0:01good morning my beloved global family
0:03and welcome to another called calm
0:04meditation
0:07you came from god you're going to return
0:10to god
0:13you're living right now in a version of
0:15reality
0:16that you yourself created for you to
0:18remember
0:19that you're a divine being that your
0:22essential nature is love
0:24that everything in the universe is a
0:26manifestation of your own state of
0:28consciousness
0:31today i want you to no longer be afraid
0:36to live so many of you are afraid to
0:40live
0:41you're afraid of what's going to happen
0:42tomorrow you're afraid of what's going
0:43to happen a week from now
0:45you're afraid of what's going to happen
0:46three years from now 10 years from now
0:48it's all god's will there is nothing
0:52that can happen
0:53outside of god's will and when you look
0:56at what we've gone through collectively
0:58as a species throughout human history
1:00we've made it through every horrific
1:04scenario and situation that you can make
1:06it through
1:07and not only have we made it but we have
1:11been strengthened
1:12in our connection and our resolve to
1:15live
1:18there is nothing to be afraid of
1:22when you know who you are and you know
1:24why you're here
1:26there is nobody that you need fear there
1:29is
1:30nothing that you need be afraid to say
1:33and there is nothing that you need to be
1:36afraid to do
1:37you once you understand consciously on
1:41every level
1:42what this thing called life is
1:45you are free because at that point
1:48you're connected to power and power is
1:50love
1:53power is love god is love
1:57everything is love everything came from
2:00love
2:01everything is returning to love and
2:03everything will return to the ultimate
2:06love
2:08if you're new to meditation i love you
2:12meditation is awesome the more you begin
2:15to realize that everything that you're
2:17experiencing is actually
2:18inside of you and that you're living in
2:20a hologram and that this is
2:22actually a simulation that you created
2:25for yourself to wake up to who you are
2:28the better because actually what's
2:30happening is you're swimming in an
2:31infinite ocean of energy
2:33and your brain is translating these
2:35electrical impulses and signals
2:38that by the way is the problem once you
2:41begin to
2:42meditate and you begin to cultivate this
2:45practice of returning to stillness
2:47you'll begin to interpret reality
2:48through the heart
2:50at that point you'll be able to you'll
2:52begin to realize
2:53a unified collective experience of
2:55reality
2:56you'll begin to see everyone that you
2:58meet as you you'll begin to recognize
3:00yourself in all things
3:02you'll realize that this is really about
3:04love and the ancient truth of all
3:06mystics
3:07all teachers from all traditions will
3:09become your everyday reality
3:11dare i say it when you make the
3:13transition into processing every
3:15experience through the heart
3:17you'll actually become so divinely
3:19intoxicated
3:22that you will live in a perpetual state
3:24of bliss
3:25so welcome to meditation if you're a
3:27seasoned meditator
3:28i'm so happy to have you here over 13

3:32have joined us for these meditations
3:35every morning
3:36for 190 straight days
3:40humanity is waking up people are
3:43remembering who they
3:45are they're waking up to the love that
3:47they are
3:48they're consciously choosing to be that
3:50love and in doing so they are shifting
3:53their biology
3:55they're shifting their reality they are
3:58fundamentally overhauling every area of
4:01their lives
4:02by once again returning to authenticity
4:05being authentic and expressing their
4:07authentic truth
4:09that in and of itself allows them to
4:12live
4:12as love in this world close your eyes my
4:16beloved family and open your palms
4:19and take some long deep cleansing
4:21breaths
4:24and just allow your entire physical body
4:28to relax
4:34resting in the awareness of your breath
4:38reminds you of your connection
4:42to god and to spirit in every moment
4:46ruach elohim
4:54prana shakti
4:59life force
5:02so many different names so many
5:05different traditions
5:08the breath of life the breath of god
5:13the breath is the truth
5:22fully receiving each inhalation and
5:25exhalation
5:31and allowing your body
5:34to tap into deeper and deeper
5:38states of stillness
5:47today it's time to set you free
5:53to set you free from fear
6:00where you are know that you are
6:03enveloped
6:05in the light of god
6:11the light of god is within you and the
6:13light of god surrounds you
6:20and that this light is always with you
6:29it's with you
6:32in every moment of challenge
6:41it's with you in every moment of
6:42perceived injustice
6:52it's with you
6:57in every uncomfortable moment
7:06it's with you in uncertainty
7:14and it's with you
7:18when you don't know how you're going to
7:20make it
7:25the light of god surrounds you
7:30and the light of god is within you
7:45challenges
7:48are opportunities to remember grace
7:52to remember the truth to remember love
8:01and every challenge that you're going
8:02through in this moment whether it be in
8:04your personal life
8:06in your business with your health
8:10with your finances with your family
8:13no matter what that challenge is
8:17it's an opportunity
8:23to remember the truth
8:27to embody the truth
8:31to live your truth
8:40so many of you
8:44have been taught to cower in the
8:46presence of a challenge
8:51you've been trained to withhold your
8:53voice
8:56to maintain the status quo
9:00to not advocate on behalf of yourself
9:05to defer your wishes and your wants
9:10and to allow others to dictate
9:13your life
9:18waking up is becoming accountable
9:22and responsible for one's experience
9:27you are a creator being
9:31the light of god surrounds you
9:34and the love and light of god is within
9:37you
9:40what are you going to do with it today
9:48are you going to cower in the presence
9:49of somebody's rage
9:54or are you going to remember the truth
10:01are you going to allow somebody's lack
10:03of self-love
10:06to impact you
10:09or are you going to stand in the truth
10:14are you going to allow the judgments of
10:16others to diminish you
10:19or are you going to stand in your truth
10:25are you going to allow people places
10:28situations
10:29circumstances and things to alter your
10:32state of being
10:35or are you going to stand strongly
