11. 0:38faculties in the way that a normal
12. 0:39person would to hear that Kenneth
13. 0:43McGriff has spent his entire
14. 0:46incarceration pretrial and now a post
15. 0:49route in segregation and not having
16. 0:52access to materials from a law library
17. 0:56on a sense that someone in general
18. 0:57population would Paul's me on I see

21. 1:06should be entitled to have access to
22. 1:08certain materials and have access to his
23. 1:10lawyer to be meaningful an assistant in

26. 1:17treated this way in America when there's
27. 1:19no evidence that he's a threat to the
28. 1:21penal system or to safety or the
29. 1:24correctional girls again it falls me I'm
30. 1:27calling on the President Congress and
31. 1:29anybody else who are mapped the problems
32. 1:32to investigate this to release mr.
33. 1:34McGriff and allow him to have a second
34. 1:37chance in the judicial system with his
35. 1:39constitutional rights at the very least
36. 1:41to have access to all the materials and
37. 1:43defense at to put for for meaningful
38. 1:46defense be permitted
