- 0:00Hey guys, exciting news. We have a
- 0:01special guest tonight. We have Justin
- 0:04Posie here from Beyond the Maps Edge.
- 0:06Let's jump right in. I'm Emma. I'm Jam.
- 0:09And I'm Justin. That's awesome. Welcome
- 0:12to Treasure Home with us. We're so
- 0:15excited. Thank you so much for making
- 0:17time with us. We know it's been a crazy
- 0:19crazy ride. Well, thank you for having
- 0:21me. Yeah, it's good to be here.
- 0:24Absolutely. Before we get started with
- 0:26the super hard-hitting questions, we
- 0:27want to make sure we ask a question
- 0:28that's super important to our community.
- 0:30And we know that when when we ask this,
- 0:32it gives you an opportunity to really
- 0:34nail it down. Is there anybody besides
- 0:38you who knows where the treasure is?
- 0:41There is not a soul that knows but me. I
- 0:44am the only person on the planet.
- 0:46That's important to know. People should
- 0:49not be bothering your family, especially
- 0:52when other I mean they could bother you
- 0:54clearly, but they should not be
- 0:56bothering any of your family, any of
- 0:57your friends. They don't know. Don't ask
- 0:59them. Don't bother them. He signed up
- 1:01for the hunt. They didn't. Let's put
- 1:03that to bed. Yeah, it's true. It's
- 1:04actually I mean, there's not a soul
- 1:06alive that would be able to help
- 1:07anybody. So, this is uh everybody's on
- 1:10equal footing here.
- 1:12Excellent. Excellent. Now, this is an
- 1:14important question. It's probably the
- 1:16most important question for both of us.
- 1:18We're going to actually ask it together.
- 1:20Where's the box?
- 1:23Who says it's a box? Oh, you got it. Oh
- 1:26my gosh. Oh my gosh. We have a
- 1:29long-standing bet that we intend to tell
- 1:31you about throughout this process. Yes.
- 1:33I'm hoping I don't lose. Well, listen.
- 1:36If that's if that's where we are and it
- 1:37might not be a box, let's ask a less
- 1:40conspicuous question, then. It sounds
- 1:43like the printing process was a little
- 1:44bit difficult. Um, is it okay to ask how
- 1:48many books were printed in your first
- 1:49round? You know, that's a great
- 1:51question. I actually don't even know
- 1:52myself. The the way that the the
- 1:54printing process works, especially with
- 1:56the wholesalers, is that the the
- 1:59reporting is delayed. And so, at this
- 2:02point, uh, I don't have any accurate
- 2:03numbers. I mean, I think it's safe to
- 2:05say that there was, you know, at least
- 2:086700, if not if not more books. Um, my
- 2:12my best guess might be
- 2:14around, you know, uh, maybe maybe as
- 2:17much as 1500. It's really hard for me to
- 2:19say right now. Really? Yeah, I bet you
- 2:22there's more than that sold. Oh, it's
- 2:24it's it's possible. I noticed that it,
- 2:26you know, it peaked the or was in the
- 2:28Amazon top 100 best sellers for a little
- 2:30while. So, uh, yeah, all that reporting
- 2:33is delayed and of course the royalties
- 2:34and all that get delayed as well. So, I
- 2:36suspect I won't have exact numbers until
- 2:40uh you know, maybe maybe as much as a
- 2:42month or two out. We we'll have to see.
- 2:44For what it's worth, we were sure you'd
- 2:46sold at least 100,000. Oh my goodness.
- 2:48Wow. Yeah, that would we expect you to
- 2:50sell that many. So, we really do. We
- 2:53really do. That would be pretty wild. I
- 2:56have a question. You mentioned that if
- 2:58someone will there's a checkpoint built
- 3:00in and when you get to it, you're 100%
- 3:03going to know you're there in that
- 3:05checkpoint. Is that a boots on the
- 3:07ground checkpoint or is that a I before
- 3:09I go boots on the ground, oh my gosh,
- 3:10myself's right on point because of this
- 3:12checkpoint. Now I feel comfortable going
- 3:14out. That's not something I've I've
- 3:17specified. Um,
- 3:21I might reconsider that in the future,
- 3:23but for now, I'm I'm going to have to
- 3:25avoid answering that one. That's okay.
- 3:27You're welcome to come back anytime.
- 3:30Yes.
