  1. 0:00Action does not equal success despite
  2. 0:02what popular advice might tell you.
  3. 0:05However, getting your thinking right
  4. 0:07does equal success. [music] And this is
  5. 0:10a very powerful point and powerful thing
  6. 0:13to train because we become and get what
  7. 0:15we think about most of the time. And so
  8. 0:17you could be spinning your wheels taking
  9. 0:20action after action after action, but if
  10. 0:22your thinking isn't right, it's not
  11. 0:24going to lead to much or it's not going
  12. 0:26to lead you in the direction you
  13. 0:27actually want to go. But when you get
  14. 0:30your thinking right, which we're going
  15. 0:32to show you how to do today, the natural
  16. 0:34actions that come from that are going to
  17. 0:36be more powerful than hundreds or even
  18. 0:38thousands of actions that are just
  19. 0:41action being for action's sake or busy
  20. 0:44being busy. A lot of people think the
  21. 0:46more action the more success I'll have.
  22. 0:48But in reality it is, the better your
  23. 0:50thinking is. The more trained it is, the
  24. 0:53more you think in the direction you need
  25. 0:55to think most of the time, the more
  26. 0:58successful you're going to be, the more
  27. 1:01fulfilled you're going to be, the more
  28. 1:03you're going to achieve the things you
  29. 1:05want and also in an easier and more
  30. 1:07effortless way. So, let's go over why
  31. 1:09this is the case and also how you can
  32. 1:12start thinking in a way that allows you
  33. 1:14to be incredibly successful. Whether
  34. 1:16that's you want to earn more money, you
  35. 1:17want a entirely new job to do that. So
  36. 1:19the way you earn the money, you want
  37. 1:21better health, um you want to be able to
  38. 1:23travel the world. Doesn't really matter
  39. 1:24what it is you deem as success. When you
  40. 1:27get your thinking right, that is what's
  41. 1:30going to be delivered to you and the
  42. 1:32kind of creation process you're going to
  43. 1:34be able to work with here. So let's jump
  44. 1:36into it. So let's dive into it because
  45. 1:37this is so crucial to understand. Now, a
  46. 1:40fundamental principle in law you need to
  47. 1:42understand about how our reality works
  48. 1:45is something you've heard me say a lot
  49. 1:46of times, but we got to keep mentioning
  50. 1:47it so it's drilled into you because if
  51. 1:49we're operating from the opposite of
  52. 1:51this, we're going to struggle to create
  53. 1:52or manifest anything that we want and
  54. 1:55we're going to usually instead create
  55. 1:57and manifest its opposite. So, it's
  56. 1:59important to understand that your outer
  57. 2:01world follows what's known as your inner
  58. 2:04world.
  59. 2:05Now, an easier way to kind of look at
  60. 2:07this is that the outer world is physical
  61. 2:09reality. That makes sense, right? It's
  62. 2:11the physical world. It's your external
  63. 2:13world. It's these things you can
  64. 2:14perceive with your five senses. But
  65. 2:16understand that what you can perceive
  66. 2:18with your five senses is a very narrow
  67. 2:21bandwidth of frequency of what's out
  68. 2:24there in totality. And what that means
  69. 2:26is it's a very tiny sliver of what is
  70. 2:29actually out there. Because most of
  71. 2:30reality connects to the inner world. And
  72. 2:32the inner world is the realm of energy,
  73. 2:34frequency, and vibration. Like Tesla
  74. 2:36said, that's the secrets to the
  75. 2:37universe. Many other incredibly famous
  76. 2:40scientists and brilliant minds have said
  77. 2:42the same. Uh for example, like Max Plank
  78. 2:44that said that physical matter is
  79. 2:45derivative from consciousness. Physical
  80. 2:48matter is outer. Consciousness is inner.
  81. 2:50It is a non-physical. So you can also
  82. 2:52think of outer as the physical world and
  83. 2:56the inner as the non
  84. 3:00physical, right? And it's important to
  85. 3:03understand this and I've explained this
  86. 3:04in in a lot of depth in other videos,
  87. 3:06but the outer world follows the inner
  88. 3:08world. This just is how it is. Again,
  89. 3:09I've explained it very deeply. I won't
  90. 3:11explain it as deeply in this one because
  91. 3:13I want to move into how you can start
  92. 3:15engaging your thinking in a way that
  93. 3:16allows you to be way more successful.
  94. 3:19And I'll show you examples of this
  95. 3:20working, you know, from clients we've
  96. 3:22had and people who I've worked with and
  97. 3:24how quickly it can work because this is
  98. 3:26essentially what we're getting them to
  99. 3:27do at a high level. And it's creating
  100. 3:29unbelievable results for them and
  101. 3:31there's no reason you can't do it, too.
  102. 3:32But understand, outer follows inner.
  103. 3:35That is a core principle you need to
  104. 3:36know because if you think, oh, I need to
  105. 3:38do outer first. I need to start with the
  106. 3:41outer, you're going to be lost and
  107. 3:42you're not going to create much for
  108. 3:44yourself at all. So a big process when
  109. 3:46it comes to your inner world is your
  110. 3:48thinking and your thoughts, right? A lot
  111. 3:50of people treat their thoughts like an
  112. 3:52inconsequential
  113. 3:53uh thing that happens for them. But it
  114. 3:55couldn't be further from the truth.
