- 0:13I might like look a little more
- 0:15realistic um otherwise a good transition
- 0:18and he would just be walking through the
- 0:20park you wouldn't
- 0:21know um okay good we can live with that
- 0:27let's go out of here
- 0:30and
- 0:33uh now moving him back would be a little
- 0:36tricky because we've got you know we
- 0:38don't have him set in the stage like
- 0:40that um but let's just do it see how it
- 0:46goes when I do that I just go ahead and
- 0:49I start a
- 0:50new uh a new
- 0:53version so that I don't if I don't like
- 0:57it it's easy for me to just go back and
- 1:00to where I was so
- 1:02um so let's try this and see what
- 1:05happens
- 1:07okay G mess up all of his walk cycles
- 1:10and everything I might not want to do
- 1:14but okay here select
- 1:20him now I'm going drag him
- 1:28out okay
- 1:30and now when I hit play he's probably
- 1:32going to just
- 1:34drag run out of walk
- 1:48Cycles ah it's not too bad the speed's a
- 1:51little off and his feet slide a little
- 1:53bit when he comes in because of the
- 1:55speed change I made but it's not
- 1:58horrible um um let's go
- 2:04here yeah I mean you're hardly going to
- 2:06see his feet as he that scene let's look
- 2:09at this full screen and see if we like
- 2:16it you need to get down
- 2:19here okay so we've got the
- 2:26transform and this is
- 2:28where e
- 2:37think we can adjust his speed in one of
- 2:39these um you got the motion clip and
- 2:44adjust the speed in the
- 2:53motion
- 2:55okay work with the transition curve here
- 3:04and I'll just play with some of these
- 3:06and see uh if we can find one
- 3:12that you know that makes it look a
- 3:14little more
- 3:16natural I almost pause and
- 3:25move okay now I'm just not happy with
- 3:28any of the
- 3:30I'm going delete it I don't see what
- 3:32happens when I
- 3:39delete oh well
- 3:43gosh there it
- 3:49is let's look at that full screen
- 4:02all right I just about gave up but
- 4:05that's it all I had to do is delete that
- 4:07one transform and then it stopped uh
- 4:10having a transition there
- 4:12period H explain that okay here we go
- 4:15sorry about the tour down memory lane
- 4:17here all right so I am going to go ahead
- 4:20and save that I'm happy with now and
- 4:24we're going to export this and then
- 4:26we'll have three different uh versions
- 4:29of the store work with render this video
- 4:35M4 here we
- 4:37go
- 4:43okay this is uh park bench with
- 4:47policeman go that's was the alternate
- 4:51one and I'm G to up this do
- 4:57too which means that I've worked on it
- 5:06more okay we'll look at the movie really
- 5:08quick and then uh after that we're going
- 5:10to break off and uh when we come back
- 5:13it's going to be cap
- 5:17cut yeah okay that'll work all right
- 5:21David's on his way to work walking
- 5:23through the park
- 5:28perfect e
- 6:00all right we're signing into cap cut
- 6:02here okay I love cap cut it's a great
- 6:04editor and uh this is $10 a month for
- 6:09what I do here and um it's just such a
- 6:13value can't even begin tell
- 6:17you $10 a month and everything's
- 6:20included they don't nickel and dime you
- 6:23here it
- 6:28goes they have a free version and it's
- 6:32very generous um and everything that you
- 6:35can't use is well marked it'll say Pro
- 6:39on
- 6:40it I'll show you in just a second once
- 6:42it loads
- 6:45up okay so this is going to be episode
- 6:48three
- 6:49um of what we're working on here and um
- 6:54we've created the park bench scene which
- 6:56is going to go uh down here on the end
- 7:00and already been
- 7:03built um when it's
- 7:06published you can see some previews of
- 7:09it might let you see a little bit here
- 7:13um this is kind of
- 7:18cool let's see if we can look at a
- 7:20little bit of
- 7:26the oh my gosh I almost forgot about
- 7:29about that let's get going this going to
- 7:31be
- 7:33fun I think it's just down here a little
- 7:36ways

- 7:52[Laughter]
- 7:55[Music]
- 7:57[Applause]
- 7:58[Music]
- 8:00that's just wonderful
- 8:04everyone okay well you can see a little
- 8:06bit of the camera work that um can be
- 8:10done with uh with the cartoon animator
- 8:14as well uh I didn't show you how to
- 8:17build this scene because it has about 16
- 8:20characters 19 I think when you add on
- 8:22the pets and it takes so much resources
- 8:26of the computer that there's I can play
- 8:28the movie here or the rendering of it in
- 8:31the cap cut to you but um it's no way
- 8:36can I show you that in cartoon animator
- 8:38it won't render it it'll crash the
- 8:40system with the um recorder recording me
- 8:45doing it all right I'm going to just hit
- 8:47play for just a moment you can see some
- 8:48how the closeup work works with the
- 8:51camera and later on I'll show you some
- 8:53of the camera features of cat uh cartoon
- 8:56animator let's go on behalf of hound dog
- 8:58news I'd like to welcome Amber Alex and
- 9:01their nephew gerro to the team maybe we
- 9:04all could go around the room and
- 9:05introduce ourselves and briefly what we
- 9:07do at hound dog
- 9:09news I'll start I'm Jesse the show's
- 9:13producer and I make sure everything is
- 9:15running smoothly and on
- 9:18time I take my job very
- 9:21seriously sometimes a bit too serious
- 9:24anyway I'm really glad you're all here
- 9:26we have an amazing team hi I'm I'm Leon
- 9:29and I'm Kent we run the cameras around
- 9:32here I mostly shoot the outside scenes
- 9:34and I mostly shoot inside the studio but
- 9:37sometimes we team up and work
- 9:40together hello I'm Nikki I'm the office
- 9:42manager hi I'm
- 9:45Kristen okay so that's uh that's enough
- 9:48of that for
- 9:49now um we're gonna escape from that now
- 9:54keep in mind this hasn't been rendered
- 9:55it's not an mp4 yet this is uh through
- 9:58cap cut
- 10:00and I've got a screen recorder running
- 10:02and so when I go to full screen here
- 10:04it's taxing the resources so sometimes
- 10:07the lips aren't going to sink as well
- 10:09and that until it's finished um and when
- 10:13it's published on YouTube you can see
- 10:14the whole episode so here we go I don't
- 10:17want to give away too much so we're
- 10:19going to go in here now and we're going
- 10:21to put the timeline here and just move
- 10:25forward I'm going to bring in uh some of
- 10:29the those scenes that we just
- 10:32did all right so
- 10:35let's Okay so we're we're done here for
- 10:37now we've added the scene you've seen a
- 10:40little sneak peek and this basically how
- 10:43it works I will build the movie let's
- 10:47look at this full screen for just a
- 10:48moment
