  13. 0:32travel and meeting new people to me
  14. 0:35being a flight attendant is the perfect
  15. 0:37way to combine those interests plus I
  16. 0:41love the idea of making someone's travel
  17. 0:43experience a bit more enjoyable that's a
  18. 0:46great perspective how do you handle
  19. 0:48stress or
  20. 0:49pressure I try to stay organized and
  21. 0:51keep a cool head for instance when I
  22. 0:54worked as a barista we had some insanely
  23. 0:57busy mornings I found that making a
  24. 0:59mental checklist and taking things one
  25. 1:01step at a time really helped keep the
  26. 1:03stress in check sounds like a good
  27. 1:06strategy can you give an example of a
  28. 1:08time you provided excellent customer
  29. 1:11service sure once a customer at the cafe
  30. 1:15was really dissatisfied with their order
  31. 1:18I listened to their concerns apologized
  32. 1:21and quickly remade their order to their
  33. 1:23liking they were so grateful that they
  34. 1:25became a regular it felt good to turn
  35. 1:28that situation around nice job how would
  36. 1:31you deal with a passenger who refuses to
  37. 1:33comply with flight safety
  38. 1:36instructions safety is
  39. 1:39non-negotiable I'd calmly explain the
  40. 1:41reasons behind the instructions and the
  41. 1:43importance of their compliance for
  42. 1:45everyone's safety if they still didn't
  43. 1:47comply I'd follow the airlines
  44. 1:50procedures escalating the issue if
  45. 1:53necessary good to know tell us about a
  46. 1:56time you worked as part of a team in
  47. 1:59college I was part of a project group

  50. 2:06focused on our common goal and
  51. 2:08communicated openly the event was
  52. 2:10successful and it really highlighted the

  63. 2:34appearance standards I completely
  64. 2:36understand the importance of presenting

  66. 2:41with wearing a uniform and following the
  67. 2:43guidelines to ensure a positive
  68. 2:45representation of the airline how would
  69. 2:48you handle a situation where a fellow
  70. 2:50crew member is not pulling their weight
  71. 2:52I believe in teamwork and would first
  72. 2:54try to offer my support or help to the
  73. 2:56crew member if the issue persisted I'd
