10:03getting hit and then you know you you
10:06get a mark from it you'll get bruising
10:09like some someone hit you or something

10:13he had some injuries to his left
10:15shoulder um he
10:18had um he had a cut near his like lip we
10:21could see we could see his um his mouth
10:24was a little uh I haven't laid a hand on
10:26him okay I also o too I he fell off my
10:30son's bike okay so I don't know and he's
10:34notorious for running into the wall or
10:36the hall tree aot okay what what about
10:39the
10:42scratches cuz there's also sex yes okay
10:46cuz there's also like a like a scratch
10:50on like the back of his neck like kind
10:52of like going but it's like going
10:53straight
10:54across I have no idea what that's wrong
10:57and they're all recent like they they

11:01something that occurred post or that

11:04three days ago they definitely occurred

11:52before yesterday Sunday leading into
11:55Monday you called us yesterday at 1 so
11:58but the incident you guys were painting

12:02we're talking about Sunday and thenay
12:05thoroughly confused because we had a
12:08good time sitting on the back porch
12:11having wine and smoking a couple of
12:13cigarettes and then decided to go inside
12:14and literally paint do puzzles and play
12:19and listen to music that's
12:21why nobody got out of source that this
12:24is what's mind-blowing to me like I
12:26don't okay I have no clue nobody laid a
12:29hand on anybody he also had um like on
12:34the left side of his forehead he had
12:37basically
12:38bruising um and on on like his head and
12:43his skull I have no idea as if something
12:46hit him consider for trauma I have not
12:51touched him I have not touched him then
12:54how would he get those injuries tell me
12:56and we'll both
12:57know I have not touched him yesterday
13:01when we took photographs of your overall
13:03body um and they did the bule swabs did
13:06they go under your fingernails no okay
13:09are you willing to let us absolutely
13:11swab underneath your fingernails go for
13:14it okay I have no idea and I don't want
13:17to seem out of sorts but I have no idea
13:22we had a good day mhm it was a good day
13:25we've had good days lately even
13:27considering everything that's going on
13:29with our jobs and life in general and ex
13:31wives and everything it's been good like
13:35I don't even know where this is coming
13:37from yeah said the last physical was
13:40probably you said I think what a month
13:42ago where you got the injury right you
13:46said that was a mon a few weeks give or
13:48take yeah a few weeks that was the last
13:50like physical altercation between the
13:52two of you um said a month ago he hit
13:55you with a curtain rod yeah with a
13:56curtain rod that's why I can't believe
13:57you guys didn't take that either
14:02like we've been good I don't know if
14:04like since the last time he got out of
14:07jail like we've been good and he's been
14:09having his classes and his seeing his
14:12probation officer who's amazing so what
14:15do you mean by good what's your
14:16definition of good the officer no no you
14:20said you guys have been good what's your
14:22definition I've been good I don't think
14:24you all understand he comes at me all
14:26the time he comes at me
14:29so it's either I flee or try to go
14:33upstairs and go to sleep that's usually
14:35what it is and I don't know if you talk
14:36to Brian about any of that but most of
14:38the time when I flee I go over there
14:41so right but you're saying that you guys
14:43have been good and when I asked you
14:45yesterday there hasn't the last incident
14:48that you could remember was the curtain
14:49ride incident which you said was a month
14:51ago so give or take right so what do you
14:53mean by he comes after you like he
14:56gets belligerently drunk
14:59like I don't know if you all have looked
15:01through my phone yet and seen any of the
15:03pictures and the videos that I have
15:05taken and the at one point I started
15:09documenting everything okay so you all
15:11will see in my pictures bloody fingers
15:16split foreheads he split my nose I've
15:19got this right I don't know if Brian
15:21told you about it where I had to have
15:23almost what I had one really bad surgery
15:25but then it got really really really
15:26really bad where I had to go like four
15:29or five more times afterwards for them
15:30to tend to it from him poking me in the
15:32back of the leg right so it's then why
15:35are you still with them everybody asks
15:37me that when I tell you guys
15:41this I really love him like I do and I
15:45feel like I can help him like I feel
15:48like I could help him which I did
15:49because he's come a really he came a
15:51really long way from where he was in
15:54Philadelphia to moving back to here and
15:56to dealing with everything else that
15:57he's been dealing with mhm I've really
16:00helped him I've bailed him out of jail
16:02what three times I've gone to every
16:04single hearing and every single
16:05arraignment everything that I did for
16:07him gone to see all his public defenders
16:10go to the state I've gone to the state I
16:12I did everything for him because I'm
16:13trying to help him because I had I had
