or a team brings
- 11:44together states that strengthen one
- 11:46another for better or for worse. Caring
- 11:50for your own frequency includes
- 11:52recognizing this participation and
- 11:54choosing the state you bring into these
- 11:56encounters. A frequency, however, only
- 11:59lasts because something feeds it every
- 12:02day. That something is identity.
- 12:08Your identity is the set of beliefs
- 12:10about who you are and about what you
- 12:12consider possible for your life. It
- 12:14rarely shows up as a declaration. It
- 12:16shows up in the expectations you bring
- 12:18to each situation, in the tone you use
- 12:21when you speak about yourself, and in
- 12:23decisions that seem so obvious they are
- 12:26never even thought through. An identity
- 12:29that recognizes the ability to learn
- 12:31produces a very different disposition
- 12:33from one that treats its own inability
- 12:35as final. It is these beliefs that keep
- 12:38your frequency going day after day. The
- 12:42sequence is clear. Identity creates the
- 12:44emotions you feel and those emotions
- 12:47drive the actions you take. Identity
- 12:50comes before feeling and feeling comes
- 12:52before action. From this comes a
- 12:55consequence that helps explain why so
- 12:57much repeats itself. The same
- 12:59environment awakens the same thoughts.
- 13:02The same thoughts awaken the same
- 13:04emotions and the same emotions lead to
- 13:06the same results. The frequency holds
- 13:09because the identity that produces it
- 13:11remains intact. The loop closes when the
- 13:15result returns to identity. A difficulty
- 13:18awakens a familiar interpretation.
- 13:21That interpretation stirs a feeling and
- 13:24the feeling guides the next response.
- 13:27The response helps determine what
- 13:29happens next. And when the person takes
- 13:31that outcome as proof of who they
- 13:33believe they are, the original
- 13:35conviction comes out stronger. The
- 13:38movement can be summed up this way. The
- 13:41behavior created by the belief produces
- 13:44circumstances that reinforce the belief.
- 13:47That is why a new circumstance so often
- 13:49meets the same response. The opportunity
- 13:52is different but the identity receiving
- 13:55it is the same and it leads the
- 13:57opportunity down the usual path to the
- 14:00usual result. Identity is formed by what
- 14:03you think about and dwell on habitually
- 14:05and you become like what you feed on. It
- 14:07has been fed by years of repeated
- 14:09thoughts [music] and keeps feeding the
- 14:11thoughts to come. Each time you return
- 14:14to a familiar interpretation, it grows a
- 14:17little firmer and a little more like the
- 14:19truth about who you are.
- 14:21A simple image shows where this habit
- 14:23meets the world. Imagine two people
- 14:26standing before the same closed door.
- 14:29The first interprets the closed door as
- 14:31rejection, feels the weight of refusal,
- 14:34and walks away without trying. The
- 14:37second also feels uncertain but
- 14:39considers other possibilities. Maybe the
- 14:42door is only locked. Maybe it is enough
- 14:44to knock. The door stays exactly the
- 14:47same for both. What changes is the
- 14:49response and each response opens a
- 14:52different path. The second person finds
- 14:55information the first never even looked
- 14:57for and the difference between their two
- 14:59lives begins in that instant. Attention
- 15:02is part of that path. It works like a
- 15:05filter that selects from the countless
- 15:07things happening around you the ones
- 15:10that seem important. An expectation of
- 15:13failure highlights the obstacles while a
- 15:16willingness to learn lets you see
- 15:18solutions in the same setting. So who
- 15:21you believe you are changes events by a
- 15:24concrete path. It changes what you
- 15:27perceive and then what you do. Two
- 15:30people can go through the same day and
- 15:32at the end of it have lived different
- 15:35realities.
