33. 1:01um with woody and amani i think what
34. 1:03what's great about them is their energy
35. 1:05their their vibe their chemistry that
36. 1:07they have immediately physically
37. 1:08sexually
38. 1:09um like i said we're waiting to see how
39. 1:12we're going to see them vibe
40. 1:13on an emotional level but i want to talk
41. 1:15specifically about what woody
42. 1:16kind of spoke about um and i really love
43. 1:19what he did
44. 1:21when he went to speak to um the two
45. 1:23fathers of
46. 1:24armani and what was really interesting
47. 1:27was the way that he
48. 1:28crafted the narrative to being about
49. 1:30fatherhood and i think that's a great
50. 1:32big big sign of somebody who's
51. 1:34understanding that hey
52. 1:35i can learn here i can win here i can
53. 1:38take some information here
54. 1:40um i can take some sound advice me in my
55. 1:43seat uh
56. 1:44cause my dad isn't here uh we don't have
57. 1:45a real good relationship mm-hmm
58. 1:47but it's good to see her on the opposite
59. 1:49side i'm not one of
60. 1:50both two days right and you can see that
61. 1:52there's an active desire for fatherhood
62. 1:55in um in woody and so when he goes to
63. 1:58obviously the the the father and
64. 2:01stepfather and he talks to them about
65. 2:02you know hey look you know i really you
66. 2:04know i really appreciate the fact that
67. 2:05you two are you know presiding over
68. 2:07armani
69. 2:08and it means also as well for me as a
70. 2:09man you know i don't have a any and you
71. 2:11know what it was interesting because he
72. 2:12started off by saying
73. 2:13you know i want to be very honest and
74. 2:14frank of you guys and you saw that he
75. 2:16was leaning on the table
76. 2:18right and this is i i think that you
77. 2:20know sometimes i'm going into very
78. 2:21difficult conversations we look for
79. 2:23a non we look for certain positions

81. 2:27sometimes people's eyes start down
82. 2:29sometimes people can look away

