12. 0:31supremacy or just any sort of racial
13. 0:34tensions that are going on right now I
14. 0:35mean to my own detriment I'm going to
15. 0:37say that nearly nothing you should be
16. 0:38regulated the only things that should be
17. 0:40regulated or censored are legitimate
18. 0:43threats of violence and the and libelous
19. 0:47material and people here always say fire
20. 0:49in a crowded theater that's because they
21. 0:50don't understand the Schenck ruling
22. 0:51which was largely overruled by the
23. 0:53Supreme Court later that is not a broad
24. 0:55ruling it was never meant to be a broad
25. 0:56ruling and its use at the time was
26. 0:58justified in what was was justified by
27. 1:01used by Woodrow Wilson as justification
28. 1:02to arrest political opponents so I much
29. 1:05rather have you know I'm more willing to
30. 1:08have a free and open political sphere
31. 1:10even if there are more crazies out there
32. 1:13than to have the government sit over all
33. 1:15of us and determine what is acceptable
34. 1:17speech and what is not acceptable speech
35. 1:19and I've been the target of more
36. 1:20unacceptable speech traumatic you and
37. 1:22then most everyone that I know and yet I
38. 1:25have consistently stood for the
39. 1:27proposition that people who have
40. 1:28specifically targeted me ought not be
41. 1:30even the platform forget about
42. 1:31prosecutor but even D platformed unless
43. 1:34they are making openly violent threats
44. 1:36against me and are threatening my family
45. 1:38safety other than I mean everybody knows
46. 1:41I'm not a mile away annapolis family
47. 1:42who's thrown off Twitter I said that was
48. 1:44wrong I'm not now Alex Jones fan I think
49. 1:45he's a joke when and a bad a bad person
50. 1:49to booth when I mean anybody who does
51. 1:51what he has done with Sandy Hook is not
52. 1:53my cup of tea
53. 1:54I also they're turning the frogs gay but
54. 1:57the but when Alex when Alex Jones was
55. 1:59banned from Twitter and Facebook unless
56. 2:00they actually had a legal excuse to do
57. 2:02so I don't see how you can do that and
58. 2:04call yourself a free speech platform in
59. 2:06any way no are there market
60. 2:08ramifications to saying things sure I
61. 2:10mean there are of course social and
62. 2:11market ramifications
63. 2:12to saying things and it is not up to me
64. 2:15to have to publish any of these people I
65. 2:17disagree with I don't have to do that I
66. 2:19don't have to reward their business I
67. 2:20don't have to do any of those things but
68. 2:21for the social media platforms to
69. 2:23determine that they're no longer
70. 2:24platforms as I said earlier but actual
71. 2:26publishers changes the nature of their
72. 2:28role if they want to be honest about
73. 2:29that then join the club but if not then
74. 2:30don't pretend you're a platform