16:16hope in him and he was trying he was
16:20really trying just and then he starts to
16:23think about things and it just I think
16:25he gets overwhelmed and then it's like
16:27the next thing I know he's drinking
16:28dring so it's like oh man I know where
16:31this is going to go so I'm going to go
16:33upstairs and read a book or I'm going to
16:35go for a bike ride or I'm going to do
16:36something else where I don't want to
16:38drink I don't want to drink the
16:41occasional wine whatever or if it's a
16:44weekend that's when you you have a good
16:47time you don't have to wake up the next
16:49day I have to wake up the next day and
16:51do things I have to tend to lucus I have
16:53to take him to school I have all this
16:54stuff to do he doesn't know how to
16:59I guess maintain himself where I can do
17:0450 things at once and still know the 50
17:06things more previously prior that I need
17:09to get done he can't process like that
17:11he didn't process like that so it he
17:13would literally not literally but had
17:15smoke coming out of his ears so the next
17:17thing you know he doesn't want to deal
17:18with it I'm going to go get something to
17:21drink so the majority of the time I
17:23would hang out outside or do something
17:25else because I don't want to drink
17:29and every time every time his job broke
17:33his heart and it made me sad because he
17:35had so much pride in his job and the
17:38store that he took care of so
17:40much totally went downhill and that
17:44broke his heart because he had put so
17:47much work and effort into fixing it up
17:49and his manager was
17:52awful and basically gave up on all of
17:55the employees so I think that had a a
17:59huge bearing on why he would drink so
18:01much his ex-wife is Bonkers she was all
18:06over him all the time send me money send
18:09me money send me
18:10money how can I send you money when I
18:13don't have a job and he's still trying
18:15to take care of me and Lucas by paying a
18:18bill here or there getting some
18:20groceries so he always had something on
18:23his mind which is why again I got the
18:27puzzles and the paint to try to get him
18:29off of it so we don't have a drink or he
18:32doesn't have a drink so when you all see
18:34my phone you can see all of the damage
18:37he has done to me and the videos of him
18:40smashing my television because he's
18:42belligerant
18:44drunk where most of the time I just
18:46don't want to be there and I try to help
18:48him I try to calm him
18:50down eventually he just passes
18:54out well yesterday it made it sound like
18:56you guys were just drinking like a glass
18:58or to like yeah you obviously had the
19:01bottle but you I mean you told me on the
19:04yeah but you told me on recording like
19:05that you were not drunk he was not drunk
19:07you guys were having a good time I don't
19:09get I can't get drunk number one I do
19:13not want to get drunk I don't like being
19:16non-comp menst having my wits about
19:19myself I don't like feeling out of
19:20control
19:22mhm so I'm just saying you're you're
19:25making it sound like like he's a raging
19:27alcoholic today and yesterday yesterday
19:29I was kind of asking you those questions
19:31and you're like a little defensive like
19:33no we're not alcoholics he we are not
19:36you know but you guys were both sober on
19:40Sunday to your knowledge because when I
19:42said you went and passed out you were
19:44like no I didn't pass out I just fell
19:46asleep so now it's kind of like what is
19:49it is were you guys drinking and it got
19:51out of hand and oh it got physical or is
19:55it Sunday was one of the better days
19:58that we have had in quite some time he's
20:01dancing with my dog you can see that too
20:03on the pictures him loving the dog he
20:06loves the dog and dancing around having
20:09a good time and
20:11just just being happy kind of
20:15thing he doesn't know I can't I mean I
20:19can get
20:21like maybe two three glasses of wine and
20:23I'll be fine but I have to have my wits
20:25about myself because I don't know what
20:27to expect well let's about Sunday what
20:29was Sunday how were you like how many
20:31glasses of wine did you have how many
20:32glasses of wine did he have the bottle
20:35was gone I mean I don't know if you
20:36poured any out yes no that was from
20:39previous you said that there was a half
20:42bottle left over mhm and then um that
20:46you had went well I don't even know how
20:49the wine how' you guys get the wine for
20:51Sunday I'm guessing he went to Publix
20:54he's does he do the does he like leave
20:57the house and you stay home or do you go
20:59to Publix like sometimes I'll go with
21:01him okay did you go with him Sunday to
21:03Publix so most of the time what happens
21:05is because the convenience store where
21:08we get cigarettes is here and then publ
21:10literally is caddy wet to it okay so
21:12what he'll do is he'll start go by
21:14Publix and then on the way back catch
21:17the convenience store okay so is that
21:19what he did Sunday I I'm guessing that's
21:21what he did because the next thing I
21:23know he's walking in with a bottle okay
21:24so
21:26that's okay it's him trying to be nice
21:28so I don't have to go out and do it plus