84. 2:33you can see the body language is trying
85. 2:35to say something very difficult so
86. 2:36to show that difficultness they they
87. 2:39start in a certain position right for
88. 2:40woody it was a start on the table
89. 2:42because
90. 2:42as he starts talking once he gets
91. 2:44halfway through he stands up again it
92. 2:46rises and says obviously what he's
93. 2:47saying
94. 2:47right and so what you see with woody is
95. 2:50that he's leaning on table says the guys
96. 2:52you know
97. 2:52you know it's really good and then goes
98. 2:54on and say look you know i didn't
99. 2:55i didn't have a [ __ ] my father you know
100. 2:57not round i wish he was to the dirt
101. 2:59but i appreciate you two around and i
102. 3:00wish like i can basically i can call you
103. 3:02guys now
104. 3:03you know if i've got any issues or
105. 3:04anything i can talk to you guys you know
106. 3:05what i'm saying
107. 3:06and for for me that's a sign of a level
108. 3:10of maturity
109. 3:11um but that's also a sign as well for a
110. 3:13yearning and desire for
111. 3:15uh i won't say mentorship but um for
112. 3:17sound advice
113. 3:18you know the bible says is that in the
114. 3:20mulch there's there's wisdom in the
115. 3:21council of the multitude
116. 3:23there is wisdom and accounts of the
117. 3:25mulch is that what it is
118. 3:26i may be misquoting but let me just
119. 3:28leave it as that um but there's this
120. 3:30basically in the council of wisdom
121. 3:32there's wisdom and i'm just going to say
122. 3:33that there you know you walk in the wise
123. 3:34you will you'll be wise you know what
124. 3:36then um so
125. 3:38you must understand as well with the
126. 3:40situation that
127. 3:41as he said that first of all that takes
128. 3:43a level of pride to
129. 3:45to be to be shot down first you have to
130. 3:47reduce your pride to be able to make
131. 3:49that statement that he made
132. 3:50um two you have you have to have a
133. 3:52desire to want to have
134. 3:53a relationship with these these two guys
135. 3:56um that represent a fatherhood
136. 3:57relationship with you um that's already
137. 4:00in you
138. 4:00right and so again the benefit of doing
139. 4:04that
140. 4:04is again your relationship will benefit
141. 4:06because whatever blind spots you have
142. 4:08they can help you fill it in you know
143. 4:11and like i said dealing with emotions
144. 4:13i think that's going to be the biggest
145. 4:14part for woody and amani and how he
146. 4:16deals with that
147. 4:17you know i love the fact that money went
148. 4:18to his friends and you know she could
149. 4:20even make a little bit of a joke and a
150. 4:21banner she fit in she slotted him right
151. 4:23away you know she made a little joke
152. 4:24about how
153. 4:25um she's going to joke a little bit
154. 4:27about how you know do you know your wife
155. 4:28etc etc and
156. 4:29straightaway we saw this this natural
157. 4:32ease and and chemistry and actually
158. 4:34proving people wrong i guess start
159. 4:36starting to prove me wrong that maybe
160. 4:37audi and the money are not
161. 4:39um just going to be the vibes and
162. 4:40laughter but actually they have a good
163. 4:42genuine connection so
164. 4:43you know we'll wait and see on that i
165. 4:45really said to you guys in the last
166. 4:46episode that
167. 4:47didn't even amani i think that weak
168. 4:48point will be can he deal with his
169. 4:51emotions
170. 4:52can he express how he feels emotionally
171. 4:54intimate can he um
172. 4:57can he um can he be able to express
173. 5:01some of the shortcomings that he feels
174. 5:03to uh amani
175. 5:04to be able to to discuss and move
176. 5:07forward and develop
177. 5:08um you know a foundation that's a proper
178. 5:11um situation to talk about
179. 5:12then um i think what's important also is
180. 5:14to my um
181. 5:16uh miles and kevin i think obviously if
182. 5:18mars and karen you know
183. 5:20yeah the issue the conversations come up
184. 5:21again of age
185. 5:23which is important i think aids does
186. 5:26play some factor
187. 5:28in the way that we view not necessarily
188. 5:30in terms of actual
189. 5:31life experience all the time but in
190. 5:33terms of the way that we feel about it
191. 5:35we give age more power than it actually
192. 5:37has now when i say
193. 5:38that i mean that not in the constant of
194. 5:40you are 10 years younger like there is a
195. 5:41difference there but we're talking about
196. 5:43a few years 26 and is he mature the
197. 5:46question is
198. 5:46is he mature well you carried yourself i
199. 5:48was like okay he's grown
200. 5:50he's a grown one right um because you
201. 5:53know that was what was mentioned
202. 5:54actually
203. 5:54she um you know she wants guys that are
204. 5:57mature
205. 5:58yeah um and the question is whether
206. 6:01miles are you mature that's what it
207. 6:03boils down to and so then
208. 6:05we get this contrast scene where they
209. 6:07posed us to
210. 6:08um karen talking to um his parents and
211. 6:12you know the the dad's explaining that
212. 6:14mars is quite clean well he's not that
213. 6:16clean sorry
214. 6:17um and now obviously you know he you
215. 6:19know he will always protect her he will
216. 6:21always emotionally and physically
217. 6:22protect her
218. 6:23and that's an amazing um trait to have
219. 6:25um and you know
220. 6:26what hashtag protect black women that's
221. 6:29you're doing your job by doing that you
222. 6:31know by protecting your own woman
223. 6:32protecting the woman that you love
224. 6:34you're protecting black women
225. 6:36once you feel more trust because you'll
226. 6:38get to know a little better not only
227. 6:39will you feel protected physically
228. 6:42you know you'll protect your heart he
229. 6:44really is very genuine
230. 6:46but he absolutely always needed a
231. 6:48nurturing
232. 6:49type of person in his life doing that
233. 6:51i'm saying it's an aspect of that
234. 6:53um and again it shows his character once
235. 6:55more and his loving nature
236. 6:58where there may be an issue and i always
237. 6:59say this world like words are so
238. 7:01important um the mother said obviously
239. 7:03he's a bit of a mummy
240. 7:04he's a he's a mummy's boy and um and
241. 7:06when we say mommy's boy that instantly
242. 7:08is going to put images in my head now
243. 7:09and i saw the same thing in karen
244. 7:11when she heard that her heart kind of
245. 7:13dropped a little bit yeah because you're
246. 7:14ready 26
247. 7:15and now he's a mommy's boy but i think
248. 7:18we need to clarify what she means by
249. 7:19mommy's point here
250. 7:20him calling his mother every every day
251. 7:23two times a day doesn't necessarily make
252. 7:24him a mother's boy
253. 7:25you understand like him calling his
254. 7:27mother two times a day doesn't
255. 7:28necessarily make my mother's boy
256. 7:30what makes him a mother's boy okay um is
257. 7:33the fact that he doesn't handle
258. 7:34responsibility well
259. 7:35and that he always passes the buck you
260. 7:37know what i'm saying that you've always
261. 7:39had to let your mother
262. 7:40do everything for you then that's when
263. 7:42we talk about passing the butt that's
264. 7:43when we talk about
265. 7:44the fact that you're not handling your
266. 7:45business which that said he does handle
267. 7:47business
268. 7:47if that's the case he's not a mommy's
269. 7:49boy what he is is this favorable to his
270. 7:51mom that's not a mummy's boy because
271. 7:52when we're dealing with mommy's boy like

274. 7:57they got that toxic trait
275. 7:59where they're looking for a mother he's

279. 8:05completely different scenario

281. 8:09completely different scenario
282. 8:10and i think that's important to mention