  115. 3:57Thoughts are one of the biggest tools
  116. 4:00you have to shaping your reality in one
  117. 4:03way or another. And yet most people
  118. 4:05don't really think about it, right? Uh
  119. 4:07you know this is why books like as a man
  120. 4:09thinkketh even though are so small it
  121. 4:12are so powerful. This is why we get
  122. 4:14quotes like you become what you think
  123. 4:16about most of the time. It's not saying
  124. 4:17you become the actions you take most of
  125. 4:20the time. In fact, it is your thinking
  126. 4:22that's going to dictate the quality of
  127. 4:23your actions. Kind of like I alluded to
  128. 4:25in the intro, right? actions taken from
  129. 4:28the wrong level of thinking is going to
  130. 4:30lead you down a dark path or the wrong
  131. 4:33path to real struggle and to you know
  132. 4:36being burnt out and everything else
  133. 4:38versus action that is inspired from the
  134. 4:40right thinking is going to lead you to
  135. 4:42nirvana is going to lead you to exactly
  136. 4:44where you want to go whatever it is that
  137. 4:45you're looking to create next whatever
  138. 4:47that beautiful vision you have is right
  139. 4:49another great quote to think about is
  140. 4:51that whatever the mind of man can
  141. 4:53conceive and bring itself to believe it
  142. 4:55can achieve again it's not the
  143. 4:57physicality of man. It is the mind of
  144. 4:59man. Right? It wasn't do physical things
  145. 5:01and become rich. It was think and grow
  146. 5:04rich. Right? And so we want to start
  147. 5:07really putting more attention on the
  148. 5:09power of our thinking and not dismiss
  149. 5:12it. Books like as a man think are great
  150. 5:13to look at. The power of positive
  151. 5:15thinking uh by Norman Vincent Peele is
  152. 5:17one of my personal favorites. Such a
  153. 5:19great book, such an underrated book and
  154. 5:20and a relatively unknown at least in
  155. 5:22this day and age. It's it's like from
  156. 5:24almost a hundred years ago I think now
  157. 5:25which is why a lot of people don't know
  158. 5:26about it. Another one is called the
  159. 5:28magic of thinking big. That's a good one
  160. 5:30you can look at too. But understand that
  161. 5:31your thoughts it's not just this random
  162. 5:34thing. Everything has energy frequency
  163. 5:36and vibration meaning everything is made
  164. 5:38from energy. Consciousness is
  165. 5:39fundamental or primary like Max plank
  166. 5:41mentioned uh Neils Boore Verer
  167. 5:43Heisenberg and people said similar
  168. 5:45things as well. So that is what
  169. 5:47everything is made up of including your
  170. 5:48thoughts. There's an energy to it.
  171. 5:50Different thoughts exist at different
  172. 5:52frequencies and they all have a
  173. 5:54vibration. And so every thought that you
  174. 5:56are sending out or you are entertaining
  175. 5:58or you are allowing to come through your
  176. 6:01mind is giving off a certain energy. Now
  177. 6:04admittedly a single thought isn't going
  178. 6:06to have a ton of power. But when you
  179. 6:09have 60 to 80,000 thoughts a day, which
  180. 6:12is what the average person has, about 60
  181. 6:14to 80,000 thoughts a day, if those
  182. 6:17thoughts are concentrated in a
  183. 6:19particular direction, well, suddenly you
  184. 6:21have a lot of energy going in whichever
  185. 6:23particular direction that is. Now, if
  186. 6:26you have a bunch of thoughts going all
  187. 6:27over the place, then you're not really
  188. 6:29generating that much energy towards
  189. 6:31anything. Although that's not entirely
  190. 6:33true. What you're generating energy
  191. 6:34towards now is incoherence. And so
  192. 6:37that's why you may find incoherence in
  193. 6:39your outside world. For example, a lot
  194. 6:41of people who overthink and are
  195. 6:42overthinking every scenario, this thing,
  196. 6:44this thing, this thing. You know,
  197. 6:45typically their outer world reflects
  198. 6:47that. You know, maybe they have a
  199. 6:48cluttered mind and then a cluttered
  200. 6:50physical space, for example, or there's
  201. 6:51always a new challenge or fire they have
  202. 6:53to put out, right? Because your outer
  203. 6:56world again will reflect your inner and
  204. 6:58thinking is a big part of your inner.
  205. 7:00And again, each one of these thoughts
  206. 7:02have has an energy. And another
  207. 7:04interesting thing to know about the 60
  208. 7:05to 80,000 thoughts of data you have is
  209. 7:08that for most people, and you don't want
  210. 7:10this to be you unless you have these
  211. 7:11directed in the right direction, as in
  212. 7:13thoughts that serve you, but 95% of the
  213. 7:16thoughts that the average person has is
  214. 7:19the same from one day to another. And
  215. 7:22that's because most people are just in
  216. 7:23an unconscious state, not monitoring
  217. 7:25their thoughts because we have dismissed
  218. 7:27them as not really that important,
  219. 7:29inconsequential. Oh, your thoughts you
  220. 7:31can keep to yourself and nobody else
  221. 7:32will know. But it will absolutely be
  222. 7:34known because it will be reflected in
  223. 7:36your outer world. What you think about
  224. 7:38comes about. Thoughts really are things.
  225. 7:42Just because they aren't physical things
  226. 7:44doesn't mean they aren't real and
  227. 7:46operate in some other band of frequency
  228. 7:48just outside of the physical. But after
  229. 7:50enough time of focusing on certain
  230. 7:52thoughts long enough, you will see them
  231. 7:54come into the physical because the outer
  232. 7:57follows the inner. So your thinking has
  233. 8:00energy. And the advantage to this is
  234. 8:02this might if you realize you've been
  235. 8:03thinking say more negatively or in a way
  236. 8:05that doesn't really serve you. This
  237. 8:06might feel a little daunting. This might
  238. 8:08feel a little overwhelming, right?
  239. 8:09Because it's like, oh man, all these
  240. 8:11thoughts against me. But this should be
  241. 8:13a cause for joy simply because what
  242. 8:16happens when you start training this
  243. 8:18like we're going to go over to serve
  244. 8:20you? What happens when you have 60 to
  245. 8:2280,000 thoughts that are directed in the
  246. 8:25direction you want to go? plus
  247. 8:27developing the habit to where 95% of
  248. 8:30that is the same day in and day out
  249. 8:32because you then have developed the
  250. 8:34unconscious and subconscious patterns to
  251. 8:36make it more automatic. And let me tell
  252. 8:38you, that's when the magic truly
  253. 8:39happens. But this is why we want to
  254. 8:41train our thinking. This is why we even
  255. 8:43want to go about this because if you
  256. 8:45don't, this is going to be going against
  257. 8:47you. And it's a lot of energy and power
  258. 8:49that you're now fighting against through
  259. 8:51something that you could be using as a
  260. 8:53superpower to your advantage. And here's
  261. 8:55one way I want you to think about it. So
  262. 8:58say this is you in this little box right
  263. 9:00here. This is the known world. This is
  264. 9:01the outer world, the physical world. And
  265. 9:04then this bigger box that this is within
  266. 9:06is the unknown or non-physical world.
  267. 9:09Now ultimately this box would be pretty
  268. 9:12much unlimited. Obviously, we're limited
  269. 9:14for space, not to scale, but just keep
  270. 9:16in mind that the known or physical world
  271. 9:18is a tiny tiny tiny tiny subset of a
  272. 9:22much larger supererset that we're
  273. 9:24calling the unknown or non-physical in
  274. 9:26this example. Right? So, everything
  275. 9:29exists in this other realm of the
  276. 9:31unknown. unlimited possibilities.
