13. 0:26wrench to unscrew it. Basically, I am

27. 1:04fourth cylinder, it's slightly recessed
28. 1:06. Here is the tappet, so to speak, of
29. 1:09the fuel lift pump. Here it is. It is
30. 1:12either slightly recessed or it sticks
31. 1:15out. In general, that's how it is. It's
32. 1:18such a, damn, it's such a thing. In
33. 1:23general, the cone of the fuel injection
34. 1:26pump. You must degrease it during
35. 1:29installation, as well as the gear,
36. 1:32because there is a keyway on the pump
37. 1:35shaft, but not in the gear. And it is
38. 1:39fixed due to the conical fit. It is
39. 1:42absolutely necessary, well, in my
40. 1:44experience, when I tighten this nut and
41. 1:46install the injection pump, I pull it
42. 1:49with a torque wrench to 98 Nm. You must
43. 1:51not under-tighten it, or it will slip.
44. 1:54If you over-tighten it, it damages the
45. 1:55shafts, and the gear gets damaged right
46. 1:57around the key area, and the gear
47. 1:59starts to wobble. In general, that's
48. 2:01not good. For removal, there is this
49. 2:04tool. This is the mating part of the
50. 2:07cover. It screws in here, pushes
51. 2:10against the shaft, and presses it out.

63. 2:51come in with damaged shafts. You have

65. 2:56over-tightened. In general, there is a
66. 2:59nut like this here. This is a plug. A
67. 3:02plug to remove the injection pump, to
68. 3:04press it out. It is five-sided. For

70. 3:09wrench. To unscrew it. When removing
71. 3:13the injection pump, it is mandatory to
72. 3:15screw this tool onto the shaft so as
73. 3:16not to damage the shaft. Often the
74. 3:19shafts get damaged. Here is the tool
75. 3:23for pressing it out. You screw it into
76. 3:26the plate, tighten the bolt, and press
77. 3:28out the injection pump. And here is the
78. 3:32special wrench to unscrew the third nut
