  1. 0:00far more than the management fee. It
  2. 0:02costs.
  3. 0:05Look, I've been on a lot of calls with
  4. 0:07e-commerce leaders running brands doing
  5. 0:095, 30, even 100 million a year in
  6. 0:10revenue. And I keep hearing the same
  7. 0:12problem. They launch Tik Tok shop, they
  8. 0:13send out some product samples, few
  9. 0:15creators posted, but consistent GMBB
  10. 0:17never materialized. And after 1 2 3 or 4
  11. 0:20months, Tik Tok falls on the back burner
  12. 0:22and the launch gets chocked up to, well,
  13. 0:24maybe it doesn't work for us or we'll
  14. 0:25figure it out when we have the time.
  15. 0:27Meanwhile, I can see their competitor
  16. 0:28doing an extra 100, 300, even 500,000
  17. 0:31per month. I'm going to tell you what
  18. 0:33went wrong for that brand. And how if
  19. 0:35you're in this situation, you can
  20. 0:36succeed on Tik Tok and beat your
  21. 0:38competitors. If your brand is doing over
  22. 0:4010 million, one of these is probably
  23. 0:42true right now. Your Tik Tok shop is
  24. 0:43live, but you don't have a dedicated
  25. 0:45team working on it. Someone is managing
  26. 0:46it on top of everything else. It gets
  27. 0:48attention when things go wrong, and it
  28. 0:50gets ignored when things get busy. Two,
  29. 0:52you ran an affiliate program, sent
  30. 0:53samples, half the creators ghosted, the
  31. 0:55other half posted once and then
  32. 0:57disappeared. Sales trickled in but never
  33. 0:58compounded, so the channel got written
  34. 1:00off. Or number three, you've had some
  35. 1:03wins. A product caught a viral moment,
  36. 1:04but it felt random. You're reacting.
  37. 1:06You're not driving GMBB. When GMBB
  38. 1:08spikes, you scramble on inventory
  39. 1:10instead of having a system that keeps it
  40. 1:11in stock. None of these problems are Tik
  41. 1:14Tok problems. These are systems
  42. 1:15problems. What Tik Tok shop actually
  43. 1:18requires is four separate skill sets
  44. 1:19working together. creator sourcing and
  45. 1:22sampling, managing and building a
  46. 1:23creator community, running advertising,
  47. 1:26and managing the project and the
  48. 1:27strategy overall. Most internal teams
  49. 1:30have just one person trying to do all
  50. 1:31four of those. And guess what? Everyone
  51. 1:32skips the hardest part that delivers the
  52. 1:35most sales. Building the creator
  53. 1:36community. You need a managed Discord
  54. 1:39community with incentive programs,
  55. 1:41weekly competitions, FOMO mechanics
  56. 1:43designed to turn the creators who posted
  57. 1:45once into creators who post every day.
  58. 1:48For example, we run programs like
  59. 1:50whoever creates the most videos this
  60. 1:51week gets AirPods. Whoever hits the
  61. 1:52highest GMV this month gets a $500 gift
  62. 1:54card. It sounds simple, but building an
  63. 1:57engaged community that posts regularly
  64. 1:58is hard. Takes a lot of work. And it's
  65. 2:00what separates a brand like Comfort that
  66. 2:02does over 36 million per year with a
  67. 2:05brand that gets a few sales and says, "I
  68. 2:07guess our product doesn't work on Tik
  69. 2:08Tok." On Tik Tok, video count is going
  70. 2:11to be your biggest driver of GMV. More
  71. 2:13video equals more views, which equals
  72. 2:15more GMBB. It's that direct and that
  73. 2:18creator community, that's the engine
  74. 2:19that keeps the video count growing. Let
  75. 2:21me tell you a story about a client that
  76. 2:22came and worked with us. Dano Seasonings
  77. 2:24came to us with a Tik Tok shop that was
  78. 2:26running. Dan crushes it on the organic
  79. 2:28side. They weren't leveraging a creator
  80. 2:29community to sell their products. Within
  81. 2:3160 days, we took them from 60K per month
  82. 2:35to 290K per month. The secret? We just
  83. 2:38built a 294 member creator community
  84. 2:40that drove 54,000 in GMBB in the first
  85. 2:43month. And then when they launched their
  86. 2:44new products, we activated that
  87. 2:46community and more and they saw 58% GMV
  88. 2:49growth in the two weeks that followed.