21:30there's stuff that around the house that
21:31I had to take care of so that's usually
21:33what will happen or I'm folding laundry
21:35and he'll go run out and do whatever
21:37okay so where were you guys at
21:42on on drunkenness not drunkenness on
21:47Sunday you told us you weren't drunk no
21:49I was not drunk I was not drunk so with
21:53him I don't
21:55know I I know when it's like oh okay man
21:59where I had told him slow down it's
22:02starting to catch up with you slow down
22:05slow down and another thing too is I
22:07don't like listening to music with him
22:10because he gets too involved in the
22:12music and the music that he listens to
22:14is a little rough around the edges and
22:17like just it makes me fractious
22:19listening to his music so I kept asking
22:23them let's not just let's just you and
22:25me talk you and me will just be the ones
22:26that are talking which was fine cuz I'm
22:28I mean he we were playing with a dog
22:30whatever and then it's like okay now
22:32let's do the painting we just did the
22:34puzzle took a break now let's do this
22:37sure not sat down we're sitting in there
22:40talking laughing talking about new
22:41movies we're watching movie
22:44trailers while we're doing painting and
22:47all that other stuff so it's still
22:48background noise to him because I think
22:50that's what he's used to is having
22:51background noise where me I can sit in
22:53here all day with not a peep but he
22:56always has to have some kind of
22:57background noise which I didn't M
22:58because the trailers were cool and he
23:00was interested in showing them to me
23:02getting excited about movies that were
23:04out or upcoming okay on your laptop
23:08you're talking about okay and I mean and
23:10then it we it was you said it was a good
23:13day like you guys didn't have any have
23:16any uh conversations about your
23:17relationship you guys didn't go down
23:19like the rabbit hole like had too many
23:21to drink and you guys start getting no
23:24when I tell you this it made me so happy
23:27that he actually listen to I I had to
23:29say was just we'll get through it this
23:33will be fine it's just it's it's a small
23:37hurdle that you and I together will get
23:39through because talking about the money
23:42jobs stess yes nothing relationship wise
23:46though like no issues relation like did
23:49you guys have a conversation about your
23:50relationship or was it just about just
23:52what's going on right now I try to evoke
23:56it from him
23:57so he gets it off his chest because I
24:00call him the volcano where eventually
24:03he's going to erupt right and what he
24:05has learned in his classes is to
24:07communicate which is a huge thing in a
24:10relationship where he has been
24:12practicing communication so he actually
24:15talks to me about things and unburdens
24:17himself put it on me I'll sit there and
24:20try and figure it out for you like I
24:21have almost everything mhm not a worry
24:25just tell me get it out of you right but
24:28it was when I tell you I was so happy
24:31like it was such a good day I kid you
24:33not the weather was beautiful outside
24:36I'm the one that had him go inside so we
24:38can do puzzles and painting and listen
24:40to music or whatever else he wants to do
24:42so then he starts doing whatever it is
24:44we're doing together in the living room
24:48and then starts talking because I think
24:49he gets comfortable with okay you know
24:53what we're here it is a good day let me
24:55go ahead and explain myself so I know
24:58nobody else knows but I
25:00know nobody knew George better than I
25:02did I say that I knew George better than
25:06himself and I tried in every way shape
25:10and form ask
25:13everyone I helped him I took care of
25:19him I missed him a lot and I didn't even
25:22sleep last
25:24night I miss him a
25:26lot I mean is there any chance chance it
25:28got to be too much for you and you
25:29couldn't handle taking care of him and I
25:32never stopped trying to I never
25:36stopped that's what I'm here
25:39for I never stopped I'm here now and I'm
25:43still trying to help
25:44him yeah we just don't I mean it's
25:47unexplainable how he got these injuries
25:50and I have no idea you were the only one
25:52with him 100% right hand to God I have
25:57no idea how he got them nobody touched
26:01anybody nobody touched
26:05anybody okay um you had mentioned that
26:09you take uh you would take photos videos
26:13kind of like a proof and just in general
26:15yeah I started documenting at one point
26:17but that
26:17was that was way before I think the last
26:22time that he got arrested where he was
26:24flying off the deep end okay but then I
26:28had had him bailed out I got him out of
26:30jail right but because he had violated
26:33the pre-trial
26:34diversion they this time it's probation
26:37so you don't have a choice in it you
26:38have to go to see your probation officer
26:41you have to go to these classes it's
26:43court ordered where it took him a while
26:46to get used to it and understand they're
26:48not Ming around I even went down and met
26:51his uh probation officer which I say I
26:54she's she's wonderful that's one of my
