13. 0:39his shower and he sitting here I was
14. 0:41like right here on my knees and his
15. 0:44bathtub was right here and I was taking
16. 0:45him here and I was just going through
17. 0:47the pictures and I heard this loud
18. 0:54ring
19. 0:57and I don't really remember except
20. 1:00Travis was
21. 1:02screaming I think I got knocked out but
22. 1:04I don't think I was out
23. 1:06long um I know I got knocked in the head
24. 1:08and i' I've gotten knocked in the head
25. 1:10once by my dad when he was just really
26. 1:12mad and it wasn't like actually it
27. 1:13wasn't he didn't knock me in the head he
28. 1:14just pushed me against the wall and I
29. 1:15hit my head and I fell but he in this
30. 1:18case I think it was similar because he
31. 1:21uh was screaming and I was by the
32. 1:26bathtub and he was holding his head
33. 1:31and there were two people there
34. 1:37and what' you
35. 1:39say

37. 1:46remember putting my hand on his back cuz
38. 1:49he was on his all four of his
39. 1:51knees he was like on his knees like this
40. 1:54doing something like this or something
41. 1:56like I don't know and I was like was
42. 2:00like are are you okay what's going on
43. 2:01what's going on he's like go get help go
44. 2:04get help and I said okay
45. 2:07and I turned around
46. 2:10there two people there one was a guy and
47. 2:13one was a
48. 2:15girl I I could couldn't tell that at
49. 2:17first but I just see one was a girl and
50. 2:20I assume the other was a guy cuz their
51. 2:21build and then their voices
52. 2:28um I remember what they were wearing
53. 2:30like maybe
54. 2:34jeans um what did they say one was in
55. 2:37all black one was in
56. 2:39jeans did you say
57. 2:43anything yeah the girl wanted to kill me
58. 2:46too what did she
59. 2:50say what what words did you
60. 2:53hear what
61. 2:55phrases um who is that who is that I
62. 2:59thought he was by
63. 3:01himself or alone or something
64. 3:04and
65. 3:06and he was like shut up just finish it
66. 3:10and and Travis was screaming the whole
67. 3:14time he wasn't screaming like a girl he
68. 3:17was just like like he was in pain like
69. 3:20he was like shocked like H you
70. 3:24know he wasn't really moving though he
71. 3:26was just standing staying kind of still
72. 3:28on the floor

74. 3:32happened well as soon as he said go get
75. 3:35help and I turned around and I they were
76. 3:37there
77. 3:37and where were they they were in the
78. 3:41bathroom where bathroom the hallway or
79. 3:44in the bathroom the girl was in the
80. 3:45hallway kind
81. 3:48of um and the guy was more Tor in the
82. 3:51bedroom but like still in the bathroom
83. 3:53like on the tile carpet area right there
84. 3:56it
85. 3:57starts okay
86. 4:05and he started coming in toward the
87. 4:07bathroom too and
88. 4:10I

99. 5:00you just left them there no I I ran into
100. 5:03the closet cuz I there's two doors and
101. 5:05they were sort of in the hallway
102. 5:07already and he stopped me and he didn't
103. 5:11touch me he was just held the gun to my
104. 5:13head and he was like you don't go
105. 5:15anywhere and he told told the other girl
106. 5:19to finish it I didn't see um
107. 5:23but he was
108. 5:28like I think he was saying a
109. 5:31lot um
110. 5:40but what happened he told me to stay
111. 5:44there and not to move and where was that
112. 5:46in the
113. 5:47closet no it was
114. 5:50um it was like this sorry