- 3:31So, we're both obsessed with your book.
- 3:33We may have read it several times each.
- 3:35We are currently breaking it down um
- 3:38into little chunks. We thought we'd do
- 3:39it in thirds and then we started
- 3:41realizing as we dive in like we don't
- 3:43call it chapters, we call them stories.
- 3:45Like each section is a story, right?
- 3:47Because for us it's like getting into
- 3:49the mind, knowing the man to solve the
- 3:50puzzle. Are there clues in every story
- 3:53or are some of them just stories that
- 3:54are informational to get to know you?
- 3:58Yeah, I mean, you know, I I originally
- 4:01wasn't even planning to write a book,
- 4:03you know, and and the the only there's
- 4:05two reasons I chose to write it. One is
- 4:07that, you know, I think it's fair to say
- 4:09that someone would have to get to know
- 4:11me a little bit to make sure that
- 4:13they're on equal footing with with
- 4:14everybody else. So if you know somebody
- 4:16had been my friend or a family member
- 4:18over the years then I didn't want them
- 4:20to have any sort of substantial leg up.
- 4:23Um and the other reason is because I had
- 4:26no creative control over you know the
- 4:29Netflix series and so yeah I wanted to
- 4:31make sure if if you know worst case
- 4:34everything got cut out uh there was some
- 4:37sort of avenue for me where I had some
- 4:39creative control where I could actually
- 4:40convey some hints. And so that really
- 4:42was the two main uh purposes for the
- 4:45book. So no, I mean I don't think every
- 4:48story in there uh has a hint, but it's
- 4:52fair to say that they're they're they're
- 4:54sprinkled throughout. The stories are
- 4:56great. I'm really enjoying them because
- 4:58they're just they're just fun
- 5:00excitement. I mean, it's just good
- 5:01times. Do you have a favorite story in
- 5:03the book? Oh gosh. Uh thought about
- 5:06that. Um they're so good. Yeah. Well,
- 5:10yeah. It's funny because I I actually
- 5:12wrote the majority of this within, you
- 5:15know, like a few week time frame where I
- 5:17just kind of banged out a lot of Oh,
- 5:18wow. a lot of stories. Uh and and the
- 5:21book was going to get a little unwieldy.
- 5:23It already feels like it's a little big,
- 5:24but I suppose worst case it might be
- 5:27good kindling for somebody. I hate for
- 5:28them to have to pay money for it, but
- 5:32standalone book. So, yeah, I actually
- 5:35liked it. There was a number of stories
- 5:36that I I actually ended up cutting uh
- 5:39just because I felt like it got a little
- 5:41large. Um so, you know, um of the
- 5:46stories that remain, boy, my favorite
- 5:49one that that's kind of tough. Uh I
- 5:51guess I have a bit of an affinity for
- 5:54the uh the postal pilgrimage, but it
- 5:56might not be for everybody. Oh my gosh.
- 5:59We actually we we we actually we're
- 6:01going to cut another video tomorrow. Uh,
- 6:04and that's we're at that spot. I've been
- 6:06dying to talk about the postal
- 6:07pilgrimage because I don't know how like
- 6:10I'm allergic to bees. So, when a bee
- 6:12gets near me, I stop and I kind of hold
- 6:14still and people panic around me and
- 6:15it's this big. I can't fathom two
- 6:18snakes. I would I would have freaked. I
- 6:20would have freaked. I've had a a
- 6:23lifelong fear of of snakes ever since
- 6:26that incident. Actually, I've had a few
- 6:28other snake incidents after that as
- 6:30well. It's my biggest fear of boots on
- 6:32the ground is snakes. one too because of
- 6:34her and my oldest sister. So, spear
- 6:37snakes now. Thanks a lot, guys.
- 6:40We didn't traumatize him. We We future
- 6:42life educated. We future life educated.
- 6:45Okay, this one's an interesting
- 6:46question. And Mike Kazar is the one who
- 6:48kind of posted it to me. He said, "When
- 6:50when the treasure is found, will you
- 6:51post a 30-day countdown on your
- 6:53website?"
