  7. 0:17alleged to have made in a conference
  8. 0:19room at the Indiana University Hospital
  9. 0:22correct I I heard the statements correct
  10. 0:25okay I'm going to ask you about those
  11. 0:26now I'm transitioning to to ask you
  12. 0:27about those first uh do you deny um um
  13. 0:32the statements that miss Andrew
  14. 0:34attributed to you in the Indiana
  15. 0:36University Hospital 100% absolutely do
  16. 0:40you also deny what Mr Andrew said
  17. 0:42regarding those statements
  18. 0:44100% did did you disclose to any medical
  19. 0:48professional at the hospital there uh
  20. 0:51well let me rephrase that did you did
  21. 0:53any medical person ask you while you
  22. 0:55were at the Indian University Hospital
  23. 0:57whether you had ever used any sort of
  24. 0:59performance enhan ing drugs or
  25. 1:00substances no absolutely not so that
  26. 1:03that just never came up no one ever no
  27. 1:05as part of your treatment no one ever
  28. 1:06asked you that
  29. 1:12no C can you offer or can you can you
  30. 1:15help explain to me why miss Andrew would
  31. 1:18make that story up well she said in her
  32. 1:20deposition she hates me you believe
  33. 1:22she's making that story up to to get
  34. 1:25back at you or to cause you harm whether
  35. 1:27she's making up that she hates me know
  36. 1:30do you believe that she's making I mean
  37. 1:31she's according to you the story where
  38. 1:34she said she specifically heard you say
  39. 1:35stuff and then she didn't you remember
  40. 1:37she testified she took Mr Andrew out and
  41. 1:39confronted him regarding whether or not
  42. 1:41he was doing the same thing do you
  43. 1:42recall that
  44. 1:44testimony yeah vly but I have no idea
  45. 1:47why she did that okay other than she
  46. 1:49hates me okay I'm obviously you had a
  47. 1:51relationship with her I mean you knew
  48. 1:53her and you you you go back sometime
  49. 1:54with her and I'm asking if I knew her

  53. 2:10Andrew say the same things if you know
  54. 2:14uh
  55. 2:16um probably to support his wife which I
  56. 2:19don't know if you're married or not but
  57. 2:22I am sometimes

  60. 2:30so you think is it your testimony that
  61. 2:32Mr Andrew was also lying when he said
  62. 2:36that he heard you say those things
  63. 2:37regarding your priorities
  64. 2:44100% but I feel for him what do you mean
  65. 2:47by that I think he's trying to back up
  66. 2:49his old
  67. 2:51lady