284. 8:14as well um no he's not like that i mean
285. 8:17it's not like he can't take care of
286. 8:18himself
287. 8:19and you don't call his mom every day yes
288. 8:21he does okay
289. 8:23that's not a good thing twice a day well
290. 8:25you need to stop
291. 8:26i'm out of it and like i said obviously
292. 8:29um you know it's a it's amazing it's
293. 8:31amazing because
294. 8:33that's going to craft a narrative and i
295. 8:34wonder how much that
296. 8:36those words by the mother is going to
297. 8:38play on karen's mind in terms of the way
298. 8:40she's going to deal with
299. 8:41already she thought he was young and
300. 8:43then to add the fact that whoa my guy
301. 8:45is also as well um you know
302. 8:48a bit of a mummy's boy in her head how
303. 8:50she going to qualify that
304. 8:51and how is she going to react to that
305. 8:53how is she going to put her ideas across
306. 8:55how is she going to
307. 8:58think and feel about the situation you
308. 9:00know i mean now
309. 9:01um what was instant is that i believe
310. 9:02that miles is very intuitive
311. 9:05he observes he's watching
312. 9:08and the reason why i say that's because
313. 9:10when he said i would see how she knew
314. 9:11she was older
315. 9:1329 30 um he knew that because he said
316. 9:16when she was coming down the aisle he
317. 9:17observed how she was carrying herself
318. 9:20and for him he knew that the girl was
319. 9:22going to be older right
320. 9:23and for me that's good observational
321. 9:25skills yeah that's someone who's paying
322. 9:26attention
323. 9:27um and so that's going to help in the
324. 9:30future in terms of dealing with
325. 9:31the changes in the water yeah the
326. 9:33temperature in the water
327. 9:35changing the water i'm talking about the
328. 9:36the relationship when the relationship's
329. 9:37going at different
330. 9:38different paces and stuff like that
331. 9:40different ideas are coming
332. 9:42different thoughts are happening
333. 9:43someone's feeling down someone's feeling
334. 9:45up someone's sitting down something up
335. 9:46that's gonna help them to observe what's
336. 9:49really going
337. 9:50on what's really the answer for the
338. 9:52situation right now
339. 9:53do i mean that observing that observing
340. 9:55eye is important
341. 9:56because it helps us to able to slow down
342. 9:58in our reaction say hey
343. 10:00what have i observed before i react
344. 10:03for me um and when obviously miles went
345. 10:07to the mum
346. 10:08the mom said i'm not totally on board
347. 10:09with this you know and then fire the
348. 10:11question i'm left
349. 10:12like yo what's your attention to my
350. 10:13daughter fam i think i've already made
351. 10:15my attention clear because i married her
352. 10:18like what more intentions do you want
353. 10:21concern is to your intentions for my
354. 10:23daughter
355. 10:24oh i mean i i intend to to be here for
356. 10:26the long haul further
357. 10:28but then i'll guess obviously the
358. 10:29intention would be like are you in it
359. 10:30just for the eight week show
360. 10:31are you in it for the long haul and the
361. 10:33truth of the matter is you know nobody
362. 10:34will know because obviously if he
363. 10:35decides if he wants to lie he can lie
364. 10:37i'm saying like if i'm not if i'm only
365. 10:39here for eight weeks i don't have to
366. 10:40tell you that i'll say i may have a long
367. 10:42walk but i'm not
368. 10:43you know just like uh what do you call
369. 10:44it oh boy i said last last uh season
370. 10:47a guy um i always get his name now above
371. 10:50you know
372. 10:50um the annoying one that was a part of
373. 10:52the gym perfect hey adam was it i didn't
374. 10:54want his name i don't know what his name
375. 10:55is but anyway
376. 10:56yeah just like him last last cycle you
377. 10:59know he said he was in for
378. 11:00long haul it was just there for the end
379. 11:01of the season right obviously i had to i
380. 11:04think
381. 11:04i don't understand together what's
382. 11:05happening there but anyway i don't have
383. 11:07time for it
384. 11:08um but you know that so how what's going
385. 11:11to happen between
386. 11:12caroline and miles and again i'm going
387. 11:14to say again
388. 11:15the difficulty here is will the age
389. 11:19play a huge part plus she didn't really
390. 11:21like it well
391. 11:22although she says she finds her
392. 11:23attractive and she let him touch her
393. 11:25feet so that's a good sign i don't know
394. 11:27that might be a good sign
395. 11:28she'll let you touch her feet bruv that
396. 11:30might be a good sign physical touch
397. 11:32although we don't know yet it's just
398. 11:33stayed at the feet where if you can go a
399. 11:34little bit higher
400. 11:35then maybe you've got something going
401. 11:37maybe not you know i'm saying um
402. 11:39but again he showed his caring nature
403. 11:40about wanting to rub her feet and she
404. 11:41was enjoying it obviously clearly
405. 11:43i think she'll try it and see where she
406. 11:45goes um
407. 11:46but i think like i said it depends how
408. 11:48she's gonna view the world
409. 11:50knowing that he's 26 and knowing that
410. 11:52she's stayed but guys let me know your