  277. 9:33Anything that you can think of and
  278. 9:35things that are even beyond your ability
  279. 9:36to think of at this moment and then
  280. 9:38beyond any ability you'll ever have to
  281. 9:40think um past that exists in this
  282. 9:42unknown. Basically everything else
  283. 9:44outside the physical exist here. And
  284. 9:46this is good news for us. This means
  285. 9:48that all possibilities are out there. We
  286. 9:50need only connect to them. And how do we
  287. 9:52connect to them? Through our thinking.
  288. 9:55Now one thing I forgot to mention and
  289. 9:57that this little equation right here is
  290. 9:59the first thing that your thinking does
  291. 10:00is it starts attracting like thoughts
  292. 10:03back to you and this is where we can use
  293. 10:05thinking to our advantage because if you
  294. 10:07just start choosing differently when it
  295. 10:08comes to your thoughts so if you find ah
  296. 10:1095% of my thoughts are not good I'm
  297. 10:12using this against myself then fear not
  298. 10:15because by simply changing your thinking
  299. 10:17and using certain tools we are going to
  300. 10:18go over in this video you start having
  301. 10:21this more dominant thought here which
  302. 10:23attracts the like kind thoughts back to
  303. 10:25you. So you start thinking more
  304. 10:27positively and that starts attracting
  305. 10:29the first thing it attracts back to you
  306. 10:30is similar thoughts. You start thinking
  307. 10:33more about abundance and the first thing
  308. 10:34that starts doing is attracting back to
  309. 10:36you similar thoughts. And we'll go over
  310. 10:38in this example um how that works a
  311. 10:41little bit more as well. So understand
  312. 10:42it doesn't matter where you currently
  313. 10:44are. As a mentor of mine would say a new
  314. 10:46future is always available. And keep in
  315. 10:49mind that your outer world is an
  316. 10:51energetic history. A new energetic
  317. 10:53history or future in this case is always
  318. 10:55available. And if we change our
  319. 10:57thinking, it is absolutely inevitable.
  320. 10:59If we change it and keep it changed and
  321. 11:01actually train it. That's why we need to
  322. 11:02train it, right? You can't just do this
  323. 11:04for a little bit. You have to train it
  324. 11:05to get it to the point where that
  325. 11:07becomes more automatic. Where now you
  326. 11:09just think positively because that's who
  327. 11:11you are. Now you think in the direction
  328. 11:13you want to go because that's just who
  329. 11:14you are. In the same way, a lot of
  330. 11:16people just who they are right now
  331. 11:18unfortunately is a more negative
  332. 11:19frequency. that's what they're giving
  333. 11:20off because of the patterns they have
  334. 11:22with their thinking. But that is not
  335. 11:24what you were born as. That was not like
  336. 11:26you with a capital Y. That was just
  337. 11:28programming and training you didn't even
  338. 11:30know you were doing. Um because you know
  339. 11:32you didn't really set out to do. You
  340. 11:33didn't sign up for a course and negative
  341. 11:34thinking. It's just kind of how a lot of
  342. 11:36us were raised. But we can counteract
  343. 11:38this and use it to our advantage. So
  344. 11:41going back to this example, this is the
  345. 11:42unknown. This is the known. What I want
  346. 11:44you to think about is when you are
  347. 11:46thinking certain thoughts, it's as if
  348. 11:47you're lighting up these thoughts in the
  349. 11:50field. And in fact, there's a great book
  350. 11:52called The Field by Lynn McTagar, I
  351. 11:55believe her name is, that goes over the
  352. 11:56scientific data behind this that really
  353. 11:59our thinking truly from a scientific
  354. 12:01datadriven basis does create our reality
  355. 12:04and does operate in this way that we
  356. 12:06connect to it in the field. The book is
  357. 12:08literally called the field. talk about
  358. 12:09the zero point field that when we
  359. 12:11connect through our thinking to a
  360. 12:14possibility it starts vibrating it
  361. 12:16lighting it up in the field and drawing
  362. 12:18it to you. Now you have to do that long
  363. 12:20enough for that to start coming in and
  364. 12:23start becoming your physical reality.
  365. 12:25Now why is that? Because the physical
  366. 12:26reality is a denser
  367. 12:30rate of vibration.
  368. 12:33What this essentially means is we need
  369. 12:35concentrated particle flow or
  370. 12:37concentrated energy in order for the
  371. 12:39physical to start changing. Meaning we
  372. 12:41need to think in that direction long
  373. 12:43enough or on whatever it is to draw it
  374. 12:45into our known. Right? If we're thinking
  375. 12:47one thing then the next thing then the
  376. 12:49next thing, it never generates enough
  377. 12:51particle flow or energy for that to then
  378. 12:53be built and come into the denser rate
  379. 12:55of vibration. And we'll make sure we've
  380. 12:56shown the um the poll that kind of shows
  381. 12:58this. Remember everything is energy,
  382. 13:00frequency, and vibration. Even physical
  383. 13:01stuff. It's just a denser rate and so
  384. 13:03requires more focus, attention and
  385. 13:05energy for that to come in to again this
  386. 13:08narrow bandwidth that we call the
  387. 13:09physical for those changes to occur. But
  388. 13:11you absolutely influence the physical
  389. 13:13through your thinking uh through your
  390. 13:15brain waves, through your energy,
  391. 13:17through your frequency, right? And this
  392. 13:19is why mind training is one of the best
  393. 13:20things that you can do. So this is
  394. 13:22ultimately how it's happening. You're
  395. 13:23connecting to this in the field and it's
  396. 13:25drawing it into your known, which again
  397. 13:26is your outer world. And we're going to
  398. 13:29go over a technique that will let you
  399. 13:31pinpoint exactly what it is you want to
  400. 13:33bring into your life and how to bring
  401. 13:36that into your life through your
  402. 13:37thinking and your feeling. Now, one
  403. 13:39thing I want you to think about when it
  404. 13:41comes to what thoughts you're connecting
  405. 13:42to is that they're all at a different
  406. 13:44level of frequency. And whatever
  407. 13:46frequency you frequent is the one you're
  408. 13:49going to draw the physical
  409. 13:51correspondence or physical equivalent
  410. 13:53of. And so one way you can look at this
  411. 13:55is these are lif
  412. 13:57line frequencies. To take a uh quote out
  413. 13:59of reality trans surfing, they talk
  414. 14:01about lifelines. When you're thinking in
  415. 14:03a certain direction, you are connected
  416. 14:05to a potential lifeline that you could
  417. 14:07be living if you stay focused on that
  418. 14:10lifeline. Therefore, through your
  419. 14:11thinking. And so if you're focused on
  420. 14:13this lifeline and say that let's say
  421. 14:14that's the poverty lifeline and your
  422. 14:16thoughts are focused on that energy or
  423. 14:19focused on poverty, you're always seeing
  424. 14:20the worst case situation. you know,
  425. 14:22bills come up and you just react and go,
  426. 14:24"Oh, it's always me. It's always this."