26:56questions to to talk to you about hugged
26:58me and said how much she knows that I
27:01take care of him she called me
27:02personally one time when George was at
27:04work when he was working 42 minute phone
27:07call she and I just saying how grateful
27:10she is that George has me and she knows
27:13how hard I'm working to help him just as
27:16she is and just as the classes will so
27:19once he started actually going on a
27:21regular basis to the probation officer
27:24and then to his substance abuse class
27:27and his I don't know what VIP stands for
27:29matters Intervention Program and
27:32actually listening to what it is
27:33everyone had to say he changed like I
27:36could I could see a change in him where
27:38before lashing out he would think about
27:41it and would always come home and show
27:43me his papers and we would look over his
27:45papers together where it's like wow you
27:48actually are learning this in class and
27:50some of the stuff that they would show
27:52them like videos he would come home and
27:54be like Sarah I'm so sorry for what I've
27:56done to you because or a video that he
27:59watches to make him feel that way where
28:03it's like oh
28:05man I have done her
28:08wrong but he's changed he
28:12changed and that's why you're still with
28:14him even though he's done all these
28:15things to you and when I tell you I love
28:18him I love
28:21him even when you have when you love
28:24somebody you have limits everybody tells
28:26me that oh my neighbor is don't tell me
28:29that the office property
28:31manager at some point
28:34somebody gets enough then they have to
28:36to do something to defend
28:38themselves I would just flee and I don't
28:41know if you would like to see on my
28:43phone or I think it's I think it's
28:45actually on a laptop I actually because
28:48and you have to understand too I have
28:51like prior to classes in
28:54po kicked him out how many times I had
28:58arrested how many times but you also
29:00went down and bailed the I know the next
29:03day what's I know what's on your
29:06laptop um what was I going to tell
29:09you oh previously
29:13mhm I actually looked up how to file a
29:15restraining order okay because I would
29:18kick him out his parents because of them
29:22constantly having to take him back in
29:24his bags of clothes all his stuff
29:28the one time the last time the father
29:30came out and I rate and just not even I
29:34think I don't even know if he knew Lucas
29:36was in the car just opened the back of
29:38my car and just started throwing all his
29:39crap in just throwing it like throwing
29:41it like the car would jle he was
29:43throwing all his stuff at that point
29:46because I continually did it not
29:48continually I think I maybe did it three
29:49times and he has nowhere else to go they
29:52got fed up and said nope either you're
29:54staying there or you're staying here but
29:56if you're staying here at their place
29:59it's permanent you're not going back
30:00over there anymore so what happens is he
30:04pursues me so I don't know if you all
30:07know where Katy way Trail is okay so we
30:10it's literally right right there from
30:13our apartment mhm would ride his bike to
30:17work but before he would leave extra
30:19early and come up to the wall stand on
30:21top of his bike and poke his head over
30:23cuz he would know that I would be
30:24outside having my morning cigarette and
30:27cup of coffee
30:29where and I would also know too what
30:30time he would get off of work where I
30:32would know come getting off of work he's
30:35going to do the same thing so it's not
30:37like I ever got like a break from him
30:39where I told you all yesterday or
30:41whenever it was I started to feel that
30:44it was too much togetherness and when
30:46you have too much togetherness friction
30:48happens so I'm going to go ride my bike
30:51I'm going to go upstairs and read a book
30:53but what he every what does he say every
30:56waking moment he wants to be with me so
30:59and mind you our town home is either
31:01upstairs or downstairs so it's like if
31:05you would like to sit downstairs and
31:06watch a movie or play on the laptop look
31:09up some jobs you're more than welcome to
31:11I'm just going to be upstairs maybe
31:12watching one of my shows or maybe
31:14reading a book so and then when that
31:16would
31:19happen we really needed that so what's
31:21for dinner and then we would cook
31:23together and eat dinner and then crawl
31:26on the bed and watch the movie
31:28are you're talking about this is like
31:29recent I don't you kind of like lost me
31:31like when what are you talk it was a
31:32while like a little while ago but now
31:34you're talking about now you're talking
31:35about tension building up and that you
31:37need space so have you been feeling that
31:39way lately or no okay
31:43no okay my thing is too so you all know
31:46oh I hate that you can't talk to her but
31:50um the his ex-wife when I say a monster
31:54she's a monster like it does she
31:56withholds her their children from
31:59speaking to him so he gets upset about
32:03that and then she like completely bades
32:05him about money about the father that he
32:08is what he did to her all this other
