5. 0:10question has somebody escaped Justice a
6. 0:13number of people have been arrested and
7. 0:15some of those have been rearrested
8. 0:16throughout this inquiry all of the
9. 0:18available evidence has been examined and
10. 0:21closely scrutinized by the crown
11. 0:22prosecution service there is no evidence
12. 0:24whatsoever for other people to stand
13. 0:26charge at this time clearly if fresh
14. 0:28evidence comes to light further down the
15. 0:30line then that will be that will be
16. 0:32reassessed by ourselves initially then
17. 0:34we will if necessary pass it onto the
18. 0:35crown prosecution service but at this
19. 0:37moment in time the case is closed the

22. 0:44described Karen Matthews as a woman of
23. 0:46Pure Evil he said that he had no reason
24. 0:49to change his view the woman capable of