  427. 14:26Well, you stay on that lifeline and you
  428. 14:28stay on that frequency. And if you're on
  429. 14:30that frequency, the only thing you can
  430. 14:31receive are the things that match that
  431. 14:33frequency. But if you shift to a new
  432. 14:36frequency, and let's say this is the
  433. 14:37abundance frequency, this is a joy
  434. 14:39frequency, whatever else it is. If you
  435. 14:41stay thinking on that long enough, that
  436. 14:44is the one that suddenly comes in. if
  437. 14:45you stay on this lifeline and by law you
  438. 14:49have to start receiving the equivalents
  439. 14:51or the things that exist on that
  440. 14:53lifeline frequency. Right? So when we do
  441. 14:56this long enough then we start making a
  442. 14:59home you could say on that lifeline on
  443. 15:01that frequency which then brings in
  444. 15:04after enough time what we call the
  445. 15:06denser rate of vibration also known as
  446. 15:09the physical reality. This is when
  447. 15:11opportunities, events, people, and so
  448. 15:13much more start showing up in your life
  449. 15:15that now match this new frequency
  450. 15:17because you focused your thoughts long
  451. 15:19enough on it. Your attention has gone
  452. 15:21there long enough. You are getting to
  453. 15:23these numbers. And again, you don't even
  454. 15:24need to get to these numbers. You just
  455. 15:26need to start tipping the scale a little
  456. 15:27more. If you had 10, 20, 30,000
  457. 15:30thoughts, that would still be
  458. 15:31magnificent and help you to do this,
  459. 15:33right? Most people are having maybe a
  460. 15:35few hundred thoughts about the thing
  461. 15:36they want. Almost none for a lot of
  462. 15:38people, right? Most people are having
  463. 15:40very little thinking to do with actually
  464. 15:42what they want to create and what they
  465. 15:44envision for themselves. Most people
  466. 15:45don't even know what they want. They
  467. 15:47don't even know what direction they want
  468. 15:48to go in. So, how could they even direct
  469. 15:50this energy towards anything that's
  470. 15:52going to be favorable for them? They are
  471. 15:53too busy thinking about victimization.
  472. 15:56They are too busy thinking about, oh,
  473. 15:58this always happens to me and bad things
  474. 16:00happen to me and good things happen to
  475. 16:01other people and what lifeline is that
  476. 16:03putting you on? What thoughts and what
  477. 16:05physical um equivalence is that drawing
  478. 16:07in? What other thoughts is that
  479. 16:09attracting? Because when you think that
  480. 16:10way, it magnetizes. It's like kind
  481. 16:13thoughts. So, one last thing I'm going
  482. 16:15to give you before we're going to go
  483. 16:16into some practices that are going to
  484. 16:17help you to do this to train your
  485. 16:19thinking is something I call tracks in
  486. 16:22the jungle.
  487. 16:26And this is good because ultimately
  488. 16:28remembering that again you want to get
  489. 16:29to the point where this is more
  490. 16:30unconscious and subconscious. Right now
  491. 16:33for most who are thinking negatively,
  492. 16:34they have what you could consider um
  493. 16:36tracks or pathways in the jungle that
  494. 16:39make it very easy to access negative
  495. 16:42thinking. So think of it this way.
  496. 16:43There's a dense jungle and because you
  497. 16:45have traveled down a certain pathway in
  498. 16:47that jungle, you've cleared it out,
  499. 16:49maybe even built a road on it because
  500. 16:50you've traveled down that pathway many,
  501. 16:52many times. So it's very easy and
  502. 16:54accessible. However, if you stop going
  503. 16:56down that pathway, what would happen in
  504. 16:58a jungle if it would stop clearing out
  505. 17:00and people stopped going down it? Well,
  506. 17:02it would start to be reclaimed by the
  507. 17:04jungle. And if you start to create a new
  508. 17:06pathway and let's say it's dense jungle,
  509. 17:08yes, it's going to be difficult. There's
  510. 17:10going to be resistance. It's going to
  511. 17:11feel uncomfortable at first because
  512. 17:12you're going to be chopping through
  513. 17:13vines. You're going to be going in that
  514. 17:14direction. But the more you do it,
  515. 17:16again, the more of those thoughts start
  516. 17:17coming in, the more pathway starts to
  517. 17:19get created. And now suddenly these 95%
  518. 17:22of same thoughts are coming more from
  519. 17:24that pathway while the other one is
  520. 17:26getting closed up. This is how your
  521. 17:27neuro connections basically work. You
  522. 17:30know they fire and wire together as Dr.
  523. 17:32Joe Despensza would say. But when you're
  524. 17:34not firing them, when you're not wiring
  525. 17:36them, they start to break apart to
  526. 17:38conserve energy, save energy, and put
  527. 17:40that towards the things you actually are
  528. 17:42trying to create. And so [snorts] when
  529. 17:44it comes to this, yes, it's going to be
  530. 17:45a little more difficult in the
  531. 17:47beginning. Yes, you're going to want to
  532. 17:48use these tools and be very diligent
  533. 17:50about them. But as you keep going,
  534. 17:52you're going to notice that it starts to
  535. 17:54become more automatic. You're going to
  536. 17:55notice that your thinking is starting to
  537. 17:56transition and you're like, "Wow, I'm
  538. 17:58just thinking positively for seemingly
  539. 17:59no reason. Wow, I just mentioned all
  540. 18:01these things I'm grateful for and it
  541. 18:02wasn't like something I just sat down to
  542. 18:04do. It just kind of happened." Right?