- 6:55Uh, yeah. I think I will. I think that's
- 6:57only fair. That's Oh, I love that you
- 6:59always think about things from being so
- 7:01fair. That's so huge. Yeah, it it's huge
- 7:03because it says you don't want people
- 7:05out there hunting when something's been
- 7:06done already. And I think obviously
- 7:08that's part of your experience. Yeah,
- 7:10that's
- 7:11um you know, I think Forest used to say,
- 7:14you know, do you want somebody who you
- 7:16know, went to college for 10 years uh in
- 7:19a mechanic school to work on your car
- 7:21versus somebody who's actually been
- 7:22working on cars for 10 years. Um right,
- 7:24you know, the best that I can muster is
- 7:26that I spent 10 years looking for a
- 7:28treasure. of course I didn't I didn't
- 7:30find uh but I think along the way there
- 7:33was a lot of of thought and
- 7:36uh it was really mainly around what what
- 7:39I would do to prevent some of the
- 7:40frustrations that I felt throughout the
- 7:43experience and and and I think that's
- 7:44one of them you know I mean there's
- 7:46still some kind of controversy I think
- 7:48swirling around that ending in terms of
- 7:50when it was even actually found versus
- 7:52retrieved and so on and I I prefer to
- 7:55avoid that if possible. Yeah. I'm sure.
- 7:58I'm sure. Speaking of that hunt and uh
- 8:01Tucker, everybody loves Tucker. He could
- 8:05out there. You can't bring him to Nine
- 8:07Mile Hole. Do you regret just being
- 8:10like, "Ah, I'm going to bring Tucker
- 8:11anyways. I don't care about the rules."
- 8:13You know, I Yeah, another great
- 8:16question. Um my worst fear was doing
- 8:19something that would get me banned from
- 8:20the park where I couldn't search
- 8:22anymore. Um, and so, you know, I mean, I
- 8:25think it'd be pretty conspicuous, uh,
- 8:27pretty much any hour for, you know, a
- 8:30dog to be crossing the river right
- 8:32there. You know, it's a pretty popular
- 8:34spot for for tourists to stop along that
- 8:36stretch of road. So, it just, you know,
- 8:38was a it was a risky endeavor and, you
- 8:40know, it's not something that I think,
- 8:42you know, Tucker could cover in like one
- 8:44outing. So, right, it would have been a
- 8:46dangerous proposition. Yeah, that's
- 8:49interesting because so we're very I
- 8:50always joke that we're freshman we're
- 8:51freshman treasure hunters. So we're like
- 8:53I mean I I think we're what three months
- 8:55old in our our treasure hunting world.
- 8:57Um I didn't even know you can get banned
- 8:59from a from a state park. I mean I
- 9:01believe if if anybody could do it, it
- 9:02would probably be me. I'm really good at
- 9:04getting banned from things, but I didn't
- 9:06know until this moment that that could
- 9:08happen. But I do have a quick followup
- 9:10on that 30-day uh question. So, your
- 9:13website says that, you know, and really
- 9:16our goal here is to protect hunters from
- 9:18making a dumb mistake. You know, the
- 9:20website says that if you don't don't
- 9:22tell you within 30 days that you'll lose
- 9:24out on the Bitcoin, but it also says you
- 9:27could lose legal rights for the
- 9:28treasure. The reason I asked this is
- 9:30what I don't want is somebody to think,
- 9:31"Oh, I just don't I don't need the
- 9:33Bitcoin. I've got this massive box or
- 9:36container or if you're asking him,
- 9:38bronze statue of treasure." Um, and I'm
- 9:42not going to tell anybody about it, but
- 9:44is that really there also to protect
- 9:47somebody from losing their rights to the
- 9:49treasure?
- 9:51Yeah, there's some there's some
- 9:52additional legal paperwork that's on
- 9:54file with the steward that would be uh
- 9:58quite important for the finder to have.
- 10:02So I, you know, I, you know, I can't
- 10:05control every variable in this equation,
- 10:07but I think it's fair to say that it
- 10:10should be apparent through um, you know,
- 10:12the documentation that's also included
- 10:14with the the treasure itself that
- 10:16they'll need to contact that steward.
- 10:18And additionally, there's some other
- 10:20items that are kept with the steward uh,
- 10:23as well that would be of interest to uh,
- 10:25to whoever finds this. Fantastic. That's
- 10:28awesome. You know the name of the book
- 10:32Beyond the Map's Edge, the poem Beyond
- 10:35the Map's Edge. So, it begs the
- 10:38question, is this treasure beyond your
- 10:41map's edge or is it actually on the map?