- 15:36Mentalism takes this participation one
- 15:39step further. Attention and behavior
- 15:42show how identity changes what you
- 15:44perceive and do. From the perspective of
- 15:47mentalism, however, your mind belongs to
- 15:49the universal mind. And so your identity
- 15:52also sustains a frequency that resonates
- 15:55with what comes toward you. This
- 15:58frequency defines your receptivity, your
- 16:00readiness to recognize and welcome the
- 16:02possibilities that correspond to the
- 16:05state you live in. The hermetic
- 16:07principle of cause and effect also
- 16:09recorded in the kyalian says that every
- 16:12cause has its effect and that chance is
- 16:15only the name of a law that has not been
- 16:17recognized. In the inner life, this
- 16:20principle shows outer reality as the
- 16:23[music] effect and you as the cause.
- 16:26When circumstances are treated as the
- 16:28cause, a person gives their power away
- 16:30to what is only the end result. The same
- 16:34principle suggests that you tend to the
- 16:36cause of a pattern before trying to
- 16:38change only its effects.
- 16:41Moving to a new city or a new job
- 16:43changes the setting and the identity
- 16:46that enters the new setting stays the
- 16:48same. Choosing a new identity begins
- 16:51with the qualities you want to live. Now
- 16:54you need to bring confidence and
- 16:56steadiness into your thoughts, feelings
- 16:59and decisions so that the new frequency
- 17:02holds because circumstances are the
- 17:05effect. [music] You need to begin living
- 17:07this new identity before any
- 17:09circumstance confirms it.
- 17:14You begin to live a possibility when you
- 17:17stop thinking of it only as something in
- 17:19the future and start to feel now what it
- 17:22would be like to live that way. To do
- 17:25this, you imagine how you want to live
- 17:27an experience starting now the state
- 17:30that corresponds to that life. You do
- 17:33not save your confidence in a future
- 17:35achievement for the day it arrives. You
- 17:37express it now in the way you think,
- 17:40feel, and act. Thinking in frequencies
- 17:43is imagining what you desire and letting
- 17:46that image awaken the corresponding
- 17:48feelings until the state of that life
- 17:50becomes familiar to you. This work
- 17:53unfolds in three steps. The first is to
- 17:57decide who you are now, not who you hope
- 18:00to become someday. Getting specific
- 18:02about the version of you who already
- 18:04lives what you desire. The second is to
- 18:08feel before you see. A thought alone
- 18:11sounds like a whisper and charged with
- 18:14emotion, it becomes a broadcast. The
- 18:18third is to act as that version today
- 18:21because frequency becomes real when it
- 18:23moves through the body. In this
- 18:25sequence, you create first by imagining,
- 18:28continue by feeling, and complete the
- 18:31creation by acting. This work widens
- 18:35when you understand the mind as a
- 18:37receiver. The universal mind holds
- 18:39possibilities that the individual mind
- 18:42can perceive and they arrive as ideas,
- 18:45intuitions, and solutions that seem to
- 18:48appear out of nowhere. Your inner state
- 18:51influences this reception. Curiosity and
- 18:55receptivity favor the readiness to
- 18:57welcome a new possibility. Attention
- 19:00focused on fear does the opposite and
- 19:03looks for reasons to avoid it even when
- 19:06it is right in front of you. Dresser
- 19:09places this reception in silence. For
- 19:11him, the spirit, the divine life present
- 19:14in every person, asks little of us,
- 19:18stillness and humble listening. It is in
- 19:21that silence that ideals take shape and
- 19:23become permanent directions of the mind.