  543. 18:06This is because you're now creating
  544. 18:07these pathways in the jungle towards
  545. 18:09those more positive things. And you've
  546. 18:12successfully started clearing out that
  547. 18:14pathway so it's easier to access. you
  548. 18:16can kind of walk down it now without any
  549. 18:18vines or anything else in the way. And
  550. 18:20you keep widening uh widening it the
  551. 18:22more you do that. Well, because you're
  552. 18:24doing that and we can only focus on one
  553. 18:26thing at a time. As long as you're not
  554. 18:27traveling down that old pathway, that
  555. 18:29one starts to get reclaimed by nature.
  556. 18:31The vines start to connect across the
  557. 18:33road. And yes, if you have a very wide
  558. 18:34one, it can take longer because you
  559. 18:36might be closing it up a little bit and
  560. 18:38then relapse and go down it and clear it
  561. 18:40again a little bit. But if you just keep
  562. 18:41going with it, this will start to close
  563. 18:43up to the point where it isn't
  564. 18:46recognizable that there ever was a
  565. 18:47pathway there if you keep going with
  566. 18:49this. So now let's go over what we can
  567. 18:52do. Right? You've already, I think,
  568. 18:53through what I've been saying here, uh,
  569. 18:55gotten some hopefully gold nuggets on
  570. 18:57what you can do, but let's go over some
  571. 18:58intentional, deliberate practices now
  572. 19:00that you can do to help with all this.
  573. 19:02So now, let's go over some tools you can
  574. 19:04start using right away to help you train
  575. 19:07your thinking. Now, I promised I would
  576. 19:09show you some results of this working,
  577. 19:11so I'll pop those up on screen. And this
  578. 19:12is from our programs, Maxit and Mold
  579. 19:15Your Reality. Um, and ultimately, this
  580. 19:17is a really big thing that we work on is
  581. 19:19getting them to stay focused and keep
  582. 19:21their attention on the right thinking
  583. 19:23versus being on the wrong thinking.
  584. 19:25Again, it sounds simple to do, right? Or
  585. 19:28it sounds um easy enough to do, but it's
  586. 19:29really again, you're fighting your old
  587. 19:31programming when it comes to this. So,
  588. 19:33that's something we help them do. And if
  589. 19:34you want to learn more about that, you
  590. 19:35can learn through the link down below.
  591. 19:37We're getting phenomenal results because
  592. 19:39again, this works exactly as I'm I'm
  593. 19:41telling you it works in the first one
  594. 19:42where we went over the theory and the
  595. 19:44mechanisms behind this and you'll see in
  596. 19:46other videos where we dive deeper into
  597. 19:47this. Again, the field is a great book
  598. 19:49to read. In fact, that's what we're
  599. 19:50going to cover first because one of the
  600. 19:53most underrated habits and practices
  601. 19:56that will train you like nothing else is
  602. 19:58reading. Now, not any kind of reading,
  603. 20:01right? So this is not you reading just
  604. 20:02random books or you know kind of reading
  605. 20:04for the sake of reading as many books as
  606. 20:06you can. Um that becomes an ego game
  607. 20:09which ultimately is a lower level of
  608. 20:10consciousness. But when you read the
  609. 20:13right books which I'll explain what the
  610. 20:15right books means um and I'm going to
  611. 20:17give you some that will help you train
  612. 20:18your thinking. Well then it suddenly
  613. 20:20changes the game. Reading is ultimately
  614. 20:22underrated. you know, the best leaders,
  615. 20:24the best manifestors, the most
  616. 20:25successful people typically were really
  617. 20:28um diligent readers reading very good
  618. 20:30material because they understood that
  619. 20:32reading wasn't just about the
  620. 20:33information and understand that reading
  621. 20:35actually yes the information is good but
  622. 20:37for me reading the information is
  623. 20:39secondary. Yes, you'll get that too and
  624. 20:41yes that can be very valuable but the
  625. 20:43true benefit of reading is the energy
  626. 20:47and more specifically thought energy you
  627. 20:49will gain while reading. So if you read,
  628. 20:52for example, 30 minutes of a really good
  629. 20:54book, some of which I'll give you as an
  630. 20:55example. Let's say is as a man thinkketh
  631. 20:57because this is a phenomenal book. You
  632. 20:59can't read this book too many times and
  633. 21:01it's super easy to read. You can go
  634. 21:02through this book multiple times. It's
  635. 21:04another thing a lot of people hold
  636. 21:05themselves back with because they have
  637. 21:06this idea of completionism. So I have to
  638. 21:08read a book once. I've done it. I know
  639. 21:10it. But the fact of the matter is again,
  640. 21:12information isn't the goal here. The
  641. 21:14thing also is when you reread a book,
  642. 21:16you will pick up more information and
  643. 21:18more gold nuggets than you would if you
  644. 21:19just read it once or twice. Because each
  645. 21:21time you read it, you're essentially
  646. 21:23reading it with fresh eyes or a new
  647. 21:24perspective or whatever it is you
  648. 21:26learned previously reading it, you're
  649. 21:28taking into it now. Meaning sometimes
  650. 21:30you'll read a book and be like, is this
  651. 21:31even the same book because I didn't pick
  652. 21:33up this, this, and that this um last
  653. 21:35time, right? So rereading the best books
  654. 21:38is much better than reading a good book,
  655. 21:40but then going to books that are maybe
  656. 21:42not as good or things that are just
  657. 21:43distraction or maybe not really the most
  658. 21:45helpful or don't have the best energy,
  659. 21:47right? Maybe they're coming more from
  660. 21:48ego. Maybe they're fear-based and making
  661. 21:50you fearful for things or whatever it
  662. 21:52is. Energy, especially the thought
  663. 21:54energy, again, the time you're spending
  664. 21:55with it plugs you into the energy of the
  665. 21:58book. So, a great example of this is um
  666. 22:00David Hawkings book power versus um
  667. 22:02force. I almost said power versus
  668. 22:04source, but power versus force um is
  669. 22:06calibrated at 850 on the consciousness
  670. 22:09scale, which is ultimately the energy of
  671. 22:11enlightenment. So if you're reading a
  672. 22:13book that is calibrated at the energy of
  673. 22:15enlightenment and so the thinking is at
  674. 22:17that level as well, and you're engaged
  675. 22:19with that book, what do you think is
  676. 22:20happening as far as the frequency you're
  677. 22:22on while you are engaging with that
