11. 0:22notoriously staged her own kidnapping,
12. 0:24wept in court today as her ex-husband
13. 0:26testified against her in a bitter
14. 0:28custody battle. She shook her head no as
15. 0:31she heard him describe her as an unfit
16. 0:33mom. She should not be alone with the
17. 0:36children. She harmed her own body to

26. 0:57allow the kids to watch a hit Hulu
27. 0:59documentary, Perfect Wife: The
28. 1:01Mysterious Disappearance of Sher Pini.
29. 1:03She claims the three-part series opens
30. 1:06old wounds and may derail her efforts to
31. 1:08rebuild her relationship with the
32. 1:10children. Pini vanished while jogging in
33. 1:132016, sparking a nationwide hunt. She
34. 1:16reappeared three weeks later. I pull
35. 1:18back the curtain and I look at her and
36. 1:21um the way she looked at me in that
37. 1:24moment, I felt like she was lying. The
38. 1:27documentary shows harrowing images of
39. 1:29the self-inflicted injuries she claimed
40. 1:31were the work of kidnappers, including
41. 1:33the brand of the word exodus on her
42. 1:36back. She was actually spending time
43. 1:38with an ex-boyfriend. When her hoax was
44. 1:41exposed, her seemingly perfect marriage
45. 1:43imploded. Now she says she deserves a
46. 1:46chance to rebuild her life. Sher Pini
47. 1:49served 10 months in prison for lying to
48. 1:51authorities about her fake kidnapping.