- 19:26>> [music]
- 19:26>> In the same book, he defines the will as
- 19:29a direction of the mind with a definite
- 19:31goal in view. Meditation is the place
- 19:34where that direction forms. It draws the
- 19:37mind away from the noise of automatic
- 19:39reactions and offers a space in which
- 19:42the chosen state can be felt before it
- 19:44is lived out in the world. Nicola Tesla
- 19:48left an account that shows this order
- 19:50with rare precision. In 1919, in the
- 19:54first part of an autobiographical series
- 19:57published in the magazine Electrical
- 19:59Experimentter, the inventor and
- 20:01electrical engineer described his method
- 20:04of work. He did not rush into
- 20:06construction. When he had an idea, he
- 20:09would develop it in his imagination,
- 20:12change its structure, make improvements,
- 20:15and operate the device in his mind to
- 20:17the point of noticing whether it was out
- 20:19of balance. For Tesla, it made no
- 20:23difference whether he ran a turbine in
- 20:24thought or tested it in his shop. And he
- 20:28stated that in 20 years, there had not
- 20:31been a single exception. The device
- 20:34worked as he had conceived it. Tesla's
- 20:37account shows conception coming before
- 20:39execution. The machine existed complete
- 20:42in his mind before it existed in metal,
- 20:45and the work of building carried forward
- 20:47what he had conceived. [music] It took
- 20:49concrete form because Tesla held firm
- 20:52from thought to realization without
- 20:54abandoning the inner image when the work
- 20:56in the shop began. This same order is
- 21:00what thinking in frequencies asks of
- 21:02your life. First the inner form, then
- 21:05the visible form, and between the two,
- 21:07the care not to abandon what you have
- 21:10conceived. You can follow this same
- 21:12order by imagining a situation you want
- 21:15to live and recognizing the qualities it
- 21:18asks for. A more trusting relationship
- 21:20may ask for presence and sincerity. A
- 21:23professional achievement may ask for
- 21:25initiative and a willingness to learn.
- 21:29These qualities are ways of beginning to
- 21:31live the chosen identity under your
- 21:33present conditions. A simple practice is
- 21:36to set aside a quiet moment in the
- 21:38morning to feel the steadiness, dignity,
- 21:42[music] and commitment that belong to
- 21:44that life without forcing yourself to
- 21:47believe that everything has already
- 21:48happened and then to carry one of those
- 21:51qualities into a real decision of the
- 21:53day. Visualization lets you rehearse
- 21:57this new life and meditation gives you
- 21:59space to feel it calmly. The version of
- 22:02you who already lives what you desire,
- 22:04the same one from the first step, is
- 22:07called, in this spiritual vocabulary,
- 22:10the quantum self. Imagining your quantum
- 22:13self lets you explore how that self
- 22:16thinks, feels, and responds to a
- 22:19difficult situation. Then comes action
- 22:22in which you do in real life what you
- 22:24rehearsed inside. You find a step that
- 22:27expresses the new identity [music] and
- 22:30carry it into everyday life. The
- 22:32frequency grows firm when what you
- 22:34imagine, what you feel, and what you do
- 22:38point in the same direction. And so you
- 22:41begin to live the possibility before you
- 22:44find it complete in your [music]
- 22:45circumstances.
- 22:47Living this way, however, means going
- 22:49through days when your emotions do not
- 22:51follow the direction you have chosen.
- 22:56A tree goes through a storm with its
- 22:58branches in motion and its roots firm in
- 23:01the ground. The branches bend, change
- 23:04direction, and sometimes seem about to
- 23:06break, and the tree stays in the same
- 23:08place. Emotions are like those branches
- 23:12because they exist to move. Identity can
- 23:15be the root that keeps you grounded
- 23:17while they move. A steady frequency
- 23:20depends on this distinction. You keep
- 23:22your direction while different feelings
- 23:25pass through you. Fear, sadness, and
- 23:28anger can arise in the middle of a
- 23:30transformation. [music] And their
- 23:32presence does not mean that something
- 23:33has gone wrong. The so-called lower
- 23:36states are not bad in themselves. They
- 23:38are information and they show where the
- 23:41old identity is still holding on. Fear
- 23:44may come with an uncertain attempt.
- 23:47Sadness may come with a loss that the
- 23:49change requires. Anger may signal that a
- 23:52boundary needs to be set. Each emotion
- 23:55says something about the moment you are
- 23:57living and about what is changing in
- 23:59you. Suppressing an emotion does not
- 24:02raise your frequency. It only puts the
- 24:04feeling out of sight and makes it
- 24:06stronger. Trying to sustain enthusiasm
- 24:09all the time creates a distance between
- 24:12what a person expresses and what they
- 24:15actually feel. And that distance is a
- 24:17form of incoherence.
- 24:20Recognizing what is present is the first
- 24:22step toward bringing thought, emotion,
- 24:25and attitude back into step. And
- 24:28coherence grows when a person
- 24:30understands their experience and finds
- 24:32an honest way to keep going. Emotional
- 24:35alchemy is transforming the way you deal
- 24:38with what you feel. The name comes from
- 24:40the old image of the alchemists who
- 24:43sought to turn common metals into gold.