  678. 22:24book? Yes, you are now on that
  679. 22:26frequency. Remember the lifeline
  680. 22:28frequency example that I gave? remember
  681. 22:29the field example I gave and what you're
  682. 22:32drawing in. So when you're engaged in
  683. 22:33that book, it's not just about the
  684. 22:35information. It's about that you are now
  685. 22:37connected through that book to that
  686. 22:40frequency or as much of that you can
  687. 22:42hold in your capacity right now. So you
  688. 22:44are now connected however long you are
  689. 22:46reading to that energy which is then
  690. 22:49changing your thinking which is then
  691. 22:50changing your energetic structure which
  692. 22:52is then um helping that 60 to 80,000
  693. 22:54thoughts a day that we talked about
  694. 22:56which is now creating that pathway in
  695. 22:58the jungle uh much uh faster that we
  696. 23:01talked about. And so reading becomes one
  697. 23:03of the greatest tools because these
  698. 23:04physical things have energy. The words
  699. 23:06on the page have energy. The author put
  700. 23:08energy into the book. And so you want to
  701. 23:11find books that ultimately calibrate at
  702. 23:13a high level of consciousness. Again, as
  703. 23:15a man thinkketh is great. Power versus
  704. 23:17force, the eye of the eye, which is
  705. 23:19Hawkings kind of follow-up book to power
  706. 23:21versus force. He's a few um but this
  707. 23:22one's at 950. So I mentioned some other
  708. 23:24ones as well. Um like uh the power of
  709. 23:27positive thinking by Norman Vincent
  710. 23:28Field. Another one that would be really
  711. 23:30good energy and kind of keys in your
  712. 23:31thoughts when you're into it. The magic
  713. 23:33of thinking big is another good one. And
  714. 23:35again, you don't want to think of these
  715. 23:36as just like reading a book like you
  716. 23:38were at school. You want to look at
  717. 23:39these as training that these things are
  718. 23:42training your thinking. So reading is
  719. 23:44one of the most underrated one uh ones
  720. 23:46and I would say you want to be reading
  721. 23:48at least in some capacity every single
  722. 23:50day. Some days you might only be able to
  723. 23:51do a minute to 5 minutes, some days 30
  724. 23:53minutes to an hour. But understand again
  725. 23:55it is not the actions, it is training
  726. 23:57your thinking. The quality of your
  727. 23:59thinking will determine the quality of
  728. 24:00your results. And so reading is one of
  729. 24:02the most important practices uh that you
  730. 24:05want to be using in my eyes. You know,
  731. 24:07not reading is kind of like someone who
  732. 24:08wants to put on muscle, but then it's
  733. 24:10like, I don't want to lift the weights,
  734. 24:11right? When it comes to success or
  735. 24:13training your thinking, reading,
  736. 24:15basically leaving that and not doing
  737. 24:16that is like never going to the gym and
  738. 24:18lifting the weights when you want to put
  739. 24:19on muscle, right? Or whatever the thing
  740. 24:20is, do calisthenics, whatever the thing
  741. 24:22is. Don't try and be like, "Oh, I can do
  742. 24:23this instead." What I mean is you're not
  743. 24:24doing the exercises. Reading really is
  744. 24:27that crucial. It is incredibly
  745. 24:28underrated. Again, make sure you're
  746. 24:30reading the right books, but I already
  747. 24:31gave you some. I think five books to
  748. 24:32take a look at that can really, really
  749. 24:35help with this. Um this is why again in
  750. 24:37um my programs I give people very um
  751. 24:39select books for their situation. Um we
  752. 24:41have a secret society book which I've
  753. 24:42made a course around in uh in that
  754. 24:44program as well so they can benefit from
  755. 24:46that. And again anytime they're watching
  756. 24:48that they're um kind of keying in that
  757. 24:50energy. Again when it comes to reading
  758. 24:52also other things like watching
  759. 24:54material. So while you're watching this
  760. 24:55you're also keying in into this energy.
  761. 24:57Um but you have to make sure you're
  762. 24:58engaged. It's very easy to be passive
  763. 25:00with something like this. Uh it's very
  764. 25:01easy to also get distracted if you're
  765. 25:03not careful. Reading is so valuable
  766. 25:05because you sit down with a book. It's
  767. 25:07physical. It's in your hands. It's
  768. 25:08harder to be distracted. And again, it's
  769. 25:10this physical object that you have in
  770. 25:12your hands, which gives off an energy.
  771. 25:14So, also understand when I say reading,
  772. 25:16I'm not talking about audiobooks. I'm
  773. 25:18not talking about necessarily a Kindle,
  774. 25:20although that's okay. Um, but physical
  775. 25:22copies of the book tend to be a little
  776. 25:24more powerful. Actually, a lot more
  777. 25:26powerful when it comes to the energy.
  778. 25:28So, don't go well, oh, I am I am reading
  779. 25:29all these books. I'm listening to this.
  780. 25:30Well, hold on a second. That is a
  781. 25:32different mode of learning. still good.
  782. 25:34Yes, definitely still listen to
  783. 25:35audiobooks and things if you want to do
  784. 25:37power versus force as a man thinkketh
  785. 25:38whatever else it is but what I'm
  786. 25:41mentioning here is physically reading
  787. 25:44old school old style reading you know
  788. 25:47instead of all these kind of modern ways
  789. 25:48in which we try and shortcut that now
  790. 25:50again still do those ways because they
  791. 25:52can be useful as well to doing some of
  792. 25:54this but reading is so so powerful and
  793. 25:58something that if we want to train our
  794. 25:59thinking we should be doing oh I
  795. 26:00mentioned the field as well that's
  796. 26:01another good one to pick up if you want
  797. 26:03to see more of the data um and examples
  798. 26:05of how powerful your thinking is uh that
  799. 26:08will help with all this as well. Now, as
  800. 26:09far as kind of an ongoing training your
  801. 26:12thinking, we need to remember what to do
  802. 26:16more often. You see, when you don't
  803. 26:18remember what to do, you can't actually
  804. 26:20use it. Which is why repeating the books
  805. 26:22is important. Repeating the material. A
  806. 26:24lot of people are always looking for the
  807. 26:25shiny object syndrome. You know, people
  808. 26:27will mention like, "Oh, you've mentioned
  809. 26:28this before." Okay, fantastic. Do you
  810. 26:30know it? Yeah, I know it. Oh, no. you
  811. 26:32know a little bit about it, but do you
  812. 26:34truly know it? Are you living it? Are
  813. 26:35you using it? Are you utilizing it?