- 10:44Please tell me it's not in Alaska. No,
- 10:45don't have to tell me. I'm just saying.
- 10:48Yeah, that that's actually been a pretty
- 10:50common question. Um,
- 10:52you know, that the treasure is
- 10:55absolutely hidden somewhere on the map
- 10:57that I've I've published. So, you know,
- 10:59somebody's looking in another state or
- 11:01something like that. Yeah. I mean,
- 11:02you're
- 11:04Yeah. Dang it. Exactly.
- 11:08That's fair. Okay. So, this next
- 11:12question I have is Oh, you had no
- 11:14creative control in Netflix. I can't
- 11:16imagine how completely frustrating that
- 11:18had to be because you're hiding clues,
- 11:20right? My real question is, and we've
- 11:22had this asked over and over and over
- 11:24again, is that clock actually moving?
- 11:27Um, is it Oh, you mean like is it was it
- 11:30a functional clock? Yes. Was it? I mean,
- 11:32I know it's a functional clock, but was
- 11:34it functioning during the filming of the
- 11:37show because um it was at 419 in quite a
- 11:41few scenes. It seems almost impossible
- 11:44to be at 419. That that might have been
- 11:46a little uncanny, I think, is all I can
- 11:48say.
- 11:50I love these answers. I love them.
- 11:52They're so great. I love it.
- 11:54So you're you are an a lifetime clearly
- 11:59treasure hunter for big treasures too.
- 12:02And are you actively trying to solve any
- 12:06current treasure hunts? You know, not
- 12:08limited to but like the JCB there's
- 12:10treasure inside.
- 12:12Yeah, I'm actually um I've gotten quite
- 12:14a few messages from from different
- 12:16people that are searching for different
- 12:19treasures around the world. Um, yeah.
- 12:21So, you know, there's there's the world
- 12:23is your oyster, so to speak. There's a
- 12:25lot of options out there. So, you know,
- 12:26ever since Forest Treasure Hunt, um, you
- 12:29know, I've been wrapped up in some other
- 12:30hobbies, but, you know, there hasn't
- 12:32really been a particular treasure hunt
- 12:35that's re resonated with me enough for
- 12:37me to say, I want to jump on top of
- 12:38this. I did some reconnaissance. I went
- 12:40down to a few other countries and um uh
- 12:44yeah, just some extended travel to to
- 12:47kind of decide whether or not, you know,
- 12:49just get my feet wet and decide whether
- 12:50or not I wanted to spend time on some of
- 12:51these. Um and there's there's a few kind
- 12:54of on the back burner, but I haven't
- 12:55committed to anything right now. That's
- 12:58awesome. That's fair. And that's super
- 13:00fair because as what we're learning is
- 13:02that it does kind of become all
- 13:04consuming, right? like you talk in the
- 13:07in the the series about, you know, you
- 13:09you had a regular job. We have regular
- 13:12jobs, but uh I he lives on the West
- 13:15Coast and I'm on the East Coast, so as
- 13:16you imagine, the second I'm off, I'm now
- 13:19a treasure hunter. And so sleep has
- 13:21become optional. Um and I don't know how
- 13:23some people make it work. I would love
- 13:25to do a treasure hunt in the UK if you
- 13:27know of one. Oh, yeah. I mean, there's I
- 13:30mean there's there's a lot of options
- 13:31out there. Um, yeah, it's also kind of
- 13:34interesting with the land designation. I
- 13:35think parts of the UK are a little bit
- 13:37challenging. Um, you know, just because
- 13:40of a lot of private land, I think, but
- 13:43um, yeah, there's a lot of variables
- 13:44there. So, it's it's just it's tough to
- 13:46choose. Yeah. Oh, I hear you. So, my
- 13:49next question is not it's not really a
- 13:51hard question. I know these have all
- 13:53been real dingers. Um, but it is kind of
- 13:56it's a two-parter, but I'll ask it in
- 13:58two parts because one of them is part of
- 13:59our question and one of them came from
- 14:01Discordan. Um, for us it's you talk
- 14:05about the compass for you being Brandon,
- 14:08Tucker, your dad, and your grandpa, but
- 14:10in the site you recall it as Brandon,
- 14:12Tucker, your dad, and grandpa, but in
- 14:14the book it's Tucker, Brandon, your dad,
- 14:16and your grandpa. Do they each designate
- 14:18a specific site on the compass?
