6. 0:11withheld in other words that the murder
7. 0:13trial should not be entered into the
8. 0:15Civil Trial but the big question tonight
9. 0:17can Casey Anthony get a fair trial in
10. 0:20Orlando we're going to Duke it out
11. 0:22attorneys Michelle ssow and Joey Jackson
12. 0:25on either side of this issue ladies
13. 0:27first Michelle can Casey Anthony get a
14. 0:30fair trial in Orlando or should the
15. 0:32trial be moved the trial needs to be
16. 0:35moved or a jury needs to be imported
17. 0:38from another County which is what
18. 0:39happened in the criminal case Jane you
19. 0:41were in the middle of it I was there too
20. 0:44it was an absolute circus and I'm not
21. 0:46saying that this case would necessarily
22. 0:48be as crazy as circus I don't think it
23. 0:51would but the fact of the matter is that
24. 0:53no one is going to be able to have have
25. 0:57an open mind and not have prejudged her
26. 1:00and this is like an OJ situation you
27. 1:02know he was acquitted and then he had
28. 1:04the civil case and you know people may
29. 1:07have again it's a different situation
30. 1:09but hold it against him because they
31. 1:11think that he got away with murder and
32. 1:13that's what's going to happen here Joey
33. 1:15Jackson uh that's the argument to move
34. 1:17the case oh she got away with murder now
35. 1:19we're going to stick it to her in this
36. 1:20civil case it's an unfair fight

39. 1:26anywhere you go it could potentially be
40. 1:28problematic why because remember
41. 1:30although it was local to that specific
42. 1:32County everyone around the country knows
43. 1:34about this particular case and
44. 1:36furthermore you can indeed get a fair
45. 1:39trial there why because you know you can
46. 1:41rehabilitate jurors Jane what does it
47. 1:43mean it means you could say although
48. 1:45you've heard about the case you wouldn't
49. 1:47hold against her this other case right
50. 1:49you're going to decide the merits of
51. 1:51this case are you not and therefore by
52. 1:54vadering juries adequately and
53. 1:56appropriately you can impanel jurors and
54. 1:58regular citizens who could give her her
55. 2:00day and not this not this particular
56. 2:03person this is very very personal to
57. 2:05Orange County this is very personal to
58. 2:07Orlando this is an a completely unusual
59. 2:10situation and just like the the intro to
60. 2:13this this city is just starting to heal
61. 2:16and to do this again I mean there is so
62. 2:18much anger and hatred to this particular
