1. 0:00hey guys it's Sal today I'm going to
2. 0:02show you the version one release of
3. 0:03Jesse it brings a brand new dashboard
4. 0:05that I've been working on for months
5. 0:07couldn't be more excited about it so
6. 0:09let's get right into it on the first
7. 0:11glance things seem very similar to how
8. 0:13they used to be and that's intentional
9. 0:15but there are new feature so let's
10. 0:17execute the back test starting with you
11. 0:19no longer have to manually enter the
12. 0:21name of the symbol without knowing
13. 0:23whether or not it's right so as soon as
14. 0:24you start writing you will get
15. 0:26recommendations for available symbols
16. 0:29and you can choose from so that's pretty
17. 0:30cool and we also have a search for the
18. 0:33strategies so let's pick don't chain and
19. 0:37I'm going to pick the time frame of 4
20. 0:39hours now the duration section has also
21. 0:42been brought up from the bottom of this
22. 0:44page and that's because we tend to use
23. 0:45this much more frequently so it just
24. 0:47made more sense now the duration is fine
25. 0:50for me so this exchange is also fine now
26. 0:55if I come here you'll notice there are
27. 0:57two new options the fast mode and the
28. 0:59benchmark now let's begin with the fast
29. 1:01mode so I'm going to turn off the
30. 1:02Benchmark feature and let's execute the
31. 1:05back test first with the fast mode off
32. 1:08it took us 2.33 seconds to finish and
33. 1:13these are the
34. 1:14results the equity curve and everything
35. 1:17now let's go back turn the fast mode on
36. 1:20and execute it
37. 1:22again this time it took us 0.29 seconds
38. 1:26which is many times faster than before
39. 1:28so that's pretty cool now let's move on
40. 1:31to the next feature The Benchmark now
41. 1:35this is the equity Cur of this strategy
42. 1:37if I asked you how is this strategy
43. 1:40doing what would you have said is it a
44. 1:42good strategy is it a bad one if it were
45. 1:45me I would say it depends on how the
46. 1:47market was doing during that period so
47. 1:51for instance if the market was going
48. 1:52down and and the equity curve of our
49. 1:55portfolio is going up like this then
50. 1:57amazing if it was in a Range Market and
51. 2:00we made some profits still amazing but
52. 2:03let's say the market did two or three
53. 2:04times of what we did right then we
54. 2:07didn't really beat the market we didn't
55. 2:08do great so it's really important to
56. 2:11know how the market was doing so if I go
57. 2:14back and turn the Benchmark feature and
58. 2:17execute it
59. 2:19again this time we have two lines in the
60. 2:22equity curve chart the first one the
61. 2:24blue line is the portfolio the second
62. 2:27the orange one is the BTC so as you can
63. 2:30see we did barely better than BTC right
64. 2:33so this is really cool and yes we did
65. 2:36have this feature in the conat report
66. 2:39exports but that's a third party plugin
67. 2:42so it's not super accurate as much as
68. 2:44something that I built right into jessc
69. 2:47that's one the other thing is that we
70. 2:48were limited to one line for the market
71. 2:51now here's what I mean so if I were
72. 2:53trading both BTC and E at the same time
73. 2:57in the co set we would still see only
74. 2:59one line but now if I go back and add
75. 3:03another trading route this time for E
76. 3:06us the same time
77. 3:09frame let's say the same strategy and
78. 3:13run it so by the way this is an
79. 3:15important error it's telling me that for
80. 3:18the moment the fast mode can only be
81. 3:20used with one trading raft and yes
82. 3:22that's the limit that we have so far so
83. 3:25it's important that I turn the fast mode
84. 3:28off so that I can run it
85. 3:32again all right so if I come back here
86. 3:35and check my Equity curve now as you can
87. 3:38see we have two other lines here so the
88. 3:42orange one is BTC and the red one is eth
89. 3:45so that's pretty cool and there's really
90. 3:47no limit so if I were to add 10 trading
91. 3:49routes I would get 10 lines on this
92. 3:51chart how cool is that now before I
93. 3:54forget I have to give credit to Yakir
94. 3:56who is one of the most active developers
95. 3:58that we have in our Discord Community
96. 4:00the guy's really genius he wrote the
97. 4:03algorithm behind this so many thanks to
98. 4:05him all right the other thing that's new
99. 4:06is that if I were to add other tabs and
100. 4:10let's say I want to keep this result
101. 4:14after I close the browser or refresh the
102. 4:16page now before if I had done this
103. 4:19everything would have been gone so I had
104. 4:20to start from scratch but now if I
105. 4:23refresh the
106. 4:25page everything stays the same and
107. 4:28that's because we are taking advantage
108. 4:29of the local storage of your browser in
109. 4:32the new version now in the future I'm