- 14:25Um, I you know I think anything related
- 14:29to that I think the book is probably the
- 14:30best reference. We'll put it that way.
- 14:32Oh, that's good. Okay. And Chasing
- 14:35Indies. Wait, no. Let me get Chasing
- 14:36Indie. I don't want her to feel like I
- 14:38didn't do her question justice. Okay.
- 14:41I'm gonna read it because I would
- 14:42butcher this. Okay.
- 14:46Regarding the four points of the
- 14:47compass, do each of the points help you
- 14:49find the starting point, wisdom, the
- 14:52bride, the brother, the babbling brook,
- 14:54the grandfather, and the exact spot
- 14:56you're seeking, the wagging tail.
- 14:59Uh, it's a good question and I think one
- 15:02that I will have to punt on. Nice. Do
- 15:06that. I, you know, it was I was trying
- 15:08to read that exactly as it's written
- 15:10because I'm like, I'm gonna butcher
- 15:11this. I'm gonna butcher this question.
- 15:13She would have
- 15:15You talk about excitement and
- 15:16anticipation when you're out hunting,
- 15:18finding the next clue, possibly finding
- 15:20the treasure, and the the the excitement
- 15:23it builds inside of you. Are you waking
- 15:25up every day going, "Oh my god, is my my
- 15:27treasure found today?" I mean, what's
- 15:29that like every day? Yeah. I feel I feel
- 15:31resolute. You know, it's it's going to
- 15:33be found when it's going to be found.
- 15:35And it could be something that happens
- 15:36as we're talking right now, or it could
- 15:38be something that happens in a month or
- 15:41goodness, even longer than that. really
- 15:43I really don't know the timeline. It's
- 15:45just it's so hard to say. Uh but what I
- 15:48have seen is just a huge influx of of
- 15:50messages. Uh and you know it's just so
- 15:53many that I'm just not able to keep up.
- 15:56So I I do peruse them. Um you know
- 15:59there's there it's fair to say that
- 16:00there are certain of course areas and
- 16:02and maybe some keywords and so on that
- 16:05I'm uh uh a little little interested
- 16:08more than others. Uh so I you know I I
- 16:10keep an eye on those sorts of things. Uh
- 16:13but beyond that I just feel kind of uh
- 16:17almost like a spectator at this point.
- 16:19You know I don't uh it's just going to
- 16:21happen when it happens.
- 16:23I guess then I have to ask an important
- 16:24question. What's the container?
- 16:27No. Did I not sneak that in there
- 16:29properly?
- 16:31No. The ca the container is
- 16:33uh I think I mentioned maybe before it's
- 16:37it's extremely recognizable and it's
- 16:40something that uh you know I mean when
- 16:42someone sees it there there will be zero
- 16:46no doubt. Yeah. Well, let me ask you
- 16:48this as a followup to that. How much
- 16:51does that bronze Tucker statue weigh?
- 16:55Oh. Oh, the one that Yeah. So, I think
- 16:58it's in the the Netflix series and it's
- 17:01sitting on the ground. Yeah, that thing
- 17:02is heavy. Uh oh, man. Thank you. Thank
- 17:05you, Justin. Thank you. There's a number
- 17:08of people who think that that's where
- 17:09your treasure is, like it's a stuffed
- 17:11piggy bank. I'm like, that thing's got
- 17:13to be at least 100 pounds before you add
- 17:15treasure. Yeah. I actually I haven't
- 17:17weighed it, but my guess just ballpark
- 17:20is
- 17:21probably 70 to 80 pounds. Oh my gosh.
- 17:24Yeah.
- 17:26And it's hollow, too. It's not like
- 17:27solid bronze, but it's uh it's very
- 17:30heavy. Yeah, it's hollow. It's hollow.
- 17:3270 to 80 pounds. He said minimum 60. He
- 17:36just mentioned he buried this treasure
- 17:38with a broken leg.