  814. 26:37Well, no, but uh you know, I know it's
  815. 26:38like, well, no, you don't because you're
  816. 26:40not actually able to use it in your
  817. 26:42everyday life effectively in the moments
  818. 26:44when you need to use it. And this is why
  819. 26:46repetition is key. Reading the right
  820. 26:48material over and over again is key.
  821. 26:49Being in the energy of those things is
  822. 26:51very key to training your thinking.
  823. 26:54Right? We want to continually choose
  824. 26:56those thoughts and being reminded to do
  825. 26:58that helps you to actually engage in
  826. 27:00these principles and these practices. So
  827. 27:02the next thing we have is the buffet
  828. 27:04analogy. And this is where you need to
  829. 27:06be more intentional with your thinking
  830. 27:07especially at first like I mentioned
  831. 27:09because you have the pathways in the
  832. 27:10jungle to contest with and a lot of
  833. 27:12times because you have a developed one
  834. 27:14and more maybe negative patterns or the
  835. 27:15old self it will be very easy when you
  836. 27:18go into an automatic kind of autopilot
  837. 27:19mode to go down those pathways. And so
  838. 27:21you want to snap yourself out of it and
  839. 27:23remember that there's always options and
  840. 27:25kind of like a buffet of options when it
  841. 27:27comes to your thoughts in any given
  842. 27:29moment. But we have to remember that and
  843. 27:31become aware of that in the moment to
  844. 27:33actually use it. And so ultimately
  845. 27:35always remember that we can choose
  846. 27:37differently when it comes to our
  847. 27:38thoughts. The thoughts are not you.
  848. 27:40You're not a slave to your thoughts. You
  849. 27:42are the one who gets to choose which
  850. 27:43thoughts you want to engage in versus
  851. 27:45not. Now again the more energy you have
  852. 27:47towards certain thoughts at first is
  853. 27:50going to make it difficult. if there's a
  854. 27:51lot of energy around that. But as you
  855. 27:53keep waking up and you choose
  856. 27:55differently, um it gets easier and
  857. 27:57easier and easier. Now, the simple way
  858. 27:59we want to kind of describe this is you
  859. 28:01want to start thinking more about what
  860. 28:02you do want versus what you don't want.
  861. 28:05And I know that's very simplistic, but
  862. 28:06that's ultimately what we're going for.
  863. 28:08When you think about what you don't
  864. 28:09want, again, what frequency are you
  865. 28:11connected to? You know, we become what
  866. 28:12we think about. So, by thinking about
  867. 28:14what you don't want, you start drawing
  868. 28:15more of that in. A lot of people think
  869. 28:17about lack and then they draw more lack
  870. 28:19in. You want to think about what you do
  871. 28:21want and crucially you want to feel good
  872. 28:24about it. So think about what you do
  873. 28:26want to the level where you can also
  874. 28:28feel good about it and then climb that
  875. 28:29ladder. And that's why I have this right
  876. 28:32here is choose differently but do it in
  877. 28:34degrees. If you choose differently and
  878. 28:36you try and go okay what's the enlight
  879. 28:38most enlightening joyful or whatever
  880. 28:40thought that is available uh you might
  881. 28:43not be able to comfortably sit with that
  882. 28:45just yet. So, what's a rung or two or
  883. 28:48degree up from where you're currently
  884. 28:49at? So, let's say you find yourself in
  885. 28:51some negative thinking, but you
  886. 28:52remember, okay, it's like a buffet.
  887. 28:53There's all of this other stuff
  888. 28:54available to me, but because you're in,
  889. 28:56say, the negative side of the buffet
  890. 28:58right now, what's around you is mainly
  891. 29:00negative, but you might a little bit in
  892. 29:02the distance see something that's
  893. 29:03slightly more positive. So, you go to
  894. 29:05that one, right? And now, because you're
  895. 29:08at that new part in the buffet, you're
  896. 29:09thinking a bit differently. Okay,
  897. 29:11suddenly this one becomes accessible.
  898. 29:13So, you move to that one. And then
  899. 29:15eventually as you keep doing this,
  900. 29:16you'll find that you're on a much more
  901. 29:18positive thought. But if you tried to go
  902. 29:20from here to here, um you wouldn't be
  903. 29:22able to reach it. You can't even see it
  904. 29:24from where you're currently at. So just
  905. 29:26keep in mind this is not about going
  906. 29:27from a let's say a pretty negative
  907. 29:30thought all the way to the most positive
  908. 29:31thought. Just do it in degrees like a
  909. 29:33ladder. Climb one rung at a time. And
  910. 29:35each time you climb a rung, you're
  911. 29:37closer to the top or closer to an actual
  912. 29:40genuine positive thought that you can
  913. 29:42actually reach for. This can be done in
  914. 29:44many different ways. For gratitude, this
  915. 29:45is a good one. You know, be grateful
  916. 29:46genuinely what for what you can reach
  917. 29:48for right now. And once you hit that,
  918. 29:50your kind of landscape will expand and
  919. 29:52it'll be like, oh, there's more
  920. 29:53available. And you hit that, oh, there's
  921. 29:55even more available. And you start
  922. 29:56creating a momentum around that. So,
  923. 29:58when you're changing your thoughts or
  924. 29:59choosing differently, so you have one
  925. 30:01and go, I don't really want to reinforce
  926. 30:02that. Let me take a step back and let me
  927. 30:05see what else is available. Okay, I'm in
  928. 30:07this section of the buffet. Okay, what's
  929. 30:09the best one I can reach for right now?
  930. 30:10What's the dish I can reach for right
  931. 30:11now? Okay, this one's not so bad. Great.
  932. 30:14But now that you've reached for that,
  933. 30:15more is available. And you keep doing
  934. 30:17that until you get to a point where
  935. 30:18you're on more of the positive side of
  936. 30:20the spectrum. And yes, this is an
  937. 30:21ongoing process. This is not something
  938. 30:23you do once. And this is something that
  939. 30:24takes persistence. But if you want to
  940. 30:26train your thinking or train anything
  941. 30:28for that matter, yes, you have to have
  942. 30:29persistence. If you go to the gym and
  943. 30:31give up after a week or two because you
  944. 30:32got a little bit of soreness, you're
  945. 30:34never going to develop the muscles. If
  946. 30:36you give up on a sport after two weeks
  947. 30:38because you can't swing the racket
  948. 30:39correctly or kick the ball correctly or
  949. 30:41shoot the ball correctly, you're never
  950. 30:42going to get any better. It does take
  951. 30:44persistence, but understand it's a
  952. 30:46process. And just by sticking with the
  953. 30:48process, you are going to make
  954. 30:49incredible progress and get to a point
  955. 30:52where you have this trained. Now, one
  956. 30:54last little one I'm going to give you.