  89. 2:51That's not a lucky moment. That's a
  90. 2:53system producing consistent compounding
  91. 2:55output. We have a creator community
  92. 2:57showing up every day, posting every day,
  93. 2:59and we incentivize them to keep going.
  94. 3:01We've built this same system for brands
  95. 3:04across categories, and the results
  96. 3:05follow the same pattern every time. More
  97. 3:07creators posting, more videos equals
  98. 3:10more GMV. and a Tik Tok channel that
  99. 3:12becomes a real win internally. My name
  100. 3:14is Josh Raw. Before I started Ambbleell
  101. 3:1710 years ago, I was a brand owner
  102. 3:18selling on Amazon. I experienced
  103. 3:20firsthand what it takes to sell online.
  104. 3:22Complexity, the time, the expertise, the
  105. 3:23agencies that overpromise and underdel.
  106. 3:25So, I built an agency that I wanted, one
  107. 3:27that is goal-oriented, datadriven, and
  108. 3:29has the expertise required to deliver.
  109. 3:31Nearly 10 years later, we've added well
  110. 3:33over 100 million in revenue across more
  111. 3:35than a 100 brands on Amazon and Tik Tok.
  112. 3:37Working with brands like M&M's, Little
  113. 3:39Spoon, Field and Stream, WeHa Tools,
  114. 3:41Wooles, just to name a few. All of these
  115. 3:44are brands that I love working with, and
  116. 3:45there's awesome people at those brands.
  117. 3:48We know what consistent channel growth
  118. 3:49looks like and what it takes to deliver
  119. 3:51it. About 2 years ago, I saw what was
  120. 3:53coming with Tik Tok Shop. Gen Z was
  121. 3:55doing the majority of their product
  122. 3:56discovery there, and they were about to
  123. 3:58become the biggest buying cohort in the
  124. 3:59market. Tik Tok felt just like Amazon
  125. 4:01did 10 years ago, a window of
  126. 4:03opportunity for e-commerce leaders with
  127. 4:05the guts to go after it. So, I built a
  128. 4:07Tik Tok shop agency the same way I built
  129. 4:09the Amazon side by going deep before
  130. 4:11going wide. Our senior Tik Tok shop
  131. 4:13managers come from Tik Tok where they
  132. 4:15run creator programs for big brands like
  133. 4:16Shark, Bissell, Ninja. They've built
  134. 4:18massive creator communities for our
  135. 4:20clients that drive thousands upon
  136. 4:21thousands in monthly revenue. Our Tik
  137. 4:23Tok team lives and breathes Tik Tok
  138. 4:25Shop. Now, here's the biggest thing
  139. 4:26people miss when evaluating Tik Tok shop
  140. 4:29ROI. When a video gets real traction, a
  141. 4:32creator posts about your product and the
  142. 4:33video starts moving. It's going viral.
  143. 4:35People are seeing it. A huge portion of
  144. 4:37viewers don't buy on Tik Tok. They go to
  145. 4:39Amazon, search your product name, read
  146. 4:41the reviews, and buy there instead. That
  147. 4:42sale shows up in your Amazon numbers.