10:39with certainty as david stood in front
10:42of goliath
10:45ready for whatever may happen
10:49knowing that god is with you
10:56the light of god surrounds you
11:01and the light and love of god is within
11:04you
11:10and for some of you that goliath is
11:12cancer
11:15for some of you that goliath is covered
11:20for some of you that goliath is your
11:23husband or wife
11:24or boyfriend or girlfriend or life
11:26partner
11:30for some of you that goliath is one of
11:32your children
11:36for some of you that goliath is your
11:37mother or father or one of your siblings
11:41it doesn't matter what form your goliath
11:44takes today
11:46you
11:52you have what it takes because you have
11:56god
12:03feeling all of your power returning to
12:05you
12:08feeling all of your strength coming back
12:10to you
12:13feeling your truth returning to you
12:17feeling your strength
12:21the light of god surrounds you the light
12:24and love of god
12:25is within you you are never alone
12:37humbly and lovingly asking god
12:41to show you in a tangible way
12:44in this moment that you no longer need
12:46to be afraid
12:48of anything or of anyone
12:55you are not alone
13:02you will be okay
13:08human beings have gone through
13:10unprecedented challenges
13:14torture genocide
13:18every atrocious and horrific thing
13:22that we can go through we've gone
13:23through and we've survived
13:29our strength comes from remembering the
13:33truth
13:35that we are divine beings
13:40that the light of god surrounds us and
13:42the light
13:43and love of god lives within us and if
13:46you have god
13:49you have everything
13:57allowing your fear today to be replaced
14:00by faith
14:02and trust
14:07breathing a little bit easier
14:13no longer concerned or worried
14:17remembering that everything is unfolding
14:20in accordance with god's will
14:24and that we have our part to play
14:34there is nothing to fear
14:40there is no one to fear
14:47never cower in front of anybody
14:55never ever forget
15:00that the light of god surrounds you
15:04and that the light and love of god is
15:07within you
15:19fear is for people who don't have faith
15:28fear is for people who don't know who
15:31they are
15:40fear is for people who have forgotten
15:42the truth
15:48fear is not for you
15:56you are david standing in front of
15:58goliath
16:00standing tall standing in your truth
16:05not afraid
16:19god is with you
16:22and god has already promised you victory
16:44god is with you and god has already
16:48promised you victory
16:51you will make it through covert
16:55you'll make it through financial
16:57challenges you'll make it through
16:58issues in your relationship you'll make
17:01it through issues with your children
17:03you'll make it through tension with your
17:04parents you'll make it through whatever
17:07life
17:07brings to you
17:11because god has already promised you
17:12victory
17:16you cannot be defeated
17:24you cannot lose you can't mess it up you
17:27can't do it wrong
17:35filling your body with the faith of all
17:38of those who have walked the earth
17:39before us
17:42with the strength with the wisdom
17:45but the courage
17:49the guidance the support the resources
17:58we are descendants of a long line of
18:00people
18:02who have endured every form of
18:04persecution imaginable
18:06and yet we are here loving
18:10together unified one family
18:16you are not alone
18:21you never have been and you never will
18:26be
18:42your vibrational field becoming stronger
18:45and stronger and stronger
18:48feeling taller and taller and taller
18:52feeling the power of the universe and
18:54all of creation flowing through you
18:58there is no challenge or giant or
19:01circumstance or situation that is a
19:03match
19:05to you
19:09you have already won
19:12you're just remembering how you win
19:20you've already overcome
19:24you're just now watching the movie
19:26unfold
19:31when you have faith
19:35you are free
19:41the light of god the love of god
19:43surrounds you
19:45the light of god and the love of god is
19:48within you
19:55take some breaths and notice how you
20:04feel
20:08it's time to no longer be afraid of your
20:09power
20:12it's time to make the most of every
20:14moment that you have on this planet
20:16every precious moment of gift of life
20:19that you
20:20have
20:23it's time to no longer be afraid to live
20:28it's time to recognize that no matter
20:29what happens in the world
20:31no matter what happens in your family
20:33and no matter what happens in your life
20:35you have what it takes
20:39you have what it takes to get through
20:42whatever it is that you need to go
20:43through
20:46god is within you
20:49god has blessed you you
20:53are connected to everything that you
20:55need to be connected to to make it
20:57through whatever you are facing in this
20:58world
21:00when you have faith there is no time for
21:02fear
21:03and now is not the time to be afraid
21:08now is not the time to be afraid of your
21:10spouse
21:11now is not the time to be afraid of your
21:13children now is not the time to be
21:15afraid of your boss
21:16now is not the time to be afraid of
21:18what's happening in the world and now is
21:20not the time to be afraid
21:22of whatever you're experiencing
21:27the light of god surrounds you
21:31the light and love of god is within you
21:34you
21:34are david and there is no goliath that
21:38can stop you
21:42i can't wait to empower you to rearrange
21:46your matrix
21:47and hologram today it's time
21:50to get rid of all of these external
21:52control mechanisms that we've put in
21:54place
21:55so that we can be free to be ourselves
21:57and so that we can be free to live our
21:59lives
22:00i am tired of watching my brothers and
22:02sisters cowering
22:05i will not let you cower anymore
22:09you are stronger than you can imagine
22:11you are more powerful than you have ever
22:13been told
22:14and there is a light and a love within
22:15you that wants to go to work on your
22:17behalf
22:18and if you are ready to allow that light
22:21and that love to go to work on your
22:22behalf i will see you at 11
22:24and 8 today it's time to recognize the
22:28strength
22:28that you have
22:32the strength that you have
22:38when you have faith you have no fear
22:43so today be that david
22:48be that boy scent slay
22:52the giant i love you

22:59and bring whatever your form of your
23:02goliath is
