- 0:07i believe jogging is an easy exercise so
- 0:09many people like it
- 0:11here are some reasons why people like
- 0:13jogging first
- 0:14jogging can improve overall fitness it
- 0:17increases cardiovascular health as your
- 0:19lungs and heart adapt to increased
- 0:21activity
- 0:22jogging also burns calories which helps
- 0:24you lose fat and maintain your weight
- 0:26maintaining a healthy weight is a key to
- 0:28staying healthy
- 0:30second jogging can make your life span
- 0:32longer being physically active helps
- 0:34prevent disease
- 0:35and jogging is no exception as part of
- 0:38the copenhagen city heart study
- 0:40researchers investigated the effects of
- 0:42jogging on nearly 2 000 adult men and
- 0:44women over a 35-year period
- 0:46according to their findings male joggers
- 0:49lived 6.2 years longer than male
- 0:51non-joggers and female joggers live 5.6
- 0:54years longer than female non-joggers
- 0:56jogging was associated with lower
- 0:58overall cause mortality and a
- 1:00substantial increase in survival
- 1:02next jogging can also improve mental
- 1:05health
- 1:06there's no denying the positive effects
- 1:08of regular exercise on mental health
- 1:10from yoga to cycling to swimming

- 1:14reduces stress and anxiety
- 1:16if you go jogging someplace scenic you
- 1:19also get the benefits of breathing fresh
- 1:20air and taking in natural beauty

- 1:25think that jogging is the easiest way to
- 1:27keep our body and mind healthy
- 1:29no wonder most people like jogging
- 1:31better than other sports