118. 6:05hallway to this bathroom the
119. 6:08sink then you have the closet here mhm
120. 6:14and then you have the
121. 6:16shower and then the
122. 6:18bathtu right there and then there's a uh
123. 6:21toilet toilet right
124. 6:25there okay this is the sink
125. 6:30then his bedroom is actually there's a
126. 6:33closet door
127. 6:34there his bedroom yes exactly and so his
128. 6:38closet is kind of like this part so I
129. 6:42ran this
130. 6:43way cuz they were he was walking this
131. 6:46way and she was already right
132. 6:48here um and then he stopped me here and
133. 6:51he said don't
134. 6:55move and
135. 6:58uh Travis was here or somewhere right
136. 7:01abouts and he left the room for a minute
137. 7:06and I didn't have my stupid phone cuz it
138. 7:09wasn't
139. 7:10charged and Travis's phone was
140. 7:12downstairs and I didn't know his
141. 7:15roommates I didn't think were home at
142. 7:16the
143. 7:18time so like I was just trying to think
144. 7:20if there's any way I could call 911 or
145. 7:24call or or get out of the house there's
146. 7:27no way out except down the stairs his
147. 7:29windows are they're two stories for one
148. 7:31and they're just they were hard to get
149. 7:33to we had stuff here and stuff here and
150. 7:35blinds and screens and Window Coverings
151. 7:39and I mean from the outside and okay I
152. 7:42just um she was over him and I just
153. 7:45rushed her and I pushed her
154. 7:50and there
155. 7:53was Tris what Travis was bleeding
156. 7:58everywhere um
157. 8:01what was she doing to
158. 8:04him cuz he'd been shot at this time
159. 8:06right yeah but he was still alive
160. 8:09MH he was still conscious even like
161. 8:13still talking oh he wasn't talking or
162. 8:15saying much but I could tell he was
163. 8:17breathing he seemed like he was
164. 8:19breathing calmly I think he wasn't like
165. 8:21he was just there I really remember it's
166. 8:24such a l okay and so you you did what
167. 8:27now you pushed her
168. 8:32she she's bigger a little bit bigger
169. 8:33than me not really in size but
170. 8:38height
171. 8:44um what
172. 8:48happened oh it didn't really deter her
173. 8:51um did she have any weapons on her at
174. 8:54all uh yeah what' she have um she I
175. 8:57thought she was the one with the guy but
176. 9:00maybe she had the gun but he had a gun
177. 9:02so there were two guns or or one gun I
178. 9:05don't
179. 9:06know but she's the one who shot him
180. 9:08though right she was the one here and he
181. 9:10was back here at the time when you saw
182. 9:13them I would think so because I mean I
183. 9:17do
184. 9:19I I don't know I got hit here
185. 9:22somewhere I just I don't know cuz when I
186. 9:28was when I I woke up he was
187. 9:30screaming and I saw her at this point
188. 9:33like right here and walking either back
189. 9:36she must have been walking back this way
190. 9:38and I saw him sort of following and
191. 9:41that's when he's
192. 9:42like okay finish and and I started
193. 9:45running this way and he stopped me and
194. 9:47he left the room for a couple of minutes
195. 9:49why did he leave maybe just I don't know
196. 9:53I don't know so what happened what
197. 9:55happened after you first um I I got
198. 9:58Travis and he wasn't like standing up
199. 10:02really he wasn't really doing much and I
200. 10:04was and he
201. 10:06was I was trying to get
202. 10:11him
203. 10:13and she came back I got him kind of far
204. 10:17like right here she came back and
205. 10:22uh he was
206. 10:25just he was starting to just get weaker
207. 10:27and weaker
208. 10:31and this guy came back
209. 10:34in and she said that um she said that
210. 10:38they they needed to um do me too because
211. 10:44um because I was there and he's like no
212. 10:48that's not why we're here
213. 10:59he had my
214. 11:02purse which I had on the dresser here
215. 11:06prior
216. 11:08somewhere um and what did they do after
217. 11:11this after you guys Reach
218. 11:14This tried to stick with the incident so
219. 11:17know what was going
220. 11:22on she came after me and he stopped
221. 11:28her okay
222. 11:30and she didn't get
223. 11:32me how was she going to get you do she
224. 11:35have a weapon she had a knife
225. 11:41okay you said she had a gun before I
226. 11:44don't know if she had a gun I I think
227. 11:47cuz I am guessing um I know that he had
228. 11:49a gun I don't know if she had a gun or
229. 11:55not so she was basically the aggressor
230. 12:01yeah unless he took a shot too I don't
231. 12:03know but it seems like from what you're
232. 12:05telling me she was the aggressive one
233. 12:06and he was the more
234. 12:08passive yeah I mean there was definitely
235. 12:11aggression as far as I mean I don't know
236. 12:14what you define aggression by it like I
237. 12:15was there was definitely a
238. 12:19sternness and I
239. 12:22wasn't
240. 12:24like just free to walk out of there like
241. 12:27hey it's cool it's cool you know it
242. 12:28wasn't anything like that then what
243. 12:34happened
244. 12:36um they had an argument back and forth
245. 12:38and she wanted to kill him and he
246. 12:41didn't
247. 12:43um why why didn't they kill
248. 12:46you just because he said they he said
249. 12:49that's not what we're here
250. 12:51for did they say why they were
251. 12:54there
252. 12:56no it was obvious they were there for
253. 12:58him
254. 12:59I didn't they didn't say
255. 13:03why so it seemed like they knew him
256. 13:07obviously yeah but he didn't seem to
257. 13:09know them I mean he was a little out of
258. 13:11it plus they had masks on anyway but he
259. 13:15didn't express any kind of
260. 13:18recognition I couldn't
261. 13:21talk he was able to say go get help and
262. 13:24at one point he said go to my neighbor's
263. 13:26house
264. 13:29go to my neighbor's house so that if
265. 13:33you I there was just like there was just
266. 13:36no way did you see them hurt him
267. 13:40anymore
268. 13:42um other than a
269. 13:47gunshot um she had a knife and I didn't
270. 13:50I don't
271. 13:52know he was bleeding everywhere
272. 13:59it was like when she rushed me afterward
273. 14:04or she came back I rushed her but she
274. 14:05kind of came back at
275. 14:08me um why didn't she and I were right
276. 14:11about here maybe I don't halfway I don't
277. 14:15know
278. 14:20um and there was a little bit of a
279. 14:23struggle with her and I um I was so
280. 14:27scared I'm not a person who fights
281. 14:31um I'm
282. 14:33not a person who knows really about
283. 14:37self-defense I took some classes once
284. 14:39but it was like eight years ago and I've
285. 14:41never been consistent with it okay um so
286. 14:46I wasn't sure I just knew I had to hold
287. 14:48on to her hands because she had a knife
288. 14:52what hand did she have she she had it in
289. 14:55this hand but little her right I guess
290. 14:58so