110. 4:34going to use the database so even if you
111. 4:36change your browser entirely everything
112. 4:38would stay but for now I think this is
113. 4:40much more useful than what we used to
114. 4:42have so that's cool the other thing is
115. 4:44that the title of these Tabs are more
116. 4:47meaningful now so that's cool the other
117. 4:50thing is let's say I had so many tabs
118. 4:52open and I wanted to quickly close them
119. 4:55now before the only option was to use
120. 4:57the close button here right but but I
121. 5:00thought about this okay so this is a tab
122. 5:02just like the tabs in the browser I
123. 5:04would like to be able to close them when
124. 5:06I press the middle click of my mouse and
125. 5:09that's exactly what I did so I can
126. 5:11quickly close them like this all right
127. 5:14so that's cool now if I go to the import
128. 5:18candles very quickly we have the same
129. 5:21improvements that I mentioned for the
130. 5:23back testing we have the same thing with
131. 5:24symbols and yes when you change the
132. 5:27exchange the symbols will also change we
133. 5:29also have the same benefits for the tabs
134. 5:31so that's cool for the optimization page
135. 5:34we have the fast mode here which you can
136. 5:36toggle on or off now you might be asking
137. 5:39why should I tole it off well there are
138. 5:41times that we get some weird errors with
139. 5:44the fast mode that we don't get with the
140. 5:46regular back testing engine so for now
141. 5:49I'm keeping it as an experimental
142. 5:50feature as we improve it I will probably
143. 5:53remove this feature and make it just the
144. 5:55default but for now it's good to know
145. 5:57that you have access to it if you need
146. 5:59it now let's move on to the live trading
147. 6:01page which has had the most amount of
148. 6:03improvements so the first thing you'll
149. 6:05notice is that we have the tabs here
150. 6:09just like we used to have with bacus now
151. 6:11what that means is that now you can
152. 6:13trade multiple live sessions
153. 6:15simultaneously now to do that entering
154. 6:18your API keys inside your andv files is
155. 6:20no longer a good option so I added this
156. 6:22option for managing your exchange API
157. 6:25keys and you can add as many as you like
158. 6:27for any exchange you can even add
159. 6:29multiple API keys for the same exchange
160. 6:31so let's say you have 10 sub accounts on
161. 6:33binance or whatever you can enter them
162. 6:35here and you will give them a name so
163. 6:38that you can recognize them later and
164. 6:40also enter the other stuff and if you go
165. 6:43to the live trading page and turn off
166. 6:45the paper trading mode you can find them
167. 6:48here and just in case if I enable the
168. 6:50paper trading I won't see them here
169. 6:52because we don't use API keys for paper
170. 6:55trading instead you will just see the
171. 6:56options for all the exchanges here this
172. 6:59was probably one of the most requested
173. 7:01features of JC now I also did the same
174. 7:03for notifications so we also have a page
175. 7:06for managing your notification API keys
176. 7:09until now we support telegram Discord
177. 7:12and slack you can manage your API Keys
178. 7:15here and and if I go back to the live
179. 7:17trading I have the option to select the
180. 7:20notification driver or just select
181. 7:22nothing in case you don't want to
182. 7:24receive any notifications so this is
183. 7:26pretty cool now let's actually start the
184. 7:28live trading session so you can see how

216. 8:58chart that we get here was only limited
217. 9:01to the first trading route in our case
218. 9:03that would be BTC UCC but now we also
219. 9:06support switching between them so let's
220. 9:09zoom out here so this is for BTC right
221. 9:13you can see my orders my position and
222. 9:15everything but now I can switch when I
223. 9:18do you can see the name of it here and
224. 9:21you can see my position and orders for
225. 9:23eth now all right so I'm really happy
226. 9:24that this future is finally here now we

239. 9:52section which allows you to clear the
240. 9:55cache of your browser which could be
241. 9:57handy in case you were experiencing some
242. 9:59really weird bug or something there's
243. 10:01also another feature for clearing the
244. 10:03databas cache now Jesse uses caching for
245. 10:06some candles when you execute a back
246. 10:08test so that the next time you execute
247. 10:10the same back test it will take less
248. 10:12time but sometimes those cache files
249. 10:14could cause some issues and it was
250. 10:16annoying to remove them manually but now
251. 10:18we have this option here which could be
252. 10:19really handy right so these were some of
253. 10:21the most important features that I
254. 10:23wanted to highlight in the video there
255. 10:24is more and if you want to read the