  957. 30:55if you find yourself really hooked into
  958. 30:58a thought. So, let's say you're doing
  959. 30:59this, but you keep getting drawn back to
  960. 31:01this like grotesque dish at the buffet
  961. 31:02and this this terrible thought um is
  962. 31:04there is a process or a simple technique
  963. 31:06in what's called TFT, thought field
  964. 31:08therapy. And this kind of uses your
  965. 31:10acupuncture meridian system to get your
  966. 31:12energy back online. You see, when you're
  967. 31:14negatively thinking, you're in what's
  968. 31:16called reversal in TFT. And what that
  969. 31:18essentially means is your energy system
  970. 31:20isn't functioning properly. because
  971. 31:22we're not actually meant to be thinking
  972. 31:24negatively all the time or being this
  973. 31:26negative energy. In fact, it keeps us
  974. 31:27further away from what we truly are. It
  975. 31:29kind of cuts us off from source. So,
  976. 31:31it's not our natural state. So, what we
  977. 31:33can do is we can take a step back. So,
  978. 31:35essentially take that step back again
  979. 31:36like you're in the buffet and you
  980. 31:37realize, okay, I'm engaging in a dish I
  981. 31:39don't want to eat, but for whatever
  982. 31:40reason, I'm having trouble shaking it.
  983. 31:41And then what you do is you tap what's
  984. 31:42known the side of your hand, known as
  985. 31:45the side of your hand, as if it's like
  986. 31:47some secret. It's the side of your hand,
  987. 31:49basically like where you would karate
  988. 31:50chop. And you're going to tap them both
  989. 31:52together. And while you're doing this,
  990. 31:54again, take kind of mentally take that
  991. 31:56step back in your mind. You can watch
  992. 31:57the thought or whatever, but I I just
  993. 31:59want you to repeat to yourself um one of
  994. 32:02a few things. The first thing is I am
  995. 32:04testing correctly. And you don't have to
  996. 32:06worry about what it means or anything
  997. 32:07like that, but just repeating that or my
  998. 32:09energy is online or my energy is
  999. 32:11spinning correctly. And I just want you
1000. 32:12to kind of be calm and kind of root
1001. 32:15yourself in that moment while you tap
1002. 32:17this meridian point. And this is very
1003. 32:19good at correcting a lot of different
1004. 32:21reversals. Now, with deeper reversals,
1005. 32:23there's a whole process for that um with
  1006. 32:25some other techniques. Uh I can't I
1007. 32:27can't go all into it right now. This
1008. 32:29would take way too long. But this will
1009. 32:30correct a lot of them. And what you
1010. 32:32might notice is, okay, I'm not so hooked
1011. 32:33now into that part in the buffet uh that
1012. 32:36thought that I was engaged with. And now
1013. 32:38I have a little more space to make a new
1014. 32:40choice. Right? Because when you get
1015. 32:41hooked down the pathway and you think
1016. 32:43that it's you and you think this is your
1017. 32:44choices or whatever, it's very easy to
1018. 32:46keep going down that way. But if you do
1019. 32:48this, it's almost like you create that
  1020. 32:49separation. You disidentify and now it's
1021. 32:51easier to choose differently. So again,
1022. 32:54then we replace the thought. So you were
1023. 32:56munching on this pretty nasty dish that
  1024. 32:59you don't really want to. Again, you're
1025. 33:00thinking about what you don't want. And
1026. 33:01then you create that space. I'm testing
  1027. 33:03correctly.
1028. 33:05Take a deep breath if you want. [sighs]
1029. 33:06My energy system is online. My energy is
  1030. 33:08flowing correctly.
1031. 33:10Okay, what dish is available to me? And
1032. 33:12you may even notice that doing this will
1033. 33:14actually jump you up in the buffet to
  1034. 33:17more um positive stuff because you're
  1035. 33:18online now. You're more connected to
1036. 33:20what you are, which is going to give you
1037. 33:21different things in the buffet or put
1038. 33:23you at a different frequency. So, give
1039. 33:24this technique a try as well. Again, if
1040. 33:26it's not, you know, uh providing magic
1041. 33:29right away, keep being persistent with
1042. 33:30it. It is an incredible technique. You
1043. 33:32just have to use it. Now, once again, if
1044. 33:34you want to accelerate all this and
1045. 33:36really have help in training your
1046. 33:37thinking, you can check out my programs
1047. 33:38down below. Uh, mold your reality is my
1048. 33:40more affordable one, uh, where we have
  1049. 33:42over 200 incredible souls, a collective
1050. 33:45energy that helps everyone and
1051. 33:46incredible results happening all the
1052. 33:47time. And if you want more advanced
1053. 33:49training where you work with me, um,
1054. 33:51more in a really small group and very,
  1055. 33:53very kind of personally one-on-one um,
1056. 33:56environment where we get insane results
1057. 33:58with this. Uh, you can check that out as
1058. 34:00well. Uh, but one or the other will be
1059. 34:02most likely in your range if you want
1060. 34:04help with this. Not everyone does. Not
1061. 34:05everyone's ready for it. Not it's not
1062. 34:07right for everyone. But if you suspect
1063. 34:08that you would like some help and some
1064. 34:10mentorship with this to get this right,
1065. 34:12to not go about this fumbling in the
1066. 34:14dark and all of that, then I highly
1067. 34:16recommend you check it out at least down
1068. 34:18below to learn some more and see if it's
1069. 34:20a right fit for you. Now, anyway, I
1070. 34:22would also give you some more material
1071. 34:24here in this video where we go over a
1072. 34:26process that's going to help with all of
  1073. 34:27this because everyone has what's called
1074. 34:29energetic anchors that are preventing
1075. 34:31them from thinking in the way that they
1076. 34:32want. And this video goes over
1077. 34:34essentially how to snip them away so you
1078. 34:36can start getting to more favorable
1079. 34:37parts of the buffet very easily.