  148. 4:44Tik Tok never gets credit for it. That's
  149. 4:46a halo effect, and it's one of the most
  150. 4:48consistently underestimated benefits of
  151. 4:50selling on Tik Tok. Brands that evaluate
  152. 4:52Tik Tok just on GMV alone, you're only
  153. 4:54measuring half the results. We track
  154. 4:56Amazon and DTOC sales lists for every
  155. 4:58client we manage because the full value
  156. 5:00of Tik Tok shop only becomes clear when
  157. 5:02you look at the whole business, not just
  158. 5:04one channel. Working with us is
  159. 5:06straightforward and easy. It's a simple
  160. 5:07flat fee with a shared revenue
  161. 5:09incentive, no hidden fees, no add-ons,
  162. 5:11no long-term contracts, and we'll do
  163. 5:13everything you need to run a successful
  164. 5:14Tik Tok shop. creator sourcing and
  165. 5:16seating to ensure you get the right
  166. 5:17creators, creator briefs and training
  167. 5:20for those creators to help them create
  168. 5:21top tier videos. Community management
  169. 5:23and relationship building on Discord so
  170. 5:25these creators stick around and keep
  171. 5:27posting. GMBB advertising to accelerate
  172. 5:29views and drive more sales. And of
  173. 5:31course, bi-weekly strategy and reporting
  174. 5:33calls with your dedicated team so you
  175. 5:35get accountability and accessibility. We
  176. 5:38show up and report on what we got done
  177. 5:40and how we're going to hit your goals.
  178. 5:41All we ask for is a 90-day initial
  179. 5:43commitment because that's the minimum to
  180. 5:45build the creator community and seed it
  181. 5:47scale and give the channel a real chance
  182. 5:48to show what it can do. After 90 days,
  183. 5:50it's just month-to-month. No long-term
  184. 5:52contracts. We earn your business each
  185. 5:54month by delivering. By day 45, your
  186. 5:56creator foundation is built. By day 60,
  187. 5:58the community is active. Creators are
  188. 6:00posting consistently and ads are live.
  189. 6:02By day 90, you have a real signal. You
  190. 6:04keep running ecom, we'll manage and grow
  191. 6:06your Tik Tok shop. There's two questions
  192. 6:08worth answering right now. One, should
  193. 6:09we just try this internally first?
  194. 6:11Frankly, most teams that go this route
  195. 6:13discover quickly that Tik Tok shop
  196. 6:14requires three or four different skill
  197. 6:16sets and at least 40 hours per month to
  198. 6:19run properly. It's not one person's job.
  199. 6:21The 6 months spent building a half
  200. 6:23system usually costs far more than the
  201. 6:25management fee. It costs time, loss of
  202. 6:27momentum, and creator relationships and
  203. 6:29the buying that you work so hard to get
  204. 6:31from leadership. Now, what if Tik Tok
  205. 6:33shop doesn't work for our category?
  206. 6:35That's exactly what the first 90 days
  207. 6:37answers. We build the system, run it
  208. 6:39right, and give you real data. By day
  209. 6:4190, you have conviction either way based
  210. 6:43on actual creator performance, GMV, and
  211. 6:45what the channel's producing. Clarity
  212. 6:47either way is the outcome, and that's
  213. 6:48worth the investment alone. One step, if
  214. 6:51you're a retail brand doing over 10
  215. 6:52million on any channel, and Tik Tok Shop
  216. 6:54is not launched, stalled, or
  217. 6:56underinvested, book a strategy call with
  218. 6:59me. It's 30 minutes. I'll look at where
  219. 7:01you are and tell you what it would take
  220. 7:02to make this channel work for your
  221. 7:04brand. If it's a fit, I'll show you
  222. 7:05exactly what the first 90-day looks like
  223. 7:07specific to you. No pitch, no pressure,
  224. 7:09just clarity on your opportunity. The
  225. 7:11link is below. Now, we keep our client
  226. 7:14roster small, so every brand gets
  227. 7:15dedicated support. We only take on a
  228. 7:17limited number of clients each month.
  229. 7:19So, if you see times available on the
  230. 7:20calendar, it means we have capacity to
  231. 7:22take on just one more partner this
  232. 7:24month. So, book the call and let's go
  233. 7:26build this