32:10stuff it doesn't matter I mean mind you
32:13this is not like been recent but which
32:16is why he doesn't even bother calling
32:17anymore because he knows that he's she's
32:18going to answer and he's going to have
32:19to talk to her so therefore he can't
32:21talk to his daughter the other time he
32:24talked to her M made her talk to cookie
32:28that's on my cell phone too so you can
32:29see it okay it doesn't matter like it
32:34doesn't
32:35matter what does she have to do though
32:37with anything about what happened Sunday
32:39and into Monday like no I'm just saying
32:41like previously why the incidents what
32:45happen is she plays a big part in it
32:48okay on top of jobs and money and
32:51groceries and all that okay Sunday I
32:54when I tell you this I have no idea I
32:57had have no idea is there anybody else
33:00at the house it's just me and
33:04him
33:06um since talking yesterday do you
33:09remember any like time timelines better
33:12like what
33:13time uh you guys were playing what time
33:15you he was zipped up in the luggage what
33:19time you went upstairs told we started
33:21because we had we cleaned the house a
33:23little bit did some laundry you started
33:25the activities around 4 you said yes
33:27around 4 4:30ish and then you just said
33:29that it was dark when you were playing
33:31hide and seek and I'm just curious if
33:33you remember but when we were outside
33:34that's where we would start and talk
33:37about things and then eventually I was
33:39the one that had him come inside so we
33:41could about what time do you remember
33:43what time that was is what she's
33:46asking and she said you went up you went
33:49up to bed around midnight Midnight sleep
33:52around
33:5212:30ish but those are the only times I
33:55have so I have four and I have midnight
33:57so there's a big gap so I'm just curious
33:59like if you recall when you went
34:02upstairs to hide in the shower or like
34:05when we started to play hide and seek
34:08yeah well we went inside probably about
34:13if I had to guess we were we weren out
34:14there too long maybe about
34:17sixish then jump up from hanging out
34:19outside and like mhm okay well we have
34:22two beach chairs that are out there just
34:24enjoy the weather gotta plus it started
34:26to get dark and Nats and mosquitoes yeah
34:30so let's go inside I don't want to be
34:32out here anymore okay all right let's go
34:34so we're doing whatever we did it for a
34:36while because that puzzle I don't know
34:38if if they took it or they saw it um
34:41worked on the puzzle again finished it
34:44started to paint well started listening
34:46to music for a little bit started to
34:49paint uh can we turn the music off no
34:51problem start at the top paint
34:55whatever maybe
35:00gosh that uzzle we were till not for
35:01probably a good hour and a half so
35:058:00ish is when you went to hide
35:07upstairs originally no that's when we
35:10were like painting so then it's like
35:12okay well I we can't I don't want to
35:14paint anymore let's just come on okay he
35:17want to play hide and seek what he does
35:19is okay tag you're it so it's like okay
35:21we know okay take off mhm that's what we
35:25did and then you went upstairs and then
35:27he did come up and you came down and the
35:30suitcase was there originally because
35:32you guys were planning to do donations
35:34it was already there um have you guys
35:37ever played the you said you played
35:38hideand-seek like probably three times
35:40in your relationship when you have
35:42played have you ever zipped him up in a
35:44suitcase prior no okay so it was just
35:48kind of like that prop was there and it
35:49was there and it was in Play Because Why
35:53do you say it like that though I would
35:55never do that you would never Z Li them
35:57up in a
35:59suitcase well I mean we were playing no
36:01I know I'm saying I'm well I'm talking
36:04about hideand-seek which is a game so
36:07the suitcase originally is in our closet
36:10buried all the way to the back if you I
36:13don't I know that CSI people saw our
36:15closet our closet needs to be cleaned
36:18out really bad my son's clothes need to
36:21be cleaned out really bad because they
36:23don't fit him anymore and I'm tired of
36:24looking at him so he took it upon
36:26himself including that suitcase to take
36:30it downstairs so we can get all of our
36:31clothes our donations and everything and
36:33just leave the whole thing by the
36:36clothing and shoo thing at my son school
36:39got you no we're just I'm just asking
36:41out of the in the past like have have
36:44you ever zipped him up in anything
36:46jokingly or not but obviously I
36:50understand you know you're claiming that
36:52Sunday it was a joking matter you were
36:54laughing he was laughing but what I'm
36:56just asking is in the past like
36:58guys normally do absolutely not
37:02okay um we were actually this last game
37:05running out of places to hide because we
37:08have a town home where it's upstairs or
37:09downstairs
37:12so um okay so do you remember making any
37:16videos or maybe having any cover
37:19anything any photos videos that you

2:03:49have a furnit and that will be afforded
2:03:52to see