- 24:46Here the raw material is your emotional
- 24:49experience itself. You recognize what
- 24:52you feel, understand what it is asking
- 24:54of you, and choose a response that
- 24:57corresponds to the identity you desire.
- 25:00You show courage when you take a
- 25:01possible step while still feeling
- 25:03afraid. Steadiness appears when you set
- 25:06a boundary without handing your whole
- 25:09direction over to anger. This process is
- 25:12a transmutation and [music] in it the
- 25:14difficult emotion becomes fuel for
- 25:16change. Neutrality is another important
- 25:19name in this work. It means giving a
- 25:22feeling room without immediately
- 25:24treating it as a prediction of the
- 25:26future. In practice, you feel what is
- 25:29truly there, let it move, and then
- 25:32choose once again using the emotion as
- 25:35information rather than as proof for a
- 25:38limiting belief. A difficulty may awaken
- 25:41apprehension and you can still keep your
- 25:44trust in the possibility you are
- 25:45cultivating. The emotion belongs to the
- 25:48moment. Who you have decided to be is
- 25:51what keeps the direction and with it
- 25:54your frequency.
- 25:56Consistency [music]
- 25:57is what turns these moments into a
- 25:59frequency. It means returning to the
- 26:01chosen direction and practicing it every
- 26:04day. An intense state can last an
- 26:07afternoon while a habitual disposition
- 26:10goes with you through very different
- 26:12situations over months. That is why
- 26:15consistency matters more than intensity.
- 26:19It is by returning to the same direction
- 26:21every day that you stay in tune with the
- 26:24reality you desire during the interval
- 26:26in which your circumstances still show
- 26:29the old scene. [music]
- 26:30Thinking in frequencies includes
- 26:33accepting this delay between the inner
- 26:35change and what your circumstances show
- 26:38without concluding every morning that
- 26:40nothing has changed. This path has
- 26:43falls. The spiritual life requires a
- 26:46daily renewal of faith and passes
- 26:49through repeated failure met with a firm
- 26:51determination to keep going. The
- 26:54attitude this interval asks for is a
- 26:57quiet persistence [music] and inner
- 26:59poise is worth little if it does not
- 27:01give strength and composure in any
- 27:04experience.
- 27:06Consistency has the calm of someone who
- 27:08trusts the life that sustains them. It
- 27:11is in the waiting that this trust is
- 27:13hardest to keep.
- 27:17Detachment here means desiring an
- 27:19outcome and acting toward it without
- 27:22making your peace depend on its arriving
- 27:24soon. [music] Keeping your trust along
- 27:26the way. When someone makes their
- 27:29balance depend on a result arriving
- 27:31right away. They start thinking all the
- 27:33time about the absence of that result.
- 27:36Each day without confirmation [music]
- 27:38becomes a small proof of lack and the
- 27:41need for confirmation feeds once again
- 27:44the very state the person wanted to
- 27:46transform. The person keeps desiring the
- 27:49outcome but the state they live in is
- 27:51one of lack. Desperation is a frequency
- 27:55of lack and what a person desires tends
- 27:58to arrive when they are completely
- 28:00neutral about it, fine with it or
- 28:03without it. If frequency follows the
- 28:05state that remains, a person who desires
- 28:08anxiously is sustaining absence more
- 28:11strongly than presence.
- 28:13With detachment, you return to the state
- 28:16of fulfillment because the waiting no
- 28:18longer decides what you feel. Trust
- 28:21takes the opposite path from anxiety.
- 28:24With trust, you keep the possibility
- 28:26alive before any evidence. You cultivate
- 28:29the state that corresponds to the
- 28:31outcome you desire. Keep living in that
- 28:34state [music]
- 28:34and by acting open the paths through
- 28:38which that outcome can reach your life.