- 17:41I just want to bet Justin, just so we're
- 17:43clear. And KPro, I can't wait to tell
- 17:45her, too. Um, but you buried this
- 17:47treasure with a broken leg. How I mean,
- 17:49how hard was it to carry a treasure over
- 17:5160 pounds from your car with a broken
- 17:53leg? Yeah. Yeah, most a mile, but still
- 17:56that's far. It Yeah. So, I mean, well, I
- 18:00haven't specified whether or not it's
- 18:01buried, so I'll say hidden. You you you
- 18:04displayed a treasure that we will all
- 18:06recognize somewhere while having a
- 18:09broken leg. It could be the bronze
- 18:11Tucker sitting on top of a buried
- 18:12treasure. We don't know. He's not giving
- 18:13it away. It took several trips to hide
- 18:18this. Um, that's fair. You know, I'm I'm
- 18:21trying to recall the count.
- 18:24Um, oh, let me do a little mental math
- 18:27here. Let's see.
- 18:32At
- 18:33least at least four trips from from my
- 18:37car. Oh my god. Wow. You didn't have to
- 18:40have crutches or anything. I hope so. I
- 18:43don't know how you did that. It was It
- 18:45was not easy. I'll put it that way. Um,
- 18:47and when I say my car, it wasn't
- 18:49actually any of my vehicles. I think
- 18:51that would have been uh tracked far too
- 18:54easily. So I I found other means. You
- 18:57just ruined someone's soul who said they
- 18:59followed your truck. No, we just found
- 19:01out he took a horse from Texas all the
- 19:04way to wherever he You know what? I
- 19:05would have thought it was a horse from
- 19:07Texas to Alaska. That's what I would
- 19:09have thought the whole time.
- 19:11That'd be quite the endeavor.
- 19:14He's like it only took seven years.
- 19:18Seven years to hide the treasure. Yeah.
- 19:20Then someone finds it first day. Oh man.
- 19:22All right. You were asked a question.
- 19:24This is gets brought up all the time.
- 19:26People debate about it. You got asked a
- 19:28question about a cipher. And the
- 19:30response was you couldn't help but add a
- 19:32technical clue. Now I'm in IT, so I'm
- 19:35like technical clue. That's not a
- 19:36cipher. But everybody else thinks that
- 19:38could possibly be a cipher. Is it a
- 19:40cipher or is it a technical clue?
- 19:47Um, I mean there's kind of there's
- 19:49really like I mean there's really two
- 19:52elements at play and I think
- 19:56um one of them would squarely be
- 19:58consider considered a a cipher of sorts,
- 20:00but it's it's certainly not any sort of
- 20:03advanced cipher or anything like that.
- 20:05Um it's thank god I would consider it as
- 20:07very approachable. And then you had me
- 20:10at the poem for the technical part.
- 20:14Yeah. And then the other the other
- 20:15element to this
- 20:17um you know I think arguably could
- 20:21require a little bit of of technical
- 20:23knowhow but there are other ways to
- 20:28uncover it that uh would require very
- 20:31minimum sort of technical knowledge at
- 20:34all. And you know, it's not something
- 20:35that is a super critical clue or
- 20:38anything like that, but it was just
- 20:40something that I I couldn't resist.
- 20:42Yeah. All clues are good clues till you
- 20:43have a container in your hand. So, but I
- 20:47do have a follow-up on the cipher. Would
- 20:48it would it be more the cipher more
- 20:49towards the poem or the book?
- 20:52Ah. Um I haven't uh I haven't specified.
- 20:57Okay, that's fair. Hey, that is totally
- 21:00fair. Mhm. Um, my next question is one
- 21:03we get, which is like as if we would
- 21:05have a clue. We're like, "Oh, yes. We're
- 21:06going to be interviewing Justin." Will
- 21:07you be doing any book signings? Oh, wow.
- 21:10Yeah, I actually gotten that question a
- 21:12lot. I at first I thought, "Boy, I don't
- 21:13want to tank the value of anybody's book
- 21:15by signing it." Uh,
- 21:18uh, but uh, yeah, I mean, so the the
- 21:21illustrator Michelle at some point
- 21:23mentioned she may be available uh, you
- 21:27know, domestically here in the US. And
- 21:29so, uh, I was I'm co coordinating with
- 21:33her and I think we can we can work out a
- 21:35date. Um, I don't know any particulars
- 21:38yet, but I'll I'll certainly announce it
- 21:40as as ahead of time as I can to give
- 21:42people sure if they really wanted to
- 21:44actually, you know, travel somewhere or
- 21:46something wild like that. But, um, TBD.
