- 0:01okay here we got a problem here
- 0:06again please
- 0:11oh you're coming without a problem
- 0:13there was a bomb
- 0:15waiting to go off i then looked out the
- 0:17window
- 0:19and saw escaping at a high rate of speed
- 0:21a gaseous oxygen because the explosion
- 0:24occurred on the first the damaged tank
- 0:26but that also ruptured the second tank
- 0:29just blew the entire side of the
- 0:31spacecraft off
- 0:33my immediate feeling was just a sick
- 0:35feeling of pit of my stomach or
- 0:36disappointment
- 0:38i knew we had lost the landing
- 0:40and from then on
- 0:41it was not a third letting on the moon
- 0:44but a survival of how to get home it was
- 0:47a question of getting this entire world
- 0:50geared and oriented
- 0:52to one single job get the crew home
- 0:56teamwork was necessary
- 0:58good leadership
- 1:00initiative to think out outside of the
- 1:02box when things go wrong how do we
- 1:04repair them those are the three things
- 1:07that were absolutely necessary
- 1:09i was most
- 1:11proud of
- 1:12being in this team
- 1:14that
- 1:15knew what they had to do
- 1:17and there was no
- 1:18doubt about it
- 1:20the team
- 1:21completely faced up to what had to be
- 1:23done