- 28:41Learning to swim shows this relationship
- 28:43well. You can read every instruction,
- 28:46watch many demonstrations and imagine
- 28:49your body gliding through the water. But
- 28:52at some point you have to get into the
- 28:54pool. At first, every movement feels
- 28:57strange, and with practice, what once
- 29:00demanded constant concentration becomes
- 29:02natural. A new identity asks for the
- 29:06same step into the water. Encounters and
- 29:09meaningful coincidences can express the
- 29:12attunement you sustain. An idea arrives
- 29:15at the moment of a decision or a
- 29:18conversation brings you closer to a
- 29:20resource you needed. Synchronicity is
- 29:23the name given to these events
- 29:25recognized as meaningful correspondences
- 29:28between the inner life and what one
- 29:30finds outside.
- 29:32Receptivity lets you welcome them
- 29:35without abandoning action. You recognize
- 29:38the opportunity, consider whether it
- 29:40serves the direction you have chosen and
- 29:43decide on the next step. It is by being
- 29:45willing to receive and to act that you
- 29:48keep your frequency. This direction also
- 29:51needs to be preserved in your life with
- 29:52others. And this is where the idea of
- 29:55inner sovereignty comes in. A frequency
- 29:58that depends on everyone around you is
- 30:01not truly yours yet. The strongest
- 30:04frequency is the one you can hold in any
- 30:06environment.
- 30:08Energy is another name for the frequency
- 30:10a person sustains.
- 30:13Spiritual mastery lies in entering a
- 30:15place charged with fear or conflict and
- 30:19raising its energy by bringing light
- 30:21into the darkness. The light in this
- 30:24image is the serenity and trust you
- 30:27sustain while the place is gripped by
- 30:30fear. Boundaries protect your time and
- 30:33your attention. Serenity lets you take
- 30:36part in a difficult environment without
- 30:38enlarging the conflicts already in it.
- 30:41This center of energy and attention, the
- 30:44one you return to whenever your
- 30:46surroundings pull you away, is your
- 30:48vortex. Inner conflicts also call for
- 30:51attention. Resentments and repeated
- 30:53disputes take up the energy and
- 30:55attention you need in order to create.
- 30:58Constantly fighting reality consumes an
- 31:01enormous amount of energy. And
- 31:03recognizing that drain lets you
- 31:05reorganize your attention and return to
- 31:08the direction you have chosen.
- 31:10There is also a common trap among people
- 31:12who study energy, blaming every setback
- 31:15on attacks or on energy parasites,
- 31:18people or forces supposedly stealing
- 31:20your energy. This explanation [music]
- 31:23seems protective, but it places the
- 31:25cause of what you live outside of you
- 31:28and feeds an identity of vulnerability,
- 31:30the identity of someone who sees
- 31:32themselves as a victim. You become more
- 31:35sovereign when you recognize what you
- 31:37feel, consider the conditions and act on
- 31:40what is within your reach. Everything
- 31:43starts from the principle the cabalonian
- 31:45recorded. The all is mind and the
- 31:48universe is mental. If your mind belongs
- 31:51to that [music] mind, the frequency you
- 31:53sustain is the way you take part in
- 31:56creation. Identity feeds that frequency
- 32:00and that is why the same reality tends
- 32:02to repeat itself as long as [music]
- 32:04identity does not change. Change begins
- 32:08when you choose the state of the reality
- 32:10you desire and live it before
- 32:12confirmation in silence in inner
- 32:15rehearsal and in the first step. You
- 32:18sustain that change through consistency
- 32:21while your emotions vary and you
- 32:23complete it through detachment when you
- 32:25stop living the weight as lack. Learning
- 32:28to think in frequencies is learning to
- 32:31choose the state from which you live.
- 32:34This choice needs a space in which to
- 32:36happen and meditation is the place where
- 32:38a new direction can be felt before it is
- 32:41lived. It was for this purpose that we
- 32:44prepared meditations and audio tools to
- 32:47accompany cocreation. This participation
- 32:50of your mind in creation so that you can
- 32:52quiet your mind, [clears throat] renew
- 32:54your connection with the divine
- 32:55intelligence that sustains it and return
- 32:59each day to the state of the reality you
- 33:02have chosen to create. If you want to