- 21:50Yeah, that's a great answer. That's
- 21:52great. I think it's great. This is the
- 21:54best time to be a treasure hunter. It's
- 21:56exploding. There's just huge treasure
- 21:58hunts popping up all over the place and
- 22:00they're fun. Like this is a fun treasure
- 22:01hunt. Everybody I'm talking to is just
- 22:04really enjoying themselves. Thank you so
- 22:06much for doing this. We really
- 22:08appreciate it from not just me but from
- 22:09the whole treasure community. We really
- 22:11appreciate you. So
- 22:13here's here's why I think people asked
- 22:15us tonight. We're going to be giving
- 22:17away three Beyond the Maps Edge books.
- 22:21And the first thing people ask is are
- 22:22they signed? And I'm like, "No."
- 22:25Unfortunately, I got these from Barnes &
- 22:26Noble. One day he will be signing books.
- 22:30So maybe possibly you can get these
- 22:33books are emlazed with gold leaf. No,
- 22:35these are just Noles books. They are
- 22:38not. Do not say that people. Listen, I
- 22:41know I should. That was a joke. That was
- 22:43a joke for you people out there. There
- 22:45is no I have no gold. All my gold is
- 22:47fake. Read your legal stuff about the
- 22:49giveaway. I have to read a legal
- 22:51contesting. So, this contest is not
- 22:54sponsored by YouTube or Justin Posey.
- 22:57We're solely responsible for the contest
- 22:59and delivering the prize to winners.
- 23:02Unfortunately, you must live in the
- 23:04United States primarily because we don't
- 23:06know how to ship a book without dealing
- 23:07with all the legal paperworks and
- 23:09potentially tariffs. Maybe in the
- 23:11future. Maybe in the future. We'd love
- 23:13to find a way to get it to you. Our goal
- 23:15is to encourage people to treasure hunt
- 23:17with us. So, if you could rep respond to
- 23:20this uh show by 5:00 p.m. Pacific
- 23:24Standard Time on on April the 10th, 2025
- 23:27with the word Tucker. We will put your
- 23:30comment through a randomizer and three
- 23:32lucky people will get one of these books
- 23:35sent out by me on Friday.
- 23:39That is super cool, you guys. Super
- 23:41cool. I I just I still think it's funny
- 23:43how many people have a copy of the book
- 23:45before I've gotten a hold of one. So,
- 23:48A lot of people are struggling. They're
- 23:50waiting and waiting. They're so excited.
- 23:52Mine's written in. Nobody wants mine now
- 23:54either. It's like all my little notes,
- 23:56my chicken scratch. And yeah, we It's I
- 23:59mean, we knew that people were going to
- 24:00struggle. The moment that I heard about
- 24:01the book, we actually we were watching a
- 24:03KPro and Kellazar live and they were
- 24:05talking KPro knew. She's like, I think
- 24:07that there's a treasure hunt coming. I
- 24:09think that there's a hunt before anybody
- 24:10else really was sure. And I'm like, and
- 24:13then the moment Mike said, there's a
- 24:15book you can pre-order. I jumped on and
- 24:16I ordered five. immediately.
- 24:18Immediately. I got two at my house. One
- 24:22went to him, one went to my mom, and the
- 24:23other one will be delivered to me
- 24:25sometime. And I'm okay with that because
- 24:27I have what I need to read what I need
- 24:29to read. And then of course, we got the
- 24:30ebooks because there's a slight
- 24:32difference. I heard from a guy. I know.
- 24:34Now I got to I got to go page by page,
- 24:37find the difference. It's more work.
- 24:40Well, we're very grateful for all the
- 24:41time you've given us. We will get this
- 24:43posted. We will not, just so everybody
- 24:45out there in the YouTube world knows, we
- 24:47did not, we did all this together live.
- 24:49We will not cut anything. You will see
- 24:50it in its entirety, but we are really
- 24:52bad at it this side of it because I
- 24:55glitch on occasion and we just don't
- 24:57want to risk being live and having a
- 24:59glitch happen. So, thank you so much for
- 25:01coming. If you ever are bored and you're
- 25:03like, I just want to talk to some fun
- 25:04people who are a little wild and crazy,
- 25:06call us. We're here for you. Thank you
- 25:08guys so much. Yeah, it's been a real
- 25:11pleasure being on the show. I really
- 25:12appreciate your time. No, thank you for
- 25:14making it work for us.
