  2. 0:03pleasure of sitting uh sitting here with
  3. 0:06Ben Fen uh Ben was a chief prosecutor at
  4. 0:09the nberg trials and uh one of the the
  5. 0:12key things he did at nberg was convict
  6. 0:14the einot group and in one of the
  7. 0:16largest murder trials in history and um
  8. 0:19thank you for sitting here with me today
  9. 0:20it's my pleasure to be here and I just
  10. 0:22wanted to ask you Ben uh some some of
  11. 0:25your thoughts on the importance of the
  12. 0:27rule of law and why uh we need move in
  13. 0:30the direction of Law and not war you
  14. 0:33always have to consider your
  15. 0:35Alternatives if you have leaders who are
  16. 0:38unable to settle their disputes by
  17. 0:40peaceful means uh unless there is some
  18. 0:43alternative organization to turn to to
  19. 0:47settle the disputes they have no choice
  20. 0:48but to turn to violence and that's what
  21. 0:50they're doing because we have failed to
  22. 0:52build up the institutions we need to
  23. 0:55enforce a rational rule of law to
  24. 0:57protect all of humankind and until we
  25. 1:00have such a court functioning and
  26. 1:03enforcing its decrees I'm afraid the
  27. 1:06world will continue the total chaos and
  28. 1:08murderous activities which are carried
  29. 1:10on all around the world
  30. 1:13today all right well thank you thank you
